Nick's family was popping Is your boy.
Tomorrow night, the Knicks take on the Miami Heat in Miami at America American Airlines Arena.
I won't see the Knicks are gonna be able to continue playing good basketball.
Continue playing well.
They've been playing well.
They've won three of the last four games.
They've got him a new energy of a nude spirit since playing under in term head coach Mike Miller.
So we're going to see these guys can continue toe play in that manner as they take on the Miami Heat.
And let me tell you something, ladies and gentlemen, taking on the Miami Heat is going to be no easy feat.
It wasn't my intention, really rhyme.
There just happened to work out that way.
That's happened to work out that way.
Not gonna be easy.
Ladies and gentlemen, they take on the Miami Heat.
But you know what? Now's the time to step up and show that you can do these things against a team like the Miami Heat.
Now is the time to show that you know, you're not just beating up on the Golden State Warriors of the Atlanta Hawks, but you can go out there and compete with some really good teams.
So let's go ahead.
You know, make this thing happen here.
Ladies and gentlemen, I got I am only chair.
Got my mayor Ron in the chat.
We're going Talk.
Ladies and gentlemen, once again, we're back in effect.
Thank you for being here.

Go ahead and take a that right now.
But before we even get to the video chat, I don't get Mo was watching the game last night, the Miami Heat game.
I didn't get a chance to watch the game.
I know he was watching the game last night, so I'm pretty sure he's got some very good insight as to what we need to do to pull out a victory.
I got some things I'm thinking about.
Well, let's take a look at some things, man.
The New York Knicks, Like I said, tomorrow night they take on the Miami Heat in Miami at American Airlines Arena.
uh, game starts at 8 p.
Little bit later.
Unusual when they play on the East Coast head coach for the New York Knicks is Mike Miller.
Head coats for the Miami Heat is exposed.
Rock looking at the stars for both teams with the New York Knicks.
Frank Miller Que nous starting at point guard.
Barrett at shooting guard.
Marcus Morris at small forward, Julius Randle at power forward and tides Gibson at center.
As for the injury report, Reggie Bullock, although he would turn the practice, I doubt that he's going to plate in tomorrow.
Still got to get himself in shape and get ready.
But Reggie Bullock? He's back in the practice.
But e I doubt he's gonna play Wayne Ellington.
You still got a soul left Achilles and a lot of Tracy's get big and closer and closer to getting off of that concussion protocols.
And matter of fact, listening to coach Mike Miller sounds like Alonzo Mortuaries, maybe even working out practicing.
That's a very, very good sign, thankfully, because those precautions could be serious, ladies and gentlemen, and we're gonna hear from coach Mike Miller in a little bit.
The starters for the Miami Heat.
You've got Point Gar Kendrick Nunn, who's taking the lead by surprise.
No one expected Kendrick Nunn to do what he's doing so far.
I am not, You know, he's not like doing some amazing out of body experience type stuff, but no one expected him to be doing, averaging 16 points again.
You got Duncan Robinson small forward.
You got Jimmy Butler, that powerful, which got bam and a bayou.
You got Meyers Leonard the injury report for the Miami Heat.
Going, drag it cheese.
He's got a growing, He's a game time decision and justise Winslow is out with a back injury.
I think he's out to at least December the 23rd.
There was no chance that Justise Winslow is gonna play in his game here, taking a look at my oh, I'm sorry I'm getting ahead of myself.
Let's take a look at the team comparison first.
The New York Knicks of seven and 21 on the season.
Like I said, they've won three of the last four.
It won the last game over the Atlanta Hawks in a blowout fashion blowout Fashion ese they smack them to smithereens, and I was proud of it.
The Miami Heat there 28 Donna one game win streak.
The Knicks average 102.
7 points per game gave up 111.
5 points per game.
They're shooting 42.
9% from the field, 34.
6 rebounds per game, 20.
5 assists and 14.
5 turnovers per game.
The offensive rating has taken a spike, a significant spike because they scored 100 and 43 points against the Atlanta Hawks.
The offensive rating is now 103.
9 as 28th in the league.
Their defense of rating is 1 12.
5 There's 25th in the league now.
What I should have done is going over what the offensive rating is with Mike Miller as head coach.
I will take a look at that, though, but I haven't done it yet and I look at their defensive rating as well.
If any of you have those numbers feel free to put in and YouTube chat off, you guys in the video check.
Had those numbers feel free to let me know the Miami Heat, they average 112.
1 points per game.
You give up 107.2.
2% from the field, 38.
8 rebounds per game, 25.
And they turned the ball over 16.
9 times per game.
The offensive rating is 1 10.
1 That's ninth in the league in their defense of rating is one of 5.
6 that's 11th in the league.
They're very good defensive team, you know.
Sometimes these ratings don't tell you the whole story.
They're a good defensive team, ladies general in this one particular area.
Why I think they're good.
That may just play into one of our weaknesses that could change the game in Miami's favor.
Like really changed the game of Miami's favor.
We'll talk about that.
The key matchup.
My key matchup is Jimmy Butler, Marcus Morris, Bro.
I'm looking forward to this matchup.
Something's going on.
I mean, you know, they could be buddies they might be bodies, for all I know, but I'm looking forward to this match up.
These guys are gonna go at each other, and I'm pretty sure Marcus Morris is gonna be looking to show Jimmy Butler yellow Aiken ball, too.
I mean, Jimmy Butler knows, but Marcus Morris is having the best season in his career.
He's gonna be looking to prove some.
You know. He's on proving ground right now.
Jimmy Butler, 67 to 30.
9 points per game, 6.
5 rebounds per game, 6.
8 assists per game and 2.
1 steals per game.
2% in the field, but he's only shooting 27.
See if we can bait him into maybe having a bad shooting night from the three point line.
We'll see Marcus Morris.
He's 68 £218 is a Ford.
He's averaged 18.
8 points per game, five points, seven rebounds per game, 1.
4 assists and just under one steel per game.
1% from the field in 47.
7% in the three point line.
Now these two guys look of it.
I could imagine if these two guys met in the playoffs.
You know, Marcus Moore is being on the Knicks and Jimmy Butler being on the heat.
These two guys met in the playoffs.
You know, being on these two teams.
I mean, their piece of fireworks.
You could believe that there would definitely be some fireworks between these two guys.
So I'm looking forward to see this match up to see how these two guys go at each other, saying we're gonna need Marcus Morris in this game.
We are really gonna need Marcus Morris and his mentality in this game, in my opinion.
Definitely going to need it.
Take a look at some of my keys to the game number one.
We got to continue playing with focus and with detail with attention to detail.
That's been one of the difference is one of the big difference is that we've seen with coach Mike Miller.
Now we could give it all to Coach Mike Miller.
Well, we can also give some of it to, you know, just having a shake up.
You know there's been a shake up with Coach Fitz.
