All right, guys.
What's going on tonight? Stephen Toddle back with you once again.
Uh, as always, we don't know who I am.
I am the host of the fantasy coaches podcast and a member of under wraps.
What's network? Uh, both glad to be part of both these organizations.
The fantasy coaches is something that I currently run with me and my friend.
And, you know, we've been doing very well.
We actually get our 50th episode, but I'm here talking some livestream with you guys.
I enjoy doing this a lot.
And I'm usually here a couple of times during the week.
Kind of given some fantasy football.
Now, let's throughout the offseason.
Some other things, too.
We're gonna talk about a little bit more than usual today.
Gonna talk about Greg ALS into Seattle.
Little bit of the new collective bargaining agreement that may or may not pass.
Probably not on.
I'm going to go to eight a. F.
I've been doing all these division reviews all off season so far on, they've been a lot of fun.
A lot of good feedback got home.
So if you guys do enjoy this episode, please go back.
And you other ones, They were a lot of fun to do it well, and as always, you know, go check out our website at www love fantasy coaches dot com with all of our great live streams episodes, Brain king, just articles, you name it.
We got it for you guys.
So I'm gonna get right into it.
I'm gonna start with more of the new section first, and that's where goes into Seattle, Kind of Ah, mediocre at this point of his career.
Kind of signing, Uh, you know, he was part of the Panthers.
The last, you know, five or six seasons.
Think it was a long time.
He was there for the Panthers.
But no, he got to go into free agency early this year.
And you got to go and sign with the Seattle Seahawks and one year, $7 million contract.
And I think it's a decent decent, uh, you know, signing for Seattle, a za football team.
I think they're in Irwindale mode.
And getting a veteran like him who show that last year you can kind of stay healthy was a good thing for him, and it's gonna be a good thing for Seattle because they've been dealt with injuries over the last couple seasons.
Now, well, busily Jacob Posture is a free agent.
Unsure what here is gonna wanna that the man in the free agent market.
So it's gonna be interesting to see what he's able to accomplish, uh, on this team here for fantasy football purposes because I'm fantasy football.
Uh, you know, I think it's a decent signing.
I think he's e think could put him in the top 15 fantasy.
Tight end's going into next year again.
He's probably someone you're gonna go for the later rounds, not somebody you're gonna take in that 1st 10 round pick.
You know, he's definitely gonna be a leader guy because you just don't just don't know on his health.
And he showed it how sure that he was able to stay healthy last year, But you just don't know how that's going.
Toe take going another year, another year of age on this body, all those hits and wearing terror.
So it's gonna be interesting.
I was definitely worth the late wrong ticket fee.
If you have them, you know, and your drugs coming up this year, and you take that tight and approach early late.
I think he's definitely a decent option that you can take advantage of.
And you know, it's before Russell Wilson because he liked to go to his head and position.
So I mean, I think over overall, I think it was a decent trick using a decent signing, foreseeable and for very cool.
You know, fantasy.
It's not about, but it's not at all.
Uh, you know, and then we go over to the collective bargaining agreement.
Um, that's gonna be interesting to see how that unfolds over the next couple weeks.
If you haven't already seeing the NFL side of things have approved the new collecting in the barn Collective Barney, huh? The CB and I'll call the CBS rolled off the tongue so much a bleed red.
Thanks for joining us. Thank you so much.
The c b A and I felt I had already approved on it, but the players have to now I actually don't salt.
We recently, it's a test that from J.
Watt said, uh uh, no, absolutely not.
So we'll see how that goes.
You know, there's some things that they're trying to fix in there.
Obviously, one of the bigger things was no playoffs, you know, and adding that 17 5th playoff run.
And it's interesting, very interesting fantasy.
As an NFL fan, it's always great to wanna see an extra fancy boat after a football game every single year.
And you know your team.
That seems to be that team.
That's kind of on the cusp everywhere Year gives them an opportunity to make the playoffs and take a fighting chance.
This one's playoffs coming. It's all fair game. At that point.
