All right, you guys.
What's going on? It's your boy bread Back at it again with another broadcast.
Now, today I will be broadcasting for you guys.
Three moves the Dallas Cowboys D to make in order to return Teoh a Super Bowl.
Now Dallas Cowboys had quite an offseason.
Uh, you know, how do? Right? Um, not to be a Stephen a Smith or anything, but I do hate the Cowboys, but regardless, I will give you a couple of moves, whether that's trading for a player such as Jamal Adams, who will be getting into later or signing free agent or even extending one of your best players on your team.
Those were just a couple moves that she'll need to do to get back into the Super Bowl.
Dallas is a you know, they seemed like a good team every year.
You know they're an average team.
Some years are better than others, but we really don't know if Dallas, I mean, they need that one player that can take them over the hump and let them finally be the Eagles in the NFC East.
Uh, maybe for bond eggs can be that answer.
Maybe CD lamp can be that answer.
And yes, they did have some pretty nice additions.
You got back or No, You lost Robert Quinn.
But you also got back some other great players is.
Well, you got Gerald McCoy out of free agency.
Um, the Dallas Lawson.
Pretty crucial players such as Robert Quinn to the Bears, Byron Jones, the Dolphins.
And you also offs Travis Frederick to retirement.
So the house is just one of those interesting teams.
I mean, like, they're great.
Yes, but they're just not there yet.
They're just not a Super Bowl team yet.
Until now, that is, um So I free moves that I think that will make the Dallas Cowboys to rule contenders.
Now, the 1st 1 and the most obvious one is to resign. Dak Prescott.
Um, that should be the Cowboys.
You know, if I were Jerry Jones, the owner of the Cowboys, that's what I would be trying to do right now.
Don't worry or focus about anything else.
Just focus on this for the time being.
Um, Dak Prescott has a little bit more leverage now because of the fact that the Cowboys offered him a pretty solid contract was 25 year for four years, which is basically 100 million.
If you play well enough to the standards, I think 60 million, maybe 70 million was guaranteed.
So that's a pretty solid contract.
Most players would take that.
Dak Prescott said no.
So the Cowboys, they want to re signed act.
They're going to have to offer him a bigger contract.
But the problem is you have so much cap already taken up by other players, right? We've seen this is a problem that's starting to become in the NFL when teams start to be so good.
Just look back at the Legion of Boom with the Seattle Seahawks.
It was nice having Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch, Jermaine Curse.
Um, try and think of some some other people is nice having those guys can chance.
Or Richard Sherman, Bradley McDougald You had all of those guys, but they're all getting paid a lot because they're all stars, right? That's the same problem that the Cowboys were going to run into very soon.
You, Omar Cooper, who just got extended this offseason.
You have a pretty a pretty expensive offensive line, Layla Collins Condom Groovin You drafted a rookie Tyler be DOS, so he's not going to get paid immediately.
Um, Travis Frederick retired.
You still have him on the team? He's still getting paid a lot.
Ezekiel Alley is getting paid.
Michael Gallup is going to get paid very soon.
That's just offensively.
Defensively, you've gotta pay.
Lawrence, you've gotta pay Judo, boy Woozy. A.
You've got to stay late.
Vander s in Jaylin Smith.
There's plenty of guys that are going to need, You know, they're big paycheck very soon because of how will it in play? So, you know, the Cowboys have had so much great town on their team for years, but they've grossly, grossly underachieved.
This is why they really never made it.
But I would keep Dak Prescott if I were the Cowboys.
And I mean the latest offer that was offered the Prescott with a five year deal averaging roughly 35 year with upwards of $106 million guaranteed.
So, um, let's do some quick mass here.
Five times 35 is about 135.
Get that's $135 million with 100 of in six of it being guaranteed.
I mean, you know, Dak Prescott is a great quarterback and all.
He had a great statistical season last year, but he only has one playoff win to his name now is against the struggling Seahawks back in 2017 I believe, if amount mistaken.
Um, you know Prescott hasn't turned down the deal, but he's just been waiting.
Um, you know, he hasn't really responded to the Cowboys because the Cowboys they fired Jason Garrett.
They have a new coach, Mike McCarthy.
You're really starting a new era for the Cowboys.
And if you can't even re sign the most important player on the team, then you it's it's bad.
Um, you know, as a Redskins fan, I'm very happy to see this happening, but obviously it sucks to be a Cowboys fan and 1/2 a deal with this every year.
Um, Prescott and the Cowboys have toe or have until July 15 to agree on a long term deal, or he'll enter the 2020 season on a $31.
5 billion franchise tag that is expensive.
That's on Lee, $4 million less than the actual contract is getting.
And really, if your dad, Prescott, I would wait it out.