They're being fired.
So you know that that turns on your antennas automatically.
Let's hope that it's more.
It has to do more with coach Mike Miller, which I think it does.
I think a lot does, you know? I mean, yeah, you probably read that article in New York Post.
You know, that really gave a run down.
As to Mike Miller's history, his coaching history, you know, his basketball playing history and his coaching history.
One of the things that's like a common theme is that he's very detail oriented, obviously a hard worker and driven.
But his attention to detail his scouting reports, you know, a former NBA places his scouting reports with this phenomenal.
Those are the things that hopefully, he's bringing as head coach of the New York Knicks, the Knicks got to continue to play well.
Focus in detail in this game is gonna be important.
All right, play hard, play tough and don't back down.
This is a team that plays tough.
It is their identity.
They are just a tough team.
So you can't let a punk you and I don't mean, you know, as far as fighting, just you've got to match that intensity.
You gotta match that toughness.
This is where Marcus Morris really does come in, folks.
Marcus Morris, Times, Gibson.
This is what they come in because we need them to lead that charge.
In matching that toughness, matching that great and grind that Miami's gonna bring to the game.
You gotta match the toughness that's first and foremost.
So we need the next to make sure they're playing hard, playing tough and not backing down.
Okay, now Miami's a good shooting team.
Most of the time, when you get these teams that play hard, nose and tough, you know, and they have that type of tough mentality.
A lot of times they're not good shooting teams, right? That's what signifies you.
Get some players that are hard nose defensive players, right? Iman? Simple type of guys, right? You know, guys like that that play that hard nose type of defense, but they can't shoot what for lip.
It can't score the basketball, and that's what you think about when you when you play these teams that are tough and hard nose, but not Miami.
That stuff a hard nose.
Plus they can shoot.
So we've got to be focused on defense.
You guys seen it just a little bit earlier.
They shoot 40 47 48% from the field, 37% from three, as a matter fact, is 47% from the field, 38% from three.
So we've got to be focused, cause if we don't, we'll let these guys shoot us out.
Now the average 112 points, one points per game.
The offensive rating is ninth in the league.
So, yeah, there's a decent offensive team top 10 offensive team.
So we really got to be focused on defense.
All right, let's not let him kill us from three.
We can't let him kill us from three.
We've been doing it and of this busy teams has gotten off.
But we've got to be focused.
Pay attention to those scouting reports that Mike Miller is giving.
Keep the ball moving because this is a good defensive team, right? We got to keep the ball moving.
You have a limited one on one play, limited these guys.
Their defensive waiting is 11th in the league.
All right, so we've got to keep that ball moving.
Not that in Q one on one purpose person.
We talk about this a lot, and this is why I don't want Marcus Morris to just straight up get to a one on one battle with Jimmy Butler.
We need Marcus Morris to match Jimmy Butler's intensity.
It be the, you know, the leader of the pack for the Knicks.
That's gonna bring that intensity, but he can't get into this one on one battle.
Well, that's just super hot, something right? But we don't want him getting into this one on one battle because these guys, they'll turn you over.
All right, they're forced 15.7.
Tunnel was pro game. The Miami Heat do.
They are ninth in the league in scoring off turnovers.
It's got 18 points per game off the turnovers.
All right, so if we played around not move the ball, play one on one, we're gonna turn the ball over.
We got to be crisp, gotta move the ball.
And when I say we're gonna turn the ball, though, because if we're playing one on one, probably Julius Randle was playing one on one, trying to go to the basket and triple team to losing it.
All right, so we gotta not play one on one.
Keep the ball moving.
Get Marcus Moore. Julius Randle.
Ah, you know, Miss Robinson, get these guys moving and going to the basket.
Scorn in that man.
We got to take care of the ball.
Like I said, they forced 15.
7 turnovers begin.
Let's not fall into that trap.
We're turning the ball over.
Let's stay away from multiple turnovers in a row, turning the ball over in Bunches.
Because if we do that, we're gonna be in trouble because they score for those turnovers.
These are one of these Miami's one of these teams that will make you pay.
If you turn the ball over, they'll make you pay.
Well, we gotta play disciplined.
All offensively, ladies and gentlemen, this is gonna be important, because here is something that Miami is second in the league in in the league, an opponent's three point percentage.
They hold teams to 30% shooting from the three point line, and this is what scares me.
What scares me is because the next shoot 34.
8 35% on the three point line, but sometimes they get into three point shooting.
Fits by Julius Randle.
He'll get into a three point shooting face sometimes when he thinks he's a knock down three point shooter and he's not.
I don't want the next to get to a three point shooting fit against the team that holds their appointing opponent to 30% shooting for the three point line.
This right here is an area why I get a little bit nervous, get a little bit nervous that we get into a three point shooting, fit they over the holders.
And then now the game gets blown out of proportion because they get a long rebounds and they convert.
When we mess up, they convert All right, I want us to be aware of that.
I want to play disciplined on the offensive side of the bowl, play disappointed.
We don't We could be in trouble right now.
I believe that the Knicks can match these guys physically.
I think we can match him physically.
Um, we've just got to do it, so that's why I am with the keys to the game.
That's how I feel about this game in, you know, a little bit.
Later on, I'll break it down again.
I want to know what you think how you feel about this game.
516452246 And get a couple of phone calls shortly.
All right, Shortly.
First, I'm gonna come to my guys.
That's in the video chat.
See what they're thinking.
All right, Big shout out of on Alan.
You said shout out to fizz.
Took a bullet to give way to hope.
Well, if it's probably doesn't look at it that way.
But, hey, that's the way you want to take it.

Let me get to these guys and say in a video chat, man, see what these guys thinking about See what's on their mind tonight.
I'm gonna come to gamble for us, cause I know Gamble checked out the game, you know? So I want to get his take on.
You know what? He's so Yeah.
What's in the game? What's going on game or how you feeling? Yeah, What's up? Said How you doing? I'm good, ma'am.
Feeling pretty good? I'm chilling.
Ah, First of foremost, just to get to my point before on Jews.
Rando, I would say if you look at this first to place in the last game.
Those are the type of place I was talking about.
But on the flip side and this is Ah, this is a credit to, um uh to Mike Miller.
Millions of Credits of juice.
Randall is a credit to R J.
Bad is a credit to the team now effect that they could be if you go to the second quarter at 4 37 where Jews Randall's driven the ball at the top of the key.
He's driving with purpose.
He's kind of waiting, and R. J.
Baron made a beautiful cut to the basket.
And that's the type of awful stuff I'm talking about.
That and some other subject.
You know, that stuff where he made a beautiful pass? R J Barry R.
Barrett dunked it home and you can see the little chemistry.
Did little, you know, little hand just each other kind of, you know, So they would, you know, whatever.
No style glasses I'm looking for from Jews, Randall.
