Good morning, everybody.
And welcome to a shortened edition of F p C. Radio live.
Yes, that's right.
We've got up a little bit late of a start.
I blame technology, some Internet issues down here in sunny, warm Florida.
So, um, needless to say, we are ready to go and rock and roll for the rest of our our block here on full press radio.
And of course, SportsCastr, We have a fun show lined up today.
Ah, we have Brian the Snowman Snow, host of the full press N B A podcast.
And of course, no man in the morning will be joining us in about 15 minutes to talk some N b A.
Because there's a lot of action going on then.
So, without further due, though, I would like to bring in my co host.
He is still six foot seven.
He has not grown in the last 24 hours.
He is still towering over everyone, just not quite towering over everything just yet. He is destroyed.
He is the kings of the northeast.
Mike, how we doing today? Who? Well, after that introduction, I feel born again, Man.
It's since that's excellent.
You know, being six foot seven after being, you know, pretty diminutive most of your adult life.
It's pretty impressive.
How are big Green friend feels from Connecticut, Our good friend Thomas Murphy.
You know, just a tower among men.
But, you know, in all actuality, buddy, doing well Thursday morning, Gloomy day here in the Northeast.
Uh, I don't know how the weather down there is and sunny Florida.
I'm assuming it's sunny.
You haven't left? Yeah, yeah, I'm kind of a shut in now, you know, Ever saps Ever since the Patriots got eliminated from the playoffs.
I know it's tough.
It's It's difficult, You know, You're still that was up in the Boston area yesterday, and it's, you know, people are still, you know, they're talking about the parade and you know how great it was and things of that nature.
And then you look at the Kansas City parade and while we can fill a whole three hour block on that, we're going to stick to our agenda today.
It's a sort of shortened show.
We got Brian coming in which is always a great time.
So, uh, let's kick it off, my friend.
Yes, and Ah, look, I I'm sure the city of Boston, deep down, was private.
Like, you know what? It's kind of nice to have a break because, you know, having Thio to shut down the city.
Ah, once, sometimes twice a year For how many years in a row? Now, you know, I'm pretty sure that they thes air these air the spoils that come with winning so many championships.
These are the things that, uh, you know, make other fanbases hate the Patriots and everyone involved with the Patriots because they're fortunate that they don't have to plan a 1,000,000 person rallies again, that they're completely shuts down the interest part the city.
But, you know, not that it wasn't torn apart already, but that's again, that's that's for a different show in a different audience.
Who wants toe, you know, relive the moments of the big day again.
The awful construction that consumed my entire childhood.
Growing up in it's still it's still going on.
Okay, It's not a thing of the past.
People seem to think it is all the Big Dig's over it.
It is not you going, Boston.
It is not an easy place to get around folks.
But you know what? We love it.
And, um, just one more word on the parade that I have to get out there.
Ours was better.
Okay, so we'll get ready.
We'll get ready to go, and we'll get ready to kick this off.
Here's the question.
What's gonna end first? The Simpsons were the Big Dig because I feel like, you know, they've been running about, you know, concurrently for, you know, pretty much the entire time.
If you think about it, Yeah, I think The Simpsons has a lot more staying power eso it will live on in terms of it's it's, um it's aura and its appeal and its legacy.
I think we'll live on a lot longer, but the Big Dig is going to transcend time that that thing's still going to be going on.
You know, the the end of the world will come and you'll still see these construction guys in Boston going not way.
Got one more gig.
We got one more thing.
Yeah, I don't see it ending anytime.
They probably will not end Yeah, well, like I said, it'll be. It'll be.
Maybe see it be over, But we'll see.
It's funny, though, because I think about that.
And like, you know, there's a little bits and pieces you remember about your childhood growing up.
And I'm talking about pre teenager years, you know, as a kid, all that stuff, you know, always on the news.
You know this back when people actually watch the news every night.
Um, always on the news, something get went wrong with Big Dig.
This much money got spent on the big take, and I'm just I laugh now because 20 years later, it's still going on, and it's still it's still pretty much a mess and bust.
Well, she's probably listening to this show going, Oh, my God, these guys are terrible.
He's just gonna come on and give us a tongue lashing for it.
But, you know, it's still it's still difficult, But, yeah, Boston Boston was an interesting place to be yesterday.
Not only were people lamenting about the fact that it was, you know, the Patriots parade and what not, but Mookie Betts is on the minds and hearts and the miles right.
Everyone in being town, Absolutely, without any question.
A lot of people were talking about it yesterday.
