What's going on, Everybody.
Anthony here from unwrap sports Thanks to whoever tunes into this life.
Stranger watches a replay of that up.
Everyone had a great Super Bowl Sunday, so people make some money.
Hope the team you wanted to win.
Congratulations to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Congratulations, Andy Reid.
Very well deserved.
Finally get picking up his first Super Bowl after 21 years ahead. Coach.
I think that's the longest ever.
And crazy to think that football season is now over.
In a sense, obviously, I know that we have XFL Starting next week, we'll see how that goes.
Obviously, we knew how that a f God speaking of that yet trust where the legend shirt rest in peace of the Atlanta Legends and the Alliance for American Football.
But we do have the television on this week, so I guess it's not technically over.
Also, about the Big Three coming up to your soon we're in the midst of MBA season.
You could check out all of that on under at sports, trying to cover all of it.
We're pretty much covering all of it.
A lot of great content creators across the network check us out on Twitter and Instagram and unwraps Sports Network can check us out at the N b A and wrap a NFL unwrapped page.
Combat on rat bets unwrapped all the departments consistently putting out content news, discussions, opinions Thio.
Make sure that we're putting out enough content to go around, make sure we're covering everything.
And yeah, we're gonna be trying to cover the NFL, obviously covering the big three here on the fourth Man podcast, which is a part of the Unwrap Sports Network and you should be a fun time.
But today we're only talking a little bit about the n betrays going on the trade rumors, I should say, going on the trade deadline.
What's the best way to that's What's the best way to describe the trade deadline This year has been very dormant.
Not a good word to use dormant, I would say so far this season.
Not a lot of excitement.
Couple flashy names out there, here and there, but nothing toe.
Give us off our give us off our seats.
So, uh, today a couple a couple names out there that that, you know, gave us a little beat of life Thio All those that are very interested in the trade deadline and and guy switching teams here and there.
It seems like we have that consistently.
For those of you who don't know, I don't need to be reminded.
The trade deadline is on that six.
So that will be worth the Thursday of this week.
So certainly talk to be ramping up, but we definitely heard some discussions today.
We heard compelling could be on the move.
A guy that's been in trade rumors, it seems like for the past year or so uh, and again now we've heard about De Lo on the T Wolves.
Really want a pair of him and cat? We also heard that Nick's want De Lo also heard Golden State wants to see what the load stuff can be.
One step for turns, a lot of Dina de Lo rumors like the hero.
You know, I think for the most part we're going in here.
And Derrick Rose, a couple of names emerging there were obviously her Broca's and come up plenty of times.
Robert Covington, apparently the key, won't want two first rounders for two.
That's two first rounders for a three D player uh, didn't even acquired.
I mean cause they acquired him.
And sorry Ridge wasn't picked for Jimmy Butler, but I want to first round picks form.
And so yeah, well, those were probably like the three days right now.
Let's start with Clint Capela.
Obviously, I watched the Rockets probably want any other team in the league because of the James Harden factor.
And Clint Capela has been a guy who, when he's on, he's been really good.
But he's been injured a lot of the season, really dealing with that healing degree in and out of the lineup.
It seems like and, you know, I don't know how much Clint Capela, you know, his success is attributed from how did the Rockets are or just a system, he said.
But he's been pretty decent form this year, and I think he he was probably had his best year of his career so far this season.
But get out of the last few games.
Ah, I've been in and out of the line like I said, especially in January, and I think one, the Rockets are saying that it obviously faces a form or I think we've seen a lot more success from Russell Westbrook being able just to drive in the paint, not having someone clot in the painter standing in and, uh, near the Ram at all times but to they been able to see success of.
I appreciate that.
Kiki, Kaka, Kiki now must look, I appreciate the tip.
Thanks for getting the live stream.
And yeah, if you have any questions or one of talking discussions, blood to chat.
But I think, too that we rockets have now seems obsessed.
Going without a big man in the lineup, Uh, they've been able to see some wins.
Uh, and like I said, Russell Westbrook don't really? Well, however, that being said, despite them being ableto win without a guy who's what taller than 68 I would say 69 Um, I still think that a big is gonna be a necessary thing, especially down in the playoffs. Stretch.
Uh, I don't think Tyson Chandler is going to be the only one to be able to get it done.
They do have some good rebounding guards.
Obviously, with Westbrook, Daniel house has been a good one.
