cold is having a reboot.
That feed here, coming in from the first to second half will go ahead and hopefully ah, wait to get everybody back in and involved Foul picked up here by Kyrie Irving going to the basket Gold bear charged with that one.
That being said as we wait to see if everyone finds the stream back here on Sports Caster.
This is now a 19 point lead here, though, for the Utah Jazz.
Bogdanovich knocking one down there from the perimeter dimwit.
He answered back there as Irving will step up and connect with his first free throw here, pulling the Nets back to within.
Ah, very tight 18 15 points on 6 to 10 shooting and five assists for Kyrie Irving.
So another consistent knife from him And we'll see here the 9 19 mark over the third quarter if the Nets have anything in the missing On the second was Kyrie.
So 18 point lead here.
And listen, I'm not gonna tell you that this is a game that, you know, we said coming into it right out of this next difficult stretch of games.
Maybe this one felt like on opportunity possibly to steal one off a Utah's.
Mitchell came, came back from an injury, seeing what that looked like here, Mitchell loses this one out of bounds with some pesky defense plea there by Kyrie Irving.
Ah, but unfortunately and we highlighted it right at the end of the first half, there obviously issues that they had.
A Spencer Dinwiddie rises up in the entrepreneur connects from downtown.
Once again, nets claw themselves back to within 15 year 71 56 8 45 marks.
So, you know, this is a unit.
This is a team again.
You don't feel like if you're missing Garrett Temple or Wilson channels that make that big of a difference to you.
But it really does, because you don't get those defensive stops that you're hoping for.
And you also play a very thin line up here as you talk about how you're gonna flex these rotations and look to get positive minutes from everybody.
Right now, that starting unit has remained out there.
Irving tries to get it over, the prince gets tipped away by Bogdanovich, and then Prince quickly has to come down and fire three there with the shot clock.
winding down that thing locally went 3/4 before it doubled back out.
So it's 73 56 here.
The eight minute mark of the third, starting in its end, angles from three rattles that one home as well.
So the Utah Jazz right now finding their rhythm for the perimeter, is gonna be a time out here.
A 20 point lead, 76 56 in favor of the Utah Jazz.
And we can go ahead and highlight, as we were just talking about right, What did We will be saying that at the end of the first half, then risen that 33 point shooting from 22 to 33 now 11 to 26 42% from beyond the arc.
So they're coming out here in the third quarter and just firing away using that open spacing, using the lack of defensive presence for Brooklyn on the D, on the on their into the floor, there to just rise up and fire.
A lot of early shot clock takes their from Utah, and when they're going down, it's certainly pays dividends.
If they were missing a handful of those, then you're saying no harm, no foul.
But we saw this in the first half is, well, even the first quarter, especially some of those misses from the outside.
We're not because they were wide open, right? The shots were there, they just weren't falling.
We say this for Brooklyn a lot of times, even when they're shooting a bad streak from the outside, you just keep firing because you feel like it's going to pay off these shots is going to start to go.
The ball rotation is there.
Likewise for Utah right now.
They saw in the first half, felt like the consistency was gonna come for them.
And then here in the second half early.
We're seeing them just fire for hire and get those to go here.
On the net side of things, we mentioned how those free throws have certainly been haunting them.
Here they are just too a seven in the early going.
In the third quarter, they were just one of five.
Some Kyrie gets that first taste and can't get it to go and again.
And listen right now, 33% from beyond the arc, not taking a ton of threes.
Didn't you won't want to their over the quick start, but the you gotta find some stocks.
Now, at this point, you're talking about a game where you're sitting here in the third quarter, not even midway through yet, and we've already surrendered 76 points.
You put up 56 in your own.
It's obviously not gonna get the job done.
We take a brief step away here before they come back from the time out.
We'll see if there's any new rotations on the floor for Brooklyn and see if the Nets can try to what was a 14 point lead now 20.
Trying to cut into this a little bit and see if you can endure way back towards a 10 point deficit at the end of this third quarter and give yourself a chance to get a run.
As you look ahead to the fourth bay here, Trey on Prince drives the lane, fix the dish to Jared Allen this time and then goes at the rim himself and able to connect even though Goldberg was there.
So these are some of those adjustments.
Let's not worry about the score right now, but some of the justice you have to make is if Colbert is going to be that presence, and it's certainly been an issue for Jared Island.
Okay, how do you adjust to that? Continue to attack for it and then see if you can catch them off balance by going ahead and keeping the ball and going towards the rim.
Up and under doesn't go there for O'Neal and back the other way.
Become the two man game.
Nice job by Irving and Alan Alan.
Fire that one right back Thio Irving Underneath.
There, this one's going to stay with the Brooklyn Nets, O'Neill and Irving helping the referees make those calls.
It was a nice job there, as Irving and Alan share a bit of a chuckle earning work.
The baseline fired in two.
Alan Cutting and Alan Pendant rate back from underneath the basket, allowed for an outlet few dormitory on prints.
Nothing came from it in the moment there, but at the end of the day with a shot from Prince in the corner doesn't get to look to go Clark's and checking back in, replacing Donovan Mitchell for the Jazz here.
But in spite of that, still a nice to main game We've seen some of those crisper quick passes coming from Jared out.
The evolution of a young player.
A Z continues to develop different facets.
Joe Harris gets on the interior.
Has Clarkson there has gold bear behind him.
Uh, we'll see who they go.
It looks like they're gonna call us against Gilbert.
Has Ingles is doing his best to kind of Jocelyn jockeying him away.
A good job here by Joe Harris.
We've mentioned this before.
Sometimes for him.
When he gets in attacking towards the basket, you talk about body control.
You know the ability to get in on a defender and force the contact a little bit and then forced referees to make a choice about calling a foul on it. Here.
You saw him? He got on the interior.
O'Neill in front of them.
Go bear behind him.
He just kind of worked his body back, right.
Popped his hips out back towards go bear.
So is he tries to come over the top of them.
You can feel that presence behind you.
Go ahead and let that body get into you a little bit and again force a foul call here from the referees.
you go ahead and get to the line.
And Harris, unlike some teammates tonight, knocks down both.
And now the Nets find themselves in a 16.
76 60 game seven minutes ago.
We're still a long ways to go here in the third quarter lock and happen, both positive and negative as a Bogdanovich works down the lane and connects extensively, Back out to 18.
But this can be still an opportunity for the Nets to cut into.
This year is just going to be a matter of clock issue here.
He's a brief stoppage in play, but it's just gonna come down to whether or not you confined consistency on that offensive end and keep things going here.
