I am at Williamson with yard Barker to discuss what I expect from the top drafted rookie quarterbacks this year.
And of course, we got start with Joe Borough and I'm a big borough fan.
I'm expecting, have a great career, very successful rookie season.
But it does really worry me.
The borough is unlikely to get proper practice time because he's usually get thrown in as the opening day starter.
I mean, I think that's a foregone conclusion, especially the and adult and out of the picture.
But what kind of practice time is the rookie going to get still his greatest attributes and there will be rookie growing pains or his head for the game and his competitiveness, and I think that will serve him well with what I think is a pretty good supporting cast in Cincinnati.
I also have faith in this Rams Lake system and I think borrow fits it quite well.
I really think the Bengals offense will be drastically improved this year.
The the record might not blow you away and they might not make the playoffs.
But I think the Bengals we going the right direction with borough with two ah taking below in the in Miami.
I think we have to assume health to some degree, and I think he'll see the field early.
I mean, Ryan Fitzpatrick had a very good year last year.
I'm not gonna take that away from him, but his his history shows, so probably turn into a pumpkin and end up being a strong backup option.
Which opens the door early for two, in my opinion, and this offense is really being designed in the mirror image of what to a had around him at Alabama, with a big, powerful offense of line and a lot of our P o concepts that he's real comfortable with.
This will be a tough situation for the rookie, though, but I expect his rookie succeeds his rookie season to be a successful one. Overall.
Justin Herberts really interesting to me because I think the Chargers are a better team than most realized.
And I think Tyrod Taylor's ability to protect the football and make plays with his arms and legs should keep Los Angeles very competitive for most of the year and maybe even a wild card team.
I think ideally, Herbert doesn't even see the field this year and, if anything, maybe gets action very late in the regular season if the Chargers are out of the playoff picture.
But now the rumors are Los Angeles is reportedly talking to Cam Newton, which is a move I would have made months ago.
To be honest, I think that's the perfect landing spot for him.
If that's the case, Herbert won't you be active on game day, so I'm not sure we'll see a lot from him.
Lastly, we won't.
We won't see anything.
Hopefully from Jordan, love.
I mean, this is Aaron Rodgers team.
Love is not in the picture of this year, so I think he needs a lot of time before he sees the field and obviously has an all time great in front of him.
So that's a wrap.
