And the simulcast podcasts here on this platform.
It's a great platform.

Don't adobe dot sportscast.
There s p o r t s c A S t r duck.
Um, check it out, guys.
Everyone with the U. S.
And on And her name is part of the Unwrap Sports network, which this podcast is a part of of, And we we really appreciate those guys and everyone that contributes in that in that fashion today, we're gonna be looking at the NFC South.
Last week we had some spirited conversations about F C North.
Uh, we have a special guest on there is what? Our friend of the pod And we really broke down those teams and looked at, you know, potentially show on what could happen with those guys in how they could all you know, how the season could play out.
So we went over the over Under's for the A F.
C North last week, and this week we're looking at NFC South, and you know it's gonna be real interesting.
And NFC South, I think I'm just overall.
I think it's going to be Ah, very interesting season for this for this, uh, division.
So it's gonna get, um, going and Alex in here in a minute, and then we will go ahead and start like I said, other things that cover earned gaily world.
I think you know everything.
Starting to get back Teoh some kind of ability to gamble himself.
So we had Spanish.
A legal yet last night.
We got bonus legal tonight.
I know here in Australia, we got rugby League is on NFL is on all day today.
I think first game starts in about hour 45 minutes.
Um, not many people know what the heck fl is, and that's fine.
But it's always fun that throughout a tipper to in oh, our ah punt as they call it over here, um, at one of these games as well.
So we got English Premier League starting next week in of course, we got M B A and we starting in July.
So a few things look forward to as we as we move forward, and obviously we're gonna do the NFC south today.
So I invited Alex and as well.
Owen is here, though.
What's up? One? I'm just sitting here listening to you talk about the NFC South, man. I'm chilling.
It's good to be here.
Yeah, that's good, man.
Handsome, you are that **** wife eyes going real slow today.
All good men and saw game.
So, like I said, we're looking NFC South, and I already said it owns our resident Carolina Panther fans.
So might be a little bit, um, disappointing.
Castro I post to put to put on this on optimistic about the Panthers.
So I'm ready to talk about him and let's get into I'm ready to bask these other NFC South creams.
We'll get into it right away.
Here we're start with the Atlanta Falcons.
Atlanta Falcons over Under this season is at 7.
5 the overs pigment on 97.
The underpinning of dollars.
The Atlanta Falcons will make the playoffs.
Yes, is paying $3.
8 and no is at a dollar 34.
So we'll start with Oh, what do you like or dislike about the Falcons? What do you think they're going to do this year? So the Falcons are a tough team to judge just off the jump.
I like some of the moves they made in the draft and free agency and all, but they're still really spotty.
They came on pretty late in the second half of the year.
They beat our ass both times, Um, when I did not expect him to.
So the Falcons are hard team to judge.
Um, especially when you don't know for sure the years that they've had a shore fire, great roster.
They've competed almost every single one of those years.
But the times nobody's really known, it's either been really bad for them or, you know, it's it's been more of a surprise and last season started off really bad, and then they kind of had a 2nd 2nd half of the season surge.
5, Honestly, I'd probably be under for the Falcons.
This is a really tough division, but I don't know that that one's one that I wouldn't bet on.
Um, if it was me, I think they're a tough call as Faras ones go especially, yeah, that's fair.
It's, um I get that understand.
I usually try to make out hard line pick, but I understand staying away from this one.
Alex, Buddy, what do you think about the Falcons this year? Yeah, I agree with what Owen said.
You know, Falcons are have been a very inconsistent team.
I mean, they showed up against the 40 Niners slash season in a late season matchup, but then there's other games where they just kind of didn't look like they knew what they were doing out there.
But you know that passing game does have you know Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley, who are great assets in the passing game.
You know, the addition of Hayden hers.
It's going to be interesting to see how he does with the possible target share that Hooper had this past season.
And obviously, Todd Gurley joins, UH, returns back to Georgia to play for the Falcons.
So it'll be interesting to see how he handles a fresh start defensively.
I know that they added Dante Fowler, which you know kind of adds to that defense in front, but something that Cory has been saying in a couple of previous episodes.
It's just the the constant, you know, competitive Ah difference.
It is being a secondary in the NFC South with so many strong receiving groups.
I think, you know, that'll still kind of push him in a tough spot.
But I would probably avoid this one, too.
But I'd actually go over because I think I think they'll probably end up being a mate.
