can't make in the household.
Hello, I'm Lord Tone and welcome toe.
Another NFL update.
So Jordan Leg hilariously reacts to Rob.
Gronkowski is joining Tampa Bay in the process.
He loses his number.
They tied in Jordan.
Leggett saw an opportunity Cash in.
Big wants his team traded for Rob Gronkowski.
Leg wore number 87 look to sell the rice to his jersey for a $1,000,000.
Only see it backfire within minutes.
This, uh, this article is by Bruno Manrique E.
Here on clocks points.
Dorda leg tweeted.
Hey, while Gronkowski, I'll give you number 87 4 million bucks rolling on floor, laughing out loud like it who signed a one year, $825,000 deal with the Buccaneers? Could have doubled his winnings but had no leverage whatsoever against arguably the greatest tied end of all time.
Gronkowski, who spent the entire 2019 season into retirement after nine seasons, agreed to return to football so long as he could play in Tampa Bay and reunite with quarterback Tom Brady.
The New England Patriots passed on that decision and traded him for 1/4 round pick.
The Bucks wasted no time and gave Gronkowski his signature number 87 then assigned Leggett Number 81.
Gregg Allman says if there was any doubt, bucks changed tight end Jordan Leggett's jersey to number 81 on their online roster, freeing up the familiar 87 with one Robert James Gronkowski.
There are countless stories of players trying to make the most of a number change, but the common denominator here is leverage, like it had none, considering he's making pennies on the dime Compared to Gronkowski, it also doesn't help that he's now this during tight end behind Gronk O.
Howard Cameron Break and Anthony Auclair, Jordan leg replies after it was all done.
When it's all setting down up, I have to pay growth to take my number.
This was a long shot that quickly went nowhere as the Buccaneers made the decision for Leg the surplus.
That tied in could mean that the Bucks can make further moves down the line.
Books white out.
Chris Godwin offered Brady his jersey number 12 without the need for any monetary compensation.
Even if Brady will make a Chris 25 million this season, government will now wear number 14 but he will be the beneficiary of a lot of targets from the soon to be Hall of Famer.
Now I'm just go straight up, say, from what I could understand with Leg Tweet, It was a joke.
It seemed like a joke to me.
No one has ever paid that kind of money for any number, period in the history of any sport.
I think the most anyone's ever paid is a brand new car, cash wise.
I think it's when it's high is like 40 grand.
So to say a $1,000,000 is a little bit high now.
Granted, obviously, he didn't have any leverage.
Like the article says.
He wasn't a top dog.
But you don't have to be a top.
It's about respect.
It's about respecting the player that already has the number, and that's why generally the guy coming in will offer something for the number.
Even if you're a superstar, they generally offer something for the number.
We could go back multiple times to multiple players across all sorts of sports and find that famous people wanted a number, right, Um, like Kellen Winslow, Kellen Winslow, War number 80 and Aaron Shea.
I already had it.
So Kellen Winslow gave him an undisclosed amount.
Amount of money to get his number back.
Clinton Portis even paid $40,000 to retain his number.
You got Lee Evans.
Lee Evans paid $20,000 to Tide in Mark Campbell for his number.
Uh, Tommy Glavin In baseball, Joey McEwing had his number Number 47.
What he did was he didn't give him cash, but he paid for a nursery because McEwing was having a new child at the time.
He's like, You know what? I'll put a nursery in your home for you.
Dion Sanders went out and bought, uh, alumnus Bryce, who had his number at the Dallas Cowboys when he signed with them and bought him a brand new metallic blue BMW 3 25 I, which is probably the most anyone, has spent on a number.
So, as you can tell, a lot of people.
You know, he went out and he paid $5000 to send to a charity for a guy who had his number number five back on the Vikings.
So you get you get what I'm saying.
This is an absolute.
Uh, when someone especially a tied in is like, uh, give me a 1,000,000 bucks, you could have your number as a joke.
That's all that is.
So I want to thank everyone that joined me here on this screen.

What is it's Gronkowski.
Yes, he's a big name.
Pro Bowler, Future future Hall of Famer All Pro.
But I still, even though he's getting his number back, even though Tampa Bay straight up said, Here's your number.
My curiosity is Did he ask Tampa Bay to do that? Or did they not because a man of character, a man of character who wants his number back.
Who is the more famous guy? You would think they would go in and say, Here's something for your troubles, even if it's just because the guy ain't making any money The guy was making less than a 1,000,000 bucks, and he's probably going to get cut off the team.
As you could see, he was cut down to the fourth string tight end after Gronkowski signs.
Not many teams carry four tied in.
So Grow might do something for the guy.
He may not get the money.
Money might do something for the guy.
Usually stand up. People do.
If you believe that Gronkowski is a stand up kind of person, I believe you probably is.
I mean, yes, we've seen a lot of crazy antics from Gronkowski over over the years, especially like the New Year's thing that happened when he smashed the bust of one certain comedian live on TV, a Lego bust.
If you might remember that my apologies.
I had an alarm go off, so I want thank everyone that joined And remember next time, check me, have a good one
