How's it going, guys? Give me just a minute.
Get everything shared out.
We'll get started with a little pregame for the beach ball.
All right, guys. So getting started.
We got the Peach Bowl, The L s U Tigers number one team in the land.
The Oklahoma Sooners, the Big 12 champions coming in for another college football playoff, preparing Soviet, win a game in the playoff sees.
Um, you know, a lot of people are kind of riding this one as a very easy easy to predict one.
Like, if you're especially from my point of view, living in the South like nobody in my neck of the woods that I've talked to Feels like Aloma can actually win this game because it will come down so much Maur to the arm of jail and hurts and the performances of both of the defense's.
Now I think that that is true to a certain extent.
I do think l s u has the upper hand in this game.
They've got the Heisman winner.
Um, they've had the most explosive offense in all of college football, and they did that me sec, which is no small feat.
Um, really the only faced one defense.
I was able t even kind of stifle them.
And that was arguably the best defense in all of college football.
Ah, with the Auburn Tigers.
So but here's the thing is, both defenses have gotten so much better as the season is progress.
Both of them are starting to kind of peak.
But here's the thing is, when you look at El issues defense and you say that, yeah, their defense is starting to peak.
Is it really because they haven't played really good offenses to close the season? Georgia's offense is just a factory of sadness out of the East and really couldn't get anything going in the S e C championship because Jake from didn't have anybody throw, too.
And he didn't have a healthy DeAndre Swift.
So you know what? What is Georgia really going to do in that ballgame and then Texas A and M, not a great offensive team, that they're better defensively? Callum owns a good quarterback, but he's he's not special enough to, you know, make do with what the Aggies have.
So and then you look on the other side.
Yes, Oklahoma has completely revamped their defense.
They go from entering this game against Alabama a year ago with just the most horrendous defense.
You know, there wasn't even a guarantee that they'd make the playoffs because their defense was just that bad.
Statistically and other come in this year considerably better in the rankings of statistics.
For their defense, however, they do still play in the Big 12 and in the Big 12.
I don't think it's so much about the defense is being so horrendously bad as the cliche is, it's that these offenses are so spread out and that the rules are just so in place that you're seeing it all over college football now.
It's not just the Big 12.
If you can spread them out and you've got a quarterback that can sling it and you got wide receivers that you can trust and you're smart about your ball placement, you're gonna be able to score in college football.
And that's kind of the situation with Oklahoma is Yeah, the Big 12 had a really kind of down year.
Baylor really stepped up and almost beat him two times.
But even still, with the the second Baylor game, you could see how that defense really did improve.
Ah, and is making strides both in the mental game, in the physical side of playing that side of the ball.
So I think, as we get ready for kickoff here in just a few minutes that it's not so much about Joe Burrow, and it's not so much about Jalen hurts.
It's about which defense truly steps up in this game and plays plays above and beyond of what they've done in their previous 13 contest.
So it's gonna be a fun game.
I think this is gonna be the better of the two, uh, playoff games.
So as we get ready and they're talking about it on the broadcast as well, Clyde Edwards Hilaire will play for the L S U Tigers.
So that's a That's a very big thing, um, accounts for 23% of their scrimmage.
Jordan's So it would have been a big loss for L s U.
If he had not been able to suit up for this game, used him, still managing that injury that he's dealing with kick off in just a few seconds.
****, I Thanks for joining the stream.
My name is Jacob Harrison.
This is re sports on SportsCastr.
Thank you for joining me and allowing me to be your play by play for the Peach Bowl.
The Oklahoma Sooners taking on the L S U Tigers in Atlanta, Georgia, and this one is underway.
The 2019 college football playoff has begun with a touchback.
Oklahoma will start the game offensively and we'll get our first look at Jalen Hurts the quarterback for the Sooners, who has completely turned around his ability as a thrower as a quarterback, I think he has vastly improved over the past two seasons.
Taking the coaching from Danny knows, Ah, year ago at Alabama and truly improving upon his footwork, his release, his mechanics, his his, his reading of the defense.
And now he's been able to put it under practice and also having the assistance from his head coach, Lincoln Reilly, who's just a wizard when it comes todo creating these high profile Heisman candidate quarterbacks fakes the Jets sweep, Hertz is back to throw.
He feels some pressure, and he's gonna get sacked on the very first play of the game.
And that's Caleb on Chase on him for the sack for the Tigers.
Not the way the Oklahoma Sooners wanted to start this ballgame.
The head a lot going on on that play a little like general wanted to go deep and it was covered.
L s U they're called Bebe You for a reason.
They had had their guys locked down down the field.
Now it's second and 16 for Oklahoma.
This one is the gift to the running back and he won't get anywhere.
He'll be stuffed a yard behind the line of scrimmage and the talkers defense is fired up for the Peach Bowl.
Remember, this is much more of a home game for L S U.
This is the exact stadium they played in just a few weeks ago to win the SEC Championship Stadium, of course, closer to Louisiana and the SEC Country Man United or die 69.
Thanks for joining the strain, man.
Third and 17 now for the Sooners, 51% on the year.
I don't think I read that right British her.
That was 51st in the F. B s.
This one is a white flag draw play that again goes for a loss of three straight plays by the L S U Tigers defense that result in a loss of yardage against Oklahoma's high powered offense.
Remember last year Oklahoma came out against Alabama and they were not able to get anything going offensively for the first quarter? And Lincoln Riley had toe, you know, bring his troops in and try to figure out a way to attack the Crimson Tide.
It may be the same situation here against Ellis.
You, Derek Stingley, is back to return this punch, which is completely shank.
L s u will start their first drive in positive territory, the punter for the Sooners there, unable to help his defense in anything real ways, we get a look at the Heisman Trophy winning quarterback.
Joe Borough, who has cemented himself, will likely be a Cincinnati Bengal by the time April rolls around, and he takes over on offense in the shotgun, two receivers to each side.
This one is fake and tossed off to Moss, who picks up a gain of about 16 on the play after hurdling a defender on the near side line.
Loomis, thanks for joining the broadcast, so L s u is already started.
Toe hold onto the mo mentum and get a few things going offensively.
Picking up the first positive yards of the game.
Clyde Layer is on the sideline for the display Borough stand strong in the pocket and gets that one, too.
Is receiver to Marshall for a gain of probably about five or six to bring up second down.
And now Edwards he Layer is in the ball game for the Tigers.
2nd 4 And they give is faked.
It's an R p o and it's caught and it's a touchdown for the Tigers.
Justin Jefferson stretches across the goal line for the first points of the game.
L s u is rocking the Mercedes Benz Dome.
