video. Like I said, I would do yesterday.
I did the Dallas Mavericks yesterday.
Their playoff chances.
Go check that video out.
All sort of video on my All Star weekend.
Go check that out as well.
Today, I am back with the Houston Rockets.
They're currently sitting fifth in the West.
I'm gonna give you their playoff chances in their seeding and we'll go through, um, the ****is games on their schedule, the win percentages and things like that.
I'm gonna do it a little different than I did Utah.
I mean, excuse me, Dallas is I'm also doing Utah Utah Jazz tomorrow, and then I'll throw in a bonus videos.
My bonus videos today will be me recap in the O.
U Baylor game If you guys don't know.
I graduated from University of Oklahoma, so I'm a huge Oh, you fan.
And I watched him play number one Baylor last night.
So I'm gonna do a recap of that game today as well.
I'm gonna go try to do two meals a day every day if my schedule permits and I'll do my research and give you guys two videos.
If you have any kind of video you want me to do, Just let me know.
Don't forget the follow me. It's simply me.
On Twitter that is simply me.
A Be on Twitter.
I'm a part of the Unwrap Sports Network.
Let's DAV instead of Houston Rockets fit in the West record record of 34 20 the number one their division.
Right now, they're two games behind Utah in their A game and 1/2 ahead of O. K C.
As many NBA teams, they have five games left in the month of February 3 are on the road.
They have Golden State, Utah in Boston, on the road in New York and Memphis.
It home three of those games or against teams currently in the playoffs.
Their toughest game in that part of the schedule, I think, is at Boston, and I'll get to that.
So why is that? That is later, but two of those teams out of the E three of those teams out of the West against the East, they have 30 28 games remaining on their schedule.
Dallas has 27 um, against the East they have 13.
And against the West they have 15.
So the equals 28.
They have 14 road games and 14 home games.
So they split their toughest stretches.
Gonna be March 23rd.
Kumar started first there at Dallas.
Um, Milwaukee, Indy, Detroit and affiliates of five games.
East Coast road trip? Well, no cause there at Dallas.
There's a four game East Coast road trip.
One game in Dallas.
So in ST, um Liddy core 44.
Thank you for joining the broadcast.
I appreciate it. I hope I see it there. Right.
During the broadcast.
I appreciate it.
So the end now is it? Milwaukee at Indy, Detroit in Philly.
For those teams of playoff teams, Milwaukee and Philly have won the best home record in the N B.
So, you guys, that's gonna be a tough stretch.
You're gonna watch out if you're a Houston Rockets saying you gotta watch out for that stretch or if you're Utah fan or okay, SI fan or Dallas fan, you're gonna watch out for that stretch? Um, they're five and 12 in their road games this season.
They're 19 and eight in their home games this season.
They're 21 in 16 against the Western Conference, which is pretty good there, six and four in their last team.
They've been kind of up and down.
They have won back to back in March.
Where's Dallas has three.
Back to backs? Um, it's at Charlotte and home at Orlando, Just kind of weird.
They have 15 games in March 8 games in April, the **** that five top toughest games, in my opinion, at Boston, at the Lakers at Philly at Milwaukee than half Toronto and the Clippers at home.
I think those are gonna be their toughest games in this 20 a game stretch because Boston chasing that number one seed, the Lakers are the number one seed in the West.
Philly needs to turn around because I really need not to be in the seating.
Think they're the fifth scene right now in the East? Um M Milwaukee, Milwaukee The best team in the NBA.
Toronto has been hot and find, lost their first game plates around so at home and play the Clippers at home.
Both Toronto and Boston will be fighting for the number to see in the East.
In my opinion, I think really wants to get in the top floor.
I just don't see Miami falling off that much for Philly and Order facility.
Get one of those top four scenes, but we'll see how the how the games play out.
This is just as of today, because there are no games being played right now.
I want all star break.
So Utah is 20 and five at home.
Boston is 23 in five.
