and we are live Welcome in everybody to second in gold sports talks.
Coverage of TCU and Texas.
I'll be covering the second half.
I'm Calvin your host here, too.
Cover the second half.
Like I just said in Texas, ninth ranked Texas is on the verge of an upset here, TCU winning 22 14 at the half, the second half coming up in just a few minutes.
We'll get into all that in just a moment.
Um, and of course, you see the scoreboard.
I don't know if it for me, it's above me, like here, but also, I don't know if it's in your corner or something or other, but we're gonna get started in a few minutes here with this broadcast of college football, our first broadcast of college football on this channel.
It's probably been we were probably waited too long to do that, but, um, I mean, tomorrow I will.
I think I'll probably be doing the next time.
I'll be doing a football broadcast will probably be next week.
I won't be on tomorrow for an NFL broadcast, but, um, so I decided to do this today, and also later, if you wanna watch second gold sports talk on SportsCastr where you are right now.
You can watch that from 7 to 8.
And we took a week off last week.
But we're coming back this week and it's gonna be a lot of fun.
We're gonna be covering a lot of all sports.
Basically, second gold sports talk.
All sports, including this game.
Whatever happens in this game, because this is guaranteed to be not guaranteed, but pretty sure to be a wild finish.
Um, as Texas last week nearly lost a game as well against Texas Tech, they won that 63 to 56.
They were down 15 points with just over three minutes left in regulation, got a touchdown, got onside kick, got two touchdown again, got a two point conversion, sent it to overtime.
And then they won the game in overtime.
So they somehow knocked off Texas Tech.
And now again, they have been struggling out of the gate.
We know they're not gonna give up, and obviously it's their ninth in the country.
They're gotten outside shot to make the college football playoffs.
They don't want to give up that chance here.
If they lose, they will almost undoubtedly miss it, so we'll be back in just a moment.
So as we ended the half TCU in Texas were tied 14 to 14 TCU was driving down the field.
Thank you, Cubby Girl, for joining the broadcast.
Um, they kicked a field goal.
Then, on the ensuing kick off the first play from scrimmage after the kickoff, um, Sam Ellinger threw an interception.
TCU got the ball back and they kicked another field goal.
So they were up 22 14 at the half, which you can see on your screen.
So the second half will be starting in just a moment as we see the whole, uh, animations coming in for the highlights of the game So far, if you're watching on TV, we could, uh, definitely watch on TV.
This is televised nationally on Fox, and, um, if you turn it on and sync up your TV to this broadcast mute, the announcers can listen to this while watching the game.
Or you could just watch this.
It's fine, too, So the teams are lining up for the kick off here for the start of the third quarter, TCU will receive, and that means Max Duggan will be leading his team onto the field in just a moment.
Already up. Six.
But we could even see uh, even we could see even more of that.
The lead expand by even more.
Copy girl, for the follow.
So, um yeah, let's see.
I think you are are let's see how many followers we've gotten.
Now that is our 60th follower.
So thank you, Copy Girl, for being our 120th follower.
We'll be getting into the action in just a moment.
And, um, I mean, so far today, TCU has really been that had smart play calls.
Texas has made mistakes, but they have still stayed in the game because Texas is clearly the more talented team.
I would say it's just they've been very mistake prone over the last couple of games, and, uh, in conference play, we as we know anything can happen.
Last week, Oklahoma lost to Kansas State in Big 12 plane and weak one.
There were three Big 12 teams that lost to non power five teams.
Um, but I mean, there have been a lot of mistakes.
Sam Ellinger, the Texas quarterback, is only five for 16 so far this game.
Two touchdowns, an interception, 133 yards passing and Cameron ****er will kick off here to start the third quarter as he runs up to the football and he kicks it away.
That was, Ah, high one there, and TCU will let it go through the back of the end zone so Max Duggan will lead his team out to the 25 yard line here.
So Texas is, too, and, oh, so far on this season, TCU Oh, and one that will change today possibly dug in 12 for 19 for 144 yards on the day.
And so he'll come out onto the field right here to start the third quarter 1st and 10.
And so, after that brief pause on the sideline now, they'll come back onto the field getting some water refueling just before the third quarter starts.
And again, smart play calling has led this team.
I mean, they haven't done anything spectacular, but they are winning the game with the ball to start the second half, so they've got to be pretty happy with the position they're in right now.
So Duggan lining up.
He's in the shotgun with a running back to his right man in motion.
Duggan takes the snap, he will hand it off.
This run is gonna be broken for a first down across the 40 all the way to the 45 yard line.
Thereby Condrey Miller, who ran that one for the first down and texts defense, looking a little sloppy there on the first play of the drive.
Miller has six rushes for 37 yards on the day.
So first down now and the clock seems to be stopped.
For some reason, I'm not really sure why, but, um, we should probably find out in just a moment.
No, there is an injured Texas player on the field.
So as we try to find out who that is, um, that will cause the clock to stop.
And he's not getting up yet.
Now there he goes, sitting up and got some trainers on the field.
Seems to be talking to them right now, but tough to see an injury so early in the third quarter.
So now he is getting up and walking off the field.
And, um, Tariq Black, the wide receiver who I guess is playing both ways.
It seems to be, unless I was reading the number wrong, I think I was reading number wrong.
So never mind thought it would set number zero.
So he's walking off the field.
It was actually dumb RV in over shown who was walking off the field.
So I did misread the number first intended to 45 for Duggan.
He's got Miller in the back field, in the shotgun trips to the right, hands off Miller.
Miller's got some space again, going left across the 40 jokes all the way inside the 30 where he's brought down another great run for Condrey Miller.
Some nice blocks there in the Texas defensive line is not looking very good.
We saw the center in the right guard Makesem key blocks, and Miller just found the whole and he got through their running a quick hurry up.
Now Duggan's in the shotgun, trying to escape the pressure.
There's a flag on the play, and he throws.
That one's caught at the 22 where the player is brought down there.
That is con right there, who caught the pass for TCU Blair Conrad.
But there is a flag on the play, so we'll see what this is about here on 1st and 10.
Thank you, Jenny, for joining the broadcast.
That's gonna be holding on TCU so that play will be negated.
It'll be first in 20 and you see on your screen the right tackle made the hole there, and that was all it took.
Texas was getting in some good pressure.
So first in 20 for TCU, Duggan in the shotgun looks like Miller staying on the field.
Trips to the right, no wide receivers to the left here, and they will hand it off again.
This is Miller, but this time he's stuffed behind the line for a loss of one.
A nice play by the Texas defense there.
It's second in 21.
Teacher has a lot of ground to make up a nice tackle there by Graham.
So obviously the Big 12 not known for their defense.
But they had some good defense there because they made that tackle.
So it's 2nd and 20 they'll give him.
They'll say he got back to the line of scrimmage here and now there's no running backs in the backfield as Duggan lines up in the shotgun three on the play clock and they get the snap quick wide receiver screen.
A little juke moved there, but he on Lee gets a couple of yards, um, the TCU wide receiver so it will be third down now in about 18.
That was Tie Barber, who made the catch over the first two games.
Barber was their leading receiver in receptions and in yards, or he was tied for the lead receptions and he led in yards, 13 17.
