ships Sunday, and we're also gonna do a Browns mock draft via the draft network, so that should be fun.
I'm gonna kind of go through everything.
Um, faras the pics go who I'm looking for in each pick in each round.
Um, And who I think really the brown should be targeting.
And why? I believe that pick is the best at each round for it.
For who I'm picking.
So first things first.
We're gonna do that.
I know you guys want to dive right in the games and do all that, but I also want to talk browns, and I want to talk. Mac drafts.
I know right now, the Browns were not a part of any of this.
It kind of sucks, but I think that, uh, right now us building a future in this building, players and a new regime will help get us to that spot.
So we're gonna do all seven rounds and I'm gonna tell you the way it's gonna work.
And I'm gonna tell you the player that's the the two players that kid picked before the Browns and then the top three players available.
So the browns, now at 10 Jerry, Judy, wide receiver, and Andrew Thomas offensive tackle.
Got drafted eight and nine before the Browns.
So at 10 11 and 12 we have Tristan worse from Iowa, CD lamb from Oklahoma and Justin Herbert from Oregon.
Um, right here I think that Tristan worse is no doubt the guy that you're gonna wanna pick.
Um, so that's why we're gonna go with you.
Need an offense to tackle for the Browns Thistle offensive line.
Needs to bulk up, and it needs to get a lot better than it is.
Um, and that's really the lowest part of this team is Thea offensive line.
So here we are in the second round.
We already drafted our offensive lineman, the top three players available or J K.
Dobbins running back out of Ohio State.
Terrell Lewis edge out of Alabama, and Jalen hurts quarterback out of Oklahoma.
Um, really, at this point in the draft, we don't need any of those players.
Um, you can argue that the Browns need an edge player and edge rusher, but, um, but I really don't think that there's a need right now.
Um, so I believe that we're gonna have to go offensive tackle again and we're gonna go Lucas Niang out of TCU to offense tackles to start off is, uh, again.
That's your biggest need right now with safety because coming in a close second.
So with the Browns drafting too often in this mock draft, the Browns drafting to offensive tackles in the 1st 2 rounds is not something that is completely out of the question.
Now the Browns drafting 74.
The Cardinals drafted Tyler being Pia Daz.
I think that's how you pronounce it.
Often sublime in and Camp Eggers running yet, um, the Jaguars selected came makers running back.
So here the top three players available are Kenny Wilkes out of Michigan State, Zach Moss running back for Utah and Rashard Borns defense of lining for L S U.
But even though those top three guys, I think we're gonna go four and we're gonna go fatty ist moss, uh, that he's most of the fourth best player available at this point in time.
The mock draft? Um, no.
The thing with Eddie's Mosses Ah, lot of people don't know where he's gonna end up me personally, I think by by the time draft day comes fabulous.
Moss is going to be the top tight end.
He's going to be looked at, is the best Titan in the draft, and he's gonna go, if not late.
First he's going to go mid second.
I think the hideous Moss is a great tight end.
He's a great blocking tight end and he's a great receiving tight end.
He really showed up in the Clemson game.
He showed up in in the biggest moment and he did what he had to do to improve his draft stock and to prove that he is a great tight end.
So next we're still looking for a safety.
We're still looking for a linebacker.
Those of the two positions, the three positions that I believe the Browns need the most are linebacker safety and offensive tackle.
I mean, really, those are the 33 positions that the Browns need most.
Right now we have Brain and Jones safety out of Texas.
Jabari Zuniga edge out of Florida and Zach Moss running back out of Utah.
So, like I said, the Browns need a safety.
We need to start.
We need to start looking at those DBS and we're gonna go Brandon Jones out of Texas.
Um, the Browns really need a good safety.
And a guy that I'm really high on is cave on Wallace out of Clemson.
I think that he has proven within the past few years that he's a great safety and really could transfer the pro level very, very well.
He's a great tackler.
He's a great He's just a great all around safety.
And he's a guy that I feel like his game controls for to the NFL very, very easily.
And now we're pick 105 We have drafted an offensive tackle.
Another offensive tackle.
This is the fourth round we have Zach Mosque still available.
We have Clyde Edwards, Heller L S U Running back still available.
Gabriel Davis, wide receiver Ready, UCF available.
Those of your top three guys at this point in time, Um, you're still looking for a linebacker, and the highest linebacker is David Woodward at the Utah State.
That's a guy that I think that once it comes back around us and around five, that's when you're gonna go after somebody like that.
I don't think that you're gonna stretch and reach on a guy that far down the board.
So now you're gonna look and maybe an edge rusher.
