all right? Only with Max, but **** lines come strolling down to bank at the park.
Out! We're here.
We've got to share it.
So we ain't even gonna start the episode.
So anybody who comes in with supper, supper, supper get to hang out before the podcast and see how the podcast get the card it and goes down.
First we got Thio.
Do some share it.
Is Karen Karen like the people that yet? I mean Karen as uncaring.
All right, here we go.
Guys, we're just getting this all started up here.
Just getting it shared in there.
Right? We got it shared.
I'm betting you got it.
Get it on the side.
You that way we're covered with because you know that a lot of people have just followed the types of page they don't even follow are that is kind of weird.
Very seriously like it's not even the same followers.
It's weird having to remember all the ****.
Yeah, I'm starting to get good at it too, Which is kind of scary.
I mean, it's you and I never thought I would have.
We are get We are figuring it out.
All right, All right.
Everything's kind of shared out.
Wait to see what happens in the next second or two here.
I don't want to start it, you know? Sure, Myers.
Not a lot of people on sportscast.
I always forget that schools in now.
So we don't get the the 16 year old followers that like that we swear in our Yeah.
That. That's exactly it.
That's exactly Yeah, if you like us, you're either, like, 23 to 30 and, like, really immature or you're like, Yeah, work at I'm like, Yeah.
All the good buzz word.
All right, So you shared it on Twitter? Yep.
See? Welcome there.
Hey, Air Mark, See what's up there, Mark.
See, we're just waiting to start a podcast.
Usually waited a couple sacks for people from Twitter to get on, but shout out to air Mark seat first guy on first guy on.
And it's good to see people on that.
Have an account too.
It's like it takes two seconds to make an account we like during a game.
We'll have 25 30 people in the street.
Why would you want to come on and talk **** like I'm sure stuff that we say either rubs people the right way or the wrong way or whatever way.
Or if you just want us to talk about something if you put in the chat, Yeah, yeah, well, legitimately talk about it every time.
Unless it's like something that's going to get us a massive, massive trouble, which even then, if I'm in the right mood or have had a couple cold ones, I might be inclined to still just do it anyway.
That's just the way the cookie crumbles.
That's just a she goes just waiting here.
And Jack, Who do you like tonight in the game? First, Should we start tonight's game? Game four.
They have a doubleheader common.
I'm a little on the fence about this one.
I got to think that Dallas is going to come out and play this like it's a Game seven.
It's do or die, all right, if they go down 31 This Siri's is probably over, and I think High Skin is gonna have a big game because he did make that bad play in Game three that got them in trouble.
It shifted the momentum.
Tampa Bay took over.
I'm gonna pick Dallas and I'm going Thio for once.
Say that this is gonna be a higher scoring game.
I'm gonna go Dallas 4 to 3.
I like it. See my heart, says Dallas.
But my brain says Tampa Bay, because Tampa Bay just comes in waves and it seems like last game they started and even a little bit in the in the wind before it felt like they were kind of the Dallas Stars defense that were kind of keeping things to the perimeter, keeping things to the outside.
And then Tampa Bay just has this four line relentless for check.
I don't think stand cold.
I think they'll give him the night on.
Um, now, if there's a game to clinch the copy probably comes out, tries to go again.
I'm not sure if you will, but we'll see.
All indications are that I heard that he's not necessarily done for the Siri's yet, So Tampa has exposed Khudobin blocker side.
Absolutely, man, they got him kind of figured out.
I think that this is gonna be another pretty convincing victory from Tampa Bay.
I'm going for one Tampa Bay again.
I'm going back to back.
You think so? Again? Scores? No.
No. And let's talk about that tire.
Sagan has not been good enough.
He just simply has not been good enough during these, uh, during these playoffs, man, I know people have been rumbling that there's an injury. Whatever.
I don't care me.
And you can't be out there contributing nothing.
Which is essentially what he's done.
Um, he's been pretty brutal, man.
He hasn't had a point, I believe, since Game two of the Vegas Siri's where he had an assist.
Yeah, man, it's been that many games.
And then it's like, When was the last time he had a goal like 14 15 games ago? Like that? I think it was 12 games ago.
Like still far, far, far too long you're talking back? Went in the first round.
Maybe early second round of the playoffs.
He had a goal s What's up, Alex? Good to see you, man.
Gotta wake up. And I'm not sure he can.
I He's just not a playoff player.
No, he never has been.
He was not a playoff player in Boston.
He wasn't a playoff player So far, what we've seen with the Dallas Stars this Siri's especially.