Harden a good warm, been laughing more, has resurging uh, I should say revitalizing career on.
He's gonna get a read on and guard as well, but I saw yesterday.
This is like, I guess, recency bias.
But even a Sooners yesterday we remember playing the pelican seem to really get out.
Read up it, my crazy because they have no one big.
I mean, obviously, they don't have a guy who's they're carob boards consistently, and I think that's one thing that Clinton fellow is really good at.
He was gifted with height.
You know, whether you think he's not the most athletic guy, most skilled guy.
He was gifted with height and he conducted get bored and he was gifted with life.
So it's gonna be interesting to see what they want to do.
It was like I think, Whoa, just the one that reported this.
But it looks like they're like rocks are looking to get a wing and another center.
So I think they're trying to pack a gym.
And some sense, whether it be for pigs or for multiple players, I think the pics of just being a eventually flipped into ah, center garden and get I heard the trade of See the Celtics are a team that's emerged as potential potential suitors.
I know the Celtics have been kind of reaching a big discussion past for Capella and obviously warm, um, center since Al Horford has left.
When I think the trade that I saw a man Ophelia for market smart so definitely interesting, definitely ramping up the defense a little bit, I don't know necessarily how well the hardened market smart relationship is.
But it doesn't matter.
He'd be a great, great defender again, another guy who could face the floor definitely shooting better from beyond the arc.
I think a guy, uh, that and Marcus Smart that there's a guy who can get it on buckets.
I wouldn't say he's in that the best that, like, create creating space like creationism.
Shaw, I should say.
But so I couldn't get it done.
Obviously had a lot of that workload are I don't want that responsibility should say in college about how much day and has done a little bit of that.
Boston when that Syrian I think that's one thing that just be really good at this offense or at least be able to do in this offense is kind of like in the same form as the Big Three.
Be able to go one along with guys from the space that floor and would obviously be able to facilitate the ball.
Be able to kick, uh, no one to kick it out.
But ultimately just being ever the one on one with guys who that's important, Miss offense.
And also shoot the three ball pretty well.
So I think that being interesting trade, I don't know if the Celtics would do it.
I personally wouldn't do it.
Uh, but some other interesting trades I think we should throw out here.
So this one on Twitter, Let's see, pull it up here on a screen shot here.
Okay, So this guy, this is from Rob at Rob Case Board Rob Kimble And he said this would be it listens his exact tweet.
Could there be something to the degree of? This is a three way trade.
Houston would receive Robert Covington and Daniel Tuck.
Daniel Di Stay No ties.
Boston one received Clint Capela.
Minnesota would receive and his cancer Romeo Lang for and the Memphis 20 21st round pick.
Uh, and then he got He goes on to say so is that with rockets and jettison jealous Genesis ing can say that we're ties to the Pistons for marquee for Morris Shipping the tax.
Um, let's start with the trade first.
Uh, I wouldn't mind it for using that much.
Roco did. Three of you guys would be perfect in this office.
And then you get a big Daniel types who I think will be sufficient enough coming off the bench.
So I think that could work, I think Boston one.
Maybe doing do that, just having to give Thais on that side and then for the first of the heathens, out of things I should say.
But as far as Minnesota, like, I'm not so sure that Minnesota wants in this cane jer.
I think that the Memphis 20 21st round pick is super interesting.
And so we could Romeo Langford.
But again, like I'm not like super Hi, I'm well, Langford, as done so far, and it's short end a career.
I mean, another point limited game.
But even the D League have been super impressed and wasn't like super impressed with him in Indiana, either, coming out of come out of high school as a five star recruit.
Being this guy who could score from all three levels, I just you know, he hasn't proved that he could shoot the ball well.
And that's something that he's definitely gonna need to be able to do, obviously in this evolving MBA league.
So something I haven't seen, uh, you know, then Rockets getting rid of tired from our Keith Morris like again, like a thing that would work.
I don't think at this point, really matters what big they have.
They interest anyone who's at least tall enough to grab boards and fill the role would fill the boy in that center.
I mean, they were running like P. J.
Tucker, the center of the Run Tato Sefolosha center.
So, like, I don't really think it matters at this point.
As long as it's some kind of big.
I think they're willing to roll amount.
I think anybody can kind of fit the bill.
And to be honest, I think I don't think they would mind, even if he was another space and center, you know, um, but ultimately, I think they're gonna have to have some kind of big coming into the playoffs.
