waiting for the signal, waiting for the signal.
Mike, check 1212 And I believe we are up and running over on the SportsCastr.
What's going on? Everybody has everybody doing just grabbing the app right now.
Getting it up on my phone has everybody's days going happy Friday to whoever, however, many of your watching this right now.
Welcome back to the stream.
Welcome back to the SportsCastr.
Be sure if you enjoy my constant ever before and you just didn't know that you can become a follower over here or it's called a fan on the SportsCastr world.
Just the green little plus sign does that for you really appreciate it if you want to hop on there and do that for me, but we're gonna recap last week.
We usually do it on Friday.
So here we are Friday morning, we're going to recap.
Let it digest a little bit, look into it a little bit more.
The Packers win last week pretty seems like it was more of a convincing win than it was.
It kind of was the whole game, but it was a little too close until the fourth quarter, where the Packers went on a 14 uninsured point spree.
They're only points in the second half ended up winning by three scores, 31 to 13 in a snow game.
Man, man, was that fun.
I was sitting here, My girlfriend.
I were in our new apartment for first year during this time.
I just graduated from Penn State in May in the summer, and now I'm here in North Carolina.
So we got a nice tree I'm looking at right now.
I see my Packers Packers stuff on there.
Some Penn State's of Yankees.
We got the tree.
We're setting it up as the Packers game was on and it could not have been any more.
Perfect, All right, decorating a tree, having this all going on while there's just snow falling on the field in not Lamb.
But it might've been a little more perfect there, but in MetLife Stadium.
So it was awesome.
It looks so fun.
It felt like it was winter.
It was kind of for me, right? Right, right after Thanksgiving that ends up happening just sort of opens this all up for you that it's the holiday season, throwing that Christmas music and get going with it.
So, yeah, a snow game and you have to imagine the Packers total.
It dropped like a point where, as the Giants dropped about three points before that game and I'm saying it for the whole defense community, look, this is what happens.
You have a rookie quarterback, even if he's at home in bad weather against a good pass rush.
That total is going to drop more than the guy who plays in this weather for I don't know, 3 to 4, depending on how many playoff games they play at home, 3 to 4 to five times a year.
He'll play in this really cold and potentially snowy weather in his career, a year like three times on average.
So Aaron Rodgers is fine in the cold and snow, and that's exactly what you saw.
He was extremely efficient, as you has been all year.
33 attempts gets four touchdowns on 124.
4 rating, and it is just another day at the office.
The thing that I said before the show looking at the preview, which will do a preview preview for this week's matchup against the Redskins, which should be even easier against another NFC East opponent.
It's a spot that I thought the Packers had no no shot at losing, really.
Their pass rush against a rookie quarterback who continues to fumble didn't fumble in this one, but three I antes a couple of really bad ones, maybe the weather being a little bit slick.
But pastors did at least rattle him on his 37 attempts on Lee got 240 yards, 6.
4 yards of average per completion and three big interceptions.
Oh, oddly enough, neither team getting a sack and this one all out that will have to do with the weather.
It's harder to just really a stick your foot in the ground and get much force off and not be sliding, or at least be a little bit less your foot in unusual.
So going into it, I said book.
You know what I'm just gonna do? Rogers can throw 32 32 times again like he does.
On average, he threw 33 this one his average on the years 31 change.
Adams is still going to see like he is this year close to 40% of the targets.
When he plays, he's going to see the most targets.
That's what happened, Adam showed.
Saw 10 targets, right? Something to expect.
Moving forward, I said.
Can another wide receiver setup up one? And we've only seen Aaron Jonesy three or four targets over the previous four weeks.
Three weeks since Adam returned.
There was no noise to press conferences.
Matt before said, Hey, we're gonna get Eren joins involved.
We need two people, pretty much as simple.
Not involved as he once was.
We know Adam's back.
Why does that just automatically mean Ah, weapon in the receiving game like he was during that stretch of month or five weeks without Adam's? Why can't he still be involved? And that's what you got to see.
You got to see Aaron Jonesy six targets.
That was too more than he saw the three previous weeks combined, the most that he's seen in the game with Davante Adams starting this season.
So Aaron Jones was second actually on the team, believe it or not, in overall targets and by a decent margin, Jamal Williams, a running back, sees four, so the running backs get more active in the receiving game.
They combined for 10 of Rogers 33 attempts You also had.
Thank you, Angels Angel for heading the subscriber.
Follow the broadcast.
I really appreciate that. Hope you're having a good start to your Friday.
You also have 10 targets for Adams, and then the rest are just filtered through.
