Hey, what's up, everybody? It's Rex Eastwood.

You can follow me at our East on the score.
Easy on Twitter, and you can follow the breakdown.
The underscore brk.
W n where I write produce content for we cover all major sports and give out game previews and game picks.
And, ah, and in depth ****ysis as well.
Tonight, what hunger and do is I could have two best bets.
And then I'm going to cover the Pac 12 sleet, the Pac 12 as, ah, some solid games. Tonight.
There's five in total, so we'll run through the conference standings and then, uh, I'll get into those games before I get into those games last night.
But I pick, I gave out Lost.
It was that puts me now to two and two of my SportsCastrs posted pics.
I had Virginia Tech Minds Force that I was a triple overtime thriller.
Attack Lost a Game is a game that could have gone either way in overtime and with, uh, and at the end of the game so the home team couldn't pull it out.
Both teams made 33 buckets was pretty, was pretty fun.
So I was a good game and 102 to 95.
So to get in my first bet, I like the mid major schools tonight, So that's what I'm doing.
A Pac 12 previewed the end.
Get your big schools covered, give out some leans on those.
But I like my mid majors tonight.
My 1st 1 is ah, Ellen traveling to Jay.
Um, you, uh I think this is a good buy low spot for jam you and you can say all parts of this using up on via low spot since or two and 12 in the conference.
But, uh, going up gets Ellen.
Neither defense is that great by any means.
They're both 100 in defensive efficiency.
So you have a chance to put up buckets in this game.
In their last previous game, Ellen, I really pulled out the win against Drexel, improved to six and nine and Conference.
So I haven't been a team that's been too impressive this whole season.
You got two teams that are under 500 going against each other in conference.
So with the home team, only back at two and 1/2 or three.
That looks pretty tempting.
Um, the thing where I think this game's going to be decided and why Jae Mu has the advantage and why I'm back in J J M U minus two and 1/2 is that they play with the top 25 pace in the whole country.
So they try to get up and down the court and where where that's gonna come into effect is Ellen.
They foul a lot on defense, and they have their bottom 30 team and sending the opposing team to the free throw line.
So when you're playing with that type of peace and where they're going to get out in transition and get easy buckets and get fouled getting to easier points at the line, I think Jae Mu is a good bet.
At minus two and 1/2.
My second best bet from the mid majors is a Belmont at Morehead State fell, not the season, and like notoriously, they've been a solid team this season and predominantly in the previous game.
They had a salad turnover to assist ratio, which proves they're playing good team bowl on the season they have over 2 to 1 turnover to assist ratio.
So when you're doing that, you're getting an easy points and you're getting and you're setting your team up to cover these large numbers, Um, to prove that they're doing that.
Velma has 1/5 best two point percent Senate in the nation.
So that means they you're shooting better than almost 340 some odd teams and two point percentages, and they have the ninth best effective field goal percentage.
So you can see that they're really working their way again.
The best opportunities on offense.
And that's why they're contender to cover up bigger than a 10 point spread on Elaine.
This amount of points can be tempting.
Could be offsetting.
But if you don't want to, then just stick with the early. But I gave up.
But I do think Belmont has a chance to blow the doors off Morehead. ST.
Moritz Day is not a great team at all.
They're bottom 40 team and offensive efficiency and bottom 70 defensive efficiency so they could get ugly.
Oh, and then you think Morehead State, when you're playing an underdog and if you want to back them.
You would think that they could hit some threes to stay close into this game and keep him close to cover the spread.
Lee there a bottom 10 team in the whole country and shooting three points.
So if so, they don't really have that hope.
So with Belmont being able to dominate the inside, I think covering this spread is not issue.
So to recap, my two best bets, my 1st 1 is Jamie.
You minus two and 1/2.
I would play at minus three, and the other one is Belmont minus 11 and 1/2.
I would play that minus 12.
So now to get into the Pac 12 the Pac 12 has a good sleep tonight, So I want to highlight three of the big games in there.
Um, I'm gonna talk about the conference standings overall, as I'm getting as I'm getting ready and previewing all my conference pieces, I'm gonna have written pieces.
Potentially Bell definitely have streams on each conference going before the conference attorneys.