I don't think they'll go seven and nine, but I definitely do not have them making the playoffs.
If we're making Hardline picks, by the way, I'm taking the under.
Yep, that's where I mean, Listen, Teoh, Mike Lombardi's possibly we're doing NFC South and he went under as well, um, for a variety of different reasons.
But for me, I think with the Falcons, it's gonna be very interesting.
I think their offense is actually pretty Stats just, um, with the start early and stay healthy.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
They don't have a lot of death, but they're top, you know, three or four guys are I mean, you can't ask for better starting lineup and what they throw up there.
Um, yeah, as long as everyone stays healthy, which is a big ask when you have girly and is the generator of me and you know holy on his foot every season.
Um, you know, he usually toughed it out and really got banged up last year as well, so those guys need to stay healthy.
I think you know, the biggest question mark is this defense, and it's been pretty bad, I think, especially for having a defensive minded head coach.
They did add Dante Fowler, who's who can step into that starting lineup because they desperately need pass rushing out.
They finished 28 adjusted sack rate last year.
Um, they paid Fowler Ah, lot of money.
So but he's only trying to make an impact immediately.
Yeah, he's only 25 in.
He tied for 12th in pressures among Edra in among edge rushers last season.
So he is capable whether or not he can get it done.
Being pretty much the only kind of pass rush threat on the Falcons have is yet to be seen.
5, I think is a very good number.
Ah, think you know, they don't build casinos by making money on bad line.
So seven 7/2 is ah, pretty good number.
For some reason, I'm a bit hopeful that the Falcons could get this done, and I'm gonna take the over for I had a dollar 97.
I think they get to eight like Alex. Sad.
I think they could get to nine.
It might be able to speak in the playoffs that they can resemble some kind of defense here in this division.
Um, and you'll see why when we get to the next teams.
But, um, yeah, I think it's worth a shot.
I mean, the Falcons making class, that 33 bucks.
That's pretty good value.
Um, and I know that you are going No, go ahead.
Um, the biggest thing with the Falcons.
Like you said, that offense could be potent, girlie.
If you can stay healthy, I still think is one of the best backs in the league.
The offensive line is how the greatest, but it's serviceable for sure.
Um, Matt Ryan has a lot of targets.
Calvin Ridley is going into what, his third year now still a great target.
I think he's still got room to grow.
Julio is the best receiver in the league when healthy in my opinion, but the defense hands down is going to be the things that's going to be either the demise or what helps to make it, you know, late playoff push.
So, like I said, Dante, fella's gonna make an immediate impact.
And if he doesn't, then with all the receivers that they have the face in this division, this is gonna be tough.
I mean, they could I don't know what their cap situation is like, But could they sign a guy like Clowney? That would be nice.
From South Carolina.
I think that's definitely Ah, a place he'd like to be.
So I don't know.
I'm still surprised he's out on the market.
Yeah, I mean, he played in Seattle and you play the map, you know, that covered three scheme that like to run down there, so it would be interesting to see if they could get a pass rusher before the season starts.
But yet for sure, it's gonna rely on a deep ads, and it's I'm not gonna lie.
It's a little bit shot in the dark tournament.
Get them in the playoffs.
But there are seven teams in the going in this year, So, um, I think it's just it's worth a shot at it.
Um, it meant Ryan returns that EVP form in this offense really clicks.
I mean, their defense just has to be serviceable.
So, um, that being said, we're gonna move on to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The big movers and shakers that you could say that they are the most hyped team now in the league.
Similar to what the Browns were last year.
Tampa Bay there sitting at nine a half.
What do you think about Tampa Bay Buccaneers coming into the season? First off, Tampa Bay has a whole lot to prove to me before I'm buying stock in the hype.
Listen, I love Brady.
Um, okay, let me rephrase that. I don't love pretty.
I'm not a Patriots man, but the idea of Tom Brady with Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and all the other weapons that he has down there grok.
Now, um, it's it's gonna be fun to watch, but I still have to see from Tom Brady the consistency that wasn't really there last year.
They have a lot more weapons, obviously than they did New England.
He's gonna have much better running backs than he had last year. in New England.
So I think Tom Brady, as long as he can be better than Jamis Winston was and more consistent.
Throw less picks.
I think the offense is gonna be great.
5 is a good number for them to, but I'm taking the over.
It would be hard to bet against Tom Brady in that situation.
I'm taking that over.
