Good morning, everybody.
It's the last day of July, and it's the last day we're gonna be on the air for this week.
So we're excited to be here.
We're excited to wrap up a week, and we're excited to get into August.
And we're excited to be here on time for the first time and what it feels like weeks.
So, um, I'm gonna jump right into it.
I'm gonna bring in my co host because I know, I know.
He's chomping at the bit to start talking.
I can I can I can feel it. I can sense it.
So without further ado, he is Mr Rhode Island himself.
He is Mr Mike. Debate Mike.
How goes it, my friend? No, no, no.
It goes very well, my friend.
You did mention last day of Jolan I and now we're sort of nearing the homestretch of 2020 folks.
We're getting into the eighth month and you know it.
Uh, it feels like a lifetime.
And at the same time, you look at it and you go, Well, it's already August.
So what kind of ah, kind of a weird, uh, vibe.
Bottom line is folks, we're getting through it.
I think everybody's getting through with the best we possibly can, no matter where we are today being July 31st and tomorrow being August 1st.
My friend, I don't know if you know this, but that means something.
Something special for ah for that low.
Yeah, something for us on here on our show.
And you know the support we received from some of our great listeners.
It is the birthday of one Claire L. Cooper.
Tomorrow, West Midlands in the UK Big shoutout declare.
Happy Birthday, Claire.
A girl We definitely wanted to make sure that you got the, uh, the trifecta of shows wishing you a happy birthday myself unlocked on Patriots Murph in Steve Dahl, Australia on one Patriots place.
And, of course, on FBC Radio Live right here.
So Ah, happy birthday and enjoy your weekend.
Well, it is kind of an early early birthday from a two, because I just got another great sound sound clip from you saying Hey, girl, I don't know.
I mean, it was just it was good, and I'm gonna use it over and over again, so thank you.
Very much for that, but no, I agree.
Very flair for that.
Yeah, that's that.
Hey, you know what? The Patriots unfiltered guys use it all the time.
And you know what? I wear it as a badge of honor.
I know you use it in the most derogatory fashion.
And you know what? And I love you. Of course.
Well, like I said, I would, I would.
I don't feel like I'd be doing my job if I didn't do that.
And, ah, the reason I feel that it's because I wrote my own job description.
So that kind of falls right under, um, like, one of my top three priorities is to make sure to get every embarrassing clip mostly from Mike and ignore the ones for myself.
It noticed, if you've noticed already, I haven't very much done that.
So, um, no, we got a lot to get to today.
A lot of fun stuff.
Um, we Ah, first off, guys, ladies, everyone out there give us a call.
You know, we really want to talk to you.
I know more if our friend Mark try to call the other day.
But apparently I I ghosted him here, so, uh, I wasn't paying attention.
But this time, I assure you, on panic ghosted them.
I have not not air you.
Not on purpose, Not on purpose.
I think I think we were having a very spirited conversation.
And, you know, we I just I've lost track of it.
I'm still getting used to it in Rio but on for me.
I need another screen t handle all the stuff which I'm worked on, folks, I'm working on because again, all I want to do is make the show perfect.
That's that's all I want to do.
And you know, that's that's That's how I'm going to do it and it's gonna help.
Ah, efficiency on the show is is, you know, to get a couple screens and then that way I can I can handle things a little bit better.
I can I can be a little bit more on point with sound clips and and checking to see if someone's actually calling us.
Like I said, I mean, we don't get a lot of calls to start, but ah, you know, it's kind of disappointing.
Um, when I missed the only call that we get on the show.
So I'm gonna try to work on that, because again, I want this show to be perfect.
There it is, right on you.
If I had a towel right now, I throw it up over my head and captured behind my back flawlessly by somebody throwing thing.
Yes, I think the greatest play in modern football history, folks, it's just incredible.
No, I I love this. I love this song.
Ah, but yeah, we're gonna work on trying to get that a little bit more efficient, because again, I mean, we're we're rocking and rolling on here.
We're gonna be here 8:30 a.
You know, there's there's no more late shows for us because again, starting August 3rd, Tom Brady's birthday.
Happy Birthday, Tom.
Little early birthday.
See there, There you go.
That that's a great That's a great omen that you have a birthday close to Tom Brady. That's pretty good.
But no, we're excited to ah, you know, kick off on August 3rd are are complete lineup, I say complete.
I mean, we're always, you know, looking to to add to, ah, the programming care at full press radio.
But for the most part are mourning to ah, evening drive.
Time is covered from 8:30 a.
And that includes the debut of drum roll, please.
And I mean, I guess I guess it was kind of those kind of weird that I did it myself, considering that, um, you know, I have an actual sound bite of a drumroll.
So let me do this, right.
Let me take a step back and say Drum roll, please.
The name of the show starting at the hot corner, which had Khoury rights.
And he's actually gonna be joining us here in about 20 minutes or so.
After we come out of our first break, we're gonna talk about the show.
We're gonna talk some Bruin.
So, um, we're excited for that.
We got quite the lineup every day Monday through friday, so Yeah, and Mike, I gotta ask you pop quiz and putting you on the spot.
If you don't get this right, I'm actually gonna start looking for a new co host.
What is the best way to listen to this show in all of our shows, you get one guess.
Nol kidding aside, folks, it is downloading.
FBC RADIO APP on all the major platforms, whether it be Google play, whether it be Apple, download the app, all of your full press coverage information right there in one convenient package, you can listen to the show.
You can read all the grateful press coverage articles that we put out and all the great content and all of our affiliates.
It's the best way to do it.
It's the easiest way to do it, and it's the right thing to do, folks.
The weekend is a great time to catch up on all the listening and all the reading that you missed throughout the work week.
Download the APP. You will not be disappointed.
Notice I didn't say anything or making noise because right there, that's an ad.
There's an ad right there.
Didn't even have to do anything on the spot.
I'm gonna pull that clip.
See, that's gonna be a good clip that I'm gonna pull.
I am. I think of the live read.
You know that That was great. That was fantastic.
But and all seriousness, we're excited for what's gonna be happening here at full press radio dot com, obviously, and at full press coverage dot com.
But specifically central listening our friends over at SportsCastr Ah, we're excited to to continue the day.
So you never have changed the Diallo.
You can just tune in all day, every day and and support that way, so we appreciate it.
But, hey, we actually got some stuff to talk about.
So yesterday, obviously, um, there's a little bit of NFL news that the bucks made assigning that kind of, you know, jumped out of not on once they know where, because, you know, they've been fishing around better on running backs for a while, But, uh, LaShawn McCoy decides to sign a one year deal with the Buccaneers to join Mr Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski and the whole crew down there in down here in Tampa Bay.
