Can anybody hear? Can you hear me? All right.
So I am live with Cam.
Right? So I am live on camera.
So I am live on camera.
So I am live on camera.
So I am Liable camera.
So I am Bible camp.
Can anybody hear me? Can you hear me? Testing 12 All right, there, Echo.
Just be patient with me or what? I'm just trying to said it up the first time doing it with the O.
I just want to make sure.
Well, apparently I am Good.
So that's that's a good thing.
So I'm going almost going live on stream yard.
So don't to things that waas It was all good.
All right, so we had this us in, uh, mock draft last night.
Started about seven o'clock, Would be into, like, 11 30 sword around there with the two round mark.
I was in charge off my Minnesota Vikings and the new look lost Vegas Raiders, so I kind of want to recap it a little bit. S o.
The Raiders had peaked. 12 pig 19.
And then from my Vikings.
We had picked 22.
That we traded away was Stefan Digs and got the first round pick pick 25.
And, of course, in the second round had picked 58 if I'm not mistaken.
So, uh, it was a good draft.
First off, you know, you had a lot of trays that the lions ended up with, like, three first rounds.
Uh, you have branded cooks in our mock get traded to Dallas.
Don't really know how that really works with that is already being broke.
But, you know, obviously it's a mock draft.
So marked trees not just don't happen.
Of course it went down a lie, you know, Borough went one, uh, borough one Chase Young too.
And after that, that's where the chaos started happening.
Oh, but overall, A is good job.
I already sports crew.
They did a good job putting this on coats law.
He did a great job.
It was wonderful to 34 hours long doing it.
And I was a great job.
I shot two axes will, um but I'm gonna give you my reactions to it.
My my take on why I picked the way idea for the Raiders and why I picked the way idea for Minnesota in the 1st 2 rounds s.
So let's let's let's let's just start with my Vikings.
That's that's the easiest way to go.
So Vikings had 22nd pick, 25th and the second round of 58th.
So, so far, I'm afraid to see with the Minnesota Vikings.
They had let go of Xavier Rhodes, who was had to cut him because he wasn't worth $15 million that he was making hay and no longer roads closed.
Roads are wide open.
He has found a home in Indianapolis Coast.
Trae Waynes above average corner.
Nothing special about him.
He got the job done.
Dan felt the need to pay him.
Um, could take a three year for $2 million deal to go to Cincinnati him and make Alexander another corner from the Minnesota Vikings.
Head to Cincinnati.
He's a slot corner.
Technically, we lost three stars at the quarterback position, but we drafted my cues holding hill.
He was a suspension earlier this season, but the kid in room so obviously they like him.
That's that's really the main two guys on the roster for the next season.
So got hairs and Smith.
They franchise Ted in here.
So at the moment, he's still a Minnesota. Viking.
What else? We had also everything Griffin left as a defense of end.
Ah, he's still a free agent.
As right now, my Minnesota doesn't have the money to bring him back.
Sack, Daddy, you cannot come back.
I don't want him to come back.
I wish you could come back, but it just not just not how I was gonna work.
So we still got one of best past versus in the game that Neil Hunter.
He's still a problem.
Eso It's for a D line.
Yeah, it could be a problem.
It is a state that we need to address, but you've got one of the best coaches on the D line in the in the lead.
You got Patterson there.
He's been promoted thio code because the coordinator and he's a stud.
I mean, he deer hunter.
I think it was around peak and he's a monster nobody knew about and he's been working, working working with Patterson and you see where he's at now? Um, a deniable defensive end stood.
He's the reason why Minnesota is able to let go of everything.
Griffin, because he came in and still had a bawling season.
He didn't play the snap, There's and Griffin hand and still had seven plus *** this season.
So when you have somebody in the wings, it's okay to let the guy from him go because you got somebody right behind.
That's why everything Griffin got his job.
Brian Robinson was a starter for Minnesota for a long time, opposite side of Jared Allen.
If Griffin came in, situationally and Boom blossomed and t the guy you know now, so I don't see why I didn't ball.
Couldn't be the same type of player that you know that.
Yeah, so we have an All Pro linebacker.
Kendricks. You got Internet bar.
The linebacking corps is pretty good.
They can make up for the flaws, and you have hairs.
Smith, a future Hall of Famer and Harris, who's right now.
