I'm caring about telling on the cure in here and show.
And right now I'm gonna be talking about Luis Severino.
And recently it was reported that he would undergo Tommy John surgery and he will be out for this entire season and eyes Yankee San M bit nervous now about the Yankees pitching depths because obviously they side Gerrit Cole and they still have Masahiro Tanaka.
But James Paxton, who had a strong second half of the season last year, is also gonna be out for the 1st 3 or four months.
I just don't know how things will be for him when he returns.
And also in those four months until you returns, how will they hold up now? I don't see anyone on this team who could be consistent.
Number three starter.
Um, I'd say they lost season Sabathia, but he was getting hurt a lot anyway, and he was very old.
So that's why he retired.
But I also think that J.
A happ is far from a good number three starter, and he was extremely inconsistent last year.
He did not have many good games at all, and he's not someone who out wants at the three spot.
And then they could use opener in, um as the fifth game.
And they had Chad Green start for most those games last year.
And they would just use their bullpen and they got a decent amount of those winds.
But I'd rather but the three and the four were concerned me most.
And even when James Paxton comes back find they could deal with having Hap as the number four starter, it's not necessarily preferable.
But he is better than any of the other options.
Um, also, I don't I don't know what who they have, um, further back on Earth.
Does any Montel League prospects you could really make a difference.
Um, and certainly no one on this roster currently so I could see having a big impact.
There's also Domingo her mon, but I don't know if he can stay out of jail so he can't.
We can't count on him either, So I not quite sure, um, what the Yankees are gonna do about this situation, But I think the best option might be to, uh, um trade for a middle to your picture at the deadline.
Someone who's better than half Jay happ, But, um, no one to nothing.
No one who you'd have to give up a lot for.
I really like the current team that the Yankees have.
And even with losses of D D Gregorius and Edwin Encarnacion, Joan, I still think that this team has very good potential for this following year.
And I just think that if they can, if they can overcome their injuries better, they could win a championship.
Because remember last year they had a huge injury list and I think again, if they can, just if they if guys can just knock it hurt because there was an amazing next man up mentality last year, I'm just more concerned about the pitching staff than anything right now.