So, um, you know, initial thoughts, obviously, with Shawn McCoy is not the 2013 version of LaShawn McCoy, where a total of 21 our close to 2100 yards, total yards from scrimmage.
That was also the start of ah, run, where he was averaging nearly 1500 yards rushing, Ah, year for almost six years.
But the last couple of seasons he's not played a full season.
He, you know, you played, I think, in 11 games last year for the Chiefs.
But, you know, we're talking 500 yards, you know, certainly not anything close to what you know His peak was.
But he does add a very unique and and another just dynamic piece to to what this offense could be again.
I mean, I have obviously, you know, and I can speak for my co host here.
We have a lot of faith in what Tom Brady can do, regardless of if he's on the Patriots or not.
And ah, you know what the Bucks are putting together down here in Tampa is it has the potential, again has an incredible amount of potential to be one of the most explosive offenses, not only this year, but you know that we've seen in a long time.
So, um, yeah, I'm pretty excited for it just because again, I I feel like time's going to, ah, he's gonna really slowing it down here.
And then there's just this is just another piece for him to use.
Look, the first reaction that I had when I saw that LaShawn McCoy was going to be heading to Tampa Bay is now.
Tampa has that threat to catch the ball out of the backfield.
That was something that worried me a little bit about their running game.
I know Ronald Jones has handled the running duties pretty well, but he's not really in a depth past catcher out of the backfield.
You struggled at times in pass protection, and because of that, they needed a running back with a little bit of savvy that could help out and someone that could be deployed as a pass catcher Tom Brady loves those types of running backs.
We've seen him utilize them so well throughout the course of his career, whether it be Kevin Falk, whether it be James White, even guys like Rex Burkhead in the latter part of Tom Brady's Patriots career, utilizing those guys to catch the ball out of the backfield and then thunder up the field for yards after the catch, Sean is missing a little bit of a step.
He's not quite the same player that he was, but I think this is a good signing, and I think the Bucks never knew they needed a little more of a dimension in the running game to take some of the pressure off it on.
I like the move and again, like I said, when you look at this statistic popped out at me when I was taking a look at Lucien's arrival in Tampa Bay yesterday, Tom Brady completed 914 passes, two running backs for 49 touchdowns.
That really shows you again what Tom Brady is able to do when he can utilize a running back that can catch the ball out of the backfield.
So good signing again.
I think it moves the needle slightly.
I don't think it's the over the top move that makes the Tampa Bay Buccaneers the overwhelming favorites and league.
I think there's still some competition there, but this is definitely a move in the right direction.
And when you look at what Tom is assembling down there, when it comes to having Rob Gronkowski, the prolific receiver corps that he has a couple of young good tight ends that he's got there and now starting to beef up the running game a little bit, that offense is gonna be a lot of fun to watch.
Well, we've seen for years.
The Patriots utilize, you know, several running backs in various different fashions.
And you already mentioned Ronald Jones.
They drafted Keyshawn Vonn, who does have the ability to catch and run, sort of like a LaShawn McCoy light.
I mean, at least you know who knows what he's going to develop into as an NFL player, you know, he may shock some people and become LaShawn McCoy two point.
Oh, who knows? But ah, you know, the point is, it's now.
McCoy brings in that veteran presidents who can run the ball and who can catch the ball.
And he's not gonna be relied on to be the the big key piece in this offense.
I mean, he's I mean, in reality, you go down the list of all these quote unquote weapons and skill position players surrounding Tom Brady, and it's it's I mean, good God.
I mean, it's it's just that, and like I said on paper, and I know we do this a lot with every team, but again, I mean, not every team is going into this with Tom Brady under center.
Um, you know, on paper, this team is great.
I mean, we go back to the Eagles, quote unquote dream Team.
Ah, this team really is again shaping up to be something incredibly special if everything comes together and I really, truly believe it, because again, time Tom Brady is Tom Brady.
I think he's the greatest quarterback to ever play.
And, um, I don't know.
I just You talk about it.
The receiving court.
Mike Evans, Chris God, when you throw in.
Ah, Rob Gronkowski, obviously O J.
Howard Cameron break.
Now it's Ronald Jones.
LaShawn McCoy, Keyshawn von.
I mean, it's Tyler Johnson, the rookie white wide receiver who is, you know, again continue to fly on the radar.
But could truly be that that guy that really at the end of the season, you're like, Wow, where did he come from? Um, but he's option number seven right now.
I mean, so again, this this team is is absolutely loaded on the offense of front.
They're really good defensive team we said it, we've said it before.
They were number one against the rush last year.
And that's despite, you know, having all those extra possessions on defense because of the turnovers of Jamis Winston.
Something I can I can guaran **** tee won't happen with Tom Brady.
So, uh, there's a lot of things to be excited for if you're a Buccaneers fan, if you're Tom Brady fan, if you want to see him succeed, I think you're going Teoh.
I think you're going to see um, really an M V p type season if not a M V P season.
I mean, I really you know, he could go out there and, like I said yesterday, Sling 34 35 touchdowns.
So 4600 yards And you know, just be absolutely, you know, great from start to finish.
And, you know, that would be pretty **** good.
And I again once again argue that Ah, it would make all this Cliff and declined talk just utterly, more utterly ridiculous on what it is.
Yeah, Tom's got a fire under his feet right now.
There's no question about it.
He's he's going to use what happened this offseason is a motivational factor.
And look, I've said this several times unlocked on Patriots.
Have said it here.
I have no problem with that.
Whatever these guys need to do to get themselves motivated to perform in Wells, they can on the field to make sure their team wins.
I have no problem with it at all.
I think it's a great opportunity for Brady to go down play with an amazing ensemble cast that he has down assembled in in Tampa Bay.
Do you want to clarify one thing on the stat that I shared? That's only since 2000 and nine, folks.
That's not a career stat that since LaShawn McCoy actually started playing in the league in 2009 Brady has thrown 914 passes, two running backs for 49 touchdown.
So look for him to add to that this year because I definitely think with Sean is going to be employed in that mode and I think he's gonna be very effective for him in that mode and I think you hit some great points.
My friend there is that there is no question about it.
You look at the type of offense that they've built in Tampa Bay.
When Tom is extra motivated, when he's got a little fire Under is under his feet.
When he's got a little far in under his paw, He's been known to really step it up and play at a level that need most people that have football.
Ackman will give him the credit for most people that won't that choose to ignore it.
Well, they'll just be snarky and think that they're smarter than people when in all actuality, they're showing their ignorance.
But this guy is capable of doing the job without any question that 43 years old, we didn't see any signs of his decline last year.
He's gonna be at or near the top of his game, so I'm looking forward to watching Tampa this year.
I think that offense is gonna be a lot of fun to watch them or they're assembling this team.
The more they're getting these things taken care of.