He's going to best seats in the game around that.
So you had your knees.
So we lost live all.
Joseph is well um, big goal.
Easy. You shout out to my boy.
Uh, either way off.
The charges were already replaced him with with what was his name of from Baltimore Ravens.
Hey, came over d tackle.
I want to say, Pierce, you have Mike appears d tackle.
Three years, $27 million deal and just just a younger version of limbo.
So we don't need to detach it because we got Watts there.
We got Julia Johnson.
We got guys rotational guys that we can plug in and play.
That's what we did last season when you got a guy like my eggs Mber.
One of one of my biggest rules is your team recipe.
The recipe should be the team's specialty, So meaning like zero defensive minded.
He's a defensive back guru.
But for defense, Minnesota still on the best defense is in there.
You still got the best three players on defense in Minnesota.
Go to the office aside.
We know Officer always been the struggle they addressed with F line.
They addressed it with O'Neill second round pick two years ago.
They address it with our center out of Oklahoma grab Bradbury, but he didn't have a great rookie season, so it's kind of like, OK, we need office a lot.
Got overcooking the wings back there.
Got Adam feeling signed.
Taj Sharp from Tennessee Titans.
Johnson used to the Earth.
Smith can't write off, so I mean, in a in a run first team, you don't need to pay two elite receivers not to.
So Dignan dealer, who are top 10 in my book in a date a week.
We don't need both of them.
They were not going to be a team like the Chiefs who pass the ball of string me a lot.
We don't pass the ball that many times.
You know what? Why, why picker? Because, well, you need a quarterback to take you over that hump to get you there.
And Kirk cousins following that tear where you have the talent around him, things can.
Things can happen.
Things can go right, So I know, I know. I know.
A big thing about it is like, Okay, do Minnesotans reached for receiver in the first round? Maybe because this is a talented draft class, but you gotta think, Okay, Minnesota second round and got to you got 2/3.
Are you gonna position yourself to get the receiver you need? Ah.
Ah, slot receiver.
A guy who can who can be in a change, but because that would didn't feel work.
Day skin can move to the X can move to the Z receiver.
You could go to the slide.
Didn't do the same thing.
So starting off with the Vikings, so way see our knees, quarterback, um, D line, uh, receiver, office alignment.
And I would save running back as well.
Because another rule like to say is you don't pay running backs, and we'll get we'll give it a second.
So the first pick in the draft.
So the way the ball the draft was falling, I could say I picked for radio as well.
So you got a thing.
Okay, So, Julia, one of the board hit the Rose is gone.
Um, city lamb is gone.
Okay, so there were two guys on my radar right there.
Who I was like, Okay, they fit right there in Minnesota.
If I could get into my spot, that was tea.
Higgins out of Clemson and Justin Jefferson shoot tea Higgins with I think like 18 or 20 right before me.
So one option available.
I thought the Eagles was night me and and take Justin Jefferson.
So I was already not really.
But I already had a backup plan.
The backup plan would have been the Interior officer, Lyman or maybe the corner, but just Jefferson failed to me.
The Eagles took Jalen Riga, TCU.
Uh, so I was right there for taking Justin Jefferson, a guy who can play in the slot.
He really could do a lot, he said.
He's 63 big physical for run.
First team decides to be the block s.
Oh, that's why Justin Jefferson was the guy that I sprinted to the t turn my ticket in and and put Justin Jefferson and it becomes like, Man, you got a guy like this who can play the slap move dealing back out.
So where he's more comfortable? Man, you got a lot of things going in.
I was like, Okay, Justin Jefferson, run a 44 and 40 combine every cement his place into the first round.
And so this guy have speed the speed t give, not feel.
He's not a digs.
You can't replace what Dez can do. Obviously.
But you need weapons because you can't just go out there and say, Oh, well, we paid all his money.
So you gotta do it.
No, this is not my home.
This is not rust.
When you when you realize what kind of quarterback you have, you got the play, that it's trench running game, good defense.
Weapons will get over.
And Justin Jefferson has the skills to do that, especially from the number two receiver spot or even in the slide at the instead of not outside but inside receiver.
So this wild when Justin Jefferson, he's a ball.
I mean, National champion on his resume.
Hey, wasn't the best receiver on this team.
That's tomorrow Chase, who would be a top 10 pick next season.
