See Hello, everybody.
And welcome to the broadcast.
I'm Samuel Reese coming.
You live right here on SportsCastr I present you live commentary about the ST Louis Blues against the Buffalo Sabres and the Denver Nuggets against the Philadelphia 76 years.
First, we'll start with the Blues and Sabres.
In goal for the ST Louis Blues tonight is Jake Alan.
Meanwhile, for Buffalo, it is Len ISS, you Mark, and the coach of the Buffalo Sabres is Ralph Krueger.
It's the second season as an NHL head coach, and you know, the Sabres had a nice start to the season, but since then, they've they've slowed down a little bit.
Craig Berube is in his fourth season as an NHL head coach leading the Buffalo Sabres.
Thinks Karam for joining the broadcast.
Thinks Ryan for joining in as well.
I appreciate that guy's hope.
You are having a wonderful night.
I'll be doing two games tonight, both in the NHL and M B.
No Boston teams are in action tonight.
I thought I'd do the nationally televised games in both hockey and basketball, so we'll start with ST Louis against Buffalo.
I'll also be providing commentary of Denver, Philadelphia in the n B a.
All right, the game is underway and let me get you the Buffalo line if they have David Peron, Ryan O'Reily, Jaden Schwartz, Brayden Schenn, Jordan Carew, Ivan Barbie, Chef Robert Thomas, Troy Bauer and a goal goal Buffalo.
The Sabres are on the board.
How about this, folks? Wow, That was the fastest goal I've seen in a while to a game.
And with the goal for the Buffalo Sabres is Victor Olofsson.
How about that? Folks want to start to this game just 18 seconds in.
And you know, it all started from one end to the other.
And a shot in front of net or rather knowing, wasn't it was all of sin with the assist in that puck was redirected.
That was redirected by Jack Eichel.
I think Eichel's going to get the credit for the school.
No, it's gonna be Sam. Reinhard.
Okay, There were two re directions on the play.
They're gonna give the gold to Sam Reinhart.
All right? What a start.
The Sabres leading one to nothing.
I was not expecting that.
Back to the lineup for the Sabres.
They have Victor Olofsson, Jack Eichel and Sam Reinhart.
Jeff Skinner, Casey Middle Stat.
Jimmy Vessey, Marcus Jo Hanson.
The former Bruin, By the way, Rasmus Chaplin's Zemgus Girgensons.
And now for the defenseman.
They have Brandon monitor Rasmus Wrist a line in Jake McCabe.
Henry Joke A hard do Zach Bogosian and Colin Miller.
So we're a minute in and the Sabres already have a lead, folks.
Thanks. One for joining the broadcast.
What is going on? One.
I hope you're having a good night, Stephen. A man.
Yeah, I saw that. I saw that caramel.
Yeah, he was, like, five things that five people that annoy me.
And yet knicks were one of them, and then the top of his list was himself.
So we have our, uh, our first stoppage in play other than the goal and wow, how do the booze respond to that? A quick goal scored by the Sabres just 18 seconds into this one.
The home team, by the way.
And my goodness, I don't think anyone was expecting that kind of start.
38 remaining in the first period.
Thanks everyone, for joining me tonight.
Sorry, I was in a rush to start the stream.
I was doing other things.
I got the stream going just in time for Puck drop here and now This shot assayed made there a nice save made by Oh, Mark and the Blues still haven't this one at the corner boards.
It will now be wrapped around the gold by Zach Bogosian and now playing it off the boards behind The goal for Buffalo is Jeff Skinner now.
Some changes me made from both teams.
The Sabres takeover in their own zone.
A cross ice pass here and now Alex Pietrangelo with it, backing it up for ST Louis.
Now would be Colton Parayko. My apologies.
I literally just quickly printed these rosters out, so the bliss really had been plagued by injuries.
Vladimir Tarasenko is out with an upper body injury.
Alexander Steen with an ankle semi blaze wrist.
Oscar Sundquist, a lower body. Injuries.
ACS Sanford in upper body injury along with Tarasenko.
Ah, huge, huge problem for the blues and you know, yes, every team gets injuries, but that's especially bad for the ST Louis Blues, and it's a lot of their best players as well, so the blues haven't behind the net.
It will now be dumped to the corner boards, and with it his Alexander Steen battling for it are the Buffalo Sabres.
On defense, they get another zone.
Nice clearance made on the play.
Bye, Brandon, Mon Tor, and we now have an off site.
So offside called the last to touch that one.
That puck for Buffalo was Victor Olofsson, who was in an offside position, 17 21 to go in the first period.
So the Buffalo Gold, they do give credit to all of us, and I thought so.
They originally gave it to Reinhardt, but I said, Olive sin here on the live stream in Yeah, okay, it went off of the Blues, one of one of their defenders skates.
So that's why, All right, there you go.
There's confirmation to the gold jiggle.
Olofsson! Reinhardt quite credited with the assist in the build up play, and now this puck on the near side.
But it's taken away there from Rasmus as ones, and now it's taking away the bad position in a shot on goal on a chance that was for the ST Louis Blues.
Jordan, Cairo, with the opportunity.
That was the third shot on goal of the game for ST Louis.
Buffalo has one, and it resulted in a goal.
So here we go the ST Louis Blues with possession and right now with the puck is Jay Bouwmeester.
This one played down the boards.
Oh, and taking a big all that found that the way it with the back of the net.
It's a gold Saint Louis.
An incredible start to this game and that pup found its way through.
I do believe that giving that on this goal Excuse me? That they are.
Oh, yeah, There they are.
That's rightly so gonna goto Brauer.
Wow! Thanks, Karan for hopping back in.
We already have a won one game.
I'm all over the place.
I just printed out the rosters and brought them down before I started the broadcast.
I think I'm, like, forgetting half of that.
I forgot half of the roster upon the printer, but it's all right.
I'm gonna try my best year.
Sorry if this is not my best broadcast.
Plus, I'm not awfully familiar with these players like ham with the Boston sports teams, but we'll do what we can.
And how about the start to this game? Folks, just like that, we're all tied up.
Not even four minutes in.
Now this will go up the boards.
It's taken away in the ST Louis defense of zone, and now jumping it all the way in is Colton Parayko.
Olofsson plays it up the boards.
Jack Eichel can't quite get there.
It's taken away in center ice, and now some changes being made and that ST Louis gold does Goto Brauer his first of the season.
By the way, the assist go to Barba, Chef and Thomas.
So ST Louis responding.
Wealth toe Buffaloes gold.
Just 18 seconds in.
They scored just a few minutes later.
11 the score, 15 20 to go in the first period.
And thank you, Rick, for joining the broadcast.
What is going on, Rick? Welcome and hope you're having a good night.
This puck will be stolen, and that was taken away by the Buffalo Sabres.
This pluck now played off the boards on the right wing and Kyla Post so sends it on goal on the rebound not quite able to get a shot on goal.
There was the Buffalo Sabres.
Joe Johan L****n.
Had an opportunity but couldn't quite get in on gold.
14 52 remaining in the first period.
A same made bye, Jake Allen.
We have a stoppage on stoppage in play.
Excuse me? Yeah, it was a great chance by Kyle A. Post.
So it was from a tough angle, but it was worth the try.
Alan made the save, and he kept in a 11 game, making sure that Puck went away from danger.
So a face off here and the referee hasn't dropped the puck, and now he will send Jo Jo Hanson out of the draw.
And now this shot will go out of the gold shots on goal, even by the way, for four so far in this one.
So this puck comes back around a big hit delivered there by the Sabres.
The Sabres have the puck going around the goal here.
This is now played up.
It's in the neutral zone with Rasmus Aspelin bands that puck intended for Marcus Johansson, the former Bruin.
But the Blues want it.
They sent it back in the zone, and now they're able to make some changes.
It's behind the goal here and with possession.
The puck is Tasia Thompson.
This one goes down the boards and the Sabres haven't a whip around.
Shot ends up going off the near side boards.
A cross ice pass is when it turned out to be, and with the puck on that occasion was Thompson or rather, every rotten Evan Rodriguez.
Now Rodriguez hasn't He'll tap it off the far side boards, but Jeff Skinner unable to get there.
Schwartz will now send it off the boards and losing it in possession for the ST Louis Blues on that occasion was bright and Shen up and down.
Here it goes around the golden Jake Allen, and he will play to one of his teammates.
The Blues, meanwhile, turned over the puck 13 15 remaining in the first period.
We're just underway between the ST Louis Blues in the Buffalo Sabres cross ice pass here, and it will eventually be taken by Reinhard A shot, and it will go out to the goal. What a chance there.
Alan was down on the ground.
The Sabres, still with it behind the goal, and that's gonna be a penalty.
That's a penalty on the ST Louis Blues.
And the Sabers will be going on the power play for the first time tonight.
And let's see if they can take advantage of the opportunity.
It's already a 11 game, folks, We got a good one.
It's Steve ST Louis Blues at the Buffalo Sabres, just about eight minutes in your score, 1 to 1.
I'll be back with more after this, as we also get closer to tip off between the Denver Nuggets and the Philadelphia 76 years. Stay tuned, everybody.
All right, Welcome back to the broadcast, everybody, Thanks so much for joining me tonight.
I greatly appreciate it.
Is Jay Bouwmeester going to the box? He is called for tripping and to the Buffalo Sabres year on the two minute power play, 12 56 remaining in the opening period.
It's already one toe one, folks, thanks so much for joining me tonight.
The face off, one by the Sabres.
It's now on the right wing and say the Sabres will now have toe regain possession.