We saw how how they looked last year and, you know, we saw that with compelling.
I think that's another contributing factor here is that they might not necessarily want Clint Capela, uh, again for the long haul.
I guess he put up good numbers.
Yes, he's helped him the wins.
And yes, he's definitely boosters value.
Maybe that's another reason they held out of them for this long.
But I don't think that ness or necessarily wanna hold on Clint Capela.
I just don't know.
I feel like on Boston for Boston, you know? What are they really gonna give up? You know, a three way trade would have to be the be the way they do it.
I don't think they give a market smart straight up for Clint Capela, even if the money works in whatever way.
Um but I think at this point, they're just trying to get some mid tier.
Even though Capello I think it's kind of mid to you, but I think they're just trying to give up some.
They're trying to get some meteor wing in some mid tier center.
Um, I just need a big and then just wantto, obviously, have another, another wing.
Take some of the load off these guys who are wings playing center.
Definitely seen some interesting stuff on Twitter.
I think that's the best route to go.
I'm looking for trade discussions.
See anything else coming out.
One more, See one more? Not even.
Okay, that's okay.
Profits are pursuing first round picks.
Okay, so I didn't see that from Roger says the Atlanta Hawks remain a possible landing spot for Capello to.
Obviously, they're out of the Andre Drummond discussion.
That seems like I think, appellate.
Probably the perfect fit for the Hawks.
But again, one of the hostage trade and what are the Rocket's gonna want? Their problem.
They're definitely wanting win now. Players.
This does, however, say that the Rockets are pursuing for Trump picks to flip into a deal for a wing player.
A good dollar mom.
Several Houston targets something about aspect.
It would make sense, but from from the Hawk standpoint, taking on a center whose still pretty young but is like very average makes a lot more money than he probably should, and you're giving up assets for rebuilding team like I just don't see the Hawks given up, let alone one first round pick.
Definitely not multiple for Trump pick.
So I think Clinton is gonna be a tough sell, But I think there are more.
He's gonna get it done.
I just don't know what rally's gonna go.
I really, honestly, you know, from the outside looking in, you don't know what G.
M's are thinking and what their perspective is or what they're Their opinion is on certain players.
So I mean, people in my life without a little bit better.
Obviously, I think he fits the Rockets world pretty well.
I just don't I think that, you know, we've seen how he does in the playoffs against certain teams, and I think at this point they're just ready to make a change.
I think they have to make a change at this point.
They want to make it any ****her, especially in a year where, uh, you know the league's kind of wide open a little bit more.
I know the Lakers were kind of favorites and the Clippers probably follows to you right after them, but I think for anything they got change it up if they want, Always compete.
This year, I don't think they're going to settle for Western Conference finals again.
This year's pretty much what I'm getting at Clinton.
Golden State would be.
Oh, what's up, Kenny? Hey, my dog, Clinton.
Golden State would be a good trade.
I, uh I'm just trying to think that it's just like, what? What? What is Golden State trade and what is like Houston really want from them? Um, you know just goes in the fact I feel like Golden State at this point has a lot of young players are, you know, outside of like, Curry and Klay Thompson.
And they're definitely not trading deal.
Oh, for him and dealers from nothing to be a good fit for the Rocket.
So not doubting that like Quinn compel it goes day wouldn't be a good trade.
I think they could probably make better use of them, but I just again, I think they were looking for experienced guys and guys like filled a void right away.
It makes sense why they want Roco and Andre with dollar for Dollar.
Said he's ready to sit.
If you guys think you traded so that would kind of suck because and pretty much means if Memphis will be the only one who gets the mail, you get the use of either.
So, um, we'll see if if that thing would all ever gets traded the other, I think Interesting trade rumor that has come up.
Uh, these heated up a little bit in terms of talks has been, uh, deal.
Oh, and I think there's been a few reports have come out on D'Angelo.
Russell, I think the 1st 1 I saw this morning, I'm just I'm not today.
But I think the 1st 1 I saw this morning was Golden State wants to see De Lo and Steph play together when stuff comes back before they make any type of move.
And I've kind of been on that train all along.
I really would like to see how they play together.
Now you got to see how they were, obviously work out first.
Then you'll add Clay and later, probably next year.
But I definitely would like to see these two play.
Don't think we got to see enough of that.
And I'm going Don't stay.