You haven't Ed, Rush, rusher, fourth ranked fourth manager are not forth in the draft.
But fourth down Milani from that is Alex Highsmith, edge rusher of Charlotte.
So we're gonna take him.
Um, like I said, the Browns don't absolutely need an edge rusher, But we do need somebody that is going to help, um help take reps on that defensive line.
That defensive line is very.
It has a lot of potential with Sheldon Richardson, Larry Ogunjobi, Miles Garrigan, Olivier Vernon.
But we need young legs.
We need fresh legs.
We need to be able to rotate guys in and out all the time.
And I think that that's something that drafting an edge rusher will definitely help out a lot, especially with Miles Gear and Olivier Vernon.
So now we're still looking for a linebacker.
Justin should turn ad linebacker at a Wake Forest were in the sixth round.
It's late and you need a linebacker.
Even though it's a little bit of a reach.
You're still gonna drafting um, linebacker out of the three positions that I listed offensive tackle safety and linebacker.
I think Linebacker is the least of our worries right now.
Um, out of those three.
Anyways, um, Joe Schober is We don't know what's really gonna happen with him, but Max Wilson is a young linebacker.
That is very, very good.
Um, he's a guy that looks like he has a great future in the NFL.
We don't know what we have in Siona.
Talky, talky, talky, talky.
Um, so I think that that's a guy that you're gonna see a lot of this year.
Whether Joe Schober comes back or now, I don't really think the Browns are going to give.
Joe showed a huge contract, but we'll wait and see.
So going on over a draft log right now, we're about to enter the last round.
We drafted Tristan.
Worst attend Lucas Niang, offensive tackle of 41 fatty ist Moss, tight end at 74 Brennon Jones, safety and 90 Alex Highsmith, edge rusher at 105 and Justin Sharon add linebacker.
Ah, it 1 67 So now the Browns don't really need a ride receiver, But the top five guys right now are wide receivers, Quinn says, or while Quinn says.
Sisyphus, Kendrick Rogers, Benjamin, Victor, uh, Charleston, Rambo and Jeff Thomas.
I mean, really, the list just goes on as faras wide receivers go, But I think right now you're gonna go.
I think you go receiver.
Um, I don't think the Browns absolutely need a receiver, but I think the chances of Hollywood Higgins coming back are slim to none.
Um, granted, there's a whole new regime. There's.
I mean, I don't really believe that Hollywood Higgins is going to come back, and that's just my personal opinion.
It's not because I don't like Hollywood.
I love Hollywood.
I think he was a great receiver for us, and I think he was a great receiver with bigger but a TTE the same time.
He has never proven that he is more than subpar, and I think that that's something that the new regime is going to look at.
So I think you need to draft a big receiver.
You need draft somebody a little bit on the taller side, but still has but feels pretty quick with good hands.
And for me, that's a quinces. Sisyphus.
There's an Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
I've I've seen quite a bit of Quintus safest this year.
We played him twice, and he's exactly like I said.
He has a quick toll, good hands.
And that's something that is a guy.
That artist, even core wasn't fantastic this year.
Losing Antonio Callaway a little over halfway through the season was I mean, you saw it coming.
Uh, he was a guy that never really had his head screwed on straight and was never able to really get anything done in the NFL.
Um, he was a guy that you just never knew with him.
You never knew what was gonna happen in her sharp Higgins.
There's always he was on the roster, but he was never getting wraps, and he was just kind of struggling all year.
So now we kind of have to look back and see and say, Hey, it's 1/7 round.
We drafted and filled in a lot of the positions that we needed.
So now let's go up and get somebody that maybe we don't absolutely need.
But it can definitely help this roster because if we lose, we lose her short.
Higgins, who's our third string receiver? I mean, I honestly I couldn't even I could maybe throw some names out there.
I think Adair Hodges is probably probably your best bet there for 3rd 3rd string receiver.
But I'm no, there's there's so many names that could just be thrown up in the air.
But I think if you draft a rookie, the rookie Quinn says, see fists.
If he's there in the seventh round.
Third, the last pick in the draft, there's no doubt in my mind.
You take a receiver there and you just see what he has.
A lot of times with seven throne picks they don't get, they don't get a shot in the NFL.
They don't get to prove that they're They have what it takes to make a team.
Um, right out of draft.
A lot of times they get signed to training training camp rosters or are not training camp rosters.
Um wow, practice squad rosters.
I'm like, so tired.
They gets on the practice squad rosters and the, uh they maybe get a shot down the road or they don't even get signed to any kind of raster, and then they get a shot on different teams.
So I think taking a shot on a guy like Quinn says, See if this is not going to hurt you, especially that late in the seventh round.
