Nick's family was popping.
Is your boy well, the Knicks? We'll play the Milwaukee Bucks tonight, and I can guarantee you was gonna be a much tougher game in the Miami Heat.
But that's okay, because it is possible.
Well, I'm wondering, can we pull off another upset? Are to say, Ladies and gentlemen, but we will find out before we get to that.
Let's talk about some not exactly breaking news.
It kind of broke last night, so I'm pretty sure you are already aware.
But the Knicks finally signed.
Well, let's not say that they sign.
Can you walk in? Then it's finally did something to acquire and locked down Kenny Wu in.
So I'm pretty sure there's a lot of us out here or really happy that the next did their due diligence.
And, you know, they did what they had to do to make sure that Kenny Wu in is a part off the New York Knicks, Ladies and gentlemen, So here it is.
Yesterday the Knicks waved Ivan Rab and a signed Kenny won't toe to toe a two way contract.
Okay, they waved Ivan Rab and a sign can he won't win through a two way contract.
Now what I want to make clear to everyone.
First of all, we're really happy to have any woman Ah, locked down so that no other team didn't get him right, You know, ah, reports were that, you know, other teams had a lot of interesting Kenny woman and wanted Kenny wanted, wanted to sign him to a 10 day contract and those type of things.
So it's definitely good that the Knicks were able to lock down Kenny Woman to make sure that they have on for as long as they want him.
All right, But here's the thing everybody thinks that any woman is gonna because the Knicks signed him to a to a contract that all of a sudden can he won't win is going to be, you know, at the end of the bench well, getting significant playing time or whatever it is, it does not mean that at all.
The only thing this means the only thing this means is that the Knicks have again waived Ivan Rab sign can be willinto a two day, too a two way contract.
Now the two day contract, A two way contract.
It doesn't necessarily mean that they're gonna bring him up.
He could still just playing in the G League and I've been arrived, actually will probably still be on the team.
He just won't have the two way contract, so they switched roles.
Basically, I've been arrived and Kenny Woman basically switched roles, so I haven't Rabbit still play for the Westchester.
Nick's so well, Kenny would win.
But they switched roles, which means the Knicks have locked up.
Can he walk in? So no other team consign him.
Now they can choose to bring them up.
They could choose to leave him in the G League, but whatever it is, they've locked them up.
So my thinking is this.
He'll probably continue to play the Geely, continue to play significant minutes in the D League, and then he'll be brought up, probably after the trade deadline, with whatever the moves the Knicks are going to do.
That's probably when Kenny will be brought up to the Knicks and play significant minutes with the actual team.
All right, so for now, let's just realize that Kenny Wu may continue to play significant minutes in the G leads.
So let's not get impatient upset and just realize he just might be playing significant minutes into Julie, at least until the trade deadline.
Then, after the trade deadline, I would expect that he'd be up with the team.
Um, you know, doing Kenny Wooten things.
I don't think anyone would think so.
Get what you want that real quick.
I'm pretty sure you already knew the news and were updated on that, but I wanted to make sure that I got my piece in because I didn't get a chance to do it.
Yesterday while I happened.
I was in a meeting and then traveling to my own basketball game coach, which we did not win, by the way.
But my daughter did have 28 points, so you know, she played.
She played okay.
He's got to cut down on turnovers.
That a few turnovers last night.
You know she may have the room.
She might have to do like two suicides.
Every turn over.
She had something you gotta cut, can't have turnovers and expect to win a basketball game.
That's what I like to do.
You know, I said, you know, some coaches they like to Ah, for every the point that you lose by make you run.
I don't like to do that.
I'd like to work on the things that made us lose the game.
So if you had, uh, the only if you outrebounded, you know by 10 rebounds, then you've got, you know, five push ups for each rebound that you were out rebounded by.
If you if you turn the ball over 20 times.
Did you got a suicide for every time you turned over the ball? Something like that is, those are the things that make you win or lose the game, Not just the final school, but anyway, let's get back to the New York Knicks.
The Knicks play the Bucks tomorrow night.
Ladies and gentlemen, um, it is, you know, you know, you know what's going to be one of those very one of those games that could easily have you blown out the water, right? Let's hope that it's not the case, but you know what it can be.
I play the Milwaukee Bucks.
They're very good. Let's talk about it, man.
Um, then explain the Milwaukee Bucks tomorrow night at the Fizer form in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 8 p.m.
Eye on local TV.
It's our image. G.
You could also listen to the game on ESPN 98.
5, which is Radio Station.
The term head coach for the New York Knicks is Mike Miller, the projected starters for the next Elfrid Payton all J.
Berry, a shooting guard.
Reggie Bullock at small forward, Julius Randle at power forward and tires.
Gibson, that center.
That's the protected started starting lineup.
Marcus Moore should still be out with a neck, and then it Smith, Jr It's out with an oblique injury, and, you know, just speaking out Dennis Smith Jr and its injury from everything that I'm reading, Ladies and gentlemen, he might be out for a little while.
He just might be out for a little while.
Uh, I don't know.
We may not see it is January.
You may not see that Smith Jr until February or March.
At that time, he could be gone.
My name may not be a Nick by that time.
That injury seems to be worse than they thought it was gonna be to begin with.
But Dennis made Junior is going to be out, probably for a little while for the Milwaukee bucks and the coaches, not Mike Bun Hold, sir.