I really think it's gonna be a ah great team Toe watch and don't sleep on the defensive side of the ball.
Ah, they've made some upgrades in the linebacking corps.
Their front line is still You know, I think maybe something that, uh, that is there's a work in progress, but I think they have the ability to be better than they were last year, and we'll see what kind of secondary play they have as well.
But I think they're going to step up.
And I think they're gonna play better this year knowing that they don't have to carry the load the way they did last year.
Well, let life's just easier when you have Tom Brady on the offense of side cause, you know, as a defensive player, you're not tasked with carrying the load.
And if you make a mistake, it's very likely that it's not gonna hurt you as bad as it possibly could.
Now, you know, for those out there that are big Jamis Winston fans, you're probably, you know, kicking kick and rocks right now because you're sitting here saying, Wow, that the Buccaneers air literally shelling out everything for for Tom and and and they are.
I mean, let's be really there, putting this team, they're building this team around Tom and and I think this should Cuellar and many of the thoughts that, you know, maybe Bruce Arians might be a little too stubborn and kind of just want to go with his game going.
No, I mean this just tells me he's He's catering to what Tom wants to dio, and it's It's probably smart, because again, I've made this point before in the past that, you know, this is the first time in Bruce Arians career where, you know, and he's obviously ah coached many really great quarterbacks in this league.
But this is the first time in his career that he's actually taking a back seat to the quarterback.
And, you know, he coached Peyton Manning very early in his career.
So you know, there wasn't that history with Peyton yet.
Um, excuse me, Ben Roethlisberger.
They're not Tom Brady.
So what? Bruce Arians comes in the room and Tom Brady speaks.
Well, you know Bruce Arians is gonna have to listen if he's smart and I think he you know, I think he is, and I think it shows by how they're attacking and how they're approaching team building because again with Shawn McCoy, that this is it.
This is the type of player that Tom Brady loves and this caters to his game, a pass catching running back who could do a little bit of everything.
He's not quite the player he was before, but that they don't need that.
They don't need him to be that guy.
It's the same with Rob Gronkowski.
He doesn't have to be 2011 Rob Gronkowski.
He just has to be, you know, Ah, similar, just somewhat close to what is he is.
And that's a a pass catching block.
And if that means 500 yards in the regular season and a 15 catch, 200 yard, three touchdown postseason run, guess what? There you go.
You got a Super Bowl right there.
So, um, it's not about them going out there and putting up all these gaudy numbers and everything like that.
It's about the group collectively doing what it takes.
To make Tom's job easier and and and conversely, Tom making their job easier.
And you know you put the two together and all of a sudden in your your team that's probably gonna approach 600 points gored.
I mean, let's let me really hear, um, they're going to score a lot of points.
And, um yeah, so now they will.
And I'm glad that you mentioned the gaudy numbers because that's something that I'm anticipating not so much putting up the gaudy numbers, But if Tampa Bay jumps out to a few wins and you start to see them winning ball games and maybe not putting up the numbers everybody thought they were, you know the vultures are going to be circling the body.
You know, the shirt darks.
They're gonna be swimming in the water.
They're going toe.
2? Oh, well, this is not the offense we thought it was.
Oh, maybe Tom Brady is not this.
We're going to hear the words, Captain check down and awful.
We heard that up here in New England for years, in years again makes you want to drive your head through a plate glass.
What Tom Brady does is win, and you brought up a very good ****ogy yesterday about the guy sitting in the corner just doing what he has to do and coming out on top.
That's exactly what Tom Brady is going to do in Tampa Bay for everyone that's expecting them to break all of these kinds of records.
Look, folks, there's the potential for it.
I'm not going to say that it's not gonna happen.
You may very well see a historic offense from this Tampa Bay team this year, but at the same time, I wouldn't be shocked to see them be more efficient, more workmanlike, do what they need to do, get the job done and still come away with the victory because they have so many ways that they can beat you with one thing that you do not want to give.
Tom Brady, if you're an opposing team, is options.
If he has options, the folks he is gonna find one that works and he's gonna find it almost every single time.
One of the reasons why he did not have the success that he had in years past in New England last year is because his options simply worth there.
He went to look for Julian Edelman.
Julian was double in triple covered At times.
He went to look for James White.
James White, as a running back out of the backfield, had defensive backs covering him.
That's nearly unheard of when you take a look at how how ah running backs are defended in this league usually don't find that almost every down James White was covered by either a cornerback or a safety someone that was keeping their eye on him.
So he did not have those options last year.
This year he has a wealth of them and you can **** well bet he's gonna find one each and every time he takes the ball.
No, and and And that's the thing.
That's so that's what's exciting about it.
And again, like I said it before, I hope it's the Patriots of the Bucks in the Super Bowl.
And if that's the case, I helped the Patriots win 55 to 54 because, well, why the hell not, You know, because that that would just be fun.
So, um, we're gonna take a break here, and when we come back, we're gonna bring on our newest member of the full press radio staff.
Hang tight for just a few minutes.
Ah, if you haven't already, if you're watching old SportsCastr, this is a great time to go download the full press cover Jap if you don't have it already.
So, uh, like a side.
We'll be back in just a couple minutes on we're back.
My favorite thing about Don't break way, Come back and we get to hear there.
And Mike, I know.
I know you love it.
I know you love it as much as I do for us.
Yes, that's right.
And you know what? It just gets me hyped up, and it gets gets me amps to be back here on the radio and, uh, you know, im next.
I'm excited for another reason too, because we've been mentioning all week.
Fantastic lineup here.
Full press radio.
Um, and we're excited to have our newest team member joining us right now.
So without further ado, I'd like to introduce the host of the hot corner starting Monday, August 3rd, Monday through Friday, two PM to five PM Eastern.
Standard time on full press radio.
He is Mr Shoukry Rights to create.
How we doing today, my friend? Good morning to you and good morning to you might.
Well, listen, I get used to this whole just setting up in terms off working this in right now and and all that.
But so but It's definitely in the world in the world in the time of where things have been.
Great, too, Um, to be a sense of fresh air and as well as as well, that it's like I like positivity.
I'm excited to be joining him during your press radio putting on Monday.
Thank you so much for have underfunding Now, after absolutely in, you know, us.
If anyone, everyone out here listens to our show or listen to any of the programs on the air, we I think everyone involved just loves what they do.
And ultimately that's that's that's what makes this great.
I mean, Mike and I, we've been doing this.
What, what feels like forever.
You know, it's 40 50 years.
Who knows I lose track of time.
But, you know, we just love doing it.
We love having a platform where people actually want to hear what we want to say.
And it's not just us speaking.
Teoh the wall, Um, but you know, again we want people that are passionate about what they do, passionate about growing and getting better and creating something special, and that's what we're trying to do here, Uh, at full press radio.
