Hi, I'm Matt Williamson with Yard Barker here to tell you three winners and three losers from free agency.
Thus far, the big winner to me is just the box fans.
The whole public down there.
Buzz tickets, jerseys.
Good competitive team with a good defense, maybe even Maur to come.
Free agents wanting to go to Tampa Bay.
That's a lot of fun.
It's gonna be a great story line all year, and I think that the Tampa Bay doesn't Tampa Bay should be highly competitive all year.
I want this one to the Bangles.
I mean, it's now a pretty good landing spot for Joe Burrow.
At least on paper, the old lines improved.
Still could get a little bit more of a bump coming up.
J. Green returns legit defensive improvements.
You're uncharacteristically going out and getting some corners and a very good defensive tackle to compliment Gino Atkins and D J Reader.
So there should be some positive buzz around Cincinnati.
Another in***bent of the Ravens, I mean, greatly improved their once very heavy.
No stout, big person defensive tackle rotation.
You had Kallias Campbell, Michael Braugher's.
I think they'll be a lot more active up front on defense and less reliant on blitz.
Marshal Yanda's retirement certainly hurts, but this is a 14 and two team that it's five draft picks now on the 1st 2 days of the draft to their late picks.
But you had five prominent rookies to this squad.
I think there's a lot of good buzz around Baltimore, some losers, and Jadeveon Clowney comes to mind immediately.
I thought someone would pay him tons of money by now.
Just doesn't seem to be any interest.
I'm sure people are kicking the tires, but you're not seeing any headlines or any buzz about Clowney getting a lot of people banging on his door.
And I'm a little shocked that I'm in a little impressed because I thought people would overspend on him.
Um, a group that I really feel bad for.
Cam Newton kind of comes to mind.
Here are some of these injured players that could potentially move teams.
I mean, is the state of our nation How do you sign or trade for a player that has major injury concerns that you can't have your doctors examined, So I I feel for that situation And maybe in the end, some people get some bargains because of it.
Maybe in the end you'll get some guys that are more injured than you thought.
This also goes for draft prospects.
I mean, to a really comes to mind, you know, with injury concerns to cause you just can't get him in your building and get your doctors on.
Last loser to me is wide receivers.
And of course, Amari Cooper made huge money.
Green was franchised, But as of this recording, there's been very little action at this position.
Um, really, It's just such a great incoming draft class at the wide receiver position, I think.
Teams, we're going to address it there, as opposed to spending money now.
So it might be time.
You can start finding some bargains, but receivers are losing out so far, but thanks so much.