Oklahoma doesn't know what hit him.
Easy going for the Tigers so far.
They get the three tackles for loss, including the sack on the very first play by Chase on Get a shank point.
Three plays later, the Tigers air in the end zone, taking a seven.
Nothing lead and the Peach Bowl.
All right, guys.
Thanks for joining the broadcaster on the brakes.
Feel free to use the chat live feature and talk ball with me.

College Football, Pittsburgh Steelers, Alabama Crimson Tide, the NFL draft, you name it.
Oklahoma is kind of in a bad way here to start the game.
That's not, you know, ideal Thio.
Allow a team that has so much momentum coming off from the season that they had off offensively.
I'm just tops in everything really unstoppable job, our leads, practically every statistical category a quarterback can.
It's nearly impossible to pressure him because there's always that, that dump off or short option that he finds just as soon as there's Ah, there's a window.
And now Jalen Hearts is enough to come out and find a way to reciprocate, respond and put some points on the board for his Sooners or this thing could get out of hand very quickly.
And I say that simply because momentum is just so riel in these ballgames.
Thanks for joining the stream when you when you look at all these these playoff games we've seen before, particularly, you know, and I'm gonna write from screams and tied a lot because it's my team, but particularly you.
Look back at the game from last year between Alabama and Oklahoma.
Oklahoma stumbled out of the gates.
And, you know, even when Oklahoma really started, pour it all in late, it was too late.
There's nothing you know.
There was no real way to win the ballgame when you look at the way Clemson came out in the national championship.
They came out, fired up and made a few big plays.
Alabama was very stale out of the locker room, and as a result, Mo mentum completely went to the clubs and tires.
You gotta realize these air.
We're talking about kids, that air, you know, younger than 24 years old, younger than 22 years old, more often than not, and you're putting them on these massive stages primetime football.
The entire world is watching the entire weight of your, you know, university in your fan base, and you know that's that's nationwide.
Spreading, you know, is is at stake, and they have to play absolutely perfect because they're also playing against the absolute best players, big college football, especially when you talk about the differences between the explosiveness, the the style and the production of El Issues offense.
Compared to Oklahoma's defense, it's there's little to compare it to a zealous you set to kick off for the second time in this ballgame.
Less than three minutes into it, that one goes out of the back of the end zone for a touchback.
Dale Earnhardt's will take over once again, a 25.
So they take it on the four hash and a little mix up, as I think the Sooners right tackle got a little antsy.
Well, they call it on CD Lamb for the false start, and this one has given to his running back who finds a crease and picks up about five.
That was Kennedy Brooks on the caring.
You pick up the first positive yards for Oklahoma, however, doesn't put them in the net positive for total offensive yards.
Second and 11 Sooners have been playing catch up with the chains.
The entire game parts fakes to give is looking deep.
He's got time in the pocket slings this one out, and it's almost intercepted, wildly inaccurate throw.
He was looking for Hazelwood and really wasn't even close.
You gotta wonder if Jalen hurts.
We're talking about a kind that that has played on the stages before on, you know, in Oklahoma has been here, but I haven't won.
But Jalen has been to the moun*****op and he's He's come up with those clutch plays before, but and he's not wonder to show any emotion until the final clock is is finished.
But you have to wonder what's going through his head The way this game has started.
He's under pressure again and ask the loft this one out of bounds.
So he did give CD Lamb an opportunity.
So the sooner still with no offensive production L s u is carrying over the moment, um, defensively from the past few contests in which they were able to play their best football of this season.
So this one is put away, and it's much better point Ellis.
You will have to start at their own 27 rather than in positive field position.
As Stingley Fair catches that one in Joe Borough gets set, take over once again.
First and 10 for the Tigers.
Three receivers to the top of the formation.
Borough looking deep and he finds his man. But he drops.
It would have been out of bounds anyway.
There was terrorist Marshall, the intended receiver.
So second and 10 upcoming now for the Tigers.
Chris Curry to the left of Joe Burrow.
Curry's got the majority of the snaps at running back so far in this game.
He motions back to a pistol formation and gets the Kerry finds a gap up the middle and picks up around seven on the play.
Chris Curry, a freshman from Florida Lehigh High School in Escambia County, Florida six foot 2 15 running back and he takes a breather on the sideline.
Clyde Edwards. A lair.
As you can see, still on the sideline.
This is another empty formation.
Wants trips to the top.
Wants doubles till the bottom of the formation.
Third and three for Joe Burrow and company.
Morrow has to create some time for himself a Hild pick up a yard.
It looked like you would get sacked, but he stumbled forward for a yard on the play.
He's got an offensive lineman who is down and hurt and just as bad.
It is fourth down for the Tigers, and that's a huge win for Oklahoma and their defense to get home to Joe Borough with just the three man rush you saw out there on the replay.
And now with an offensive lineman down, just salt in the wound for the Tigers, who have now started to cool off as the first quarter progresses.
All right, so the game's starting to settle down a little bit for both offenses.
No, it was down.
It's been down the whole time for Oklahoma.
But, Ellis, you starting to Kanda, simmer down off the pregame, you know, anticipation that they came into the ballgame with Oklahoma starting to play better defense as well.
You know Clyde Edwards, a layer very good running back.
A lot of people like the compare him, not only just because of the number, but because of the size and the style of play.
A lot of people are reminded of Mark Ingram when they watch him play running back.
Um, so him not being in the game, you know, Number 22 accounts for 23% of Ellis use offensive scrimmage yards.
So for him to not be on the field is it's a situation that Ellis Hughes got to figure something out with, um, and will be a difficult thing to overcome a CZ.
Well, for Oklahoma offensively, these plays, they're just It looks like they're trying to get everything back all at once, which is something you really can't.
D'oh! They've got a They've got to settle the offense down, get some screenplays, some shallow drags, running plays get gel in, hurts moving around out of the pocket.
Get him, like in the game.
Ah, you know, for Jalen, you'd rather his first hit to be, you know, eight yards downfield on a scramble, not get sacked on the very first play of the game.
Nobody wants to get sacked on the very first play of the game.
Ah, that's a moment, um, killer in its own way.
Um, but yeah, Jalen has has got to get something going here with some shorter passes.
Every place so far has been a long developing pass deep downfield.
And you've got to earn those plays against Ellis You.
That's always been the situation.
Even even this year when they they haven't been as good as pastel issue.
Defense is you've got to earn those plays by making them respect what you can do in the short game.
So well, get ready for the punt from L s U to see where Jalen Hurts and the Sooners offense will take over.
Damian Lewis Lewis.