Here is that one is sent the other way by the Blues on on the season.
The Blues on the penalty killed have been decent.
The Sabres all right on the power play as well.
So far, so good for the Blues on the penalty kill, this one's now played off the boards.
It's now on the far side, dumped back in and already 30 seconds ticking off of the power play for the Buffalo for the Buffalo Sabres.
And now Michael sends it around the boards, the Sabres with it.
It's now Skinner, too.
Wrist a line in crystalline and back to Skinner.
Now it's Jack Eichel.
Eichel too crystalline in the one timer from Olofsson, say, made by Jake Allen.
That's a big time save right there.
One minute remaining on the power play.
The Sabres still with it.
Now it will be a fake shot from Jeff Skinner.
The Sabres still with a spin around, move by Jack Eichel.
A line in now It cycle risked a line in one time in from Allyson that had saved by Jake Allen.
He covers up on it with 38 seconds remaining on the power plane.
Wow! So the 30 seconds worked the bet the 1st 30 seconds of the power play weren't the best for the Sabres.
But after that, my goodness, they had chance after chance.
Thanks, Anna, for joining the broadcast.
I greatly appreciate you joining the stream.
Hope you're having a wonderful Tuesday night.
We got some NHL and N b a action for you.
So hope you enjoy this face off.
Meanwhile, one by the ST Louis Blues.
But they once again cannot get it out of their zone now.
Eventually, they will 25 seconds to go on the power play and back to get this one for the Buffalo Sabres is, uh I believe that Waas My apologies.
It was calling Miller my apology.
So 10 seconds remaining on the power play, so I'm very disorganized.
Start the stream. I'm not I'm not.
That's not usually the case is what I'm trying to say, But, um, I was busy before before I started the stream so quickly had to get some rosters and now go on.
The power play is up.
So the blues do kill off the power play that Buffalo had the shots on goal now in favor of Buffalo by a 2 to 1 ratio, 8 to 4 now, a shot from the left wing and a save made bye bye.
Oh, Mark, excuse me and the shot was from Great.
And Shen, the Buffalo Sabres since November 1st on the power play just 7.
4% on the penalty, kill just 69.1%.
So it hasn't been good the last month for the Sabres.
In in all aspects, really, this face off will be won by Buffalo.
It's now played off the boards by Joe Haunt you, and we've got 10 25 remaining in the opening period.
This one's now played up in running onto this one for the ST Louis Blues is Schwartz.
Schwarz now immediately met at the boards, and now it's Brayden Schenn.
Shen has that puck taken away, and this one will go into the corner boards, both teams battling it out for possession.
Now a pass a wide the shot from the left wing that will be blocked now on the rebound.
Another shot save Alan and the rebound there for the taking in the Blues will eventually clear it out in some changes now being made from both teams.
Wow, in a reminder Sunday Night Football.
It's a good one.
The Bills taking on the Steelers.
That's Sunday at 8 15 Eastern time.
But back to this one, we haven't Offsay in a stoppage in play.
Well, he got 9 33 remaining in the first period.
The ST Louis Blues won the Buffalo Bills. One.
The Buffalo Sabres on my apologies.
I was just talking about the Bills.
My then, all right, The Buffalo Sabres, once the other Buffalo team.
I'll be back for more after this commercial break.
Keep it right here on SportsCastr.
Everybody, we're getting closer to tip off between the Nuggets and the 76 is as well.
I'll get you out to that one in a short while as well.
Keep it here, everybody.
Welcome back to the broadcast, Everybody.
Thanks for joining me tonight.
Ralph Krueger was the Edmonton Oilers head coaching 2012 and 13.
You may remember he was named the Sabres head coach on May 15th and we are about midway through the opening period, and it's the Buffalo Sabres who struck first.
But shortly after that, it was the ST Louis Blues, who tied it up at one apiece, and that's where we stand right now.
So this face off one by the Blues, It's now wrapped around behind the goal by Colton Parayko.
Now the shot from the left weighing an essay made by Oh, Mark and that will go over the boards for a stoppage in play.
It was a nice effort from the left wing's in.
The shot came from Alex Pietrangelo, 9 19 to go in the first period.
We're getting culture the tip off between the Nuggets and six years.
I'll get you out there shortly.
And here come the Sabres.
This one jumped into the zone and now at the corner, battling for this Sam Reinhart I gold can't quite get a clean shot off.
And here come the blues the other way they have on your side.
This one will be sent in on goal, an essay made by Hallmark and he will hold on the shot that time coming from Tyler Bozak.
So a face off in the Buffalo zone I appreciate you all joining me tonight, Alex Pietrangelo.
This season, he's played in 31 games.
He has six schools.
Excuse me, he's averaging about 24 minutes of ice time.
So you know he's a big part of this team, Of course, a big part of that Stanley Cup winning team, you may remember, which pains me to say that because I am a Bruins fan, I'll be on the call for the Bruins against the Capitals, along with the Celtics and pieces tomorrow night.
So my Boston sports teams are back in action tomorrow, so I'll be on for that.
And now this one played over two.
Uh, Jimmy, the say the say loses it.
It's now played up the boards.
Ah ah, one touch pass from Troy Bauer.
Excuse me, the goal scorer and now the centering pass that will be sent wide it.
It was a nice pass from Robert Thomas, and but no one was on the backs on the doorstep to finish it.
Now this one will be dumped into the gold by as plumes.
It's now Bouwmeester with it, and that one will deflect into the bench area for a stoppage in play with 806 remaining in the opening period.
A huge story of the night.
So far, Jake Allen has made some nice saves, but a lot of a lot of on a lot of occasions, I should say, You know, there's been rebounds allowed and the Sabres with second chance opportunities to put the puck in the back of the net.
Allen, in his career against Buffalo, he's had success, a 61 on one record in just a 1.
58 goals against average.
Looking up, looking to continue his dominance against the Sabres tonight, 11 the score under eight minutes remaining in the opening period.
So this will now be played off the boards and on to this one for Buffalo is Zach Bogosian.
The shots on gold 9 to 7.
Buffalo and the Blues Win it right back here It was Della Roast with it.
It's now a backhand pass shot from the blue line rebound, say, made by old mark, the shot coming from Day Larose and now Cairo, battling for it at the boards and a big hit there.
A huge delivery on the hit.
And now this pest almost intercepted, but not quite.
The blues still have it.
It's parayko! And now the past.
That shot is deflected and here come the Sabres the wraparound shot in the same made there by Jake Allen on the other end.
An opportunity for Jeff Skinner completely against the run of play, and now it delayed penalty.
It's going to be on Skinner.
So now the Sabres led to the power play for the first.
Or rather, the Sabres will have Thio go on the penalty kill for the first time tonight, it'll be the ST Louis Blues that head to the power play for the very first time.
But, you know, let's see on the replay here, Yeah, I mean, it's quite obvious.
There he just ah slashed the stick up for Trans alone and sent it right out of his hands.
Not a hard call for the referee there.
So this face off, one by ST Louis with it on the left wing here for the Blues is Peron, and he will now pass it back to the blue line, a shot redirection and that will deflect into the protective netting for a stoppage.
So the blues, right away on their very first power, play the game trying to make the most of it with an opportunity early on, and oh, it actually redirected off of the Sabres on Tran.
Gia was shot from the blue line because in front of goal for ST Louis was Jane and Shorts looking to redirect it.
But that was, uh, actually sent out a play by the Sabres.
I believe that one went off the stick of Jimmy Vessey this season.
The Blues on the power player have gone 22.
7% six minutes to go in the opening period.
This is a cross ice fast.
It goes off the boards.
It's now behind the net with Jake Allen, and he will let that one go for Alex Pietrangelo.
Here comes Pietrangelo, a cross ice pass, and with it on the near side is is Brayden Schenn, and now that shot will head wide left of the goal.
Here come the Sabres, though.
There you go quickly, the other way short handed and gaining the line and just dumping it in for the Buffalo Sabres to have an opportunity.
Make some changes.
Is Jimmy Vessey, 45 seconds remaining on the ST Louis Power play, this one sent off the boards and around it goes to show Mark Larson will clear this one all the way down and behind the net is Jake Allen and just half a minute remaining on the ST Louis power play Now.
So, with it behind the goal for the ST Louis Blues right now is Colton Parayko.
This one knocked down in the wall and the sabers clear it.
That should just about do it for the ST Louis power play.
The five seconds left on it and the time expires were back to even strength.
So both both teams have been on the power play, both not able to produce a goal 11 Still, the score 4 30 to go in the first period.
This one now played back off the boards by mortar Rather Mont or my apologies, this one taking place at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York Thanks for joining me tonight, Everybody.
And Jake Allen is back for this one.
It's now sent around the goal, and with it on the other side is, uh, Jay Bouwmeester.
The league champ obeys leading Florida one to nothing with 17 minutes to go in the second period with 15 seconds left in the second, Pittsburgh leads Montreal one.
Nothing as well, so two other games going on in the National Hockey League.
I'll keep you updated on them throughout the night.
This one is sent around the boards, and that's gonna go beyond the blue line into the neutral zone.
The Sabres left to reset as this Puckett sent in from Bristol.
Jack Eichel gets a stick in there, but it's played cross ice by Jay Bouwmeester.
Louis take over open ice into the Buffalo's own the hits.
8 to 6 in favour, above flow in a one time shot that goes wide of the goal.
What a chance that was now in the left wing.
And it's, Ah, good effort by wrist, a line in but an even better one from Oh, Mark, who makes the save? Well, folks, we got a good one at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York.