I would sign my contract next year because if you're getting franchise tagged for 31 million this year, then and then you signed the five year, $135 million deal.
Next year you're going tohave basically six years on the deal, only the fact that the 31 $1,000,000 deal was a franchise tax.
So you didn't get an extra year.
But you kind of did in the same aspect.
If you get what I'm saying, Um, but that's going to, you know, clog up money.
There's going to be money issues with Dallas, and it's not, you know, like the NBA's wherever you know where you have a cap.
It, um, the No cap.
It hurts a lot of teams and it's going to hurt the Cowboys.
I mean, you know, in their draft class, they drafted that it was all about vanity rather than actual team needs.
I mean, you drafted CD lamb, but you already had Michael Gallup and Amari Cooper.
So you really don't need 1/3 wide receiver.
I mean, that's cool and all that's awesome.
you got a national headlines with TV, but you really didn't need it.
And it doesn't help the team at all.
So that was, you know, a boneheaded mistake by Jason Garrett.
Now I will say that the only reason why they drafted CD Lamb is for two reasons.
Reason one is used, probably the best available and reason to is he didn't want the Eagles toe land Him where the Eagles were 22 said they would have had a shot at getting him five picks later.
But regardless of that, it's It's going to be hard, you know, if you re signed act best guys, we're going to take it it and other parts of the team.
So it's just going to be very tough for the Cowboys.
Do they want Dak Prescott to be there long term starter? Or do they want to build a team around maybe a draft pick in this next year's draft? Or, you know, they could have signed James to Winston.
I mean, there's a lot less expensive.
Um, you know, I only had a couple 1000 yards less passing and 20 he and were touchdowns, too, so I guess that's a bonus.
But recien Dak Prescott does have to be the first need that the Cowboys need to meet before they get into these other two.
Now, these other to include new players and, as usual, the thumbnail I created myself actually pretty sick.
But, um, the second need that Cal was need to achieve is to acquire Jamal Adams in a future trade.
But it has to be for the right price.
You can't give up three first round picks like, you know, the Rockets did they get Russell West work like that kind of thing and I get to the NFL is the n B A.
But what I'm saying is, don't you know give up so much stuff that you'll regret it in a couple months? Right? Um, the Cowboys have been interested in Jamal Adams since October of 2019 but they failed to reach an agreement with themselves, antigens that Jamal Adams is worth something which he totally is.
He's one of the Premier League safeties, and he hasn't even been in this 50.
He hasn't even, you know, I've been in his contract year yet.
He's still in his rookie deal, so he's not going to be expensive now, but he will be very soon.
So this could be very smart for the Jets and clear up cap space for them.
And it would Onley put more money on the table of the Cowboys.
We need that half the pay, small Adams, because he's going to be one of the more expensive young safeties in the league, so you're definitely going to need to pay him now.
The Jets were reportedly asking for a first round pick plus a day to pick, which is either a second or 1/3 round pick initially, and that was in October 8 months later.
Reports are there, reports say that they're asking for the same thing with more specifically, Ah, 1st 1/3 rounder in exchange for Adam's.
So, you know a potential trade I could see happening is Cowboys get small Adams.
You give up a first round pick, 1/3 round pig and maybe 1/4 in next year's draft.
I get the Jamal lives is a pretty good player, and you're like, Well, they only want a first and third.
The Jets were probably capping.
Um, you know, they're probably trying to were in tears because you're like, Oh, only two picks.
That's not a lot for Jamal Adams.
And then they're going to ask for more whenever teams are actually interested.
So I would just also include a day free draft Tech, maybe even, you know, a player that is not going to contribute on your team but can contribute on their team.
There's something like that.
Um, you know, A couple of years ago, the Cowboys were interested in trying to get Earl Thomas.
And look where Earl Thomas is now with the Baltimore Ravens, where it looks like he's about the win.
Another suit world with the Ravens, Depending on how this upcoming NFL season goes, you know the Cowboys need a safety bathroom and lost Xavier Woods in free agency, and they also lost Jeff Heath.
So they lost their strong safety and they're free safety, Um, for what? For what it is.
For what it's worth, their second area was bad, with both of them playing.
Now you don't have really anybody that play the positions, so it's getting even worse.
You need to acquire a good player, and, you know, there was a free if there was a free safety were even a strong safety free agents still in the market.
Like Jadeveon, Clowney is where Cam Newton is.
I could deficit the Cowboys taking a shot at him, but Jamal Adams's death and going to need to be up there for the Cowboys.
Do you know, try and get we'll see.
What if they see Michael Gallup could also be trade bait because you also drafted maybe up better and a younger version of Michael Gallup in Seedy Lamb.
I really don't know.
Um, but Jamal Adams trading for him is the Cowboys second priority for making it back to the Super Bowl.