He has six receptions today, actually, for 40 yards, and Duggan steps up to the line.
It looks like he's calling an audible here on 3rd and 17.
Duggan three on the play clock, takes the snap.
They're actually gonna hand it off here, and Miller will get on Lee about down to the 31 a half yard line.
So they've been heavy on the run today.
Actually, that was not Miller.
That was actually Barlow who ran that one.
His helmet came off during the play, but they've still been riding the run for sure.
So it's 4th and 14 and it looks like t c.
You will be going for a field goal here.
This is not a guaranteed make.
It's about a 48 yard field goal, so we'll see if they can punch this one through.
The kick is up, and that is a beautiful kick.
TCU kicker with a lot of leg there.
Griffin Kell made that one.
So TCU now up nine.
This is a two possession game, three straight field goals for TCU.
Unanswered, and they're up nine heading into the break, 12 11 to go in the third quarter, so we'll see if Texas can respond here.
This is looking like a very good game now, early in the third quarter, CSU on top 23 to 14.
Texas has not been able to muster anything on offense or on defense, so we're now in a commercial break.

11 to go in the third quarter.
Here is we're still in a commercial break.
TCU is on top of Texas 23 to 14 so we will be back in just a moment.
Looks like we're almost back to some.
Football is TC will be kicking it off Texas.
We'll start out with their first drive of the second half following the Sama Linger pick to end the first half, which resulted in TCU field goal.
So here comes the kickoff, 12 11 to go in the third quarter is the referee *** back, and this kick will fly away and Texas will let it go through the back of the end zone for a touchback.
So Sam Ellinger and company will come out to the 25 yard line and they'll try to get something going.
Ellinger clapping his hands here as he talks to his team on the sideline.
Before they come on out, Chianti Ingram will be in the back field for the first play.
There's a flag on the play, a very late flag or something that's coming in.
Eso We'll see what this is about.
Looks like there's a flag on TCU that is are actually on Texas gives me a personal foul that I guess, was called during the kick.
And that's just the latest mistake for Texas.
Thank you, **** for calves for joining, so we'll be back in just a moment.
So I guess that personal foul will bring them half the distance to the goal.
5 yard line right now, my linger five for 16 on the day he has his running back, Chianti and Grim in the backfield.
Tight end and three wide receivers.
L linger in the shotgun 1st and 10.
He's gonna pass looking looking throws over the middle, a nice throw dump off to the Texas receiver There.
That will be Smith, who catches the pass for a few.
So that second down that's actually Jared Smith there, the running back who caught the pass he was on the field, Texas running the hurry up.
They'll run it up the middle.
With Ingram, he gets four.
So what's third and one? So a quick, no huddle play there for them.
And I guess they had Jared Smith, the running back, line out wide as wide receivers. That's interesting.
So it's gonna be third one.
I linger in the shotgun, clapping his hands.
Ingram to his right. He's gonna pass.
He's got the first down in a lot more Ellinger across the 30 running left, still on his feet across the 40 across the 50 and he's finally ran out of bounds inside the 45.
The Texas Longhorns are now in TCU territory.
A nice play by Ellinger.
They're not seeing anything creating with his legs.
He is definitely a dual threat quarterback, not the fastest, but very physical.
And he got a lot of yards.
They're all the way down to the 42 there going No huddle here.
Gonna pass again.
Ellinger throws over the middle, caught first down, and Smith gets a big hit leveled on him.
But he holds onto the ball.
Jared Smith with two catches on this drive, and it's a first down.
Ellinger leading his team to the line quickly here, 10 55 to go in the third quarter, 1st and 10.
But there is a flag on the play here, another late flag coming in on the last play, so we'll see what this is about.
So here comes the call.
It's gonna be on TCU on the previous play.
The Allinger scramble right there are actually no, not the Ellinger scramble on the catch by Smith.
So, yeah, it looks like this was after the play.
It was a referee down on the field.
It looked like I couldn't really tell what that flag was about, but it actually gives Texas 15 years.
I think that flag was unnecessary roughness or something on TCU that run will be up the middle by Ingram for four yards, usually gets a split and carries between him and Russian Johnson.
But he's been on the field for all of this drive so far.
Second, seven, 10 27 and counting to go in the third quarter, all on the 12 and linger in the shotgun.
Ingram to his right, trips to the right, one wide receiver to the left.
No tight ends on the field.
Ellinger takes the snap.
Ellinger facing the rush.
Ellinger rolling left, still rolling fires.
And that one is under thrown.
He was facing a tough blitz there, so under thrown there and it will be now third down and seven.
So that was intended for Tariq Black.
Or wait now. Never mind.
Yeah, I know it was intended for Tariq Black.
So third and seven here.
No linger in the shotgun.
Takes the snap facing a blitz.
He's hit, and that is off the hands of black, so it will be fourth down.
Texas will have to settle for a field goal here unless they decide to go for it on fourth and seven.
I lingers, jogging off the field, so it looks like they'll bring on Cameron ****er to try to make this in one possession game.
Still early in the third quarter, 10 04 left in the third and ****er is setting up three or four on field goals this season, and this one will be 29 yards, 29 yard field goal.
And there's a little jump.
There's gonna be a flag on that play.
TCU jumped, but we'll see if that's a false start or offsides.
****er kicked it through on the practice kick, but there is a flag.
This may change what Texas wants to do on fourth down.
TCU gets called for offsides, so it's fourth and two in Texas has got a decision to make.
It looks like Sam Ellinger is coming back on the field.
It's hard to see he's standing near the sideline here, but, yeah, I think fourth and two, it looks like he's coming back on.
So TCU making it easier for Texas giving them a tough decision in Texas is indeed coming back on the field.
Something in for Chianti Ingram at running back 4002 This is a gutsy call here earlier in the early in the third quarter by Tom Herman.
Ball on the seven Johnson lining out wide five wide receivers for Ellinger, who throws a quick screen to Johnson.
Johnson jukes inside inside the five break some tackles.
He's into the end zone.
A seven yard touchdown catch from Salmon Linger in Texas with the extra point could make this a two point game.
Ah, gutsy call by Tom Herman, coach of Texas.
That worked out, And Sam Ellinger has got this offense going again as Chianti Ingram carried them on the drive, along with a big run from Elgar and Rush on, Johnson finishes it on fourth and two.
You see if you're watching on TV.
He broke a couple of tackles, dove into the end zone with defenders on his back, and Texas is down 23 to 20 pending the extra point.
So ****er getting ready here to kick this one in.
He had a practice kick from a little further away just now.
Snap, hold kick is right.
Through 23 to 21.
TCU on top By two.
We have got Ah, ballgame here.
Texas trying to stave off another upset from just last just last week, trying to stave off Texas Tech.
This time they're trying to stave off TCU and we'll see if they're able to do it.
We have got a great game.
Make sure you stay tuned.
We're heading into commercials.
So again, if you want to follow me on Twitter, you can do so at Calvin Underscore s G F Follow our show at SG Sports Talk.
Follow Chris at Chris Underscore s G F follow our podcast at S G F pod and yeah, so make sure you do that right away if you haven't done it already.