They didn't just, like, acquired the low as like a Oh, at least we got to get something out of the Katie trade.
I mean, I think they generally wanted them.
They signed to a long term deal.
Obviously, they know they can flip him, but he's a young asset, but I think they are generally trying to be invested into D'Angelo Russell and see what kind of impact you can make in this offense.
They just haven't been able to see it, obviously playing around.
A lot of guys are inexperienced and young, and so I would be definitely interested and I would do the same thing if I was a duck's.
However, that being said, it's like the Knicks are trying to acquire Angel Russell.
Um, we know the Timberwolves.
You're trying to acquire Daniel Wrestle.
We don't know how they're gonna do it, but apparently they're still very aggressive on acquiring him and teaming him up with Cat.
It's gotta be Andrew Wiggins has got to be involved in there somewhere because it definite on the money.
Um, but the next is interesting.
I'm trying to think of what where I saw this earlier, but I think I saw that the Knicks tried to trade I think it was a longer tree here.
Frank, Neil Akina, Kevin Knocks and Bobby Portis.
Maybe, and maybe a second round thinking there, hen, I think the Dove said that that wasn't enough, and they would definitely at least need toe.
Either Add or start with Mitchell Robinson and a first, so, But if I'm the next, I don't know if I'm giving up all those players, just like on a lot of players.
But I'm definitely had mental Robinson the first.
If I'm able to get back deal.
Oh, you get a rising young star, you get the point guard you need.
Uh, it just makes sense.
He he could be your franchise cornerstone.
I would do anything possible if I was the next to get D'Angelo.
I just don't think that truthfully, the Knicks have enough.
The stupid part, two is, is that I appreciate that red, white and blue socks for the tip.
Thanks for doing the last train.
Have any discussions or opinions about the NBA trade rumor season definitely dropping in the live chat? I think the stupidest part about this whole thing is that the next to a sign D'Angelo Russell when he was a restricted free engine.
This test all season it with the Nets.
I mean, instead, they go out and sign like Taj Bobby Portis, bunch of other power forward Julius Randle, when they really needed the point guard.
This whole time there, right now, Now was it would legislate.
And make sure we try.
Try trading FBI trade deadline.
And the crazy part is having this four power for Is that the that the Warriors definitely don't want something They got they signed assets that they can trade later for a young star.
I mean, everyone knows how **** mix organization is at this point, but I just think that's crazy how stupid they are.
They really wanted Russell.
You know, obviously they had a lot of high expectation.
They thought they were a gift.
His eye on potentially with the number one paper.
I thought they were gonna get Katie and kind of reason.
They're like, why would you wanna point guard? But you know, at some point, you see, uh, you see the science signing on the dotted line that it's just not gonna happen in that word.
You think Go get deal and I don't understand.
Now, at this point, you put yourself in the composition to not only give up, ask a lot of assets to acquire the ass that you have.
But you're also from 11 standpoint.
You don't have any leverage, you know.
I mean, like, you're giving away any type of leverage you had before.
So Andy Lowe apparently was interested because he was trying to buy a apartment or some had and Manhattan when he was when he was playing the net.
So you have been easy, easier transition for him rather than going across the country.
So that's an interesting one.
The Low Personally is gonna get shocked or I should say shot because he's being shot.
But I personally don't think he's gonna get traded.
I think the dub, they're gonna hold on to him, and I think they want to see this to combo guard.
Uh, are this to to guard combo, I should say, between Russell and Curry, and until that happened, I don't think dealer's gonna trade it.
So I think anybody who's hoping that Russell is being traded think we're just going to wait till the summer for temporal of fans who want have to be traded to the Timberwolves gang will have to wait till the summer.
Also gonna have to make sure that timberwolf funboy this thing off And just ultimately in the trading cat.
That would be crazy.
Ah, but yeah, I think that is about Oh, I really heard today I've been sitting on that feeling all day acquiring I've been a sponge to all the n betrayed rumor.
Come around trying to think I couldn't get any cool, other cool points.
See, just, uh, just the points of how the Celtics would have to send out 10 million if they did acquire Capella in the matching salary.
Oh, so it's just something I threw out there trying to see if I see anything on school.
Oh, here's where.
The room where I saw where such Rocket asked for a market smart for trump.
Pick of. That's for smart. Anna for Trump.
Pick for Clinton, fellow man a while, then that's not Oh, God, yeah, just dog in the comments.