Can you? On the defense's side of things, just find some type of rhythm to stymie them as hot as the shooting was for Ah, Utah, Starting out this third quarter from the perimeter as they may be, cool off a little bit over the second half of this third quarter, you need to continue to have consistency, continue to find rhythm, continue to find positive looks on the interior, and on the outside well, go ahead and try to take a look at what's going on.
The defense event here is well, as they talk about this clock issue, psych locks are on the clock behind the the home basket, with the way that the Nets are attacking right now is not on.
It looks like they may have figured it out here, so we're gonna do over this third quarter here.
Let's think about what the Nets were doing on the defensive side and just try to try to talk more about what Utah is doing, how they're exposing some of the match ups and how they're working.
Some of these rotations, the shot clock over top of the basket still does remain out, so we'll see as it looks like.
Ah, they're going to try to make some adjustments here and get this back up and running.
I want you guys to curious question to to the room.
If anybody feels like jumping and feel free, are there any other a lot of Utah Jazz fans checking in on this game? I feel like the last time that we did coverage of the Utah game around the Utah Jazz, or maybe there's some Brooklyn Nets fans out there.
And Utah, they get triggered when you see the Utah matchup. Come in.
It's 6 50 in the third quarter.
19 seconds on the shot clock and the referee's continue to look at both baskets.
A lot of this, a lot of that.
Good, huh? Yeah, and so I'll see.
I don't know if they're saying that if one is one is not working properly, would they go ahead and keep both turned off? Uh, how do you identify where players will need to look as they come down? So they're reconnecting the power here now, you know.
So they are gonna do. Yeah.
So they're gonna go ahead and set one up on the floor just out of the corner at the end of the Brooklyn Nets bench.
So that will go ahead and allow players to know as Jared Allen shakes his head.
Ah, healthy at the setup that the Brooklyn that Barclay Center is going through here, running some wires connecting us you a few details here, so they will have a shot clock available to them.
And now it's just going to come down so I wonder.
They do in terms of the overhead, the far end.
And if they worry about even or consistency here, the only guest negative that you can see from this setup that they're doing here on the sideline is that the reflection, that shot clock and game clock? Because it sets so close to the baseline.
There you are catching that reflection right off of there, So I don't know if that would affect any of any of the players.
They're down in the corner.
Opportunities there fromthe wing because that is a mean.
You could read those numbers off the court because it's a high polish.
There looks like a little bit of freebie time out here for both sides before they get back into gain action.
And, ah, we hopefully, we'll get back on their way here momentarily because, well, what do you commentate on when there's something going on here? It's on an outdoor game.
You don't get to doing that.
There's a squirrel or a cat loose on the field.
It's not a lot of description options that you have there, so right now we're going to get ah really tight camera.
Zoom in on that shot clock, which was awkward as well.
18 point Game 78 to 60 here, Brooklyn at home against Utah.
We mentioned it 18 18 and 20.
Coming into this match up, they're gonna have that first game down in Philly tomorrow night.
Then they'll get a little bit arrests before they have the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday.
And now they've taken the game clock away there Now, moving that clock back there now, setting it up further from the court.
I think I made that.
I have it right here.
Let's see the regular game clock is back up and working.
They're all around.
A wonderful job of bringing in and executing on a secondary shot clock and then ultimately getting rid of it and going back to the regular.
Getting into the lane was Jared Allen again.
That's soft touching around the basket, turned around bank shot off the mark.
So, after all of that long delay, Nets can't take on their first possession.
And then how about it? Ingles works in the lane, dishes off to go bare.
Allen, Is there really just an excuse me? Move from gold.
Burton throws that one off the glass and then Kyrie Irving rises up from three quickly down the other end.
So the Nets still keep themselves within your shot Here.
80 to 63 a 17 point games.
We approach the midway point.
There's still a lot of basketball to play here in this third quarter.
The Nets have an opportunity as they try to de up.
Irving is picking up O'Neal on the outside.
He works into the lane, looks to dish, has the switch.
Jared Allen now needs to pick up on the outside.
Try to take advantage of a little pull back to pointer. Won't go.
Go bear almost reach up and grab that one.
But it ends up in the hands of Joe Harris.
Over two carats.
Laverne was out on the floor now, along with Harris, Alan Turing on prints and Kyrie Irving.
Nice job by Caris.
Levert got into the lane, dished off tow.
Alan Oh, Alan! Gun shy.
And then Ah, great job from the corner feed went after Tory on Prince waited and found a cutting Caris.
Levert, straight through the lane, gets to look on the back side.
15 point game 85th 18 65.
Nets now trailing by basically the same margin.
14 at half 15 Here.
Right now, Bogdanovich rises up short on a little bunny hook jumper Irving breaks out quickly, goes behind the back, attacks down the middle, goes into the teeth of defense.
O'Neill gets called on the foul.
He's going to say he got all ball, but there's a bump there first before hand.
Look at the speed and quickness of Kyrie Irving.
He takes this, goes behind the back and basically works his way through in front of Clarkson, past O'Neill.
And along with I believe it was Joe Ingles there and gets himself an opportunity at the line.
So, like we said just like that.
80 to 65 Irving at the line, connecting on the first shot.
6 14 point Game 66 to 80.
DeAndre Jordan's gonna check in.
Alan's gonna come off.
Get some encouragement here from Kenny Atkinson is he knows what he needs.
To try to do here with his young players is develop and build confidence for them.
Kyrie Irving, with a relatively big you gotta make these free throw opportunities.
He's going to connect on the 2nd 80 to 67 a 13 point game as we approach five to play.
Can this unit now with DeAndre, Jordan, Cara, Kyrie, Irving, Tori on Prince Joe Harris and Caris Levert managed to stymie or not as a rolling to the basket there and ending up with a switch once again? Gold bear with higher Caris Levert trying to defend at the rim against in here.
So we're gonna try to keep an eye on that and see what Utah is doing so successfully.
Offensively, we're time and time again.
We're seeing Goldberg a total mismatch over the top.
Like Kyrie, Irving couldn't get it to DeAndre Jordan.
He gets down on the floor there and swipes it over to Tory on Prince.
He can't connect, but swatted back outside by DeAndre Jordan Caris.
Levert now works in between the legs gets inside the lane, can't get it to go.
Kyrie Irving trying to tip at it.
But ultimately it will get into the hands of O'Neill.
Excuse me In Clarkson, he goes over.
Bogdanovich works in the corner now to O'Neill back outside too, about Donna Vision, A reset here using the screen of Goldberg loses Tori on prints on his hip.