And once again, no whiter.
Two steps up like look on the paper on the statue. Yeah.
Alan Lizard stepped up.
He had three targets caught.
All of them. All of them are just deep receptions.
Right. Deep touchdown on play action.
Get the deep diving catch in the snow, which is really fun.
Ends up with three catches, 131 103 yards.
3 average per reception is just insane.
I'm three receptions and three targets, but he didn't like he steps up because he produces right.
He gets open. He catches deep balls.
Kind of taking on this n V s role in that offense for that week.
NBS limited to 02 receptions onto targets just falling all the way off the step charts.
Maybe it's still injury related.
I just think he's bad.
But after that, Yeah.
Geronimo Allison coming out of the slot.
Three targets, two receptions, 20 yards.
They didn't need to do much more.
They got the running backs involved.
I'm not shocked to see that.
Wide receivers didn't break free this week.
But it's just you're not gonna have a wider sea between this offense.
You're going to have an alum lizard nowhere near Spike week like this, where you just have 100 100 100 plus yards in this three targets.
He just was extremely efficient on every single of his three deep shot target.
So I think more times or not, you're just gonna have these guys hovering around What? They were three targets, right? I'll ask John Miles and three targets.
Nothing for Jake Plummer this week as sort of expected.
So it was just Aaron Jones.
So little more so.
The positives from this match up right where the positives Well, Rogers continues to click.
You beat a bad opponent, you beat them pretty handily.
It took until the fourth quarter for it to get going, but it never really felt like the Giants had a shot even when they were only down going into the fourth quarter, 17 13 it still felt like the Packers were incomplete.
Complete control in the road.
Going to foreign to on the road.
Now Giants one and five at home times overall, two and 10 on the season, Packers nine and three as they head into the homestretch with potentially some rough games coming up against division rivals.
As we saw the Bears win last night against the Cowboys and then Minnesota and Week 16 in Detroit with possibly know Matt, um, Stafford to close out the season, Thank you, Angels.
Angels sent a foam finger for 50 tickets.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate that.
Really appreciate that.
So it was nice to see Emma Jones back involved.
That's my biggest takeaway from the offense.
Was that Aaron Jones got involved? Alan Lizard was the deep threat, de facto as he has been seeing more snaps over MPs as of late, he seems like the number two receiver on this team.
Allison out of the slot, Still not getting separation.
Still, just being a guy who will catch a couple passes.
He did have the really nice catch on the Packers.
I believe it was fourth down.
Roger's off his back foot, diving to his left drawn miles, and it makes the cab.
So props to him, I'm making the tough catch.
Always dropped about three balls this year, so nothing much from there on the defensive side.
They just got enough pressure.
They did not sack Daniel Jones.
He was under pressure, though.
You end up getting Daniel Jones to throw three picks, you end up putting him in a 49.
They just did good and in the game weather's bad weather for a rookie who was not used to playing in it.
And he said that before the game.
He's not used to playing in this.
Um, it just was fine for him.
Or is he coming from Duke? Whoever it is down here I am.
It's much, much better weather.
So, yeah, it's a spot that I expected.
It was nice to see sake.
Ones still touched the ball 22 total touches.
He went over 100 total yards in this 116 total.
So as the Packers defense, it's a fine matchup, right? Even on in the snow game money back.
Probably have a better advantage because they know which direction they're moving, even if they don't have as much surer footing.
Neither did the defenders who don't know where the running back is going.
So his best game in a while on Lee.
4 yards per carry, 19 carries, 83 yards, but he ended up getting a couple of receptions on what was a team third on the team.
The issue for the Packers remains true, though.
They can't stop a single **** tight end, no matter who it is.
Gaitan Smith, leading receiver for the Giants in this 16 receptions on a target 70 yards with Evan Ingram and Rhett Ellison.
Let's just try and think of some of the Titans that they might have to face in the playoffs, at least on the NFC side of the bracket, right? And they're getting really lucky that some of these teams just aren't good or are in the A F C Hunter Henry FC Darren Waller FC.
Some of those teams might not even make it probably won't make it Travis Kelsey a f c, but there's a chance based on how bad this Eagles division is.
You gotta face Akers and Dallas got her on that one team.
Maybe Kyle Rudolph and Herb Smith Jr coming along now, too talented in good tight ends as well.
Nowhere near elite but good, solid tight ends.
Crowd rough in his career has just dominated the Packers.
There is another issue right there for them.
Seattle used to tight end better than really anybody in the league.
Jacob Alistair's look strong.
It's Jacob policy.