I think they're gonna be a lot of teams, but I'm not sure that they're gonna have the postseason success that a lot of people think they will.
Alex, what do you think? Yeah, I actually agree with the one on that, too.
I definitely think that, you know, all the weapons they're you know, they're not going to.
The defense isn't gonna be in a spot where you know they're gonna have to win too many games on just themselves.
You know, the offense will be able to bail him out if you know Brady plays low with them.
But I know a lot of people have been making some having some questions on a Tom Brady's deep ball, but he did have a great deep all this past season.
That was a huge question in terms of, you know, him kind of looking like he was starting to struggle a little bit.
But again, I don't think you can count out, you know? Well, the goat at Hall, I think he still has another year to in him.
And I think Tampa Bay goes over 9.
5 wins, and I definitely have them in the playoffs.
Wow, e feel bad.
Now, Computer, take the under on your boy. Cory.
It it's no Hello? No, no.
Its the bitter Pats fan in right now.
That's not okay.
All right, um, Buccaneers.
So obviously they got Tom Brady. They got Gronk.
Um I mean, Winston through 30 interceptions Brady's strength 36 interceptions in his five year Kurt in the five year career that Winston has been playing.
So, um, that isn't saying that it's actually could be a problem.
Uh, you might not be able to throw the ball down the field like Winston.
I'm just because I don't think he is that reckless with it, But I do think his arm strength finds it is what it is at this point.
Um, my worry is how that offense of line protects Brady because I know they got Tristan worths and they, you know, they added some help there on the offensive line.
But Areas doesn't have a great track record of keeping his quarterbacks upright.
Um, lots of his quarterbacks take lots of shots, and that happens.
You're going to see the same throwaway percentage as Brady had last year.
I think he had some crazy amount of throwaways last year.
And you're gonna have that same situation, especially because I think I'm in Arians offense.
You know, it takes a little bit longer for these guys to get open and is where you're gonna be ableto you know, stand there like like he does and look down pressure that, you know, on offensive line that he doesn't really know.
And trust right now is you're just bills.
Stay there and step in the pocket.
I'm not so sure like watching Brady over the years, year after year after year.
I mean, the biggest thing that everyone's always said is you know, Russia, him making movies, feet Bob, you know, rushing up the middle.
If that's the case than you know, he's been getting more and more skittish as the years have gone through.
So my concern is this offensive line in the offense that they run.
I'm hoping like hopefully they run on offense.
That's more formally to Brady style, more middle of the field stuff.
Um, you don't take shots when you got home, but hopefully if they don't just, you know, regurgitate what they've been doing the last, um, what Aaron's has been doing over the over the years.
So it will be interesting to see how those guys mesh and how that offense looks.
You know, once once we kick off here, well, the defense is also was very good last year.
I mean, considering the fact that their offense gave up the ball.
A lot of times were very good against against the pass from what I remember.
But they were running best when I fell against the run last year.
Yeah, that's true.
Um, so they added Antoine Winfield Jr.
Who was one of my favorite players in the draft idea.
I liked him a lot of wall.
I mean, that immediately helps that I do like Todd Bowles is the coordinator.
Um, and I think that they can do some stuff on the defensive end.
I just think it's gonna be really hard for this Tampa Bay Buccaneers team to live up to the hype.
Um, baby, usually how high for striving them For the last I feel like every season.
Last six or seven years, they have had some kind of weird hype from people, especially from gambling angles.
So I'm gonna take the under.
Um, I think they would.
You think they make the playoffs? I think they were in nine games.
Um, push comes to shove.
I think they make the playoffs at 97 Um, and they're under is paying $2 3 overs.
I'm gonna go on the other side, cause I know this a public team now.
Lots of money coming in on over.
I'm gonna go the other way, and we go against the public.
Um, playoffs? Yes.
So I'll stick with that.
I say they make the playoffs, but, um, yeah, I think they go under.
I think they're gonna be no.
One of teams that I just don't think Brady can replicate that same kind of offense that they had last year's because they were just in some crazy situations last year where they had for gift.
You know, Chuck the ball around and they didn't be a playoff team last year only to be anything really not.
Did not beat one playoff team last year.
So, um, even if they, you know, split with those guys, I still think this division's gotten better.
I think they're gonna you know, I think they could be easily go 500 division and then your, you know, your hand picking games here and there.
But I think they win nine games, and I think they speaking in the playoffs as well.
So I'm going under long story short.
It is interesting.