But we have got a fun game so far today, so we're in a commercial break.
We'll be back in just a moment here, and his Texas is only down by two, so we will return in just a moment.
Once again, it's been a slow game to already 2:45 p.
This game started at noon, but we'll be back in a minute and we'll see the kickoff from Texas.
So TCU has a man back deep Cameron ****er to kick it away as Sam Ellinger has got a headset on on the sideline, TCU up 23 to 21 on Texas here as ****er kicks it away and that one will go through the back of the end zone for a touchback.
So Max Duggan didn't get much of a break.
He'll be back on the field again.
And, um, interestingly enough, Sam Ellinger has the most past touchdowns in this three game span in a single season in school history.
He's got 13 already in this early in this third game, we're not early.
Colt McCoy and Kris Sims each had 12 and hold McCoy, obviously now in the NFL.
Chris Simms, a broadcaster for NBC and also Facebook, friends with him, so not to flex or anything.
Duggan in the shotgun.
Now on 1st and 10 Duggan takes this.
Now here's a handoff.
No, it'll be a double jet sweep out here to the wide receiver.
TCU is getting some yardage across the 40.
There'll be a flag on the play, though.
This play will be broken for 19.
We'll see what this flag is about, though, and, uh, the running back on the field was Zack Evans he pitched it back to the wide receiver and Texas player fosters down on a knee on the field.
I believe Blair con right, took that double jet sweep is well, so there is a penalty flag on the play and it will be an illegal block in the back from TCU.
So that will negate this play here on the double jet sweep.
Excuse me? It was not con right, actually, who got the double jet sweep? My apologies.
It was, um, pitched to him from Zack Evans.
And it Waas Darius Davis, who got it and fosters jogging off the field here for Texas.
So it's first in 21 here.
TCU with the ball dug in the shotgun handoff here.
This won't get much.
I believe that's Evans, who runs it up the middle.
He will get three so 3rd and 18 Texas looking to quickly get the ball back and get ahead in this game.
This scoreboard up here is not updated, but hopefully it will be in a moment and second down in 17.
There are flags all over the place.
It looks like a Texas player was offsides.
We'll see if they call that a TCU false start or an offsides by Texas.
It will be a false start on TCU, so backs him up even further.
Second in 22 TCU slowly seeming to throw this game away.
They seems to be in control for a while now.
They're having trouble, actually, second in 23 there's one it will be.
So Duggan has got two running backs in the backfield here, so he takes the snap.
That one will be a fake toe.
Evans Duggan will run it himself all the way up to the 18 yard line.
He gets six, so it'll be third down in 17 here as Doug and takes the Q B draw.
A nice play call, but they've still got a long way to go on 3rd and 17.
So dug in back in the shotgun.
They're lining up quickly, 8 35 to go in the third quarter.
Duggan's got three wide receivers, a tight end and running back and five offensive linemen, of course, with him on the field.
10 on the play clock, 13 17.
Duggan fakes the handoff facing a blitz, throws outside a screen pass here that will get a little bit across the 25 but not much Mawr.
That's Barlow with the catch.
So it'll be fourth down in T. C.
You will have to punch it away.
TCU uses a variety of different running backs.
We've seen Barlow, Condrey, Miller.
We've seen Max Duggan run it, and we saw Darius Davis get that jet sweep there.
So not really a running back, but still so forth and nine and TCU will punch it away.
Texas could easily take a lead here with a score as the punt team comes onto the field 4th and 97 on the play clock and this punch will be kicked away.
Texas will let it drop around the inside the 25.
So pretty good plant all the way down to about the 23 or the 22 yard line.
So Sam Ellinger in Texas will have some work to do as we head into a commercial break.
TCU up 23 to 21.
This game is gonna be very exciting.
Is gonna be a very exciting finish.
So we're in a commercial break.
If you wanna comment anything about the game or about sports, you can do so.
If you have fantasy questions, you can comment that and also, I mean, if you have fantasy questions that you want to be included on the podcast.
I posted a thread on Twitter on my page at Calvin Underscores GF where you can post questions and they'll be considered for next week's episode.
And there's a lot of interesting stuff going on in the NFL right now.
The Chiefs and Patriots, postponed for Monday or Tuesday, Titans and Steelers has already been postponed.
So a lot of interesting things going on in the NFL and you'll want to hear about all of it on the second goal Fantasy podcast.
Oh, and of course, if you want to ask any questions, you can do so on Twitter.
Yeah, yes, yeah, so we're still in a commercial break.
We'll be back in just a moment here in this Big 12 Conference matchup.
Yeah, and Texas is actually playing Oklahoma next week in a huge rivalry game.
Oklahoma got upset by Kansas State, but that should be a fun game to watch.
Both of the teams are very, very good.
This year undoubtedly will be very high scoring as well So here we go.
TCU, up 23 to 20 one on Texas's Texas, starts with the ball on their own 23 yard line.
Sam Ellinger out on the field for 1st and 10 Texas, allowing a limited capacity.
Some fans here in Darrell K.
Ellinger, so far today has just been eight for 21.
But with three touchdowns in a pick, Ellinger will pass those that one over the middle, and that is incomplete.
Make it eight for 22.
There was a passage to, Ah, very tight coverage there, so it'll be second down.
So 2nd and 10 now after the incompletion and linger getting his team set up, sending rush on Johnson out.
So wide receiver.
So five wideouts on the field, two on the play clock, I linger, gets the low snap throws over the middle.
That one's caught a nice catch there for a few yards by the Texas receiver, and that was on the catch.
It waas Jake Smith, so that makes it third down and manageable after that.
One gained a few third and four TCU hoping to force a three and out here to get the ball back with the lead and Russian Johnson stays on the field, he'll be going out to the right for a pass.
So five wideouts once again Ellinger in the shotgun, third down and four five on the play clock, sending a man in motion.
Ellinger takes the snap facing a blitz makes the throw and that is dropped by Smith.
He had it right in his hands.
That would have been a guaranteed first down if he was able to make the catch.
But instead it will be fourth down and four.
And so Texas jobs off the field after three and out.
The offensive line did a pretty good job of blocking, and that was right in Smith's hands.
You could've had 20 extra yards on that when if he held onto the ball, but he just couldn't make the play.
So it's fourth and four, and this game is just going getting slower and slower and slower with all the penalties and all of this thes constant punts.
Just such a slow game and there'll be a punt again.
Texas is punting this one away, so here it goes.
This is a pretty far kick.
TCU will feel that at the 26 miss tackled by Texas across the 30 to 35.
And they'll actually taking almost up to the 40.
A nice return there. But there's a little fight.
There's a little scrum on the sideline afterwards trying to break it up.
Here are the TCU sideline, but Chris Brown, defensive back, was involved in that fight for Texas and again, Texas and Oklahoma coming up next Saturday, and that should be a very fun game to watch.
If you want to comment anything, you could do so in the comments.
And here comes Doug in.
With his team 1st and 10 back on the field, a TCU has not had much of a break for that offense.
Doug in 14 for 2155 yards on the day.
He also has a rushing touchdown, and Barkley, the running back, is in the backfield.
Not say Kwan Barkley.