DeAndre Jordan trying to deny in the lane there, swatted around Tori on print.
Active does a good job, and now Joe Harris gets that quick feed their outlet pass from Kyrie Irving and Kyrie.
Irving pumped up there with the hard hustle down the baseline from Ah, Down that day.
Sign there from Joe Harris, making sure he was available right of really a job there from Kyrie.
Irving sees that Joe Harris is hustling, has that half a step gets inside, gets that bank up into go.
And just like that, Listen, there's a game when they've been down by as many as 20 they're down by 13 right now, 80 to 69.
You still got four minutes to go here in the third quarter.
And this is probably the big difference when you talk about ah having Kyrie Irving on the floor here for you as opposed to when he was injured and even when Caris Levert was injured, right, When you start to fall into these deficits, if you don't have that quickness, the ability get some fast transition buckets for you if you don't have guys that can take players off the dribble and creates a mismatch is for you.
It's hard to be ableto build back into a game like this.
Certainly we've seen in fourth quarters of games when it hangs in the balance.
5 to 7 point difference is when you can't quite get over the hump because you just don't have the players and the horses to stay active there on the offense event.
It makes it difficult to battle back in these games.
So right now, job not done about halfway there again, If you get this thing down to around 10 or under before you go ahead to that fourth quarter, you feel like it's at least a lot in front of anything could happen in the fourth quarter.
But if you're gonna take away some positives from this game, you would certainly say if you can be within earshot in the fourth quarter.
With those 1st 4 or five minutes, you can battle through it if things fall off the table in the back and so be it.
But you've at least giving yourself the chance to try to have an opportunity there in order to be.
At that point, you still got to get yourself within another five or six points here, down 13.
Right now, a pretty step away before we come back in a live game.
Action back underway.
A miss on the DeAndre.
Jordan was an opportunity to bring this the 13 point game a little bit closer.
We'll double check it.
Is that the line of justice side out Justice side out here is Mitchell checks back in for you.
Talk some changes here for Brooklyn as well.
TLC, Caris, Levert, Joe Harris, rodeos.
Karu is now in the game.
Will bear working it.
Boy, I tell you what.
And carries Libert did a decent job of driving in and then trying to create that body space and sway back away couldn't get the shot to go and then likewise could not get the rebound.
Was DeAndre Jordan on the other end? The heightened signs just proving too much on the interior.
Here a zit looks like Joe Harris is gonna pick up the foul, but once again feels like being caught out of position here as Gobert's constantly finding switches where he ends up with the likes of Joe Harris.
Oratory on prints were Caris Levert defending on the interior right now.
7 of 8 13 rebound performance for Gobert.
Long on the first.
Who? That's got some bite to it.
Second is good from gold. Burton.
As you tried a little bit nostalgic.
Aaron, take some photos for prosperity into the game.
Also now, Spencer.
**** when he works to feed over to roadie on Kourou.
Kes knocking down from the outside.
If you're gonna get into a race, you better bring a coup roots.
I don't know what that means.
Hits the three pointer from the outside and the Nets find themselves down just 11 83 72 2 55 to go here in the third.
Step back from Mitchell kicks it over down into the lane.
Coming up a little bit short.
There on the finger rule, was gold.
There a nice job here by the nets cutting into this lead as we had mentioned Caris.
Levert, now working in the lane trying to use the DeAndre Jordan screen he has a switch against Colbert, will pull them all the way outside of the three point arc, crosses over and fires unable to connect out.
Gotta take that shot.
You have the mismatch opportunity.
And it was Excuse me.
Fed the ball there to go bear on that previous possession Clark's and swipes it swept away by Caris Levert.
And yet they're going Thio ends up in the hands of Gobert.
He goes up and now they're gonna call the foul against DeAndre Jordan.
And he doesn't appreciate that, won it all.
It puts the ball on, just walks away.
We'll take a look, But you know what? And honestly, I don't know if it really is.
Ah, foul worthy call there.
It's a bang bang play.
Both guys going up look like he got in his way.
But I don't really see a ton of body contact and definitely caught him on the arm there.
But Goldberg goes back to the line, shooting two of the 2 23 mark here in the third.
Goldar, along again on the first, is so far working out a little bit.
Here is Kenny Atkinson has the gentleman's grin as he comes back in from probably getting an earful to one of the referees over that last exchange now.
I talked it over with Jacques Long on the bench.
Even if Goldberg connects here, you have to consider it a win.
Nets have now had him go to for four on these last couple of plays.
He does connect 84 72 12 point game.
The Nets have cut into the lead here from halftime through this third quarter.
Caris Levert on the ball, works it over to DeAndre.
Jordan Waits finds the cutting Spencer Dinwiddie once again.
DeAndre Jordan just a bit off the mark there, and it's a nice move from Spencer.
**** what he makes himself available and if you're DeAndre Jordan not gonna blame him.
But you just gotta have those Cris passes and those opportunities cause he's wide open for uneasy bucket that would cut the game to 10.
And instead, it's one more turn over on the ledger and now back.
The other way comes Utah, and this will be 12 point game right now.
You see how this plays out? New TA backing down the vert works in the lane, rises up.
Jumper goes so effectively, a four point swing right there could have been 10.
Now it's 14 dimwit into the lane kicks outside TLC well off from three DeAndre.
Jordan has it literally in his hands and somehow fumbles it around. Loses it.
Well, it goes over and Clarkson breaks out.
He's got Caruso's Double zero on double zero, the worst James Bond villain set up right there as down the lane.
Switching on him rises up too strong off back rim.
Tipped by Bradley over to Nang, he gets that extra fee to go.
And just like that, it's Bradley and Nag now into the game.
Goldberg getting a break but size and size, making it difficult for the Nets to battle against that.
It's now extended back out to a 16 point lead.
88 72 is the color of all 109 to play.
Brooklyn got themselves back within 12 again. That bad past.
There from DeAndre, Jordan. Hurt them. Certainly.
Ah, using DeAndre Jordan screen is Spencer Day money he fights inside, doesn't get a foul call back.
The other way, goes moody.
He drops it often.
Mitchell, who blows the fabulous looking jam a little bit too much thrill and ends up with the spill going rate through a Spencer Dinwiddie on the feed from Caris.
14 points, 40 seconds.
Coming up here in the third quarter.
Nets, having gained any ground, haven't lost anything so far.
If you get one stop here that can certainly give themselves an opportunity to have that last look off the half and cut it to 12 or possibly 11.
Miss there on the jumper.
Pretty big sequence coming up here.
Up and over. Can't connect.