So we're certainly happy Teoh have you here and certainly have you as part of the team because, ah, that team is growing and much like the Buccaneers on paper, it's a pretty **** good team.
So yeah, I want to get the lineup that we're putting out there. Trickery.
Welcome to the FN isn't It's an honor to have you here.
Thank you might appreciate it.
And thank you so much.
I'll listen, unlike the Buccaneers, that they have a lot to prove on the field.
I mean, that's just fuel.
To put it on the FTC radio that isn't a Felix at the audience.
And that audience is it's not something.
I'm looking forward to have the opportunity engaged with every basis, and and I and I start believing that the audience is what makes it so great and without audience interaction is OK.
It kind of four borders on like, not meaningless, but at the same time, like it's not, it's challenging.
And why? Because it helps him.
Do you have that? You know that back and forth interactions report about that? Absolutely.
Because, you know, in that case, you always want to get better, you know, obviously we have.
We have some great dedicated listeners and were were eager to grow the that each and every week and moving forward.
That's that's always the goal.
So in that sense, we always want to be better.
We want, always kind of push it, see how far we can go.
Ah, in terms of what we can do on the mike and how we can entertain everyone or at least you know, appear to entertain people.
You know, Like I said, sometimes I'm convinced people hate Listen us.
But you know what? That's that's fine with me because it's still still listening.
That's all that matters.
And in a way, they're still fan.
So, um, but yeah.
Anyway, so starting Monday, I know we talked about it off there and and you know, you'll privately, we we both said, Hey, you know what? It's hard to think of.
Ah, think of a name.
It seems easy, but, you know, you start thinking about it quite a bit, and then you get you get kind of twisted and turned, and you're like, You know what? This thing is taking a lot longer than I ever anticipated.
But we did hammer down a name.
You hammer down the name the hot corner.
Just give us Ah, you know.
Ah, General, feel for what you want the show to be and what you plan on doing.
And you know, I see Ah, you also have Ah, nice lineup set up already for Monday.
So give us the next little review before we jump in and talk about Boston Bruins because I know you want to do that, too.
Well, how quiet it was something that that, honestly and I have given this far.
I didn't no one to call the show does.
I mean, listen, I could have gone with separate show clarity.
I do that on my radio show for those that have been a greater Boston area on weekends 91 5 from W O.
But I wanted us to be definite.
I wanted this to be more off but more right, my ex t****ze writing it here in a flat on one that I'm going to challenge the status quo off of the minds of the sportsman and the hot corner is about still in jail, challenging the conditional sports.
Any while at the same time bringing a new way of just looking at what topics and stories, Um, and one thing that I'm most looking forward to mention about Monday.
By Monday, I'm fired up because just by not bringing on the show, and that was a big part of of the ba*****t show for Monday having the opportunity to bring guests orders and as well as I'm being able to so show the audience like what he did that I bring for the type of interview style that I bring in my file you want not in.
That's what a show I think more than anything else, I think what the biggest and I'm looking I'm looking to do is this new just stuff.
Okay, what's happening in the world of sports, you know? I mean, there's a lot going on right now, and I know that many people out there that are in the better going to it.
I mean, they wanna be completing on said I'm not gonna shyly from being on being real, you know, like the **** and been trying times and that I'm not gonna show him from talking about difficult topics whatsoever.
Even even at the risk so ****ing people off.
But at the same time, I think I think that after some time to me, I also want to be engaged in which is which is why I mentioned that lot is having haven't such a key.
Patrick in the show is so huge, and I definitely look forward to having that having that opportunity on Monday.
But the lining that you mentioned Sean Self of 95 sports l have gotten to know pretty well ever since I joined on any one of, you know, a little a little more than a year ago.
And he's coming on that.
I'm excited to Kolkata Riot related to the Boston girls for the Boston Sports Journal used during that.
You son, that what they've teamed on that Del Cielo, who has had in the park staffs before she was, Well, um, I've had him on, you know, we talk about baseball, the different topics and so forth before he's only going to show up for 15.
That's all baseball.
I know there's a lot going on in the sport over right now in which that was such for having the opportunity to diving with them.
What? Not So I'm finding up for Monday more than anything else.
May I? Like I said, I mean, that's I've had, ah, privilege to talk to Connor before, obviously.
Ah, you know, doing a Bruins podcast week.
We've crossed past Ah, few times.
So, like, that's gonna be great.
And I'm certainly looking forward to it.
So, um yeah, look.
And that's what we want.
This goes back to the passionate voices that we want on our airwaves.
We want people who love what they do, because it's going to bring out the best in them.
Which means, conversely, it's gonna bring out the best in the show.
And and you may not, you know, we don't want the regimens, you know, mundane like, you know, monotonous.
You know, back and forth, talk and talk.
You know, if anyone's ever listen to the show.
Ah, it's certainly not monotonous, and it's certainly not scripted.
I mean, Mike and I just kind of, you know, flat, you know, you know, just kind of, you know, just go off the rails Now again.
It's kind of help that there hasn't been too many sports to talk about.
You know now with all the sports were kind of forced to stay on topic a little bit more.
But But it's about having fun, and it's about, you know, again engaging with the audience of which it's growing.
It feels like every week we have some really dedicated listeners and, ah, we want to continue that and and keep growing that So once again, we're excited to have it.
Folks out there mark your calendars.
August 3rd this Monday starting 2 p.
Eastern Standard time Monday through Friday.
It's it's gonna be It's gonna be great.
I'm looking forward to it on full press radio dot com on the full press coverage app. Check it out.
So let's get down to business here because you like me.
Uh, I'm sure we're quite excited yesterday to actually finally Ah, watch some Boston Bruins hockey, Um, albeit an exhibition game.
We still got to see things like David Pasternak score and people get upset overtook Arrascue because, well, they're they're maniacs.
So what were your thoughts about the exhibition game? Yes, exactly.
You know what? I actually kinda enjoyed it because It felt kind of normal to see people criticized to harass Can you felt I felt comfort at home.
So my thoughts real quick on the game or three outcome really didn't matter to me.
I figured they were going to be rusty.
I just wanted to see some hockey.
Ah, this team has several games.
A few games to really get into flow of things.
But, ah, what were your thoughts on the game and how do you see this up? You know, how do you see the seam moving forward with the start of the, uh, playing Brower the round Robin.
I'm sorry tomorrow or on Sunday for the Bruins.
You know, almost last night was it just felt like the world was all right again.
I mean, although were not fully there yet, but they just felt I just felt that all was right with the world and to see the world that's on TV on this, and it was really great.
Oh, I back story.
Last night, I was actually that's you out up every word.
Um, you know, I got not You know what? I'm not missing one.
I'm gonna watch the people on the mess and go out.