So you don't know if I like this right, either.
I've seen this one a couple of times to dangle ties.
Romeo, Langford and Vincent por Yai.
I'm assuming with picks.
I mean, I get that they got the pics.
They could trade him.
I don't I see someone say this or Cantor instead of ties.
I don't don't want the rocks.
He had cancer his greatest years.
Offensively, he's not facing the floor as well as you want to, but he's not playing defense and definitely don't need any more of that.
So, um, Kendra could stay in Boston or they can trip somewhere else anymore.
Ah, trade discussions.
Oh, here's a Here's a new one, Okay? We talked about Andre.
The dollar said Now potentially.
But here's a good one.
This was reported 25 minutes ago by Hoop Central.
Actually, I should say they got this rumor from Kevin O'Connor.
So we're gonna get in the cars.
Kevin O'Connor's paid from the ringer.
Clay is not worth.
Yeah, they would be crazy and market smart.
Imagine that row.
I mean, like giving a market smart and a first round pick for ugly as compelling like No, sir.
First of all, I feel like smart is better than Clint Capela.
And second of all um you know, when I'm gonna be far is obviously this is all coming from L Cy Perfect.
Obviously not all these dudes can ball way better than I could, but you know, in a sense, from the outside protective to like market smart for Clint Capela.
No, I wouldn't do that straight up.
And then you had bad for a first round pick, too. This while.
But here's a new one from Kevin O'Connor says the Knicks and Hornets have had trade talks involving Julius Randle.
So, uh, random don't know where that's going.
I thought, if any of the four power forwards and mixed on which day would be Julius Randle, that doesn't seem the case.
I feel like they're just shopping everybody.
At this point, the bigger question is who the Hornets want to give up to acquire Randall. Another guy.
They probably could have signed in the on the off season, but I think obviously all their marbles were invested in Kemba Walker at the time.
Who are they want to trade for him? And who were the next one back? Uh, for the from the Hornets.
The first thing that comes up is, are they? I hope they're not going after Terry Rozier.
It's their point guard.
That would be a win for the Hornets.
Now, they already have their point guard of the future, probably into Bonta Graham.
And they get the ship off the guy they definitely signed for too much funny.
And that sign and trade.
Yeah, when? So I you know, it could be the Hornets are engaging next more so And Julia friend on site here.
I could match that easy for you.
Take Terry Rose theories and that's point guard of the future.
We got our point guard.
We don't need Terry.
Scary Terry, uh, win win for all sides.
It's a sight that would be a horrible trade for appreciate Guinea.
Um, I think it would be interesting for for the Knicks if they were ultimately a whole Like after the trade deadline they have acquired on Lee Terry Rozier and they shipped out probably the best player all season.
Julius Randle, Cash.
But it But, uh, that's gonna wrap it up for May.
I appreciate what you tuned into the live stream.
I'm definitely going to continue to keep my eyes out onto the trade rumors that were coming around and get your state years open.
Eyes out, Years open In this day of social media, if I see any more time to trade rumors, definitely, if I have some time, anybody else at some time, it wants to join a lifetime tomorrow.
Definitely induced again.
They pulled the trade calculator tryto run through some trades that could be interesting, whether they be realistic or not, and do it that way.
This is a fun time of the year until Thursday.
See who's gonna be wearing in New Jersey and playing in a different city.
So appreciated one who joined in.
I'll make sure to be back here tomorrow, hopefully with more new from the MBA.
Maybe we'll see a traeger down from now until then told, and make sure you guys check out under half sports and everything that we're having offer content wise, uh, obviously big stuff going on with the guest.
The XFL is something that we're gonna try to cover.
We'll get to find out how good of this on Saturday.
We're in the midst of the NBA's season, so we'll continue to strongly cover that India and wrap pod seems to be really, really getting going Really flowing now, coming out on a consistent basis.
So sure, check that out.
Couple of guys over there, Chuck and, uh, and Mark have done a pretty good job.
Or I should say a really good job.
I'm sliding them a little bit.
They've got a really good job with the podcast over there and get a cool I'm recently with trippy tribute.
Heartwarming on that.
Also, the Big Three's coming soon as well.
Gonna be dropping more pots here soon.
Hopefully give them more opinions from players.
Other than that, I appreciate it.
Wants time with forward to talking to you guys later in the week.