Broken up by Bradley One of those ugly opportunities that the defense diagnosis perfectly.
This is going to be the last shot Opportunity Shot clock turned off.
Mitchell on the ball.
TLC Pick me up out of the perimeter.
Clarkson goes into him on the screen switch against Cruz.
Can't get it to go T l C now rises up the floor.
Fires it well short.
I mean, listen, you want to call it a net wash? I guess you can.
The Nets could have had it down to 10 there on a sloppy one.
And how about the showmanship effort by And this isn't a knock is a fantastic player, but the showmanship effort from Donovan Mitchell and just the embarrassment all of getting denied by the rim.
So he takes a seat there on the baseline of Cheryl gets, um, gentlemen, ribbing from his teammates.
The Nets wrap up the quarter right where they left off at the half down 14.
It could be better.
It could have been certainly a lot worse.
We'll see how things play out.
This is a game where the Nets were getting three and 1/2 over underwear.
Said it about 22 a half.
I'm not mistaken.
I know what we're sitting out here right now.
We're talking about 1 58 1 62 another couple of 30 point quarters.
In order to get you where you need to go, I want to see that will be interesting to see if these teams can get there at the end of three.
We go ahead and just do a little bit of a highlight here, for you're talking about the overall numbers 34 71 48% from the field for the Utah Jazz.
They've given 11 of 28 now, almost now 39% So they slowly climbed themselves closer and closer that 40% threshold from the outside really paid dividends for them over the course of the 1st 3/4 Not have 11 for the line.
Limited attempts on Lee missus coming from Goldberg on those last couple of opportunities in the third.
Likewise, we talk about the turnover numbers.
They are sitting at just six turnovers, and this one's doing great job protecting the ball, allowing the Nets to make the mistakes.
They also have seven steals so far to go along with just two blocks.
You might think Seymour, but a lot of it's just been forcing the adjustment on the interior by the Brooklyn Nets and enforcement.
I have some bad shots and ugly Mrs for Brooklyn.
Listen, 46% from the field, not doing a bad job there.
Six of 19 limited three pointers by Nets standards on Lee, 31%.
We talked about it from the last match up.
Instead of it being a big win, they didn't shoot well from the free throw line.
There are only six of 11 in this one, but that is the even number in terms of shots you want.
Talk about comparatively nine of 11 Miss.
A couple of right, if you If you're right where they everywhere Utah Jazz were right now, you'd be done 11 instead of 14.
And then finally, we talk about those turnover numbers have done a better job at eight in the first half, just three in the third quarter, but still sitting in 11.
So is turnover is certainly gonna be costing you three blocks. Three steals.
So a lot of steals tonight for the Utah Jazz turnovers.
Easy transition buckets, obviously paying off for them.
But really, I mean, listen, you don't want to break it down some of the simplest of things here as I lose track of my pen, but one of the notes to make.
It's certainly that when you think about it, you have the turnover for the three pointer at half, and then you also have the mist mist under the basket and then converted with a jumper in the third.
Jordan able to get that one in there on the feed from Caris, Levert down low so quickly back within 12 years, start of the fourth quarter and the next couple of possessions.
They're gonna be pretty big here for the Nets.
If I could get just one or two stops and get some positives, by the way, we all know, right? This is a unit right now.
This is the second unit of action here outside of Spencer Dinwiddie.
So a big opportunity points in the paint or even at 40 apiece Didn't Woody all over angles.
Right now Clarkson, up over TLC off the mark from Deep troops with the uncontested rebound gets it up to caress liver.
He works over with the DeAndre Jordan screen.
Now find space right turn over the court.
The bad past there.
That sequence there in the third quarter is that one rattles home for angles in the lane, the van sequence where a missed opportunity of the basket by DeAndre Jordan back the other way for a deuce of four point swing there.
And then you combine that as Spencer Dinwiddie, the entrepreneur goes into his bag for the lay up and one opportunity.
Really? It looked there from Spencer.
Dimly, he takes on Clark and Clark's and reaches rate across him, hugs his arm there and then with his off head, still manages to get that one up, and then nice strength and focus.
Their from Spencer Dame would get himself the and wild opportunity and again was about to say that six of 11 fromthe line needs to improve as well.
You never going to pick up these little individual plays when you talk about a game right now where you're sitting here, as did what he connects on that three point opportunity Now seven of 12 fromthe line overall, team 90 to 79 11 point game that turned over in the first quarter is massive.
You give up that three bowl right now, you're talking about being in eight point game.
And instead of that, however, as ah, stepping out of bounds angles, talking that ball wanted a foul call, didn't get it quickly, the Nets in down and then Spencer down.
When you bring up the floor here, 11 point games that come up on 10 20 to play the attacks in the lane goes right at Bradley.
Up off the glass time out here by Utah looks like no, they'll stick with the play.
Nice job by Spencer Demon.
We talked about how last game wasn't required from to do a lot, didn't do a lot here in this one offensively, especially in this second unit.
Are you gonna take over and get a head of steam going downhill? He does exactly that quick inside from Clark's and gets this one back to an 11 point lead.
He now with angles on his hip, works into the lane out into the corner, tries to get the handoff, can't get it to go knocked around, is gonna end up out there with angles as he stretches forward.
Thinks about the three steps over into the corner.
Firing and missing is Clarkson.
From the outside crew secures the rebound.
Gotta settle things down a little bit here, getting slightly erratic there in terms of the offense, You want to make sure you're staying consistent.
But Spencer Jim Woody getting downhill had have seen giving the team opportunity to get back inside this one.
A nice job with the foul on the floor against DeAndre Jordan.
Bradley came out, tried to deny the access passed on the perimeter to DeAndre Jordan for offensive game Woody.
But the foul gets called and we'll see.
I don't know if the Nets have gotten themselves will take a look at Ah Spencer, dammit, He'll check out of the game here now, but a nice little burst there from him.
You start to quarter down 14 for him to be able to sit there and give you a quick couple of buckets.
One nice to kind of Dublin's defensive possessions there as well.
And you find yourself back within 11.
And now Kyrie Irving comes back into the game.
He works into the lane against angles, rises up, tries to pull the string there.
Can't get it to go.
Listen, he's giving gold bear everything you can ask for.
But Goldberg has, ah, three of four inch advantage over top of him, so it goes from the top of the key.
He'll splash that one down and again.
The lead is back to 14 95 81.
Mingles is not a good looking guy, but you got out of the shot right 12 31.
Now from downtown off the baseline, Jumper Bank in there for Kyrie.
So I missed on that 1st 1 getting back into the game.