That would not be a good name.
Tohave in the n b a wood mike bun holds her.
Um, it's Boone Hoser.
All right, so, you know, they make it that change because I don't want, you know, I don't want my I don't want Mike Bolton holds on to be mad at me, You know that that I butchered his last name, You know? I mean, uh, and gave one that just didn't sound too good.
Um, you know the same.
The head coach of the Milwaukee Bucks is Mike Budenholzer.
All right? And they're projected starters are Eric Bledsoe.
Wesley Matthews puts Middleton Johannes Antenna Coop.
Oh, and you know, I had to make Jonathan's name a little bit smaller because it wouldn't fit there.
And as centers Brook Lopez the injury report for the Ah, Milwaukee Bucks Robin Low past.
He is out resting.
He's out on rest duty this week.
Let's take a look at the team comparison the next 11 29.
The only one Miami heat in a very I must say a very good game for the New York Knicks.
Ladies and gentlemen, I don't know if it was the best game of the season, but it was a very good game.
Ah, surprising win at as they defeated the Miami Heat, we're going to see if we could bring their energy to Milwaukee tonight.
It makes the average 104.
9 points per game on this season.
They're giving up 124.
8 is shooting 43.
7% from the field, and they're shooting 34.
1 rebounds per game, 21.
1 assists per game.
In Fort Eternal Whisper game, the offensive rating is 105 That's 27th in the league, and the defensive rating is 1 12.
9 That's also 27th in the league.
The Milwaukee Bucks.
They are 35 in six on the season.
It currently on a three game win streak, the average 119.
2 points per game.
They gave up 100 9.
8 points per game.
If you go percentage 47.
9% ah and the three point field goal percentage is 35.
3% the average 51.
6 rebounds per game, 25.
8 assists per game and 14.
4 turnovers per game.
The offensive rating is 1 13.
4 That's third in the league, and their defense of rating is one of 1.
That's first in league.
And needless to say, ladies and gentlemen, we are playing a jugar.
Not off a team, a juggernaut of a team.
These guys are monsters all across the court, you know, They obviously, you know, right now the best team in the NBA.
Not many teams can deal with the Milwaukee Bucks.
All right, so we definitely got a tax cut out for us now, obviously, you know, we're gonna look at some recent trends as we normally do, right? Because looking at just the previous game or or whatever doesn't tell the story.
I said, We'll take out, you know, we're gonna take the time to look at the last five games for the New York Knicks the last five games.
Um, for the Milwaukee Bucks.
I did wanna make one change in here is that the Knicks are actually giving up 112.
8 points per game, not 124.
They're giving up 112.
8 points per game.
My wits still means that they are giving up more points than their scoring.
All right now, let's take a look at both teams.
Last five games, the Knicks have won for the last five games in the Milwaukee Bucks of foreign won in the last five games.
The next average 111.
6 points per game in the last five last five games, giving up 124.
6 points per game.
All right, and they really are giving up 124.
6 points per game in the last five games.
Even against the Miami Heat in the previous game, they gave up 121 is just.
The Knicks were able to score with the Miami Heat.
They still gave up 121 points.
It's a lot of points to give up.
Still, the Knicks are shooting 47% from the field, 31% from three.
They averaged 42 rebounds a game, 21 assists and 12 turnovers per game.
This is all in last five games, Ladies and gentlemen, the offensive rating is 1 10.
1 That's 14th in the league.
Not too bad, it's not too shabby.
And they're also missing Marcus Morris of the last five games.
Oh, close to the last five games.
We'll see what's going on with Marcus Morris.
We'll talk about Marcus most a little bit, too, if their defense, if ratings 1 22.
8 that's last in the league.
Uh, the defense, especially that stretched when they were on the West Coast last week, just was not good at all at all.
And it wasn't it was okay because Miami it's still gave up 121 points and Adam shoot 51% from the field or something like that.
The Milwaukee Bucks.
The last five games of regulars Foreign won the average in 117.
4 points per game, that giving up 103.
4 points per game.
The field goal percentage is 45 45% from the field is shooting 31.
They're averaging 49.
2 rebounds per game, 20 and 23.
8 assists per game and the average 9.
6 turnovers per game.
That's hope that it's a low turnover game, you know, the next, only averaging 12 turnovers in the last five games, and even overall, they only averaged about 13 of 14 turnovers per game.
The Milwaukee Bucks are averaging under 10 turnovers per game in the last five games.
Let's hope for the Knicks.
It's a low turnover game.
The Knicks needed to be a low turnover game because it's a high turnover game by the Knicks.
That means there could be some trouble on the horizon.
All right, uh, you know, if you're turning over the ball against the Milwaukee Bucks, that's not a good look for your team.
And you're asking for trouble because these guys, they're gonna convert on turnovers, they're gonna capitalize on those turnovers.
And if you you know you got to take care of the basketball against the Bucks, you got to sucker boss of key matchups here.
First key matchup courses.
Oh, he's 6 11 Yannis intended Cooper against Julius Randle.
It's 6 11 £242 is forward.
He's got crazy numbers, folks.
2 points per game, 12.
8 rebounds a game, 5.
5 assists and 1.
2 steals It she was 55% from the field at 32.
5% from three, which is very scary.