Um, you have 25 2 As the Lakers, I believe at home 25 3 as know that 25 to Philly at home, 25 and three Is Milwaukee at home.
So it's gonna be It's gonna be tough.
It's gonna be really, really tough.
The Lakers are 18 in a seven at home, Toronto is 19 8 away and the Clippers are 15 and 13 away.
So it's gonna be very, very tough for them that those those games are gonna be very tough.
And as I said yesterday, and as I've been saying in previous broadcast that you have to win games you're supposed to make, especially this last 27 28 games everything you have left when the games are supposed to win a couple of games, you're not supposed to win.
So in this stretch of at Dallas, from the 23rd and 31st of March at Dallas at Milwaukee at Indy at Detroit at Philly, I'm get a little side note on Detroit, Detroit this just trade.
It bought out Reggie Jackson, so he is now a Clipper.
They might have a little bit, but I don't have any gonna have drumming.
They don't have Reggie Jackson.
Blake is out for the year.
I'm not sure we're going on with Derrick Rose.
I think he's supposed to return after the All Star break, So Detroit is basically in turmoil, but 12 they have four playoff teams right now on that, UM, five game road trip at Dallas at Milwaukee.
Tough at N be tough and then, eh, Philly real tough.
So we'll see how they perform, innit? In those months, in their months, like a week 31st 2030 31st like a eight, a stretch of five road games that is very, very, very tough.
I think they'll be okay.
The small ball seems to be working for them pretty well.
Open up the length of Russell Westbrook to perform and do the things that he does very well, kicking it out to those shooters and things like that.
So it looks more like his Russell and James Harden working better together without Klink, a pill in the middle that added Roco for defense and shooting as well.
Those five I'm going to have in February they're average went percentage is 48.
3 best our average win percentage, the toughest game against Boston and win percentage of 70.
4, and then the win percentage for Utah is 66.
7, So I think they'll be okay.
They have Golden State, New York and actually Memphis is fighting for play out will there in the playoffs.
They see that's their win percentages percentage for the month of March of month of February.
Excuse me for the last five games in February, win percentage for March at 15 games of March 48.
3 is the same thing.
Their highs when percentage, of course in the month of April, is 85 point to that as Milwaukee.
Thank you lady core 44 for the tickets of Tip.
I appreciate it.
Anything you guys give me, I appreciate.
I appreciate all the views, all the shares and things like that as well.
So that's their toughest game.
Will be at Memphis in March.
Um, they got some games and watch that aren't but aren't too bad they should win.
So that's their 15 games in March.
Then they have eight games left in April.
Got their total win percentage for that is 46.1.
Um, the the hardest team they have in April is Denver at 72.7.
That's gonna be itself game plan against Denver.
Um, and then you add all those together, all those numbers together.
The win percentage of teams that they have left is 47.
Some of those numbers could be misconstrued because there's some teams in the East.
There is no team in the West.
You, me **** V, Thank you for doing the broadcast.
I appreciate it.
There's no team in the West in the playoffs.
It has record ball of 500.
I think after the six seed in the East, those records are below 502 of those teams of playoff teams I played there Brooklyn in Orlando are below 500 in the playoffs.
Indiana is not below 500 the other 60.
So is Yeah, so Brooklyn in Orlando in the playoffs.
But their records are below 500.
No team in the waist is in the playoff picture.
What is in the tops? Top exceeds, and it's below 500 in the West, so those numbers can kind of be misconstrued.
But overall, they have 47.
5 win percentage.
Of those teams that have to play in Dallas has a I wrote it down for dollars, 49%.
You're both below 500 with Houston schedule seeming to be a little bit more easier.
Um, but I'm not sure how much easier that scheduled, especially with that five game stretch.
They have a Dallas, Milwaukee, Andy Detroit, and surely that's gonna be a tough Five Grams stretch with Houston.
Um, I did some research.
Bring it on ESPN dot com, and I did this yesterday with the Utah Jazz, and they did a preseason.
I looked at their preseason rankings and things like that.
