Welcome back to Eagle Capital Media on Miles Davis radio right into it.
So today we're gonna be talking about the Philadelphia 70 Sixers in particular, something that happened today.
Let's get started.
According to ESPN.
Adrian, watching our ski, the Milwaukee Bucks and shooting guard Kyle Korver have agreed to a one year, two point $6,000,000 deal, which Kyle covers, Agent told ESPN.
So why am I talking about this? This is a We'll walk you bucks.
This has nothing to do with sex.
Yeah, Kyle Korver used to play for the Philadelphia 76 years and was a key target to replace the shooting.
Reddick hat? So what's what's my take for me? Personally, I'm disappointed.
In the six years for this, Korver would have fit us perfectly, giving us shooting off the bench.
Even though he's 38 years old.
He still proved that he can still get it done, shooting wise, and he was probably the best free agent that we could have done at this point time.
So I'm a little hurt from this that we lost to Mike Budenholzer, who was which was the reason that Kyle Korver left us and decide to choose the Bucks.
True that Milwaukee's of good team, if they're going to have, and they're having a good chance of making it to the title.
But I don't know, man have finally coming back full circle on a team like the Philadelphia 76 years.
The team that drafted him originally.
Then coming to that team to finish office career would been great.
Maybe we'll get him next year.
Maybe he'll still play pretty well.
My play another year, come to us.
I know it sounds like a long shot, but, you know, yeah.
Luckily, I have a solution to this problem.
For the sixes, Of course, the city's aren't listening to this.
I am not very popular, but I have the solution.
Players who are still free agents of the Sixers should go for that right now, so let's get started.
But before we get started, I'm going to take this time for you guys like last time for you guys to ask me any questions about anything that's going on the sports world and before I get started on our second and final topic for two day.
All right, so all right, so no questions.
Off the indoor second and final segment off to day with potential free agent of the six years can sign right now, So I have three.
There are three people that I blew.
Six you should target.
And luckily for you guys, J.
Smith nor Carmelo Anthony are one of those people.
I really hope that they do not sign them whatsoever.
They will negatively impact.
Number one for three of the six years showed a target.
So when I say a player for this today, I'm going to talk about I'm going to list their pros and their cons and then move on to the next one.
So this is number one.
That's the play that I think they should definitely go for.
Sign him right now, and that is shooting guard Jamal Crawford.
Jamal Crawford has shown that he is a stud when he's coming off the bench, in particular, his very last game for the team that he just played for the Phoenix Suns.
He scored 50 points off the bench, which made him the oldest player ever to score 50 points off the bench.
I feel like he gives the six years talent off the bench and shooting.
Maybe not just Kyle Korver would have given us, but at least something.
We need something right now because we just lost a very talented shooter. J.
We had a chance that Korver and we blew it.
Now is the time to get Jamal Crawford.
However, the con that Mike backfire, I guess the one thing that's holding me back that's making me rethink on why I should be all I signed him now is he's 39 years old right now 39 which is older than Korver.
However, similar to what I said about Darren Sproles yesterday.
If he shows that he can still get it done, that it will definitely be worth what we paid him and what we signed him for.
If we actually get signed him all right.
Player number two is Pablo Sefolosha, who last one for the Utah Jazz is a small forward.
So why? Who is stubble Sefolosha? Anyone? So Thelma Sefolosha.
He is a three Andy type of player.
He could get down on both sides of the floor.
He's a great corner, three specialists, but he also had averaged 2.
5 steals per game over 30 minutes, so they also shot 40 3% from three, which is his career high.
So I think that if we don't sign Jamal Crawford, you should think about signing thoughtless and foolish because we still need that shooting because right now are starting because last season we had Reddick and Harris, who providing our stop shooting that we had with ready gone.
We need someone to fill that void, and I feel like that void likely would have been filled by Korver.
He had signed it and maybe even Crawford if we do sign him and if he's not washed up at the age of 39.
But if you got Sefolosha, I feel like he will give us something really special during the regular season, coming off the bench and beyond, however, I said pros and cons not.
You're not gonna find someone as it was really good where I haven't signed already at this point 2020 days into free agency.
So what's the car? So he's injury prone.
It's almost Sefolosha.
If you guys have ever listen to the rabble Central Ocean.
What followed him? He has been extremely injury prone, especially over the last two seasons, so he's 35 years old right now, and in the past two seasons he has missed 76 games.
I mean, if you get if you can stay healthy coming off the bench, and that would be great for us.
But it won't be that kilo investment if the guy was supposed to provide.
You guys shooting off the bench can't even come off the bench.
All right, Finally, this is my left, my last player that I think we should consider signing this.
This is actually kind of different, I guess.
Unique is Dante Cunningham.
He's a small four, so he last played for the San Antonio Spurs.
So, first off, who is Dante Cunningham? His problems.
Most people are actually currently so, Dr Cunningham, he's small for the loft.
For the San Antonio Spurs.
He averaged about four points per game.
You started 21 games.
I believe for the Spurs.
Now that makes sense.
They didn't get that money point on team with Pau Gasol.
John Murray patting males to martyr Rose and Rudy Gay, LaMarcus Aldridge, all this talent that you really need to score.
But when he did score, it seemed that he was able to perform well from three because he shot 46% from three 46%.
That's really, really good.
And I feel like the Sixers if Crawford if they don't want if they is, Crawford's off the board.
If several they don't want really take Sefolosha, then maybe maybe they should consider taking Dante.
Maybe just just maybe you only problem that I have with doing that is that he's only only shot the 3 65 times.
So is it truly accurate of him shooting 46 from three? Is it? We'll see if I'll give one more, but I don't think this is very unlikely, considering the fact that we just traded him.
But someone who's a free agent now is Jonathan Simmons.
If everyone and I mean everyone is gone now, I feel like the six years I don't think they will because they literally just got rid of him.
But I use off that contract they can give him, get him for a veteran minimum contract now.
Maybe he was supposed to be that three indie guy because that's what he was like in San Antonio before he went to Orlando that he was at three.
So maybe maybe he could be that guy coming off the bench for sixes on a friendly, very friendly contract with all of our starting five having, like what? Under no giver.
Take Josh Richardson.
So for we, before I send you guys all, I'm gonna give you one last chance to ask many questions and then I'll be on my way.
I'll see you guys next time, so all right, that'll be all we have for today from Eagle Capital Media on Miles Davis signing off.
Thank you, Phyllis.