So let's go over the mock draft here.
We had Tristen worse offense to tackle out of Iowa at 41 we have Lucas Niang offensive tackle out of couldn't tell you.
Give me one second.
I'm sorry about that.
Um, at 74 we had 30 ist moss tight end out of L s U at.
What was it? 90.
We had Brain and Jones safety out of Texas 105 We had Alex Smith, edge rusher on a Charlotte at 1 67 We had just in Trinidad linebacker out of weak forced.
And at 2 21 Yet Quinn says, See fist wide receiver out of Wisconsin.
Um, again, I think I'd be very satisfied with that with that draft.
Um, granted, it's nothing crazy.
It's not something that I'm saying would totally turn this whole team around, But it is something that would definitely help this team grow and I get better.
Um, you that draft right there, we would be coming out a better team after that draft.
In my opinion, um, you don't know really what's going out with David and Jo coup? So that's why you draft Thaddeus Moss, in my opinion, because then even if in joker stays, then you have that kind of double tandem that the Patriots had a few years ago.
And I know it's kind of crazy the whole Aaron Hernandez situation, But with Air Hernandez and Rob Gronkowski where they were almost using both of those guys as receivers, it felt like, um so I think that that would be that'd be amazing.
But then again, you're from joke who ends up getting traded or whatever happens within joke. Ooh.
Then you still have a tight end, as is your guy that is can learn this year and kind of get better and growth.
Sorry I'm so tired.
I'm like, some tired right now.
I always always do these streams late on Sunday, and I know that, uh, really I should probably do him earlier, but you know what you're gonna do.
So yeah, that's that's what we're gonna talk about as far as the Browns mock draft goes.
Now we want to kind of talk about the games just a little bit.
I know I watched, um, the first game, the NFC championship all the way through just because it kind of got interesting that at the end, I'm not gonna lie to you.
I have 40 Niners Packers game got really boring, really quick.
The 40 Niners started scoring early and often, and they played very, very well.
They're going to secure their way to the Super Bowl, just like they should.
They are the best one of the best teams in the NFL.
In my opinion, there are top two top three team in the NFL, and ah, and they've proven it throughout this whole post season.
Right now it's 37 20 in the game's about to be over.
So congratulations to the San Francisco 49 years, too, Um, for making their way to the next Super Bowl.
And congratulations, the Kansas City Chiefs for making to the Super Bowl.
Um um, me and I've like I said, I really watch that 40 Niners game, so I'm not gonna sit here and act like I watched every second of it, but I think that, um, they really from what I understand, they played very well in the beginning.
Most hurt head and insane first half.
Um, he I believe he had three touchdowns in the first half.
That's absolutely ridiculous.
What was it, 12 13 carries for 100 some yards? That's That's a ridiculous first half.
The 40 Niners run game has been absolutely amazing this year.
Um, it is a Browns fan.
In the beginning of the year when the 40 Niners absolutely demolished the Browns, um, everybody was so worried.
But really, at that point, we didn't know as the NFL fans, we didn't know what the 40 Niners were wrong to be.
Everybody thought they were fake.
Everybody thought that they weren't going to go all the way and look at where we're at now.
So, um, I'm not sticking up for the Browns because they got absolutely embarrassed on live television.
But I'm saying that the 40 Niners there were a very good team this year and ah, and for all the people that were saying they were faking the beginning of the year, that wasn't me.
But all those people that were saying that they were faking the beginning of the year.
Um, obviously that had to eat their words tonight as the 40 Niners punch their way to the Super Bowl.
Um, I know it's tough for the Green Bay Packers.
Always really kind of coming up short.
Um, and that's not big on Aaron Rodgers or the Green Bay Packers, but they're young coaching staff.
Imagine making it to an NFC championship.
And what is it? His first year is their head coach.
So thank you so much.
Flying high for the for the 10 ticket tip.
Um, just shout out toe Matt Leffler for making it to an NFC championship in his first year.
I believe it's his first year coaching.
If I'm wrong, please correct me.
But I mean, he played here.
He coached a great, great, great team.
Ah, great quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
And a lot of that goes to my pet into, uh, that defense was stellar this year.
Um, that then defense was Stella this year.
Oh, we're not here. The stats right here.
Most are powers.
40 Niners to Super Bowl.
San Francisco wins 37 to 20.
Raheem Mostert had 220 rush yards for four touchdowns.
Wow, Jimmy Garoppolo was six for eight for 77 yards.
I'm not saying that is a dig on Jimmy Garoppolo.
I'm saying that is a praise to the 40 Niners rushing to the fact that they that they ran the ball so well that Jimmy Garoppolo had to throw the ball eight times.