Your score 1 to 1.
It is the first period here on SportsCastr, and as they head to commercial break, we're gonna check to see if the n b a game between the Philadelphia 76 years and the Denver Nuggets is underway.
No, they're currently a commercial break, but right after this break, I will have tip off of that one for you, so keep it right here on the screen.
Everybody, Thanks for tuning in.
All right, Welcome back to the broadcast.
Everybody hope you all are having a wonderful night.
And we're actually about five minutes away from tip off between the 70 Sixers in Nuggets.
But just a little quick preview before I do get you out to the opening tip.
You know, the 76 ers, but definitely contender in the East, the Nuggets, the same in the West.
This should be a good one on this Tuesday night, and I am looking forward to bringing you live coverage here on Sports Caster.
But as they are getting ready for tip off, we're gonna head back for the conclusion of the first period between the Sabres and Blues.
And then I'll get you out to the start of the start of the sabers.
Or rather, the Nuggets in six years. My apologies.
So we're back from commercial break in Buffalo, where the score is 1 to 1 with 3 14 remaining in the first period and the two goals scores tonight are Olofsson for Buffalo.
Meanwhile, for Ah, ST Louis getting on the board for them.
Waas, I believe I can't even remember at the moment. My apologies.
What a shot all What better save and on the ground? Jake Allen makes another save.
Wow! What a chance. That waas.
Yeah, I'm blanking out on who scored for ST Louis.
I've had a long day.
I want to get a stream in here for you, But it's not my probably my worst broadcast so far, but I appreciate you all tuning in.
All right with it here for the ST Louis Blues is Colton Parayko now taking off is Jaden Schwartz.
The shots on goal, 11 to 7 in favour of Buffalo.
And that pass almost lost by short.
But he still has it now.
The Sabres takeover and it sent around the boards by Henry.
Joke are you two minutes to go in the opening period? 11 The score.
Both goals coming in the 1st 4 minutes of this one.
This one wrapped around the goal.
Now a shot, innit? And the blues take over this one behind the goal of all Mark.
Now taking it up for the Buffalo Sabres is risked a line in update around the league.
Tampa Bay now leads two to nothing.
Pittsburgh leads Montreal one nothing as well and San Jose National just got underway.
17 is to go in the first period. Nothing. Nothing.
Detroit and Winnipeg Also Three minutes and nothing.
Nothing there as well.
So now we got four games going on around the National Hockey League and I'll keep you updated here on SportsCastr as this game continues.
All right, it's this puck now on the far side with middle stat.
Mittelstand has that one taken away.
This one is sent deep and it goes around the goal and there for the Sabres.
Waas mon tour 50 seconds remaining in the first period.
Maybe one last opportunity for either team will see the blues right now. Have it.
And that pass will be almost stolen.
Here come the Sabres and on call the restaurant.
It's a just goes wide left of the gold.
My goodness, out of nowhere. Really.
Finding himself in on goal for the ST Louis Blues was David Peron.
How about that chance or knows Pietrangelo.
20 seconds to go.
This one sent all the way deep by Buffalo, and therefore it is Jake Allen.
Here come the Blues.
Once again, that one jumped in the corner boards.
Now it goes behind the goal centering pass and a pad save made by Old Mark.
And that should do it for the first period.
While up and down action in this opening period, folks between the ST Louis Blues and the Buffalo Sabres, well, it's 1 to 1 after one.
Of course, big news around the league is that the Stars fired Montgomery, the head coach, really a surprise out in Dallas and meanwhile, Ahh, Sunshine State showdown between Tampa Bay in Florida.
I'll get you up to date on that one.
At the first intermission, your score.
The ST Louis Blues won.
The Buffalo Sabres won.
We now head over to end a action where they're just about ready to tip it off between the Philadelphia 76 ers and the Denver Nuggets.
All right, so we shipped from NHL overto MBA momentarily, as the Sabres and Blues are at the intermission, it's Denver against Philadelphia, you know, for the keys to the game for Denver.
You gotta create turnovers to beat this team and you have to defend the paint.
You can't let them drive.
Meanwhile, for Philadelphia transition defense is key.
Don't let Denver get you on the fast break, so there should be a good one, everybody.
We're just about ready to get it underway here on SportsCastr.
Two of the hottest teams in the N B A.
Jamal Murray ready to go.
So is Al Horford.
And in the tip off, it will be too tall.
Guys who'll be Joel Embiid up against Nicole Yokich? All right, so here we go the Nuggets West or East Coast trip.
My apologies, wrapping up here against the 76 years they want to go off on a good note, and that's a good start as they win the tip off Murray with it, Murray gets to Yokich.
Yokich passes over the mid range jumper, and it's good.
How about that? Will Barton getting the scoring going? So on the floor to start for the 76 is Richardson, Simmons, Harris and Beat and Horford to nothing.
Early on, here's Tobias Harris out to Al Horford, Horford Tambien and being at the baseline.
He gets that one right over Nicole Yokich.
It's a two to ball games.
Meanwhile, on the floor to start the game for Denver is Harris, Murray, Barton, Yokich and Millsap.
Here's your kid.
She fakes the shot now a step back three point effort.
And that's an air ball.
Wow, that was well off the mark from Gary Harris, and the fans at in Philadelphia are letting him know about it.
So Ben Simmons will get it to Joy Oil on B and beat out to Al Horford back to and beat and be guarded by you can.
She shoots right over him, and it's good.
So, Joel, I'm being with the 1st 4 points of the game for Philly, and they take their first lead of the game Here is Yokich Jamal Murray Murray off the pick? Yes, it's in.
Nicole Yokich Yokich picks up his dribble.
He gets into Harris Harris.
It's good or no.
Rather, that was Barton.
Barton nonetheless ties up the game 4 to 4.
Now it's Tobias Harris posting up here, backing his way into Barton.
Now this isn't out to unbeaten and being fakes.
The three now for the shot and it's no good, but he was fouled on his way up.
So I'm being will take the 1st 2 free throws of the game.
A great fake by Embiid and Nicole Yokich fell for it and then had no option but to foul him as MBI did.
What? I had a clear way to the paint.
So that 10 no, that went on the floor.
I thought that was a shooting foul.
My apologies. So they say it's on the floor.
So the 70 Sixers inbound from the near side here is Joel on beat.
Come sitting up with Yokich.
It's off the mark.
So his first miss of the game.
And B that is two minutes into this game yours? Well, Barton, a pick set by Paul Millsap and a three front Milsap is off the mark.
Ben Simmons comes down with the board.
He goes the other side to our Horford orphans.
Fast to Embiid is taken away.
Here come the Nuggets passed back to Murray Murray.
Catch and shoot from three.
That's in and out.
And here comes Ben Simmons, up in town Action Year Sevens.
Read the edge of the paint gets it out to Al Horford.
Horford fakes The three gets it back to Simmons.
Simmons to the paint, the shot.
No good off the front side of the rim.
Here comes the yolk.
It she gets it up to Barton.
Barton will hold up things here to Yokich.
Back to Barton Barton in the paint, the left handed layup off the glass and in 64 Denver back in the lead.
Well, when I start for Will Barton to this game, he has all six points for Denver to start this one off and now a catch and shoot is off the mark for Josh Richardson.
But the offense of rebound and beat from three.
Yokich comes down with it.
Jamal Murray Murray, across half court now right behind the three point arc, gets into Yokich Yokich with the past and now the three point effort.
It's good from Will Barton Barton on fire to start this one.
It's now 9 to 4.
Wow, Will Barton has all nine points, four for four from the field, one for one from three.
That's a great fine there as Ben Simmons made the catch and shoot layups that was impressive.
There 9 to 6 to score.
Here is Barton again.
You don't want to mess with them.
He gets another one.
To start this game, you would have never thought, but that does happen to be the case.
Now to Richardson.
Richardson gets its A Horford Horford against Millsap.
He takes the shot.
That's no good in grabbing the rebound for the Denver Nuggets.
Is Gary Harris Harris upto Barton? Can Barton hit again? There's a foul on the floor that will stop play here with 7 38 to go in the first quarter.
How about this? Start from Will Barton? He's already hitting threes, mid range shots, lay ups.
I mean, wow, what an effort so far from Will Barton.
And we're just a little over four minutes in.
He has 11 points, five for five.
The rest of the team has no points over three part or rather, Mill.
Stop driving the painting.
Mrs The Easy Layup. There.
Al Horford comes down with the rebound.
Horford back to Simmons.
Simmons out to Richardson, Richardson on the baseline.
Driving the shot's no good.
He gets its own rebound.
Richardson driving once again, That shot's no good.
He wanted a fellow called, but didn't get it.
Now Barton gets the pass out, the three point effort from Harris.
No good, and that looks like a lock on Simmons.
But nothing's called.
Here comes Ben Simmons.
It's factual and beat and beat the Horford Orford well, now post up and it's been around.
Move the shots up.
It's still in play, and now a three point effort from Harris.
That's no good in the man down for Denver.
Simmons with that finds Harris, and that's a foul called on Yokich Jamal Murray, though the concern right now is he isn't quite a bit of pain.
Momentarily, Yeah, he is still laying down on the floor, all his teammates gathering around 11 to 6.
The Nuggets pleaded 6 49 remaining in the first quarter in a time out on the floor, while hopefully Jamal Murray will be all right as we now head back to the Sabres and Blues, which are also a commercial break in the intermission.
So I'll be back in a moment here on SportsCastr.