And from this team, period, man, I mean, I'm not gonna get on fizzle too much.
But, you know, stuff like that when I'm talking about easy buckets.
That's the type of stuff that makes our team a lot more effective.
We're gonna need it tomorrow against a team like that.
Now, you know what I watched yesterday, man? The heat.
That's a solid team.
I was watching from more.
So the fourth quarter, Um, but one thing about that he is that they can get rattled.
So I don't I guess Goran Dragic was out.
Yeah, I think he's got a groin injury.
I would have grown into right, so they Ah, and obviously we don't have a Ben Simmons.
So I think it's an excellent defender.
But one thing that they heat struggle with is that when you put the press on them and you can't do it all game, But when you put the press it, um, and and guard the perimeter, they struggle, and they also struggle with them.
So do we have a back to the basket guy? Yes, we have juice.
Randall, you know we don't have a bead.
Well, I think the game plan needs to be.
Hey, get get guys like bam out of bio out the game.
Go to the boat post.
Don't allow them to go on a fast break.
It hit threes because that team they could hit threes.
Not that like 26 points.
Butler is a closer for that team.
Ah, he's a guy they kind of used to contact, but they But that's a team.
I'm telling you.
When I was watching that game yesterday, it wasn't like the 6 600 chance to win, but it wasn't like the sixties were hitting.
All their shots is that they were missing.
But the thing that kept him in the game was defense, and I saw the heat make ah, bunch of bat like simple plays where we need somebody to get open for an inbounds play.
They couldn't execute it, so they get flustered.
That's a team you can frustrate.
They got a lot of young guys, got a lot of young, talented guys again.
A lot of young guys, when they get flustered, sometimes you know they don't have the veteran sa***e they call a time out, try to hit the pole of his leg, be smart side making sloppy plays, they get flustered.
So this 16 has to be very focused.
It can't be no selfish play.
If Mike Miller say our game plan is Hey, go to the post juice Randall, go to the Port Post.
Porter's Get some files.
Take take bam out of buyout.
Don't allow miles letter to use athleticism again.
Get these guys out the game, enforcer.
Young guys to basically carried carry them.
You know, I mean, if we could do stuff like that if you get sick, that type of game plan and it s so we have a chance to win.
I'm not saying we gonna win, but we have a chance to win.
But that that he team, they begging bowl and defensively this solid.
But I I saw yesterday they struggle with him being a postman.
So? So I guess that's my my bootleg Scott over.
I think you know, they're one of those physical teams, hard nosed physical teams.
But I feel like we have guys that could match the physicality.
You know what I what I get concerned about is while their physical, you know, they could be a little bit I know what I want to say mentally tougher, right? And and be ableto, you know, handle it and continue to play.
I worry about, you know, who are we going to get? You know, we're not as mentally tough right now.
You know what? We get rattled, you know, with with that kind of physical game.
You know, that Coach comes into place because a team you either have a leader on the court and or you have a leader.
And or you have a leader in the coach, and I think that yes, the heat obviously hierarchy is beautiful, right? You got the You got that made men? Uh, doesn't say.
Giuliani, What the hell's wrong with Pat Riley? Sorry.
Screw him, But, uh, I apologize, but I don't know one thing that you want, but you have Riley, and you have ah, Spoelstra.
And then you have a guy on Jimmy Barlowe.
Yesterday, I'm telling this guy people talk about the mid range is gone.
He that that's that mid range kawai hand put.
They learned how to you.
They know how to use that to basic close out games.
And bowler is a guy you have to be careful for because they feed off of him.
I'm telling you, sent Kendrick none.
All those young boys, they feed off his his because if you go outside game yesterday, when the six is slowly coming back, you never saw Butler really flustered, you know? So guys like Thai Charities.
So the guy's kind of lose the ball here and there.
But Jimmy Butler is like he's unflappable as a calling like he's just you can't really move.
So I would say this game from if Mike Miller.
I think the mistake that Mike Miller meet in one of one of our bigger games like the Denver game is that he relied too much on the guys on the court to close it out at the end.
I think he almost got surprised that we were up.
I like four over.
You're up late and he kind of didn't have really a game plan.
And I look Denver's Ah, I think that you said they're like one of top defensive teams, whatever.
So obviously, you know, we could have lost even if we ran plays itself.
One thing you have to do as a coach is that you have to read the always always re instead idea, move the ball around. Get the easy bucket.
If they get his ounce of four seconds left on the clock, you got a heave a shot.
That's where your eye so and whatever comes in, let's always try to get the easier passes.
Always try to go out. The guy with the foul trouble.
Let's go after the slower guy.
Let's try to switch.
I see a lot of teams switch to think, sometimes switch at times, but I like to see a lot more.
I like to see more methodical where you know a guy like you has 34 files or 35 in the first half, four files and early and late in the third quarter, where we basically try to switch, you know, post up.
And if somebody comes, they attack, try to double team.
You pass it out and make the easy shot.
Now you have to respect that.
And then maybe then leave that guy on the island.
Now he gets another file.
Here's that 5004 quarters.
When you keep plays a tie hero, you know Kendrick Nunn.
Ah, Bowler bullets finally could be.
I just get a good defender.
That's the type of guy.
I just want to see us poke at a team's weakness.
Like that's the Knicks.
We don't have strengths on this team in terms of superstar level talent.
So when we don't have that, we have to play good defense.
And we have the pick of the team's weaknesses.
And I think, if obviously probably watch the game yesterday, I think the heat they run 23 I think they're running to three against some six is if I remember.
Ah, I don't remember late, but I know I read something.
I think they were running to three.
Okay, I can't remember.
I might confuse what I've seen, I think 123 and we have to exploit that, and we have the shooter t take him out of a 23 put the back and put it back in, man, Which might not work for us, but, you know, this was gonna be smart, man.
You don't have to kill it.
I'm I've been looking this way for when I want to see development.
I saw development from that Denver game.
I was impressed, and I just would see more and more that going because the Hawks game was Hawks.
But wait, you know, you hit on something right there.
Just you just hit on something personal for me as far as coaching basketball, right? Um, a lot of teams a you high school nowadays play 23 before they even played man and come out and play 23 Right, because easy to teach.
You know, if you have players that have defensive liabilities, sometimes sometimes it can cover up their defensive liabilities.
If you're weak rebounding team, if you're small, sometimes it can help you and you know what happens.
It becomes easy on the offensive side to move the ball right, because the team is playing a 23 You can move the ball this net in this and that, and then when they play somebody that goes man eight, it kills him.
You know, you have a team has used to playing against or 23 Then the team comes out and plays man against you.
You know what I'm saying? It's kind of a double edged sword, because me, I love it when a team is playing to three, and I could easily move the ball and swing the ball and get the ball.
Why won't I love him out of it? I love it.
But then you start shooting amount of it.