He connects rate their nets are back within 12 8 45 more, 95 83 things air.
This is a back and forth battle.
At some point, they had to find a way to get these turnovers.
And with Goldberg back in the game makes it very difficult.
Thio try to assess this year, and now they're gonna call a foul out front against TLC, trying to fight over top of the gold bear screen.
Looks like the guy called with the legs there.
And, uh, this will be a side out for Utah.
Kouros checks out.
So small burst there from him.
Joe Harris comes back in again.
This wall becomes tricky.
A little bit more length and size on the defensive end.
Joe Harris, obviously used at three point shooting on the offensive end.
Nice little give and go there with Colbert.
He works in the lane Bank shot over DeAndre, Jordan.
One thing that DeAndre looks like he's doing a little bit better than Jared Allen had been doing in this one is just a least forcing gold.
Barron's a little.
Those jump hooks keeping him four or five feet from the basket.
Alan really allowing interior access and some much easier high percentage flushes for, uh, Gobert fade away in the lane.
Kyrie is gonna connect there.
You want that one man game? You got that one man game.
Chire Earring balking with somebody You don't know if it's, Ah, teammates, referees, everyone in general.
But he's looking to make an impact here in this fourth quarter.
Still a 12 point game, 97 85 shovel from angles trying to create space against Joe Harris.
He works in the lane, The runner will go, and again it's back and forth.
It doesn't seem like the Nets confined one of the stops.
Time out for the Brooklyn Nets Here on the floor, Kenny Atkinson having a conversation with the referee.
In that exchange, there is in and around top of the key.
We mentioned it.
Nice little forearm, push off from angles before he works around that and gets himself into the lane for that shot against Joe Harris And that defense.
So was one of those things.
Listen, there's been a couple of little chippy plays in this game, certainly, but it's just difficult at this point when you find yourself trying to battle back into a game.
Every play matters every possession counts, and you feel like if you can steal it on an offensive charge or maybe on a push off, you can steal a possession here or there.
It's really one of the one of the ways of the Nets are gonna need to look to get back into this one, because right now, his longest gold Bears on the floor the only other option is going to be to get back into this one from the perimeter 99 85.
Right now, back to that 14 point lead.
You know, this is where we talked about earlier, Right? The mid range game from from Kyrie Irving has allowed you to stay within within earshot. Here.
It got ugly there for a while, a 20.
You gotten down as close as 11.
We haven't quite get down inside that, as we mentioned earlier 10 8 point game, where it feels like you're only a couple of possessions out of it.
Unfortunately, the thing that has kept you at least relatively close is that mid range game.
But now, in the fourth quarter, when you still find yourself down 14 you have to make a choice here about taking some of these risks and opportunities, looking to get shots from the outside and see if it's possible to get yourself back in.
Because even though Ingles has been hot from the outside, they're gonna look to go inside to go bear first and foremost.
So if you can get a few possessions back and forth where you're trading threes for twos now you're talking about possibly getting yourself from that 14 down to the 11 and then you try to get you still got it mixed in a couple of stops here.
Maybe a couple of turnovers.
Couple of steals.
We've seen active hands, certainly on the defense event.
Lookin, Kyrie, Irving, Pick a pocket here.
Maybe even Joe Harris. He's been pretty active.
There is, well, otherwise you're looking for one of those lucky bounces.
Lucky breaks that gets you a couple of easy points and hopefully an opportunity, at least, to be within. Like you say.
Get yourself within earshot down those last five minutes where you feel like one or two breaks either way, and you maybe could get yourself up to the line with some foul trouble, certainly as well.
The key matchup tonight was Mitchell and Irving.
24 points to 11 9 14 3 of 13 for Mitchell, four assists to eight for Kyrie Irving than two of five versus two of three from beyond New York.
So Irving has done his job, certainly a couple of dimes away from a double double here, shooting at a high percentage.
But the question again is going to be.
Can you do enough? Can you shoot your way back into this one? You don't know if you're going to get that chance here.
If your Brooklyn, if you don't find a way to deny possession on the on the defensive end, deny some of these easy looks from angles from the perimeter.
And even if you have a foursome on the inside to take a look at a couple of twos, that's okay.
Spencer Dinwiddie, now on the floor.
We've got touring on Prince DeAndre.
Jordan and Joe Harris accompany him and Kyrie Irving Harris on the Curl gets the feed and its lumber.
Joe knocking it from the outside.
As we know, the Brooklyn Nets are known Kenny Atkinson for those nice plays coming out of timeouts, design please, and being effective on them they get into the hands of their sharpshooter and the Nets find themselves back within 11.
Engels works down inside.
We're going to see here.
Spencer dimly did a good job in those passing lanes, got his hands on it, bounced around a little bit.
And they're going to say that it stays with, Ah, with the Utah Jazz, we take a second look here ofan it looks that can tell it was off the back of his leg.
There may be a fingertip, but it's going to stay with estate.
With the Utah Jazz inbounds play swatted away here by Ah Spencer Dinwiddie.
Another opportunity at the inbounds play.
Once again, this now moves it from under the basket, out to the baseline.
That's the sideline.
Rather don't know why that is here, but there's a big opportunity here.
Your dad 11 7 12 1 Stop here and you're on the ball in the offense, looking to get within single digits.
Bogdanovich, with a switch against DeAndre Jordan denied at the rim a nice job there by DeAndre Jordan down to just 1.
8 on the shot clock.
If you're gonna get switches like that, DeAndre, Jordan's gonna need to do exactly that.
Bring out his defense to the perimeter.
Follow that son of a gun all the way in through the lane and deny him a look at the rim.
We've seen them get those drop offs over to go bear.
If it's gonna happen, it's going to happen.
But DeAndre Jordan doesn't nice job.
Sure, he grabs his forearm.
Sure, he didn't actually get the block there and actually just pulled his arm away.
The bottom line is we didn't see it both here.
Kenny Accident is active on the sidelines right now.
Friends, inbounds, play to Goldberg.
He'll shoot the little mid range jumper, and I think the Nets will live with that all day as ah, he is short.
Jordan, with the rebound over the Kyrie, Irving takes on, O'Neal, crosses into the lane, denied by Goldberg, grabs it, **** back, works right back into the lane against O'Neal, rises up and gets the runner to go.
I tell you what.
Little bit of a man on a mission here for Kyrie Irving.
Now with 26 in the game, he's barking out for touring on Prince to switch out to that corner and pick up Bogdanovich into the lane goes DeAndre Jordan.
And then here the problems.
You know, the problem here is on that switch you get caught on the back side of Rudy Gobert.