It's one win you go to the next round.
But you know, it's all about player safety.
So you don't know if the players are gonna want to play another extra couple games this season.
You know, and it's there, right? They play a lot, are tough games, and it's it's something that you have taking into consideration, special how you do with bye weeks.
You know, all the stadiums, you know the revenue comes from it.
It's a lot taken.
It may be something the players just don't want to be part of, so that will be fun.
This watch going forward.
I believe that they're trying thio change the way that fifth your options works well and they change it to a four year options on certain tropics instead of being five years.
So that could change things for her supper.
Um, you know, players who need the extra you could've used that extra year to get that extra, uh, you know, shot up being reproach, like something like a bump.
The Adam took five seasons to get kinda fantasy relevant.
So that is all interesting there.
So it's gonna be interesting to see how this unfolds.
You know, it it last year we ought to sell the small.
The last time this happened, we saw a very short, you know, I think it was from March to June, there was a little shut down in the NFL.
We were concerned that they may not play football this season.
I know I was a big concern for good.
Yeah, I was a bit concerned about that.
Well, but I think they're gonna be fine by time, and next season begins.
And that's when the new that's when the bargain agreement ends and the end of next season.
So that should be very good going board and Now we're going to go and get into R A F C West Revue, and that's been very fun.
This division is very fun.
Obviously, we have the Las Vegas Raiders now.
Gonna be a long time.
I want to say open right there so many times I can say Chief Super Bowl champs Denver Broncos and the Los Angeles charges Two teams and the last three seasons and I have changed their locations.
So, uh, this division is a lot of fun.
And for fantasy, so much fun.
Guys, this is a great fantasy.
Division is well, talk.
I talk about it on my last.
Suppose it eight NFC salvos of fun. One.
This is a funnel on as well, because it's a lot of fun, fancy players that you can take on in this woman.
I'm gonna start with the Las Vegas traitors, and you know, the biggest questions is like, Can Josh shake ups jump into the RV? One role for you guys? Basically, he was able to do that season, and, you know, he ran for 1150 yards last year with his greatest work, even miss two games and still finished for the top 16 fanciful woman's.
And when I talk about Frankie's guys, I always do it in half. One p p. R.
That's how I do my rankings.
So just just note that, But, you know, he was really good.
You know? He had only, you know you could.
He played 13 games all seasons.
You know, he missed a couple due to injury, but in 10 of them, at least I think it was 11 games. Yes, you played.
He actually got over 15 carries in those games.
So they obviously loves used him in the run game.
And I love the sea and get all carried the ball and used very effective 1st 8 games.
Kind of average at best.
You know, I think you just kind of getting this no feet wet in the ground.
But, like from Weeks nine toed the week you went out on his injury used at the home of performance.
I mean, he was a top for fantasy back, to be honest, I mean, he was just racking up the points, racking up the yardage and reconnect the carries, and I just don't and he's just amazing.
But there are some flaws that his game, unfortunately, and it was the passing game and he had 23 targets on the season.
But they seem to like to get Jalen or Charred and the Andrea Washington involved in the game, and especially in the passing game.
I believe the under Washington is afraid, though, so he may not be as involved moving forward but generally started to sign the three year extension.
So they obviously enjoy him being there.
They like the passage worker, the passing element that they brought they bring to, you know he brings to the game for this team.
If his talent is in the run game, he's a tad bit limited in the passing game.
But I won't stop people.
What makes an RV one different than Anderson? I'll be, too, and I think it's the passing game.
And if they're a great runner, but their passing game is weak, it's not many running backs that can do that.
Someone like Derrick Henry, who is involved in the past game.
But is it real abilities in the run game? Getting no and Josh Jacobs is somewhat summer to being able to be a great runner, but bushing not that great of a passer.
So, uh, you know, right now he's I think he's a solid lead round to pick.
And then you can go wrong that he's gonna put a decent performance.
We're weak in a weak out.
Then I'm going to the wide receiver positions.
Kind of a different story when it comes to the wide receivers.