I can't believe that was the last pick I expected you to make.
I came in here thinking, okay.
I looked at the lines and all Okay, for sure.
He's taking the over on that, right? But I guess not.
Not gonna Z when everyone zags Exactly Point.
Cory's only a Brady believer when he's in the New England.
I believe that you wait for playoffs.
That's his best.
I could Dio Yeah, just kidding.
Moving on to the New Orleans Saints that over Under is 10 half over.
Paying a dollar 96 The underpinning of dollar 78.
So some money coming in on the Saints going under the 10.
Is that dog 25 for the Yes no.
Is that $3? 66 on what are your thoughts on the Saints this year? Who? Um, first off, the state's gonna be great again this year.
They're gonna be one of the best teams in the NFC East.
I think they'll win the NFC South.
If we're not already saying that.
Maybe I should say that for later.
Um, but it's hard to pick against them in the regular season when it comes playoff time.
That's a little bit different story, but with a breeze there with the crew that they have their it made a lot of really good draft picks.
Michael Thomas is still in the best receivers in the NFL, and that sounds like vomit coming out my mouth.
Eight Saying that, um, but that the regular season team is there and I think they'll go over the 10.
I expect him to win 12 maybe 13 games again to be completely honest with you, maybe 11 but the division could play a part in that, for sure.
Playing Tampa Bay twice is gonna be Ah, tough one for them already.
Breeze twice a twice in the regular season is gonna be fun to watch, I think, especially in a division game.
But, yeah, I'm going to take the over on that again.
It hurts saying I hate picking them to win.
The division, of course, is a Panthers fan, but it's hard to bet on them in the regular season for sure.
Yeah, Alex, what do you think? Yeah, I definitely think that the addition of Emmanuel Sanders will really bode well for that passing game.
I definitely don't think my Thomas is gonna be a getting that close to breaking the reception's record again.
I think he's gonna have a great season.
I just think Sanders will kind of plug in to be that nice veteran possession player that I think.
Breeze kind of has been needing a za number two target that outside of the tight end position defensively, I'm really excited to see Davenport see out.
He kind of, um if he makes that next big step in kind of joins those other pass rushers in the New Orleans is being kind of big threats.
But I am actually going to go in the under, but not in the way, not in a drastic way.
I think they'll end up winning 10 games.
I kind of had him as a ceiling at 11.
But if I had, if I to make this, that I would definitely go with the under and say they're going to go 10 and six and yes, making the playoffs, Yeah, well, that's fair.
I think the Saints are the best team in the league.
On paper, Um, there my preseason favorites win at all.
So I'm going to take the over.
I mean, that's obvious after that statement, but I think Emmanuel Sanders immediately gives them a true number two receiver, which I have not have in the last three years.
And you know, Ted game again, where the second leading target get her from, you know, and then you know, Jerry Cookie like Kobe Fleener and get all kinds of guys coming in and out of that lineup, adding Emmanuel Sanders, who you know can pretty much do everything he can block.
You could do all the things that you want from a receiver.
Um I think will help that team even more.
Obviously, their defense, I think, is going to be awesome.
So if you are a defendant's trafico but their defense this year, I think that defense is going to be really good.
Obviously, Cam Cam Jordan's there.
They lost Mom Bell to Cincinnati within the immediately replaced with nothing.
Um, I like all their additions on defense and they are one of the the best that teams there.
Are they just that Ruit Ruiz in the draft as well That added some more interior linemen. Depth.
This line is very strong and I just think it's gonna be hard to be.
Hopefully, Camara can stay healthy and improve on, you know, the season that he had, um, last year because it wasn't very good.
Um, so hopefully he can he can take a step up.
I mean, look devious.
Murray had a decent season towards the end of the year.
He really stepped up and hopefully in year two of you know, his ST center, he can do some things there as well.
So I do like the over.
I think they win 11 12 games and the overs bigger dog 96.
So, um, I got some interesting value so far this division, so I'm getting some serious kick back here.
So I handsome fighter Alvin Kamara was the second best running back on that team last year.
After all the tables, Murray was was better than him all around. Maybe not.
Maybe not stats wise, but I thought Latavius Murray in the run game specifically was more valuable than Alvin Kamara. Amukamara.
I feel like fits.
Drew Brees is personality a little bit as far as the pastor goes.
I think that's why he's had a good career with Sean Payton in that offense.
Um, but I think they've got a nice little well, 10 them back there again.