Absolutely. And, uh, here's the thing, though.
And, look, I, uh, first off, I don't want to get people's hopes up because people see medical issues and they're like, Oh, my God, it's no, look, he's He's gone.
Yeah, yeah, This is not gonna Yeah, that's I mean, pull it off.
Maybe maybe Red Sox management.
Is this incompetent to ah have gone through with this trade? Only two to renege on it if they didn't get the play, Who knows? I mean, maybe there's a chance that happens.
I'm not Put it past him, because again, I have I have no faith in and how this Ah, this management team runs things.
But But don't get your hopes up, folks.
This is this trade has happened.
It will happen if you have to trade players or are swift SWAT players.
It's gonna happen.
It's just, um I find it funny.
And then again, I'm not involved with the day to day operations of a baseball team or, ah, you know, I'm not George could stands.
I don't Will the New York Yankees toe world serious championships Just just from his advice alone.
You know, um, I you know, I just kind of, um a, um an observer who likes to study the game.
So, uh, you know, the thing is, I know that the problem is with this relief pitcher who apparently has, ah, medical issues that you know.
Now the Red Sox are saying they view him more as a ah relief pitcher as opposed to a starter, Which, in my mind, it's like, how do you not know this ahead of time? You know what I mean? Like, how do you not figure this out ahead of time? Because you know what? What? What tells me what this tells me is like, you just kind of haphazardly through this together because now you're like, Oh, well, you know what? You know, maybe this doesn't work, and this kind of speaks to what we said yesterday.
We you know, it seems like the Red Sox force themselves into this corner, and in that sense, I know why they made the trade.
But it's their own **** fault.
And again, this is them.
getting in their in their way because they just don't get enough, in my opinion.
And, you know, I agree.
I think you don't Some some MLB executives yesterday we're trying to I don't know if they wanted it.
You don't know if you want to call it a positive spin or whatever, but they were trying to say like, Oh, the Red Sox are gonna get 40 to $50 million in Cap capital.
40 to $50 million in salary.
Really be that they're gonna be able to utilize on be able Thio.
What? Whatever 11 of the three best players in baseball if they're lucky.
Oh, wait a minute there.
Yeah, Yes, Exactly.
So, you know, there s So I apologize for the cap reference.
The NFL on the brain, Always talking about cap all day yesterday.
So But in any case, I know they're trying to put out the positive spin and saying, Well, you know, they got two good prospects. These air, too.
Yeah, they are the two good prospects.
I mean, we'll see what ends up happening with pictures.
I guess there's a There's a question right now with with that and that's what's holding this up.
But it's funny that you mentioned, you know, wouldn't surprise me.
It wouldn't surprise me either.
I hate to say it, but it's the truth.
I mean, these things have a way of kind of falling apart and, you know, coming apart at the seams.
And, you know, I don't think any either side would be happy if this did.
I think right now, it just it.
It only prolongs the inevitable that I still believe that the trade will indeed go through.
Most of the insiders are sitting there saying not don't.
I think this is going to nix it or negate it.
They'll find a way to get the job done.
But it only speaks to Uh huh I'm hesitant to use the word incompetence, you know, And I know, you know, we we've kind of go ahead, use it, use that word.
It reeks of incompetence.
I mean, the optics of this are not good folks.
I mean, to me, something like this only makes it even worse.
I know there are a lot of fans and even a lot of media out there in Boston right now.
they're saying, Oh, well, you know, if this falls apart, maybe there's a chance that they could work things out with No, no, there's no way they've already tipped their hand.
They've already played their card, and at this point, it's just a matter of working things out so we can get done.
The fact that you're having these problems in a deal that was so heavily publicized on Lee shows one thing.
You didn't do the proper amount of homework, and I don't know.
I don't know what that says about this, uh, this this season, this organization, the direction that they're taking.
I think it's very curious that we're so close to spring training without having a manager in police.
It's just, I don't know.
It really, really looks like.
I mean, the Patriots are getting hammered up here for not having a plan in place for a succession plan for Rob Gronkowski last year.
This is 10 times worse for now.
I hate to tell you that, and I'm not being a patriot.
Song could try and, you know, wait their banner, but this is a lot worse.
This is I mean, you need a manager in place.
I don't care. I know people have set all baseball.
You're barely even need a manager.
That's that bull.
Um, you know, you do need someone at the helm to be able to have some direction in this franchise, and, you know, I don't I don't think they made the wrong move with Cora.