Keep it right here, everybody, We got NHL and MBA action for you tonight on the stream.
Welcome back, everybody, sort.
The intermission report between the Blues and Sabres.
But the big news in the NHL today that the Stars have fired their head coach, Jim Montgomery, the general manager, Jim Neal, citing that there was a team misconduct.
Jim Nill, the general manager, making those remarks. Sand.
It was just shocking news, cause, you know, it's almost like we need more information on this, because it was all of a sudden that Montgomery was fired by the Stars and wow, big news around the league today.
Games that are yet to get underway in the NHL include New Jersey in Dallas that will start at 8 40 PM Carolina plays Edmonton at 9 10 and Calgary taking on Arizona at the same time as well around the National Hockey League.
So a lot of games tonight, but let's get you updated on the highlights.
First off between the Canadians and the Penguins, a good Eastern Conference matchup in Montreal have tied up the game in the second period, the score one toe one with 603 remaining in the second period.
So while that games between the Sabres and Blues is still in.
Their mission will head back to the Nuggets and the 70 Sixers, where there's 6 29 remaining in the first quarter.
In the upcoming MBA, scheduled tomorrow at 7 p.
Eastern time, the Clippers will face the Raptor and then at 9:30 p.m.
Eastern time, the Pelicans will face off against the Bucks.
So two good games And what a block.
A great effort there.
Monte Morris with the block in Here come the Nuggets.
The other way with it is Gary Harris.
He finds Millsap and Millsaps fouled.
He'll shoot two at the line with the Nuggets up by five.
That fell was called on Mara.
Excuse me, Sybil, so much he Stibel called for the foul.
Thanks so much everyone for being part of the stream tonight.
I greatly appreciate it.
Hope you're enjoying the broadcast.
The first free throw is made from Millsap, and now comes a second attempt and he gets the 2nd 1 to go as well.
So 15 8 Denver in the league.
Bring it up for the 76 years is Ben Simmons.
He finds Harris Harris right down the middle to the hoop and dunks it for the bucket.
15 to 10 Nuggets up by five halfway through the first quarter.
Now a nice past there and driving with the bucket that time is Paul Millsap, 17. A 10.
He'll attempt a three and it's no good.
But trying to slam it down on the rebound with Stibel couldn't quite do so.
A good effort nonetheless.
And now a three point effort is off the mark on the other end for Will Barton Barton.
It's about time and Horford's pass is not a good one.
Millsap takes over Barton now all the way across the three point effort.
No good part in there for the rebound, but his put back is off the mark.
Wow, by the way, Jamal Murray does have a through a thumb contusion.
Excuse me, by the way, um, so he is questionable to return.
We saw him go down with that injury a little while ago.
And now a great spin around move.
And with the bucket is James Ennis 17.
That was a great job.
Now Nicole Yokich, he gets it to Paul Millsap.
Now this ball is in the corner.
It's out to Monte Morris.
Shot clock, winding down, Morris driving to the hoop.
No good, great defending their.
And here come the 76 years.
It's Tobias Harris.
He finds the wide open Al Horford, Horford from three.
That's off the mark and now going the other way.
A long pass up to Paul Millsap.
Millsap will dish this one out.
Yokich finds Millsap Millsap outside the three point efforts.
No good from Parton, but a foul is called on the floor.
Thanks, Grant, for joining the broadcast.
What is going on, Grant? Hope you're having a wonderful night.
I appreciate you stopping by on the stream, and I'm sure you're doing a great job on your stream as well.
And coming into the game now for the Denver Nuggets is Michael Porter.
For the first time tonight, Michael Porter was the 14th overall pick in the 2018 draft.
He was 2017 U S A today high school player of the year, but he did miss the entire 2018 season with a back injury.
This season, he's played in 12 games, averaging 8.
6 minutes in 4.3 points.
You'll be here until the stars a second, All right? I appreciate that, Grant. Thank you very much.
The Sabres and Blues. That commercial break.
That's why I've gone never to do this one right now.
Yokich posting up with and bead and now the shot clock winding down.
He passes out Barton driving the lay up is good.
Great job, Thereby Will Barton.
And he gets the shot off for the bucket.
Barton already has 15 points.
He six for 10 in one for four from three, and now Porter will get it to Simmons.
Simmons is foul by Porter, so that would be a foul on the four 3 37 left in the first quarter.
The Nuggets, by the way, are already in the bonus.
So whenever they are felled, they will shoot at the line From now on until the end of the first quarter, Ben Simmons drives, dishes it out.
Three point effort from Ennis.
It's no good and be there with the rebound and that makes its way into the Hoop Joe.
Well and bead therefore the put back, or rather, yeah, it was It was Ennis with the three point effort yet and now a steal.
By the 76 years Nicole yogurts have been quiet no point so far, and Ben Simmons flushes that one down and mo mentum now on the side of the 70 Sixers, they're down by three.
But on a run in that forces a time out to be called by Denver, 3 12 remaining in the first quarter.
We got a good one in Philly in the Eastern and Western Conference matchup between the two teams.
All right, well, while they had to commercial break, we now head back to the N H Shelf, where the Blues are taking on the Sabres and perfect timing.
We are ready to get the second period underway in that one.
The Blues win the faceoff.
This will now be played off the boards by Mont or these two teams records when tied entering the second period.
Louis 911 Buffalo just five.
That's very interesting right there, This one taken place at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York.
This one will now be wrapped around the boards and now with it for the blues.
Is Petrie Angelo here comes Pietrangelo.
The shot in the same made BioMark, and now the stick is knocked out of the hands of Marcus Jo Hanson.
You'll have to get a new one as now the the Blues have it.
Colton Parayko Now take. Sometimes.
Both teams have a chance to make some changes early on in period number two.
Parayko, by the way, as a team high 55 block shots this season, that really is incredible.
Now this one goes off the boards, and it was lost for a second there from ah, from Vessey.
But the Sabres win it right back.
Now it's played around the boards back with the ST Louis Blues.
It's on the near side, and the blues just can't get it out.
Stay away by Jo Hanson but taking it away from him for ST Louis Waas Schwartz And now this.
Puckett ongoing What I may say it made by old Mark, both goalies coming up big in this one thus far.
And now this one played off the boards around the goal.
It goes, the blues with it.
It's now played cross ice Barba Chev with it.
This one will now go into the neutral zone as the Blues will reset and a cross ice pass played by Robert Thomas.
Now they take it.
Oh, Barba, Shove it.
The Post wanted chance with one timer from the right wing, and you could hear that one ring off the post Ivan Barbershop with a golden opportunity but couldn't quite put it in the back of the net.
Wow, what a chance! And finally, the Sabres win control of the puck.
Evan Rodriguez will dump it in.
Jake Allen is there.
It's a bad giveaway, though.
Rodriguez hasn't now the past.
We'll shop for the left wing, and that one's blocked the opportunity coming from Jeff Skinner.
And now the Blues will sell this one down, and that one will be icing.
So a stoppage in play here.
What an opportunity for Ivan Barba, Chev and even Cairo before and on the rebound on Cairo's shot braid.
And Shen had had an opportunity to put that puck in the back of the net, but couldn't do so.
Then Barbara, shivering in the post.
As I said, The blues have come out ready to go in the second period, but the score remains even that one.
The one or less than three minutes into the second period, we'll have a face off taking place here between Barbara Chef and Jack Eichel.
All right, it's one by ST Louis.
Behind the goal.
It goes the shots on goal, 11 to 10 Buffalo centering pass here by Michael, and that one's intercepted.
Now it will be played up by Troy Bauer or Brower. My apologies.
Now it's behind the goal, and taking it up for Buffalo is McCain.
You'll get up to Michael Michael with a nice pass, the shot from a cave in the same made by Jake Allen and that will jump out of play for a stoppage in play.
Wow, McCabe with a group golden opportunity.
Eichel had a nice pass to set him up, but Alan was ready and made the stop.
Wow, A great dropback passed from Michael.
He knows that he's gonna be double team whenever when he has the puck, which always means that there's gonna be another man open.
And when everyone thinks he's going to shoot very unselfish of him and t pass it off in the right decision.
In the end of great chance, Michael is on a 13 game point streak, by the way, with 10 goals and 13 assists.
He is incredible.
The Boston University product.
I would have loved to see him play with the Bruins, but you know, it is what it is.
Now It's behind the goal, a battle for it here between Glory, Jensen's and O'Reilly.
This one will now go off the board sent around by Buffalo, the Sabres still with it in the zone post.
So now, trying to win it for Trans Djalo battling them to it.
McCabe kept it alive.
Rodriguez goes cross like the shots on goal disappear.
You want a piece? This one from the right way and the same made now the Blues takeover and nice holdup played by David Peron.
Peron goes through the diagonal pass that's intercepted, and now this will be chipped on to the corner boards and a nice pass advancing it.
Play there by Jay Bouwmeester.
Now it's behind the goal.
With Dale arose, that one was trickled wide.
It's now behind the goal, announces off the end wall pro gransky with it now goes back in neutral zone, sent around to Hallmark.
Now it's sent around the goal with his Marcus Johansson.
I like Joe Hansen on the Bruins, By the way.
It was sad to see him go in the off season, But what can you do? So 14.
53 remaining in the second period and the right one shot.
Oh, that that the Post again Want a chance for the same Louis Blues? And now they still have it.
The centering pass, the shots see made by all market.
He'll hold on here to stop play.
Wow! Braid and shed with the one timer in on goal, He is now bleeding around his neck area.
My goodness, well, he'll have to take care of that.