I mean, it looks like he's skating well and everything, but, like the top guys gotta be that Carly, I'm going into a topic.
We're gonna get into it just a second after dumping on Tyler second, Uh, Tyler Second, I don't believe has, uh, has that playoff driving.
And I think when it gets tough to get to the net and get into those nitty gritty areas, he's a player that has a hard time wanting to go there on, uh, I I think that that's why the Dallas Stars, they're struggling right now.
Tyler Sagon needs to be a little more willing to give up body.
And you know, I mean, I shouldn't say that, because apparently you're not allowed to say that anymore.
But that a little bit.
But moving on to what Alex Cora Leone said in the chat here, what do you think of Petri signing a new contract? Jeff Petry signed a four year deal with the Montreal Canadians to extend his stay with the last habit on, um, what did he get? As far as average 6.
25 for four years.
I think that brings them to what, 36 years old? You think that's a fine contract? I think Jeff Petry is a very good defenseman.
I think that if they continue to build and continue Thio establish more more of 37.
37 at the end of the contract.
Still, don't hate that.
I told Jack before we went on the air when we kind of talked about this.
I don't like signing defenseman past 38 39 37.
I bet you the last year of the deal might look a little ugly, but then you could buy out.
You could keep some in trade up.
You could just handle them and get three good years out of them and said and then deal with the fourth.
I think that, you know when it's a contract negotiation mark version and probably would have rather done a three year deal.
But you're dealing with an agent and you want him to come in at this dollar amount and for whatever.
Then you've got to give on term, and it's not a No one ever walks away from a contract negotiation, feeling they got everything they wanted.
Very rarely does that happen.
So I think that especially from an organizational standpoint, sometimes that happens for the players.
But, uh, I think the Jeff Petry contract in Montreal is brilliant.
I think it's a good thing.
I think they're building something good there, finally, and I mean, I was very critical of Mark Burg event throughout the beginning of his career, but it seems like he's kind of went through the motions, made his mistakes.
And now the move since the patch ready trade and that have seemed to have kind and the Sioux band and it all kind of started from there, they kind of percolated into better moves for the team.
After you know, moving guys like McDonough and surrogate Kev just disaster, Yeah, and if you look at Petraeus last three years, he has over 40 points in his last three seasons.
He's a great defenseman, his own end.
If you're great on both sides, I think that's a good deal for both Petri and the Montreal Canadian because toe find a defenseman like that on the open market is going to cost you upwards of $7 million so sort of keep him there and lock him up for the time being.
I think it's a great deal. Oh, yeah, I love that.
And also shout out buildings here.
We got Britney Will.
What up? Britney Ramelan? Brit, what's good? Good to see you, man.
I agree with I think Petry is Yeah, that would put Montreal out on crew.
I think that puts Montreal out on 100%.
I wonder, And I wanted to talk about that's when it comes to Torey Krug.
Um, what about the ST Louis Blues? If Petrie Angelo wa I could see it, I could see it happening.
I mean, I think that's a great ****ing spot for Tory Crew.
Yeah, they're both left handed defenseman Krug.
I'm not sure ST Louis would wanna put Krug on that top hair.
I think they would.
And I think they would just trouble are a fit goes for, like, the off season.
And like I think the money.
I think that if there will fun to go eight on Petra and group or something.
Pietrangelo ends up blocking, but then you talk about the Vegas Golden Knights looking to make 30 fence better.
Could they go after crew? They're going to go after Pietrangelo or crew and they're going to take whichever one they could get.
I know that's what I mean, if they don't get, you know I did that.
Yeah, man, I don't I don't doubt it all.
They want to make their defense stronger.
They know their ****ing powerful up front. Vegas.
They can afford to lose a stash.
Mia Smith or a Marshal Salt.
Whichever one they can kind of get the best return for and not hurt the roster.
I think staff me is obviously the obvious candidate they would look to move.
Really, I think it's Riley Smith because you can just come right up the line up into that second line, and I think they might have to go grab a second line center or a center in general if if they want to move on from staff.
Me, yeah, that's true.
I mean, that's just kind of creating a whole when you don't really need Thio when you got way and I think Reilly Smith.
There's no hole.
They could just move him right out in, in plug and play.
Now, Another thing happened today, Buddy.
Um, the Ottawa Senators bought out forward Bobby Ryan.
Everybody knows that he was going through the NHL's addiction recovery program or whatever the **** they call it, which was super awesome to see.
He came out and he was buzzing near the end of the year.
It was awesome to ****ing see em.
I thought it was a prick.