And at that point, you just have to let it go because you're not going to deny Gobert going towards the basket from the back side.
You're not tall enough.
You don't have that reach there to get to him.
So at this point here, if you're Spencer Dinwiddie, if he gets a little slap on the head, you just gotta let him go.
Acknowledged that you miss the rotation there.
Certainly on He's got into the rim on you because now you're back to that 10 point lead and possibly 11 years to go.
Going back to 2014 2015.
Utah Jazz have gone nine and two against the Nets.
Would he gets inside, gets the nine DeAndre.
Jordan can't gather there either.
And now the 11 point lead could swell here.
Have to play smart.
Mitchell Irving guarding working across waiting for the gold bear screen.
He uses it Fires from the top of the key and connects.
And just like that, right back to that 14 point lead, right? This is what we talk about.
You get some of those nice defensive sequences here and there.
When you're not getting that, getting it going on the offensive end in tandem, you're just not ableto find a way to break inside.
Irving gets it down to a cutting DeAndre.
Jordan Gilbert will pick up that foul in the lane, and Jordan will go back to the live shooting 25 50 to play 105 94 14 point game can get cut back down to 12.
Free throws are going to play a rule here over the next, you know, just under six minutes of game action if they can continue to find those penetration and drop offs, penetration and kicks.
If your is your Kyrie Irving, keep driving hard to the basket and maybe Spencer Dinwiddie.
You get a couple of those foul calls as well.
Connecting on the first is DeAndre Jordan 105 92 Jordan, now three of five from the field, seven points and 15 rebounds in this one.
We've often talked about it. Now it's Jonah Jordan.
It's Jared Allen as well.
Some of these have become a little bit padded when you talk about just by the sheer volume of the minutes and where you are on the floor, you know, limited number of big men is he misses on the second, so it'll stay a 13 point game.
You know, you're gonna kind of had some of those rebounding numbers.
It's not necessarily the biggest needle move reforming again in the game.
You know, as does Doug Murray would like to say, You know, you wouldn't lose these games in the margins sometimes.
And when you can play air free basketball, you commit a turnover at the end of the first quarter that it leads to a three pointer that looms large.
Right now, it's a 15 point lead, 92 107 Spencer Dim when he gets the long feed from Irving over to Joe Harris knew DeAndre Jordan.
He waits, holds, holds, holds, doesn't do anything with it, throws it away.
Basically, Kyrie Irving stays in the corner, has O'Neill guarding against them, uses the yonder Yordan screen, gets the re get the return feet.
Nice find from Kyrie Irving and is now back to a 13 point game.
Five minutes to go.
What 2 22 and 1/2 market out there? Just looming.
Mitchell cannot connect from the field here.
Read down by prints over to Irving again.
That's gonna get it down to 11 or even 10.
Over to Spencer.
Dimly did what he uses The Irving Mild screen there gets to switch entrepreneur strong and long, but he will get his own rebound and then puts it through the legs of DeAndre Jordan.
Nice job by Spencer Dinwiddie Following up on, Just unable to connect with what would have been an easy look there.
I don't know how you're not gonna call a foul there.
Certainly, thank you very much.
There is Mitchell picking up the foul against Joe Harris on that ridge.
It **** well say sometimes, too.
And this is this is just ah, footnote.
Really? Sometimes those slaps that gold bear has and you gotta figure in defenders hand.
You know, it feels like you could be right there in terms of a bang bang play.
Ah, but again, size in life you know is going to rule the day for you.
Certainly get the benefit of the doubt.
Allen comes back into the game heretofore 19 market.
The fourth quarter, along with Caris Levert will see you assume that Kyrie Irving is still out there on the floor right now.
It is Alan Harris, Spencer Dinwiddie, Kyrie, Irving Caris. Levert.
So this is the all out offensive line.
And this is going to probably be you would think the lineup.
Maybe that finishes the game out. Irving from three.
Splash down in a nice job from Kyrie to knock that one down from the perimeter and get this back to a 10 point game 107 97 as I just make the notes here.
So we highlighted there in the first half? If you recall Jordan crew roots will avert getting witty and Kyrie Irving together on the floor here.
Basically didn't Sorry, DeAndre Jordan out Alan in and then an interest off offensive opportunities and consistency.
Harrison, if you are the Brooklyn Nets, you're basically saying I want as many floor at one time.
You know, in the very least, you we talked about in the first half when they do this.
Yet all three of these guys out there, you know, for stretches in a game, this makes a ton of sense.
If this ended up being a close out line up for them at the end of has at the end of games, potentially kind of, regardless of what's going on.
You know, if you're if you're in a bit of a battle and you feel like you know, this one's a little bit harder, you're trying to come back and won.
But if you're basically neck and neck in a game, I think you would almost kind of say, Okay, here you go.
Maybe you're gonna score offensively, Sure, but we think that with this collection of players, we're gonna be able to do more damage to you on the offense to bend than you can ever do against us.
Now, in a game that hangs in the balance and it's, you know, back and forth.
A 12 possession game certainly makes a lot of sense when you're down like they are right now.
Down 10 here in the fourth quarter makes a ton of sense.
Take the opportunities, give up what you give up on the defense's side and see if you can shoot yourself back into this one.
I don't know where else you gonna be able to execute like this, though.
Overall, you know Alan is not the biggest center in the world to begin with right now you're talking about, I guess, Joe Harris playing at the power forward.
So a lot of things from the size standpoint, it will be interesting to see what Utah looks to do here to counter act.
So you figure if you keep Goldberg out there on the floor of ah, you know, you think Bradley getting in there and that makes a little bit If you have enough size on the interior, you know, offensively, you just wonder that's going to be able to do anything there.
But old three pointers on the floor.
More three point opportunities, no matter what they looked to do.
Utah on the offense event.
As long as you put yourself in a position to where we're gonna trade you twos for three point opportunities, you'll see Now, over the last four minutes of this one, can you battle yourself back, right? If you want to or three possessions back and forth right now and threes for twos and got within seven.
That be enough? And then you can start to think about Do you want to get a couple of defensive presence is out there on the floor.
Remember as well as they highlight through.
You know, the big Quarter was the second, and that's just fell flat.
They're only scoring 19 points.
You know, that's really what it comes down to you right now in this one, uh, gotta remember.
Gotta remember, though.
Missing missing Garrett Temple Missing Wilson Chandler plays a big role.
Mitchell drives and gets this scoop to go up in in back to 12 3 45 to play Joe Harris from the outside.
Alan tried to swat that one out.
I mean, listen, does he talk about write a nice drive by Mitchell.