But just Jefferson can do a lot.
I mean, physicality cares about other, catch the ball and take off, and he could score any moment.
I like this for this offense to keep it rolling.
That's why I went just in Jefferson.
So pick 25 came deal.
I'm going off the board.
Um, I can I can I think somebody traded up behind Minnesota.
Picked to draft a linebacker if I'm mistaken, but who I want.
It was what? We want to stay on the board the whole time.
And that was, uh, Jeff Glenn out of TCU.
So, you know, Jeff.
Glad he really is.
And, uh, hey, that's fine.
Big 12 football.
You know, they're not really known for defense like that, but it's talking about a guy like he was solid for a freshman to sop****re year, his juniors where he took off.
So you started all 13 games.
He was all Big 12 selection.
He had to interception that you have 41 tackles, 13 pads, brake goes was with second highest second Bismarck in the conference of the year, and then a senior.
He didn't have the ***.
Well, why? Okay, when you watched the tape, you say Okay, well, t you're not going to him because they know that's not a smart thing to do.
Didn't know how great year they've seen the film.
And you gotta think, Of course it's not what you is, but you gotta think of what Jalen Ramsey and the real Rivers are.
You know why? Why? They don't have the pics.
Okay with that T t, they're not stupid.
I'm gonna attack them.
So, Jeff, Glad man.
Six war long, long frame And you can put it.
You can put a much anywhere You could live anywhere outside slot corner.
He did have surgery this off season, but I was talking discus that he played throughout the whole season.
And this is a guy who has to speed to keep up with any receiver tissue, got a lot of dogs over there and just be one that best their best classes.
But that's why I was just glad that he is a first rounder.
Most Utah anymore, Dr.
Like draft experts, they have him ranked top 30.
All of them do with That's the mat.
Miller's off the report.
You got a draft network from, you know, with Jordan.
Reason so lacking all those guys, All those guys are the same boat as I am.
When you watch Jeff Gladney, this guy as a baller, I'm from Minnesota.
Mike Zimmer, you got You got hoping he'll you got my cues and you got Gladney.
That is a good that is a good young core at cornerback.
Especially when you have two of the top 15 safeties in the game.
I will stay here.
And Smith is the top three without question, but hairs? No.
He had a great season last year. Led the league in interceptions.
So you got those two behind you.
You got the new 100 going for the quarterback.
You got kindred and bar in the middle.
Glenn ticket slide, right hand in the quarterback position. Couldn't be.
It couldn't be worse than it was last year with Rose and Trade Wayne.
They had won the words like grace in n Pff, both of them.
So you got rid of over them.
You insert two young guys and you can keep it moving.
So let's fast forward in two of these second round.
This is where I was looking forward.
Like Antoine Winfield, Minnesota.
Obviously, his dad played from Minnesota back in the day.
Also the Buffalo Bills.
But I was looking for safety because, uh, is this the rumor that that, uh, Antares will be traded made for 1/3 of four from a pig? But you gotta think.
Who betrayed who trade 1/3 or fourth round pick had to pay in Harris was also 29 years old.
So I was looking at him as well.
I started in this racket told you about, like, Dalvin cook.
So I started looking at running backs.
And reason being is you don't pay running backs.
I mean, I don't know how many times I have to say this to everybody getting hit.
You don't You don't need to pay a running bags because the draft is all you could find.
That is, like the easiest position to transition into.
That's why he had Agent Peters would be.
You're still right away.
Say, Qanbar could be a student right away.
McCaffrey, be a stool right away.
Talk, really minus the Jeff Fisher.
Still right away.
So you don't need You don't need to pay running backs and you see, in the last few examples, Todd Gurley got cut.
Freeman's could maybe on barrels on the trade block 56 games into the season.
So you don't want to.
You don't want to put yourself in that hold again and pay this running back.
Who for Cook saying has not been healthy? S o.
I was leaning camp acres at this pick very, very hard.
But when I saw a lot of kids Kitchen Barry was still on the clock.
That's why I took interior lineman from the L S U Tigers.
Hey, could play center or guard.
It's a very versatile I took him because I was like, Okay, well, we need somebody strong front because that was Bradbury is concerned.
He at Gray's off.
He had grazed zero in the past game before.
