You're gonna hear a lot of currently parked outside my local WalMart.
I am on my way to work, but obviously, we have some news to talk about your news to talk about in the 11 story broke yesterday.
I actually heard about it in the afternoon, but I could not get confirmation from anybody.
Um, but story broke yesterday that Andrew Carlton who former U. S.
Men's national job.
He, uh, the best way to describe him is this generation, which it sounds weird.
That makes me sound really Blythe the best way to really describe and recurrent thing.
It's this generation's Freddy Adu, uh, and which I apologize in advance.
You're probably not going to see my face for a word of this stream.
This is primarily for me to talk out loud, Lester, do you see? Um, but, uh, he's youth product, high potential, hi ability attacking, midfield attacking, playmaker type of mentality.
And, uh, he just hasn't hit his potential.
Um, and hey, hey, he's played.
I believe he's actually played for the senior Jeannie's play for landing united, but, uh, he hasn't really hit his potential, uh, so as a result, but he's struggled last season.
He was a royal pain in the behind for the 11th time against Atlanta United, too.
Uh, can the news broke yesterday from a writer from the Atlanta Constitution? Something, um, that Carlton was possibly going to be loaned out to a, uh us.
Lt is your team.
And, uh, I got privately a message from sweet soccer who is a fabulous account.
Follow up on a information and ****y scoops.
Four lower division soccer.
But I got a message from him privately that said that he believed that Carlson was headed to the 11 and then, obviously Jeff Reuter news.
Jeff Reuter of the athletic broke the news yesterday that a deal was in place.
Now when I reached out to the team for common, they came back and said that they're still waiting, and I just asked I didn't specifically ask about Carlton, but they generally said it like they're waiting on a number of different things because right now the roster stands at about 15 or 16 depending on what the status Dame Kelly is.
So it sounds like it still needs to be blood on the contracts.
Use me, but with less part it sounds like barring any last minute unforeseen cir***stance that this deal is pretty well in place.
I'm pretty confident sing, given me two sources that this is at minimum in a really situation that's going on right now.
So what does that mean for any 11? One of the things that Mark Ready said when he was interviewed on something in the face of the local ESPN affiliate for Indianapolis Waas.
He talked about not only away for needing Thio.
Better try saying that since again has stronger away, for he also mentioned that scoring goals is, and I don't know if Angela Carlton is a goal scorer, but from the little bit of film I watched last night from both his early days in college and then a film I like film thing that I found, um, of its time with Atlanta United his playability and his is tackling on the upper half of the upper third of the field.
There's something that I did get the 11th gonna find very valuable.
Um, they in the last year had everything going for war.
It from the defence side of the ball had everything going for it.
Just a general possession based offense and just driving teams nuts with their three in the back for Major.
But for me, it was very much the goal scoring.
So while Carlton, obviously we'll check another box.
I'm getting a nice number 10 in there.
They still desperately need a number nine and at minimum, because the rumors still have it that Dame Kelly is coming back.
I don't know if that's a situation where, uh, beautiful of I'm a cir***stance over Lyndon Baines E.
I don't know if you think we're there waiting, but regardless, I think I think you're getting definitely a type of situation where Tyler bashers going Thio more time up in playing possible that with the bowl in the upper third rather than having to back down, I still think you need desperately a strong I know what I think is gonna happen with Teams will go after Carlton was gonna go after Jane Kelly and get another number nine, and you probably get another plate piece for the events.
But then, after that, I do for see a situation where they're gonna, uh, play back and get more academy signings, um, on Carlton for a second That was the one thing that when because I fear the tweet, I mentioned that home sweet soccer on Twitter was the guy that got me the information.
But somebody else then asked being a lot better if Art Renny was the type of coached handle, young, eager personalities because along by having a on the field issue in terms of not meeting its expectations In terms of this potential, Andrew Carlson is a fan night life as reverse would have it.
So then ask me on Twitter.
I felt like, you know, Martin ready was the type to really grab on the death.
Um, I don't know if you really need to fix that.
What? I've been impressed by Martin ready, And it was I forget what it was, but I believe it was, you know, in the middle of the season with tie, their passion was really hitting his thriving point.
One of the things that he said and I don't have a postgame thing or anything like that was he talked about the fact that for Kasher he really enjoyed the fact that you got to go out there and push Basher and he saw something in Tyler that Tyler might not have seen, and he said, I'm gonna grab on to that and I'm going to pull that out And I think that's a great thing for Coach.
And I think especially in the case of Andrew Carlton, I do feel like that's some something he needs, And that's not to say that Atlanta, United or Atlanta United to couldn't do that.
But I think a change of scene or he's gonna help, and that's universal.
Everybody I've talked to has said that that's gonna help regardless, but I think a change in scenery will be nice for him.
But then I also feel like having a coach that's willing to say, Hey, I see a ton of potential in you.
Let's not try to use what I already can see and everybody sees that the surface let me go out there and grab something that you don't see in yourself that I can see in yourself and let's pull that out.
So for me, I'm very impressed with what I've seen from our training, and I think this signing in particular really, uh, showcases the fact that he's wanting to do things long term and not do anything short, so it's gonna be interesting to see.
I do think this is a good sighting.
I think it's got a high risk, high reward.
It sounds like the loan will be for the entire season.
So again, high risk, high reward.
I'm sure that there's gonna be some financial aspects that team has to cover, so Wei will see.
I highly doubt I will get that access.
We will see what in terms of, you know, the actual deal with deal what's like.
But I think it's a great sighting.
I still think that I said this.
That's kind of the point of this is written striker up top that's gonna go out score goals or somebody even at least a lot I think they still need.
I would like one more piece of the back now with Connery, Antley and potentially a Carl Hayward both lining up on the right hand side.
I don't know if you can possibly get away with it because I feel like there's a potential for that ready again.
Like I said, it was very, very much a fan of development, development, development and I feel like with quality of players.
He brought back work. Great.
So, buddy, like coral, I do think you have a pretty good contention, strong offense that you could get away with you.
Action academy signing Wake.
See one question that a lot of people have had.
It obviously is.
Josh, 10 is a Indiana University player.
Played before I use this past college season and play tree the 11 during the regular season, Uh, personally.
And I think Josh has a molester with so teams overseas.
So what? The late.
See Very interesting to see how the risk this roster shakes down form or I'm gonna end this street here mainly because I'm on the interstate.
