I'm Matt Williamson with yard barker to count down my top five offenses in the NFL right now after the draft and number five, the Saints.
And that might shock you that they're that low.
I mean, obviously, Drew Brees and Sean Payton have been doing in a very high level for a lot of years and really dont nothing negative to say about it.
It's like the other four better.
It's not a real aggressive downfield passing game, but it's extremely well designed and they do take their shots.
I think they now have the best offensive line in the league, a little more weaponry than they've had in recent years.
Adding Emmanuel Sanders Michael Thomas should still catch a ton of passes yet again, but a little less stress on him.
And I look for Alvin Kamara to rebound in a huge way this upcoming years with a runner and a pass catcher.
Not sure he was all that healthy last year, the Niners coming at four.
There was only one of five offenses toe average, six yards per play, orm or they are super well designed.
I mean, cow Shanahan is I hate to use the word genius, but he really is in that stratosphere in terms of designing the this offense that's based off a zone running game.
But there's so much more to it.
It's very quarterback friendly.
Jimmy Garoppolo is in his second season, second full year in the system.
That's when Matt Ryan really took a step forward in the Shanahan system.
They use a fullback is a major component more than more than any team really in the league.
No one gets more from the tight end position.
Everything just looks the same in the passing game is exceptional, putting the receivers and positions to succeed after the catch, which plays the first round pick.
Brandon Ayyoub strengths extremely well.
Third on the list.
The most unique offense really in the NFL, and it's the only offense that starts with the quarterbacks running skills as the first is the foundation of it all, and we know him.
Lamar Jackson's amazing talents make it all go, but this is also a really well coached and schemed up.
The offense that puts defense is consistently in conflict, and if a defense of a defender hesitates even for a split second against this offense usually too late, Um, but this old there's more than just finesse to I mean, this running game comes downhill and bludgeons defense's pushes him backwards.
And Jackson League M V P last year is a much better passer than given credit for two.
So Baltimore is a fantastic offense.
This one might shock people with number two, but I have Dallas Dallas average 6.
5 yard for play last year, which by far was the most in the NFL.
I mean, even without some riel complex play designs, and now you have admite McCarthy to the mix.
I think that's a positive.
I think Dak Prescott has really come into his own.
And then the Cowboys of CD Lam fall in their lap in the first round.
I do think Travis Frederick, we missed.
I'll say Marshal Yang will be missed in Baltimore, but it is equally its in store for yet another gigantic year.
And this team is just loaded with weapons.
I mean, don't don't sleep on how good this offense was a year ago.
Number one is probably no surprises.
The Kansas City Chiefs of Super Bowl champs and the champs got richer with the addition of Clyde Edwards later in the first round, it just gives Mahomes another mismatch.
Receiver No one can match hand the city speed in my home.
Second reaction abilities and abilities to extend plays make that you really amplify that speed mismatch.
And, of course, Andy Reid, who really has never had this kind of talent to work with but always runs a top offense nonetheless over the years.
He's a grandmaster of it all.
In that, I mean that my homes read combination.
Sure has a Belichick Brady feel for the next couple of years, and frankly, I think the Chiefs offenses even gonna be better next year than it was a year ago.
