welcome everybody to Nlb.
Postgame Episode six Thank you all for joining me.
I do have a guest on Ethan Geoffrey s.
Welcome to the show.
How you don't area? I'm pretty good, Pretty good.
And we have a lot of topics to go over today.
A lot happening in the movie.
We had a lot of games yesterday.
Um, some great games yesterday.
Not to mention the Nationals Almost coming back from feet martyrdom yesterday.
But they fell. Just just sure.
Blue Jays beat the Rays.
Um, Cubs over the Tigers.
Twins or the Indians.
32 to Rangers over the A's 3 to 2.
Also Brewers over the Reds.
Cardinals beat the Royals 93.
That's not a big surprise on the abstruse.
Got back on the winning train as they bt Angels 11 to foresee.
I don't know what's up with the angels.
They seem to lose every season when they have the best player in the wink.
And they signed her Andone.
They have Otani, they have everybody they need and they just don't perform.
I know what's going on with that, but and in the Rockies beat the Diamondbacks.
So we're gonna go over highlights from yesterday for a little bit, and then we'll get into our next topic.
So, um, see, which ones were the games yesterday? You can watch.
The Blue Jays rays was a really good one yesterday.
Blue Jays with a great comeback.
And some nights these ads are gonna try to be crazy.
All right, here we go.
Can you see that is a good thing.
So the Rays and the Blue Jays faced off yesterday to start Siri's ER to end the syriza.
Rather, um, Blue Jays looking to split the Siri's where he's looking to take the Siri's Blake snail on the mound for the race and he was dealing early, struck out Vicioso on a 79 mile per hour sink.
That crazy picture was really good pitch.
Yeah, I skipped the action.
Blue Jays with include scoring opportunity here in the first with runners on 1st and 2nd, Snell strikes out Gurriel Jr.
Yeah, that was a really good pitch.
We go to the bottom of the first tender work.
Former national on mound.
Yes, it's for the Blue Jays the run on first for DS, and he will ground out into a 463 inning ending and double play top the second.
Any chance with a fly ball? Nice catch by Kevin Que Meyer to court out number two.
He covered a lot of steps and he barely got it.
But he sure did.
Yeah, raise defence.
Really Getting and supporting Blake Snell to retire the side.
Joey Wendell with the nice play there to end the end.
We go to the bottom of second with, Um, I know how to pronounce his name to stew. Go.
But he goes yard solo. Home run.
Rays take a one.
Nice, great piece hitting there Now a dominates up with a runner on first.
With one out, Wendell is going to try to score with a line drive down the left field line.
He is out at the plate.
Those are bullet from espionage.
I was kind of off liners.
Chanson didn't give out the tag, and then Rourke will get cured.
Meyer to and only out that was a close play.
Look like empire first.
I think he might be out by light.
Literally half a step.
Never seen it close like that, ever.
Yeah, he was out.
Look, like here's out by literally half a step.
Oh, my God! Next inning, though, Guerrero Jr up and he's going to get an r b I double to tie the game off at one.
That was a crazy play.
Yeah, heartedly we owe to the top The fourth place now dealing facing Travis Shaw with a nice pitch.
Blake Snell has nasty stuff.
Okay, that curved like that. That's crazy.
And then he retires the side in order raised Now Joey Wendell with on first.
Nice screw a nice stop me Stop! I've issue.
Yeah, he honestly barely got that.
Now we got Willie Atomics up with a runner on second, and that ball is hooking, procuring and doing.
It's a foul pole. It is gone.
Race will take a 3 to 1 Lee early in this one as William Dominy skirts Yard top 50 Kevin Video up.
Look at that pitch by Blakes now Blake snails and saying who 95 MPH heater strikes him out swinging.
Yeah, yeah! Go to the top of the Sixth Lord, a serial junior up the ball is a deep, high and deep left field, and Austin Meadows can just watch ago.
Curio with a solo home run makes it a 32 to a ballgame.
Blue Jays coming back in this one.
We g o to the top of six.
Well, the Blue Jays had another rally until a nice play there by really a Dominic's nice screwed by Jean.
Enjoy to end the inning.
Now the Blue Jays up.
