I preview every game 30 minutes before the game, about a minute late.
Know how your clock works? These two teams just played on December 29th and the Thunder wanna nail biter 97 to 98.
It in Toronto? Actually, um, this waas a really good game.
I think I watched most of the game.
I wrote down some notes here.
Toronto is four and six in the last 10 18 17 18 and seven against the East, and they're five and three in Atlantic during the same division with the Celtics in a 25 and 14 which is the fourth best record in the East or nine a half games back from the books in there to games back of the Miami um, of the third seed in the East, which I think is the Miami Heat.
If I'm not mistaken, um, they're 14 and seven on the road, 11 set 11 and seven on the road.
Excuse me 14 and seven at home, and they just gave up 18 point lead and lost the Senate. Tonio Spurs.
I mentioned that in a previous Brock lack broadcast, they squandered that lead when I played the thunder last.
I'm here. Some numbers for you.
We shot 42.2% from the free of field.
Um, they shot for 3.6.
We shot 30% from the free throw the three point line a shot 37.
They shot 100% from the free throw line.
We have 48 boards. They had 47.
We have 15 assists.
That had 21 turned up was even if 17 points in the paint.
For them, biggest Lee was both.
Both teams had the biggest lead of eight going for gold.
Thank you for joining the broadcast.
I appreciate it.
Um, turn points off return.
It was with 13 apiece.
The starters will be different for both teams.
Tonight started Last game was basically Adam's Paul of, um Ferguson in S G A. For us.
We had noted a shrewder, and we have four players in double figures.
The starters for them was Ibaka and an OBE Lowry than fleeting McCall.
Five players in double figures that Fleet Larry had 20 apiece.
Messier had 32 Chris Paul had 25.
They had no Pascal Seattle.
The first quarter they were plus two.
We were plus two.
Then we were minus two in a second, minus four in the fourth and plus 550.
So my keys for tonight's game is cut down.
Turned up with rebound.
Get all five starters and double figures.
We did that against Minnesota.
I want to see if we can do it again tonight.
So those are my three keys for the game, and we shot pretty good from the free throw line for their game.
So I hope we can shoot that well in this game as well.
Their home and road records are pretty even.
They have three more wins and at home than they do on the road of the Toronto Raptors do.
But they've played more home gangs and they have road games.
So that's why I said that record is pretty even.
They are fighting in the Eastern Conference.
Based on conference is better than a lot of people thought it would be, um, the Milwaukee Bucks, Of course.
The cream of the crop, my aunt, the Miami Heat.
Nobody thought the Miami Heat will be where they are.
I think they in the Memphis Grizzlies up two biggest surprises in both conferences.
Um, you probably could throw the Dallas Mavericks in there, but the Dallas Mavericks are much of surprise when you have a Kristaps Porzingis and look a dockage.
Um, but Memphis.
Nobody thought Memphis would be the A C West, and nobody thought Miami would be a CZ.
Good as they are, everybody thought Toronto be fighting foot on those top four seasons in the East, even after losing quiet Leonard in Denny Green.
Getting Green wants the letters, of course, and quite letter.
I'm going to the Clippers, but everybody thought that they would be fighting for that one of those top four seeds.
And actually, they're doing that right now.
So it's not really a surprise whether you are in the East.
They will head neck and neck with the Bucks for a little bit there in the East, and then they had some injuries happen.
They were on a little winning streak.
Like I said, they lost the last game against the Spurs Spurs a kind of rolling right now.
They came back from 18 and won that game.
So Toronto's own coming.
They're a little angry and ticked off that they lost the game to the Spurs.
The Thunder play very, very, very, very well at home, so it should be a good game.
They won 11 games on the road.
They've only lost seven.
But they did lose the games the thunder by one point.
So the nail biter there was a close game.
Everything was pretty much even across the boards.
They have six more assists than we did.
They shot 7% more from the three point line, and we did points and Pan.
We have four more and we both had the biggest leading eight.
And then we have points off.
Turnovers was 13 apiece, so all those numbers were pretty even across the board for both teams that game there was no SEAQ, Um, and then it was no dinner shooter, so the starters will look different.
I'm guessing for Toronto.
I don't know who's out who's in, which is something.
I've been looking on Twitter to kind of see who's out who's in.
I know for us, nature was questionable in vain.
Orleans Noel is out for them.
I think they're starting to be a boo.
I think they have Fleet still playing and an OBE and probably see Jackal.
I don't think McCall's gonna start tonight.
That's my guest.
With The starters are starters will be the same.
We'll have Adam's Paul for guest.