Then they go, man, and all of a sudden you're like, why would they go back to 23 you know, But then, of course, me as a coach, I like to see teams run, man, because I feel like it's teaching.
Our young players had to be lazy defenders, and then I mean, man is the basis of everything I know.
I'm going off on a tangent.
One I don't I don't know.
You and Sam, I I agree with you 1000%.
I will say this, though.
Um, I've seen teams just my bootleg intramural, uh, career.
I've seen teams.
I didn't have the most athletic guys when we when they went to a 23 We go when we shot them out of a 23 Right.
You keep the you keep one guy at the top of the key to wings one to file line one on a guy running the baseline.
Um, and then I've seen teams.
I got surprised.
One team switch for three to, and I was like, What the hell? So But you killed 2321212 right, ingenuity from on.
And then when you want to switch back to man, if we had better fundamentals, this is where fundamentals come into play.
The team runs men, and this is what I'll give to trade young and I'll give to have culture staff, right? They they abuse that pick and roll to create based.
They pre they use our pick and roll like their life depended on it.
And I think the Knicks there is no to me. I understand.
And I'm not trying to back to the fizzle time.
But I just never understood.
It was almost like a shame for us to use a pick and roll to the point that guys could even set proper picks.
Now you're seeing it a lot better with, ah, with Miller, who thank God he's teaching fundamentals.
But there's no shame.
And using the pick and roll to create space like the pick and roll is an effective, too.
You know what it's all about.
You know that the era of Fox is the Russell Westbrook's Yes, I give him credit.
Their athleticism is ungodly.
They can beat the man, said a basket.
Create choke trouble for the defense.
The pick and roll, Even if I have a less the athletic defender, I actually have an extra option on offense.
When I run the picket, when you run the pick and roll now my guy comes around, he it's free.
He has a guy whose trouble him.
We just set the pick.
Whatever side he's on, if that friend of wants to come and creep in from his perimeter guy, if he was a creep in the cheek.
If I make the proper pass of the perfect, I have extra.
Actually, versus if I'm Russell Westbrook from Theatre Fox.
Those guys John Moran, who's won fair young place? Yes, I could be demented of basket.
Maybe you guys around him to kind of get to the basket as their men is tryingto defended the driving guy and in cash value.
But the defense that perimeter guy still might be honest.
So the pick and roll look.
I just love the fact that we're running a little bit better, Portis and renders so gotta do a little bit of job picking because it's just they kind of do this lazy thing when it kind of just like kind of slag off.
And I, like, really doesn't limit the defender even when it's your off, um, off ball screens.
They don't really set hard picks where I could see the dots and somebody coming off clean and their guys five miles away because it's still trying to recover from random guy scene from It is, um, is Mitch and Mrs get a lot better at it, but I need to see hard pick something about the pictures.
That is also timing is not that you have to just throw your body and be like, I hope he doesn't hit me in my in my lower regions and hurt my You know, my kids.
It's about when he's at the the most opportune time or I probably that's fine, not the right word, but most just this advantageous time that I set the pick where it's not a foul, because I'm not.
I'm sending move, I'm just a wall.
But I timed it perfectly that as maybe he's trying to come around and he didn't gather steam enough now.
Yes, he's in front of me trying to get through me.
And now my guys coming around a perfect, perfect opportunity shoot the ball.
I want to see that tomorrow.
May I? I just don't I like Mike Miller is doing.
But then that pick and roll.
Okay, gentlemen. Exploited man.
And you also gotta have the guards got to know how to set.
Set up their day, their defender off that screen and roll.
You know, I'm saying you gotta know how to set up your defender a little fate opposite one way.
Then come back to the screen making sure the screen is set coming off tight to the screen so that there's no room for the defendant to get over the screen is a lot of things.
A lot of things that guards have to do on and off the ball.
If you have the ball, you got to set your defender up to come off the screen.
And if you're off the ball and you're trying to come off of screens, you gotta set your defendants up, but yeah, let me get to Ron.
Ron. Ron Cleveland.
You still Dad? I'm coming to you, my man, but yeah, definitely.
We're seeing a lot of teams, man play play zone in the MBA nowadays.
I don't mind it.
You know, I like the strategy of it, But just at the lower levels, I want to see guys playing man to man first.
You know, the 70.
The Miami Heat beat the 76 hours last night, though, ladies and gentlemen.
Right? And that's a good win for them.
That's a good one for them.
They beat 70 Sixers.
Hey, look, guys.
I mean, this is a team I'm coming to, you know, run.
But this is a team that they could score from.
They got other guys.
Scoring is not just Jimmy Butler.
Last night, country none had 26 band Better buy.
Duncan Robinson had 15.
And Jimmy Butler, he had 14 right? And they were playing against a good team.
All right, so this is a team that you gotta defend.
We gotta stay discipline and stay focused on on defense.
If we don't, you know, we can ah, you know.
Well, let them exploit some things.
Ron, what's going on with your brother.
Glad to see man.
Man has been a minute, man.
Yeah, It's been a little minute, man.
How you feeling? Hey, I'm feeling I'm feeling good.
Everything got gotto Fizdale about it there, man.
That's that's first and foremost.
I ain't talked to you in a minute.
I'm happy that you don't.
But looking at this game tomorrow Hey, game, in my opinion, no, no Dragic playing.
That's gonna be big, because But I've noticed that does point God's that's able to keep their dribble, you know? I mean, they'd Rajic that causes a problem.
He's very crafty.
Him, him in him and Albert painting a similar.
Very similar, but he got a better.
You've got a better office of games and Albert, but they are very similar, but this is the key.
This is the key to the whole situation.
We have to win this game, Mark.
You're gonna have to get Jimmy Butler.
Hawkins boy is gonna have to get him in foul trouble tomorrow.
You get him in trouble.
He's the hardest soul of that team.
Get him off of the floor.
That's gonna be a problem.
Yeah, I agree. If he's off the floor.
That would definitely be a problem.
I think is going to be tough to get him in foul trouble.
He's a smart player, you know.
He's got a good basketball like he's not a dummy.
But Marcus Morris is a guy that obviously has been scoring for us this year.
You know, he could at least put some pressure on Jimmy Butler and maybe, you know, be ableto pull out.
Ah, few more fouls, uh, on Jimmy Butler because, you know, Marcus Morris, that's gonna be the matchup.
That's the matchup right there.
Marcus Morris and Jimmy Butler.
That is the match up.
And Marcus Smart is gonna be really, really important to this team keeping energy up, making sure that we don't back down from them.
But also, he's got to keep his temperament, you know, saying because markets Moses, one of those guys that a lose his temper and get out of control, get technical fouls, stuff like that.
He's got a match.
He's gotta be the leader in that area.
But keep it, keep it, keep its head.
Street And Sam, I'm gonna tell you what else When it when I say that I think about this.