A second team, all SEC linemen senior has been carted off the field and taken to the locker room for the Tigers will see who will step in for him the next time around.
Von Rosenberg punts this one away with a bit of pressure in his face, but he still gets off a good one, but it takes a sooner roll 2 31 So we'll see how things start for the sooner offense Now.
Two receivers to each side, Jalen in the shotgun with Kennedy, Brooks to his right, and it's a read option.
Hertz keeps it for a gain of five.
And that And just as I said before, this Dr started that, those are the kinds of things that you need to do.
If you're in Oklahoma, Supporter is just pick up something on this drive.
Try to get some first downstream.
Great, but your defense is starting to settle down and play better.
Just get your offense going with.
So Mo Mentum Hurts.
Brings a tight and back, likely for protection.
Kennedy Brooks to his left.
Give is to Not the Brooks hurts, kept it and took a shot, but he had long picked up the first down with a big gain on that zone.
Read in the zone.
You know it's not as effective as it used to be, but if you've got a running quarterback like Jalen hurts, it still is something that can build these these plays and create some excitement for your offense as well as momentum.
The 1st 1st down of the game for the Sooners, and now the ball sits at 48 yard line on the far hash and now a false start on the Sooners.
Stuart Mullins, the referee create Humphrey was guilty of the false start that was the center, I do believe.
Guilty of the infraction.
So now first and 15 the Sooners are backed up again, hurts rolls to his right, looks back to the left and throws to his tight end number 81 who was taken down out of bounds after again of three.
That was breaking Willis, who is actually listed as a fullback.
But he's lining up out wide once again, so hurts back to throw yet again.
Just a four man Russians.
One's deep and it's caught CD Lamb unstoppable, monstrous gain down inside the five gain of at least 50 and the Sooners are in position with the ball at the three yard line.
Jalen gives it to Kennedy.
Brooks, who fights for the touchdown.
Sooners are on the board, three yard touchdown run from Kennedy Brooks.
Five play drives 69 yards in this game has completely turned around over the past two drives, and the extra point is good.
It is tied up 77 Sooners respond, and it will be.
The Tigers are next 7 34 to go in the first quarter.
CD Lamb is that man what cats from CD lamb and I know.
But I all I'll admit that there's some bias thinking in this, that Jerry Judy is the best one.
His agility, his route, running, his hands, everything about him.
I can't I can't think otherwise.
But man CD lamb.
He always makes the big plays exactly when his team needs him.
There's no fear in his game.
He's a CZ clutches.
They come from the wide receiver position and he's built a very similar fashion to Jerry.
Judy knew about five, 5 11 6 foot, about £190.
Ah, you know, there.
Let me make sure I didn't just shortchange him on his height.
Yeah, six to I did, you know, 6 £290.
You know, he's not a physically imposing wide receiver, but you know, when you need to play anywhere on the field and you saw it on that play.
It was it was a jump ball situation.
I kind of lost his footing as an offender d****d all over him and still comes down with it without leaving his feet.
You know, creating the positioning himself and fighting off the defenders incredible stuff.
That's why he'll be a first round pick, possibly a top 10 pick, depending upon needs.
Uh, in all honesty, based on production alone, I probably wouldn't be shocked to see the lamb is drafted before Jerry.
Judy, I mean, a lot of people are slotting Jerry Judy, Top three Top five guy and I wholeheartedly agree.
I've never taken him out of the top five in any of my bunk drafts.
Um, but it's a possibility.
See the lamb, an incredible athlete on the outside, and he makes Jalen hurts look really, really good.
And that's not that's not Ah, dig or that's price for CD Lam, an incredible wide receiver.
Uh, well deserving of the bullet Nick off.
I just said that Jamaar Chase one. The bullet nick off.
My bad stuff happens, so we'll away.
L issues offense to return to the field.
You know, The first drive didn't last long, but it ended in the end zone.
Their second drive didn't last long, either, but it resulted in a three and out, So we'll see how they prepare next.
See if they may be turned to Clyde Edwards, a layer on the next drive.
Or maybe give Curry a few more opportunities running the football Jamaar Chase hasn't really been involved yet in the ball game, so you gotta put the ball in the hands of your playmakers, just his Oklahoma did and the ball in the hands of Jalen hurts on a few plays, and then they slung a deep.
The CD lamb and nothing but good things happened because those were big time players.
So we'll see if Ellis you respond in a similar fashion market, sends this one through the back of the end zone.
So Curry, still in the backfield with Borough to start this drive first in 10 bro takes the snap.
It's got some time.
Gets it out to his receiver.
Jefferson, who picks up a good gain down the near side line on the out route, beat his man, caught the ball cleanly, turned upfield for a good game.
And just like that, after a gain of 18 this one slung over the middle gets it to Jefferson for a second consecutive first down.
And now the ball is at the 43 L S u is like a freight train on this drive, just moving down the field.
Two plays into monster gains.
Moss in motion, sits at the tight end position on the far side borough fakes to give, finds his man Marshall, who picks up a gain of seven and looks like he is shaken up on the play but he gets up in jogs off under his own power.
Looks frustrated that he was injured like it has something to do with his head.
So he's gonna be checked out for a while.
As you see his season stats at a great season to be the number three guy, 10 touchdowns, second and two, this one is given Toe Curry, who pounds four, picks up the first down fireball of a running back.
Six foot tall, £215.
A little bowling ball is he Powers forward.
So now first and 10 ball sits at the 30 and 1/2 yard line.
Fakes to give those burro steps up in the pocket.
Slings it to the sideline.
It's nearly intercepted.
Parnell Motley breaking on that corner route Excuse me Curl route and nearly came away with it.
Joe Bro does not throw a lot of interceptions, so when you've got an opportunity to take advantage of it, but keeping the ball away from his intended receiver is still a win.
Motley is senior cornerback, leads his team and pass breakups with 12 empty backfield again for Borough on second and 10 is the play clock dips inside of five.
Hey stands tall in the pocket.
Gets it to Jefferson, who picks up seven before he's written out of bounds by a sooner defender.
Just embroils the safety on the play.
This one is given to Clyde Edwards.
Hilaire, who powers through the safety and picks up the first down dealer, wanted to make a statement when he got into the game and just did that on that play.
Powering through Broyles, who have made the previous play, gives it Thio a layer once again.
But this one is stuff for no gain.
Empty backfield you more Chase motions to join his quarterback in the backfield.
Chase wheels out towards the end zone. Borough.
Creates his own space and fires a touchdown toe.
Marshall to retake the lead for the Tigers.
Eight yard touchdown reception.
75 yards on the drive.
Taking up three minutes of the first quarter.