This is beginning to shoot from the three point line right now.
Ah, a knockdown shooter.
At the moment, it may not be a knockdown shooter at the moment, but still shooting 32.
5% from the three point line.
This now means that you are forced to guard Johannes from that three point line.
You're forced to garden and seriously respect.
Um, because he could knock it down at 32 point whatever percent.
And it is you got to see, I got ah, you know, we got somebody who logged into the video check.
I'm a man Ever going is in a video chat.
We're gonna talk to him soon.
So you gotta guard John is from net.
Ah, from the three point line.
Ladies and gentlemen, Julius Randle was 68 to 50.
7 points per game, 9.1 rebounds.
3 assistants, 0.
8 steals per gate.
9% from the field, 28.
He's been playing better of these in the season averages, if you like.
Take a look at the last 10.
Numbers are probably, you know, slightly better.
Obviously not a honest numbers, but they're slightly better.
Julius Randle will have a hard time begins, you guys.
Any time will be the last time you played him.
I think Marcus Morris, you know, was the main guy, Arnie. Honest.
You know, obviously they switch back and forth.
Um, so to this game, you don't have Marcus Moore, is there? It's not gonna be many people that could switch back and forth on yard.
I guess you could probably Maybe you could see.
Um, you know, maybe you could see Reggie Bullock switch on to him or something like that.
But vegetable Bullock is even smaller than Julius Randle. Remember? Be honest.
Is 6 11 Julius Randle is 68 Reggie Bullock 66 So when you take a look at our stuck out was starting lineup.
So we switched to that really quick.
Alfred paid in 6366364 Whatever he is, R.
J. Barrett 66 Reggie.
But look, 66 Julie's Randall 68 times gets in a 6 10 Right? So why not? It's not like we are that long, right? You yon? Is he? 6 11 Brook Lopez A seven foot of 71 or whatever it is.
Right? So you can't switch off two months of Julius Randle.
That's your assignment.
All right, you're gonna have to put some working.
That's just Simon.
Hey, Hey, look still Yon issues 32.
5% from the three point line.
Um, it's gonna be still be more effective going to the basket.
The last time we played the books, we was so deep into the paint trying to stop me, honest, they killed us from the three point line.
We've got to try to average that out.
I think tonight you gotta let just let Julius Randle guard him.
Obviously give help when help is needed.
Um, you know, But you got a flash and quick.
As soon as John's gets in the air, you got to be on your way.
Back out to your man.
You can't stay too long trying to swipe at the ball and do things like that.
As soon as Johannes picks up the basketball, that's when you gotta recover to your man.
So we're not leaving guys wide open because if you got ya honest and Chris Middleton on the same side of the floor, you're gonna be in trouble.
It's Chris Metal to shooting 40% wanted three point line.
You got units in Western Matthews on the same side of the floor.
You might be in trouble because they got shoot.
It's all around, so soon as Yanni's goes to the basket, you help.
He picks up the ball.
You get back out to you, man.
It's got to be quick.
I don't get caught in there and then leading man wide open for the three point line because we'll get killed from the three point line, even though the last five games only 31.
3% if we give if we sinking our Yanni's will be trouble.
Next key matchups.
Chris Middleton Already.
Reggie Bullock, once Middleton 67 to 22 was averaging 19.
8 assists, 0.9 steals per game.
5% from the field in 40% from three.
Reggie Bullock is 662 or five big size difference.
He's averaging 10.
9 points, beginning 1.
6 assists and 1.
3% from the field, 36.
1% from three When that, You know we're not gonna depend on Reggie.
But look to be a score like Chris Middleton is, but he's gotta defend Chris Middleton.
We need him to do a good job defending them, all right.
I'm sure he's defended him before, so we need Chris Middleton.
Ah, to really be there defending.
We need Vegetable to really be there.
Defending Chris Middleton.
All right, that's you know, so that's really the reason why I put Reggie.
But look into this key matchup.
Well, Chris Middleton, because we need his defense on again.
You know, the honest and Chris Middleton on the same side of the floor.
Ah Yon is going to the basket.
Reggie Bullock is gonna be helping out.
He's got to be ready to close back out on Chris Middleton.
Make sure he doesn't knock down that three.
Or Chris Middleton is on the opposite side of the floor, which we've seen happened plenty of times with Knicks players that opposites person on the opposite side of the floor, the weak side of the ball.
Ah, lot of times crisis into the paint so deep that when the ball is swung off, the ball skipped over to their player.
They can't get back out.
They may have Chris Milton.
EON is on the same side.
They may have a minor opposite side of the floor.
Chris Middleton on the opposite side of floor of Johannes.
So Reggie Bullock is gonna have to be mindful of where Chris Middleton s so he doesn't relocate on him and then be ready to get back out.
Don't be so deep in the paint that you can't get back out to Chris Middleton when that ball is swarm or Skip.
That's not just for Reggie book. That's for everybody.
He's to the game.
Ladies and gentlemen, number one.
We gotta defend the paint.
We just We're just talking about it.
We got to defend that paint because you got guys.
Listen, they're gonna be long.
Like I said, Look, Lopez 71 and he can shoot it from three.
Look, Brook Lopez, ca can You killed us from three. The last game.
Obviously, Johannes is 6 11 So we got to do a good job defending that paint.
Both guys could post up to score out the post book.