Of course, I wouldn't think 1st and 10 actually know he'll line out wide now.
So Duncan's got four wide receivers to left, one to the right, and he will take the snap facing a blitz.
He's trying to chew, but he gets brought down for no gain.
A nice play by the Texas defense.
Actually, that was a wide receiver Mikhail Barkley, who lined up as a running back.
So he's listed as a wide receiver, which is why I could not find him in the Carries stats.
So, 2nd and 10 Duggan didn't get anything there, but he's had 10 rushes for 57 yards and a touchdown.
Today, Duggan's got a man motioning into the backfield.
2nd and 10 clapping his hands.
He takes the snap.
Here's a handoff, but this won't get anywhere, either.
On I stopped by the Texas defense.
Once again, Cook was in on the tackle, so after a gain of one, it's third down.
That was Condrey Miller on the rush, But hurry, hurry up offense here.
Coming from Duggan, he's gonna pass on 39 Duggan under pressure.
Duggan is brought down in the back field for the second. The ball is loose.
Texas thinks they have it.
They're pointing their direction.
We'll see what they say, they say here, as the referees try to sort out this pile, it's Texas football.
They are pointing Texas's direction.
It is Longhorn football and it looks like sweat was on the recovery there for Texas.
But Dougan lost the ball there on the strip sack.
We'll see the review, but Joseph O. C.
A nice rush for Texas.
There he took down Duggan, actually stripping the ball.
That was definitely a fumble.
And it will be Longhorns ball.
Ah, costly mistake for TCU.
So Texas has excellent field position here.
First down in 10 in TCU territory.
A great play by sweat there.
That was Tuvan DRI Sweat, the defensive lineman who made the play, and Ellinger lining up his offense for 1st and 10.
Got a running back in the backfield.
No, sending him out wide.
Ellinger looking looking, fires, a screen pass to Ingram.
Ingram. Get stopped in the backfield.
That's gonna be a loss of two.
He actually dove ahead.
Actually, I think it will be a loss of 1.
5, so Ingram ableto get a little bit extra on that play.
But that will lose the yardage so the ball will be about their 38 or 37 of TCU 2nd 11 actually, at the 37 is where they put it.
Fake handoff to Ingram.
Eleanor, going deep, finds a wide open man on the sidelines inside the 10.
A nice play there.
That's Woodard, the Texas wide receiver who got the first down.
Texas is clicking.
They're trying to get their lead back here.
Al Vontae Woodard made the play, so that'll be first down.
That's his first catch of the day for 20 nine yards and Ellinger walking back, looking at the sidelines.
The stoppage in play here, we'll see what this is about, first intended with 4 44 to go in the third quarter.
But it looks like, Yeah, there's gonna be a penalty on this play.
See what it was about? I think it may have been on Texas, but so that I'll actually back them up.
That may negate the play, so, yeah, it'll be second in 16.
There was a penalty on that play, so that will back him up and linger.
Getting ready in the shotgun.
Five wide receivers out.
He takes the snap, Ellinger looking, throwing over the middle.
That one's batted down by Daniels on the defense or TCU.
A nice play so it's starting 16 in Texas.
After that long play that was brought back, they're starting to stall out again.
So the incomplete pass stops the clock with 4 22 to go in the third quarter.
3rd and 16 Ellinger in the shotgun again, anger, motioning back into the backfield.
Seven on the play clock.
He's gonna pass steps up, running left, still running.
Dishes it off. Ingram.
Ingram makes a man miss.
Makes another man miss, tries to break a tackle, but he only gets about one.
Play by the TCU defense, although Ingram was able to get one yard.
So it's fourth down and this might be territory where you wanna go for it.
Igor's jogging off the field, though, so they may wanna punch it and pin the TCU Horned Frogs that they wanna pin the horn frogs down at their one.
That seems to be what they're gonna try to dio.
So it's gonna be Ryan book Chesky, whose punting it from just inside his own 40.
Why should he's standing past midfield? So he was gonna try to pin them inside the 10.
Hopefully, maybe even inside the five in this punt formation.
Low snap the punches away and it'll drop inside the five and be marked it about the six or the seven.
So when I spunk there of your Dejevsky and TCU, we'll have a long way to go here.
But they are on top by two.
I mean, they're definitely happy that they were able Thio stop Texas.
They're up to with the ball when we return from this commercial break.
And so we're in a commercial break.
We'll be back in just a moment in this very, very slow game.
TCU on top of Texas 23 to 21.
So once we get back to you, so you will have the ball at their own seven.
I believe in this matchup, but we're still in commercials. For now.
We'll be back in a little bit, so we are back now.
TCU 23 Texas 21 and actual fans mixing with cardboard cutouts here in the stands.
I believe those air cardboard cutouts in one section, so TCU is that has 1st and 10 at their own.
Seven dug in in the shotgun, the running back to his right here on first down two wide receivers and two tight ends on the field.
Duggan calling for the snap.
He gets it hand off.
Now that one will go across the 10 all the way up to the about the 13.
It looks like that's gonna be Foster on the run.
I'm saying that, right? So it's second in five after Foster gets five and Duggan is in the shotgun once again, Same formation takes this now handoff.
That's Foster again.
Foster gets about two third down.
Or actually, he gets three third down, and to so, a key third down for TCU.
That's Foster's fourth rush of the game.
He's got 18 yards on the day.
So a third and two in this close match up late in the third quarter.
TCU four for 11 on third down conversions today as Doug and gets set up again.
Texas defense running a 433 linebackers, two safeties, two corners.
Doug Jones got a running back to his right and four wide receivers.
He's gonna pass. That one's batted away.
It looked like it was batted at the line that will be incomplete.
The ball was trapped by actually, Yeah, I know that ball was trapped down at the Earth.
Will they call that a completion? I don't know if that was a completion.
They're calling that a completion.
So first in 10 for TCU, but I thought that Ball was trapped against the ground.
Anyway, they're hurrying it up.
There will be no challenge, and the ball is rushed up the middle for two yards by Foster.
So second and eight TCU not getting much in the running game right now.
Foster's got five carries for 20 yards on the day.
Three of them have come on this drive, So Duggan's got four wideouts in a running back on the field.
Now, as he comes up with here with second and eight at his own 25 10 on the play clock, Duggan collapse gets the ball in the pocket, throwing short dump off here to the receiver.
He finds his man.
It'll be a first down.
That's Barber there. Tie.
Barber makes the play for the first down there.
There's 54 seconds left in the third as Barbara ran out of bounds.
They are CCU is now at their own 36 they are driving.
Barbara will go to the sidelines.
Now that's Tissues.
18th first down of the day.
A smart play, their Texas trying to substitute.
Barbara has seven catches for 51 yards on the day Doug and calling out the plays the referee steps off with 10 seconds left on the play clock.
Scott, Wait, Let me excuse me.
Ah, he's got con dree Miller in the backfield.
Miller wrote it himself to the left.
Duggan gets the first down across the midfield.
Duggan runs out of bounds, their effort first down in a lot. Mawr.
He was knocked out by the Texas bench, but he got a first down.
A good run there for Duggan.
That's, I believe, his 11th carry on the day.