You responded as if to say the last drive was an enigma.
Don't expect to see it again.
We're coming for the end zone.
Second touchdown at the drop of the game in York is good on the point.
After borough scrambles and finds his man terrorist Marshall as the Tigers lead in the Peach Bowl, 14 to 7 over Oklahoma.
All right, guys, thanks for joining me, allowing me to be your call for the play by play of the Peach Bowl between Oklahoma and L s u. My name is Jacob Harrison.
This is re sports on SportsCastr.

Don't be afraid.
Hit that like button and follow me on here for, ah, firm or play by play.
We doing the Steelers Ravens game tomorrow and I'll find some moment at least one game on New Year's Day.
One of the bogus note.
I will be doing a ballgame.
It'll be the Alabama game.
Ah, the New Year's Eve Bowl.
I'll probably find one to do for a New Year's evil as well.
To ah Loggins here SportsCastr account and talk ball with me and chat live feature during the breaks.
So now Atkins set toe kick it away it again for the Tigers.
After retaking the lead, this one skips from the 12 into the hands of Rambo, who finds a seam up the far sideline and is now drug down by the kicker out of bounds.
So a bit more momentum in the face or in favor, I should say of Oklahoma as Jalen Hurts and Company prepares to retake the field after finally getting some positive momentum going for their squad as well as getting onto the scoreboard and as they show the replay of the touchdown Marshall Practical use the referee is, Ah, pick on that play to get just enough of an advantage over his defender as hurts drops back and he faces pressure and throws it into the dirt in front of his receiver.
CD Lamb Shelvin on the pressure for the Tigers on that play.
4 11 to go in the first quarter.
Second in Tan for the Sooners.
This one is faked.
It gets battered down.
Did you see on the broadcast day veranda one of the best defensive coordinators in the country, third and 10.
Now Jalen Hurts alone in the backfield, takes the snap.
It was wide to his left and he corralled it, and now he's under pressure again and just tosses up a duck, and he might get pass interference singly, yanked down the receiver before the ball ever got there.
And there's no flag.
I'm not sure how there's not a flag on the field.
There's absolutely pass interference.
And Lincoln Riley is furious, and he has every right to be a terrible call by this officiating crew not to correct that one.
And that one rolls to the 14 where l s u will take over after being gifted that situation absolutely singly, a great young corner, one of the best freshman corners in the country, if not the best, Absolutely.
Yank down Hazelwood.
And that's infuriating no matter who you are, unless you wear purple and gold today, borough fakes the give the curry instead just dumps it off to him after looking deep, and that is gain of Are they gonna give him 11? No, they're gonna give him nine.
So 3 30 now in the first pistol formation, curry behind Burrow to gives to Curry, who has a bit of an edge for he's annihilated Kenneth Murray, arguably the best linebacker in the Big 12.
What up, Curry? Third and second now after the big play by Kenneth Murray Empty backfield for Burrow after he sent Curry to the far sideline.
Previous, third and short for the Tigers resulted in a sack.
The Sooners bring three.
There's still a bit of pressure on Burrow, and now he has to escape to the far sideline and he launches it deep.
Are you kidding? Terrorist Mitchell plucked it out of the air.
It saves the drive for the Tigers.
Joe Borough showing why he won the Heisman Trophy and his receivers have played a huge part in it as well.
Just a prayer of a throw.
Marshall was shoved out of bounds, so he is legal to touch that ball.
An incredible play.
Why L s u and it's Heisman winner.
And now Kenneth Murray is shaken up on the play, and that is foreign away.
The best defensive player for the Sooners.
Him leaving the game would be catastrophe for the Crimson and cream from Oklahoma, and he's reaching.
Looks like because right hamstring.
So that's something that will have to be kept up with for the remainder of the game if he can return.
That would be a huge plus for Oklahoma who now at this point are down one of their best players and now a time out.
It's taken by the officials.
Not sure what they're now.
The time out was Oklahoma.
I think Oklahoma is challenging.
Oklahoma is challenging the play on the field.
I think they want to see.
Was Marshall shoved out? Where did he go? Out on his own just before he was shoved out.
The defender did put his hands on Marshall.
So we'll see a big play for the Tigers after.
So they're reviewing this, but the broadcast isn't showing any replays.
Uh, really doing me a favor here? I mean, can't say a thing until on the only replay I've seen of it looked like Marshall was pushed out of bounds.
I'm not sure why the broadcast isn't discussing this whatsoever, considering this review is taking.
So the point is upheld and confirmed so it will remain first down for the Tigers Marshals reception will count first in 10.
Now is the game kind of resets a little bit After that break ball sits at the 46 yard line borough.
Now curry too is right in the shotgun.
Give is to Curry, who has space up the middle.
Powers forward picks up 20 a powerful run great blocking the defense have spread out on the second and third levels.
So once you got past the first line of defense open field and picks up a gain of nearly 20 first and 10 now from the 35 thanks to Curry hitches back up to create space finds Jefferson who fumbles the ball out of bounds, they will call it incomplete.
He never gained possession of the ball, wasn't able to tuck it away after catching the ball.
Yeah, you see, he just never really got a hold on it.
Thought he had it when he went for the stiff on the ball.
Just disappeared out of his grasp.
Really a bizarre thing.
You think once he kind of tucks it away, it's done for.
Uh, the ball just kind of bounced away.
So second and 10 not often.
You see drops from these receivers from L s U one of the best cores in all of football Borough alone in the backfield.
He's got Jefferson.
He's got a touchdown.
Jefferson holds on to this one 35 yard touchdown reception from number two as L S U takes a to score lead as we near the end of the first quarter borough, already with three touchdown passes.
And there's still a minute 16 to go in the first quarter.
As you see you're watching the broadcast, they're talking about Joe Burrows drafts.
Talk just rising.
Incredibly, a season has progressed, you know, from somebody who probably would be lucky to be drafted all the way up to now.
I mean, he's You can nearly write his name in ink to join the Cincinnati Bangles unless they feel Chase Young is better for their situation.
Or there's a trade.
And as you still see with the broadcast, Kenneth Murray still trying to get that, let right legs stretched out and try to get it right so you can get back on the field.
Oklahoma will be taking over on offense now, as this kickoff goes through the back of the end zone for a touchback, Jalen hurts and company set to take over.
Hertz is played in Okay, game.
Up to this point, he have the one big play, the 51 yard road to see the lamb However, when he's had the pressure in his face is they were replaying the injury that Murray sustained.
Ah, non contact, just like his leg gave out on him.
And that one is dropped by Brooks in the backfield.
Oklahoma's offense starting to sputter again.