There is not right now a lot of talent in my eyes.
I'm over in New Jersey, East Coast.
Most 11 o'clock will late, but, you know, throw Williams.
Hunter Renfroe, Zeta Jones.
We want throw his ass in there.
Sorry for my language.
Didn't mean a curse, but no.
Tara Williams is an interesting guy because he stopped off for a strong with four straight touchdowns in the season and he's a top 15 guy.
But after that, I mean, he got a little banged up from weeks. Eight of 16.
When he came back, he was outside top 40 wide receivers, and for me, he's nothing more than a walker.
Super three. Invincible.
A chubby jugs. Thanks for joining.
Um, you know, he's nothing more than a wide receiver.
Three and fancy football, you know, he hasn't in those moments that have really big breakout games, but he's not consistent enough in the passing game, and it really depends on how this team moves forward, their cars going to be the quarterback there or not.
I'll talk a little bit more about their carts, actually like their car, but for the game that their car plays, I don't think Jerome Williams personally fits in that that role that we're looking for and you know he's nothing more than really to me and our wives over three.
As for his counterpart, Hunter Rent fell the rookie guy.
Ah, the slaw player.
I love him going into next year, and especially depending on the draft, possibly because the mother like going to drop somebody.
You could be a real sneaky late ground by you.
Pick up that no.
Has a good peopIe are like season.
He had 600 yards and four touchdowns this past season.
He led the team in targets red zone targets and at the end of the season, back to back weeks, weeks 16 and 17 he had 100 yards.
You know Derek Carr is a more very short pastors, no passer and, you know, Hunter Renfroe kind of took advantage of that.
So, you know, he could be someone who, like I said, could be one of those late round values.
As for the tight end position on his down Waller breakout performance.
And the real question is, it wasn't a fluke, was it? Really? And to me, personally, I think it was really, uh he was truly a dominant wide receiver.
Someone you've gotten those double digit rounds 1100 yards and on the season, Fantastic for tight end.
But he only had three touchdowns.
And, uh, you know, go to next year every issue you see, so be entering to see what he's capable of because, you know, they're gonna bring in more weapons around.
There are where the quarterback is moving forward, and it's really unknown what's gonna happen with this team in their passing ability.
But I do think Waller's yards come down.
You know, even though this offense you know, this John Berman offense kind of caters to the time and position we've seen that over the last two seasons.
Now, with Jared Cook. And now they're on Waller.
Uh, you know, I just don't expect him to be able to get 1100 yards once again, and you can assume those touchdowns will come up.
You know Gary Wallace back up, false or murder you.
I'm saying his name a little wrong, but he had five touchdowns last year and Holly remember going fancy season guys was Oh, touchdown.
How's that Is it? Very well, and now it's not.
Now is the backup tight and getting right in touchdowns out of nowhere, ruining fantasy weeks.
But again, three customs on the season.
I think he is the real deal, and they obviously signed them to the extension prior to the season.
Something new that you They were getting someone really good and talented on the football field.
So, Dan, well, I think is no fluke.
I think he's a solid top six tight end going into your 2020 season, and then we go over to the quarterback position.
Dear car, huh? We had a podcast episode about this earlier this week.
Guys and my two fellow colleagues did not like their car much, but I like their car guys.
I think he's the kind of an underrated fantasy quarterback.
I mean, he had 4000 back to back seasons.
Now he's obviously getting more familiar with this John Groom like system.
And he had seven games, at least 20 fantasy points.
That's just about half again.
But, you know, not bad it are.
And what kind of weapons see that really had over the last two seasons? Now? I mean, they're on Waller Jericho call Probably his best weapons.
I mean, Amari Cooper wasn't only there for what, seven games, but they just won't click on the right level.
They really need to get some more weapons, someone who could, who could take the short routes and kind of just go to the House of the I'd like to know where my well, uh, Tara Williams of Mark Cooper one able to do.
They're more like downfield players.
And that's not the kind of game that Derek Carr likes to play.