They're using him a lot on the ground, and the clock is stopped for some reason, is Oh, no, There is a Texas player down on the field that is, Ah, Chris Brown for Texas.
So that's a brutal loss.
One of their starters at defensive back.
Well, hope he's OK.
So there's 19 seconds left in the third quarter as Brown is still sitting on the field being talked to by trainers.
He's one of their seniors at defensive back, and I mean, he tried to trip up, dug in, But he got Oh, he got a nasty kick to the helmet as he tried to get dug in down.
That may have been what's ailing him.
He walks off the field 1st and 10 now across midfield, TCU in Texas territory.
This is a great game so far.
This should be fun to watch as it wraps up in the fourth quarter.
19 seconds to go.
Now the clock's running 1st and 10.
Looks like TC will run one more play before the quarter expires.
Duggan, eight seconds left in the third.
Looking for the snap.
Three to clapping.
This will be going deep.
This is not caught or no, it will be incomplete.
It looks like I couldn't tell.
No, actually, it looks like they'll say he caught it 1 ft inbounds for the TCU receiver.
That was a fantastic catch.
I couldn't tell if he had possession, but he made the play.
That was fantastic for TCU.
That's Blair con right, the wide receiver making that catch.
And so that's the end of the third quarter.
But a nice play by Con Right and TCU is in is near this touchdown near the end zone here as we end the third quarter.
A nice play by Conrad.
I guess they're in field goal range is what I was trying to say, but they're also they could be close to a touchdown.
TCU 23 Texas 21 at the end of the third quarter, this should be a fantastic game heading into the fourth, so we're in commercials once again, but we'll be back in a moment.
TCU has really been playing while this game.
Texas over the past couple of games has been very sloppy, almost losing the Texas Tech.
Now they're losing in this game here.
Try to get a comeback at the end.
But, I mean, nobody's really been doing.
They've never really been able to get Mo mentum for too long.
After that touchdown, it seemed like they had it after they got the ball back down to.
But then TCU forced a punt and they've been driving down on a long drive all the way down the field all right, so we'll be back in just a moment.
So we are back now or no, we're not.
Never mind almost back.
So the fourth quarter will be starting in just a moment, and we will be back soon.
I think now we're back.
Started the fourth quarter here for TCU and Texas here at D K R Texas Memorial Stadium, and the ball is that Texas is 15 yard line.
Duggan's got Condrey Miller in the backfield here 1st and 10.
It's actually at the 14 Doug in 174 yards passing on the day.
It's also done some work.
Rushing gets the snap, dropping back, looking over the middle fires in the end. So that's tipped.
That was nearly intercepted there, but it's tipped away.
Wells, the target there from as a tight end, he was being targeted in the ends on one of the reasons this game has been so slow.
13 for TCU, 12 for Texas.
But Dougan was looking for Wells, and that was nearly picked off that was tipped by over shown, who has returned to the game, then tipped off by Wells.
So 2nd and 10 Duggan's got no one in the backfield, five receivers sending a man in motion.
Duggan will hand it off to one of his receivers, a nice run there inside the 10.
That's gonna be Spillman who makes that run.
So it's third and short, third and four for TCU, 14 40 to go in the fourth quarter.
Actually, that Spielman Excuse me, not Spillman and some substitution is coming on.
Going on now is Duggan talks to his players.
If TC TCU a field goal give TCU a five point edge and they're certainly in field goal range.
But a touchdown in an extra point would make it a two possession game.
That's certainly ideal for them.
There's another Texas player down, another injury.
It's a Doi who is down there, and he stands up on his own power and he will walk off the field.
This game has been going extremely, extremely, extremely slowly.
Duggan's got Foster in the back field to the left of him, 3rd and 44 wide receivers to to the right to the left, Duggan calling out to play in the shotgun.
The clock is running, man in motion.
Duggan fakes the handoff he runs on a Q B draw, but he has stopped behind the line for a loss of two by the Texas defense.
That's Coburn there, who made the stop for Texas.
So with fourth and six and T.
C, you will see if they can convert this field goal unless they decide to go for it here.
So Duggan fakes the Jets sweep, ran the ball, but Coburn was all over it, somehow getting off of his blocker and making the play a nice play there by the Texas defense.
So it's 4th and 6th, and Sam Ellinger seems to be ready to get back on the field.
The kicker Griffin Kell gonna kick this one up.
Snap hold kick is straight through, and TCU was on top 26 to 21 early in the fourth quarter.
We have got a great, fantastic, exciting down to the wire game, and we're gonna have a great finish 26 21 TCU on top of Texas early in the fourth quarter after the field goal.
I mean, Texas has definitely got to be happy with that.
Stop could have been way worse, and now it's still a one possession game.
And so now Texas gets the ball back as we're now in another another another another commercial break.
So there are a lot of fun games going on in college football today.
We got Auburn and Georgia later tonight, Um, Texas A and M and Alabama starting in about 11 minutes, I think.
And then, of course, you can watch second gold sports talk for updates about all of those games as well as sports talk E mean, well, that is sports talk about, like sports ****ysis.
Talk about other sports to, of course, because mhm, it's an all sports talk show, so we'll be back in just a moment.
Yeah, this is second gold sports talks first, uh, broadcast of college football.
This has been a lot of fun, and it looks like the SportsCastr scoreboard is updating pretty fast because we got the field goal from TCU on there.
So TCU 26 Texas 21 like it says over there.
And so TCU will be kicking off in Sam Ellinger in Texas.
We'll see if they can retake the lead here, or I don't know if they've even have had to lead the whole game, but take the lead here.
So now Griffin Kale lining up to kick it off and the kick is away and it'll fly through the back of the end zone.
That is a touchback, So I mean, it's been a very exciting game.
So far, Texas has been making a lot of mistakes.
They're still in this game somehow, because there have been a lot of penalties on both sides.
TCU hasn't played their best football, but they're still on top 26 to 21.
Miss Texas lines up on their own 25 lingers.
Got three wideouts.
A tight end of the running back in the backfield.
Looks like Russia on Johnson's in the backfield is he sends a man in motion fake era that's not a fake.
Hands off to Johnson.
Running it up the middle gets about five.
So it's second and five a good run for him, and Ellinger looks like he's going No huddle.
He brings his team back to the line, got a full back in the backfield.
Now a second and five Ellinger gives to Johnson again.
Johnson, up the middle, fights his face across the 40 across the midfield market this is a huge gain.
Raw Shawn Johnson is brought down at the 30 yard line.
He found some space there.
There wasn't much of it, but he slithered through.
That hole in Texas is now driving.
Texas is on the move.
Of their own 30 Hellinger has got three wideouts, a tight end and Johnson in the backfield again.
1st and 10 the rest stopping play.
Now he'll step back.
Ellinger looking for the snap, now looking to the sidelines here, and they'll get back in position.
Chianti Ingram's now in the on in the game and running back instead of Johnson.
Fake handoff to Ingram.
Ellinger looking to pass, rolling right, Ellinger under pressure, still under pressure.
Throws that one away, and that one will hit the wall next to the stands.
Ellinger was just trying to flip that one away, sucking down in 10.