They had the one big drive where they got a couple of of momentum shifting plays.
But the L S U Front has created pressure on Jalen Hurts that he has not had an easy time of avoiding.
So now, second in 10 hurts his back steps up.
This is a quarterback draw.
He makes one man miss gets tripped up gain of nine just short of the first down as he was tripped up by the defense of linemen Neil Farrell Jr.
Junior from Mobile, Alabama.
Third, too, the official marking 45 seconds to go in the first quarter.
Oklahoma's 51% third down conversion sits in the F B s, but they haven't converted one yet today as hurts, it's two of eight for 54 yards and 51 of that came on one play, hurts now takes another quarterback power and takes this one out of bounds before he's drugged down after he went out of bounds.
They do keep the flags in the pockets.
Oklahoma not getting any calls today.
Hertz is an excellent runner, has great ball carrying awareness.
And again, that probably should have been a flag.
Riley's gonna lose his mind at some point in this game if Oklahoma doesn't start getting these calls that they rightly deserve.
Looks like that will be the final play of the quarter.
L s u had one drive that stalled just one.
The other three Joe Borough touchdowns they lead over the Oklahoma Sooners 21 to 7 in the Chick fil A peach ball in Atlanta, Georgia.
All right, guys.
Thanks for joining me, Allowing me to be your play by play for the Peach Bowl.

I'm gonna hop up, get a glass of water, and I'll be right back.
Toa kind of summarize the first quarter and see what we should expect from the sec.
Thanks for hanging around.
So the first quarter, it was a long one.
First of all, I mean, uh, clock stops a lot with these past plays that that Aaron complete or when Jalen Hurts and the Oklahoma Sooners offense doesn't get anything going.
So on that No, Oklahoma just man.
They haven't been able to get past the front line of defense for the Tigers.
Front seven has brought the pressure.
Jalen Hurts has not fared well in the face of that pressure.
Hasn't been able to avoid the pass rushers very well.
And even when he does, he's not able to get a pass off accurately to a receiver.
So, um, these are the things that you talk about.
What Jalen hurts as a quarterback is you try toe C.
Can he be the guy of Can he be the leader? Oven NFL offenses he worth a first round pick? Can he reach those heights? I honestly I think you will be a first round pick just because of the media hype.
He is a playmaker, you know.
They're Lamar Jackson comparisons.
You can create an offense for this guy? I do think so.
But when he faces this pressure and and don't get me wrong, I don't mean the pressure of the game.
I mean, the pressure in his face because the pressure of the game Ah, in all likelihood, not lost on him.
And this guy we're talking about The guy that came into the S E c championship a year ago after being benched the entire year and only seeing mop up duty for the entire season.
He comes in and, you know, leads the Crimson Tide over the Georgia Bulldogs and sends it to the playoffs.
Yeah, and he's You been in other national championship games as well, isn't it? Didn't play particularly well in them because defense is had time for prayer for him.
And if you can slow him down as a runner and forced him to pass, you know, that's kind of the recipe for success against him.
So but now it's been more about Okay, well, they're gonna throw the ball with Jalen, you know, and they're going to do it confidently.
But how do we stop that? Will you put pressure in his face just as L s u has this entire game as they're doing right now as excuse me as hurts rolls to the near side and throws it away.
And that's been the situation for much of the game.
Caleb on Chase on Lawrence, the entire crew for the Tigers up front, getting penetration into the backfield.
Enforcing hurts toe.
Have toe deviate away from the original plan, and he's not able to get away because these air these are much, much better athletes.
Uh, not to not to dig up the Big 12 but these guys that play defense in the SEC West, particularly here, and l s u they're good cats.
They can chase you down.
And Justin Ah, excuse me on a like you trying to say Justin Fields.
Jalen Hurts knows that as he gives us one of Kenneth E.
Brooks for a five yard gain to bring up third down 35.
Now the four sideline Jalen Hurts takes the snap, drops back.
He's in the pocket.
He's slinging this one deep for CD lamb, and he overshot him by a good bit.
Hi, our King Rainbow throw and it was about four yards out of the reach of CD land.
So three and out for the Sooners and l issues offense showing no signs of slowing down.
This game can get out of hand so quickly as we've already seen, Ellis, you hey, right now holds a to score lead that could very well build upon that.
On the ensuing drive, this one bounces into the end zone after a little like it had some promise.
As you get a look at the trophy case for the L S U Tigers, I mean one more awards than any other player combined or the rest of the team combined.
Excuse me, but Joe Brady.
Hey, seriously, you cannot understate enough that that job right is just an incredible, incredible player.
Joe Bright is the offensive coordinator.
He's been an incredible asset.
It's why I should say, As Borough gets this one away and is behind Curry, he can't corral it.
You don't see very many of those Joe Burrow and 80% completion quarterback.
As you see Kenneth Murray has returned to the field.
That's huge news.
As you see, his stats pop up on the screen.
95 tackles, third team All American 16 tackles for loss. Four sacks.
I mean, arguably the best defensive player in the Big 12.
Burrow faces a three man rush awa time to throw it deep as he looks for Jefferson, and it's not there.
Justin Jefferson, the Louisiana native junior wide receiver, sent 6 £390.
He's a lethal weapon.
He's made that known so far in this game with a touchdown of his own borough.
Now third and 10 bunch receivers to the bottom of the screen.
Faces some pressure rolls to his right, his running back that got de cleated.
They still manages to pick up the first down.
You know you wanna watch Clyde Edwards the layer on this play as as Borough rolls out Number 44.
Really, that's a blindside block, and that should be a flag anywhere on the field.
I am and targeting you want.
You can name that flag.
Whatever you want. It should be something.
There's literally there's no reason for him to hit the running back on that play.
A burro is already committed to running.
I'm not sure what the defenders thinking on that play, and I think they are reviewing this for for targeting which it absolutely should bay.
It's Brendan Radley Hiles assault off more from California defensive back for the Sooners.
And, yeah, I just I can't see that any other way. That's targeting.
They're not gonna have to look at this one for very long.
There's no situation in which that this is okay for him to do.
And there's no first of all, you put yourself out of position and look, I'm a defensive minded person, okay? So don't don't get me wrong.
I'm all for the violence of this game.
But you put yourself out of position.
You committing that play created the space for Joe Burrow to pick up the first down.
If Borough does throw that ball than its past interference, illegal contact, whatever you think of I, he might as well just go ahead and take his helmet off now because that's attacking a player.
There's no defense for this, As you see on the broadcast there talking about it.
Number five Woody Washington will be the likely candidate to come in.