Like you said, if Americans stay healthy, he talks a lot of talk.
But to me, it's just the poor man's Christian McCaffrey.
Yeah, well, I mean, considering what he him and Davis Murray had the same amount of chances.
I believe inside the 10 think the 14 and Rosemary was a lot more successful and was a lot better runner in that in that situation.
So if tomorrow is not getting Pepper with targets, I don't I don't really love this situation, but they should give him more involved in the passing game.
They really just didn't do that last year.
So I expect them Teoh kind of rebirth back to the previous seasons and get him more involved.
We'll move on to the man of the hour.
Always is Carolina.
Uh, we won't start.
It won't start with you.
We'll let you finish responding or not Go first.
So, Alex, what do your thoughts? I mean, Carolina Panthers hang out all Judah Lad's right now They're over unders.
5.5 the over his pay. $8.
73 The underpinning.
$2.3 Playoffs? Yes.
Is that $5? 40? No close out dollar.
So, Alex, thoughts on the Carolina Panthers.
All right, so the Panthers air now in the post camera.
You know, they got Bridgewater now leading that offense.
Christian Caffrey's still gonna be the focal point.
I think it will be something, you know.
Keep an eye on how Bridgewater plays with D.
Moore, Robby Anderson occur to Samuel that trail receivers.
I think you know the play better than I think.
Some people were kind of, ah, pegging them to play because I just see a lot of Ah ah, opinion saying all Bridgewater's just kind of a guy Quick passes, just dumping it off to the money back.
But I think I'm not gonna say is in the air it out like crazy.
But I think he'll play very well in terms of just kind of spreading the ball out.
I think there's still a liability.
I have them at the under, Uh, and not making the playoffs.
But I could, you know, however, it can't see them win six games.
That's kind of like my ceiling.
But in terms of bedding, I would go with the under.
Yeah, so you know, no hard feelings.
Well, the Panthers there, obviously a team in transition, they move on like Alex.
Sad from Cameron.
Looky Cleese gone.
You know that pretty much.
That combination, you know, was the franchise for nearly a decade.
So, you know, Teddy Bridgewater side in the three year, $63 million contract Free agency.
You know what? You know it still feels kind of like a stopgap deal for them A Z they look to the future.
Robbie and er soon they had it passed Steven Weatherly a Szmyd tear free agents.
And I think this is just going to be kind of, ah, trial period for this new coaching staff.
I think trying to get especially with Kelvin and everything is gonna be really tough for him to come in.
Everyone on the same page offensively, defensively, on start a new basically break everything down.
It's going to take a I think it's gonna take a couple seasons for him to get his guys in there.
And you know what? He wants his team to look like going forward.
Um, that being said, I do not like this team at all this year.
I think they could potentially be picking first in the draft.
I think Karen Pence's go under the 5.5.
Um, there are some pieces I like.
I like T j more as a football player.
Um, I like Samuel.
Um, but yeah, I just I think it's gonna be tough for them.
I think Christian McCaffrey, they have to find a way to kind of spell him and need to the kid just give him 350 touches every season and expect him to hold up, especially after paying him $60 million.
I think they need to pump the brakes a little bit with that.
Especially like in the season like this, when expectations aren't through the roof.
Everyone knows they have a new coach everyone knew.
Knows they have a new program coming in like they don't need to just, you know, just damage that man.
Ah, whole season and run him into the ground.
So I think they really need to You think about that long term, you know, have McCaffrey around for his whole contract.
So I'm gonna take the under the understanding $2.
3 some more value for me, and I'll leave it to our precedent.
Tell us all, Rob, we are.
Um, first off, I'm going to say because I don't want people to think I'm being extremely biased.
I just know Ah, whole lot about this team. Obviously.
Ah, I will start with saying I'm gonna take the over the 5.5.
I think that that's a very low number.
But let me tell you why.
Um and I'm gonna start with the draft and don't guys don't go on too long, cause I promise you I could talk about these guys for an hour.
Um, eso starting with the draft with the number seven pick.
Obviously, they took Derek Brown.
A lot of Panther strands were mad that they didn't take seven.
I was one of them for about 30 minutes until I really thought about it.
You got to think the Panthers last year had looky Klay at linebacker, Likely a similar position, even though, as a assumes is, more of a hybrid likely would have filled in their line back.
Besides Shaq Thompson, who gets a chance to leave this line back in court for the first time after Luke's absence.