Move by the sense.
But here's a great thing for Bobby Ryan.
His life's on the straight narrow, and he's gonna be playing good hockey again.
Um, thank God you got out of that ******* organization in Ottawa because they're a bunch of *******s.
If I'm and dusters just said it here and I was going to say it.
If I'm the Boston Bruins, that is Target number one to put on your third line next to Charlie Coyle.
You could get in Onders Byork back into Providence, maybe polish his offensive game a little bit more before coming back into the NHL lineup.
I think Bobby Ryan, on Boston's third line, playing with Charlie Coyle.
What would just be such? I think that if you could get him for between 1.
5 and $2 million a season, you could probably score 15 goals on on a team like that.
And I think again, if you're the Vegas Golden Knights and you have to move out Riley Smith and move tuck out, why couldn't they go after Bobby Ryan on the cheap? I think Bobby Ryan toe any number of contenders is absolutely a deadly idea.
And if I'm the if I'm the Bruins, I looked Thio.
What happened when they put Johansson with Charlie Coyle? Um, just having that kind of skilled player alongside and didn't hurt what Charlie Coyle did it all.
Only it seemed to advance his offensive production.
I mean, if you're the Boston Bruins, you should be full.
Even in this season alone, he had five goals in 24 games.
I think he's an impact player still, and I think he's gonna come at a wage for price than what he's worth.
He's gonna be a bargain on the market risk reward, a lower like high reward guy, where it's like if it didn't work out and he's killing you.
That's not the type of money that you can't just catch him are.
You can't put him on waivers and send them down like you could, whatever you had to do to cover yourself for the year.
Much like when you sign any player for a one year deal, there is no rest.
But I'm telling you, this guy has turned his life around and he is ****ing skilled, man.
I would love to see Bobby Ryan continue that trajectory on a contender.
I'd love it to be in Boston, but if not Boston, I'd love to see him in like a Dallas a ST Louis Vegas.
Like I said, Boston, not Colorado is a great ****ing fit.
Um, for a guy like Bobby Ryan as well, so who's I certainly don't know where he's gonna end up and you've got to think all the contenders air salivating right now. E.
And I think Bobby Ryan will look to go and try toe win and take a good one year deal on a good team because you know what? If he shows that he's revitalized Koreans that you know everything is good is focusing on a key.
100% again, he comes out, puts up 50 points or something.
He could be in line to get a good two or three year next contract.
Right? So Goto a contender.
Bobby Ryan, come to the Boston Bruins.
If you're me and Jack, we want you.
But any contender will do because I want to see that guy do.
I love hearing stories like that.
I'll take Bobby Ryan with open arms.
Yeah, welcome to the to the stream.
Less is Morrison Shoutout lessons. Morrison.
What's happened? Okay, um, man crazy.
Tonight, we have back to back in the Stanley Cup finals, back to back games.
So you see, um, what do you think about Adi getting the start tonight? You think that could happen? Who'd open gets arrest and they bring it out.
I think he should get one of these, and I think he's earned it.
He has only played two periods, but he's a calm, cool, collected.
He's letting zero goals.
We know what he can do in the postseason because we saw it when he was at Boston University.
He stepped up and he's just a different goalie in the postseason.
He's gonna be spectacular in this league. He's young.
Get him the experience now and he might even grab. You'll win.
He's been lights out so far.
I know he's only played two periods, but that kid is one hell of a goaltender.
I mean, I love it.
I love I love seeing it.
And I think that if your bonus you have to do it, you have to give the kid a chance.
You can't be afraid.
You gotta look to what you know.
Well, Claude Julien did.
He was put in the face and his young guys got the Montreal Canadians through round zero playing young guys.
You know, I saw one time they were down five on three through rookie Nick Suzuki on the ice.
Don't be afraid to put that kidnapped.
He He's always been a big game goalie. No.
Yeah, and And how? Maney NHL goals and say they've never allowed a goal.
Right? He's never allowed.
Yeah, he has been a big time goal. He was huge.
Bu hey, went in that one bad goal vs Providence.
But I mean, mistakes happen and you learn from him, and I think he's ready to grab me.
He carried him the entire way. Yeah.
Nobody was even given him slack when he went in that one bad goal because he made so many saves he shouldn't have made before it.
Do you love to see that? You love to see that? Another thing you love to see guys I want to announce today that tops off hockey has a new podcast coming October 2nd.
It's called What the ****? F u K um Ali Marston, Nicole broker to Hilaire.
Two of the funniest girls I've ever met in my life.