He's a freshman from what Murphys Borough Tessie.
We'll step in 1/4 in all likelihood, just the bizarre play that you as a defender.
You know, you cannot do these sorts of things.
No shock whatsoever.
And, ah, he's gonna miss the remainder of this ball game and that really hurts his club.
I mean, you and this.
That's the definition of targeting to like, This isn't one of those where yo the defender was out.
There was nothing the defender could do a He targeted you up there straight up.
I mean, I you those are the kinds of things that you want to see removed from the game for the safe.
You mean Edward Z Layer was already a guy who had, ah, to really fight to play in this game, and to suffer a hit like that is just it's awful for the game.
Borrow steps up into the pocket, scrambles forward for a first down after a gain of 12 burrow and excellent improviser scrambles very well out of the pocket.
He's not shy of contact but knows how to protect himself.
Now the ball sits at the 42 yard line, slings this one for Moss, and it wasn't particularly accurate.
It was kind of behind Dadaist Moss and Brown really broke on that ball and nearly came away with it again.
I shouldn't say this on particularly accurate ball, I guess.
In a perfect world, Borough realized How about Brown was breaking on that ball and threw it kind of behind Moss? But Moss was not prepared for such a play status.
Moss, the junior son of Randy Moss borough, steps up in the pocket, rolls to his right, slinging it deep and finds his man, Justin Jefferson is a monster, hauling in yet another touchdown 42 yards, his third touchdown of the game.
Half of his receptions have was halted in points for the L S U Tigers, and they're starting to dominate this ballgame.
Joe Burrows forth touchdown pass, and there's 12 13 to go in the first half and your just barely weasels that went in 28 to 7.
L s use offense has looked on stoppable.
Barring one minor hiccup on one, Dr Justin Jefferson has been unstoppable.
Tigers extend their lead.
Boy, this one's getting ugly.
You can't count out Jalen Hurts and CD lamb and that explosive offense from Oklahoma either.
But the way L s used defense is playing.
It looks like it's going to take a serious turn around from Oklahoma toe, get back into this ball game, and even then you still you have to slow down.
L issues offense, because if you don't give them a reason to slow down, they're not going to.
If you don't force them to slow down, they're not going to so dangerous position for the Sooners in this ball game.
I really expected more from jail and hurts and the Sooners offense, but they just have not responded.
Well, uh, they did on the one Dr.
You know, they got some short stuff going.
Jalen hurts to use his legs, but it's still been these long developing throws where the pressure is able to get home quickly and it crashes.
The play and Hurts hasn't been able to deal with the pressure well at all.
So until you figure out how to get past this and correct these airs, which I think still, it kind of has a lot to do with quite play calling because there's no real excuse to continue to try.
You know, if it if it's broken, you got you kind of gotta fix it.
You know, at some point you got to realize that these long developing plays they're not gonna get the job done for your offense.
Um, but at the same time, I mean, Jalen Hurts has to be smarter about how to handle the pressure.
You know, if he he's got the legs toe, create something.
Now he's aware of what l issues defensive athletes are capable of of a CZ well, and that you know he can't create, you know, chicken salad out of chicken, you know, every single opportunities given.
But there's opportunities for place to be made, and Oklahoma just has to make them.
Otherwise, it's gonna be a long, ugly day in Atlanta.
Another touchback for L issues.
Look at Joe Burrow and these touchdown passes.
He's thrown the 1st 1 the R p o throw to Justin Jefferson, who is able to power forward and stretch for the first down.
And then the next was after Jefferson had dropped an easy first down pass.
Easy on the realm of L S U offense, he was able to catch it on a fading wheel route.
This one is a backwards pass and CD Lammens an extended flea flicker, and he's got his man, But he floated into far.
It's intercepted an incredible play by the defensive back.
It just hung in the air for too long. Carry.
The junior safety got over the top of it when it came down with it inbounds.
An incredible play, a very extensive play.
The screen that was behind the line of scrimmage.
Backwards pass and then the flea flicker back to jail in, and he just hung it up too long for his receiver and Vince.
It plucked it right out of the hands.
Two feet inbounds.
So burrow back on offense at the 45 yard line.
Three receivers to the bottom, including fattest moss.
This one is fake, too.
It's given the Moss, who powers through with a stiff arm, made that freshman Woody Washington welcomed him to the game with a powerful stiff arm to get himself the first down, and now curry, with the handoff to the near sideline, picks up about seven and 1/2 and l s U and to steal what they just said on the broadcast there, smelling blood in the water the ready the stomp on the neck and close this one out and this foul will be against.
I believe it was called against status moss for a low block below the waist in an illegal area, and that will back up the L S U offense.
But still, these guys, they don't slow down.
They don't take their foot off the gas, they don't.
They will have mercy.
And that's why they put up so many points because they'd continue to run their offense.
Their offense knows one speed, and it's 1000 miles an hour, and it's faster than your defense can handle it as Curry motions to the top of the formation and leave Burrow all alone in the backfield first and 23.
So when is slung to the ground? But Jefferson is able to reel it in for a good gain to bring up second and still rather long under 11 to go in the second quarter.
Second and 13 for the Tigers, Joe Burrow finds Jefferson yet again.
That's his eighth reception as he eclipses 150 yards as well, receiving L issues, offenses slowing down in terms of no place for a minute.
Ah, when they're snapping at the play clock.
But, ah, they're still moving very quickly and look like they're trying to continue to extend this lead.
They're not backing down.
They're not content with the success they've had so far.
Burrow on the draw play and he gets matched by Kenneth Murray and a couple other Sooners A yard short, and there's also a flag on the play.
Could be holding.
And actually, instead, it is an illegal hands to the face by Adrian McGee.
A good offense alignment for the L S U Tigers.
Now back him up and give him.
Yet it will still give him another chance on third down, so it could be a curse.
This guy's does a blessing for the Oklahoma Sooners.
L s u is is very capable of still picking this up.
And that's the bizarre thing about their offense.
Is there? There is no there is no distance too far for them, and they've shown it in this game third and 18 upcoming as we dip under 10 minutes to go in the first half, bunch trips to the top Curry and another receiver to the bottom borough steps into the pocket and launches it for Jamaar Chase, who picks up the first down a gain of about 23 on the play.
That was from our Chase's first reception of the game, If you can believe it, Justin Jefferson's been a ball hawk 22 yards borough stand strong in the pocket and slings it for Justin Jefferson, whose in the end zone for 1/4 touchdown.
And even he can't believe it.
Joe Burrow, a ruthless, bully adjusted temper.
Sit is his sidekick, and it's ugly in the Peach Bowl, 35 to 7, and there's nine minutes to go in the first half.