I'm not going to hype this guy up, but that's a good system for Titans to be in against a really bad defense against tight ends.
These are just some of the teams that could do well.
We've seen Tyler Higbee just go off against a really bad Arizona team, the Saints or the Rains.
Can you start as well The Saints Jared Cook Revenge narrative, right? So they're getting lucky that they don't have to face these elite talents, but it almost doesn't even what's going on a venture.
It almost doesn't even matter.
Like who is the D tight end? Canaan Smith, 1/3 string tight end, goes for 6 70 on the targets I get it.
It's one game. It's in the snow there leading.
So maybe it's garbage time.
Some of it not all that he had a long of 32 so other than that, it wasn't anything crazy.
But every single week, go back and look at it every single week.
Titans have had success, whether they're good or bad.
Gregg Olson had the best game of his year best game in the last two years for goggles and against the Packers.
This year, Zach Ertz and double teams did well.
Darren Waller had a monster game, some of it in garbage sending a monster game.
You had George Kiddo Monster Game Unlimited Pass attempts.
Only 20 in that game for Demi Gee, you had a Kelsey big game.
You had a Hunter Henry big game and could have been even bigger if they needed him, but it turned into a blowout.
So the things that stand out to me the most are still the same Packers.
Passions was fine, even though you don't see a sack registered that we're getting there and they can't guard the tight end.
That's about it.
Very slight and looked OK and this one for us.
No game. Six catches, 44 yards.
He ransom shorter out for the Giants.
That was encouraging to see on nine targets.
They were without Golden Tate in this one, so Sterling Shepard got into the slot.
He made that really nice touchdown catch in the first quarter.
That was pretty silence throughout after that on six targets.
So overall Fine game.
Very fun game due to the snow.
Just man I love.
I love that environment.
So, yeah, biggest takeaways, right? Packers get the win.
They're nine and three.
They face Washington should be a very easily easy win as a 13 point favorite.
And then it's tough closing scheduled inside division affairs.
Seven and six. I'm not too concerned for the Packers.
That's going to be a tough game.
As Bears defense continues to be very well and the offense is starting to click.
Anthony Miller, becoming more and more of a weapon, scored a touchdown last night in that offense.
Dave among companies should see more than the four carries you saw Week one against the Packers, and you have her cousins in the Vikings, right? I'm feeling probably will be back in two weeks.
He was getting close this week, as in practice, but probably won't play.
But that's a tough matchup for the factors as well.
That one, I think, is going to be in Minnesota and then to close out the year if you don't have Matt Stafford, in which I don't think they should bring him back.
But they can play spoiler and try and ruin the Packers season with Stafford.
If not, it should be an easy one for the Packers.
So I think we're looking at at worst for the Packers this season.
He's an 11 1 season with the real potential upside of 13 wins.
There's a chance that they could get into that to cede more times and not it'll come down to that Minnesota Vikings game for who will be probably the wild card or the three seed.
So from this specific game like Sierra and I'd like to see that Aaron Jones was the second leading receiver, Rogers, even through 33 times in this game, as he has been on average, Adam's remains high does not seem like this season is going to be one where a wide receiver to breaks free although the lizard seems very capable.
So I like what I saw here.
Aaron Jones, 11 carries on the ground.
You Mongolians, 10 pretty even split right there.
Jones was pretty terrible, 1.
6 yards per carry.
He's been bad on the year outside of just relying on touchdowns, right the big game against Dallas and receiving game.
But he's relying on just only touchdown so far.
So that's very concerning for Aaron Jones.
But other than that, yeah, all all is well here for the Packers.
They got a big win, Big one.
Just meeting that.
Now you're nine and three.
This team is playoff bound.
They should be 10 and three after this week and then buckle up for the final three weeks of the season against the division in which I think you come away with that as a victory.
If you go two and one and you finish your 12 before you take that with the real upside.
And really in all those games, that probably will be favorite and maybe not in the Vikings game on the road, but the real upside.
Being a 13 3 team, it's been a fun season, so far.
Let's finish it out with the last three weeks, I'll be doing the SportsCastr Recaps and then reviews Review will be tomorrow Live stream on Sunday before the game start for take fantasy questions.
It's the playoffs.
I had Zeke and Jack last night in my home league and the SportsCastr League.
I didn't make the playoffs.
Four teams out of the 18 made it.
I was lucky enough to be one of them.
I was the third overall team, and last night in the plants I had nobody but my opponent had.
The Cowboys kicker had five points, so average performance, maybe a little below average.
So two week playoffs.
I believe it is a big 500 buckaroos to first place, though, in that one for free by and so SportsCastr Fam.