And he's in quite a bit of discomfort.
Let's see where he took that.
Well, I'm not sure if we're gonna find out where exactly he got injured.
But a great chance from Braid and Shen and the Blues have now hit the post two times already in the period.
Oh, he took a skate to the face.
That's what happened there.
That's what happened to a brain and Shen.
So he has headed to the ST Louis locker.
So a concerning sign there for ST Louis.
I'll keep you updated on his status.
Yeah, he got hit to the ice and then unintentionally had escaped to the neck area, which can always be very dangerous.
This one's now the corner boards 14 15 to go in the period.
Eventually it comes out with ST Louis.
A diagonal past made and it's a good one from Brauer.
I shot the left wing and say, Made by old Mark.
Now it's back with the Tran Djalo.
That shot goes wide right of the goal.
Brower now moves it behind the goal.
It is the wrap around, and the Sabres were there to get it out.
And now with it for the Buffalo Sabres won Skinner roll.
Wanna chance the passing on goal? And we had a broken stick there on that sequence with the opportunity with Zach Pogo scene.
But go scene with the chance.
Now it's deflected on the right wing going towards the centre.
The pass, I say, made by all Mark.
He now gets back into his goal.
Crease the blues with another chance and you've made once again.
And now Oh, Mark will club it up in the Sabres can have a breather.
Wow, 11 Still the score, but the Blues the better team to start the period.
But what a chance it waas for the Buffalo Sabres.
If it wasn't for Jeff Skinner breaking his stick, he could have had a goal right there.
So chances for both teams.
As we now had back to some MBA action where the Denver Nuggets are taking on the Philadelphia 76 years, the Nuggets lead it by 1.
We have got ourselves a good one at the end of one, and they are now actually heading to Commercial Break is there at the end of the first quarter, so I'll be back with more Blues Sabres before going back to the Nuggets.
So keep it right here on sports cast.
Everybody more coverage coming your way in. Just a moment.
Welcome back, everybody.
13 08 remaining in the first period.
Or rather, the second period.
My apologies and wow! The blues have hit the post twice in the 1st 7 minutes of the period, but the score remains 11 Thanks so much for joining me tonight as we resume play here.
Ah, face off in the Buffalo zone, and Larson is going to be kicked out back from commercial break things.
So much for joining me tonight.
So in for the Sabres comes Girgensons, and he will win the faceoff.
So you're against.
It is when the wins the face off 5 to 3 in favor of ST Louis are the scoring chances this period, this one now played at the corner boards.
And here comes ST Louis, and that's gonna be offside Coming over the line.
There was her own, but he was an offside position in a stoppage in play.
12 43 to go in the period.
Just what So Colton Parayko this season.
31 games, two goals, 10 assists.
You got his, ah, lips stitched up.
He's in action tonight, though.
Tell you what, These hockey guys are the toughest guys on the planet. Really.
55 the shots on goal in the second period.
There's been no shortage of entertainment now, a shot from the blue line, and that's a save made by Jake Allen.
He'll hold on for a whistle.
How about Sunday Night Football? This week? It will be the bill's taken on the Steelers.
That's Sunday at 8 15 Eastern time.
That should be a great Sunday night game, big time playoff implications in that one, both of them battling it out for those last two for those two wild card spots, I should say, and I think a good decision by the NFL to flex that one into prime time.
I'll be on the call for Patriots Bangles on Sunday because I am a diehard Patriots fans Patriots fan, as you guys know.
And now Ryan hard feeling with Bouwmeester right near him and the blues.
Now with it, this one played diagonally, will be sent around the boards by Cairo in getting there is Bozak Prozac against Barbara Shevin Barbie Chef goes down and it's gonna be a penalty.
It's gonna be Jack Eichel going to the box.
And now booze raining down from KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York in the ST Louis Blues are heading to the power play.
So, Jack Eichel heading to the box.
Ah, I don't know about that.
Let's see, on the replay here.
I mean, I guess, Yeah, it was a trip.
It was a trip at first I thought maybe not so much, but hooking called.
So I call heads to the box.
ST Louis on the two minute power play tonight the sabers over one on the power play with one shot.
I will be sent all the way back with Jake Allen.
Alan now gets it to Alex Pietrangelo.
Tran Shal. What're Angelo? Excuse me.
We'll leave that one back for I believe it was Perone yet David Perone.
Now it's at the far side corner boards with Jaden Schwartz.
Here is Peron, her own back to Tran Djalo Tran.
Jill goes right back to Perone.
Here's a transient at the blue Line.
Carone, the one timer that goes wide of the goal and now gloving this one down for Buffalo is bego.
See and trying it out.
The one timer and they hit the post again.
Three times in the period, the blues of it, The post.
I got to see that one again on the right wing, a cross ice pass now circling around is Ryan O'Reily.
It's back with a trans alot Tran Djalo.
The shot by Perone goes, Why left of the goal and the Sabres are finally able to clear it out.
Wow, what an opportunity.
What? What? UH, multiple chances.
The hair lurking at the doorstep for the Blues.
Now just 30 seconds remaining on the power play.
A bouncing puck in that's taken away by Buffalo and with it for ST Louis is done.
They have one last chance, perhaps on this power play at the midway mark in this game.
So here's Bozak.
You get to Parayko.
Parayko sends it down the boards.
It's intercepted by Buffalo within his wrist.
Align and crystalline in sends it all the way down and Jake Allen is back.
The power plays up, so the Sabres kill up there.
Second penalty kill of the night.
7 to 2, though the shots on goal this period in favor of ST Louis.
They really deserve a coal at this point.
Another one, I should say.
But they've been denied on multiple occasions.
The Blues now have to re sent and they'll touch up with it for the Sabres is Brandon Mon Tor, and now that puck deflects out of play and we have a stoppage 905 remaining in the second period.
We got a good one, folks.
How about Perone? He rings the bar.
Shane, Excuse me with great chance.
Wow! Unbelievable, folks.
Still 11 The score.
The blues pouring on.
Chances were not able to convert.
So we now head back to the Nuggets and 70 Sixers.
They are into the second quarter three.
Thanks So much for joining me tonight, Mo Mentum seems to be Hunt Philadelphia side now.
They lead 31 to 27 with 10.
20 remaining in the quarter.
Harris finds and BMB goes up and that one's gonna be blocked cleanly by Grant.
It will stay with Philadelphia out of bounds.
So 10 seconds on the shot clock.
This will be a quick inbound from the corner and it's good.
Draining the shot from the corner is Furqan Court Mass and it's 34 to 27.
How about that? Right there.
Philadelphia leading by seven now Nuggets looking for momentum back and they can't get that shot to go.
A missed opportunity for Monterrey. Morris.
Here comes Tobias Harris the other way.
Harris gets it over two.
Harris gets it over to, um Raul Netto.
My apology said.
And B goes down the floors taken away by the Nuggets.
Here come the Nuggets.
It's over. The Grant Grant a nice move.
He just isn't over, and the three point shot is made.
How about that? Malik Beasley from three point territory.
34 to 30. The score.
Philadelphia in the lead.
Joel and beat over Tobias Harris.
Harris shoots right over. Granted, it's good.
Three pointers left and right here, and it's 37 or 30.
The Philadelphia 76 years regained the seven point lead.
Now grand catch and shoot from three.
How about this? Each teen trading threes and now the score.
30 37 to 33 Here is Cort, Mass.
Gets a two and beat and beat up against Plumlee.
He'll shoot over him.
The shot's no good, but he'll get two shots at the line.
So, indeed, goes to the line here.
Yeah, is officially Langer.
So the first free throw is made for Joel and Bean and going back to Jamal Murray.
Well, it's a mirror image.
This is unbelievable folks.
Last season, the average 18.
2 points per game this season the exact same last year, averaging 48 Rather shooting 48% from the field this year, the exact same last year, averaging 4.
8 assists this year.
The same isn't that incredible the exact same from last season of the season, 39 33 be gets both free throws to go.
He has 12 points on the night for freight from the field.
Four rebounds as well.
So here's Porter Porter to Plumlee.
Plumlee turns the corner.
Oh Jo Ellan be with the block.
Here comes Tobias.
Harris gets into Simmons Simmons with the dunk and its rocket inside the stadium at Philadelphia, 41 to 33.
The Wells Fargo center is on their feet, and the other way goes Barton.
That's an air ball.
I don't know if it got deflected in the 76 years with Mo Mentum, here comes Simmons.
He finds Harris.
Harris is shot is good.
It's now a double digit lead for Philadelphia in the blink of an eye four minutes into the second quarter.
Wow, Now here's Grant Mason Plumlee Plum Leigh's past almost the backcourt violation.
The Nuggets still stay with it.
Barton trying to dish it out to Murray.
What the past will be off of Philadelphia staying with the Nuggets? How about that? Walk by and bead.
He just completely rejected Plumlee and the coal.
Yokich, not looking pleased at all on the bench right now, and then the 76 years very efficient in transition as well.
And now Beasley shot is no good.
The three point effort here and that's good.
Wow, How about it? It's Raul Netto from three Or rather Excuse me formats.
As with the three pointer, it's 46 toe, 33 the 70 Sixers are on a roll.
A timeout taken by Denver as we now head back to the ST Louis Blues and in the Buffalo Sabers 701 remaining in the second period and still won won the scoreline.
Thanks so much for joining me tonight.
Everybody over here and join the broadcast the Sabres with it.
Reinhardt. With it.
He's up against the boards, spy O'Reilly, and now Perenco will sell.