Um, Adam's Paul Ferg.
Thank you for the foam finger.
I appreciate it going for gold.
I appreciate the foam finger will have Adam's of Chris, Paul Ferg, S, D A.
For our starters, though, there was no Gallo either.
I don't think we didn't have Gallo the last game, either against Toronto.
Let me double check and make sure that I'm right.
Before I tell you guys something that's not true.
I don't think we had Gallo the last game against Toronto.
It just doesn't seem right cause he starts.
If he's playing, he's starting.
So I don't think the Gallo play that game.
Let me look in my statue.
You see, if we had Gallo, there was no Gallinari, so we didn't have gallery or dinner shooter.
It's about 35 points, um, for us, and they didn't have Seattle.
So, um, Rondae, Hollis Jefferson will get more minutes tonight.
Chris Bosh are beget more minutes tonight for Toronto.
Um, yeah, that's pretty much how How, After those are my keys for the game.
Now, how I feel about the game.
Want the thunder to bring a lot of energy tonight? We're playing at home, so I want the energy to be there.
I want them to come out and kind of hit Toronto in the mouth early.
Toronto's a great three point shooting team.
They will have Ah, Pascal seaq.
Um, he kind of struggled in his game.
Ah, against the Spurs.
And expect for him to do better.
Ah, expecting him to come out and be a little aggressive tonight against Steven Adams.
I believe Steven Adams will be.
That will be the match up with Steven Adams tonight.
Will him worry Baca the pain? All who's who started.
But I think Marcus all is still out.
So it will be seaq.
Um, and he Baca in the in Van Fleet.
Oh, thank you, Alex, for joining the broadcast.
He's from the Rep Sports Network and by bike Y e.
Thank you for joining a rock as well.
I'm talking thunders raptors right here, I think, Marcus all still out If I'm guessing Correct Creek So we have N o B.
We'll go in no b faithfully am Lowery be the starters and we probably have started baka and passed out in the backwards.
I mean, in the front court.
So I think it'll be Steven Adams matched up with Serge and then probably Gallo with SEAQ.
Um, I'm not sure how Billy Donovan's gonna do that.
Um, this game, all of the all the guards match up pretty well in size and a no.
B um, it Ferguson are kind of the same size.
And then you'll have Chris, Paul and an SD a kind of the same size is Lowry and Invasion Fleet.
So that matchup is It works pretty well for us.
Gals like to play some defense tonight.
He's gonna really have to play defense and really help Steve Adams on the board because pass cow and started pocket really rebound very well for the Raptors.
I suspect Van Fleet to come out and play well.
He had 20 against us last time so that Lowry had 20 apiece as she had 32.
Chris Paul had 25.
Like I said, there was no Gallo, and that was no the shooter.
So those two guys make up 35 points in my opinion, So that's gonna be a big difference.
Gallo has been playing very, very well lately, and, of course, S G A is coming off their game.
When he had 2020 and 10 and Gallows coming off a 30 point performance against Menace on the road.
That game had all five starters in double figures.
So that is a key for me tonight.
Let's see if we can get all five of those starters in double figures tonight.
In order for the Thunder to come out here and get a home win because they have a tough game against Miami, then they have a tough game against Portland.
You can never take these teams lightly.
An MBA of this looking Memphis.
Look what they're doing.
They beat the Rockets at home last night.
John Moran went nuts.
I talked about it in my last broadcast.
I'm a huge fan of John Moran.
The Key's my rookie of the year is a lot of people's rookie of the Year already.
Ah sai on a set to come back.
I believe next Wednesday.
I believe he said to come back so we'll see how he performs.
But the thunder have been playing well of late.
My keys for night again are cut down. Turnover.
Since we had 17 that's rebound the ball.
Let's try to get all five of those starters in double figures.
We really play well when all five of those starters in double figures.
It's fun watching excites.
See how considered to develop.
Player development program in Memphis will be key.
I think him in J.
They have something good there in Memphis there in the West of very tough conference with a lot of veteran guards, because the East, I think, has Maur younger guards in the west of West has a lot of veteran guards, so that would be really fun to watch him grow and develop.
Also, watches shot develop because he has been shooting well the past couple of games and I watched his interview with Dennis Smith.
Um and he I was talking about how people were saying he couldn't shoot in all this other stuff, and then he comes out and he has He hit some threes against the Rockets.
Anything challenge his threes if you watch the highlights and you can challenge and just let him shoot the three.
But when a guy has it going like that, you have to remember he is an NBA player so they can knock down shots in any time.