They're gonna get a chance here in the top of seventh down by Iran and Randal Grichuk goes yard, a three run home run to put the race in front 523 Go to the bottom of the eighth now worries with a good chance here.
1st and 2nd, nobody out.
It's a ground ball.
Reira gets one out in the second one.
Hope it's by the picture release Ji Man.
Choi will score so one run game.
We go to the top of the ninth, caving issue up with a runner on second, and he's going to get an R B I double to give any bleeding.
Blue Jays go on toe win.
Um 64 now Want to improve the 14 and 13 raised? Not so much.
All right, let's see.
I know the, um join was a good game.
Yeah, the Rangers got there first one in a long time so we can watch the elements against the Athletics to get the east every in room.
These have been, like, really hotly.
Do you think you're like, 20 and 10 hours? Yeah, Lance Linus, He's a guy on the trading block, in my opinion, But look, he's she said, get no ball So there's no way that guy's on steroids Were you on the top of the first A's here with the chance Ramon Laureano grounds into, gets posher spacemen and wasn't the best throw, but Sandtown.
I probably should have had this suit Mark Cannon, now up with runners on 1st and 2nd, and he's gonna get a basin of the middle.
One run will score the A's Take the early lead Lance Lynn, already with 20 pitches in the first sitting.
He's just got yeah, yeah, days with another good opportunity here with runners on 1st and 2nd in the top of the first.
Nice play by the Rangers.
Right fielder to retire the side.
Lance Lynn gets out of it. Barely.
We go to the bottom of the first.
Todd Frazier up with runners on 2nd and 3rd.
He delivers a base hit.
One run would score second run trying to score. It's gonna be close.
Played the plate.
There was no throw, though, as Oriana was offline.
Here we have nugget of the top of the second.
We got Stephen Piscotty up for the A's and he's gonna go yard that it's high indeed.
Left Center fuel and it has crushed these.
Tie the ball game at two.
I believe that is his 4th 5th home run this year, no less.
Now the Rangers up Kiner, Phil Fo he will go deep.
Also, a solo shot of his own Makes it a three of two bugging for the ace.
That's his first home run this season.
Ends the Rangers in front.
Yeah, yeah, we got two very self weak.
It's only the top. This one.
I was really boring. Bullet game.
Yeah, he must get his first hit or some Yeah, first mutually kiddo, yet go to the bottom of the fourth.
She's Torino sub.
He's gonna oh, bounced off the bit.
That could be a potential double.
Takes a wide turn, but he decides to go back Rangers with a 32 lead in the bottom of the fourth inning here.
He was really good.
I mean, just look at him.
Um, many strikeouts for him.
I mean, if he did get the win in the game, maybe not the I'm pretty sure I'm not sure the Matt Olsen will fly out here in the top of the seventh inning and the Rangers will go on toe win through to the improved to 11 and 17.
And as I said earlier, the A's are intent.
Watch one more highly and then we'll take a quick break.
Um, we can watch.
Which one do you want to watch? Anything but weaken G o to nationals.
That was a good game.
Even though the Nationals came up just short.
You need Austin both on the mound for the nationals getting another start.
Heard you this year, especially against port it was a really good against Orioles dealing Yeah, facing um Birdie with a little pop up blooper.
Trey Turner with a nice catch came.
That was a nice catch because he was faced the wrong way.
You? How are Gol wrote to to count any strikes out just before her? Excuse me just after he crushed a ball, but it was just foul.
We go to the bottom of first Nationals coming up Pablo Lopez on the mound for the Marlins.
He has been really good this season for the Marlins, Really? Their number one started? Yeah, probably.
But at a meeting is a right handed pitcher.
Killer grounds out to first base piece was regular with a fine play causes to Abu because that was a close play.
I think he got in by, like, one step step on.
So now aboard, with two outs in the first Howie Kendrick up, he will ground out to shortstop.
They get the force out at 2nd 10 beginning your the top third.
Moreland's with good chance here.
Matt Joyce up two outs, another great defensive play by Trade Turner, but he cannot get the out.
The throw is a little bit line Now the bases are jacked.