I'm not saying that, but I mean, you have to be able to fill that slot pretty quickly, knowing that this season is coming up.
So, yeah, it's a mess in here in Boston.
I can tell you right now, speaking to some of the people that I spoke with yesterday, the fans are not happy.
They're just they're not happy.
They have kind of come to that in a lot of ways.
I didn't hear a lot of anger yesterday in the fans that I spoke with.
I heard a lot of Yeah, whatever.
Who cares? You know it's done.
I really don't even care anymore.
And that is probably the worst reaction.
If you're an owner of a major league baseball franchise, any professional sports team, the worst thing that you wanna have happen to your sports franchise, the people don't care any longer.
You want them to be loved.
You want them to be hated, Believe it or not, I mean, that hate.
That type of passion drives that, that that makes you relevant.
If people don't care and they start tuning you out, that's the problem.
And I think that's what this ownership has to realize right now.
I don't think Red Sox fans are going to completely turn their back on this team because of the history and the love affair that Boston has had with the Boston Red Sox.
It's ingrained in this town in the city, but at the same time, there are a lot of people that are fed up right now, and I think it's starting to show.
And that's something management has to address.
So they have to address it quickly, where they're really gonna have themselves a problem on their hands.
Yeah, and and look, I'm one of those because it's like you mentioned.
It's like people are starting to put the positive spin.
Oh, they had to trade him.
He didn't want to be here.
Um, you know, regardless, I mean, if he wanted to test free agency, you know, he wanted test free agency.
But, you know, they're certainly you're talking about like, Oh, well, you know, at least you got back to prospects.
And and again, I go back to what I said just a minute ago.
It's like, Well, you didn't get back.
Mookie Betts. So you didn't get back.
You know what I mean? One of the top five players in the game, you know, So that again, at the end of the day, it's like, you can't put a positive spin on it.
And I wish I could give someone credit for this because I thought this this line was great.
But, you know, when you to the health of the arm and, oh, are the body, whatever.
But when you get a return like that, it sounds like you went to the pharmacy.
Not, you know, not the trade with dark Dodgers.
With those That's good.
I I loved I loved that line, and I I I apologize.
I don't want to take out 1/4 that I did.
I wish I came up with.
I didn't If I find out who said it, I will.
I will certainly people know, But it was hilarious.
because, I mean, it was funny in the sense that it was just a great one liner and it was funny because it's it's not that far off from the truth.
And you know, who knows what these guys are gonna be.
And I'm not gonna sit here and say they're bad baseball players, But they're not Mookie Betts.
And, you know, maybe I'm overreacting.
Maybe I'm getting a little emotional, Who knows? We'll see.
But ah, I just like I said, this This this whole situation is just stunk, and it's like, you know, on top of that, it's like, you know, they're still without a manager.
There's really just no direction.
I feel like with this team, and and look, a lot of that is like there's pressure on them to to do similar things to what the Patriots had done, and rightfully so.
I mean, look, the Patriots and and all these teams in this this region have set a standard that you know, isn't something that just gets, like, looked over.
It's like, No, you're expected to compete and all that.
So, um, we'll find out Maur here.
I'm sure in the coming days and and again.
Like I said, odds are they're gonna complete the trade.
Whether it is, you know, maybe paying a little bit less that David Price's contract or adding another player.
Either way, it's still gonna be a crap deal, you know, short of bringing over like Cody Bellinger or something like that.
And again, that's that's not gonna happen, folks.
Um, so, yeah, we'll see.
But we do have an abbreviated, abbreviated show today, So, um, we're gonna have to move on pretty quickly on this.
Like I said, we're gonna have plenty of time to talk about it over the course of the next few weeks or, you know, the entire season.
I'm sure it's gonna be a relevant topic, but, um, we are going to bring on our man Bryan stow here in just a few moments.
But before that, we're going to take a brief, brief break.
So don't go away, folks.
We'll be back in just a couple minutes And welcome back, folks to F p c.
It is our pleasure now to introduce.
He is the host of Snowman in the morning.
And, of course, the full press MBA podcast.
He is our expert on the National Basketball Association.
How we doing today? Doing good, my friend.
Didn't ready for the day.
I've had a whole bunch of coffee because we had to Ah, get a late start on this show today.
So, um, I'm fine.
The amped up kind of kind of juiced up, ready to go.
Um, fortunately for us, there's been a lot of, ah lot of movement here in the n b A in the last 24 hours.
And, ah, you know, this has been, ah, an interesting trade deadline because, um, I think we can both agree that I think the league is a lot more open this year than I feel like it has been in years past on both conferences.