And and I did exactly that for the first, like, period.
And but the thing that already adopted me annoyed Waas.
The person shifts.
It just seemed as it that the Bruins have that focus.
Columbus move jackets ability to come out ancient all How dangerous the collectively jacket can be intrigued with.
The Blue Jackets.
Probably have your hands full against against Toronto Maple leaves starting on Sunday, mouth.
So, did you talk about a team that has a lot of offense of five power? I mean, I could go up and down the lineup talking about talking about often now, Mitch Marner longing Kneeland.
I will see John Severa, captain, but defensively structure that the Columbus Blue Jackets, playing with more than anything but impressed me by some of the Boston dreams.
Well, got me in order that Listen, he knew that going into the game that they were going to be absolutely Rust world.
That rusty, especially in that first period.
Where again, First couple of ships, they look OK.
After that, they just went down the hill.
We're not going to look good.
So some teams why thank me? with each other.
They have looked shocked, especially playing.
Listen, there's a reason exhibition play is so important, so important because you need to figure out.
Wouldn't warrant since your game what type of structure all the growing science established in the period that the rooms they begin to settle down on defense.
It's it's so forced to me.
All of my dad with the Boston knows, even if they won, I wouldn't buy this long.
Next what we can be? Well, yeah, and because the biggest thing for me that I could weaken when I think of this last night was about finding out where they are.
I don't know where they are.
Google from there, and on top of that, most importantly, it is established that consistency and their game.
What's that? They weren't able to do very early on, but they were able to you after game.
I continue to progress, so I am certain about bad in Washington.
I don't know what exactly happened to it.
Turns again, Junie, possibly Waas.
But that's definitely something that the Boston villains and possibly fans off going to have absolutely needs to keep an eye out for.
Yeah, and And look, if you if you were listening to the Nets and broadcast, I think Jack and Ah, Brick made a great point that, you know, for for the Bruins and Columbus there right now kind at two different points where Columbus is already in when they're going to go home mode because again they're playing serious starts this weekend.
And exactly so they could.
They could be done in two games, whereas the Bruins still have some wiggle room.
And I think there is something to that lack of intensity early because we know what the Bruins are.
Their veteran team, like, likely.
Like you said, You know, the outcome of this game didn't matter.
You wanted to see some of the little things and to your Brad Marchand point.
I believe I saw yesterday, and I wish I knew it actually might have been Connor Ryan.
Ah, but I don't want to credit him, you know, if if it wasn't him.
But someone had said that Bruce Cassidy said it wasn't serious with Martian, but like you said, it's worth noting, and it's worth keeping an eye on, because again, you don't want him going down.
If he goes down then your you know, you probably have to significantly change the expectations off.
What you think the Bruins can dio a several lining or at least something that really look nice was Jack's Technica, You know, the young kid that you know was, you know, during their part of this year where things were kind of normal and you were just going about, you know, talking about Well, is David Pastor not going to get hit? 50 is Is Jack Sinica gonna crack this lineup? Well, you know, that seems like ages ago, but, you know, given the opportunity journey that was presented to him with a cosh being cash, you could be in gone Well, he looked pretty good out there.
And you know what? Bruce Cassidy is not afraid to play his young guys.
If they're playing well and he's got a couple more games, I don't leave to really make an impact.
So we'll see how that goes.
But I like is that I'm excited.
I was excited to see hockey.
I'll be excited to see the level competition against some of the best teams in the East come starting on Sunday, so that will be a true test for them.
It's stunning Tomorrow, in fact, it's going to be fascinating.
So watch how this accident done.
It's finished Now.
Tomorrow, it's the real deal.
It's a start with the real deal.
I'm ladies and gentlemen, may I want to just put this out there now? If you need any plans for tomorrow, how should be your mind? Oh, my man.
I mean, five games on the doctor.
Tomorrow you have the Rangers and just stand on line up at 12.
That's NBCs and you have Chicago had to be on NBC floor and the Islanders are for maybe see a film munchie all Pittsburgh, NBC and get blocked.
The NBC has team games tomorrow and then tomorrow night for the late 19 from evidence in the Winnipeg Jeff Photography claims that same noting to begin a round robin and and for those that need a quick on professional, these round robin games are best found.
These are up into three things right off the bat because you don't have time to find your game.
And this is positive reason why I say that if you weren't in the top foreign in the conference, you need a pawn in the game like today, not tomorrow, because you don't want to go down Old King in the best of five.
Whether whether sober is in the margins for our Oh, it put it in a move that and as you Gillard in your last response, being in a very different placement of comets move jacks with B and win now mome for the Bruins starting Sunday, they're going into a round robin, basically their priority right now.
In my mind, artists opinion is not.
Where were they see that they're in regardless.
Question is, where are they going to end up being placed on who is going to play in the first round of the senator playoffs? That's the priority.
So it's something something that is going to be absolutely happened to see how it all plays out.
But I'm very curious to see how to the growing bounce back.
Sunday's, especially from a lack luster off dinner last night and Columbus moved back.
It's and ah, I I gotta ask you since obviously you know the plan.
Ah, round is, uh is going to be fascinating.
I'm with you like that.
You're gonna get high intensity hockey right off the bat.
Personally, the Siri's I'm looking for to the most is Edmund N.
Minton in Chicago, because I mean offered.
I mean just the star power on that between the two teams.
I'm economist David Lee on Dry Seidel, Jonathan Dave's Patrick Kane.
I mean, even the young stars you to break it.
I mean, the list goes on.
I mean, that is going to be I feel an incredibly fun Siri's and Chicago, despite their their awful regular season, That's a team that like, Look, I mean, I don't care what I don't care what a lot of these teams did in the regular season.
This is a unique situation across the board.
There's no, you know, this is the same for everyone, and Chicago has been there and done that several times with with a lot of this course still there.
Now again, they don't have the marrying hostess and all those guys still there.
But you know, again, I mentioned Patrick Kane and Jonathan tapes.
You know, they they have a chance to do a little bit of dance early on, especially against maybe teams that are necessarily getting their footing right away.
But on the flip side, most excited.
See the young core of Edmonton.
So do you agree? Is that the one you're most excited for? Two? Or is there another Siri's? You got your eye on even little things that I want my own.
You're not, um, and you know what is actually two rather no.
One in the East of one in the West for mean.
If I look at the Western Conference team on the scene that I'm really most intrigued by in Toronto.
You look at the finals for the Jack Adams Award, totally a job that he did this year along with.
There's a team in the end, even dignity matters lost or man games to injury that Columbus.
So you look at the guys that they lost to see them.
Jones and the Knicks believing over at one point.
And obviously the big big that's on top of losing A M V p candidate and pin Aaron, you know, just in a regular season loser.