Good connection Connection in the basket.
Little cross up there.
Harris find himself open.
If he knocks it down, it's a nine point game.
If he doesn't and you go the other way and Mitchell gets it plus the foul against Kyrie.
Sorry against Caris.
Levert, which he does now.
The game balloons back up to 11 and could be as many as 12.
That mask on right, by the way, it's that 14 could be 15 1 11 97 right now, 3 20 to go 20 points for Mitchell in his return.
He's leveled his game out a little bit here now seven of the 18 overall, along with four assists in this one.
So back after that 15 point lead, and this will probably feel like the next couple of possessions were going to tell the tale on this one kick outside the Joe Harris he drives in the lane takes on gold.
Burton gets it to go no faster.
Can you hack it? Nice job began by Joe Harris getting inside, using his body, attacking at the basket.
Not for a not afraid to take on a gold bear there and gets the good look to go.
Ingles gets the switch, drives across O'Neill, thinks about the three now gets inside, tipped away their Irving and get it off of O'Neill.
Turnover in possession.
Game 2 45 Kyrie Irving up the floor uses the Joe Harris screen, takes on Mitchell drives in, almost loses, it kicks out to Joe Harris.
Joe Harris now works the two man game.
Gets it into liver the to buck.
It will go no cold there again on the interior.
Don't think you deserve unnecessarily.
But you gotta 1 12 101 11 point game to 20 to go here in the fourth at the very least again Taking away some positives from this.
The Nets are not going away in this one.
They're forcing the issue.
You're Spencer Dinwiddie back into the game now starting back up top there now taking on Ingalls Ingalls gives the dribble on the baseline.
Joe Harris gets in the passing lane.
Laverne has it takes on Bogdanovich into the body.
Fires it up, Rattled at home No coal again There again.
I don't know if users that are not big auditorium prints Certainly barking at the ref here again, as in, It's time in time.
In the last three possessions have gone inside, taken body contact and gotten looks to go 1 54th quarter 1 12 103 A nine point game.
Mitchell in the lane attacks at the basket gets up and around Jared Allen.
Good presence, but couldn't stop it.
A knack to an 11 point game here.
1 40 to go. 11 points.
1 14 103 Kyrie Irving on the ball.
Gets in the lane, switches over, gets up over above Goldberg.
Gets it to go again.
Nine point lead 1 14 109 Back and forth.
We d'oh at some point here with 1 30 to play.
Then it's gonna have to make that choice about going to the three point ball if you get one of them knocked down Fantastic.
And if you miss it, it's probably the end.
But you're gonna have to take that risk here at some point as the foul call on the outside against Caris.
Levert against Mitchell.
At some point here, if you don't take that risk, you're never gonna close this gap as you are exchanging buckets right now.
Ah, and Utah, certainly more than happy to do so.
I wanna thank everybody who joined in on the broad broadcast this evening.
You come upon the final minutes of play here.
Looks like it's been a fun one.
Thank you for rejoining after we stepped away there at halftime.
This has been certainly an exciting.
Citing second half, exciting third and oh, my goodness.
I mean, Alan just went down hard on the court, there, under the basket.
The three bowl does not connect.
And I mean, I'm a little confused about the exchange.
There absolutely no coal.
Nothing happens there.
Ah, Alan steps out against angles to pick him up.
They go with a little bit of a mini trap.
The feed over the corner.
Bogdanovich fires can't connect Alan and Harris fighting with Colbert.
They get it on the insides of Bogdanovich, who hangs on the rim a little bit too long for my liking.
1 16 toe, 105 and 11 point game, 45 seconds.
I wouldn't mind getting a look at that replay there, Alan went.
I mean, he went down pretty hard off following that exchange, and we'll see if that's going to be the end of the night here for Kyrie.
Irving, for the starters here.
45 seconds down. 11.
Obviously, they're gonna try to come down this floor here and again talked about They went back and forth, exchanging some of those, too.
No bucket for bucket, two pointers.
But at a certain point, you have to take the risk.
Go for that three pointer.
If you get it great.
And if you don't, you tip your hat and you say it was a tough loss.
And that's the way that it happens.
As I was saying, thank you to everybody who joined in on this one.
It looked like it was a good one there in the first half of coverage.
Looks like we got another.
Another nice group of people in here watching this one in the second half as well.
A shout out to when we got there.
How are you, sir? You're the last one that joined in here. According to my feed.
It's using that an air mark.
See a pleasure to have the both of you and everybody else along the way.
So this has been a, uh, listen, it's a game that probably hasn't been necessarily even as close as the 1 16 105 scorecard tells you right now, but I think that there are still, you know, a number of positive you can take away from this one.
And even if it is to the extent of the positives are that Kyrie Irving can facilitate and execute offensively inside of that lane.
That's going to give you a lot of value in the long run here.
It's like you're surprising anybody unnecessarily but the end of the day you're seeing more positives that you can build off of here.
The downside is, as we mentioned, a loss here drops in the 18 and 21.
And then you're gonna be talking about having that tough matchup against Philly against the Bucks against Philly and against L.
So a lot of things hang in the balance over these next 10 full of games.
No stretch is the end all be all at this point in the season as Joe Harris will rise up from three and the lumber Joe will get one to go.
You two make it 10821 16.
An eight point game, huh? They may say toe on the line here so it may stay at nine.
Started with his toe on the line and it stayed there.
So yes, just the two point.
As Harris fouls Mitchell quickly, both teams are in the bonus, so nine point game, 39 seconds two shots coming here.
But this is again this we like to do. Now.
I can make the argument that, as Kyrie was hitting those two pointers, you might as well start to rattle off a couple of fouls there.
Go ahead and get guys to the line.
Whoever it's going to be and take your risk there, it's really twofold.
By doing it, you won at least give yourself the opportunity that maybe they'll go one of two.
And the exchange exchange rate is nice on that secondary.
Effective it as well as time.
You know you're getting down to one minute.
I have to go in the game if you start committing those fouls quicker and more often.
Now, all of a sudden you're talking about lengthening that game out a little bit for yourself, and then you take the rest.
Got no risk when you take the opportunities for a couple of three pointers, see if you get something to go.
And then if you get lucky as Mitchell knocks down both of those 1 18 107 11 point game, 39 seconds.
We'll see if ah, if Kenny Atkinson draw something up here and if they stick with the starting crew to finish this out.
Uh, but it's that kind of, you know, the kind of situation where I think you need to pull that trigger on that opportunity a little bit quicker and then see if you can get it.