So the Pac 12 is the one I decided to do tonight cause of the games.
It's a conference.
I was getting a lot of disrespect at the beginning of the preseason big being written off.
And that's definitely not the case we've seen so far throughout the season.
They have three squads are currently ranked in the top 25 they have six.
I have single digit losses.
There's not many other conferences that converse that kind of depth through 6 to 7 teams, so the Pac 12 could become a contender.
And look, look to get at least four to maybe five teams in the tournament come March.
You got all the top guys in the conference tonight like a temperature Zeke Nagy and Remi Martin.
So, uh, let's get into the standings.
All I have pulled up right now is the Pac 12 conference standings.
So as of right now, you got Colorado and organ up in the tide for the one seed, both at nine.
And for those squads are both in action tonight.
Somewhere in preview those games.
So those squads were definitely trying to win to keep that number one seed in the Pac 12 conference.
Next, you got two squads coming in at eight and four with Arizona and Arizona State.
Are we covering both of those games as well as Oregon and Arizona State, faces all and then USC and usually comes in at eight and five.
So you got a large race coming in that can switch up between one Thio six spots come to Pac 12 tournament, so these last five games or four games for these teams will be, ah, highly crucial.
So these games are gonna be really fun to watch.
And the 1st 1 starts night with Oregon, Arizona State, and you had a big battle tempo discrepancy here or again, plays that extremely since slow space.
They play the bottom five about a 50 face team in the nation, while on the other side you got Arizona State and Bobby Hurley playing at a top 15 piece in this country.
So Arizona's at state.
So you think maybe with the home court advantage, they may be able to dictate the pace and get Oregon running, which is something they don't like to d'oh.
So that could be something to watch for in this game.
To see who can dictate to the flow of the game.
All signs point to the Ducks and even the line movement.
So far, this game.
They're extremely efficient on offense, and I like to look at offensive and defensive deficiencies when previewing games.
I do jump into the advanced stats.
If you're of questions about the advance statues, let me know.
But you know, they shoot the 13th best percent from three.
So if Oregon gets hot from three like you've seen so far in this Games, they've blown the doors off the teams.
And with this spread only list that listed at minus two, it's tempting to back Oregon, um, to go against that hot offense they have, even though it is pretty.
So pace, they have it.
They have a very stout defense where, ah, they're just locking teams down that holding them on their 70 points, if not 60 points a game.
So when you're doing that, especially in the Pac 12 you can see Oregon, Uh, getting out on blowing this and blowing or Arizona State out by more than five or six points in this game.
Um, something's I looked up because Dana Altman and Bobby earlier, both pretty due to good coaches, and I do ah find myself watching Oregon State or Oregon and Arizona State games between these two organs say, since these guys are coaches organs 81 and six and 3 80 s.
So, uh, Oregon has dominated this Siri's.
And with this low spread, you could pop potentially.
See Wyatt working cannot cover this easily.
Your players to watch in this game or paying preacher and Remy Martin here and see a great guard matchup guard matchup.
And guys, I'd like to shoot from deep so you could see some three phone in this game.
Like I said, the the line's listed at minus two in the totals out 142 and 1/2.
So, uh, the ducks have ah, got that line move since opening it open.
That of picking out minus to all the percent of the bets and the percent of the money's on the ducks.
So if you want to kind of go can trains in this matchup if you're contrary and better, uh, the Sun Devils are definitely the side to go for you the next game.
Uh um, reviewing in the Pac 12.
Is it going to be ah, USC at Colorado? You're gonna see two players that have heavy player usage in this game on each side of the ball.
First on Colorado, you got Tyler Bay.
He's one of the most use players in the country, where they feed all their offense through around him.
Okay, Um, and then they have a nice to a two man set up off of him with a right McKinley.
He has the highest percentage on the team the whole time.
Obviously, he's their point guard, so he's distributing the ball and creating chances.
He's He's one of those players that's out there all night.
It's really the cesium clock on their 30 minutes in the game.
So when you watch Colorado games, you'll see McKinley finer.
How out there the whole time as well.
Um, Tyler Bay will be going up against us East. Big men.
UM, com Mu if he can return from concussion.
All the reports I've seen today said that he's coming back.
He's an all around stud on the inside.