Um, moving over to the Chiefs and Titans game, um, is a fan of the underdog.
I diverted for the Chiefs.
In this In this game, I'm not even gonna lie to you.
I know a lot of people will her.
While I didn't root for the Chiefs in this game, I ever heard it for the Titans in this game, um, is a fan of the underdog.
I just wanted to see Derrick Henry and the Titans keep kind of playing that underdog role and steamroll another one of the league's best teams.
But they weren't able to get done clearly in Doc.
Uh, the chief's proved that they there.
They're not only a good up and coming team, they are a team that is here, and the team that is ready to win right now.
I think that this is the Super Bowl that everybody wanted the 40 Niners and the Chiefs, and this is what they're gonna get.
I think it's gonna be a great game.
I think it's gonna be a very high powered offense against a very high powered defense.
And, um, who knows what's gonna happen there? It's gonna be very, very interesting.
I think that I think that, um, that the 40 Niners often even though their rush game is so, so good, I believe that their past game is gonna have to step up.
I'm not a huge believer in the chief's defense, but they were able to get it done against the best running back in the NFL on Derrick Henry today.
I think that even though the 40 Niners had their way with the Green Bay Packers, the Green Bay Packers defense is not as good as the 40 Niners defense.
And I think that man, I think that it's going to be tough is going to be very, very tough for for for the Chiefs to stop, I cannot think straight.
It's gonna be tough for the Chiefs to stop this this powerful run but we just saw them stop a very powerful run game today and, um in the Titans run game.
So that's Ah, that's really how I feel about the Super Bowl.
I think that there's a lot to look forward to in the Pro Bowl and obviously into the Super Bowl.
Um, Super Bowl Sunday is here, and I really I can't wait for football season to start again.
It's Ah, I know it's It's funny because it's not even over yet.
But, um, I can't wait for to see what the Browns do with Kevin's too fancy.
I can't wait to see what the brand's doing the draft.
I can't wait to see what how training camp.
Turns out I can't wait to see all this stuff.
I think it's gonna be very, very fun.
And football season next year is gonna be just as fun as it was this year.
Um, I think the good thing about this season, the funny thing about this season is it felt like it was like it felt different than any other NFL season ever.
Like the 40 Niners were the second worst team in football last year, and now they're they're what were they 13 and three and on their way to a Super Bowl.
The Tennessee Titans.
I think we're nine and seven last year, which isn't great, but he made it to the playoffs, is a 60 this year and made it all the way to the A F C championship.
Teams that felt like they were awful last year were good this year, and teams that were subpar last year were awful this year.
And it's it was just such a weird roller coaster of this season that now it's it's I hope that next year, kind of, Ah, the season for everybody, not just for the Browns, but for everybody.
Just kind of That kind of comes back down to normal, and we get to see a regular NFL season not saying that this one wasn't fun.
But I like I like it when you have a bunch of solid team's.
A bunch of good teams win.
Um, and it felt like there was you didn't know who was gonna win, and it made the season a little weird.
Uh, the 40 Niners, like I said, they were the second worst human football last year.
Now they're now they're going to the Super Bowl? Um, it's just the Rams.
They went to the Super Bowl last year, and they were awful. This year.
The Patriots were a subpart.
They were not a sub part.
They were a little bit above average football team this year, and they made it to the playoffs and they lost in the first round.
The Titans. That's crazy there.
It was a lot of craziness in the NFL this year, and I think that it made for a good season.
It makes for a fun season, but I would love to see next year all the good teams.
All the, uh, all the good teams just come on inside.
Honestly, that's it.
That's how I love my football season.
That's how I love my NFL season.
Seems like the Saints, the Chargers, the Patriots, the chief's teams that you know we're going to win.
I like when they went because then when you get to the playoffs, that's what I like.
My that's what I like my crazy endings.
My crazy flip, my crazy flips like I love one c and, um, seeing a team like the Chiefs get upset like like I was saying today I was rooting for the Titans because I love an underdog story.
I love seeing an upset.
I love seeing teams that are supposed to win, lose and seem that they're supposed to lose win.
That's it's always fun to see, especially with a guy like my Grable.
He's in the running for coach of the year, and in my opinion, he deserves every single bit of it.
Um, taking a team that would like the Titans who were always a sub party, making it all the way to the A F C championship and really kind of sticking in that game up until the bitter end.
Um, it was It was a great game.
Their season was a great season.
And that's another thing I have to say.
For Brown civilians is like when the Browns lost the Titans in Week one of the NFL season and everybody's dogging the Browns, the Titans beat or the Titans went all the way to the F C championship.