So team turmoil, which equals the most drama.
That was 69 points.
There were number one.
They got 21% of the first place boats.
James Harden was honorable mention for M V. P.
Um, they were picks.
There were the pick six to win the title.
11 point picked the finish, third in West at 53 29.
Um, this is all made by ESPN dot com.
This was posted on August the 29th.
I believe, um, he's being dot com and they get a bunch of nerds, you know, um, numbers, nerds.
They quit numbers together and kind of tell you what the teams are gonna be like, how many games we're gonna win projected on their schedule and things like that.
I think they use projection from last year.
You know, teams make big splashes in the off season and things like that.
So after the trades go down, you know, playoff chances change and things like that between gangs, remaining teams really make a push.
Houston's made some moves.
I'm gonna talk about the moves they make on February 15 performed at 14.
Trade involved 12 players I'm not going a mile 12.
He's gonna name some key names.
Click a pill in the name Went to Atlanta.
Dro green is well for 20 21st round pick.
Um so the nuggets like I said, 12 players are involved.
Drug ring is out for the season.
He has an injury.
He would have been huge for them.
What you're shooting and things like that. His athleticism.
And they got Robert ***mings in Roco in Jordan.
Bail, but they traded.
Wouldn't fail some nekritz for future considerations for Bruno Cab.
Clo I think this has he say his name.
They traded him.
Dryden built for him to Memphis.
The spirt is waived.
Damari curl, Um, and then Jeff Green played 30 games with Utah.
They both were required by the Rockets.
I looked on the website yesterday, and I didn't see their names that you don't think it's official just yet.
But the Spurs did way. Damar curl.
They they agreed upon because he wasn't.
He sounded three year, $21 million deal with the Spurs, but he's not playing at all.
He's not really seeing floor.
And, of course, Utah could Joe Green after 30 games.
So the Married Curl and Jeff Green or two veterans? I think I'm gonna help, um, the Rockets spread out the balm or in playing more on defense, which is what their team is really built around.
I wasn't sure of why they traded Clint Capela, but I think they wanted Russell Westbrook to quit shooting so many threes because it's really 90 strength and they wanted him to get to the basket Maur, which he's been doing.
He's been on a tear lately.
A lot of people didn't think he deserved to be an All Star game, but I think he did, even though you know he's he will always be in my heart because he was O.
But I thought he deserved to be an All Star game because of the things he's done for Houston.
He is the reason why James Harden is able to take nights off and they still win in the past.
James Harden could really take nights off, and they win.
But James Harden is not feeling well.
If he has a quiet issue or anything like that, he's been a little too quiet.
I know, Um, then you know Russell can take over and do its thing because Russell's used to not.
Yeah, he he was an Okay, see? And he didn't have their really number two guy on his team.
He has more shooters, I think, in Houston. And he didn't.
Okay, See? So I think that's a real reason why they got rid of Clint Capela in the neighbors and playing because they have Tyson General on their bench.
He doesn't play much, either.
I'm not sure if they'll keep Tyson Chandler.
I think he'll play in the playoffs.
Um, when he comes down to it, he'll play in the playoffs.
Some, like despairingly.
They need to put a beat on the floor of ST James.
Harden gets in foul trouble, or P J.
Tucker gets in foul trouble.
Those are usually two guys that guard the guard Biggs Or if, um, when their guards the matchup depend on the matchups that on the floor for different nd A teams.
I think that they will put him on the floor every now and then, just in situations in a situation of basketball brother than that.
I don't think Tyson Chandler's don't play much.
So you get the Mari Curl, you get Jeff Green, continue to stretch out the floor and let Harden and rust Goto work.
You surround him with some shooters and also some guys that can play some defense and also that have some playoff experience as well.
So I like those two pickups for them.
That helps me better understand the Clint Capela situation.
We've been Maura, why they got rid of him and why they chose Thio, get rid off their BX pretty much and not start anybody over 66 I believe that's what the NBA's stats it.