Her face use at you are You don't like seeing that And that I know that picture us.
It looked right down the middle of me.
Should have been strike three, But yes, it was a little inside Nationals only gave up one more from the luckily for them also get a lot of pitches, though.
In the 3rd and 57 who were they all fall? Alfaro now drilled with a pitch of er up with runners on 1st and 2nd and he will deliver a tree.
That 11 run will score now Runners on 1st and 2nd here in the top of the fourth for the My in Orleans.
Matt Joyce coming right back up to bat.
There is an infield hit in his first appearance basis.
Jack for him and he will hit literally right through the shift.
They had that shift on him.
We hit it right where they were.
I single makes it a four nothing game for the Marlins.
Tasers Aguilar, now up runners on the corners.
Oh, to count two outs in the fourth.
They were not done yet.
Wall one run at least will score.
Matt Joyce is in the second run.
Will score as well.
Nothing game for the Marlins.
Not well looking.
Pretty for the Nationals early, you know, trying to understand it in a smash.
The Yep. One run scores.
Makes it a seven to nothing.
Game in the fourth inning.
Eric sames up here with a good opportunity with a runner on second little blooper.
And I have no idea what happened there with Birdie, but he want to go. Frank.
He's just did not see it.
He did not see it.
I don't know what was going on, but he was like, What? What? Where is it exactly? That they're not perfect.
Will he catch this one? Yes, you will.
Runner will tag.
Both runners will tag the ongoing scores.
Exodus 71 ball game.
Now at a meeting with R B, I single makes it seven.
To just like that.
The Nationals back in this game only down by five.
Pablo Lopez struggling a little bit as Howie Kendrick is now up with runners on the corners and he delivers, they're still not done.
One run will score.
Makes it a 7 to 3 ball game with runners on 1st and 2nd.
You go to the cops, the seventh John Burti up with, I believe, to run one runner on a no to count yet again, and he goes yard just over the right center field wall.
Makes a 93 bowl game for the Marlins.
But now we got Juan Soto up before the Nationals with a runner on second.
That ball's crush literally with the right fielder.
It's a shame it was a ground rule double because that could potentially be a triple, maybe even inside the part from run within a speed, but he makes it in 94 ballgame now.
Runners on 2nd and 3rd her Garcia base it so it will score second run.
Trying to score or excuse me holds at third.
Now you're just stop the eighth Alfaro.
That's deep center field, and it's gonna get through.
It's gonna be a ground rule.
Double one run will score 10 to 5 now.
Play their offline Now.
The bases are loaded here with two outs.
National still get out of it that we g o to the bottom of the eighth and meeting up with runners on 1st and 2nd.
And he gets into one that is high and deep.
Right field, Mason and 11 to 8 ball game.
This is where hope is back, right? It's only three run ball game now, but the Nationals came up just a little bit short and they went on to lose 11 to 8.
They go to 11 15.
Marlins go to 12 and 11 were in the first couple of minutes of the show.
Thank you so much for doing us.
Highlights coming up next league leaders standings.
Most fun team and player to watch.
As with most disappointing player and team to watch.
We're right back.
You're watching a movie.
Postgame on SportsCastr.
Welcome back and l B postgame on SportsCastr.
We're going to the next segment right along, which is the league leaders in the standings.
So far so standing so far in the a l East.
The Yankees read the division.
I mean, well, they're tied with the race is ther serious.
Got cancelled due to positive tests.
Long Mets players, they're tied for first Blue Jays in 3.
Orioles for years.
About Red Sox, 9.
5 in the A L Central.
The Twins lead the division at 2.
5 games back are the White Sox and Indian seven half years back of the Tigers, 8.
Royals like you can, said the Athletics, off to a hot start, 20 in 10 3.
5 game lead over the Astros.
Eight games back or the Rangers nine years back are the Mariners.
And I can't believe I'm saying this.
Views were only 30.
Get like half. Barely halfway through.
The Angels are 11 games out.
It's so then, will you go on to the N L East? Braves? Lead the division 16 12 1 Half years back are the more owns.
Back are the Mets.
Four years back? Are the Nationals and Phillies hanging in there? Yeah, Cubs lead the NL Central three games behind them.