And I'm saying, like, how do you get zero? So, uh, but F line of struggle just climbed, got cut, and Bradbury like that was really need to put on weight.
So you got you got f like a plague, our descent and Brad regardless center.
And now you get into another guy who can do the same thing Now is all about mixing and matching and putting the right pieces together.
And cousin Very.
I mean, he's a he's raw young, but he's very sufficient.
What he does. Hey doesn't get Bull rushed.
That's playing in the SEC versus Obama and and he got to see dead brown this year.
And when people like over the top of him, you want to see you Okay, Well, how can he get into the stands really quick? And he has that.
So he has good quickness into instance? Um, and he's a very competitive guy.
We need a dog up front like Brian O'Neill has been, has been solid.
He's our best lineman and rumors about us couldn't tackle this season.
But we didn't do that because there's no better replacement.
F I'm struggling, Bradbury struggling.
We need somebody who's gonna be physical and mean front, and I think Cushion Berry is the right guy.
All the experts had him going second round, so that's that.
I mean, him falling almost to the third round was actually a steal.
He could move in a system where we want to run the ball of time and get guys out in front.
Kitchen very fit that mold right away.
So for my first book, the 1st 3 picks for the Vikings in the 1st 2 rounds just in Jefferson and receiver Jeff Gladney, US cornerback who could start runaway cushion bare interior lumber, was right away.
So that's three positions they can plug in and start right away, and you could say, well, well, that is a Ricky Bobby block.
Well, Mike Hughes was great intricacies until he tore his a c l hold here was undrafted.
I have the utmost respect and trust and Mike Zimmer when it comes to defensive backs.
A road didn't get Rose close to Mike Zimmer.
Came, uh, Here's a Smith was great, but when Mike Zimmer became, he came here, All Pro kid is all probed.
The new 100 All Pro.
I have faith that Zimmer can get Get the best out of Glady and he could be a star in the making cushion.
We have work to do, but the whole office line.
We have to protect her cousin.
You have to do that.
And then just in Jefferson, I mean, no, but you could say about you seeing him.
He played a long season in college football, but with a guy who's more, he will play with the Corvette was more accurate than Joe Burrow.
Case case Simple.
I mean this simple Kirk cousins.
Most quarterbacks in the league by Far D throws she'll hit by 40% were ranked top five in the league, and now you get a big guy 63 trying to tell you, man, that that that is a great draft by myself, with the Vikings doing my research.
I already know these guys already very for me, with all three of these guys.
So I mean, I think I think hitting the around cough right in the coffin receiver corner into your alignment of three.
These don't need to go.
I don't need to go draft of the linemen early because we have guys and the wings already de lines that we could get that later in the draft and way went further and fool around four or five with a double dip.
That receiver at some point took a running back at some point, probably in the third round trade to get care makers, get another florist a gap in there who could do the same thing.
Could can do and cook.
Time to go. It's time to go.
Uh, so the change gears were quick going to the other Raiders on two picks.
They traded their second round pick and the killer Demetri with a year or two ago.
A second round pick belongs to the bears.
So I got to, uh, 12 and 19? No.
The whole the whole offseason I've been I've been mocking them.
A receiver, linebacker, receiver, linebacker.
Every single time, every single time.
And to the phrase he hit, they would have got core Littleton.
Uh, he's a stud.
He's gonna be the captain.
Probably for that defense.
Jon Gruden, destinies and Kankowski.
Um, he's he's he's pretty good, too.
So you kind of feel to linebacker spot.
You don't really need to go and draft a linebacker.
First round when you spent so much money on two linebackers.
So that's where my linebacker need kind of fell off the table.
And the team that need that has three picks.
I mean, they had three team needs. Immediate needs.
Receiver, corner linebacker.
Linebacker was solved in free agency.
They had to let go again.
And Conley human to use in Texas.
Here's a first round draft pick.
So now that was That was good for them.
So coming up on the draft to my pit, I was saying Okay, well, I got three guys on the board, Jerry and you, uh, Jared, Judy, see the lamp.
And of course, in the rocks, the third.
Now, as far as my ranking goes, I have Judy and my own number one receiver hidden rose by number two receiver.
If my number three receiver I have, I have.
I'm a three receiver.
I have hit up city land.
Um, they all three close.
See the land being one.
But I think he's third.