I mean, I think you have your Milwaukee Bucks at the top and all that stuff, but for the most part, I'd say the Eastern Conference especially, is pretty wide open.
Um, I Do you agree with that? And do you think there's ah, team that hasn't made a move yet? That needs to make a move in this situation.
The team that needs to make a move, it spill it out here because you got a problem with Jo Ellan Bead and then Simmons co existing Doyle and be can't stay healthy.
Ben Simmons can't make a jump shot.
So how in the world with everybody? Well, most people that were picking Philadelphia to rule the Eastern Conference and they don't right now when they won't.
How are they supposed to be that top team when they can't? They don't have anybody to make a jump shot in clutch situations.
Well, it looks like Ah, I saw here tonight or last night.
Glen Robinson and Alec barks from Golden State Warriors going to Ah, Philadelphia.
So, um, obviously you, you know Golden State as well as anyone.
So are they going to be able to get that done for the 76 years and real quick? That ruffling on the other end tells me that our friend Mike debate is back on the line.
I have rink turned folks product.
It's time to play the microphone, my friend.
That's it breaks up.
It breaks up the monotony of hearing in, and I wind about way.
Appreciate the wisdom and counsel that only you can bring my front.
And I am student of India as by far, not a next.
But this man is folks and listen to everything he has to say because he is spot on.
And the new MBA podcast is going so well.
So happy for you, buddy.
Great to join your type.
Reshape that, That And, uh I mean and I were talking off the air, and the MBA podcast is going to become a daily podcast beginning this Saturday.
It's gonna be rocking and rolling.
Everything is excellent.
That is great news.
Well, and that And that's great for me, too.
Because, like I said, I got I got to get myself back.
Ah, focused on the MBA.
And what better way to do that than to get my cell phone personal cheat sheet? And that is the full press and being broke ass.
See? There we go.
We're plugging and promoting all in the same, You know, we're rolling here, but so anyway, so I wantto so again real quick.
Ah, you know, we had their trade for the 70 Sixers is that gonna be enough for them? Because I'm sitting here watching that team kind of resemble a lot of what we saw from the Celtics last year.
And we all know how that ended.
And, you know, to me, I kind of feel like that they're on that path.
Um, so is that trade enough? I mean, you know, Golden State, Uh, are they gonna be enough to add that scoring that you think they're lacking? But you know something they did.
They made a trade, But it's not gonna be enough.
Because as you see Brant Brown run that up from that team, it's still gonna depend on Ben Simmons, Angel L and B.
Robinson and Birds are gonna provide some bench power.
But that's about as far as it's gonna go.
One of the six is gonna have but nerve to make one more key move that will put him over the top.
And as far as Golden State goes, yes, it's a down year for them.
But at the same time, they're stockpiling draft picks because there is going to be and people think I'm crazy when I say this and I didn't have a chance to mention it, uh, on on the podcast yet, but you'll hear it on Friday.
There is going to be a rumor that's going to become fat this summer.
And it involves Karl Anthony towns.
Okay, All right.
And look, we've taught we've talked about Golden State and how this is, you know, taking this year off, sort of speak eyes only gonna do them good.
Could you just mention that they're stockpiling draft picks and their already set to get what to all MBA players back.
So, you know, this is this is not something that's the end of the world for Golden State.
And again for people who hate the warriors.
Enjoy this time while you can, because it's going to be very short lived, at least, in my opinion, I mean, this is dance on the grave.
You can They're going to be, ah, rising out of the dirt soon enough.
But on their eyes next year.
And like I said, there's a There's a rumor that's been flying around concerning the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Golden State Warriors and the move that the wolves may with the Rockets in that fortune in trade, it's only a smokescreen Well, there we go on a tune into the full percent Be a podcast to find out.
But I'm glad I'm glad.
And this is a connection that we can make back the Golden State.
But Andre Iguodala heads to Miami.
And what what could be Maybe the perhaps the best move at the trade deadline so far? Because the Heat team that that's really I don't know why they aren't getting the same type of ah, publicity, I guess as Jonesson and the Milwaukee Bucks and all that.
But this is a team that's **** good.
And, uh, you kind of further goes back to that 76 years.
Problem like how? Why did you decide to get ready? Jimmy Butler? Because he seems to, ah, be a perfect fit in Miami and for this Miami team is Jimmy Butler has been a wonderful fit in Miami.
And now you add the veteran presence of one Andre Iguodala.