I think a lot of people just disrespect people because they're not a hot three point percentage, Uh, shooter or not a high percentage shooter and they let him shoot.
Well, he's in the NBA.
He's gonna make those shots if you give him those shots in the way he was rolling last night with, pass the ball and run a transition.
He was hitting shots last night and the Rockets guy went off the floor and I was kind of happy to see that He talks a little trash.
He's really, really fun.
I really like him.
I watched him and Diego at it a couple of times, and I can't wait to wash and go at it from years to come.
I'll be watching more thunder games and sure they'll play Memphis again.
Of course, I'll be watching a lot more thunder games now that I'm covering the thunder.
Now that football season is winding down, I will record the third quarter.
Really, I will record the third quarter, so I'll be on third. I'll be on stream.
I'll be streaming 1/3 quarter for you guys live and give you my keys to have time and see kind of what the Thunder did in order to, uh, make improvements and improve on in the third quarter.
But, yeah, I'm excited to see what they do tonight.
I'm excited to see what they bring tonight, honestly, because they play it and come out very hot against Minnesota.
So I want to see them bring that intensity because a Raptor will be hungry because they did just squander 18 point lead against the Spurs.
I watched the highlights.
I wasn't able to wash the whole game, but I watched the highlights of them coming back.
I think the Mark Rosen had 25 is if you don't know, I'm a huge Antonio Spurs, saying, I don't think I've ever mentioned in the broadcast before because I covered the thunder.
But I grew up watching the Twin Towers and Tim Duncan and David Robinson and Sean Elliott and every Johnson and Bruce Bowen and things like that.
So Bull Running's thank you for joining the broadcast.
I'm talking Thunder and Ceron.
So But, yeah, they gave up their big lead and I know they're taking.
They want to get this roadway and kind of keep pace.
Are those top four teams in the East? I think Indiana right behind him in India, has been playing very well.
Victor Roland Depot is coming back, I believe.
Jenny where 25th he's coming back.
He's coming back or 29th 25th between Knife.
Olin Depot is bet.
So I expect Indiana the kind of climbing.
So about one of those top four seats.
So if you're Toronto, want to get this? Winning is okay.
See tonight issues 2nd 2nd game against the Western Conference team. Off course.
The Spurs aren't playing very well this season, but they have been playing well as of late.
They gotta win against the Bucks and they came back and got a win against Toronto.
There was no excuse for Toronto toe.
Let, um, San Antonio come back, but the martyr rose and kind of have one of those games.
Did you just say OK, is hits night? So the thunder have to come out play with intensity.
Those keys for tonight cut down on turnovers, rebound and get all five starters and double figures are very important.
They do those things tonight, they'll win.
It was the eve even match up last time.
We were missing, too, important key players that were missing Pascal, which is a very important key player, Um, most improved player from last year.
And he was on a hot run this year and before he got hurt, he kind of struggled against the Spurs a little bit.
So he'll come out, he'll come out firing Calorie and eventually will do their thing and nobody would do his thing.
And so thunder need to come out and play with more intensity than they did in the first half against Minnesota because I think Toronto they play well at home and on the road so that the records are pretty even.
They just have more homeless because they played more games at home.
So that's what I expect tonight.
Remember, I'll be streaming the third quarter.
And given my insight on how well Billy Donovan adjust to whatever the Raptors were doing in the first half, and then I'll also be commentating the game a little bit as well.
You guys can watch if you can't watch no MBA TV, you can watch the third quarter with me.
I've tried to get a clearer picture of this time.
I know my camera kind of moves a little bit, but I'll probably just trying to put my camera somewhere and try to read these comments as well.

Oh, what? I could read those comments, but this is the end of my preview.
I'll be streaming the third quarter.
He's gonna be live as well.
He's watching the full game, so he's gonna be laughed on the full game.
If you want to go check him out.
Sports news alert.
He will be live the full game.
He always does a full game.
I don't do the full game yet, but I will get to that point where I'll be doing full games because I'm usually doing other things such as keeping up with social media, um, in things like that.
So I'll get to that point full games here.
I'll give you guys a full game, but I try to keep up with my social media and watch the game at the same time, so I can kind of go back and forth, have two devices working at once, but I appreciate everybody wanna live.
Don't forget the follow me is simply me.
Underscore a V and then follow my guys on Unwrap Sports Network.
Just go to see who I follow, and I have the U S and Tag and their names go get those guys that follow.
They do very good work with other sports as well, but I do cover the thunder because that is my hometown team.
So I got so guys, I appreciate it and I'll see you in the third quarter