Settle this one and with it for ST Louis and bring it up ice.
Well, first, we've got some updates around Link Tempt me is looking forward to two to nothing.
Pittsburgh, 321 Both of those games at the second intermission at the first intermission.
It's scoreless between San Jose in Nashville, Also at the first intermission.
Winnipeg leads Dallas one of nothing.
Or rather sorry.
Winnipeg leads Nashville one to nothing.
My apologies, and that's your update around the league.
Hope you're enjoying the broadcast, everybody.
Colton Parayko In 353 games in his career with 31 goals in 112 assists, face off will be won by the Sabres.
It's played around the boards by joke Joke a rendezvous 6 10 to go, this one at the corner boards.
It goes around the goal and the battle taking place for this one.
With that, that shot will be deflected.
It's now taken by day Larose.
So the Sabres are back with possession.
This one goes around the boards and now getting a stick on that 14 ST.
Louis was Ah, Colton Parayko, and now this shot on goal will be saved by Jake out.
And that brings us to our final commercial break off the period 5 38 remaining in the second.
We're still tied up at one apiece.
Spend that way since four minutes remaining.
So we have a commercial in the Denver Philadelphia game as well.
I'll be back with more coverage with the 70 Sixers and Nuggets after this quick break.
Stay right where you are.
Everybody, I'll be right back.
All right. Welcome back, everybody.
Josh Harris, the 76 years managing partner, and David Blitzer, the co managing partner in attendance for this one.
So is Marjorie Harris, who was Josh's wife.
I got courtside seats, of course, and they're enjoying what they're seeing so far as the 70 Sixers have a 13 point lead.
Their biggest lead of the night there on a 90 run in just the last 90 seconds.
We're back to action here.
7 25 to go in the second quarter.
Here is Yokich and he drives under the hoop, gets a shot up. It's no good.
And the rebounds taken by Harrison now a stoppage in play.
The coach of Denver is not happy at all.
He ran on the court, punched a clipboard and the papers went all over the place.
Wow! Yeah, he was furious with the official, and he was given a technical Wow.
So now a free throw coming up for Tobias Harris? This is not gone the way the, um, Nuggets would have hoped for.
And Michael Malone is given a technical.
Wow, it's 47 to 33 76 years with the ball.
After the technical foul, Al Horford dishes it out.
Ah, fake shot here.
Now it's Horford from three.
That's off the mark.
The rebound taken by Yokich.
Yokich gets it up now with it is Gary Harris.
Harris finds Barton.
Will Barton gets a download in the coal Jochen.
Jochen dishes out three point effort. It's good.
That's maybe what the Nuggets needed.
It's Gary Harris with the three point effort, and it's good.
47 of 36 and about the midway point of quarter number two.
Ben Simmons now finds Tobias Harris Harris.
He finds Ben Simmons and Simmons on this way up is fouled by Harris, so Simmons will go to the line to shoot, too.
So far, Nicole Yokich.
No points over one from the floor.
It's a second game this season with no field goal in the first quarter It's been a very, very quiet night from him to start this game.
You're and now 48 to 36 these 76 years lead it, and that pass is way off the mark Yoke.
It's just is not looking like himself out there tonight, and it goes out of bounds 76 years wall.
You know, I'm surprised at what we're seeing in front of our eyes because Yokich is the leader of this team.
Let's face it, when he's out an off night, Usually the team is having an off night.
That happens to be the case right here.
Al Horford gets it.
Thio, Tobias Harris, Harris up against yoke.
It's trying to the hope the shots blocked Yokich with the rejection.
Paul Millsap now hasn't he passes this one upto Yokich? Nicole Yokich will hand this one off with Will Barton.
Barton will back it up wide open from three and a whistle on the four.
We have got a foul, so the Nuggets will inbound it from the far side.
Tory Craig in for the Nuggets.
28 year old, six foot 7 215 pounder out of South Carolina says eighth season in the league, But he's he's into the game for the Nuggets and now a mid range jumper.
And it's good Gary Harris finding his shot in the second quarter.
It's now a 10 point game.
Nuggets look in the crawl their way back into this one.
Now it's Ennis with he passes this one back with Sim.
It's now it's Harris Simmons.
Harris fakes the three.
He'll now dish it out to Horford.
Horford fix the past, driving to the hoop.
But the pass is stolen trying to get to Simmons there but couldn't do so.
Here comes Denver and Wow! Taking a shot to the face.
There was Gary Harris, but nothing called.
Here comes Filion.
Transition. Three point effort. It's good.
The three point shot is good from Matisse.
Sybil and the 70 Sixers are on chop by 13 Sybil with eight points on the night.
He's three for five from the full or two for two from behind the arc.
Now driving the pain here for Denver is Barton, and that one is almost stolen.
The Philadelphia will stay with Denver, a good effort nonetheless, but Tobias Harris and try to steal that one and taking a rest now for the Nuggets will be Tory Craig.
So Craig takes arrest.
This one inbound to locate Yokich.
Mid range jumper.
That's off the mark with the rebound is Ennis, and this will now hold up things.
You'll go cross court with Simmons.
Simmons picks up his dribble.
He'll find Horford.
Here's Horford up against yoke.
It's driving, you know.
Yokich forces the turnover.
Here comes Denver.
The past Yokich.
Yokich finally is on the board.
The bucket is good, and that's more like it from Denver.
51 to 40 under four minutes remaining in the quarter.
The Coal Yokich finally on the board.
Two points, one for two from the field in two rebounds.
Now here comes Simmons.
The pump fake out to Horford.
Horford finds Harris, and that's gonna be an offense, a foul on Tobias Harris.
Yokich forcing the turnover on one end and finally getting some points down the other.
And that's more like the Nicole Yokich we're used to seeing night in, night out.
Meanwhile, on the other ends, Tobias Harris called for an offense.
F l A good call.
I thought you know Barton was set.
So with 3 45 to go in the quarter, bring it this one up for the Nuggets is Monte Morris.
Morris finds Yokich, Yokich, Millsap Step back.
It's good Paul Millsap with the bucket, and now the 70 Sixers will call a time out while the Nuggets, looking to get back into their groove. 51.
The Sixers lead it 3 35 remaining in the second quarter.
Back with more from what? The Wells Fargo center in a moment.
But first we go back to the sabers and the blues, where it's a good one, folks, the Sabres just had an opportunity, Ah, second ago, the shot coming in on goal that time from, I believe that was Olofsson or no.
Rather, it was Mon tour.
So still want toe one just a minute remaining in the second period, so this one makes its way up the boards.
The shots on goal are dead, even at 19 all, so that this game has been a very entertaining one.
Both teams with plenty of opportunities, both goals coming early on, So Robert Bork to Zo will send it off the boards.
The Sabres repossess now the shot.
And that's a same main by Alan and maybe the Blues.
That perhaps one last chance in the period centering past no offside called the Sabres.
Well, hold things up here since the pocket on goal.
It goes wide of the net, but four? Still with the 10 seconds ago on in the period to rebound the shot.
And it's a goal.
The Sabres lead the game to one Johanna Larsson with the goal.
And finally, we have another goal in this one.
6 seconds remaining in the period, It's a rebound shot into the back of the net from Johan L****n, and the Sabres take the lead right before the intermission.
How about that island? Almost able to make the save? I thought you'd get at first and give credit.
They're too Zach Bogosian just setting that one in on goal.
It went wide, but on the rebound, Larson was there to put it in the back of the net, which is 8.
6 seconds to go in the period in the Buffalo Sabres, take a 2 to 1 lead.
How about that in a new sense of energy instead of inside a key bank.
Stay, uh, T Bank Center in Buffalo, New York, and the time will wind out to the end of the second period and the Sabres take a 2 to 1 lead over the Blues. Wow.
So we are through two periods, 40 minutes in the books and games elsewhere in the league as well.
I'll get you caught up on that during the intermission.
But how about that? The Sabres striking with the last chance opportunity later on in the period.
Remember the Blues hit the woodwork through on three occasions in that period, unable to put in the back of the net.
The Sabres, meanwhile, are able to put it in the back of that.
They lead to the one in the second intermission, so I'll be back with that shortly.
But first we had back over to the Nuggets and 70 Sixers, where it's 53 to 45 Philadelphia to 47 remaining in the second quarter.
We have a kickball here, Jen verb, all 16 seconds on the shot clock.
Okay, so the centre comparison so far very lopsided yoke.
It's just has two points compared to one Meets 14 Yokich one for two and be five or 10.
But there we go and bead get scored on Io kit with the hook shot right over Joel and B.
A great job there.
And now here comes Philadelphia.
The past is caught by indeed, but then taken away and beat commits the foul and the Nuggets are in the bonus, so they will take two shots.
The turnovers this quarter.
6237 76 years, Believe it or not, and a nice past there from Monte Morris Drive to the hoop is Paul Millsap, but can't get the shot to go.
Now it's Ben Simmons driving to the hoop.
He dishes it out and now go into the other side of Ennis.
That one caught by Porter.
And how about that? A rather not Porter.
Mike Scott and Scott finds them be for the bucket, 55 to 47 a great job there by the Philadelphia 76 years on offense and that three point efforts no good.
Ben Simmons comes down with the rebound Simmons scot free that hits the back side of the rim Millsap comes down with the defensive rebound.
Now it's Barton.
Barton gets it out to Morris.
Now it's Nicole Yokich posting up here, and that's stolen by then seven's.
Here comes Philadelphia Simmons Court Mattias three pointer from Ennis.