Guys can take it outside Jahn's construct from anywhere on the floor, All right.
Still not the best from three, but he can hit it and their long So, you know, getting inside along like the Lakers were long.
My man Grady from SportsCastr was good with you, bro.
Thank you for joining them with me.
We kind of got the three point line.
Those two areas right there.
We have not been good over the last five games.
Garden it three point line defending the paint.
Which leads me to say.
Then where are we defending? Who are we defending? If we haven't been good defending the paint, we haven't been good defending the three point line.
Who are we defending? Probably nobody.
I mean, our defensive rating is 30th in the league, so I guess nobody we've we'll get killed in both areas.
If we don't defend well against the Bucks tonight.
Help by Yon is right.
Like I said like I've been talking about, we gotta help but recover helped recover.
The honest is a beast.
Go to the basket.
It's just about impossible to stop going to the basket, all right, so send help when you get back.
I gotta take care of the basketball Now.
We've been good at taking care of the basketball.
We've been pretty good at it.
Ah, the last five games.
We average 12 turnovers again, But the Milwaukee Bucks are also good at secretary ball there under 10 for the last five games.
But here's the thing.
The Milwaukee at Books average like 78 steals a game, which helps them get out on the break.
We've got to take care of the basketball and not let them get out on the breaking score.
Transition buckets get easy layups and looks at the basket and then they get into a rhythm like what? The team we played last night with my daughter's team.
That was the big problem with them.
They really couldn't score that much in the half court.
That got some points in the half court.
But most of the points came off a good, aggressive defense, getting steals, delaying in a.
It was hard to even get a pass off, and we did have our wing players coming back to the ball to receive the past.
They were picking a pass off going and they grand the floor perfectly.
Everybody understood waiter Monday in Lane's layups.
Now it's a team we can beat, and we plan on coming back and beating him the next game.
But same thing with the Milwaukee Books now doesn't mean that the Milwaukee Bucks can't go in the half court because they came.
But if you get him, if you let him get easy transitions, buckets, then everything's gonna become easy in a box.
You don't want that at all.
You don't want everything to become easy because if everything becomes easy, you're in trouble.
So we got to take care of the basketball.
Let's keep Randall on the movie.
Honest is gonna defend Julius Randle, so let's keep it moving right instead of left, and Julius Randle catch the ball and then just go one on one.
That's gonna be easier for Young is to defend because he's 6 11 Randall, 68 Let's keep Randall on the move.
Cutting to the basket.
Hey, uh, cutting from the weak side, cutting from that baseline now.
Not only are you making it easier for Randall to score, but you're making Janette's have to move around the court on the defensive side.
The more you make the honest after move, the more you make your defender have to move around the court.
You know, the more they get hit with screens, the tougher it is for them to just play basketball, right.
You help their legs to get tired, those type of things.
So we want to keep Julius Randle on.
The move is that we keep Julius Randle on the move.
Then you know is hopefully hopefully is going to make the honest just a little bit more tired.
May not matter a bit, but it's good practice to do it.
So we got to keep my hand on the move.
All right, then we need R J.
to continue playing well.
Really, Marcus Morris is not gonna be here, right? So when that starting lineup, the next person that could score the basketball, it's R. J. Barrett.
J. Barrett's continue playing well.
He's been playing well lately.
He was my player the week last week.
And if you check out the show next weekly, you know, we talked about R.
Barrett and why he was the play of the week.
Well, go ahead and check out that show on SportsCastr.
All right, You're on a SportsCastr now.
You could scroll down and check it out.
If you're not a SportsCastr and you're on you too, go to SportsCastr dot com slash Nothing but necks and you could check out next weekly.
As a matter of fact, that's actually a video like a 32nd video that I put up yesterday to notify everyone that I'll be on.
So I just put the link up in there.
You could go check that out right now or not right now in a couple minutes when I'm done here.
So, ladies and gentlemen, that is my those are my keys to the game.
If you have if you want to contribute.
So how the Knicks can pull off an upset verse, the Bucks And by all means, give me a call and contribute.
I have 16452246 and I do got my man evergreen in the youth in the In the chat.
We'll talk to Evergreen and see what he's thinking about.
You know how we can well, often upset Rusty's Milwaukee bucks ever.
What's going on, man? What's going on, man? Uh, so I'm scared.
It's game for for reasons that that people normally wouldn't be.
I'm actually scared that we win this game and I'm thinking about the future of his team.
I'm scared that we win this game.
Not that I think that we have a chance to really win this game because we need.
We need positive upside from our guard this game, cause I don't think our forward positions are gonna be able to do anything too much.
But if we win this game, what is that? What does that mean for the players in the trade assets that we have on his game being that we just came off this win from Miami, Right? Like we be.
I say we win this game.
That means, you know, with the players that we have, we be to tighten teams in the league on the East.
What does that mean for, Ah, the intent that we have? What? Keeping the players on his team or trading away like so I'm actually scared to win this game.
I don't know if everybody has the same, like Nick's paranoia mind I have.
But this goes back to what markets saying, like, I'm kind of paranoid with what we got going on with this front office and what they might decide to do based office.
And hey, like, this team's got good chemistry.
We just beat Milwaukee in the game.
Before that, we beat Miami like, let's keep it going.