So the run by Johnson He was running right at first cut back, left in between splitting the two defenders, who are both being nicely blocked by the old line, and Johnson just got a huge chunk gain There, followed the 32nd and 10.
Eleanor has got four wideouts and Chianti Ingram.
Man in motion Ellinger takes the snap, throws a quick screen pass and, oh, my goodness, a big hit from TCU right there.
So Texas will actually lose a yard or two as Brendan Schooler caught that pass.
So it'll be third down.
Now Texas, suddenly in a less desirable situation with 12 05 to go in the fourth quarter.
Ellinger 12 or 29 3 touchdowns in a pick on the day.
Man in motion, Ellinger takes the snap.
He's gonna pass.
Ellinger steps up, throws over the middle that is caught a nice catch there for Texas and a first down great play there for the Longhorns.
They will move the chains, and it looks like they're gonna be hurrying up to the line in a little bit.
I mean, slowing down the pace a little bit, but a nice catch there by the tight end.
Jared Wiley 1st and 10.
Texas has got to running back to the backfield.
Johnson and Ingram, three wide receivers.
Eleanor takes the snap hand off here.
A nice run, Ingram Ingram spinning, dragging some defenders there.
Oh my, he broke again.
That was supposed to be about half a yard brought it to be about 3.5.
So it's second down and Graham has seven rushes for just 15 yards on the day.
They haven't used him much.
Second in six Al Linger looking for the ball now looking to the sidelines here as we're 13 on the play clock.
Ingram in the backfield, second and six handoff.
Ingram, Ingram find some space running right now, cutting back in left for the first down.
Ingram got about eight on that game, and Texas is looking excited here first and goal for Ellinger and company 10 43 to go in the fourth.
Texas could take a lead here.
They're gathering some momentum as Ingram.
With that seven yard rush, there was a lot of space there.
He actually made a nice move on one of the defensive lineman cutting back.
So it's first and goal for a Linger four wide receivers.
In the running back in the backfield, Kellinger sends a man in motion taking the snap looking fires, a little fade route and that what is caught with one hand Brennan eagles.
But it will be out of bounds.
Second and goal.
So that was a nice little fade, Thio Eagles.
But it was a little bit to the right, and so he wasn't able to haul it in and stay in bounds, although he did make the one handed catch there.
So it'll be second and goal.
Eagles actually stepped out before he the ball even came in.
So no chance for him there.
But it was a nice operate.
Nice try there, but good coverage by the TCU secondary trips to the left, now actually four wide receivers to the left as Ingram lines out wide one to the right.
Ellinger has got nobody in the backfield here for a second and goal.
Ellinger takes the snap looking, still looking, rolling right under pressure throws into the end zone.
No, that's a little bit out of bounds to.
He threw that one away.
Third and goal Eagles was in the vicinity.
He could have potentially had that one as well as also in the vicinity was Cal Vontae Dixon wide receiver.
So it's third on goal and Linger got five wideouts here, 10 02 to go in the fourth.
You know you're calling something out now, he'll take the snap, dropping back throws over the middle that's caught touchdown.
A nice touchdown strike toe, APS their mouth of EPS.
The tight end makes the catch from salmon.
Linger in Texas is on top 27 to 26.
I don't know that I don't That might be the first time all game that they've had a lead.
I am not sure, but it's 27 to 26 Texas, and it looks like they're probably gonna go for two here because if they do, the deficit for TCU will be three and a field goal would only tie.
So Texas takes the lead.
Malcolm Maps made the touchdown catch, and with 9 56 to go, Texas's offense is going to stay on the field for two 27 to 26.
We'll see if Ellinger could make it 29 26 two point attempt coming three wide outs, the tight end and running back, they will hand it to Ingram.
Ingram dives into the end zone.
Chianti Ingram runs that one in for two points.
Texas is on top.
This is looking like a great game with 9 56 to go in the fourth quarter.
So a great pass there from Ellinger, too, staying calm in the pocket.
It was a great throw to Malcolm EPPS, who made the play in one on one coverage and then Chianti Ingram running that one in for two, running left and diving into the end zone.
Texas 29 TCU 26.
We're heading into a commercial break with 9 56 left in the game.
TCU will get the ball back and try to answer in just a moment.
So we're in a commercial break.
This is a fantastic game so far.
So once this commercial break ends, Texas will be kicking to TCU and both teams really getting into it now as we hit the home stretch of this game.
Texas 29 TCU 26.
Hopefully, the SportsCastr scoreboard updates in just a moment.
I mean, obviously they have a lot of games to follow it once it's very difficult to get real completely.
Real time updates.
So again we will be back in just a moment from this commercial break and in this Big 12 matchup.
We've had a lot of fun so far.
If Texas loses, they have basically taken themselves out of contention for the college football playoff.
So this is huge for them.
So we are back now.
Kick off will be coming in just a moment.
Max Duggan will try to lead TCU to maybe regained leader.
At least tie with a field goal.
Texas up 3 29 26 And the kickoff is coming in just a moment from Cameron ****er As we head back to D K R Texas Memorial Stadium, ****er kicks it away and the kickoff will fly through the back of the end zone once again for a touchback.
So Max Duggan coming back on the field, he's really been a great dual threat option for both of them.
Got it done with his legs.
Got it done in the passing game.
He's made smart decisions this game.
I don't think he's had any turnovers other than that strip sack.
That was earlier in the game, but with 9 56 to go, he's coming back on the field 1st and 10.
Texas 29 TCU 26 Condrey Miller in the back field to the left of Duggan.
This is in fact, Texas's first lead all game Like I suspected as it hold me on the screen.
Duggan takes the snap, fakes the handoff on the jet sweep, rolling right throws over the middle, and that's caught for a first down and a lot Mawr.
This ball will come all the way up to the 38 maybe even the 30 nine yard line.
Nice little gain there, Um, for TCU as I try to find who caught that pass here.
That was Quinten Johnson with the catch, the wide receiver for TCU.
So 1st and 10 at the 39.
Duggan, with 9 27 to go in the fourth, takes the snap looking throws over the middle.
That one's off the hands of Condrey Miller.
Miller was open.
He had a little bit of space.
I mean, he wasn't wide open, but that one just went right off his hands.
They're just trying to run with it before he actually had it.
So it's 2nd and 10 9 22 to go in the fourth.
Four wide receivers and running back to to the right to the left.
He's gonna run the ball here, but he's not gonna get much.
He's actually stopped for a loss of one by the Texas defense.
Jacques Wells was in on that tackle, so it's third down and 11 as Duggan tried to sneak it up on the Q B draw.
But Texas was ready for it.
They seem to have gotten better at stopping his rushes now as the game progresses.
But its 3rd 11 TCU five for 13 on third downs today, the line to gain is the 49 there.
At their own 38 Duggan got trips to the left, one wide receiver and his running back to the right.
Duggan, looking left, hit his he throws, and that one is nearly intercepted.
Cook, the Texas defender, was running towards that ball, which was dangerously lofted towards the open field on the left side, and Duggan was hit as he threw, and that one was almost picked off.
Duggan's lucky that that wasn't worse than it actually was.
TCU will now have to punt 4th and 11 so Texas will get the ball back up three with 8 34 to go in the fourth quarter, the punter Sandy coming onto the field.