At this point, it seems like he's more.
That short past kind of person, you know, is very efficient in the red zone, you know, 15 2 touchdown, the interception ratio.
So when he gets that red zone and he's kind of dangerous.
Uh, he's that good, he said. They're short passes.
So he's got had one of his best completion percentages of his career, and I think that if they get him, one more guy in there who can, like, just kind of work across the middle of a field, any time for passes, they're her.
Could be it an interesting quarterback.
And I think he could get up to, like Q B 15 on the season u S q B 17 this past season.
So it's it's very possible that he can kind of get over and be that solid, you know, quarterback two for us and fantasy Q B doing fantasy.
And then we go to the can City Chiefs and who grassed their wing Super Bowl this year. Real fun.
A bar I, er hu three.
Thanks for joining us. Thank you so much.
Um, you know, I can see the chief Super Bowl champs.
Congratulations, that them great season overall, but I want to talk about patching homes and you know how Where did we all value him going in the next year? And the answer really is, I think you just saw around three guy.
You know there might be times where he gets taken in the second round, but I think he's a solid, round three guy.
I think you get yourself a running back on a wide receiver and then, boom, you get that quarterback, huh? Okay.
In terms of what its season he kind of had this past season.
I mean, it was a down season for Army.
After throwing 50 touchdowns last year, he threw under 30.
He was injured for a couple of games and and then he did a C l spring.
That kind of like I'm sure at some point during the season kind affected the way he was playing fantasy football.
And you have to assume that going to next season? Uh, no.
He's gonna have that record back with him.
You know? Thio, Tyree, kill and drugs Kelsey.
Maybe they bring a strong running game.
Maybe they even draft someone.
Maybe Michael Harmon kind of steps up.
And you know, Petricka home has been a rise and get better.
Next year, he's going to get healthy.
He's gonna be a very thorough I'd say at least 40 touchdowns next year.
So he is someone who is If you're, like, take quarterbacks early.
I think he's a no shop Rainer for the third round, 1/3 round pick all day.
He's I think he could go as high as first pick in the third round, and you'd be could be pretty happy with season on him.
Um a Thanks for joining.
We're going over the running backs now.
And, you know, running back situation for the cancer Chiefs was mediocre at best and that you were in the playoffs and you was dominating Damian Williams.
Draw McCoy from the free agent.
Most likely won't be back.
Darryl Williams, Who went on IRA at some point.
This running game is gonna be interesting because they may bring someone in.
But if they don't based on what we saw last year, you know it is in the position you want the have for an entire season.
If we're playing in the playoffs.
Yes, maybe that's what David Williams has yet to play.
A 16 game season doesn't seem to be a pretty healthy, and it seems like they like to keep him fresher for when the playoffs come.
Because he's such a dominant force but he can't do that for an entire season.
So it will be interesting to see if someone like there are Williams, who had showed flashes this season, could, you know, step up and kind of be that solid or be to first in fantasy unless Damon Williams can, you know, stay healthy.
Or maybe Darwin Thompson can show something that kind of brilliance.
But he didn't really show us last year.
So, uh, this position, if I would stay away from I went really well, go after anything like that would you know there's no more than around four guys or later, and you just don't know what you're getting from them.
A week week and the health of these guys were just not very strong.
So, uh, stay away from them if you can.
Ads for the wide receivers Gary kill Sammy Walk ins.
Mikel Harmon, The markers. Robinson.
I'll have moments this past season.
Robinson is a free agent.
Probably won't be back.
Probably going to demand some kind of money in the off season.
Had some decent games.
Um, Michael Harmon, unfortunately, didn't really do much unless Tyree kill was off the field and the only time she really solid us that a significant snap count was one tire killed was not on the field.
You know, he had moments where he kind of had, like, a 60 yard catch.
Mom put Stone, 50 yard, catch bomb.
Touchdown, 75 year kitsch.
All thanks for the follow. I appreciate that.
You know, he had all the bomb.
Customs aren't really real effective on a week to week basis.