Think about is with Jimmy Butler, everybody and his heart of hearts.
You want to come to New York? Think about that.
So he gonna feel that he got something to prove tomorrow night against us.
Why we didn't try to get him.
He was going after all, you know, the Katie that whoever helped, you know me, he might come out and tried to do too much.
Okay, We should have got him.
You know, I mean, instead of Julius Randle.
So that could play, not be able to more neck.
Okay, we'll see.
Is gonna be is gonna be a tough game, man.
Tomorrow night is gonna be a tough one, but a way I don't think I don't think Miami is greater.
I'm just me this week, he's as we let's be real.
I mean, we how many games out of the last.
But I think right now, what would be like 55 and 1/2 games at the last spot or something like that.
But, you know, as a seat terrible to replace Oh, man and be just fine.
And we know where needed our all star break.
Uh, we'll see, man. We'll see.
I ain't even looking at I even looking at playoffs.
I'm just going game by game.
That's on game by gay.
Hey, what I'm seeing out of us, man.
But this coach man and shot out to make Miller Man, you guys, the coach man's military man.
Okay, I So I'm gonna Speaking of Coach Mike Miller.
Lisa General, let's take a quick listening to Mike Miller.
Is he, You know, addressed the media after practice today.
Oh, you're signing off wrong.
Oh, well, let me let me get you.
If you signing off, let me get you to ah, you know, sign off t the crew to the crew.
You sign it off.
Yeah, man, I gotta get up in the funny man.
I gotta get it right.
Well, I appreciate you for joining in checking in with his man looking forward to have you come back.
Yeah, man show will make a much loved to the Batman and Knickerbockers.
Your army got busy a lot of town.
I wish he would come sooner.
A didn't thinks We'll be back and then flies.
I'm feeling right now, Mike Miller and keep that Joker man going.
Get another coat.
I like what I'm seeing.
I don't think it's going to take.
Is the coat all right? He's definitely a coachman.
He's definitely coach.
Appreciate your on.
Have a go with man Mike.
Mike Miller is definitely Stephanie a coat.
So let's listen to Mike Miller and and you know his.
You know he's gonna talk a little bit about you're gonna hear him talk about Alonso Tray and Reggie Bullock.
Stuff like that, you know? And you know what? What? What these guys are looking like right now.
So it's listening.
This coach Mike Miller at the practice before the Heat game. Let's go.
We're getting closer.
So practice today, he's finishing up the concussion protocol.
Frank's feeling battery practice.
Julie Swing will go today, so yeah, Reggie just has to work its way back to playing now.
So you expect at this point? Yeah, I think so.
I guess we would say probable at this point.
They both practiced today.
In that way, he's doing some workout stuff.
Yeah, he hasn't done the live stuff, but he's getting back into his individual workout routine.
He did some non contact.
You expect to get out of Reggie when he's well.
I think Reggie brings a lot to take in.
You know, he's He's outstanding shooter, obviously.
A deep share, He adds.
Another shooter. Help space. The floor.
He's he's a good defense and he's He's got a really good basketball like you.
What you watching? He's picked up a lot of things were doing that doing reps.
So yeah, I think I think he adds a lot to our good ball handling and turn over 66.
He's played so well.
He's played. He's had such a good command.
I think I think I might have said that yesterday and the day before, but he's helping his teammates a lot.
He's doing so many things out there.
Went alone is 20 assists, no turnovers over the last two games.
That's that's a phenomenal number.
Isn't just like a confidence, former or, you know, I think you know he's obviously a very good player.
Think he's a confident player and I think he's really using the people around him.
I think he's, you know, he's playing within himself and He's in his really good food right now.
How he's playing, that wraps up on Frank.
I think all the guys have played well. I really do.
We're talking about having the flexibility of the ability to play three guys.
We did it last game.
We're seeing the positives, and all the guys are bringing table different days now.
More hours different, probably just different.
You have different things we need to do, but I'll say it again.
Our staff has absorbed so much of this. We're doing it together.
You got everybody involved.
Everybody's He's doing a great job.
Put in more hours, hours, probably probably more naturally because of, you know, you want to be prepared for situations, know what we're gonna do.
There's more planning, you know, as we get to it.
But again, way meet every day.
The coaches meat.
We go through dance and have ideas, and we put our ideas on the table.
We put a plan together, attractive Julius difference.
They may be Cem Cem, different things.
I mean, he's, I think through his career, he's played, you know, a lot at the top floor.
That's where he's been really effective and he's doing that obviously, and he's moving around.
He's really getting to the pain.
He's been off the wings some as well.
You know, his strength, his versatility.
So we're just trying to make his approach being versatile in terms of how he attacks the defense, make sure we helped him get to those spots and you like your guards to bring up before he was.
I think there's a pounds.
Everything is a balance to it, and I think he's done a very good job.
If he gets a long rebound, he pushes it out.
Has been so effective, Uh, maybe bringing it to half board quick past.
Follow it and it's creating a lot of action on one side, so he's infected with that.
He's been doing that pretty good on my challenges.
Miami Even Butler doesn't score a lot.
Last night, he still found the waiter there.
There a really good team.
I've been very impressed with how they played.
I've watched him play a number of times, a CZ we have prepared for other opponents on.
They're playing well.
They play with such great pace.
They move the ball around, they can attack you from different spots, and it's kind of like you said, I mean, if if maybe one of the guys doesn't have his best game, somebody else's right there behind.
So they're playing well, All right.
A 1,000,000 texts.
I tried, I tried.
I probably still have a few good Thio reach out, too.
But I tried to respond.
Yeah, I haven't talked to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, that was Coach Mike Miller in the New York Knicks.
And you know, you heard him talk about Julius Randle with some of the things that he's done that he likes from Julius Randle.
You also heard him talk about the Miami Heat and how you know they can score for multiple spots on the floor with multiple players.
Like we just saw Jimmy Butler.
You only had 14 points last night, but there was still able to play well offensively without Jimmy Butler having to dominate the offense.
Is there a good team if you're just joining me, ladies and gentlemen, let's take a look at this game and break down some things between the Miami Heat in the New York Knicks is this is a game that this could be.
You know, this could be the game.
This could be a game.
I don't want to say the game.
I don't want to get anybody's hearts jumping out the roof.
But this could be a game that really does.
Ah, let the New York Knicks no let this teen coached by Mike Miller.
No, that Yeah, they could be.
They could be decent and they can really be competitive.
I'm saying they did it against Denver, but I think they were still questioning themselves against Denver.
You know, they got down and then they came back and he took the lead.
I think they were still questioning themselves.
They blew out Atlanta.
Now I think this is a time where they can say, OK and we could come in here, play these guys right down to the very end, maybe even escaped with the victory.
We just playing down to the end.
It's a good game.