And finally, our third option is signing Ever seemed worth the former defensive end for the Minnesota Vikings.
So the new look Cowboys, especially on defense, are just talking about how their secondary is looking.
There had and very taken.
But there D line is the exact opposite.
Off what I just said there D line has so much depth, it's not getting crazy.
Um, they've got, you know, one of the best defensive ends in the game into Marcus Lawrence.
You added Don Terry Po and Gerald McCoy in free agency, both great dominant defensive tackles that will stuff the run and get after the quarterback with relative success.
Um, they also did roll the dice on a narrow, reinstated Aldon Smith, and they also expect Randy Gregory to return to the field in 2020 as well.
I'm not even stopping there, right? Um, they also are getting back Tyrone Crawford from him returning from an injury, and they also drafted guys like Neville Gallimore at TCU and Bradley and Ni out of, uh, Utah, I think is where you went.
So Dallas is investing a lot and a lot of money and draft picks into their defensive line.
So if their defense of line doesn't perform this upcoming season like Dallas fans expect to.
Then I contentedly see Radnor now in the defensive coordinator getting fired.
But I think that they would sign Ever seen Griffin here? Because, first of all, you can never have too many defensive lineman, especially because defensive lineman, you know, they're fighting in the trenches.
They're going at it with some very skilled offensive lineman.
I mean, when you play the Eagles, some of your defensive linemen are going to have to go up against Jason Kelsey Brandon Brooks.
Zach urged a tight end.
Dallas garners a great blocking tight end Andre Diller.
He's an upcoming tackle for the Eagles.
I mean, you're going that to go up against a lot of talent, and that's just two games a year with the Eagles.
They have one of the best guards in the game of Brandon. Sheriff.
He's going to be a problem.
Chase for Rear is an upcoming center, Um, with the Giants, Kevin Zeitler is going to be good.
Um, you also have Will Hernandez, a second round pick one year ago.
So there's a lot of offensive line talent in the NFC East.
And if you want to get after some of those young quarterbacks and Carson Wentz that we're not Doc Preska, Daniel Jones and Dwayne Haskins, then you're going to need to get past Russians and ever seen.
Griffin was so dominant last year, um, with the Minnesota Vikings on their defensive line, he really got after Mitchell, Travis Key and their divisional games did very well against Matthew Stafford.
Aaron Rodgers, you know, he's used to that kind of pressure, said he didn't affect him as much, but still a very very solid.
Hundreds still in the free agent market right now.
He's a four time Pro Bowler.
Not only does he provide insurance against the unexpected injury, Teoh, you know Don Cherry Po.
Well, the markets, Lawrence, but maybe suspension or injury with one of the guys such as Tyrone Crawford.
Maybe he gets hurt again.
Um, you know, Randy Gregory and Aldon Smith may not get the play, or something might come up in the news where a court presses charges like of them robbing a bank or something, so he would be insurance for that.
But he also does create the possibility that if all goes well on all fronts, that they would be able to feel the defensive line.
That just looks insane on paper, because it really does.
Um, you know, I like the Bragg.
The Redskins have one of the better defensive line, the league, and they obviously do.
Therefore, first round picks on the defense of wine.
Um, they're, you know, great pass rushing linebacking corps.
Um, but I mean, Dallas is so much death that they're just right there as well.
So I definitely think that you signing everything Griffin would get Dallas a lot of depth toward the defense.
It's time the ball, especially their pass rushing.
Um, I was told by, Well, a source from CBS Sports told us that Dallas actually had interest in signing Griffin before the draft, which means that his asking price that had to be working friendly, so take a less money.
If he's able to land with the Cowboys this summer, the team really doesn't need every single Griffin that much is, you know, a team that doesn't have a great pass rush.
He would just be insurance and he'd be, you know, above average starter on the team.
But, you know, if you want to keep money for when you know the sign Jamal Adams in a year.
So when you need this hand, AK press got to an extension in a month or so, you know we'll see.
But signing Everson Griffin, I think, should be, you know, one of the needs.
Um, the Cowboys will definitely have to make their A very soon.
That's a guy, so I'll give you guys a quick broadcast and then we'll be out of here.
So the first need is to secure a long term extension.
Meet Dak Prescott.
The second is to acquire Jamal Adams for the right price in a trade with the New York Jets.
And the final one is the sign free agent four time Pro Bowler Everson Griffen.
So, thank you guys so much for watching.
Have you guys enjoyed this broadcast? Um and yeah.
I mean, hopefully the Cowboys sucks a couple more years those air free moves of the Dallas Cowboys will need to make in order to return to Super Bowl. 55.
56 were even to roll 57.
So they he got so much for watching.
Make sure they keep God number one guys in Pizza Kitchen as an expert on cast guys, Pisa.