Now snap and they will kick it away as Texas will leave this one inside the 10.
And it will be marked down at the eight.
A beautiful punt for TCU and Sam Ellinger.
And Texas will have a long way to go to try to get more points on the scoreboard.
But they are in a good spot, leading with 8 23 to go with the ball, 29 to 20 six.
As we go into commercials again, this has been a very intense battle in in conference game here.
Both teams in the Big 12 and Texas is on top by three.
After losing by as much as nine at one point, they finally have a lead.
So we remain in a commercial break.

After our week off, we're back.
We're off hiatus.
We're ready to go.
So we'll be getting back to some football.
College football action.
In just a moment on the first college football broadcast of this channel, I am being texted.
Okay, see what this is.
So Texas has the ball of their own ages.
We come back and I linger is in the shotgun now with Ingram in the backfield behind him, it's got four wide receivers Now.
He's actually got two guys in the back field, so three wide receivers Ingram runs up the middle, gets nothing.
One yard there on that run 8 15 to go in the fourth quarter, second and nine for Texas.
Texas has been using the run a lot 58 rushing yards this quarter.
And with second and nine Ellinger getting the snap three wide receivers, a tight end in a running back on the field, Ellinger gonna run it himself on the Q B draw.
That was actually an option play.
He could've pitched it to Ingram, but instead he'll get three himself.
So it's gonna be third down and six, 7.
Actually, now 7.
5 minutes to go in the fourth.
Texas is two for two on third downs this quarter to the right tomb and to the right to mend the left for wide receivers for Al Anger and Chianti Ingram in the backfield.
10 on the Blake lock.
Ellinger running it down.
Now, calling something out.
On the play clock, Ellinger gets the snap.
He's gonna throw steps up, throws over the middle, and that one's caught, but it's about two yards short of the first down.
It was caught by Jake Smith, but he slid down there, so it's fourth and two brutally close for Texas, but a low throw by Ellinger cause Smith toe have to slide and they will come off the field.
TCU will have another chance.
Brian Bukovsky gotta kick this one away and the punt team is on the field.
Bukovsky standing at his own, too.
5 to go in the fourth, fourth and two.
He's running it up and he will finally kick this one away and it'll drop.
TCU gonna return it.
Breaking some tackles.
Here is the TCU returner across midfield.
Good field position.
Speelman was the returner and he gets first.
That's gonna be first in 10 for TCU.
I believe in Texas territory, 6 16 to go.
TCU has the ball back, and they've got some momentum.
After that return, this will come down to the wire, so we're once again in commercials just over six minutes to go in the fourth quarter of this game.
If TCU gets a field goal, they could tie it here down 29 to 20 six.
If they get a touchdown, they could obviously get ahead.
So there is potential for overtime that would make this long game even longer.
This game started at 12 o'clock Eastern.
It is now 3 41 Eastern, and it's still, like barely even halfway through the fourth quarter, with a possible over time coming.
This was an incredibly long game.
So many penalties, believe 25 or something, maybe even Mawr on the day.
But we're in commercials again, and when we come back, TCU when Max Duggan will try to get this victory.
So we'll be back in just a moment in commercials right now, but in a bit it'll be coming back to some football.
And now we are back showing an aerial view of Texas right now on TV and the Texas campus.
But TCU trying to get their first win of the season here there are 11 after losing last week toe. Iowa State.
Texas is, too, and, oh, after winds against you, tap in Texas Tech.
Duggan at his own 43.
Taking the snap, it will be a little pitch.
This will technically count is a past toe, one of his wide receivers who will get about 2 2.5.
Actually, that will be Foster.
So are running back.
Lining out wide takes the jet sweep and it'll be second down, about 7.5.
It's my estimate, actually.
Maybe even well, maybe Yeah, he actually, no.
It looks like he got about 7 2.
5 yards there, so it's second and eight that will be marked down in the past.
Now Foster lining up in the backfield, two wide receivers to the right, to the left, Foster lining out wide.
Duggan takes the snap throws over the middle.
That's tips, but it's actually caught by a TCU player for the first down.
That one was tipped at the line that passed, but it was caught by Johnston right at the home.
My goodness tipped right into the hands of a TCU player that's lucky for them.
Quentin Johnston made the play, but that's gonna be a first down.
Actually, no third and one, but Dougan will pound it up is a at a Q B sneak with the Q B sneak for the first down.
So actually that wasn't quite a first, but Doug and got it for them.
So first intent T.
Was driving 5 15 to go in the fourth.
Sure, Duggan has 15 rushes for 66 yards and a score on the day in its 1st and 10.
Foster in the backfield here for TCU five minutes to go in the fourth quarter.
TCU, trying to choose some clock ball at the 31 dug in 20 for 30 for 200 31 yards passing as well.
On the day he'll take the snap handoff.
Foster Foster running left.
Foster dives ahead to the 25 gets about six second, and four actually will be marked down about a yard back of where I thought So.
Second and five TCU substituting here 4.
5 minutes to go in the fourth quarter, Texas substituting on their defense as well.
So it's second and five 4 23 to go.
Duggan got five wide receivers out, three to the left, to to the right.
He's TCU down 29 26 to Texas, nine on the play clock, Duggan looking for the snap five on the play clock.
He takes the snap Q B draw here, running it up the middle, Duggan inside the 10 to the five he runs that would in touchdown.
TCU marks Duggan with his second rushing touchdown on the day.
He sneaks that one through on the Q B draw, and he went untouched to the end zone from 26 yards out.
Max Doug inputs TCU up by three and an extra point.
We'll put them up 33 to 29.
Duggan saw the space there, one of the linebackers drifting away, and he was actually genuinely not touched on that run at all.
26 yard touchdown and the extra point is up and it is good.
TCU up 33 to 29 on Texas Max Duggan a 26 yard rush, and we will head to commercials again.
Texas will try to pull off some sort of game winning drive.
This is a wild finish with four 01 to go in the fourth quarter, so we're in a commercial break now.
Hopefully, the SportsCastr scoreboard updates soon, but it is TCU 33 Texas 29.
So here comes the kickoff.
Now TCU up 33 to 29.
So with four or one to go, that kick will go through the back of the end zone and Ellinger coming back on the field now.
So sorry about this.
I'm just trying to do something with my DVR.
So first in 10 here for Linger Man in motion.
No, he actually fakes.
Passed a K Brewer here.
He makes the catch.
Kate Brewer gets two yards.
2nd 2nd down in about eight, actually, second in nine.
Ellinger in the hurry up.
He takes the snap throws caught.
Ingram, Ingram. Hurdles.
There's a flag on the play, but he gets a couple so we'll see what this flag is about with 3 36 to go in the fourth quarter.
So the call is coming in.
It's on TCU, but eh? So that should maybe give Texas a first down.
I can't really tell what the call is.
It looks like maybe an illegal formation.
They were not really set, so either way, it'll be second in four Ellinger, 15 for 34 passing on the day, four touchdowns with a pick.
He has not had a good completion percentage, though.
He's got three wide receivers, a tight end in the running back on the field, it's Ingram in the backfield.
Once again, anger and playing the majority of the snaps as opposed to rush on Johnson.