Wow, but who else? The offense is a monster that Ah, Oklahoma has not been able to figure out.
And really, I am.
And it's come down to who's defense could handle it in Oklahoma's defense, they had that one Dr the second offensive drive for the Tigers of the day, where they were able to get a stop.
Ah, Oklahoma then responded, but after that it has been no contest.
Oklahoma's offenses got next to nothing done.
Uh, Jalen hurts can't get away from the pressure they draw up the trick played again, try to build some momentum and to no avail.
Carrie Vincent made the big play, and it looks like Oklahoma is gonna be suffering yet another loss in the college football playoff for toe Burrow, 17 of 23 for 291 yards and five touchdowns.
Jalen Hurts is two of 11 for 54 yards and an interception, and 51 of those yards came on one play.
Justin Jefferson has nine catches for 186 yards and four touchdowns.
He's not even the best receiver on his team.
Jamaar Chase is the best receiver in the white jerseys with the purple numbers in the gold trim, and he has one catch for 22 yards.
The It's been a bizarre, bizarre game when you watch Big 12 football like you expect high scoring, but you kind of expect it to be from both teams.
And both L S, U and Alabama showed that Big 12 football can work in the SEC because neither team has had fielded the defense that over the course of this century, you know, the from 2000.
Until now, the defense that you're used to them having, or at least since Nick Saban entered Ellis you.
It's It's bizarre, so jail and now keeps this one on his own read and gets pounded and dog piled gain of one on the play, and Chase on is able to get in the back field and drop.
Jalen hurts for his second sack of the game.
His first came on the very first play of the game.
Chase on ableto bulrushes, man, and then create that and bring down the Heisman runner up.
The Oklahoma Sooners have 88 total yards of offense and actually less after that sack.
And keep in mind, 50 of those yards came on one play.
That's how dominant L s u has been in this game 804 to go in the second quarter.
I think now and I say this while talking to, ah, radio Friends of mine.
I work as a producer, a tied 100.
9 in Tuscaloosa.
You know, we saw this story before as an as an Alabama fan as an Alabama alum, Uh, or as a student, I should say, one more semester to go.
Let's get it done Ah, I should say we've seen this story with Jalen Man like it's not that he can't handle the pressure.
It's that when you have time to prepare for this guy, you see the *** in his armor.
There's a weakness to his game.
He's an incredible football player.
He's not a great quarterback.
That's not to die.
From what I said at the top of the broadcasts of top of the Supreme, I think he's a first round pick.
You know, I think he can be successful in the NFL.
But do you think about turning the Spencer rattler fine? The second half's coming up and you're down big yet again.
In another college football playoff game, Hurts feels the pressure again, steps up and throws find CD lamb.
Lam, trying to run away, gets tackled in an ugly way after he crosses midfield.
But still a big game and that flag will go against L S U Clark made the pressure and then, eh really unnecessary Hit by number eight of L S U.
That was Patrick Queen, and that's a really that's another job.
Thinks that two receptions, 80 yards or CD lamb one reception three Hearts for the rest of the team hurts rides, is running back and gives to Kennedy Brooks, who takes it to the sideline, and a gain of seven second and three upcoming, 7 10 to go in the second quarter.
Ball sits at the 27 yard line.
This one's given the Brooks, who picks up the first down on the sweep to the near side.
So Oklahoma is in position to put points on the board, but they'd love to get a touchdown here.
Give him an opportunity to get back in the game.
You get one more stop, and you're really actually back in the ballgame.
This one fired the CD Lamb, who picks up a first down after stiff arming Stingley on his way to the 12 yard line first and goal from the 10 for the Sooners as they looked to breathe life into their offense.
Hurts finds CD lamb, but it's just out of his reach and incomplete had him for a touchdown, hurts just a six inches from heaven.
That touchdown pass to his number one receiver.
And those are the kind of place you gotta make in this game.
Four for 14 is Jalen Hurts for 96 yards.
93 of those yards have went to the number two, this one given to Brooks.
Brooks Powers Ford and breaks a few tackles to pick up four, third and goal upcoming from the six and 1/2 yard line.
Are you? You've gotta look at fixing something offensively, even if you score here.
Jalen Hurts is not completing passes to anybody outside of arguably the best receiver in the country.
So something has to change in some department.
If the Sooners want to get back into the ball game, they've made some necessary changes to get into scoring position.
On this, Dr Hertz scrambles to his right and launches it, and that receiver is pushed out of bounds by the defender.
That's Christian Fulton, who pushed out Hazelwood, who did catch it.
And I do call pass interference on Christian Fulton that will give a new set of downs for L S U and put the ball in the three yard line and great concentration from Hazelwood.
It's actually come down with the ball, but he was shoved out of bounds.
The freshman from Ellenwood, Georgia, a six to receiver who has a lot of promise for the Oklahoma Sooners.
I hear your New England superfan.
I thought this was gonna be the closer game of the day.
Is this one goes to Kennedy Brooks and he is stuff for a one yard loss, and there's a bit of a scrum going on.
I really wanted this game to be close.
Yeah, I won't be doing the Fiesta ball.
Probably check out your stream, man, I because to me, these were the the two teams that really matched up really well, you know, they had the prolific offenses and the can you trust him.
Defense's as Jalen Hurts, makes a man miss on the option play and takes it in for the touchdown.
These Air two teams that have very similar builds.
Yeah, the Heisman winner of the Heisman runner up.
Great receiving corps.
A great young receiving corps on the other side for Oklahoma.
When you, uh, take into account, they still have the best, arguably the best receiver in college football on CD lamb.
But yet l issues defense came in with a really plan to stop.
Jalen hurts, and it's really worked for most of the day.
I mean, the guy is four of 14.
I'll agree with that to a point, because look, yeah, this thing is behind me.
I'm a huge album, huh? Ah, clubs in like you can't discredit the fact that they're undefeated.
And you can't describe the fact the fashion of which they've been undefeated.
But how do we know that that defense is actually that good? I'm not convinced yet, and I hope that that is a good game between Oklahoma and Clemson.
But I honestly hope Okla Uh, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Uh, and cleansing because Ohio State, I think they match up incredibly well with L S U.
And I think that's gonna make for a great national championship game if that's what we get.
I still think it's Ellis you.
I think l s u is.
Ah, I think they just got so much momentum and they've played.
They played the big games against the big opponents all year, and that plays just a huge, huge factor to me.
They had to fight with one game against the team that they had previously blown out.
You know, every other game is this news.
And I saw it happen in my team last year.
You'd beat the brakes off of everybody.