That's no good, and Yokich comes down with the rebound with exactly 60 seconds remaining in the first half.
It will be a three point attempt from Barton.
And it's with the board sevens in transition court, Mass. From three.
And that one's blocked the great block by Barden there.
And now the Nuggets will slow things down here with the ball Is Monte Morris.
Morris open from three. It's good.
Morris hits from three.
And just like that, it's a five point game, folks.
Wow! And being fixed.
The three Oh, yes, he goes back, shoots the mid range shot, but a foul is called on Joel Embiid.
Wow! With the with the elbow going out there.
Easy call in the end for the referees.
Yeah, he pushed out on Yokich there, No doubt.
So the right call by the officials on the floor Thanks so much everyone for joining me tonight.
I appreciate it I hope you're enjoying the stream here on SportsCastr.
And now with it for the Denver Nuggets is Will Barton.
Four seconds separating the game clock and shot clock.
Barton, driving to the hoop baseline, kicks it out.
Yokich from three.
That's no good 76 with the rebound, 1/2 court effort from Ben Simmons.
And that's well short to conclude the first half.
Well, it was an entertaining first half. Everybody.
Your score at the half.
The Denver Nuggets 50 The Philadelphia 76 years 55.
The second half still coming your way shortly here on SportsCastr.
And so at the half.
A five point lead for the 70 Sixers and, you know, give credit to the Denver Nuggets for staying in this one.
Really, because it could have got out of reach at times when things weren't going their way.
So we had back over to the intermission report between the Sabres and Blues.
Elsewhere in the league, the Tampa Bay Lightning are taking on the Florida Panthers.
The Battle of Florida Tampa Bay lead to nothing in that 1 12 minutes remaining in the third period.
Meanwhile, the Montreal Canadiens taken on the Pittsburgh Penguins it was one nothing. Pittsburgh.
But then the Canadians got on the board to tie it up a two on Oh, really, and the goal scored by Tomas Tatar on the nearest going near post on that one.
And then later on in the second period, the Montreal Canadians made it to the one.
It was a delayed penalty, but it didn't matter because it was arma for Montreal to get the Canadians the first lead of the night and the Montreal Canadians starting to pick it up offensively than with a 15 or rather 14 seconds remaining in the period.
A wraparound goal by Shae Webber.
What an effort! It waas! And just like that, Montreal lead Pittsburgh 321 with 11 40 to go in the third period.
So a lot of action around the National Hockey League, of course, news.
Elsewhere in the league, the Stars have fired their coach.
Now it will be bonus taking over for the Dallas Stars as the interim coach, I'll be back for more here on sports cast everybody, the Nuggets and 76 years at halftime, the blues and sabers at the second intermission, ST Jude.
I'll be back in a flash.
All right, welcome back, everybody.
So your halftime score in Philadelphia, it's the Nuggets 50 the 70 Sixers 55.
And it's been the first half in which, you know the 76 is really could.
It took off there, but, you know, give credit to the Nuggets for making this a five point game at the half, cause Yokich was struggling a lot there.
Joel on being meanwhile, the exact opposite.
I thought him being had a nice first half there, and overall, you know nuggets still in it.
It should be an entertaining second half.
We'll see what the second half brings us here on. SportsCastr.
I appreciate all of you joining me on the broadcast tonight.
So both games currently at either half time or an intermission and looking at the first half tonight.
Tobias Harris has 10 points, three for six from the field, two rebounds, one assists.
Joel Embiid, meanwhile, has 14 points, five for 10 on field goals, five rebounds and forces.
So those two have really been front and center for the 70 Sixers in particular on offense in that first half, and that is why they have a five point lead at the half.
You know, a great matchup tonight, two of the best teams in the league in their respective conferences anyways, and you know, a pretty even gained.
These two teams, I think, match up very well, and we're seeing why in the first half, But yet Yokich was frustrated a lot in that opening half.
I mean, he wasn't having any trouble driving in the hoop, but he was just missing shots when driving to the hoop in, You know, give credit to Philadelphia with the lock down defense, and a lot of times he had to defer to dishing it out, which has worked that time.
So the three point shots being made by his teammates and at times on defense, just not really contesting is Nicole Yokich.
Enjoy and be just seemed really wanted more.
Yokich didn't seem awake for a while in that first half, but perhaps getting into a rhythm late on in the second quarter.
But we will stay.
We'll have to wait and see about that.
But overall yoke, it's just really look disengaged, that whole first half, even on the bench and you can tell that Joel and B wants it more compared to Nicola Yokich.
Right now, he just doesn't seem to be wanting toe win too tight.
For whatever reason, I'm not.
I'm not so sure, but we'll see if the third and fourth quarters it's a different story because for Denver it might have to be if they if they want to come out with the win tonight.
But we will see.
Ultimately, what the second half brings us is a five point lead for the 70 Sixers as we get ready for the third quarter very shortly.
Still still about 57 minutes left in half time? Well, yeah, I appreciate you all joining me tonight, and it's it's been a pretty good night for me.
Hope, hope the same for you as well.
And tomorrow I'll be on the call for both the Bruins and the Celtics.
I'm looking very much so forward to that.
I'm a diehard Boston sports fan, as all of you know by now.
Hopefully, they can both get the win.
The Bruins sticking on the capital's the Celtics against the Pacers, both games starting at the same time as, well.
That is so we will see what that want that? What those two games bring us tomorrow.
But first off, we've got two games going on around the MBA and NHL and, you know, with with no Boston's Force teams in action tonight, I just decided to do, um, the two nationally televised games for both the MBA and NHL cause why not? I wanted to provide some content for you guys tonight.
Hope you're enjoying and on TNT shaky an eel racing Kenny Smith to the to the touch screen and Shaquille O'Neal fellow.
Those guys are funny.
Ah, the TNT have the best.
Then the best guys.
There's too funny, too funny my favorite, by the way.
But yeah, but looking back on the first half, you know, it's been situations where, you know the 76 years have said Okay, well, we will let those with those players on the Nuggets suit who can't shoot.
We'll let them take open shots that's been paying off, and then they get adjusted to go in transition.
Assuming that shot's not going to go in, which has worked a lot of the time, 76 years have been very, very effective in transition.
One example the corner, three by Sybil And, of course, that blocks shot by Joel Embiid.
Sixers Quick in transition once again, you know that's a huge part of the game, really.
They've had plenty of points in transition, and Ben Simmons has had quite a few dunks on the day as well.
And you can tell it's something Philadelphia has practiced new doubt.
Um, t go in transition, you know, only like 5 to 7 seconds are ticking off the shot clock before Boom.
They scored a bucket on the other ends and, you know, 76 years very effective in that aspect of the game, they lead by five at the half.
And you know, the second half getting underway shortly between Denver and Philadelphia, and I will know shortly get you out to the blue sabers.
You must get be getting closer and closer to the, uh, third period.
Probably not quite.
Thanks, Grant for joining back.
And I appreciate that Grand.
I hope your ah extremists going good still And yes.
So we're in halftime in my m B A game between the Nuggets and six years, and we're at the intermission between the blues and Nuggets so we're kind of just hanging out right now.
I'm gonna step aside and have something to drink, but I'll be right back with more action here on SportsCastr.
Make sure you keep it or hate here.
Yeah, You just put me on.
I've been on for, like, 30 minutes straight.
I'll be right back. I'll be right back.
Like, in a minute or so.
I've seen you get something to drink.
Everybody All right? Welcome back, everybody.
I said something that drink quickly.
Thanks so much for joining the broadcast tonight. Here on SportsCastr.
I believe we're getting close to starting the third period.
So we're ready for the start of the third period between the ST Louis Blues and the Buffalo Sabres.
The Sabres up to the one thanks to a late late goal in the second period that put them in the lead by Johan L****n.
This season, he's played in 29 games, four goals, seven assists.
As I mentioned at gold tonight could be a big gulf as we get ready for the final 20 minutes from Buffalo.
Thanks for joining me tonight.
Live here on SportsCastr.
Hey, and we're just about ready to get the third period under way and the face off will be won by the Blues in the final 20 minutes is underway from Key Bakes Center in Buffalo, New York.
The Sabres, By the way, 12 this season, when leading at the start of the third period, can they make it 13? Oh, and we will find out in the next half a kn hour or so Maybe 40 minutes.
Riel time, that is.
And we now got ourselves an offside.
See this season three.
All right, So 28 seconds into the period, face off at the red 280.
1 by the Blues that will be played cross ice by Quinn.
And now it makes its way behind the goal and to travel with a shot from the right side.
And that is saved by Oh, Mark the blue.
Still, with it coming out hungry for a goal, this period will now be dropped off behind the goal.
It goes with Big Ocean comes to it.
And now with this stick tangled the hair for the Buffalo Sabres.
Jimmy Vessey, now the Blues.
Abbott That puck played cross ice and makes its way back to Colton Parayko.
And now the Sabres take over.
The past goes out wide from Kyle up.
Oh, so now a cross ice pass here, and with it for ST Louis is Troy Brauer and a shot sent in from the right wing near the blue line that is redirected wind bio mark.
Now this puck will make its way back for Bob or choose Oh, Skinner will get the puck cross ice.
Now it's on the far side.
A great job there with the steal by stage Thompson.
Here is Della Rovere is the shot, and it saved the hallmark.
Makes the save, and he holds on a CZ.
Well, be a face off.
Coming coming up in the Buffaloes defensive zone.
No, what? Oh, Iris! 17 50 remaining in the period this draws trickles its way into the club of old Mark once again.