5, The Rulers 6.
5 the Reds and nine games back, or the Pirates Dodgers have been the best team so far, 22 8.
Four games back are the Padres seven.
A half games back of the Rockies? Eight games back.
Are the Giants nine games back? Called her the Diamondbacks Dodgers.
Really good start, right? We're gonna move on to our next topic, which is gonna be the most fun player and team to watch the formula. Ethan.
Talk about who he's seen so far, who has been his most one player watch so far.
The best team that he's like watching so far.
And that will move on to the most disappointing team players watch.
My favorite fun, right? Yeah.
Fun player to watch. Probably teas.
Batting wise and sensible eyes making a mark.
Remarkable place and, yeah, sub standard. Absolutely.
I would agree with that.
Yeah, uh, most fun team.
Thats hard to pick.
Just a good athletics.
There's strictly like, winning streak is, like, very good.
And dish all this comebacks early in how degree with you next year, I would agree with you on TV.
I mean, he yeah, in our everybody straight player watch the last scene.
Brandon Lau on the race.
He's been fun to watch when he was really good.
Most one team I have might think you you mentioned the East.
They have been really fun to watch one.
There wouldn't be as they making Great comebacks are getting blowing out the other team and then, But I've also liked watching the Padres.
They've been something in.
I mean, continue because part of that, obviously.
So it's a lot of fun to watch, but there a lot of just has so much depth with Cosmair Myers.
No great team there.
But, um, do you have for your most disappointing team and player watch so far in the season? Our team, probably Red Sox.
They have not been a great.
They have a 10 game losing streak at it.
Players their players like carefully.
Usually it's just a really good and least funder whatever.
Just like whatever you said.
He's been very quiet running in a you know, M v p.
I think Drew, I think you Yeah, yeah, yeah, he got off to a really so sorry he's getting He's getting better, but like he's in a little bit of slum to start the season, so get out of here.
We're going to take another quick break on MLB co scape coming up. Next.
Can the twins handle Shane Beaver tonight and we will go to the league leaders so far and hot takes.
That's coming up next.
You're watching, you know, be Coast game on, SportsCastr.
Welcome back and they'll be Post came on SportsCastr.
So the next topic I mentioned with that is, if the Twins lineup the first place ale Central Twins can handle Chain Lever tonight, I'm gonna start off with Easton Easton.
Do you think the Twins lineup can handle Shane Bieber tonight? I'll start off by saying Shane Bieber stats.
Also, he's five, you know, with 1.
40 innings pitched 65 strikeouts in a whip of 650.
76 Uh, yeah, that's a no twins.
Uh, they have good players.
Nelson Cruz, Iron Buxton, calculated, but are a book.
I don't think she, uh, taken like attacking.
So yeah, I think like those haters have been, like taking deep one, like, higher your aid.
I think she and emotion and then, yeah, I would definitely agree.
He's been probably the best pitcher.
If not, he's definitely one of the best pitchers in the league, for he's definitely a candidate for a Cy Young.
I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if he got able, so I, um I mean, the awards air kind of messed up.
This reviews it's only 60 games, but you know, it is one of this.
But like Ethan said the Twins.
I mean, I think they do other good lineup in all.
But the way Shane Bieber's been playing in the way, I've seen him pitch in a little bit of a breakdown off him.
And with the Twins having Donaldson injured and stuff like that, Yeah, I don't think that the Twins can mean they'll obviously handle him believe.
I don't think they're going to get many hits off tonight.
I think he'll definitely get his 61 of the season.
It's his seventh start of the season.
See if he can win that one.
Looking forward to that match playing the Twins.
Let me make sure that is at 7 10.
Rich Hill versus Shane Bieber could be a picture store.
Could be hitters home run derby for the to Indians.
All right, so that's hand the Twins handle shame, fever Tonight, the next topic.
We're gonna talk about this nlb league leader So far.
I know we talked about this a little bit last week and all, but it's definitely changed.
I mean, we'll make you now leading the league in batting average.
Blackman, Goldschmidt, Lewis and Solano right behind him.
What will make us a 4 11 batting average? That's crazy.