And then, on top of that, they lost the big change in there, obviously was able to go on the Florida by musing about corpus alot has been outstanding as well as our elders, most weekends as well.
So you see the defensive clouds of the Columbus Blue Jackets and the structure and they play in.
But it's something that I do, what the Columbus Room is going to score like No, don't get me wrong.
Ruins a lot on the on the blue line is a 20 goals scored for the things he's only one of the better.
He ended the boy's mother guy who I really like another gun guy, but I don't even seem to.
The next level changes consistency.
Business criticism of Toronto all season long defense way Talked about this earlier in this segment with the Toronto Maple.
We know the office of five power they have with Matthews.
Never what the other guy's deal in that lineup, especially with me.
You know, test captain and so forth.
The business criticisms I've had.
I feel him on the line.
A lot of Jake Buzzing and Morgan Riley suspects defense suspects.
I wanted to think and believe that Columbus in Toronto is a series that I'm very much intrigued by it.
Now, as far as the West, I'm really I'm pumped because I can't believe the amount of divine scenes even picking, shooting someone turns on okay, who is going to pull up the upset or the surprise upset in the A round robin tournament? But I knew and intrigued by by Winnipeg 1000 we in the West.
When a parent county elitism hosting teams they have, they have booked their own unique style of play.
But Calvin you, the way I look at them with this can't Bill offense get to get to a point where they're able to turn track the defense into transitional offense? Somebody had.
He's hoping No John John or Johnny Gaudreau, another guy he's going to ready, ready to rock invaded final on all cylinders.
And don't forget the young started nappy by any agency that he brings to the table as low.
So I have seen how Calvin you can count against.
I guess I'll get a tax that I don't wanna pick a danger seen because it seems like people forget that one, although they have been having Bachmann is kind people.
But what we always wanted what you wanted.
But when you look at the seams without a struggle of most Kyle condoms of the world in the past, Patrick linings.
And so for that you have more, don't you? It is defense and goaltending.
Which goaltending? Which team is going to step up some of the most? And as well as defensively can be play for defensive structure.
That's what I'm most interested by.
And look, I think that's a great point.
Get Look, I'm a big win in Pig Fan.
I have a lot, a lot of faith and what they can do.
And I I anticipate them going pretty far in this tournament.
And ah, you mentioned goaltending.
You know, Connor l a book.
I mean, is it za good guy to have between the pipes and, you know, again, this It's why I'm so excited about this.
I mean, we got a little bit of a taste the last couple of days, but really, it all gets started tomorrow.
And, you know, on top of everything, it looks like the NHL has has approached.
Ah, this situation going on globally the right way.
We've seen it through through various zero tests.
Ah, coming back positive over the end of face three.
So it's it's been it's been a fantastic lead up to it, and now it all gets started tomorrow.
So, Shukri, real quick before we let you go, Let the folks out there.
I know where they can follow you on Twitter if they're not following you already.
And, um, like I said, this was This was fantastic.
I'm looking forward to doing this a lot more.
I'm very much decided on Monday.
We can follow me on Twitter.
Super right of Act s each You okay? Are I W r r i g h t s central racially for follow me there on Twitter.
I mean, listen, I was in the last few months of dining, really active on Twitter exams, up freeing, and so far like lessons.
I don't just see our sports stuff.
I tend the tweet about some some Austin spots in one.
Not in fact, quick story quits.
I about my whole world was just had to be at least a month and 1/2 about two months ago.
In which that I don't know, I would have to our names the first time.
It's up and saw this.
Now, what would be both of you being with others? You got You got mate.
I used to go. Yeah, I know. I know of gallons.
So I wanted for the first time you're not gonna believe this.
I don't prevent up here.
And I went up there in the first thing and I was waiting for I pleaded out, Teoh.
People bet on everyone that worked at 95 sports up.
And what would you recommend? First time going? And then sauces on Twitter were absolutely amazing by people were saying, Do try to solve this one's trying to start this one Time solvents, rooms I know you get this is the person actually tribal songs, a video? It's all.
And when I touch that, you wouldn't viable.
But over 25,000 views have you know Lily went viral and big temporarily.
Actually, retweeted that medium is like you're welcome so surgeons can use critical.
But in terms of the stuff that I keep one lot and and I definitely could find the souk rewrites bottom means what, um and I look forward to interacting with Do the fact that the listeners are beginning on Monday.
Yeah, well, we can't wait And, ah, folks, if you're ever in the Saugus area, Definitely.
Calhoun said recommended on this side. I know.
Now that I know now that I know that Shukri is a fellow fan of the office August wings? Yeah, We're gonna have to chat on that.
My normal looking set up a day where we could go toe four songs together.
I a wing off? Yes.
I don't know what Wait, I'm bloody good, buddy.
Down in Tampa back.
Wait, don't do I have to quarantine for 12 14 days before coming to Massachusetts.
That's all right.
I don't Oh, that's that's good stuff, Can you Isn't making you know that's that's awesome.
And And look, we're excited to have you and I know the fans out there listening are gonna enjoy the show.
So folks once again tune in this Monday 2 p.
Eastern Standard time.
That view of the hot corner which agree right to create thank you very much for joining us.
And again, we'll talk soon.
So sorry, I I clicked it too early.
I think you were saying, but no, that was great.
Definitely Check it out.
We're gonna go take our last break of the day.
And when we come back, Mike and I were going to continue to talk nonsense because ah, yes, what we're doing.
And that's what we care about.
So we'll be right back.
Stay tuned to break.
A few breaks means twice the amount of fun we get listening to this coming back, uh, were we got about 2022 minutes or so left in the show where our middle segment longer than we anticipated.
But that's perfectly fine, because we had a great, great chat which agree, writes our newest host here on the full press radio on Full press radio network.
You can find his show debut it this Sunday at WrestleMania.
I'm just joking.
No, it's coming up this Monday 2 p.m.
And that is Monday through Friday.
Every single weekday.
It's gonna be a lot of fun welcoming him to the crowd.
So, Mike Well, you know, we got 20 minutes left in the week, man.
I got Ah, you know, we haven't necessarily covered everything we wanted to, but, you know, we're gonna have to cram a lot here in the last 20 minutes.
So what kind of nonsense have you been getting into this week? Any anything Off.
And you watch anything new, Have you? Ah, seen anything that piqued your interest? Have you? Ah, get any more life accomplishments going on? What's what happened with you, my friend? Let the audience know.
You know what? I've been delving into a lot more retro Seinfeld because of Ah, yeah, Joe Money L and the Seinfeld bracket.
Folks, I found myself taking the DVDs out.
Been trying a lot of Seinfeld lately as I've been covering the Patriots, writing articles, posting things.
Ah, you know me, man.
The city that never sleeps, the man that never sleeps.