So a quick another stoppage there in this face off one by ST Louis.
With it on the nearest site is Mackenzie MCA Hearn.
Now, this one sent around the boards by Buffalo and up.
It goes from wrist a line, and now it's into the neutral zone it sent out wide centering pass that goes wide of the goal.
Now a shot and that's the same.
Made right out to another saber and the past.
The shots say by Alan the Sabres with multiple opportunities there and now another chance.
The rebound there for the taking in the Sabres.
Miss another chance and the Blues have a chance. Toe.
Dish it down deep into Buffalo territory and back to get it.
Is Zach Bogosian Wow, this one sent off the boards.
ST. Louis is there.
This one's behind the gold with Tyler Bozak.
Bozak gets it back.
The shots they made by.
Oh, Mark, What a chance that was from the left wing with the shot was Vince done.
And now this one.
The connection made with Olafsson.
Olafsson down the boards, that goes.
He tried to get it toe.
But the blues took that puck away.
Now here comes ST Louis.
What a move! The past the shot Gold.
Saint Louis, Tie it up, Alex.
Put sure, Angelo, not this game, even at two apiece.
How about that? With 16 eight remaining in the third period, this game is tied up at two apiece.
Ah, great pass and then put Tran Djalo made no mistake about it on the one timer, and we have got ourselves a game, a brilliant move by Perone and then the past.
So find a transient.
Take nothing away from the finish by Pietrangelo as well.
He slaughtered that one top left corner and made no mistake about it, his seventh goal of the season, his 1/100 career goal, by the way.
So how about that 16 08 remaining in the third period? What're Angelo now has become the second ST Louis defenseman in history to score 100 goals.
Wow, what a feat! And that's that quiets down the crowd as it's now a two to ball games or not ballgame.
I should say this one now goes off the far side boards.
It's a diagonal pass from Jimmy Vessey.
Now it's with Jo Hanson.
He goes around the gold, the former Bruin Rindge Rather Jo Hanson sends it in, and that shot on gold goes, Why did the net Marcus Johansson pops it out Now the cross ice pass from the blue line goes to joke a hard Jew and with 15 15 remaining in the third period.
We got a tie game 2 to 2 so everyone else will make a change here.
Back with it, for Buffalo was risked.
A line in this one now goes up the boards taken away by ST Louis.
Here come the blues.
This one's flip down in the corner boards and the puck somehow made its way into the goal crease, and old Mark was quick to get his glove on that one and stop play.
How'd out Alex Pietrangelo he's had quite the night.
He's had plenty of opportunities in on goal this game, and it's only appropriate that he finally does get on the scoresheet with a big goal, tying up the game here in the third period.
And it was a It was a beautiful goal as well.
Alex Pietrangelo, in his career 720 games, 100 goals with that gold Tonight, 320 assists, 420 points in absolutely legendary career and the assist on that goal, by the way, coming from Perone and Bozak, 40 and 1/2 remaining in the third, the centering pass is intercepted.
Robert Thomas is past taken away here comes all of scent the past.
Oh, that one was deflected.
It was the right idea.
And now Jack Eichel in the back of the net.
Now in front of goalie shoot, this Scar's Jack Eichel puts the Sabres back on top.
Well, how about that? Jack Eichel responds with a goal, and that was kind of a strange goal where no one was coming in to put pressure on him.
He was behind the goal at first and then kind of made his way closer and closer in that and said, Sure, give me that opportunity and I'll take advantage of it.
And make no mistake about it.
Sabres retake the lead in the 3rd 3 to 2.
So Jack Eichel, with 14 14 remaining in the third, makes it ST Louis to Buffalo.
We have a face off at center ice.
It's one by the Blues.
This one sent down the boards.
Alex Pietrangelo, by the way, limped down the tunnel as that goal is scored concerning signed for the Blues.
And now this shot will be covered up by Oh, Mark and we have a stoppage in play.
Wow, so great starts of the period.
Two goals scored, one for each side.
The Sabres up 3 to 2 13 54 remaining in the third period in Buffalo.
As we now head back to some MBA action between 10 ver in Philadelphia, they are also in commercial.
Break slow, step aside for a moment and be back with the 76 years and the Nuggets in a moment.
Keep it right here on SportsCastr Everybody, we got two great games.
All right? Welcome back, everybody.
So how about this? The Denver Nuggets have taken a 66 to 61 lead over the Philadelphia 76 years here with 6 48 remaining in the third quarter and now a three point shot from the corner. And it's good.
Tobias Harris gets the six years right back in it.
Only down by two with that three point effort about midway through the third quarter.
Thanks for joining me tonight.
Everybody hope you're enjoying the broadcast.
Yokich will pass this one back to Harris, and we got a foul off the ball.
Down went Morris.
Monte Morris took a shot there.
And your may remember Mia in the second quarter talking about that technical foul given to the coach of Denver.
He was not happy, but since that Michael Malone technical foul, the Denver Nuggets on a 33 to 17 scoring runs.
So maybe that's just what they needed, folks.
Nice bucket there from Denver four point game, Simmons finds Harris to buy Sarah's to Al Horford or for tennis, and it's from free.
It's good, and it's drops a dime from the far side corner, and it's a one point game.
With six minutes remaining in the third, Cole Yokich passes this one back.
A nice pass there by Ah Barton and Jochen finishes the bucket up by three of the Nuggets.
Now a catch and shoot three from Sybil.
That's off the mark.
Yokich finally coming alive.
He has 13 points.
Nine of those coming in this quarter, folks.
That's more like it from the coal Yokich.
This one kicked out to yoga.
Choke a chance it off.
Shot clock down. The five.
Driving to the paint.
Here is Barton, and his shot is off the mark.
And now Teibel, with the dunk in the Sixers the other way with the bucket.
It's a one point game, 70 to 69 doubt are rather Denver.
Lead it Matisse.
13 minutes, 10 points for for seven.
Making impact off the bench.
This past will be tipped.
It will be off of Denver.
Why? I thought that was off of Bible, but they say it's off of the Nuggets Bible with the flush a second ago.
I got to see the replay one more time on that one, but they say it's Ah, they say it's Philly bombing.
Ben Simmons will take it up for Philadelphia.
Simmons finds Horford.
Al Horford gets this one to Tobias Harris Harris.
Step back, not shots.
Good Harris, the mid range shot from the corner in the 70 Sixers are back in the league.
Here is Nicole Yokich.
He finds Monte Morris, and that shots off the mark.
Here comes sevens.
He finds out Horford.
Orford will pass this one back to Tobias Harris.
Harris finds Horford Horford from three. It's good.
I'll Horford from deep, and the Sixers are up by four 4 13 remaining in the third quarter.
Mo Mentum back on the side of Philadelphia and Coach Malone calls a timeout.
As we now head back to the NHL, where the Sabres lead the same Lidiya Blues Excuse me 3 to 2 with 10 and 1/2 minutes remaining in the third, this one taking around the back of the goal and now a wrist shot from the left wing in a same made by Jake Allen.
So Alan makes the save.
And this week, in fact, tomorrow on Wednesday night hockey at seven Eastern time, it will be the Bruins taking on the Capitals.
And then, at 9 30 Eastern side, it will be the Flyers against the Avalanche.
I'll be on the call for the Bruins capitals right here on SportsCastr.
So make sure you check it out.
You won't want to miss that.
It should be good there.
All right, So this face off one by the ST Louis Blues it's now played around on the boards halfway through the third period.
Thanks everyone, for being part of the broadcast tonight.
I appreciate it.
I hope you've enjoyed as well and a hit there from the trans alot and now Rodriguez with it for Buffalo.
He'll lose it into the neutral zone, sends it up the boards, and that well, that one will be possessed by Marcus Jo Hanson man in the middle of the ice.
It will be taken down by ST Louis.
It's now played on the near side and in possession for ST Louis is Justin Falk.
The Blues need a golden tied up here, this one dumped around the boards and the sabers will go cross ice with it.
Yeah, like Bush there.
8 53 to go in the third period.
It's behind the Buffalo goal now.
The centering pass is intercepted.
The hits in favor of ST Louis and this 1 22 to 15.
Now this one goes behind Jake Allen Bohm Easters Pass.
It will be taken by Buffalo.
Turn over the in a bad position.
Here come the blues and not able to get the shot off their four ST Louis.
Oh, what a chance that Waas, but unable to get the shot off in time for the ST Louis Blues was middles debt.
Now it will be sent back in by Skylar.
No, rather, my apologies.
The opportunity for ST Louis was from David Perone.
I was looking at the wrong roster.
That's my fault.
Eight minutes remaining in the third update around the league at the second their mission. It's nothing.
Nothing. Between San Jose in Nashville.
Also the second remission.
Winnipeg leaves Detroit 4 to 1 and 12 41 to go in the second period where Dallas leaves New Jersey to nothing.
Calgary Calgary lead Arizona to do nothing with eight seconds ago in the first Carolina lead.
Ad mention three.
Nothing at the first intermission.
Tampa Bay has beaten Florida to the one Montreal Also victorious over Pittsburgh.
4 to 1 shot from the right wing in a save made.
Oh, Mark! All right, well, we got a good 17 31 remaining in the third period.
The Buffalo Sabres. Three. The ST Louis Blues, too.
But that will do it for my broadcast, folks.
Hope you enjoyed here on SportsCastr.
I have school tomorrow, unfortunately, so I have to get ready for bed.
But as I head to bed and end the broadcast here, the score in the middle of the third period reminder between the Blues and the Sabres is 3 to 2. Buffalo.