Yeah, that's insane.
Um, home runs Tha t's.
As we mentioned, he's been probably the most fun player watched by four 12 from running it.
Nelson Cruz bets and hombre you, Jose bre you.
It's been really good.
He hit six home runs against the Cubs, I believe.
Over the weekend.
Trout with 10 tatty, is once again leading the league with an R B.
I's Brady with 28 crews and Santander 27 then travel with 25 um, and hits Blackman with 45.
Fletcher with 40.
Louis Martina Brady with 39 38.
Um, pitching leader Shane Bieber, obviously, and you, Darvish and Randy don't knock lead the league in wins.
Randy don't knock has been also really good.
They all five wins.
Um, Lance, Lynn and Kaiko with four Shame.
Bieber leads the league in E. R. A.
Once again Max Reid with a 1.
3 su er a Lance Lynn, Trevor Bauer and Yu Darvish Right behind.
They've been also pretty good this season.
In faves Liam Hendriks leads really exact Britain Tail Rogers, Kenley Jansen, Brad, Hand right behind them and then strike out.
Shame Bieber once again leading the league.
Sunny girl right behind them.
Lance Lynn, Trevor Bauer, Lucas Giolito Shane B brought 65 strikeouts.
So I'm gonna ask you a question about if you had to build your rotation off of five pictures that you've seen this year so far.
Who was those five pictures? Be changing course it can be a l.
Oh, although all right, I don't see me.
Shandy were the twin structure you mentioned.
Who? Nl Kershaw.
Is curveballs nasty? Yeah.
Uh, well, Sewell's maybe shares air Depends if he's, like, great cause strikeouts and climbing up runs.
Probably the A's picture with today.
And whose names? Yeah.
Yeah, that's medication.
Yeah, they've been great.
They have really haven't I mean up.
We didn't expect to be able to be this good about this year.
I mean, he was looking really good last year, but we were like, Who is this guy? 27 strikeouts in the first two games.
Like where's he come back from? It was good last year.
You know, He's still really good.
All right, we're gonna take another quick break coming up next.
We're going to be hot takes.
That's coming up. Next.
You're watching MLB Postgame on SportsCastr.
Welcome back and the L B Pruski.
Once again, don't SportsCastr.
All right, Next segment until we take another quick break is going to be hot takes.
So Ethan and I are gonna share one hot take from each of us.
Talk about it for like, a couple minutes from what we've seen so far.
So I'm gonna let Ethan start off by saying his hot takes from what he seems so far.
We're almost halfway through the season.
Playoffs are coming up.
What is your bold prediction or hot take per se? All right.
My book there shaming.
Seven straight wins.
Maybe we could go.
We haven't lost the series 1st 20 ones.
They're doing incredible.
Haven't slowed down, Guess continued, Do great.
Yeah, I think they will succeed in the playoffs.
Yeah, they could definitely go far in the playoffs because they've had some Heartbreakers in the past couple seasons in the playoffs.
Assuming nationals last year and your Nationals went on to win the World Series, that was quite the Siris for the Dodgers.
The Dodgers currently are four games in 1st, 22 8.
They're nine and one in their last 10.
They're 11 and five at home, 11 and three on the road.
Um, they've had a great go of it.
They're the best team in the league best team, and they're halfway through the season, so I definitely agree with you.
I definitely think they will go far in the playoffs.
Um, yeah, World Siri's.
I think it's possible, but I don't know if that's a little bit ambitious because it could be mother worry.
They've been in the playoffs last year, not succeeded as much, but they definitely have the tools.
They don't have the players.
They definitely have the rotation bullpen hitters.
I mean, Challenger has to get out of a slump, but otherwise bets has been great for them.
So that's the end.
Take my heart Take is also some of the N L.
I'm no Ethan react to it.
So it's gonna be The Padres are potentially world serious contenders.
I know that's pricing.
I know it is, but they've been really good.
Seven and three of their last 11 for home, 78 on the road.
But some teams are great on the except for the Orioles or 81 somehow on the road.
But the Padres, I just feel like they have everything they need.
They've been really good so far.
They've been beating good teams.
Um, if good rotation will I mean, they do have a okay rotation.