So that makes more sense to me now what? Where I think the Rockets will finish.
I actually think that they will finish in the top four in West if they finish rift in the West.
It wouldn't surprise me, but I think they will eventually overtake Utah for that four seed in the West.
And I think they will be a top board seem in the West.
I think those top four teams will be solid.
That could be Houston, Denver Clippers or Lakers.
I think those would be the top four teams in the West epic Mia thank you for joining the broadcast.
I appreciate it.
That's just my thought, because I think that Houston is finally figuring out who they are and my D'Antoni's gonna open up.
That offense will be more with the floor more open when you add Joe Greene.
I'm Excuse me, Jeff Green and Damari curl.
You open up the floor, Maur, and also you get two guys long.
Guys play some defense.
Roco plays very good defense.
He's best around a little bit.
I don't understand why, because he's a very valuable piece in the playoffs.
Yes, playoff experience.
And I like Robert Covington.
He's done a lot for them, a CZ well, and Tamari Curl and Jeff Green were at so that balance that they need, um, you lose click appellant today and Joe Green.
Ah, 20 21st round pick.
What's your 20 between? First part pick is going to the Nuggets.
It's probably not gonna be that high because the rock is gonna finish in the top four.
Do I think that they will.
We reach 53 wins? That means they would have to win 19 games and it would have to go 99 11 does very possible for them to do, because right now they're 34 20.
So figured three and 29? Um, no, they would have to go.
Let me do my maths work. Week 29.
Now they would have to go.
Sorry, 19 Tonight comes our one night think, though they want their only have to have nine more losses would just put he liked it now.
More losses they got 28 games are more losses.
So 99 they have to go 99 on the lesson.
1911 99 equals 2028 to finish out of the regular season.
And I honestly think that could do it. They're brutal.
Stretch is coming up.
They have those games at Boston.
I mean, at Boston at Lakers, a filly at Utah.
Oh, at Milwaukee Toronto own clippers at home.
So I said they went six of those seven of those gates.
1234567 Hey, they went five or six of those.
I think they'll be okay because there's a game total, I think, are they took other toughest or seven games total to see 123 4567 at Indy A.
I think they have about eight games, so I think will be very, very tough so they could go five and three in those games.
It's got it all over the place.
They could go five and three of those games.
I think that a boat very well for them.
Um, they're 15 and 12 in road games, which isn't bad and have more wins than losses on the road in 1988 at home, 21 in 16 at the conference.
So I mean, it just really depends on how they want to come out and play if they want to take a game off that can't afford to lose too many games because, okay, sees a game and 1/2 behind to Utah, has him up by two.
So I don't know what the season Siri's is, what Utah.
But I know the season, so he's okay, see, is we won that to the one.
I think we only lost to the Rockets once we beat the luck Rockets twice in the month of January at home.
What? Russell's homecoming and we went to Houston and beat them as well.
So we have them to go to the wine.
I'm not sure what their record is with Utah, Um, but they're two games behind Utah.
So when I look at Utah schedule, I'll kinda see whether record is with Houston as well.
So I think they will finish in the top four in the West.
That's my prediction now.
Probably either play Utah.
Okay, See in their first game, I'm thinking, depend on Utah schedule.
I'll preview that tomorrow.
Like I said, I'm gonna crank out probably two videos a day.
My schedule is pretty much, much more open.
So I'm trying to to videos today for you guys.
Like I said, I would do this well today and then do a bonus video on the oh you Bela Gang because I want to win.
So you and graduate from Oh, you and I watched their full game and I was going to do a play by play on it.
But I was in the middle of helping my mom cook dinner, so I wasn't able to do a play by play on it, but I was able to watch 95% of the game when he missed a couple minutes and second half because I was in the shower, but I did.
I was able to watch the game, and I was very impressed with what they did against Baylor until the second half.
But I'll get into that later on today.
Thank you guys so much for watching me.
I really appreciate it. Appreciate the new followers.
I appreciate the tip sent and everything like that.