Then you kind of prove something to yourselves.
I think this is one of those games one of those games for the next.
Ladies and gentlemen, as my opinion.
The projected starters for tomorrow night.
If you if you caught me earlier than you seen this already.
Still, stay with me.
Hey, stay with me.
You're just joining us, You know, joined us a few minutes ago, then you seeing this for the first time.
Head coach for that mixes Mike Miller, but Miami.
He's exposed to projected starters for the next Frankly, Latina R. J. Barrett.
Marcus Morris, Julius Randle, Taj Gibson.
Reggie Bullock practiced.
Now he's gonna play, but practice.
Wayne Ellington is still out.
A lot of old trade.
I think he's getting back into the mix with, You know, he's got a concussion, always going through the concussion protocol for the Miami Heat. Can't ignore.
He's been surprised this season.
Hentrich noticed on that point guard Duncan Robinson that shooting guard Jimmy Butler at small forward Band Better buy you at power forward Meyers Leonard, that center for the Miami Heat.
They have injuries to go on drug it.
She has a groin is a game time decision.
Did not play last night was the Philadelphia 76 Justise Winslow is out with a back.
Doesn't look like Justice.
Winslow will be back until maybe atleast December the 23rd so there's no chance that he's going to make a surprise appearance in tomorrow's night game.
The New York Knicks, ladies and gentlemen, are seven and 21 on this season.
They've won three of the last four games the Miami Heat or 28 eights.
But I'm pretty sure that the Miami Heat have been watching, and they know that the Knicks are playing well as of late, at least the last four or five games.
The next round of one game winning streak.
They blew out the Atlanta Hawks a couple nights ago.
They scored their average 102.
7 points per game, but they scored 100 and 43 the other night Was talks give up 111.5.
9% from the field, 34.
6 rebounds per game, 20.
5 turnovers per game under coach Mike Miller.
That assist numbers way up.
It's way up, all right under Mike Miller.
Up until the game versus Atlanta, they were averaging like 22.
5 assists per game, what had 30 assists against Atlanta so that numbers way up.
The offensive rating is one of 3.
9 is 28th in the league in their defense of ratings, one small 10.
5 that's 25th in the league for the New York Knicks.
But Miami Heat? Yeah, 112.
1 points per game.
They give up 107.
2 points per game.
2% from the field and 38.
We don't wanna let them get loose from the three point line, folks.
8 rebounds per game, 25 point to assist and 16.
9 turnovers per game.
The offensive rating is 1 10.
9 That's ninth in the league, and their defensive rating is 105.6.
That's 11th in the league.
Looking at the key matchup.
What's tomorrow night? Jimmy Butler and Marcus Morris? I'm looking forward to seeing this one, folks.
I just wanna make sure Marcus Morris keeps his head.
Don't while out.
Keep your head right.
These are two guys that you know, kind of rough, rough, rough dudes.
You're saying strong mentality, type of guys, they're gonna go at it looking forward to seeing them go at it, too.
Jimmy Butler, 67 to 30.
You have his 20.
9 points per game, 6.
5 rebounds per game, 6.
8 assists and 2.
2% from the field and 27.
Marcus Morris, just having the best season of his career 68 £218 of forward averaged 18.
8 points per game, 5.
7 rebounds per game, 1.
4 assists and just under one steel per game.
1% from the field and get this folks 47.
That's the best of his career.
Marcus Morris is gonna be important for the Knicks tomorrow.
He's important, everyone like night, but he's gonna be a point for the next tomorrow.
He's got to bring that mentality.
He's gotta bring that dog mentality to the game because the Miami Heat, they bring it every game.
Now I believe that the Knicks could match their physicality, but you got to be able to match it.
You gotta be out of match it upstairs, match it upstairs.
They got to continue.
These are my keys to the game, folks.
They got to continue playing with focus and attention to detail.
They've been doing a good job playing with focus and attention to detail.
They've got to continue to play with focus and attention to detail, especially against this team that is good defensively in their hard nosed team and a hard most team that could score the basketball.
So we gotta play hard, play itself, don't back down.
That's where Marcus Morris really comes in.
He's got a lead, that charge to make sure that we play and stay tough.
Julius Randle type skips, and those guys got a lead.
It gotta be focused on defense.
Remember, these guys shoot 47% from the field or there's 2 48% from the field, 37% from three.
Let's not let them get off.
We gotta play focused defense, disciplined defense.
Be smart, talk to each other, gotta play good defense tomorrow night.
I don't want to let these guys get off.
Keep the ball movement limited one on one play because This is a good defensive team.
They're rated right now.
That defensive rating is 11th in the league.
They're good defensive team.
And if you let them chewing on one person, it's gonna be problems for us.
Okay? Now we got to take advantage of some mismatches if we get him. Yes. You heard GAM.
Don't speak earlier about you know how they you know they had trouble with Joel Embiid last night.
Maybe we can create the same type of thing with Julius Randle because Julius Randle was strong and powerful in the post.
Right? But we need to get the ball to him, do the in the post through good ball movement through good cuts, screen aways.
You know, you could have someone screen away for him and a and then he come into posting and get it.
You know, someone screen away.
He comes and gets it.
So it's a little bit easier for watch.
Ladies and gentlemen, if you see four down, it's going is going and Julius Randle in the post.
If you see a four across is going to Julius Randle someplace else, maybe in the High Post or something like that, I've caught those two things. I'm looking.
I'm looking a watching, trying to pay attention to their hand signals.
We've got to take care of the ball tomorrow night.
Miami is knife in the league in points, off turnovers, the average 18 points off turnovers.
All right, so they create turnovers.
They create turnovers.
As a matter of fact, they forced 15.
7 turnovers per game.
So we've got to take care of the ball, not let them score off of turnovers.
And then this is important to me.
We gotta play disciplined offensively, play disciplined, play smart.
Okay, we are a team.
We could get it to a three point shooting frenzy.
Sometimes when I had a great three point shooting team, even if we were off, my still let them things go and then we get into our little spells what we turn over the ball 345 times in a row.
We turned the ball over that many times in a row.
They are going to capitalize, so we gotta play smart.
We gotta be disciplined.
We gotta have attention to detail.
Small things like we were talking about the screen and roll gamma when I was talking about the screen and roll.
You know how the screener should set the screen out The ball handlers should come off those screens and set the defender up to come off the screen.
Those type of little things pay attention to all those little things.
New York Knicks talking to the Knicks.
They gotta pay attention to all those little things to come away with a victory tomorrow night.
It's not gonna be easy, Ladies and gentlemen.
Not gonna be easy.
So everything that I'm saying here is much easier said than done.
Well, we'll see if they can go out.
I'm gonna get to a couple of phone calls.
Ladies and gentlemen, I got about five minutes left.
It's a couple of phone calls and, uh, send you on your way for the night so you could get work tomorrow. Tomorrow's Friday.
