Coleslaw here, Lord, Going another edition.
I am here gonna do this pretty much.
Same thing a lot of other people have done.
Aston just is doing.
It might be live right now covering the playoff picture for the NFL.
However, I planned on doing it in two different segments.
One covering the FC and then one covering the NFC.
Obviously, as you see behind me, the 1st 1 I'm running is the A F. C.
I would like to thank everyone that has been with me all through this year.
I won't appreciate you.
Thank you for your support.
Everything that I have done has been for you guys.
You know, that's that's what That's what I'm here for.
You know, you guys watching me, asking questions, wanting to know stuff.
That's what I'm here for.
and you make it worth doing.
Okay? I get all kind of twitter questions.
I get email feeds.
I get questions on my podcast.
Me being here to help you.
This is what I love doing okay? Real quick.
If you're not, if you're watching this right now and you don't have a profile, police make a profile real quick. Spend 30 seconds.
Give me a follow.
That way, you're notified Next time I go live, and any time I go live that way, you don't miss, uh, driven down.
Is that how you pronounce it? By the way, thanks for joining the stain.
And I appreciate you. Thank you very much.
So I'm gonna go oven asi playoff picture.
Obviously, we got wild card weekend coming up.
We got patriots and the Titans.
We got Texans and the bills and the winners of those.
They go to the Baltimore, they go to Kansas City.
New England, as everybody knows.
Perry, Thanks for joining.
I seen you doing that.
It was funny because right after I got done with my stream, I started working on doing this one.
You know, doing it to separate runs, one FC, one NFC.
And then I looked seen yours, and you recovered both the same title like Oh, crap, you know? Oh, well, we could do it.
We could do it together.
This is my Effie Stream That's Perry mentioned earlier.
New England just look bad against Miami, right? I am Miami.
I don't know how in the world.
Happy New Year to you too, man.
Um, it's like New England was caught off guard.
It's like they weren't ready Stefan Gilmore like he wasn't ready like he wasn't expecting to have to cover a number one receiver as if they thought that, you know, he was a number one receiver, which he obviously is.
Fitzpatrick is a really good quarterback, has shown it over the years in the NFL.
I think Miami caught New England off guard and Miami got to do something at the end of the season that any team that's not in the playoff, I love to do right what they got.
They got the spoil someone's seeding in the playoffs and they sure did.
And in doing so, they not New England out of a bye week, something they haven't seen in years.
Can they win? Starting off in the wild card around? We're gonna find out now if I remember right parodies got New England, Beat the Titans, and I completely understand that they got a really good defense.
But here's my thing.
Tennessee does, too.
Tennessee's got a very good defense, and New England's offense is, you know, it leaves a lot wanting, especially as a blade, especially that past game, right? It is going to be a great game.
I agree with you, Perry.
I agree with you 100% but I I honestly think that Derrick Henry and, of course, that ex running back that was a patriot that is now a Tennessee titan.
They're gonna end up running all over doing one defensively now granted, Bill Belichick.
He's gonna take the top two guys of any offense out of the game, right? And he's definitely going to be like stop the run and lock down a J. Brown.
That's exactly what you got to do against this team.
That's how you beat this off.
It stopped, but can they stop the run? They haven't really shown all year that they can, even when it's absolutely necessary, right? He hasn't really fully show that his team is capable off stopping a run.
Yeah, well, I mean, this is Tane Hill. This is a quarterback.
This is a quarterback that build below check knows quite well.
I mean, he was a Miami Dolphin, right? He plays.
He knows he understands his his thoughts and his patterns.
So I get that I get where you get that being ableto tub, understand? Tannehill? The passing game in the running game.
But I'm not sure this defense can't stop the run non guests.
Not against this run run team.
I'm agreeing. I'm agreeing with you 100%.
It's gonna be a really good game.
I think it's gonna be a close game.
This is one of those games that it's gonna be early twenties or high teens.
I think you said 24 21.
I'm going to go on a limb here and say 18 to 15.
How weird is that? All right, I think Tennessee wins the game, though I think that Tennessee is going to run the ball a lot.
I think they're gonna break 200 yards rushing.
Total is a team, not Derrick Henry all by his lonesome.
I think as a team, they're gonna run 200 yards.