You mean like so I don't know how to feel about winning this game? I don't know how to feel about winning this game.
Um uh, yeah, I don't I don't know.
So just speaking on that really quick, I will say this.
And this is from a report that is from the New York Post.
Is that the Knicks have.
It seems as though the Knicks are looking to keep Marcus Morris, and I are not going to trade him and from.
And of course, you know this is not anything that the Knicks have.
From what I understand, it's just coming from sources, right? The Knicks, having made an announcement, is coming from sources and the reasoning, and I'm going to try to pull this up real quick so I can read it.
Um, okay, so the next drastically changing their Morris, the Knicks? Why the next make Marcus Morris in the trade deadline? This is something that I talked about a few I don't know months ago when everybody was talking about, you know, if if Marcus Moore plays well to move him, Um, here it is all right, according according to an MBA source, some members of the front officer leading toward holding onto Morris at the deadline unless they get a star type player player in a large package.
The source said a minor Morris deal that would net a late first round pick and forced them to take on an expired a non expiring contract.
It's not attractive is not an attractive option at this juncture.
Let me read that again.
Without all the stuttering.
The source said a minor Morris deal that would net a late first round pick and forced them to take on a non expiring contract is not an attractive option at this juncture.
The Knicks prefer not to diminish their 2020 or 2021 cap space in any deal.
And that's the thing right there.
Um, they would have to.
I mean, Marcus Morris is an expiring contract.
If you expect to bring back a first round draft pick, then they're gonna have to accept back salary.
Which data? One.
They don't want to take back any salary.
I think that is because they want to keep their cat, you know, kind of clean.
Um, I think that is the That is the thing.
You know, we're trading markets Moors.
And I think it's always been that way that if you were gonna trade markets Morris for a restaurant draft pick you, we're gonna have to take back salary.
It sounds like Marcus Morris is going to be around.
And you know what? I'm not I don't I don't mind Marcus Morris being around like like I don't mind him if he goes.
I don't mind if it stays.
I think his veteran presence and leadership is it's solid.
Even if he's not playing.
I think that's that's enough.
I'm talking about me.
Obviously, he's not playing today because of the neck injury on that today or tomorrow because of the neck injury.
What I'm worried about the views and opinions on the upside of the players that we have that we're supposed to be utilized as assets to get something into the future.
Being looked at by the front office and saying, Yeah, body points is good, we'll keep him.
Overpaying is solid.
Wayne Ellington is solid.
We'll keep him like I'm afraid for that.
You know, market Marcus Morris, like whatever happens with Marcus Lewis, I'm for it on either end.
You trade him and get something back for you.
Keep him and and signing that, penetrate that line on me.
You keep them in and sign them at the end of the season.
I'm all for that, too.
It's the other guys that I'm worried about having good games and saying Hey, we're good enough to what? We're good enough to compete.
See, we're good enough to compete.
You know, we just had to get Mike Miller into the swing of things.
See, the plan's working just like we said it would.
You don't mean like, no, this plan is not working at all.
Like get get, make some moves in this off season or make some moves before the trade deadline and stay the course with the East Movement.
And let's keep this going.
So my my opinion is I believe we will lose this game.
I am scared to win this game.
I'll be happy with the wind, but it's like a It's like a double edged sword feeling, you know? I mean, like, if I hold them to the fund on this and I'm gonna cut my hand open if I hold it like you mean it's just a scary thing.
Like I don't know, I I I definitely hear what you're saying, man.
Um, I still think that guys like Bobby Portis went Ellington up with Paige, and I still think they're gonna be on the table to be moved.
I just think it's about, um Ah, I just think it's about Marcus Morris.
James Sanchez, now he wasn't saying that Wayne Ellington is solid.
He was saying he's afraid that the Knicks wouldn't think that Wayne Ellington is solid.
If they stop, you know, say, if they start beating a couple of these teams.
Hey, wasn't saying that Wayne Ellington decided.
He's saying he's afraid that the Knicks will think that.
You mean like Wait, Alison.
It's getting a little bit of burned right? He's getting way more burning I.
So he's getting the same amount of Burn that Dodge is getting.
He's gotta play at the guard position, right? He's gotta play.
He shouldn't be getting in Bern way with Vegetable.
And Reggie Miller is gonna be getting burned at the three, right? Like for this game, at least, that Marcus Morris is out again.
So Reggie bullets get burned at the three, which means Kevin knocks coming off the bench.
That means at the two guard position, the bench.
The bench is gonna be shared between Wayne Ellington and Damian Dotson, So I don't want Wayne looks in to get burned, and we're like, Yeah, he's the stretch.
He's a super stretch to that we've been looking at from from the lead of Miami This is the guy that we've we've signed, and we needed this.
The guy that we keep and hold a sudden We got away in an instant on the books, and he doesn't fit the mold for the idea of the youth movement, and we end up keeping him and I end up being ****ed off.
So no, I want Wayne Allen set to go.
Wayne's got to go.
And Alfred got to go to now.
I don't think Wayne did.
Wayne Allen said Plague is Miami.
I don't think he played it all.
Those might not get Miami.
He was on Miami, right? No, I'm talking about Wayne Ellington.
In the last game we played, he didn't play last game.
Ah, lotsa trend.
And Wayne Ellington did not play eso basically, uh, Bobby.
I mean, I'm sorry.