Happy Friday to you.
Get to a phone call, call you on that of another.
But next, What's popping? Hey, I'm good, man.
How you feeling? I'm good. Good.
I talked to me about tomorrow. Nightmare.
I think tomorrow night's pivotal game.
I I think if we It will be a test for Mike Miller.
Now we go out and play both, all right? I mean, you know, we don't get blown out.
We go out there and play him hard, but they just beat us.
I So you need work.
But let's say we go out there in Miami.
I have a week in the middle.
I mean, Sam's not all they got and we couldn't go to bang in the middle with mention, Ah, Mitch, Taj and Randall.
You can get some point from the middle so we can tighten down the three point line.
But let Jimmy Butler rock a little bit.
I mean, if you get 30 but we win the game, who cares? We just did it with Trey on time out.
He got 40. Yeah.
I mean, this is a much better team, but, you know, you know, like they're doing young with a lot of that.
A lot of pride shoot.
I mean, hero, that Duncan Robin come.
I mean, those guys I mean, they're putting 30 points tonight between them, sometimes six, almost 60.
Yeah. Those guys are playing ball, man.
Those guys are playing ball.
I think tomorrow's pivotal game for.
You know, I really want to see Frank and Alfred step it up.
And and r J, we're gonna be our keys, but like, we have a chance of winning.
I don't know about the book book.
See what you did tonight? I did not see what Young is did tonight, but, you know, put up 53 pointers and they handled the Lakers Lakers like little kids.
Okay, Don, it's honest is a problem.
Well, like, you know, you could blow you out.
I mean, you see what they did to us the first time.
And you know this time will be coming around, will be coming around to him again, and we'll see.
But right now I'm just thinking about this Miami game.
You know, if we can, you know, if we can find a way to come out of here with a victory, I think we could do it.
I really don't say you don't like Miller, though.
That'll be a Yeah.
We could find a way to come out here with a victory and going to that Milwaukee game feeling confident about ourselves after blowing out Atlanta and then getting victory there.
Then we'll see what we can do.
No, me behavior, man.
I appreciate your call.
I have a good one, bro.
Have a good one.
Yes. Ladies and gentlemen, take a couple more calls.
516452246 Only. Got a few minutes left.
Call the young love another.
But Nick's apartment.
Hey, what's up? This is Kevin McCloud, a k a.
Steve knows how you feel.
Like I'm good, man.
What's up with you? Hey.
Um, I gotta give you a lot of Ah, that man, you really, really dropped that knowledge, You and, um, and Gilmore.
I gotta give it. Give it up to both of y'all.
Um, I appreciate it.
Um, one thing I want to say because I was noticing today Last year we lost all three of our games against Miami.
Um, one death blank plate.
And I think that was the first game have been the last two bitten.
So, And the other thing was that they had white side as well.
So now that he's not there, Mitch might have his way, You know, in the pain a little bit, so that's one thing to look at.
And then also, I think with Miller, like, been talking about well, he really has his guys playing.
And I see it's really, um, being there at anything.
I mean, I think we could win the gang.
Um, but I think you know the way No.
Is coaching them.
I think we're gonna be in there and in the last two or three minutes of the game playing, you know? And really, that's all we can acts for right now with this team, you know, that shows growth.
You know, if we're there for right there with him, to play so many games in a row, besides the the Portland game, so many games in a row.
But you're like there with a team that was floundering the way that they were.
You know, that's good.
And then, you know, you try to find ways to get over the home, um, and win some of these games.
You think I'm gonna tell you what, this what I really like about Mike Miller? He's just a say.
He's just a coach.
He's just a simple guy.
That's not going to China over coach.
He's gonna try to keep it simple and use simple basketball principles.
Yeah, that's what I really like that about him without trying to go over the top and do so many special things and this and that on like, Guillermo.
I'm trying now, you know.
Ah, Fizdale has been gone for a while.
I know the comparisons are gonna, you know, continued TB here, but I'm trying now to just focus on Mike Miller and that thanks so much about David Fizdale because, you know, it is what it is.
So you know, he's gone, And I just want to put this on Mike Miller.
What I like I don't mean to cut you off, but, uh, here's the thing.
What was the game? But with the game where, uh, Frank was starting and he was gonna use Kevin knocks at the two women.
Remember that one? Yeah, something like that.
I remember something like that.
I don't know, but I don't think Mike Miller.
Yeah, I don't think Mike Miller would have done that.
I think he would have put in Damien Doctor and nothing with Damion Dotson.
The reason why I think my trust him is because he had him in the D League last year.
So he knows what his game, you know, You know what predicates his game? He knows him.
So I think he would have put him in there.
And, you know, putting Kevin knocks again.
It comes back to to coaching, and I don't like getting on, you know, um is there he's not with us anymore, you know? And I wish him the best.
Um, and I was the biggest supporter.
But then there was the eye test.
Keeps telling you, you know what was going on.
And it was like, you know, something, you know, change.
So but that was that.
That's probably gonna be the last thing I say about Fidel, like, you know, talking to you the next games and everything.
I just like the way Mike Miller is, um is coaching, um, his out of timeouts statue, you know, is really rising.
I just like the way these guys are really, really, really competing.
And I'm looking forward to Ah, tomorrow night, tomorrow night's game.
I'm not I'm not gonna see the Milwaukee game.
Um, I'm going to see a Star Wars that night.
So? So I'm really looking forward to tomorrow night's game to see how we, um um how to perform how we were.
Yeah, Um, I'm just really looking forward to, uh, tomorrow night, so I got it.
I am not to mention being off tomorrow, So that's another thing. That's cool.
Get to sit back, relax and chill.
And nothing better than that.
I think about it.
P Oh, let him off a little bit.
Early is my last.
Call it a night right here.
And I'm to get back to give him all we could take it out holding your live another.
But there's one problem.
Hey, what's going on? She was go with your brother over.
Like talking about the heat game tomorrow night.
Uh, couple name will have to do the win.
Um, he doesn't have to get a missile trouble early.
I think they give us a chance. Occurred.
We're not gonna be able to outshoot a more, you know, have that kind of game.
We just came off when we score done in 43 against Atlanta.
So, you know, I just expected to come in and continue to play hard.
Like, I know my together really making the difference with these guys because you could just tell in the effort.
I mean, guys diving on the floor of the initial Robinson, you're diving on the floor trying to make the extra place help us land, you know? So it's gonna take a little plays like that being aggressive, get to the free throw line.
We're gonna need a big gang from R. J.
Um, you know, I know that Kay Kendrick, Nunn and Miami is doing well, so, you know, I want to see r j kind of match that anticipation and bring the same after this.
Well, but again, Not like we got going on.
And, you know, uh, like the offense being able to move the ball around like they did a little better than that ran the game.