And these these chicks air funny.
They love hockey, but they're also going to jump into some lifestyle.
Um, certainly they're gonna have their time with each guy on the types off staff were probably going to get a cold The calls by those two.
And I know that that's something that they've already reached me right off the hop was something they wanted to do was put me in the hot seat.
And I said, If you're putting me in the hot seat to putting everybody in the hot yeah, uh, I feel for **** lovin he's gonna get He's gonna get eaten alive.
I think it could be a repeat of what Ashley did to him.
I can't wait to hear that one.
Yeah, that'll be must see a must see podcast.
But make sure you turn into types of pack.
You got net Will have the podcast.
We'll be firing it around.
Those girls were funding.
And what the ****? You Okay? Look for it on October the second.
I think it drops at midnight on the first, to be honest, like it's October, the second at midnight.
So if you're up late, you want toe? There's some attractive girls thoughts on life or, you know, maybe you just feel like part of it out.
Check it out and go.
And we all know how.
Our fan base? Yes.
There's a rocky emails.
Yeah, it's like Scooby too.
They're they're they're frigging hilarious.
That makes super talented Ali does all their own audio and video editing.
So, like, weapon.
You know what I mean? She does it all herself.
Not everybody could do that like I know Jack.
May I know me? I don't do that.
That's what we have McLovin for.
And that's what they have make love in for another two.
And they can't believe that his nicknames, Nicholas, all they're they're they're really enjoying it.
And then I showed them the picture of his face on the license, and they couldn't believe it.
When, when they were like, Oh, who did the problem.
That was so good.
I told them, Nick 11.
And the girl just said the gift of the chicken. Chicken. Yeah.
What up, gangster? Oh, yeah.
It's gonna be It's gonna be.
It's gonna be a blood bath.
It's gonna be a blood bath.
Speaking of bloodbath, there's a bloodbath on Twitter yesterday, although, after some comments after the NHL decided to delete a video entitled What it takes, where it had 70 seconds of NHL action where players were blocking shots and putting their bodies on the line to win the Stanley Cup.
Now everybody knows that if you want to win the Stanley Cup, certainly you gotta block shots.
Everybody knows that if you're an athlete that your will toe want toe win is different than the average person sitting behind their people.
You know what? Nia Lions from Bruins Diehard said it best.
You know, he's the only guy from over there that I talked to and I **** with that.
Like we're friends.
Like, I liked him a lot.
Wow, I don't love where he works, but I love him.
Um, and he said, You know, like he he was an X Games athlete, right? He was.
He's a gold medalist at the X Games.
He was a winter sports like ski boarder like So, like, he You know what? You know what I mean? The dude, I think he broke his back like he's broke every bone.
You know what I mean? And he's like, Man, I'm broken.
He's like I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
These people don't understand what it's like inside of an athlete like your will.
The wind is that much like if every NHL team set in the playoffs? Well, guys, you don't have to block shots.
95% of the guys would still lay down in front if they said you're not required to block shots.
We don't care about that anymore, Guys.
Still what? Oh, yeah, absolutely.
because you wanna win.
You know that that caused a big stir.
And, you know, it was funny, actually, Hummel, whatever.
Uh, my work carries that much weight, and I was joking back with her.
I was like, unfortunately, I think it does, and insulting about it.
I don't like it, but like she handled it well.
But then, of course, a couple of a couple of people that followed me were just simple.
Hard forgot that it was no ****ing since September.
And it was just a constant conversation all night of people being like, Well, I'm just like, What about UFC? What about U f c? And they're like, Well, no, because, like its most basic form, hockey is Put it in the network and its most basic form UFC stuff, huh? Who advert who advertises on their most basic form of hockey, which is not foot pucks in the net by the whole doing whatever it takes.
It's a team sport.
You goto war with your team, you goto war with that man to the left.
You war with that man to the radio, and you go out there and you ****ing take it to the other team.
It's most simplest form.
Yes, but they don't understand that because unfortunately, yeah, on a professional level and cover it, you'd never have had to help.
Help stick in your life, and they just don't get it, man.
Like I play in a ****ing ball hockey league.
I mean, idiot, dude, I will go right down in front of a shot.
Dude, Last time I I thought I cracked my orbital bone.
Man, we were playing in a fall season and it's a ball hockey league.
I put my face right in front of it when we were in the playoffs, like and I would do it again.
I couldn't see it in my eye properly for like, for like, a ****ing week.
I would do it again, Everything time.
We won a great party that night that we want to.
Everyone was all fired up.
My face was all bruised.