Nobody's a contest.
You finally play a real team, you know, in the national championship.
And they've had time to prepare for you and see the *** in your armor.
And they got you like a fish, and it sucks.
You have been there, so Oh, it'll be close.
Uh, I think where I think you know, we can probably pencil l issues.
Name in for the national championship in New Orleans.
Ah, don't count out.
Jalen hurts just yet.
But see, And that.
But here's the thing is I'm I'm a Stiffler are a synthesized Stiffler.
Ah, I'm a supporter.
A playoff expansion.
So that's exactly what I don't need is, for both of these came sippy blowouts because it completely kills all of your ah, all of your arguments.
So this was already a tough year to be a supporter.
That because after you go past four, it's like me who could really have beaten any of these top four teams.
You know, the top four teams had already beaten on things of that nature.
But I do think that the playoff committee did get it right This year.
I think they got the four best teams.
But the way that call it football, it's structured.
They're the lack thereof.
These top three teams pretty much Aah these three teams.
They're just so top heavy.
There's, they're so powerful.
They're so good and l issues defense.
You know, we don't talk about this in college football as much because it's really who dominates through the whole year.
But l issues, you know, in the NFL, you talk about these teams that are getting hot at the right time.
You know the teams that you don't want to play because they have hit that spark.
They're starting to get a peek.
And you know, Justus, the playoffs are rolling around.
Defense is in that situation right now.
They played this now, being the third straight game where they played completely out of character to the first half of the season.
As Curry takes that one for a first down on the inside Carrie again of 12 their defense has been lights out.
It's been the L S U defense that you're accustomed to seeing, really and truly these past few weeks.
So if that continues, that really all they need a status.
Moss is wide open.
If he's got his daddy speed, he's in the end zone and he does, showing off his power touchdown Tigers.
And there's his proud Hall of Fame daddy in the ends in the in the stands, seeing his son score a monster 62 yard touchdown to extend this lead yet again for the Tigers.
I know a lot of the guys playing on defense for the Sooners are just a hair younger than me.
But even I know if there's a number 81 on on the opposing team, and the name above that 81 is Moss.
You might want to cover that cat the big, tight end in the seam, and just nobody covers him.
It looks like a serious breakdown in communications that looks like 34 should have taken that deep.
Third, if not or was that Parnell Motley? Somebody was supposed to have that deep third, and nobody was there.
You could see the corner in the safety on the other side had had thirds coverage.
Nobody went with the big tight end.
So now Burrow is continuing his monster game probably set to break some sort of Peach Bowl record at some point in this ballgame, throwing for 353 yards, six touchdowns in the first half.
And there's still time.
Like Ellis, you could get another possession.
It's just it's ugly.
And Kenneth Murray, you see on the sideline talking to his defense, trying to get any kind of support, and Kenneth Murray Foreign away.
And I have said it several times for, in a way, the best player on Oklahoma's defense and just nobody really plays to his level as they show Caleb on Chase on earlier was doing the same, and this one has launched deep by Jalen looking for Rambo and couldn't find him.
Stingley on the coverage.
So Jalen Hurts now is four of 15 hasn't eclipsed 100 yards yet.
All but three yards have been received by CD lamb.
So now second and 10 from the 25 this one is kept by hurts, and he's tripped up after a gain of four Grant Delp.
It got under him flag on the play, and that's holding on Proctor.
Oklahoma yet again.
Who? A Oklahoma's been behind the sticks for most of the game.
Okay, second and 20 under four to go in the second quarter.
Hurts in the shotgun, takes the snap.
He's all alone and feels more pressure.
He launches this one and CD lamb drops it.
That's what kind of day it's been for the Sooners CD.
Lamb with a drop Caleb on Chasen was back in the in the grill of Jalen Hurts That toe.
That's an unstoppable stunt.
Caleb, on Chase on Like a maniac, comes around on that stunt to the inside a gap unstoppable bunch trips to the top.
Hurts takes the snap, its third and 20 steps up in the pocket.
Feels the rush from a three man rush, and he continues to back up, launches it across field, and it's caught, but for a gain of maybe three.
Throw for no reason.
And it's been that that that play has summarized the entire day for the Sooners offense.
Nothing to gain fourth and 15.
Jalen hurts having the worst exit to a college career.
Ain't you talk about a guy that a, let's be honest, had to overcome a lot at Alabama to be successful because he did not have the arm strength, the arm accuracy to really be a successful quarterback.
He had all the abilities as a runner to create plays in spite of those deficiencies, and then was still, he has an incredible football i Q.
An incredible work ethic, and those things have played into him becoming a better pastor over time.
But even still, A.
When pressure comes, you deviate to what you know and what he knows has not even been available to him.
He hasn't been able to get anything going running the ball.
It's been It's been just a rough, rough day for Jalen Hurts.
And it's a shameful way for, in all likelihood, for his college football career to come to an end as this one is given.
The freshman running back Tyrone Salary on Davis Price.
2nd 5 Now fattest Moss in motion to the top to make it three receivers borough waiting to take the snap, takes it at 12 and fakes the give, tosses it a mosque, picks up first down and is rumbling over Sooners for extra yardage, first in 10 448 yards of offense and Burrows looking to throw deep.
And he does gets it to his receiver.
That's Jamaar Chase, who gets it down to the 11.
No mercy from the Tigers offense.
There in the red zone, again looking for their seventh touchdown of the first half, Borough takes the snap and gives to his freshman running back yet again.
Davis Price gets it inside the 51 15 to go until halftime, and that's gonna be an offside penalty of some sort.
Too many men, So a free play.
Davis Price gets two yard gain on the play, but they'll probably take the penalty to keep the downs and keep the same yardage.
102 left in the half, so bunch receivers to the top of the formation.
Borough fakes the give.
He's got a man wide open.
It's 1/7 touchdown for the Heisman Trophy winner Joe Burrow.
With 50 seconds to go in the first half on stoppable, Joe Burrow again.
Just a merciless bully to the Sooners defense.
Massive row, ploy, call and the way it was dripped drawn up extra points.
Utter dominance from L.
S U The Tigers on a mission.
You're watching the broadcast and can still hear it.
Dwayne Bowe was the all time season mark for receiving touchdowns at Ellis. You.
He went on to be a good NFL receiver for the Chiefs.
And look at these college football playoff records today. Joe Borough.
Seven touchdown passes, 403 yards, four receiving touchdowns for Justin Jefferson and the points at the half with 49.
I mean, just complete dominance.
But to continue the point, Duane Bowe had 12 receiving touchdowns and that was the record.
L issues. Third receiver.