Zach Davies, Um, and crispy.
And Denilson lament that those air three really good pictures on that have succeeded for the Padres So far in the season I've really enjoyed seen I really have they also the hitting tools such as Tommy Pham who's injured, which is to say shame. Jake.
Kristen has also been great for them.
Yeah, Wil Myers obviously taught t's Manny Machado Eric Hosmer I mean, this project team is insane.
Also, their bullpen tree.
I just think this Padres team is insane.
Potential worlds, years contenders.
What do you think? I could agree? Just It just depends because they have to, like, keep playing with their plane and not like going a losing streak.
You know, any right? Once that happens, it's all screwed up. Momentum.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, they're currently on a one to 34567 game winning streak, their longest since 2013 So that's kind of crazy.
But they open up the series today against the Mariners, three in serious when they travel to Colorado.
Then they play the Angels AIDS, Rockies again, Giants who are hot and then the Dodgers drop of the season.
So some pretty easy games.
They just like you said, they stay hot. They'll be good.
Um, if they say that, I definitely think they could potentially be world.
I'm not saying they will make the world serious, but they could be a sleeper team.
They're out of the National League to go far in the playoffs.
Yeah, all right.
So those are bold predictions and hot takes coming up next games and pitching matchups for today and then we will wrap up the show.
Thank you so much, Ethan, for joining us. Thanks to all the viewers.
We back watching a movie postgame on SportsCastr, and we are back.
Washington Obiko C'mon, SportsCastr, We're gonna go over the pitching matchups for today and then a little bit of I know it's early playoff predictions, but it's really not that early.
Sometimes they're halfway through the season and the trade deadline will go for that.
We have 10 minutes left.
Um, here on the show.
Thanks so much, Ethan for joining.
So here are games say you can see that scrolling through the bottom of the screen, but the pitching matchups for today.
Angels and the Astros.
Jose Suarez versus Christian Javier Air um, Marlins.
Mets is still undecided for both to use Phillies Nationals.
That's Jake Area versus Eric Fed.
A Blue Jays versus the Red Sox.
Cow heart versus Chase Anderson.
Orioles raises Tell me Malone Persons Tyler Glass.
Yankees is Julio Tehran dresses undecided.
Excuse me that his Angels Astros came to Julio Tehran Verse undecided.
Yankees Braves Is Garrick overseas he and Anderson as we mentioned earlier rituals.
Taking on Shane Beaver in Twins, Indians in Cubs versus the Tigers.
Tyler Chatwood Person.
Spencer Turnbull in AIDS vs the Rangers. Sean Whenever.
Scott Gibson, um Pirate. Twice. Socks.
Steven Roper Since Lucas Giolito, Reds Brewers.
Louise Customers is Brendan Woodruff.
Royals versus the Cardinals.
He hasn't played in forever.
I mean, he played a couple of, like, a week or something, but that's the name we haven't heard in a while.
I know you really good on the Mets World Series team.
Really good, really.
Then he kind of fell apart.
He went to like 20 teams dropped out.
We'll see if you can get a win tonight facing Adam Wainwright versus the Cardinals.
Then the Mariners take on the Padres.
Marco Gonzales for scripts, Pad**** and then Rockies versus the Diamondbacks.
German Marquez versus Alexi on Young and then Dodgers versus the Giants.
Is Julio your eyes versus Johnny Cueto? That's on FS one at 9 45.
Those are your pitching matchups for today.
Moving on to the next topic will be our trade deadline.
So some names from the start with Ethan some names you will want to see you go with the trade deadline and potential landing spots for them, Like three potential links like that.
You re all right? I would probably think Austin baby Martinez because they haven't been playing great.
They have blood on them that they need a team they put from from a long Seems like that's not the place for him.
And I don't Maybe they go like somewhere near the white South.
Uh, you That could be actually really good landing spot.
Along with Bogart's may be the most.
I don't know, But it could be.
I think he's together. Boston one.
All right. So two pretty good, Tory.
It's I mean, I definitely think the Red Sox, sir.
It's hard to tell.
Probably There definitely would be sellers, But it depends who they probably gonna get a lot of minor leaguers, draft picks, stuff like that.
