This is your Barker's Chris Muller.
The relationship between the New York Jets and All Pro safety Jamal Adams Piers to be at a breaking point.
Adams wants to trade, and the Jets seem willing to accommodate his request so long as they get the right return in a potential deal.
The two sides, of course, could mend Fences.
But as of right now, it seems more likely than not that Adams will be playing football somewhere else this fall.
With that in mind, let's take a look.
The three teams that could most use the services of one of the NFL's most dynamic defensive players for most people, the Dallas Cowboys, are top of mind in this discussion, and that makes sense.
Adams has stated he wants to play in Dallas, and there's a spot on the roster that's perfect for him.
Dallas has already set it.
Free safety Adams is a natural, strong safety who excels as a pass rusher.
He would slot in perfectly with the Cowboys and give them a dangerous secondary weapon to compete in a division with Carson Wentz potentially rising Daniel Jones in New York as well as complete wild card, and Dwayne Haskins in Washington.
Speaking of the NFC East, the Philadelphia Eagles are also a candidate.
Philly doesn't have much the back end of its secondary.
There are no real name players that are dynamic elements, and they to have to deal with that.
Prescott, a talented Cowboys offense in the same rising quarterback situations in New York and possibly Washington.
Adams would be a good fit in Philadelphia, and Eagles fans would no doubt love his hard nosed leave it out all on the field mindset.
There is one dark horse team that could be in play here.
Adams wants to play for a winner, and the Cowboys and Eagles air Certainly competitive, but so, too, are the Las Vegas Raiders.
And Adams could be a big star in the NFL's newest city.
The Raiders have plenty of offensive talent, and they did draft Jonathon Abram to play safety, and he only played one game last year.
There's no reason they can't Paran already established safety with one that they hope will be on the rise.
So there you have it.
That would be a great fit for jet safety Jamal Adams if, in fact, he gets traded for a yard Barker.