We got lit like a Christmas tree.
Like that's the **** there's or they have to, like, defend them.
And it's like, What do you defending them from themselves like like like they want to do this.
It's not the NHL.
Oh, but they shouldn't market on it.
So what? The UFC Never.
And then he had a preview show, like a knockout or on, or a submission like they're looking glorifying violence.
We live in a world where you we put them in cages and let the beat the **** out of each other.
And you're worried about people blocking shots.
Give me a ****ing break news.
Flash Hockey's a violent sport.
Yeah, if you don't like it, you don't have to watch.
There's so many non contact sports golf like baseball.
For the most part, even they get into fights.
Sometimes they might not like that.
Water polo there's like sports.
There's tons of there's times of good things that these, uh, that that that these journalists could go on cover if they wanna work in sports.
But they're they're just on this crusade to change everything and change the game.
And I'm tired and I'm sorry to say it, but I think they might be winning like, I think, like the NHL, deleting that, that's a huge win because now they know now they know whenever they want something done.
All it I I looked into it.
I ended up looking into do there was like 100 people complaining and the one agent which was Marc Andre Fleury's agent, which is really rich coming from that ****ing guy.
Corn hole is big on the ESPN.
Now go cover that exactly.
Yeah, really watch, like go watch bowling.
Go watch If there's so many darts, there's so many non contact sport stop taking and she's with hockey.
Fleury's agent, the guy that posted the sword going that about that glorified injury.
Come on, the's guys air impossible and grow up.
And it's all the pander for the smallest percentage that acts like they're the biggest percentage.
That's what's hilarious about it.
Like, that's why if you guys are out there and you're like, Yeah, I like these guys.
I like hockey content where they're not going toe bs me and do this and that, like click that donate button right above us and keep this thing in businessman because legitimately, anytime I've ever talked about our numbers or said like, Hey, part stops doing great, we get some malware or something sent to our computer and I end up happening.
It's been like 60 80 bucks with Go daddy and get them to fix it.
So, like, if you want to make sure you keep the boys in business, you click that.
But keep us in business.
Yeah, because we actually love hockey.
I'm like these birds were on the Crusades.
We will not be canceled.
We will not be stopped.
I don't care if they pull clips in which one of us had to slip up.
We're not stuff, and we're not going anywhere.
It's like the P.
We ain't go when nowhere.
You know what I mean.
Bad boys for life? Absolutely.
It's ridiculous out there the amount of people that hate hockey and they cover it.
If you don't understand that hockey is a violent sport and that you're going out there and you're especially in the playoffs, you're going where nobody is going to die.
So if you don't like that, you don't like hockey.
I'm sorry exactly.
And that's how the ring at its like do they have bring at.
And it's like for all these people that, like women's sports air, underappreciated them on all of you guys.
Go and build that because you can't throw body checks and stuff like go do that, like, stop trying to mess with the game that's been around for 100 whatever to 50 years they've been playing it the same **** way.
And then now all of a sudden, you wanna come change it because you have a political science.
And what women talk is actually a lot rougher than people give it credit for.
But I'm just saying, like, go put it into something that needs your help.
Like the NHL players don't need.
You know, they don't need you advocating for them.
Women's hockey does.
I didn't mean that as a slave against women.
Oh, yeah? Here. That up.
I ****ing I love women.
Yeah, I talked to Gillian Dempsey.
She's like the best girl in the N W H l's history like she's super ****ing cool.
Ah, bunch of those girls still follow me.
Even through all the cancel culture stuff and controversial things I said they never left.
It was all a bunch of sympathy thought that they would eso just ****ing go and help that league.
They need help to grow in the game and everything.
Oh, yeah, I have a harder time officiating women's games and men's game.
So yeah, they probably talked mad ****.
Uh, I believe it.
They mean, I've watched my sisters both played.
I've watched them rough women's games.
Oh, dude, I wasn't even saying it like, this thing is like, they need your help growing it.
And they need your help defending mistreat stuff like you're gonna worry about a 72nd video on Twitter showing shot blocks.
Why? Why don't you start there? You ended your bronies.
But anyway, I'm Chris Mancuso.
That's Jack God.
So this has been get the **** out.
Going over the tops off hockey dot Net for all the hockey.
And if you're looking Thio, place any money down tonight? Go on over to my bookie dot a g and type in the promo code tarps off season.
That starts off as said and as zn.
It's not about disease.
It's all about the cheese.
100% deposit bonus.

We'll be covering it.

Yeah, I should be there.
We'll see you guys tonight.