Yeah, they're probably gonna give away one of their big names or big names more than one big name.
But for me, I expect the Braves to trade her starting pitcher.
The Braves do need a starting pitcher on Monday's trade deadline.
The Atlanta rotation has accounted for 5.
3 70 Arian four wins this year to ST New come and right or in the minors, So they are pitching for the Braves.
Um, I'm also expecting the Lance Lynn.
He could definitely get traded for the ring from the Rangers.
I mean, the Rangers aren't doing well.
He's performing well.
I think he deserves a better team.
I think he definitely could dio I see him.
I mean, he was on the Cardinals before kind of thing.
I could probably see him going to a team like the East Padre.
A team that's really doing well, Yeah, but I definitely think the Rangers will be another team.
That movie sellers Next is the orders.
I'm gonna talk about myself, which is it's hard to tell because they're kind of in the playoff mix that half a game out of the wild card, you know, they could be buyers or sellers.
They kind of need starting pitching.
But they were talking about trading one of their storing pictures away.
It's hard to tell.
Let's see what they do treat deadline you keep in mind is Monday starts Monday should be fun.
But what do you have on your national spending expectations for the nationals in at this very deadline? If that, like buyers or sellers or what they need, uh, buyers? Because trousers out for this.
Traveling three average pictures, not normal interpretation.
Need pictures because Strasburg is like them.
ERM it second by rejection.
He's been performing well last year, and I think we need somebody new.
Yeah, we're gonna keep going downhill.
Lance Lynn actually could go to the nationals.
That could be a good a spot for him.
I could definitely see that.
Um, that good? Yeah.
Yeah, that's a movement of a recap of the trade deadline.
And I know it's a little bit early.
I mean, a little bit.
It's like almost halfway through the season for some teams, halfway or past halfway for Selma teams this season.
But we're gonna talk about love predictions like I know it's really early and all, but what do you have? Expectations for this upcoming crown like World Series like the playoffs right now.
Let me just make sure the class so keep in mind there expanded playoffs this year.
Um, the top two teams through each division.
Do you make the class than the to normal wild cards? So the reason the A Twins and the Indians A's in the Astros, Braves in the Marlins, Cubs and the Cardinals, Dodgers and the Padres? That's your division leaders.
And in the wild card in the AO would be Toronto and Toronto and the White Sox.
Air Indians slash Indians in the n o, it would be the Rockies and the Giants, both under 500.
So that's the picture as of now.
But there's only air.
I read the stat yesterday.
There's only four teams in the N l about 500.
Isn't that crazy? That something? Playoff predictions.
Who do you have in? I mean, not I'm not gonna go over every single round.
But do you have that could potentially make the playoffs this year.
Ah, he's been pretty good.
You, uh I think I explained everything earlier, So Yeah, Oakland.
Definitely in the AM.
I definitely like them in the eye.
See the rays coming hot out of the gate in the A l They've been on a tear.
Um, some other teams.
I mean, obviously the Yankees were gonna make it.
You know, Padres could make it there in a really good spot right now.
Dodgers could make it long and they were going to make it.
Obviously, they're almost cliched, I think something like that.
But some other TIFs that could make it definitely the Twins.
Indians air up there.
White Sox could.
Orioles and Blue Jays code Astros.
I hope they don't, but the Braves and Marlins probably will. Nationals.
I think I see them in the house just in there.
Maybe is a wild card eight or 76 seed in the Central Cubs and Cardinals.
I want to see the Brewers and Reds make it.
I know it's possible. It's not probable.
I hope they do, though.
Ice of the Dodgers and Padres, hopefully when we get Dodgers left Padres.
Hopefully and then the Giants, who are 14 and 16 have a wild card spot, which is kind of insane.
But let after coming up in a month from today, I think the season is gonna end for some teams, which is kind of crazy to think about.
But my woman's Kurji.
Yes, so playoffs are coming up.
They're gonna be coming before we know it.
All right, That all we have for today on MLB Postgame evens.
So watch for doing us long.
But hopefully we can have you on another day in later in the week.
Thanks so much for coming on.