I'm talking Teoh.
I take my own use for my boss here, but no.
In all in all actuality, a lot of Seinfeld going on, other than just the comings and goings and, uh, the roster and Fox borrow and yeah, that's pretty much getting forgetting.
Looking very much forward to the zoom conference this afternoon at 3 30 folks, if you are a Patriots fan, I know a lot of past fans listen to this show.
Bill Belichick will be addressing the media for the first time since the NFL draft.
You gotta wonder whether or not those questions about Cam Newton the opt outs.
I'm sure someone's gonna ask a couple of questions about Tom Brady.
I'm taking the over under right now as to how many times we hear the phrase early talking about people that are here only talking about people around this roster.
You know it's gonna come, you know it's gonna happen.
I just want to know how many times so tweet at me tweeted the show either Island 31 debate FBC or at FBC Radio Live, and let us know how many times you expect to hear that phrase.
But other than that, my friend yeah, we're you know, we're ramping up heading toward the weekend and NFL training camps are starting to get going.
You guys mentioned any gel big weekend in the NHL, and they'll be continues to roll forward looking.
It was looking very suspect.
That's the thing that was going to happen earlier this week it looks like they're trying Teoh to do everything they can to make sure that that gets Ah, you know, taking care of the N B A.
Continues to ah, roll on an opening night last night.
Successful night for them.
Um, it's good to have sports back.
You just hope that we can sustain at, um, special shout out to, ah, potential new parent Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
I'm his wife is scheduled to give birth to the couple's first child this summer.
Was placed on the paternity leave list by the Angels on Thursday, of course.
Ah, little tidbit.
Here it comes from all in Gonzalez of ESPN.
Trump and Jessica already had Jessica's Mike's life, by the way, already had a name picked out, but he wanted to keep a secret until the delivery.
So I don't think we're going to see that until it comes out.
But congratulations to them, and I know it continues to be the continues to Is it seven? Exactly.
I was gonna go seven.
I mean, he's a big making man.
It's gonna Yeah, he was a big ****ey Mantle fan. Yeah, exactly.
so I mean, you know, that's that's always, always a good thing.
In all actuality, congratulations to them.
He continues to be tested for covert, by the way, on the paternity.
So if anybody's wondering, you know what would happen, especially in major league baseball right now.
I saw somebody tweet that out yesterday.
Oh, he's leaving the team.
He's gonna that that means is gonna come back with Cove and nodded there, keeping it very close to the vest.
And of course, you know, he's doing his due diligence.
So if that's me, my sports shot out for the day, but yeah, Other than that, my friend.
Ah, what's Ah, What? What? What we knew with you? Well, you know, I I want to go a touchback because I was doing a lot of the same things.
I've watched a lot of Seinfeld.
Who? Lou for that, Um again, everyone knows my TV watching habits basically revolved around what I'm doing at work doing on my computer for work.
And unfortunately, I've seen all the Seinfeld episodes numerous times before in the past, so they don't necessarily have to pay attention to him.
But I also find myself getting sucked into him just because I love him.
And, ah, the finals right now in the bracket, the fantastic bracket that Joe put together.
And again, I can't I cannot stress it enough how awesome this was.
Ah, and and just knowing the complexity of how how you can put something like this together and how much time and effort it takes, it's fantastic.
But the finals air going on right now to a quick little update.
With 11 hours and 17 minutes left, the marine biologist is outpacing the contest.
54% to 46% were about 530 votes in.
So if you haven't voted already, go to and I'm going to spell it out for you guys.
Underscore men Yellow.
So it's m a n n i e l l Once again, Joe underscore m a n and I e l l o Check it out.
Retweet the poll vote vote, Vote for who you think is gonna win and definitely check out all these great stuff.
And ah, on top of all that, he's a great headline writer for news day.
So, you know? Yeah, very weeks.
You're going to get some great pun.
I have to pride myself on dad jokes, play on words, anybody to listen to a lot of things that I came up with. Funky titles.
Joe is the master.
I buy all stretch of the imagination.
I I kneel at the foot of the all time leader.
He is the master of them.
Let's just put it that yes.
To master that domain.
Very, very well put.
And, yeah, I'm glad to see the marine biologist putting out front.
If you recall, a couple weeks ago when he started this, that was my pick.
That was my, uh that was my winner.
Eso I'm hoping it holds on, But you know what it's like choosing between Children.
I mean, you know, Seinfeld.
So many great up alias.
You can't go wrong with the contract with the contest.
I mean, just you want to talk about iconic immediately.
One of one of the first images I think people have When they think of the show, Seinfeld, whether you say that Nazi is probably like the most iconic, you know, maybe again.
Not that we're not talking best, because again, that's subjective.
But, you know, even the most casual of casual, uh, viewers will know beyond people will know no Creamer slammed his hand on the kind of the counter and going, I'm out and they know no soup for you and you know, yada yada yada is big, you know as well so, like a does that have come.
But those two I think of the indelible Ah, those two of the indelible marks.
But from start to finish again, I always love the Marine biologists.
Just the reveal of Jew boards revealing the titlist that was that was a comedic writing instead of compact of that, you know, episode now the best part about that was, and I know it probably mentioned this before, but that was all done in one take.
That was, that was they threw it together at the last minute on filming and all done in 11 shot one.
Take boom, boom, boom.
Wrap it up and again, it's it's It's such a fantastic end to that episode because again, it much like many Seinfeld episodes, do it.
It brings everything together all the little subplots and little sub storylines all come together in that one moment and again.
It's just a great monologue from George, and he nails.
It s Oh, yeah, this has been fun to to monitor and watching and kind of see it play out.
And I'm excited.
I think they're doing Ah ah, I think he's doing a Tom Hanks movie bracket next, so there's plenty more to come but Seinfeld or certainly one of our special one.
So it's all without any question.
Absolutely. And it's to me.
It's like it's it's It's so hand in glove for what we do here.
I mean, Seinfeld is such a huge part of our life.
Were a show about nothing in their show about I think so, Absolutely.
I mean, we both joked that Seinfeld quotes and episodes and references to take up probably a boat, I would say, legitimately about 45 50 between 45 55 range.
So you know, so it may be even more than that.
I might even be generous, and when you do, you think about when you think about the percentage of our brain compared to the normal person it's drastically even more because, you know, 40% of a 50% brain, you know? And then you we're getting to a little too complicated of a math for us to even handle.
But you can get the picture you can really Spiritual picture.
Basically, we're saying both Mike and I are stupid.
Yourself short, my friend.
No, we're you know, we're we're not stupid.
I'm being a little I'm being a little too harsh on us.
That that's certainly not not the case.
Like I'm not going to sit here and say we're stupid.
Now, that's something I think more on that is right.
Association of morons, Local six and 7/8.
