We're going to stick to what we know fundamentals and techniques 1% better every day.
Hello, I'm Lord Zone.
And this is SportsCastr News.
Doug Peterson Head cooked.
The Philadelphia Eagles has been tested positive for the Corona virus.
Now questions pending Who's going to be taking over while he is down with the Corona virus? Peterson said he will be continuing to leave the Philadelphia Eagles virtually as much as he can.
While he's able to do, Staley will assume the head coaching responsibilities at the NovaCare complex.
In Peterson's absence, the Eagle State that any individuals that were in close contact with Peterson at our facility had been notified and will continue.
The daily testing procedures and compliance is with all protocols before returning to the facility.
Now, Peterson is not the first head coach that has came into contact with the Corona virus.
Obviously, there have been another head coach such as, UM, the New Orleans Saints head coach.
He had tested positive as well, and Sean Payton has gotten over.
It has taken over his responsibility since then.
We still have a few weeks before the start of the season, so it is quite possible that Doug Peterson will be and on the sidelines coaching this team during their first week of the season.
But that begs the question.
Do all the teams in the NFL have backups upon backups? If you have your head coach, do you have Have you decided who you're? Do you have assistant head coach that could take over? Is it your offensive coordinator or defensive coordinator that will take over? What if one or the other? What if two people? What if your offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator and your head coach all come down with Kobe at the same time? Because they've been working closely together? That's an interesting question.
Those are just a few things that all NFL teams absolutely need to break down and figure out what their protocols will be this upcoming season.
It also brings up the question, you know, is the NFL going have implement the bubble system.
It has already been turned down multiple times so far this season.
And even though it's been brought up thinking, Hey, you know, we could kick the East teams altogether in the East and the West teams altogether in the West.
But what if you know when Philadelphia has to play? Um, the Rams right.
That is something you You can't keep those two teams apart.
They gotta play each other right? What about some teams that doesn't have too many players or coaches that have contracting? Let's say, the Indianapolis court, who are in an area that is low risk right now, considering the rest of the country.
And what if they have to go, which is, obviously, they will have to play the Houston Texas twice and go to Texas once this season.
Should they not go to Houston just because they have a much higher covert rate? No, I don't believe so.
I think that they could drive there or fly there, however, and kind of stay in a bubble when they're in that state where they have very minimal contact with anyone else outside of their own team.
Then, once you get to your destination the day before or that morning.
You do the tests, you make sure you pass.
If you do not pass, you do not play.
You do not even enter with the team.
I think you have to pass the test before you could even have contacted walk inside the building.
I'm sure that's how it's gonna work for gain day.
Being that all these players, coaches, staff, referees, all these people are going to have issues because they're going to be mingling with each other on the field.
One about referees.
Are the NFL going tohave an extra three or four referees at each game? Just in case someone that prior to the game, walking in tests positive.
Are they gonna have these guys ready? Same way with media Media is gonna have to stay an extra person or two each time grain.
And they're gonna have in an area where they're not gonna be allowed any kind of contact with players or coaches or other staff.
They'll be bubbled among themselves just like the referee.
Well, for the whole game, they'll be bubbled by themselves.
Staff um your ah stadium staff, stuff like that, they'll need to be bubbled in an area to themselves.
There is a type of bubbling that is occurring.
It's just not going toe.
You're not gonna have the entire NFL bubbled separated from the rest of the world.
That's just not plausible, considering how many players there are and how many teams there are and the fact that it lasts from September till February half a year.
It's just not gonna work that way, but we will see how it works out.
Peterson is only the second head coach to contract that, so that's good.
Matter of fact, I don't know of any other.
I'm sure there are assistant coaches and and coordinators and stuff like that that's contacted contracting the virus and we've had multiple players contract the virus.
But I don't know if these players and coaches no one's had.
I see no deaths from everyone has recuperated from it, so that's a good thing.