If you're out there, anybody in the fantasy league in the playoffs right now, I think Nick, um, the man who runs the show here, I think that he actually might make the playoffs as well.
I don't know who the two other people are, but feel free to reach out.
I don't know who I'm playing.
If I bloody knew this week, if you're planning.
Maybe we could go over to it right now. Right here.
We're on ESPN If you're playing NC Sal veteran for some reason you're watching this.
You're watching the recap Please do reach out to me Run CMC who is run CMC.
Let's see what we got here.
I'm assuming he had CMC this week and a beautiful matchup.
You know who this is? S O g b for out for fair Iris.
Let's see if we can find this guy.
Let's see if we can find this guy.
Ok, OK, so I got you in the fancy place.
I don't know if you're watching this right now, but how do I send him a message? Can we get some smack talk going? No, I'm just getting all right.
Can you send messages here now? We can't send the messages just to send e mails.
Can I comment on these videos? But you guys think 100 days ago.
These air favorite streams, Let's just go.
How do we go to recent streams? I don't know what I'm doing here. I know what I'm doing here.
Oh, well, We tried, right? Excuse me, but anyways, I'm playing him this week.
Let's let's take a look at what we got here.
I feel like I got a strong team.
He's got McCaffrey, so that's a really strong team.
Hopefully, Robert Woods did all that he had to do last week.
Only, um, interesting.
So, yeah, I'm playing Jacob Hollister and one of my home league, so hopefully that doesn't counter act too much.
But I like my chances.
Look, I like for a net verse McCaffrey there to number two top two running backs in the league in the passing game this year.
Believe it or not, both up there and routes run both up there and targets receptions, so I'm fine with that.
I have two of the three leaders in receptions for running backs in the PPR League.
That's really why I'm here for Nets number three and receptions of this season at the running back position and also hecklers number two.
And then you have number one is McCaffrey's a very good match up there.
What's going on? Fabrice di.
We're just finishing up the package recap, but looking at my SportsCastr playoffs a two week playoff first round made the playoffs.
18 teams us for four of us made it.
I should say, had nobody last night but feel good this week.
Get Davante Adams against Washington.
Barring an injury, that's a slam dunk spot. 100.
Henry against Jacksonville.
I am very much in love with this will.
Fuller matchup against a safety this week has been converted into a corner back and has been terrible.
Stefan digs against Detroit and Slay Scary Spot.
Are someone's against the Giants on Monday night? That's a scary spot for myself.
Jamie's against Indy.
Let's just say that that's a watch or even once takes it by a little bit.
Projected the same amount.
Little Fernet verse.
McCaffrey should be out for now, but maybe not buy as much as people expect from that's averaging 10 targets per week over the last four.
I would say McCaffrey beats him by, I don't know, 8 to 10 on average in this one.
Also not clear, I would say, is going to be Coleman by a good 5 to 10 points.
The font am should smash through Robert Woods by 10 plus Stefan digs and Golden tape against Philia.
Tougher matchup for Tate If even returned from this concussion, seems like he will give the other.
That is a neutral advantage based on Stig's Matchup 100 reverse, Hollister should be 100 real day.
I'm feeling I don't think gonna play.
So this is where I get lucky.
So, actually, maybe I don't even get lucky.
Maybe this guy doesn't check in, and that's how I get lucky.
Um so the the thing for him to do would be to take out Adam feeling and put in Crowder and I would be putting in crowded regardless.
Into this line of somehow, I would probably be getting Crowder and for Golden Tate, even a feeling place dealings in a really good spot.
But Crowder's in a smash about this week against your mall worlds in the slot.
So, yeah, I'm going to get unlucky because stealing is has not been practicing.
If he plays, it's a great spot for, I'm sure, but I'm gonna get unlucky because his one filling is actually really good player.
I would have crowded over Miles Sanders.
I would actually do this.
I would put Miles Sanders in over Coleman and crowding over over over in the Flex.
But I'm not gonna Maybe he'll see that.
You know that now my bench is just terrible.
I picked up being Thomas.
Don't really need him.
Carry on In case.
Week 16. He's back in. Playing to Murray is pointless.
My bench is really bad.
But Russell gauging the Flex is a mismatch for me, for sure over his guy. So we'll see.
We'll see who has the big weeks. It should be fun.
It's a two week.
It's a two week thing.
So we got next week, too. Yeah, all right. Thank you, SportsCastr.
Appreciate you all.
I'll be back tomorrow for a recap of the Packers vs 40 or the Redskins and I will see you all.
Thank you so much for tuning in peace.