I don't think it's gonna have a great game because I do think that Gilmore is gonna lock down uh, a J.
But I think you can't forget they got Davis right, and that kid can fly.
But they you know, they're good.
They got really good corners.
They're able to lock down some receivers.
But I think that a tendency establishes that run game early.
That'll allow Tannehill to get a little bit of breathing room in order to make completions when it's needed.
Now Tennessee's defense is very good.
They're very, very, very good against the run.
And that's about the only thing that New England has is a run game.
But Tennessee's run defense is very solid.
Top 10 and they got some really good corners.
So I don't see New England breaking 300 yards offense.
I can see Tennessee breaking about 3 50 I think Tannehill might might go for about 150 passing.
Um, I don't think its completion percentage is going to be very high.
I don't think he's gonna throw for a lot of yards.
I don't think it's gonna have to throw a lot at all.
But I do think that this is gonna be like 18 15 game something of that nature.
I think Tennessee will move on against Baltimore, which is another gain.
You know, Baltimore good defense and they run the ball.
Sehgal to 293 I see you.
I want a walking near to the stream and I want to thank you for being here.
I think Tennessee moves on and faces Baltimore in Baltimore, and quite frankly, this is gonna be an ugly game.
What's his two very good run defenses facing two teams that run the ball very well, I think Baltimore wins.
I I honestly, I don't see anyone the FCC helping Baltimore right now, Um, but that's a game that I think both teams rely on the run so much, and I just I believe that Tennessee could stop a regular running back, right? Like I think they could stop Ingram from getting a lot of yardage.
It's it's that or P O that's gonna kill him and the fact that he's gonna use that run game in that r p o.
To end up using it as play action passing and hit Some guys like Marky Brown downfield.
Uh, I'll get more into that after the wild card weekend is over, but I honestly think that Baltimore will end up winning that game if they end up playing against Tennessee.
If they end up playing, it gets doing somehow, New England get there.
I don't see New England beating Baltimore, especially not in Baltimore.
Okay, cause they won't have home field advantage.
We've already seen what happens.
Um, I think Baltimore would win that game as well.
Let's move on to the other side.
All right, we got the Texas and the Buffalo Bills.
What is back for this game against Buffalo? Buffalo's offense and defense have been well, Their defense, in my opinion, is what we all thought.
It was pretty darn good defense.
When it comes to the defense in front, the front four is as good as just about anyone's.
Maybe Jacksonville's about equal tomb defensive line wise, but I think they give up a little bit.
All right, Houston is a very balanced offense, and if Watson is healthy and on his game this office.
I can't put up points with any offense in the NFL, the Houston Texans offense can be absolutely dynamic.
Buffaloes can be efficient.
Josh Allen is a group show in MIT strikes this year, as opposed to what we saw earlier in the year.
He's learned when he needs to run it, he's learned toe, tack it down.
Now take the chances that he needs to when he throwing a deep feeling into double coverage.
He's been playing a lot better as of late.
I like Josh Allen as a quarterback.
I think he's got a great future for himself.
But I have an A f C South guy, and I know tuna fee.
And I know and I know the Texans.
Watt makes a massive difference on that defensive line when it comes to the pass rush.
A massive difference.
Well, you got more.
So, uh, Whitney Mercilus My dad almost said Marshall Darius Long Team Whitney Mercilus on one side of J.
Watt on the other.
It's scary with the merciful playing this game.
I hoping he is J. J.
Watt, the announced is, but when he's in this game, there's a whole massive difference because teams have to focus on J.
Watt, which allows the other guys one on one.
And most of these guys can beat one on.
Most of these guys are pretty good against one on one on that front seven.
They're not very good against the run, though, and Buffalo has started running the ball a lot better in the last 56 weeks of the season.
And I think that's also, you know, helped Allen in his progression as a quarterback because he doesn't have to have the whole team on his shoulder.
I think this is gonna be a pretty good, high scoring game.
I like Buffalo's defense, but and Houston's got a decent secondary and they can pass rush.
But they're not very good against the run.
I think Frank Gore's gonna have himself a day just because he's able to break tackles as opposed to the other running back.
Frank Gore is that guy.
You gotta be careful with him.
You think he's old.