So it will be intricacy if he gets more involved.
And he may be more about if Sammy walk ins, uh, kind of retires.
And if he does, that's going to be interesting for Michael Harmon and more than likely, gonna probably draft zone.
But if semi walk ins is back, I think he's definitely around nine or 10 kind of God because, you know, he's still connected.
This chief softens, though, no.
After his weak one performance, he was wide receiver 73 following that week. One performance.
I never really lived up his potential at this point of the season, and, you know, I just don't see him as a weak, weak guy.
You want to start? I think he's a you know he's someone you can get.
And I think in the double digits on Dhe could be decent enough to play on certain weeks when there's a better match up.
So and as for Terry Kill, I mean Tyree Kill, I think, is the ultimate boom or bust stud wide receiver one on these teams.
And he's the kind of guy I like guys who you know, he gets up to the top five fantasy picks at the end of your season.
No, he's dominant, but you have to deal with the good and the bad on how you want the form with that.
And it could be the fact that, you know, he goes up for 2025 points in the game.
But then the following week he gets like six points, seven points, five points, like he shows a lot more boom to his bus. Always.
You know, his boon games are very strong and you want those when he does it when he has a bus game.
Not the best, unfortunately, and you kind of take that risk a war when you take him in the first round.
All of you wanted him to be a first round pick.
I understand the reasoning.
I mean, he is a top five fantasy player in this league, but I think he's more well, you know, a less no 1st 2nd 3rd pick of the second round.
I think he just it belongs there just because he's so unbalanced.
Like if you think about the Adams, you know about the Atoms can continuously get you weekly performances and be comfortable.
Harry kills and someone who could do that.
And I just don't like what he's able to offer you in that kind of respect, because you want someone to have those kind of points, you know, in back to back seasons.
Now, he's only had four games over 20 fancy points in each season, so there is a time for he isn't as effective.
But he gets the job done enough that in those games he's putting up No.
30 to 40 points and just dominate.
So when it comes to tire co guys, just be cautious.
I mean, obviously he's a top no late first early second person, most probably second, but, uh, he just a dominant force in fantasy football and continues to be that going next season and then we go to the last one of the night because I will be splitting up the F C West review into two parts.
So catched out tomorrow night when I talk about the XFL.
But, um, what about Travis? Kelsey will quicken wrap things up here.
You know Dominic performance had ceded to 30.
Now finishes number one tight end.
Where do you go from? There, you know, is he's somebody worth drafting in the high rounds Extra.
And I think he is.
If you want to take tired that sorry kill Travis Kelsey in the second round, I think you could easily do that.
I mean, he's had four straight seasons with 1000 yards.
Hell, sounds kind of came down, but that's because of Patrick Holmes.
I expect from homes touchdowns to jump back up.
So Travis Kelsey.
He's a rare Titan, No talent, and I started to interview to get back to the high level one skin.
I mean, he did sell 10 games over 12.
That's pretty impressive, and I didn't try to interfere, and he couldn't be that kind of guy who can compete with the wide receivers in fantasy and no, he is my homes, I think one a one beef favorite target.
And this often so expect Travis Kelsey to be a no a mid second, late second, early third round guy, because you just to Dom, it's not keep on there.
And if you're struggling that struggles that in the wide receiver to mark, you're gonna be fine because he's going to get more enough point to the tiny position that kind of make up for that.
So, uh, this, you see, was it really for fun when I talk about so But, um, that is the end of my shift tonight, guys.
I will be back on tomorrow to finish the rest of the A F C West, and I will also be doing something X f l talk little.
We know who to start if you have the notes and daily leave going on in Indiana and elite.
So I'll talk about that all tomorrow and then don't miss out on Sunday.
I'm also gonna be back on top about your two running backs on their fantasy guy, where they kind of rank tear lives in Venice.
See, so thank you guys for listening.
So much I hope you guys enjoyed.
I certainly do enjoy talking about this kind of stuff.
So until then, guys enjoy the rest of your Thursday nights and I will see you guys.