So we can continue to get that ball movement and, you know, stay aggressive and try to get to the basket.
I think we got a chance.
All right, listen, I think this game right here could be a real confidence builder.
Even if we don't win, you know, because you know, I like I said earlier, I think in Denver we was still kind of the team was still kind of wondering to themselves, Is this you know, can we really compete like this? You know, and I think that they just wasn't sure yet There was still trying to prove it to themselves, and they blow out.
Atlanta now has another chance for them to really prove to themselves that they could be competitive with anybody.
You know, I'm saying as a team, you know, individually, they think it, you know, they might think it individually, but as a team, a collective fought as a team.
We really can't do this.
You know what I'm saying? I think it's a big game in that regard, and I think it's contagious.
And I mean, like you, like you said.
I mean, when you got guys that take sometimes you know, two or three guys come out with, like, I give you this effort that you haven't seen all season long, and then you all of a sudden you said you see everyone kind of feeding off the same energy I think again.
It's gonna take a couple of gang, a tough couple of players that have that kind of game force.
I have a chance, but I feel like we have going on.
Um, I wanted to actually wear about those three rooms, man.
Um, you know, I'm hearing out there well, like, uh, d n j and Julius Randle.
Um I mean, you know, the get your perspective on that.
I mean, you should make a move on one of those guys.
And madness is it also comes with deep thing What we have going on since we are, you know, been playing 500 balls like, never been taken over the want to kind of just ride that out.
I mean, me, I'd like to kind of ride it out to the deadline.
You know, I'm saying because that gives us a little bit of time to see what he could do with the roster.
See if what we're seeing is real, you know? I mean on and it also gives you some time.
Let's say it, Israel.
Then he gets you to sometimes say Okay, well, you know what? Here's a little something we could start the build off.
You know how we can make a move That adds to this, but still keeps our cap clean, you know, so we could make moves going forward, you know? So I like the way that wait a little bit, you know, getting closer to the deadline and just just just see what this is all about.
See what's happening. See what's going on.
Uh, Dennis Smith, Jr.
Especially with Dennis Smith Jr.
Right now, you'd be selling real real.
I hate to use the world selling, but I'm not going to use that word.
But, you know, you'd be trading him at a low point.
You know what I'm saying? So at this point, we lost that trade.
I mean, that's what it is.
I mean, first of all right, we're getting There's no telling where we're gonna pick in that range.
And then B s j esus the confidence thing like you said, just never had the question of guys moto confidence on me.
He is with the years, you know, after three or four years in the league is what he is.
Man, I figured even if we do get a second round, you could get some kind of role play.
I'm I'm hearing like a Robert Covington.
You know, just some kind of role play.
I mean, even I'm looking at the Clippers game now, even with the move.
Trade rumors, man, I like Mo Harkless defense.
I mean, I'm looking at the way he's defending James Harden and Westbrook.
We could really use him.
I mean, in the first round pick, too.
So, I mean, it does something that can really We gotta look into what? I mean, the direction we're going, we got at least considered, you know? Yeah, definitely.
I agree with you. At least got to consider it.
God, look at look at everything you know, especially knowing that for the most part, a lot of the guys on his team is not gonna be on it when it we start winning basket like, really winning, you know, really went in most of these guys not gonna be here anyway, So, um, we'll see, man, eh? I appreciate your call, bro.
All right, I'm ever going.
I ladies and gentlemen, I'm gonna get up out of here for the night.
I me Oh, talk to my man Gammell.
Gamow closes out for the night.
M o we get up out of here for the night, man.
Um Last words, men.
I'll just say this man Nix.
Have a chance tomorrow.
We need better fundamentals.
We gotta be physical with, um um exploit the fact that there, um think they play relatively small.
They don't have Hassan Whiteside.
We gives us problems, so it's gonna take a big effort from our front court.
You know, be active on rebounds.
Um, the pick and roll Use that.
Exploit that, exploit the post.
Get these guys in foul trouble.
I mean, our backcourt.
We gotta defend a primitive man.
You can't let guys like Tali hero.
You can get like that.
You can't let guys like Kendrick Nunn who can score.
We can't let those guys get hot.
You know, Jimmy, Bhola wants to go out and try to score 40 to carry the team.
You know, make sure every shot he puts up is contestant.
Make sure no one else can hurt us.
Don't let those young guys get hot because that's a team that they're playing right now.
Off of waves and playing right now. mo mentum.
That's all it plays.
I'm not saying that they're lucky players, anything.
But you know, this a team you don't have to, you know, switch it up so you don't have to try to beat into the basket and overpower them with speed and beat your man and I so use physicality.
Get these guys in foul trouble, slow the game down, frustrate them.
And I'm not saying it'll be easy.
I'm just saying that the win is doable for you do those things.
So you know, I'll be, Ah, probably here because I'm playing Baltimore, but I have to work.
So I'll be here for the listening.
I might miss some of the game, but I'll try to watch it, you know? Yeah, I know that.
And I'm doing a front stoop tomorrow after Ah, fine.
After we're going to get a little front stupid afterwards.
So I really fun.
Not a thing to talk about the time I got it and bring it back.
Uh, that should be fun.
A lot of stuff to talk about.
A lot of stuff we could get into on the front stoop.
You'll salute to you, man.
Salute to everybody in a Chapman.
Ah, you guys die hard Knick fans.
Manu carriers, man.
So sue to you guys and thank God you guys and flimsy like Max Kellerman or like that I want I really want to do Ah, not to say I can't I want to see what? That that leaker family that you brought in that That's okay, honestly, what he's doing now he's probably coming back, too next, cause, like, no one cares.
They did that switch.
But you know, I love the season that same every once in a while on Twitter.
He still comments about the Knicks.
Listen, you know it.
Don't just it don't just leave out of you like that.
Don't care about the Lakers already.
Where is the glory of the Knicks? Come back and I'm hoping the next comeback in the next save 4 to 5 years. I know people will kill me.
Things came back the next 4 to 5 years.
He had this team rocking the foundation looked like the nineties, where you have a study group of young guys coming through the pipeline developing and we're getting wins like, how is that not the greatest feeling in the world, man.
Like we went to the playoffs with mellow and those guys in with 1,012,013 or 13.
14 whatever it was.
And I meant this The city people were over high, but my all the nicks, a bad awhile.
But, I mean, if we come back and this this new core develops in, like, what's better than that versus you goingto LeBron, Who's gonna be, You know, put up with that exactly with the I, man, I'm gonna get up outta here.
Do you think he's up to Chapman? Piece of base? Yes.
Ladies and gentlemen, the front stoop is gonna be back.
And this time I promise it is gonna be consistent.
I know I have not been consistent and I said it before, but I am gonna be consistent and do it once a week consistently, at the very least, once a week, hopefully more.
But at the very least once a week.
So yes, it is back.