Even you start to get someone looks to go because if you get lucky and you have someone go one of two with line that you connect on a three now you're going plus two in that exchange and you only need tohave to out of the next five sequences.
Go that route, they can knock down the rest of their free throws and you're talking about looking at, you know, maybe that five point swing that at least get you within earshot, and then you see if you can play it out and get some traps. Getsem steals.
But overall again, you don't listen.
This is a game that I don't think coming in You would have expected the Nets toe when I thought maybe they had an opportunity here.
And certainly you go back to that second corner.
That really does spell it right plus 10 in that quarter and the nets find themselves in that situation now, where again, you know you're down.
You're down 11 right now, And it feels like if in that second quarter you just had a little more consistency and got a couple more shots to follow or maybe got a couple of stops along the way, I could have given yourself a chance to be right in the thick of this one.
In case you're wondering that to 22 a half margin has been surpassed.
And ah, the three, the plus three and 1/2 for Brooklyn does not look like it's going thio going to pay dividends here.
And this one, If you were working that line show Harris fakes on the three, gives himself a little bit of room and then the big adjustment don't couldn't get it to go, and it looks like here that that's gonna do it.
So we clap our hands and say, Oh, well, a game that probably felt like it could have gone a little bit differently.
A nice offensive output early from the Nets, difficult second quarter, and then ultimately, though a lot of consistency and too much red eagle bear on the interior of both from an offensive output and then on the defensive side of things impacted a number of plays.
Uh, certainly there.
So Mitchell goes ahead and takes a 24 2nd violation.
You may recall that there was a big block there at the end of the Atlanta game because the Nets and they're really trying to go for an easy stat.
Uh, it was ill accepted by Jared Allen.
Kyrie Irving just lets the clock run out and then has an exchange with O'Neill there.
So 1 18 to 107 is the final here in this one.
Let's go inside the numbers briefly and give you the tale of the tape.
We talked full box score here, finishing 46 90 to 50% from the field for the Utah Jazz.
So obviously they had Ah, nice.
Came there from the floor.
So they you know, they certainly struggled early, a 22.
So leveling off with 36 probably feels pretty good for them.
And then again, 13 of 15 of the line.
So opportunities there through the fouls and they execute and get themselves good opportunities to convert their first of three points.
We go inside the eight steals, right the three blocks on Lee, a turnover.
So they limited themselves.
They're under 10.
Turnovers in a game is usually a recipe for some with some success.
And ah, and it certainly paid off here for them in this one.
On the other side of things.
For Brooklyn, we highlighted this.
Listen, they shot 35 50.
Guess what? That 45 90? Excuse me? That's 50%.
So the offense wasn't the issue here.
80 26 from beyond the arc.
But you know not not the worst case in the world for you.
I had a lot of good looks on the interior early, but, you know, the nine of 15 of the line hurts you, right? The year was innate in me.
Is that the one point when you got yourself down to about 11? A 10 or 11 there.
It's really set points.
I don't talk about that 2 to 3 possession game that moves the needle a lot, in my opinion, So that's certainly, ah, situation that you want to keep an eye on now.
They had a turnover in the first quarter that limited themselves to just four in the second half s So that was a great job by them.
Finished with 12 turnovers.
That becomes a little bit more of a non factor in this one.
Obviously, they had the four blocks.
They had the four steals.
So certainly, you know, they did.
They did a better job protecting the basketball.
But a lot of this is just because you're going back and forth, exchange in baskets up and down the court.
Ah, on the offensive side of things, you know, we talk about well, the team leader, 32 points for Kyrie.
Irving goes 12 and 19 from the floor.
Gives you three of five from the on New York.
11 assists, five rebounds.
So double double for the gentleman there.
And then dimwit.
He gave you 7 to 17.
This 36 minutes a game.
17 points had five assists for rebounds.
So again, not a bad contributing performance there.
And really, even though Joe Harris struggled from the perimeter, just one of five went five attend from from from the field gave you 13 points.
The struggles really here? Four of eight for Jared Allen.
Just eight points in this one on Lee to rebound.
So really not able to impact things on the glass.
And, you know, I will say in that regard.
You talk about 25 minutes for Alan.
Just those two rebounds.
That's something we say.
A veteran guy like DeAndre Jordan.
He gets your 14 now.
More often than not, he wasn't playing against Gold Bear, and that obviously pays dividends as well.
But it was certainly more activity.
14 or five and 23 minutes gave you nine points.
Nine from Caruso, only 16 minutes. Action.
I wouldn't mind seeing and maybe get a little bit more of a run in the second half. Possibly.
But, you know, listen, Caris Levert five of 13.
So not a bad night from only one of four from beyond the arc, though.
Two rebounds to resist.
Give you 11 there two points from TLC.
16 minutes of that.
80 minutes of action.
Excuse me so I mean, listen, overall, it's a tough opponent.
It's tough game, and it's Ah, it's a tough loss right now because you know the difficulty of the schedule ahead that will do it for us.
Here on the We Got Nets podcast live streaming on SportsCastr with full wired wire play by play coverage of the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center falling to the Utah Jazz won 18 toe, 107 And actually, I'm sorry, let me just highlight here.
I apologize because on the other side of things, the big numbers that we want to go ahead and get into and shame on me and shame on me for skipping over them on the offensive end for the Utah Jazz, 27 points from angles.
He goes six of eight from beyond the arc.
Really put it to the Nets there, especially in the third and fourth quarters.
There, Goldberg give you 22 18 rebounds.
So just a monster off the glass, obviously 25 points from Mitchell on his game back, ends up finishing 18 19 So he had a little bit slow.
Start there in the first half.
He goes three of seven from beyond the arc as well.
Even Bogdanovich comes on late there with some outside shots just to a seven, but 18 points.
So four players in that starting rotation, all in double digits in spite of O'Neill going over over five from the field.
No points for him.
Bench Had Clarkson had a nice sport, really, in that first half, six of 13 overall gave you 13 points.
So obviously, you know that was nice there early when Mitchell was struggling a little bit when O'Neal wasn't giving you offensive output.
You have a guy like Clarkson come in and give you a nice little run.
They're so ultimately, those switches and rotations on the offensive end hurt the Netscape gold bear a lot of easy looks around the basket and at the end of the day, rebounds or 41 43 apiece.
But you know, inside those stats, you see the 18 for Little Bear.
You know how that can move the needle.
So, despite of things looking fairly balanced on the scorecard, you know that there were issues here on the defensive and certainly for the Nets and denying the interior presence of Goldberg and then on the outside rotations assignments, getting up on these three point shooters and running them off the line.