Um, Reggie Bullock kind of moves around between this starting small forward with Marcus Morris out in the back up to guard.
They mean Dotson played seven minutes against Miami.
Wayne Ellen's is not playing at all.
I don't see wind Ellen's and getting much burn.
Um, even, you know, even tonight, I think I think Mike Miller has realized that Wayne Ellington is kind of worthless, you know, saying, um let me get Let me get you a phone call.
I let me get to a phone call.
Take a back seat, call Young, liven up the butt.
Nix was pop a semi doing.
Is Kevin from New Jersey? A feeling What's going on, man? I'm good.
How you feeling? Hey, everything is everything.
Um, Had some things written down.
I gotta commend, um, Nose and Perry for doing the right thing with, um, getting Kenny.
Uh, can he won't.
Here to Ah, a two way a contract.
Now, I think it's just a matter of time before he splitting the gardener, which he could have been on the plane yesterday.
Thio live with King, you know, to be Ah, play Milwaukee tonight.
Um, I'm just really a stag to see him And Mitch, um, in the er, the front court man, that ***bia.
That's gonna be if the way I'm seen it, that's gonna be a real deadly, uh, herring with the two of them.
It's gonna be nobody can do it, you know, able to drive into the paint.
Now we're going to see, You know, we're going to see if you guys remember all they did Have it signed him to a two way contract.
It doesn't mean that they're necessarily gonna bring him up.
Um, they could bring him up at any time.
It doesn't mean that they're going to.
It just means that they've locked him down so that no other team can sign him.
We'll see if they bring him up or not.
You know, im, um I think I'm getting that.
That is Well, I'm looking at that.
You would think that that they would with all of the I don't call it high put all the publicity and the, um, the film that, you know, because it's obvious that he could be a real difference maker.
Uhm, you know, starting out.
Um, I really think they want to see what he can.
You know what he can do on the big stage? Everything.
And let's face it when he comes to the garden, that's the big stage.
So, um, I'm really interested to see you know what he can do against a lot of these, You know, the team's everything.
So, um, I hope they do. You're right.
Um, I just hope that they, uh you know that they bring him out, and especially if if we get rid of some of these other you know, the other vets, like an Ellington.
Or, um um I want to say Portis imports really disappoints me on the defense of Ben.
I mean, yeah, he can shoot.
Um, you can post everything.
But his defense is just, you know, just atrocious.
He's barely suiting.
Well, he Bobby Portis is barely shooting.
Well, anyway, it's not like, Listen, you know what? I could deal.
Um, you know, if Bobby Portis was knocking down 45% of his threes and you knew he was going to be a knock down guy, Uh, I'm pretty sure people would deal with and say, Okay, you know what? You know.
We can use the first it so he can help spread the floor in this and that, but he's barely doing that, and that's why he was brought here for He's barely doing that, you know, it's a you know, he's averaging 9.
9 points a game is average of 5.
Oh, you know he's shooting.
I don't know what he's shooting from. Three.
OK, soon. 37.6% from three, I guess.
It's his, uh, his His defense's bad.
He can't make layups.
That bothers me.
So I'm like, how could you be 6 11 and you can make a lay up like I mean, you you get all these jump hooks in the lane and you can't make the layup.
I think Bobby Portis to be He's one of the guys and pretty sure, um, the Knicks are looking at moving.
From what I've read, there are teams who are interested in Bobby porters.
Right? Right, Right, right. Yeah.
Between him and Ellington, you expected more, but you just you just not really.
Um and I didn't and everything.
So that's one aspect.
Second aspect is that, um I wish it was great to see Kevin knocks, you know, have a pretty good game.
Um, this past Sunday, and I just wish I met me here.
Guys call up bashing him and everything.
It's like you said he's a young, uh, Is he 19 or 20? 20 2020.
He's a young 20 year old, and you've got to give these guys, you know, you got to give him time.
You've got to, you know, give him time.
And it was good to see him, you know, driving to the basket and get some easy.
You know, if the shots off and then you know, once he gets that confidence, then he's able to, you know, go for you know, those three point shots and everything.
So so that was really good to see.
Like I said, I just wish, you know, people will stop bashing.
I'm talking about training everything, which is ridiculous.
Um, well, you know, hopefully his hopefully his play will continue, and he can kind of quell some of that talk, you know? Yeah, absolutely.
And, um, last thing is tell Mark to make sure that, um, you need to control his blood pressure.
It's not gonna be all we've been through.
Worse, Better, Worse.
And are you know, I think things are, you know, are starting to, you know, turn around just a little bit.
I mean, we've always been bashed on and everything which is rightfully so.
I mean, this management team really hasn't really given us anything to really cheer about per se.
Uh, um, but I think it's starting to turn the corner a little.
Well, you know, listen, I gave Mark some information to a good yoga instructor that I know, and she is an herbal nutritionist.
I get I gave that information, you know? Tell me. Needed relax.
You know, I'm saying get itself together.
He'd be I Hey, man, I appreciate you, man.
Get to a couple of the phone calls here, all right? Absolutely, Absolutely.
Enjoy the game tonight and I'll hopefully talk to you later. Lana, tonight.
All right, take it easy.
All right. Sounds good. Yeah.
Mark, take it easy.
Call up the yoga instructor.
I gave you the information to, All right.