I think it's drugs could possibly be the best receiver in this class.
Um, he's a home run hitter, but he's also decides it will be J.
So he's not just not a deep threat.
You could do a lot of things, but ultimately I picked my number one receiver, Jerry. Judy.
I mean, come on foot.
Quickness, uh, he could run every single route.
There is no flaw in his game.
Don't think I'm more worried about Judaism.
He who he cuts so hard that something could happen.
We could not go wood on that, but it's like he does nothing wrong.
I mean, you can you think you got him and you don't And that's nothing.
When with Waller at tight end, you have Tyra wants wouldn't go forward.
They also got aglow.
Another guy who go deep they have they do have is a Jones.
You see, you shot out 100 fruit, but we need somebody who gets who can be a star.
They went out that Tina Brown that was supposed to be the guy, but you know about him, not get the Internet brown.
But they need to find that gambling instantly.
Come in and be a star, and that's that's just I mean, he could do it all three levels of game, right? Running around, catch hands, catch radius he got.
He got every tour that you need to be successful and to be a superstar at receiver.
So with Derek are having that and you have jobs.
Look, I'm just I'm just saying, like good luck with another year And Jon Gruden put 100% into Derek Carr.
You can get and leave out an above average quarterback with all these toys to play with Waller, who could be a top five title in any given day.
Dude, who could be a sensation right away? We see what a J.
Brown and and Deebo Samuel, uh, decay.
Metcalf all did terrible garlanded all year in their rookie season Judy, if he was a drive last year, would have been the number one receiver that last year.
So therefore, by the scalps and all that, he stood no more receiver.
He should come right instead, right? And do what they do.
Oh, and that's all predicated around the run game as well with Josh Giggles, which Jon Gruden loves to do.
So I think I was pretty much easy.
That's a plus pick.
Jan Julius causes go like +778 in this draft with my address first coming out and I failed the 12 because of the tack of run er duty.
Man, you can't you can't.
You know you can't go wrong with that.
So I had him going to the Raiders, Um, and then Trayvon digs that pig 19.
So, like I said, I had this team going receiver, linebacker, receiver, linebacker every time.
But this is where it has been a spot for Patrick Queen or Kenneth Murray, but a guy like Trayvon days, he, like I said, he's still raw.
He's been playing that position for maybe 223 years and saving trust him t to be a starter.
He likes to press he likes to get up on it, get physical.
Hey, plays against his brother's divine beings and off season.
So he knows howto mirror receivers because he once was a receiver.
He knows what they're thinking.
When the ball's in the air, I think he's a good guy to go get it.
You need playmakers in his defense.
So, no, I can't say he's He's pretty.
He more of his own Corn than a man cover, but he could do a lot of good things.
So formal rating for the Raiders.
Man, I think that was pretty good.
Draft with them for only having two picks probably would trade back 19 now that you could call it Trayvon days a little bit of a reach, but he could go into between the first or second round.
I see them go get high before I see them go late.
So they are repairs on the fit, the need for a corner.
So probably the best thing at this pick was to trade back.
But it's too hard to predict trees.
You don't you really don't know.
It's hard to predict trees in another need that they probably could have used maybe was a safety.
But I didn't trust in the city at this point, either.
Maybe bikini another bam a guy.
So I think I think might may.
I can groove and get some hot care.
Two guys in there.
They got all clips and guys last year.
Something this year is the run of the Obama team.
And if you get enough clips and balance on your Ross isn't a field.
I mean, good things happen when you have a dabble and you have saving those programs you get.
Guys get high care of the guys in your your program, and the Raiders can do a lot of good things.
So these two picks coming from Damage and Judy and Trayvon digs? I thought that was a good thing to do.
So I think my Vikas was a I give.
I give my get the Raiders B plus getting the best receiver in the class, but also may have not doing the best move at Pick 19.
Probably was to trade back, but I went ahead and just just made the pick as it is.
But you're a big man.
I like you got you got to sit there.
You gotta sit in Washington like it's a lens.
Complains own really, really well.
So, uh, that's that's That's really all I have, man.
It was It was a good driving.
It didn't take a long time.
We would we would cut that down.
But until then, until then, uh, I'll be back with another woman.
Another video man s O.
This is Ah, Pastor Kevin, Kev, coming at you off SportsCastr and Twitter until next time.