I mean, I'm not saying that the Browns should hang their hat on there.
I'm not trying to look for moral victories here, but I am saying that the Browns should have been better this year.
They should have. They shouldn't have lost the Bangles.
They shouldn't have lost this doers.
They shouldn't have lost to a lot of the teams that they lost, too.
And they should have been in a lot more games.
And they were games like the Seahawks game where they were literally in the game the whole game, and they just gave up the end like, How do you lose that game? Games like the Broncos game, where the guy had never even bringing Alan.
He never even started a game in his career, and he comes in and beats the Browns.
It's crazy that the Browns had two guys that never started in NFL game before coming and beat them.
That's something you don't want to hang your hat on.
That's something you can't have your head on.
That something that you can't let bother you for the rest of the season. And they did.
They lost the Bangles, the worst team in the NFL to end the season.
But what I was trying to get to is that we lost the Titans team who was very, very good and made it all the way to the F C championship.
And people wanted a dog to bounce for losing to the Titans.
We lost to a 40 Niners team on national television and people wanted dog bronze for losing to the 40 Niners who were fake the 40 Niners going to the Super Bowl next Sunday.
I'm just I'm just saying, I think that a lot of people hated the Browns because we talked all this junk and I don't think it was Browns fans who were talking junk.
It was bandwagons who were talking junk.
It was the Cleveland media.
It was the It was the ESPN.
It was It was the media that laid all these insane, uh, these insane expectations on the shoulders of the Cleveland Browns.
And, uh, and now that And then once we finish the season 10 and six.
And while six and 10 everybody wanted to jump on her back and say You did this year, you hooked up this team At the beginning of season, I said, 10 6 I said, Maybe 11 and five, maybe, and they didn't even do that.
And I'm not saying that.
I didn't say extent, insane expectations.
I said 10 and 6 11 and five and I said If they get past the first round of the playoffs, I'll be happy and clearly they didn't do that, But I don't think that's insane.
I think that that's something that last year we finished the season.
What was it? Ah, what was it? Eat 71? Yeah, I think that's where it was 87 and warm.
And, uh, I think that when you when you better your team, when you get about Roger C for when? Even though you lost an offense alignment, you get a better wide receiver.
You get a better edge rusher, get you.
Add key pieces that make this team better, should you should see two more wins in the rear here in the ER while in the windshield.
You know, you should be able to see two more wins coming up ahead of you and, uh, and clearly that wasn't the truth.
We ended up losing two more games than we did last year, and it hurt.
So I think that a lot of like I said, a lot of people, a lot of NFL fans in general wanted to talk about the Browns and say that we laid all these expectations on ourselves, and that's why we sucked and like, that's not what it was.
You think really logical Browns fans who have watched teeth this team over and over and over again.
Year in, year out.
You think we really said we were gonna go to the Super Bowl because we had Odo back home? Those that Dozer, in my opinion, those air fans that were Giants fans that came over his Browns fans because they like Odell Beckham Jr or those who are fans.
They were a fan of a different team that wasn't so good.
So they came over to be Browns fans and never seeing me.
And we're going to the Super Bowl.
And then as soon as the Brown sucked in here from a mirror again, so it's like those that I mean any other.
Any other fan out there can convey Ouch for me and saying that, um, I think that this team is again.
They have a bright future, but they need to take a step back and play one game at a time.
Instead of worrying about being super Bowl bound.
What worrying about being playoff bound, even worrying about winning 10 games.
Just worry about winning the next game out of you, and that's really what What? I struggled with his bronze for him this year, and what hot and Browns fans struggled with is it felt like we were always looking 15 games ahead of ourselves.
Then, rather than worrying about the Titans or the Jets or the Broncos or the Steelers or the Bangles and it killed us, it killed us.
Um, I think Kevin Civilians he was a good hire, Um, at the beginning of the higher I hated it.
I wanted Robert Salo where I wanted Josh McDaniels, and those were two names that were in the running till the bitter end.
Um, but at the end of the day, Kevin's Devinsky got the job he's bringing in AA lot of young guys, and I think that that's great because of Kevin Stravinsky works.
If Kevin Stravinsky makes this team better, then you're gonna have a young resume that builds this team up, and that will be with us until until until until the dynasty ends, until that thing where have you dynasty? But I'm saying, like until Until the raster breaks up until Until it's over.
And I think that that's something that excites me.
So All right, I'm gonna hop off your guys.
I hope you guys enjoyed the live stream.
If you don't already follow me on Twitter had brain Wolf. See, Ali.
Thanks again, guys. Piece.