She's also herbal nutrition.
Is she helped you out.
I should keep you. Relax, man.
Saying you know, she keep your mind open.
Do those things? Might get with it, man.
So again, ladies and gentlemen, the Knicks played in Milwaukee bucks tonight, Um, at 8 p.m.
And, uh, yeah, I mean, obviously, I'm hoping for a win, but I understand everything that evergreen is saying, you know, I'm saying I can understand exactly where you're coming from and how you feel about that, man.

It projected starters for Nick's Cell for paying off. J. Barrett.
Reggie Bullock, Julius Randle, Taj Gibson.
Marcus Morris is still out with a sword neck.
Dennis Smith Jr still out with no bleak.
Then Smith Jr could be out for a little while, ladies and gentlemen, seems like it's gonna be longer.
Then people thought.
Head coach for the Milwaukee Bucks. Mike Budenholzer.
I think I said that already.
Ah, the projected starters is Eric Bledsoe.
Was the Matthews Chris Middleton be honest? Intendant Coop.
Oh, and Brook Lopez.

Let's break this down to the last five games the last five games, the Knicks a one in four, the average in 111.
6 points per game and giving up 124.
6 points per game.
The Knicks In the last five games, the defense has been putrid, even against the Miami Heat.
They beat the Miami Heat.
It beat the heat, but the defense still wasn't that green.
It was okay, but it wasn't that great.
They still gave up 121 points.
He shoot like 51% from the field.
The Knicks is shooting 47% from the field the last five games to shoot 31% from three, the average of 42 rebounds per game.
That's not that great, but obviously Julius Randle was out.
Marcus Morris is out.
Julius Randle was back, so we'll see if it helps on the boards.
The average 21 assists and 12 turnovers per game offensive rating is 1 10.
1 that's 14th in the league.
Much better, and then the defense of rain is 1 22.

8 assists and 9.
The offensive rating is 1 11 as 12th in the league and their defense of ratings, one of five that's fifth in the league.
The key matchups for the game.
What you got, Johannes? Attendant Coop.
Oh, uh, and then he's gonna be facing off against Julius Randle.
Julius Renner is gonna have a lot of he's got his work cut out for him, and the honest is this.
Not anyone else is going to be able to switch on Johannes.
Not a one, maybe. Reggie Bullock.
Maybe, but he's small.
Is 66 Do these random small compared to Yang's Julius Randle, 68? Yang, This is 6 11 playing that power forward spot.
The honest, like I said 6 11 to 42 is Liza.
Forward Averages 29.
8 points per game, 12.
8 rebounds, beginning 5.
2 steals per game.
55% from the field, 32.
Julius Randle, 68 to 50 averaging 18.
7 points per game, 9.
1 rebounds per game, 3.
3 assists and 0.
8 steals per game.
Just under one steel per game, 44.
9% from the field and 28.
All right, Julius Randle, we're gonna We're gonna talk about strategies.
I think the Knicks are gonna Judy's rat is gonna have He's gonna have to defend.
It's in a coupon.
And you know you're honest is beginning Thio, you know, hit that three Should only 2.
Uh, you know, Julius Randle's gonna have Thio.
He's gotta defend both ways.
Have defended three and defendant side Probably defend inside a little bit more than defending the three it's gonna have to deal with.
Yang is going off the job, which is gonna be tough, so he's gonna need some help now.
The key matchup.
It's melting your veggie book.
I chose Reggie Bush because he's gonna be matched.
Our final this Middleton 67 to 22 averaging 19.
3 points per game, 5.
8 rebounds per game, 3.
8 assists in just under a steel per game shoots 48.
5% of the field and 40.
Reggie Bullock is 662 or five ABS to 10.
9 points per game.
6 assists and 1.
What we really need from Reggie book is for him to defend Chris Middleton.
That's the key defender, right? Not get to not get stuck too far in the paint.
If he's if Chris Middleton is on the same side of the honest, he's got a double double down on Janette's help out on ya.
And then as soon as John's picks up the ball, get back to Chris Middleton so he doesn't get hot from three.
His medicine is on the opposite side of the floor, you honest.
He's got to keep his eye on him, so But he also can get sucked too deep in the paint.
It's not gonna be easy.
It's a tough task.
Keys to the game.
Ladies and gentlemen, one defended paint guarded three point line, right? We haven't done that well over the last five games.
We need to do it well tonight, because if not, we're gonna get killed.
The last time we played the bucks, we you know, we did OK on the honest.
I think he had a triple double with it.
Okay, on Johannes.
But we helped out so much in the paint that three point shooters were wide open, knocking it down.
After time, time and again.
Time and again. Mitchell Robinson.
He got lost on Brook Lopez so many times, and Brook Lopez was wide open from the three point line.
It cannot happen tonight, and that happened in night.
I help on ya, honest.
Like we said, we've gotta help on the honest right.
But you got to get back to you.
Get back to the three point shooter.
You have to get back to the three point shooter, right? So help out.
Soon as John's picks up the ball, get out to your guy.
They let Julius Randle deal with the resting artiste, whatever he's going to do, all right, take care of the basketball, the next door with decent job of taking care of the ball.
But the Milwaukee Bucks average, like 7.
87 to 8 steals a game, 7.
8 steals a game, something like that.