You think he's over the hill, he ends up doing stuff that you're just not expecting.
I mean, you know that once he gets past, uh, if he could get past the front seven.
He's not gonna outrun the safety's on the defensive backs.
But the problem is he get past that front seven because of his power.
So it's not unusual to see him run 56 yards per carry all the time.
He always falls forward.
He's always got good shoulder pad level.
He's able to get skinny in some amazing situations and squeak out three extra yards when needed.
I think Buffalo is going to try to run this ball and keep that dynamic offense of Tech of the Texans off the field, which means this game's gonna slow down a little bit.
The only way this game slows down caliber.
Okay, welcome to the stream.
I appreciate you.
Thank you for being here.
The only way this game actually slows down is if they're able to move the sticks and stay on the field.
If they're able to run the football and keep getting first downs now, I don't think Buffalo is good enough on the ground, frankly, to do it time and time and time again, they are.
Houston's definitely gonna load that box and try to stop the run and tryto home.
Alan and keep him from taking off and running in different directions.
It's not like they've never practiced against a quarterback like that before, right? I mean, they got one of the best in the NFL in doing that, you know, watching pretty solid about scrambling, taking off on getting yardage.
So I mean, they practice.
It gets quarterbacks like that every day.
I think this is a game.
It's either gonna be very close and very low scoring, and I think it's gonna go one way or the other, either.
It's gonna be very close.
It's gonna be, you know, like uh 18 to 21 game or Buffalo's gonna get blown out one of the other because that Buffalo can establish that run.
I think the Texas will go score the football a lot.
I think this could be the game that the Houston Texans finally get over that hump, get over that first round in the playoffs, and if that happens, they've already beat Kansas City in Kansas City.
They have the blueprint, they know how to do it.
And it wasn't like, you know, they were completely and utterly unhealthy that they had some of their wide receivers and, you know, I'm a Holmes was a little hobbled with his ankle, but like I said, they're used to playing against quarterbacks.
That could scramble real well because they play against Watson every day.
I'm gonna go with the lower scoring game, something like 2118 with the Buffalo and the Texans.
I think the Texans win.
I think the A F C South shows out this week.
I'm not just saying that because I'm a Cold SPAN and I'm in a F C South guy.
I'm not saying that because of that.
I honestly, you know, looking at the team, looking at the strengths, their weaknesses.
I think the Tennessee Titans in the Houston Texans move on, get their first playoff wins in a long, long time.
And if it does, it'll flip a lot of people because on one side you'll have New England getting knocked out in the first round and how long in the playoffs right off the back Tennessee, you'll do something that hasn't happened in a long time and by an ex coach of New England doing it and then the Texans everyone's expect.
I think most people think the Buffalo probably has the edge of this game.
I just think that the Houston Texans offense is just too darn dynamic toe hold down.
So I got the Houston Texans beating Buffalo in a close one.
Or, like I said, could be a blowout.
If Buffalo's not able to control the clock and keep that Texas offense on the field by running the ball, will.
And I think Tennessee just runs the ball way too well, Um, for New England, actually, their defense toe make a serious mark here against them.
I think they're gonna sell out against it.
I think I think Bill Belichick is going to sell out to stop the run, not just running as Perry Ass instead earlier.
Not just running the football by the running backs, but the fact that Ryan Tannehill have shown quite a bit that he could take off and run himself.
Um, all four of these you got five out of six teams here in the NFC playoff picture have scrambling quarterbacks.
That's that's where the NFL is turning now, right? Tom Brady is a dying breed.
Drew Brees is a dying breed.
You need a quarterback to take off and run mostly because defense's pass rushers are just getting so good that at their speed, strength, abilities, they're so well coached they have to be able to take off, get in and run to create extra time.
This whole quarterback only needs three seconds.
Not in today's NFL.
If you've got two and 1/2 3 2nd 2 and 1/2 3 seconds, you got to defensive guys on you already.
You have to step up, get out, be able to move.
I don't know if this is the last year Tom Brady plays.
This is the last year Bill Belichick head coaches in New England Patriots.
I'm not going to get into that right now.
Maybe talk about that later on after the playoffs, after they either lose or when the Super Bowl.
Because, quite frankly, do England.
I can't count them out totally, but I want to thank everyone that's here also.