Ellinger, passing over the middle, finds a wide open receiver inside the 30 inside the 20 he has brought down all the way at the 16 not his Chianti.
Ingram making the catch and Texas is in the red zone.
Ellinger on a nice little past.
I was a little wheel route from Ingram and nobody was watching and nobody kept an eye on Chianti Ingram.
But he ran that one all the way into the red zone, and Texas's offense is clicking now.
305 to go in the fourth, Ellinger hurrying up, trying to catch the defense off guard, hands to Ingram.
Ingram finds the space, gets a first out, dies to the one and the ball is fumbled, but he recovers.
But it looks like he was down before the ball came out.
But Ingram dove all the way down to the one yard line.
His elbow was yes, indeed, down.
So it'll be first and goal, and Texas is on the verge of a touchdown here.
Ellinger takes us now.
Ingram. He has stopped.
He loses a yard and no, there's a ball.
The balls loose.
C. U says this is their ball.
The ball is loose.
We'll see what this is about or not.
We'll see what this is about.
We'll see you has it.
It'll be TC used football.
Ah, brutal play.
Their Chianti Ingram trying to glean over the pile.
And he was stripped of the ball as he tried to extend to the end zone.
Brutal play for Texas There.
I think this might be TCU football.
It looks like Ingram clearly lost it, so it will go the other way.
What a brutal play for Texas they were driving.
And then just the miscue.
The turnover by Ingram, who reached out for the end zone instead of holding onto the ball.
So it's TCU football here.
Yeah, so that's Texas is second turnover of the day, and TCU will get the ball of their own to.
Texas has all three of their time outs, but there is no two minute warning in college, so they've got to get in TCU on a three and out here, Most likely.
Yeah, TCU 33 Texas 29.
The ball is at TCU is one yard line, two tight ends or running back and two wide receivers on the field for TCU, dug it in his own end zone, 2 32 to go 1st and 10 dug in in the shotgun.
He will hand it off and this run is stuffed, blown up and actually, that will be no gain.
Very close to the end zone is where the running back was. Down there.
We'll see who this was on the run.
This was Barlow, who has not gotten many touches.
He has been written out in favor of Condrey Miller, the other running back. But Darwin Barlow.
It's no gain on that one, and so it's 2nd and 10.
So Texas needs to get two more stops, and it looks like we're in commercials.
So Texas may have taken a time out.
They went to commercials very quickly, so I must have missed it.
But anyway, we're in a commercial break.
Second and eight.
Now they'll actually give two yards to the running back Barlow Doug in the shotgun trips to the right.
Texas had taken their first time out with 2 26 left in the fourth.
Duggan takes the snap.
Here's another hand off the run here from Miller.
Miller gets tripped up, but he gets about to a nice stop there from Texas.
They've got to get one more, and it looks like the clock has stopped.
Texas has taken their second time out of the half to 20 to go.
They gotta get one more stop and get the ball back there down in six, and we're back to commercials again.
Wow! Trying to cram these commercials in here? This is crazy.
In the fourth year, TCU up 33 to 29 on Texas.
Third down and six third down in seven, actually, at TCU Zone four.
Duggan got four wide receivers and running back in the backfield.
They might decide to pass here to try to get the first down.
No, it's gonna be a hand off a little jet sweep and they will get it.
Ah, first down for TCU, and that is killer that kills Texas.
Thai Barber gets the first down.
That's gotta hurt to 14 to go.
The clock will start running again.
First down and 10 the clock briefly stopped because of the first down because college rules but no two minute warning.
Texas has got one time out.
They will save it.
First down and 10 and TCU going to run down the clock here.
10 on the play clock.
Duggan in the shotgun, got a running back to his right.
It's Barlow, Doug and trying to get the snap.
He gets it just in time.
Barlow, Barlow Running left.
Barlow is stopped gain of one second down.
It looks like Tom Herman will use his time out here.
So Texas, using their final time out, they don't have much of a chance left.
But we'll see what happens.
They still do have a glimmer of hope if they can stop TCU on these next two runs.
So second and eight now is the TCU Horned Frogs talk on their sideline, 1 38 to go in the fourth quarter.
1 38 to go in the fourth quarter.
TCU lining up now second and eight after the time out, Doug in the shotgun, two tight ends, two wide receivers and running back out here for second down and eight, Duggan takes the snap handoff.
That run will be blown apart.
Lee gets about two.
It's a little pile, pushing there, though, so he'll be knocked back.
But it looks like forward progress will give him two.
So, yeah, earlier, the Duggan rushing touchdown really hurt Texas.
Then when they tried to come back, they fumbled it at the two yard line.
That is absolutely brutal for them.
Okay, So third down and seven now, and TCU has stopped behind the line, so Texas will barely have any time left, so it will be fourth down now.
Sorry about this.
I'm just trying toe do something here.
So it is now 4th and 85 2nd difference between the play clock and the game clock here goes and they will take a time out with one second left.
So six seconds left in the game for TCU, they will take their first time out.
Texas doesn't have much hope left here on fourth and eight, six seconds to go.
There's a brief stoppage because of the time out, and TCU actually takes another time out.
Their coach waving his team in here, but six seconds to go.
So with six seconds left, the punt team is coming on.
They could theoretically run out there.
Actually. No, not the punt team.
Looks like Max Duggan might be coming back on the field.
It's hard to tell.
They might just be trying to run out the clock here, so yeah.
In fact, Max Duggan is coming on the field.
They're gonna try to run down the final six seconds, and now he's sprinting off talking with his coach.
Actually, he'll stay back on.
Fourth and eight and yeah, TCU was just in the victory formation here. Not looking.
Aponte, it looks like, but this is a very bold call.
I mean, they could pin Texas way far back.
They don't run down these full six seconds.
That's not good.
Duggan takes the snap, just running backwards.
Still running into the end zone, runs out of bounds, and there's a flag on the play as time expires.
Looks like Doug and ran through the back of the ends, and I think that would be a safety.
But there's a flag on fourth and eight, so we'll see what this is about.
Looks like TCU has won the game so well.
The flag has not been announced yet.
Not sure what this could be as it is still fourth and it was fourth and to eat on that last play, we'll see who it might be on.
So it'll be holding actually here on the offense.
So TCU gets called for a penalty, so it looks like there's gonna be one untimed down coming up here on fourth and eight.
Actually, now it'll be 4th and 15 because of the penalty pending TCU half the distance to the goal.
So with no time left on the clock, they have one untimed down.
It's hard to tell exactly what's going on, but we'll see.
Referees still in a huddle here don't know what could be taking so long on 4th and 15.
All right, so it looks like there's some announcement from the referee.
They actually will decline the penalty, and it looks like the safety will have to be taken here.
So Max Duggan ran the ball out of the back of the end zone for the safety.
Texas got the two points, but TCU will win the game 33 to 31 knocking off Texas a ranked team number nine in the country.
Texas has lost this game, 33 to 21 or 33 31 to TCU.
Ah, hard fought battle.
It was an exciting finish.
But at the end, this is what this is.
The end result will see you guys.
Next time we'll actually see you later for a second gold sports talk from 7 to 8.