All right, so you don't want them to get out in transition.
Score the ball in transition, the next turn over the basketball.
You're gonna let these guys get easy transition buckets, which is gonna fire start them.
You're saying they're gonna start knocking down threes from all over the place and schooling easy because they're gonna get comfortable.
They're gonna get in rhythm, things like that.
We got to take care of the ball, don't get many easy buckets.
They're gonna get buckets. Regardless.
They're gonna score regardless.
Don't give it to him easy by turning the ball over right.
We haven't had too much trouble with that this season.
A few times we have.
And when we have took the ball over, we've turned it over and Bunches.
What could be devastating? Right? Devastating.
Turn the ball over, especially don't turn it over in Bunches.
I keep Randall on the move.
Let's keep moving.
All right, let's have Randall moving towards the basket.
Toys, the basket moving off the ball.
All right. Catch the ball. One dribble. Go.
I'm not only is going to make it easier for for Julius Randle to score, but it makes Yonas have to work on the defense event said it Just giving Julius Randle the ball and going one on one with.
You know, Johannes can basically stand in one spot.
Let's make his move right.
We want to see that three point shot.
You know, s But I guess if we make Yonas move on on the defense's side of the ball because he's chasing Julius Randle, right then when it gets on the other side of on, he goes to shoot that three.
You know, maybe you could lay it off of him a little bit deeper into the game in the late 3rd 4th quarter because maybe his legs a little bit tired from chasing Julius Randle around.
So we shot is a little bit short, and he wants to take it inside.
He was a Let's keep Randall.
Wanna move, making honest, have to chase him, and then we need R J.
Better to continue playing.
Well, you know, there's no Marcus more.
Is there to be that second score? But we need our J.
Barrett to continue to play well s so that we can get that person at this school the ball.
Then we need, you know, to continue to have, um you know, balanced scoring like we like We did against the Miami Heat.
We had good balanced scoring against the Miami Heat.
We need to continue to have good balance scoring, but not Miami.
Uh, first in Milwaukee bucks.
So that right there, ladies and gentlemen, that's the knicksfirst The books tonight at 8 p.m.
I will be on after the game.
Shout out to my man Uh, Nick.
Nick, Thank you.
Hit me with the whistle when everybody else on SportsCastr.
You know, uh, comfy socks, you know, gave me us popcorn and paddy whack. Give me a tip.
Thank you, guys. I really appreciate it.
Nick said Rumor has it we're all from Detroit.
Our first and second round picks for the next four years.
Chris Dudley's finally expiring contract and the guitar autographed by James Dolan in exchange for Drummond Ha.
And Chris Dudley was still on that.
Ladies and gentlemen, that's a joke.
You know, that is a joke.
You know, just you know about the ineptitude of the next run over, so please don't go into a panic.
Nick, Don't send these guys into a planet because you know how some you know how Knicks fans get.
We're going to a panic.
Really, really quick.
Really, really quick.
But anywhere I'm about to head out of here.
I think you guys would be here with me and, uh, evergreen coming to you, man.
Some last words forces I head out of here.
So, uh, only way I see it is winning this game is if we push the pace, really push the pace hard, Like trying to stay out of the half court set because Milwaukee is very, very long, and they're very strong on the defense event and 1/2 court.
So gotta push that pace.
Which means Mike Miller's got to be really, really smart about how he's gonna, uh, do it, man.
Um, you know, So my my my goal is, you know, if I was a coach, stay out of the half court set, um, you know, run off fast breaks, fast breaks, and then, you know, part of that is gonna be taking care of the ball.
So we really, really, really need Frank, Elfriede and, um r j t do their best.
We've taken care that ball.
Um if we have the slightest chance.
And that's the way to do it.
And we really, really have to be clicking on every last cylinder.
Every last cent of that gotta click.
I mean, we got to be shooting like we gotta be shooting like, 55%.
And we're gonna gonna think about winnin this game.
We're already good off it.
I mean, we're already getting a good offensive rebounding team, so we know something that is gonna be a little bit diminished.
Where? Uh, you said Brook Lopez Brook Lopez was out rather lopezes out.
Robin Lopez is okay, So yeah, we know on the defensive end, you know, we got a better chance of getting a little bit more rebounds with Robin out.
So I just think that the way we do this is rebounds and push rebounds and push.
I'm not really worried about the three point shot at this point unless we're in 1/2 court set, but for the most part, weaken.
We could potentially get close to winning this game.
Um, if we're pushing the ball now, the reason The reason I say that too, is because if you look at the games that we played, we play teams twice.
Ah, we have a significant increase in the way we played them.
Ah, in comparison to the second game.
So especially if you look at that Miami game is a huge difference in the way we played them at that garden in comparison to the way we what They ah, in Miami.
So, um, I think we make really, really good, strong, bold adjustments.
And if we can keep this going, uh, with these big adjustments on Yeah, I got it.
Uh, actually, no, I'm not gonna say that.
Want to jinx it? We don't have a chance to win this game, Sam way.
But if we win it so nick, fans don't look at me and, like, you don't have a greens and nuts.
If we win it, it's gonna be on a fast break.
It's gonna be getting out on fast breaks.
Yeah, I'm a man.
I Well, never green man.
I appreciate you joining me, man.
I see out there getting work done.
What? Not So let's get back to work.