So, But even with Luke last year, when the best linebackers in the league since he's been in the league, we had, I think, the worst run defense in the entire NFL, if not the worst, the second worst, um, it was **** poor, so they needed to fill the gaps and the holes that were on the defensive line because it was bad last year, especially after K one short got hurt with K one short coming back with Derek Brown filling and right beside him.
I loved the gross mottoes pick in the second round.
Then you got Brian Burns on the other end.
The defense of line for the next couple of years.
Maybe Won't be the best this year.
Got a lot of young guys.
Brian Burns was hurt a little bit.
Didn't get the plan time he deserved.
But the dude has a lot of potential.
He's really fast.
Off the edge is a hybrid linebacker, um, but can rush off the edge with the best of them.
The defense, the biggest issue for me is going to be the back end.
Um, I really don't like the secondary situation.
Um, you know, the the Jimmy Chin pick was great.
I really like that.
I think he was probably as close as you could get the Isaiah Simmons.
So I like what they did with him, Uh, bringing an Eli apple.
And here's the thing about Eli Apple.
A lot of people hated on the on the pickup.
Is Eli Apple great? No.
Was he better than what we had is the second corner option.
Yes, he's only 24.
It's still got room to grow.
And I think he's going to be much better than Ross ****erel, who was one of our only other option.
So I still think they should bring back, by the way, for death offenses where I think they're gonna succeed this year.
I think, uh, Joe Brady has all the weapons he could ask for.
The offensive line is gonna be questionable.
Of course, I love Robby Anderson.
Moore had 1000 yards last season with Tile Allen at quarterback, and Curtis Samuel is just bound for a break out year.
And you still have Christian McCaffrey.
Ah, Teddy Bridgewater has literally every weapon possible to be successful.
This is by 40 times by Measurements, is one of the fastest receiving course in the NFL right now.
B J more Curtis Samuel, Robby Anderson.
So he's got a whole lot of people to work with.
Offensive line is going to be the only question Mark.
I think this team is going to score with the best of them, and I really mean that I'm really excited to see what Joe Brady does.
He's gonna have a lot of chance to experiment.
But the defense is going to be their downfall this year.
I really think they're Ceiling is eight wins.
I really mean that because the offense, like I said, I really think will compete with the best of them.
But the defense is ultimately gonna lose them games just because they're so young.
But I still think there's a lot of growth.
But when these young guys, they've got a great start going, all seven picks on defense, it was beautiful.
Is that the thing they needed the most? Um, and I'm really glad they did it.
So I'm gonna take the over and I'm gonna stop talking so I dont talk for the next 30 minutes.
Um, but I like this team a lot more than most.
I like Matt Rule so far, with everything that I've seen and heard from him.
You have a new offensive coordinator, Joe Brady, and then you have new defensive coordinator to and fill snow, so there's a lot to work with.
They say they're going back to the 43 defense This year.
The Panthers kind of switched it up after being 43 almost all over on the various tenure, and then went to some sort of hybrid with 3443 and it didn't really work very well.
So next I just even go back to 43 They have the defensive line to do it.
And, yeah, I'm picking the Panthers on the over there.
Yeah, those are fair points.
It's just I can't trust heavy to gloves, man.
I'm more excited about Teddy than a lot of people.
I think if he can stay healthy, which is always the question, Um, it's I think it's gonna be fun again.
I think he has all the weapons to be successful and get rid of the ball quick, especially.
Yeah, Like I said, it's fair.
I don't think anyone truly knows what we're going to get from a full season of Teddy Bridgewater.
So I think there's a big question mark there.
So whether you what do you feel good about? How you feel bad about? I think you're warranted in that feeling.
Um and it will be very interesting to see how this coming teams fell forward.
I do like the hire of Met rule.
I think that he, um you know, he's a program.
Build their spell.
I'm saying Take a little time for him to you.
You know, he's preaching.
Get that out there, Get the guys to buy in.
Yeah, yes, I understand.
Like most everyone's gonna buy it, but it's just like building building steps to get to that it takes.
It takes time for sure, right? So, yeah, that's that's fair.
Um, NFC South Division odds.
Let me know if you got it.
There's anything that stands out.
Obviously, the Saints are the favorite at a dollar 91.
The Bucks at $2.
60 the Falcons at seven.
A lot of the Panthers at 13 to 1.
No real surprises there.