You know, that could push my That could push Miami over the top and they could be the team back, a wind up pushing either Toronto or Milwaukee.
I don't believe in Milwaukee for this reason, they don't have a point guard.
They don't have someone that can get them into their offense.
I've said for the time that Yonas has been in the league, that he couldn't shoot well, he's entered a jump shot, and that's good.
But what's gonna happen if when Toronto's sends that defense after him and sent a posse after him and they don't have important card, take the ticket? What's his face? I always laugh because he he turns into like a Steph Curry whenever replays.
Thea Ah, Celtics shoot threes.
But Chris Middleton it's like I mean, you know you can't You can't expect him to be Steph Curry. Every Siri's.
I mean, he's gonna get hot.
But you know you can't sustain that.
You're going to need some more complimentary scoring when you're in the seven game series.
But, um, so, yeah, we're doing a great job of, ah Segway ing into the next team I want to talk about because I mentioned the Celtics not too long ago.
Um, the Celtics are a team that's been relatively quiet thus far, and you know, you watch teams like the heat, but the 76 years try to improve.
I'm not saying they necessary necessarily did improve.
Uh, in your opinion, do that Celtics need to make a move, because I think that, you know, they've obviously struggled through some health inconsistencies when they're completely healthy.
They're **** good team.
The only problem is they haven't been completely healthy.
Uh, is there a trade in minders there, player or position in mind? Ah, you think the Celtics should attack in order to kind of keep pace with all these teams in the East? No, they need to stand Pat.
And they just need to get healthy, because when the Celtics are healthy, there aren't.
And Kemba Walker has been a big difference in Boston.
And I said this on my shelf several times over.
Kemba Walker is a better fit and Kyrie Irving Woz and we see the mess that's going on in Brooklyn when Kyrie Irving it's healthy. It's great.
But at the same time, career.
Kyrie Irving has not been healthy physically, and it's not been helping mentally.
The Boston stilted.
They just need to stand pat.
They have all the pieces they need.
They just need to get healthy.
Yeah, look, I agree with you and I'll let Mike chime in I'm sure he has an opinion on the Celtics.
Are you Are you sleeping? Mike, are you Are you? Ah, does enough.
There's no way I am wide awake absorbing the wisdom and counsel of Bryan Snow in the n b.
A knowledge right now going just off the charts and and definitely no, I'm done.
My eyes were both wide open when you mentioned Karl Anthony towns, and I'm gonna keep that on the back burner.
But actually, my question, believe it or not, comes from the West Coast.
And we're gonna talk about the white elephant in the room.
And I know it kind of boils your blood a little bit, but that's what I'm all about.
On a weekday morning, I want I want I want to start the bottom stair.
Um, you mentioned in you mentioned Andre Iguodala and I think that was a great point.
Um, Brian word has it from a lot of MBA insiders that the Lakers were making a tremendous push to acquire Andre Iguodala and try to add some veteran presence onto that team for a stretch run.
The fact that he goes to Miami is definitely a big positive from Miami.
I think it might be a little bit of a knock to the Lakers at this point.
You're looking at this team in the West right now and obviously all eyes around the Lakers for a lot of reasons.
You know, there's there's logistical reasons, and then there's sentimental reasons why people were looking at this team right now.
But we'll stay in the logistical realm for this because I think it's more relevant.
Our conversation this morning when you look at the Los Angeles Lakers and their failure to acquire a guy like Andre Iguodala, do you expect them to really make a move to try to bring in a veteran presence? Or was this their shot? And now they just have to roll the dice and take their chances with what they have left.
Heading into the stretch run For the second straight year, the Lakers needed to make a move to bring in a bet veteran presence and they failed miserably.
They get Anthony Davis and they're expected to sign him to a record extension and I wouldn't be surprised are the way, although my feeling is Anthony Davis will not stick around in Los Angeles.
They had a chance to get a piece of the Warriors.
They already got one piece with DeMarcus cousins, but he's under the here, so he's of no help to them.
They had a chance to get the piece, the veteran peace that they needed to take them over the top and they failed to get if they didn't make enough of a push.
And I think Andre Iguodala, Saul, the culture in Los Angeles And he took one look at LeBron James and Anthony Davis, and I don't want to get into that mess.
I want to get with a team that actually wants to play ball together.
That's $100 used to.
That's why it's time with Golden State is so it's so precious and so treasure.
Very good point, and I really think that it's on a lot of what people are saying and insiders are saying about the Lakers right now.
