and as SportsCastr gives a little reboot there, we'll wait.
Just a moment for everyone to come back in on the action here.
Ah, reminding everyone If you watch the replay that it is, we got nets on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

As we move our way towards the conclusion here of the final Ah, a couple of minutes to 40 remaining here we go ahead and ah, wrap this one up, tie a little bow on it.
We'll wait to see if anyone comes in.
If not, we'll go ahead and end this coverage here and move ourselves on Ah, from this debacle.
So the final 2 40 coming up here for the Brooklyn Nets.
Disappointing game overall.
Obviously, as we talked about a lot going on here, uh, not gonna get inside the heads of anyone on the Ross through a 13 point game with 2 30 to go nevertheless, uh, what will be a difficult loss for Brooklyn when all is said and done? 13 point game.
Randall taking on crew.
Ex tries in the lane elevates wild shot won't go.
Robinson gets that rebound, though, and with a forceful slam back through, Reagan is out to a 15 point game now.
Nice child by Robinson on Interior Claxton out there now offensively, along with Moussa T. L. C.
Checks into the game here, so the white flag blame being waved here.
As Moussa flashes through this, you'll see Miss kick over from Theo Pinson to Moussa goes behind the back, kicks outside TLC with another chance.
He will knock it down.
96 toe 108 to 12 point game with 1 49 to go.
This one is all but wrapped up, so we'll start to take a look at some of the numbers now before they get skewed a little bit by garbage time points.
Ultimately, 11 more shots taken so far to this point by the Knicks, 89 to 78.
In terms that shot selection, they hit 54% of their shots, so no defense really to show for it here.
Six of 18 33% from the outside, above the cylinder.
There, Once again, the flush put through 1 10 to 90 six here.
Ah, as we talk about Claxton, try and rise up in there, gets the Falco.
He'll go to line 15 and 21.
So at the end of the day, we're supposed to be an asset for them.
5 of seven than eight of 11 so they fell off a little bit from the free throw line, which is supposed to be a strength event of theirs.
Would excuse me was the strength in this game and then failed to be a strength.
So even though Mitchell Robinson is going to foul out at this one, the 1 22 mark, certainly in a 14 point game not the biggest deal in the world so was a solid performance from him, Certainly over the course of nearly 4/4.
Ah, three pointers for the Nets, 13 of 38 34%.
So again, you take 38 attempts, but you just don't convert enough, and that really spells disaster.
Ah, 14 turnovers to 13.
So dead even their points in the paint.
38 tow, ungodly 62 for the New York Knicks.
So the size, the lack of depth due to injury right now for the Nets playing a huge factor.
Nick's committed a lot more fouls, but it just didn't matter.
11 to 5 in the fast break points for the Nets.
But just again didn't pay too much dividends at the end of the day.
Klaxon at the line shooting two.
Now we go inside that box score and again, you know you need to just bring it down to one player.
But Caris Levert needs to be someone that could be counted on for points here and at the end of the day comes up short in 23 minutes to of 12 dealing with the IOA six performance from beyond the arc.
So, uh, just seven points in those 23 minutes of action, obviously a struggle there.
So as this one plays itself out, you know, did what he led the team with 23 14 from Prince, 11 from Harris, 11 from Temple.
We highlighted 12 from crooks off the bench.
So a lot of good contributors when you come into this game, you would have said, By the way, Alan had an off night as well.
A relatively quiet night and you expect that with the amount of size that next we're bringing the lack of depth and it's half.
So all things being equal, this was the kind of game that ah, you know, you didn't know which way was gonna go.
Let's go ahead and take that big, deep breath and take the step back.
Ah, and let's just come to the reality off.
This was a difficult night for a lot of teams around the MBA for a lot of players around the MBA.
At the top of the hour, we learned that Kyrie from it after warm ups.
I don't know if he was going to play or not anyway, in this game.
But ultimately he left the floor, went back to the locker room and did not play in this matchup.
Um, so, you know, listen, the Nets lose 1 10 to 97.
Let's leave it at that.
I don't want to distract from this.
I don't want to overstate anything, I said at the top of the broadcast, and he's going to do a couple of streams here to get this one all the way across.
But ultimately it is about a big loss for the MBA family.
An enormous loss for the Bryant family as well.
So same way that we started this this broadcast.
We will close it out.
Doesn't really matter what happened on the court today.
We go ahead and keep our mindset with what we saw.
Uh, you know, outpouring of support and love for the Bryant family in the tragic loss of not only Kobe Bryant, but also his young daughter, who was, as people were saying, you know, that the legacy carrying on for Kobe through his daughter, she unfortunately in the accident as well.
And, ah, we just have our thoughts along with the family, and we'll leave it at that.
So let's do fall here to the New York Knicks.
We will step away and, ah, Doug and I will try to get on and record a podcast.
As I said, I'll try to get his thoughts on Kobe Bryant, his playing career, etcetera.
Ah, but this is the nature of sports it could be good for You can get for players and fans alike to help distract them in a difficult time like this, and no matter which way you slice it, it's going to be, Ah, hard period now for a number of family members, number of friends and certainly people that knew Kobe Bryant in and around the N. B. A.
We thank you for joining us here on the broadcast as the Nets lose to the mix.
We will come back in later this week when the Nets will once again meet the Detroit Pistons.
I thank you very much for joining us.
I hope that I represented, Ah, level off respect for the cir***stance that we found ourselves in.
And hopefully, if you were a fan of Kobe Bryant or friends of the family that this is a way to be distracted, whether it's through here or watching the game or being around people that knew him well and sharing in some of those great memories of watching him on the court and hopefully also personal stories that not everyone is pretty too right.
That'll do it for us.
Here on the we got Nets podcast live on SportsCastr, Many Thanks for joining us.
We will catch up with you soon