I I almost ah Thio added visual effect to our viewers on SportsCastr arm was flashed up a card to signify by my membership card, but it was actually my credit card and that would have been really foolish.
I'm really stupid, I would add.
Teoh immediately cancelled my car not than anyone out there feeling would have, you know, taking those numbers and spent money.
Not that there's much morning on there to spend just saying it would have been a very big blunder on my part.
So, uh, yesterday yesterday, yesterday, yesterday we talked a little bit about Damien Williams opting out, obviously.
Ah, for the Chiefs.
You know, he played a big role, perhaps a M V P type role.
Ah, for the Chiefs last year.
And they're Super Bowl run.
But e a The recent diagnosis of cancer for his mother was apparently the the decision maker for him and why he opt out.
And I saw this pop up this morning.
So you gives a little bit more context as Teoh.
You know what his decision was? And look, we have two more days.
Monday is the deadline to opt out so we may see some more players.
Um, I think you know the, you know, those first couple of days would restart rush of patriots players opt out.
Um, you kind of figure.
Probably this gonna be a couple more, you know, in the pipeline.
And we still may get that they're still Ah, you know, the whole weekend and of course, Monday.
Until I believe, four o'clock, whatever the deadline is, but will be interesting to see that that's another thing I'm looking forward to, uh, obviously baseball continuing this weekend, but I know you didn't get a chance to to answer, but ah, is there Ah, particular Siri's outside of obviously the Bruins playing, You know, eventually that you're looking forward to because I can't wait to sit down.
I've been working my ass groove in my couch for the last several weeks now, carefully shaping and molding it for this very reason So I can sit down and not worry about being uncomfortable for a very long time because that's what I'm gonna be doing tomorrow.
It's going to be fantastic.
And I'm like you.
I'm looking forward to the Edmund in Siris for a lot of the reasons that you mentioned, you know, just Thea Young talent thea opportunity for the Bruins to play a team like that and see exactly what they have.
I mean, last night.
And I think you and Shukri put this very eloquently.
You know that the Columbus Blue Jackets are feeling their oats right now, but that's a team that's in win now mode there, up against the wall.
They need to in order to prove their worth to be able to stick around.
The Bruins have already essentially done that.
The problem is they're looking for seeding and they're looking to, you know, make it in as high as possible.
And if that's the case, they need to step up.
And I believe they will.
I think there's enough talent there to to do that, but I am very much looking forward to that.
I'll have a sharp eye on the MBA as well.
I will be looking, you know, at some of the things that are going on, the comings and goings there, how this league is starting to, you know, put their pieces back together and see what they have.
Baseball, obviously, always.
I mean, you know, the Red Sox are starting to show a little life out there.
So, you know, maybe it's not going to be all the doing room that we thought earlier this week and, of course, NFL training camp.
I'll definitely have both of my eyes squarely fixed on Gillette Stadium.
By all indications, just about 11 minutes ago, Cam Newton, on his social media platform, whether it be Instagram or Twitter, tweeted out a picture of himself arriving at Gillette Stadium now that means he's likely there for a round of covert testing.
But he is in New England, folks, and the Cam Newton era is kicking off.
Patriots players are required to report over the weekend, and right now the first practice on the field is scheduled to be for August 12th.
I know that seems a long ways away, folks, but it really isn't when you think about what this team has and what they have.
Ah, what they've accomplished so far.
So there's gonna be a lot of strength and conditioning over the next couple of days.
But all your favorite NFL teams are starting to get into practice mode, starting to get into training camp, and it's looking like we're moving forward.
So ah, keep a very sharp eye this weekend to find out who among the rest of the NFL might be opting out.
I'm actually hearing that we might see an extension of that opt out deadline.
I'm hearing August 6 being bandied around as a possible cut off date for people to do that.
So, uh, again keep an eye out because I really think at the end of the day that it's not only going to be the New England Patriots that are hit hardest by this.
They have six opt outs, and I think you're going to see some teams approach that maybe even equal it.
And, you know, knows you may see some that eclipse it deadlines, air existing for a reason.
And just because the Patriots gonna jump on it doesn't mean that other teams are not going to be on board.
Also, keep an eye out for who is going to be placed on the cove in 19 IR list.
That would indicate a positive test and those types of things that it might yeah upon a positive or a potential exposure potential risk. Exactly.
I should thank you.
Come on to clarify that.
And that's why I'm here my time here.
You may not think I'm paying attention, but I am.
I know you are non in all actuality of busy weekend in the NFL.
So if you're an NFL fan, just because there's not live action going on on your television doesn't mean they're not things going on behind the scenes.
Ah, lot of ah lot of building going on as we move toward next week.
Yeah, look, I mean, there's gonna be a lot of a lot of, ah business in every week.
And that's the thing that it's taken a couple days.
That kind of get used to of the last few nights is getting back into the routine of, you know, watching highlights and CEO Excuse, huh? I'm boring myself, apparently, but no watching highlights.
And, um, you know, seeing that the top tens and all that stuff things that we like, I guess taken for granted for the last, you know, several years, right? I mean forever, however long they've been out there.
But for the last several months, we haven't had these things.
And now they're back.
And now it's now it's like, Oh, yeah, the trade.
I should probably tune in and, you know, picture that I'm seeing everything that's happening because there's a lot going on now and ah, you know, again, you know, it may not be normal times, but at least we're kind of getting to that point where you know, Hey, it is sort of normal now, close to it, but no.

Let's go out on a high note.
Give us a fact. Educate the folks out there.
Ah, most people will probably already know this, but I'll go to my go to favorite eighties movie, and that is back to the future, Starring Michael J. Fox.
You almost didn't have Michael J.
Fox in the movie folks, Believe it or not, Eric Stoltz of Masked Fame and some of the other movies that he's made throughout theeighties successful actor in his own right was actually cast, and a lot of scenes were shot for back to the future, with Eric, alongside Christopher Lloyd and the rest of the cast of Back to the Future.
Bob Zemeckis, who was the director, did not like the chemistry just wasn't feeling Eric as Marty Mc Fly reached back out to family ties and said, Please, because we really want Michael J.
Fox and you release him from his contract, or at least allowed him the opportunity to be able to film family ties, said If it didn't interfere with their schedule, they didn't have a problem with him doing it.
Fox pulled double duty, was filming family ties during the day back to the future.
All night long, they let Eric Stoltz go came back in, filmed with Michael J. Fox.
And, of course, the movie went on to be the classic and spawned two Sequels.
So not sure how many people knew.
I think most people didn't know that if you're well, they know it now there, Mary, there are very few that may not have known that.
So that's my eighties fun fact of the day. Awesome.
So, folks, we're gonna go out on that.
I don't have a great day and we'll see you on Monday.