Obviously there's a sentimental Malays right now that's kind of surrounding this team and look, there is no way that I will ever bad mouth anything that people will say in terms of compassion or in terms of empathy.
The what the organization had to go through a couple of weeks ago.
Bull press MBA parkas will be in your ears every day beginning this Saturday.
I love it. Thank you very much.
And definitely Check it out, folks.
It's on, um, Apple podcast Spotify, All that fun stuff.
Full press N b A podcast.
That was a lot of fun.
So, um yeah, Look, I'm excited.
You know, an NFL seasons over.
We're adjusting to life that football every week.
And it's got allow us to explore other avenues, other options and, uh, give us ample opportunity for random Manson and and, uh, stuff like that, you know, completely irrelevant topics to it doesn't necessarily have to be on sports, but, you know, we're gonna try to keep it sport related, But just don't blame us if we go off the rails a little bit because we're we tend to do that.
So, look, we're gonna be keeping our eye on the mochi.
We're gonna be keeping our eye on that end.
I do agree with him that I don't think the Celtics should make a move At this point, I like what they have a song as they stay healthy.
And I you know, I you know, I trust Danny Ainge to to do the right thing.
I don't You know, I know Evan Turner's name has been floated out there, and, you know, if you can make a minor move, so be it.
I just don't see them making any sort of substantial.
Ah, huge trade that involves anyone like a Gordon Hayward, which I think is is silly because I think that's just coming from a from a certain segment of Celtics fans.
And people follow the Celtics that just have have it in for Gordon Hayward and think he's the kind of the scapegoat in all this.
But, you know, they're not gonna trade Gordon Hayward.
They're not gonna trade market smart.
They're not gonna trade any of these guys that, you know to me would really bring back anything worth ah, trade to begin with.
So I like this team if they're healthy.
That's the big question, though.
Can they stay healthy? Can they continue to gel as a team? I think we know that answer.
Like I said, it just they have to be on the court to do it, and even so, absolutely.
Even when they're not under court altogether, they still win games.
So again, I don't think this team needs to do anything I don't need.
I don't think they need to overreact while every other team around them is is trying to do something, because again, I don't think the 76 years or better, I think the heat are better for sure.
But you know, we'll see.
But ah, like it's Thursday, which means we only have one more show left this week.
One more show. That's that's true.
That is absolutely true.
It is amazing how quickly the week flies by, You know, first week without football and no, I will go home over the weekend.
First week without NFL football.
Don't forget that.
I think every time we say except well, we have to do it like that.
That's a new rule exactly.
I don't know, but I think everybody should, I think, to be totally honest with you.
I think if we're mentioning, you know, like insiders should be doing that and, you know, you get the Vince wide eyed you know, acts act.
You know, I think that you could be reading in, Ah, obituary.
And if it has XFL innate, I don't care what tone you're you're given.
You do it that way.
I don't care. That's that's it. And it fell.
You just got to get that growl and it really, you know, the exits for extreme.
Yes, I have extreme extreme snow.
In all actuality, I really I'm curious to find out how that's gonna go.
This, uh, this time around, I think Vince McMahon and the brass that put this together took it a lot more seriously this time than they did the last time.
I think they're treating it like a football week.
This is not a football in a W W E mode.
I think they're gonna keep it separate this time.
I think it's got a shot.
I really hope it does, Especially after the failure of the A.
You want to see something like this come to fruition and actually be able to be a good alternative and king football going into April? I'm gonna love that.
And look, I mean, last year, people there, you know, this is what it was there were people going into league.
They didn't want spring football and they were gonna have the same opinion, no matter what.
The product was actually really good.
Ah, and certainly a very entertaining product of the problem with the A f was they had horrible money management.
I mean, when yeah, when they had to outsource and go to 1/3 party to keep the, ah, keep the league afloat.
That's when you know you have issues.
And to me, that's the biggest thing in all.
This is, you know, we know who's financing this third guy.
The guy got has some money.
He lost a lot of money the other day when the W.
W he's stock plummeted or dropped quite a bit.
But that's still that's that's nothing for him.
And at the end of the day, it's, you know, the guy Vince is gonna fund it properly.
That's not gonna be an issue.
It's just a matter of what, But you never know.
That's right. Yeah, right.
Um, I'm not gonna say it has no chance in hell.
It certainly does Have a chance.
I think my opinion.
And, you know, look, we'll talk about this a little bit more tomorrow because kick off is Saturday.
Well, kind of don't jump into some of hallucinating ones or at least intriguing wants to make this leak feel a little bit different.