I think the Saints win this division.
What about you own I? I think you'd be hard pressed to pick anybody else but the Saints toe win this division.
You have to have some kind of insight.
I think the only team that even pushes them is the Bucks, but it's I really do think it's gonna be a blood bath in this division.
I think the Panthers and Falcons both.
They're gonna beat teams that they shouldn't be.
Uh, the Panthers have had a really bad record, especially against the Falcons recently.
So I think they split with both of those teams.
Um, but the temp Tampa Bay is is a little bit different.
I think those weapons, they're gonna be way too much for our secondary to handle.
Um, but I think again, I think it's gonna be hard pressed to pick anybody but the ST.
So I agree with that.
Uh, I guess I'll be the only one right in the books train on this one.
So I think the bucks to win the division? Yep.
All right, all right.
Put that down to put this out.
I will be keeping track of all of our picks and Oliver guest people just just to talk about at the end of the season.
Yeah, that's awesome.
It's a good idea.
Alex is gonna be fun to talk about that in six months.
Eight? Well, longer than that, honestly, but yeah, it would be like, what were we thinking? Good.
I definitely have a couple of sound bites of Ah, bandwagon.
I'm trying to get court to join.
Yes, I have been talking about, um so we've been looking at futures as well, and we're kind of running on futures now.
We're down to coach of the year.
So Coach of the Year, Um, just looking at the odds here.
I'll try to go through them quickly.
Bill Bell checks the favorite at 10. Along.
We got Bruce Arians at 14.
01 McCarthy at 14.
01 Shanahan at 16 1 and then at 20 of the one we got. Kingsbury.
Read labels the fan ski 22 to 1 without floors.
Peyton Bit surprising.
McVeigh, Fangio, Taylor Tomlin, 28th 1 Carol Lin Piston Rivera.
Um, anything jump out to you guys on the coach of the year? Profits, uh, to see McCarthy at 14 to 1 and be have the third best odds is a little bit surprising to me, but other than that, everything's ah, I'd honestly put Shanahan had a McCarthy.
But, you know, the 40 Niners just had a really great year last year, So it surprised me if if you know, they completely repeated that success, which is one of the take for him to win it.
Bill Belichick. It one isn't really surprising.
I think that is probably gonna be the favorite pick for a lot of people with you know, what he's going into on the track record that he has.
And this is really gonna be approve it years Forest coaching goes for Bill Belichick.
So if they succeed in any sort of way, I think it's Bill Belichick.
Still lose? Yeah. Alex.
Bill Belichick was definitely one that I had on my list the moment that we, uh, you talked about it last week, So But you you have the bunks going 60 you know, it's gotta be here, but, um, for coach of the year, somebody that I had and that this kind of girls with my bandwagon, it's the coach of the Bronco.
Advance does that.
I think he if if the Broncos, you mean let's say Drew Lock actually does have the great season it.
Zack Fangio, the sick man.
Oh, and literally looked it up right now on the flying itself.
Look, a little bit of on the flag.
All right, so big fan.
But Drew lock into this podcast again.
I don't want about Krulak.
I like everyone.
I'm always finding a way.
You re writing Broncos orange right now.
This is Temple, very orange It is, actually, but, um, I definitely think it drew lock plays as well as I think he's gonna play in a Broncos end up kind of taken that second spot in the A F C West.
I think the hype that will kind of follow them with little carry them Teoh for fans.
I think Fanjul needs to get nine to be kind of in the highly considered 10 to ultimately win it, which I know is that is a tough thing to ask, but I wouldn't be totally surprised, But again, I am very high on the Broncos, their young group.
So, yeah, I like that.
Pick a lot, actually.
Alex, if you look at some of these quarterbacks that have broken out in the past couple years from our Jackson first season came in late was average.
Blew up a second year pass from home.
Same thing sat behind Alex Smith.
Came in second year one EVP Lamar Jackson.
Same thing, one EVP.
If you look at Drew lock stats.
Corey, I see you're ready to respond, aren't you? Um uh, if you look at drew lock stats from the second half of the season when he took over, I believe was, what, five games or six? Something like that, that wasn't very many.
The staffs that he had in that game in those games with the weapons and the offensive line did they had were pretty impressive.
Um, if I was to pick any quarterback that's going to blow up like that again this year, it's got to be Drew locked with all the weapons that they gave him.
Do we really have talked about true love? I started talking about Drew locked like week 11 last season.