He probably can't put on some weight when he gets into the n B.
But right now you can see his frame.
But you see all the treats a recon develop into a solid, solid UH, N b A player he does need to cut down on his turnovers.
He is very careless and does give up and loses the ball to last steals while he's in the post.
So if he can fix data, I don't see any problem by he could be a good player in the n b A.
While he was out, they had their usual contributors step up in Matthew's and wreck a *****.
Those guys will definitely be ready tonight, but it's strange issue.
This line listed all that nine and 1/2 for the bus.
Colorado does have a top five home court advantage in college basketball, so I know that has to play some effect to it.
So if you give maybe three and 1/2 to 4 points off that spread, you still get that to down the five and 1/2.
So they're saying Colorado's five and 1/2 or Vegas is saying Colorado's five and 1/2 points better than us, see, so it could be a nice place to take some points here.
Totals also listed at 1 36 and 1/2.
I kind of like Dion there in this situation.
I have no official play on it.
But if I had to make a play in this game, I definitely leaned more towards the other because you'll know what to expect from a Congo with this first came back from a concussion.
The last Pac 12 game of previewing tonight is Ah, Oregon State of Arizona.
I'm kind of biased in this game because I've stayed up way too late as the East Coast there, watching a lot of Arizona game stay of two of my favorite players in the nation.
The watch is here with a Zeke Nagi and, uh, Nico Manion.
It's really, really young, so that makes them really unpredictable.
So from game the game, you can see you've seen the flows of them.
Um uh, beating a team by 10 to 15 points and then getting upset at home, coming around the corner so this Arizona State will go through. It slows.
Um, they're taking on more of ah better and team of veteran team, as in sop****res and juniors.
Now, since you see all the freshmen in college basketball now the Beavers movie's main players is a trace tinkle.
He's a high volume shooter and loves to shoot from three anytime he gets a shot opportunity, even at the smallest opening, you're going to see him chuck it.
He's attempted 116 3 so far this season in 227 2 twos, so he does spread it out.
So hoped you to you off the dribble will shoot off the catch.
So he's one player.
That's fun to watch.
If you're into guys that, like, have the volume shooting.
Thanks for the tip.
Elway or Highway? Um, Arizona holds a big advantage in all categories in this one.
According to the Vance stats, Oregon's biggest strength is their offense.
But Arizona has has one of the better defense is in the country.
They're very athletic.
So, uh, that's why you see this line All we listed at all the way out at 10 and 1/2 and, ah, the total At 1 38 and 1/2 I see the scene that could go over.
If this game does tend to go over, I see Arizona covering in this situation, so it's gonna be a fun game to watch.
This is on later at night, So if you East Coast guys are cut yourself up, Lee, um, that's what I would watch.
So those are my previous So I'm gonna recap of what I talked about in my stream without Bangor and log off.
If you guys have any questions or if you guys wanna send me any comments and, uh, games to highlight reel quick, I'll I'll get to them if I can.
If not, you can always hit me up on Twitter and tweet That mere replied to me.
And, uh, I'll give you what my thoughts are in the game, my first, best better.
The night was JMU minus two and 1/2.
I like them because they play it one of the fastest patient in the nation.
And EON is one of the teams that fouls the most in the nation.
So you could see a lot of their players get into foul trouble and you can see in only two and 1/2 spread at home.
I think that game you can pull this one out.
Uh, my second play of the night is a Belmont Melmotte, uh, minus 11 and 1/2.
Their point at Morehead State, Morehead State is not a good team this season, kind of disappointing for their fans this year.
But Belmont is a top efficient team in the two points they they have the fifth, the fifth best shooting percentage.
I expect them to dominate the inside after that.
I jumped into my Pac 12 review previews for the game tonight, so there's a solid slate of games on tonight.
If in the East Coast, one other game that hunger and catch before the while watching my two bets on before the Pac 12 game starts is you got Iowa and Ohio State.
That won't be a good one to watch.
So and whenever you're watching anyone that just have my thoughts or just want to talk basketball, you can follow me on Twitter are East Underscore.
Easy with Izzy, and he can follow the breakdown.
It's place where I contribute rating for, and I'm gonna continue streaming for them through here that at the underscore Burek a D W n.