Like I was already saying that in my stream.
So I'm not just new to the Drew Log train.
I Maher thing is okay.
He played good for five games.
We played decently for five games.
Um, awesome. Congratulations.
But I think that we need to pump the brakes a little bit.
I think we've got this little bit with when Jimmy Garoppolo when you know went undefeated with 40 Niners.
And yes, I get it.
You went with full.
But no one's like Jimmy Garoppolo is the next, um, whoever know Jimmy Garoppolo is, you know, middling quarterback.
You know, top 12.
It's 15 guy and canned.
You, like, be that? Sure, you could be that.
But people are talking like Trulock is gonna be, like, the second coming of critical homes out here.
50 touchdowns or something.
Um, it's not gonna happen.
It's not now, But, um, yeah, I just I think his a dot was really low last year.
I think him and collar Marine, I think that's something that need to worry about a little bit Where he throwing the ball and I was on the ball.
You can down the other things like that.
But I'm not huge.
Do like I I think the Broncos definately middling again.
Um, but as far as coach of the year ago, I think Pete Carroll distant from you, the one that feel Seahawks meaning seems somehow win that division.
I think that's an interesting one.
I think also some Peyton at 20 to 1 is interest being because if we think the same is gonna be a good Is that gonna be, Um I think it's gonna be hard pressed.
Look at Peyton there, Uh, some other ones.
Fancies slightly interesting, but some deep dives, um, Mike Zimmer and 30 to 1.
If the Vikings can finally put together here, Um, that would be interesting.
They could definitely win that division.
I don't think people aren't super high on the Packers.
We have got S****i nor after that, after they draft after their draw.
And I'm not gonna say too much, because I know you haven't gotten there yet, But after that draft, how could you be very high on the back? Right then this one saying it's like Zimmer it.
You know, this is long shots we're talking about here.
The one group that 40 to 1.
I know some people are higher on the Raiders.
I'm not one of those guys, but I'm going to have 42 1 and then much malign Bill O'Brien at 50 to 1.
If the Texans and, um, we have to actually south yet either.
But if the Texans can keep on keeping on in that division, you know, and you know Watson and bringing cooks and all that clicks, David Johnson actually looks like David Johnson again.
Um, that's an interesting one as well.
If they can get, you know, 10 11 get 11 wins.
That Bill O Brien one is definitely interesting.
Especially at what, 50 to 1 That's not that's, Ah, $10 Noticed there in my book.
I don't think that's Ah, I don't think that's a terrible bet, but I don't know some of the moves he's made, either.
This is how the season's gonna go for the Texas, either.
Bill O Brien's gonna make all of us look like idiots.
And this David Johnson thing's gonna work out.
They're going to not miss DeAndre Hopkins, which I think it's really hard to say.
You won't miss the under our skins.
Um, if things work out with the moves that they made after all the backlash and you know they compete in the NFC South again, somehow make it to the playoffs, he's gonna be up there.
As far as the candidates go with all the movement that they have in the offseason, Yeah, I mean, yeah, these are long shots outside.
You know what the heck dark girl type thing.
So these things, they're pretty fickle.
But I do think if the Patriots win 10 games, I think Bill Bell check will win it.
Because there's been so many years where he should have wanted.
And they're just like Matt still Bell check.
We're not gonna give him it.
Um, and I think this is yet.
This is one of those years were like, All right, well, here's your chance of winning Coach of the Year Bill Bell check.
So if you can win still win 10 game somehow with Jets Did, um, and any receiver that you probably can't name other than joint settlement.
She's not a Patriots fan.
And then you know of a group of misfits at running back who, you know, um, who no one really wants it talks about.
So, yeah, it will be interesting to see if they can somehow piece together 10 win seasons special with this schedule.
10 to 1 that's decent out.
So yes, So there is something interesting coaches there for sure.
Um, that's pretty much can't do it for us.

Um, was, um, Spanish soccer league 12 of the legs head, especially the biggest one here.
The goods coffee game the other night last night, um, went over to enough goals.
I think it was pay only $2.
80 And then we had the last leg.
He was Valencia.
Yeah, dollar about taller 40 leg.
And they scored 89th minute to go toe go off one. Nothing.
And then they end up giving up a 98 minute goal.
Uh, so for ty one more.
11 So brutal, brutal, brutal As it goes in the betting world, sometimes it's why should have spent singles saying it not want it really hurt.
