and welcome back to the SportsCastr crowd.
We're back on the show and we just get that little intermission.
Little break right there.
Real quick for the audio version.
Listeners. You didn't really miss a thing.
It goes right into it as the beauty of editing people.
Can't really do that when you're doing a live video on SportsCastr apologized for the quick intermission that had to take place there.
We're ready to preview the rest of the early Sunday afternoon games that we have in store for you on the show.
Of course, we still the mailbag segment for you guys at the end.
So if you are on the SportsCastr video stream right now, you wanna go ahead, drop your fantasy football question.
We will get that as part of the mailbag segment at the end off this episode, now continuing on with what we're talking about.
And we've wrapped up the Washington game wrapped in the Green Bay game.
So now we have the Detroit Minnesota game that we want to go ahead and get into it.
This has a lot off famously implications with a lot of fans.
The implications that come with it.
First of all, the Troy side, the ball? Yes, they're still not going to be a Matthew Stafford, which really shouldn't come as a surprise.
It's anybody involved.
But, yes, there will be no Matthew Stafford this week.
That means David Blau will get his second start of the season.
He had a mixed bag, if you will, last week against Chicago Bears.
He looked great in the first half.
Locally was taking shots.
Look, you get the ball out to the receivers.
And then the second half, it looked like 1/3 string quarterback who was playing for an NFL team.
That's what it looked like.
Which one are we going to get? That's going to be the question as we get into this.
But what I will say is that he's not somebody you're going to stream anyway.
You're not, but Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones Jr First, Kanagawa had a huge game last week.
Marvin Jones still found the end zone last week.
You can still trust to play these guys, and that's really all.
The important part is, that's what you want.
Are you competent enough to continue the play off Kenny Gallery of Marvin Jones guys who have helped get you here in this position for the playoffs and 14.
The answer, that is, yes, I don't love that he knew God.
I only had five targets now.
Yes, he had four catches for 158 yards and a touchdown.
You couldn't ask for more production off of those five targets.
And that's something Kenny Golladay is able to do.
And that's something against his Minnesota defense.
He has the possibility to do as well because they are able to be taken advantage of.
Xavier Rhodes is is washed up.
He is not only Corner, he's not somebody to fear.
Kenny Golladay will be able to eat him for lunch.
That is without a doubt.
So now all of a sudden, it's just a question of houses.
Game flow going to go.
Are they gonna have to come back? Are there gonna be able to play consistently for all 4/4? Are they going to get more than five and four targets a piece? I think the answer to all of that is yes.
Look, I expect Minnesota to win this game.
It's a divisional game.
So I expect a jury to have to be aggressive throughout.
And the one thing David Blouse show Jews that regards what you think of his actual capabilities as an NFL quarterback.
He shows you he's willing to throw the deep ball.
He's willing to put a 50 50 ball out there to his ride receivers, and that is all you care about over Kenny Golladay purposes.
David Blouse actually an improvement over Jeff Driskel when it comes to Golladay now Marvin Jones.
I think it takes a little bit of a hit because God is going to be the number one target a wide receiver Marvin Jones had been.
Jeff Driscoll is number one guy.
I think it's gonna flip flop now, so Kenny Golladay is a must play.
He's a low and wide receiver to for me.
He has the ability to take the top off the field.
We know this is a great magic.
You want to take advantage for him.
He's somebody who helped get you this point right now for your fancy playoffs. He is somebody.
I am 100% without a doubt playing in my lineup this week, and Marvin Jones Jr is pretty close in that category.
Look, he's somebody I'm looking at as I'm going to play you in as a wide receiver.
Three as a flex play as a guy who I know has an opportunity to get me a touchdown.
That's what I'm looking for it.
That's what he's going to be able to do.
And while I don't trust his floor because he doesn't score that touchdown, I do worry about Marvin Jones I worry about.
He's not a guy who's gonna put up 100 yards very often without Matthew Stafford.
He is somebody who's goingto have to get in the end zone, have to. Without a doubt.
I think he's got a good shock for that here.
But that's what you have to go for, so just kind of keep that in mind as you move along.
But Marvin Jones? Definitely Why receiver three play Kenny got a a wide receiver to both guys.
Convene your Lions Colony has to be in your lineups, both scar ball.
What do you do with him? Is not a great match of the Minnesota Vikings having pretty good against the run all season long and especially against team that don't have very good offense of lines.
Post Carbon is not involved the passing game at all.
But I do think, especially if you're in standard leagues, he is in the low end flex territory because this is a guy that while he hasn't scored a touchdown yet in the games that he has started, he is somebody who has the capability of doing so.
They are going to give him the ball when they get inside the five yard line.
He's going to get those carries, and he's also somebody who's gotten 20 carries each of the past two weeks.
Now do they get blown out by Minnesota and him get taken out the game plan entirely? That's really going to be the only question you're going to have for a boast car ball, and I think because Detroit, especially at least early on the game's gonna come out and wanna have to try to establish the run.
He's gonna get his touches in this game.
I think even if they wanted getting blown out, I think he's still somebody gets 15 16 touches.
That's enough to get him 60 yards, possibly a touchdown.
So if someone's a flex play.
He's a lower in flex play.
He doesn't have a huge ceiling, so don't get that part twisted.
But he is somebody that I think you can play if you're in a pinch.
If you have somebody hurt.
So both car balls, a guy that maybe in my line ups, depending on what you have on the Minnesota Viking inside the ball, Adam feelings.
Still not practicing Adam feeling is, wasn't even remotely on the field.
He wasn't in warm ups yesterday.
We'll wait to see what goes on tonight.
We'll wait to see if the Paks report tells us and make sure following me along on Twitter at M.
D S f F chauffeur, there's player news, update notifications.
I get them out to you, obviously there for free if you're following all on Twitter and I will give you that edge over your opponent and we'll keep our eye on that.
But right now, we do not expect Adam feelin to play this week, which means Tufan digs while he hasn't he still has been inconsistent.
He still has been defined digs like even with no Adam feeling without Adam feeling there.
He still has a still presents a higher floor.
He's still going to get a higher share of the targets.
And even though he's going up against Darius Slay most of the time, that would worry me.
Stefan Diggs has made a career off of being able to beat Darius Light, because even when Adam Dylan is in the ballgame, Darius slay shadows to fund aches.
That's how he goes thio on when they're being.
No Adam, feeling them having a vote.
And being these has success in Detroit in the past.
I think Stefan Diggs is still a wide receiver.
Two year that you can play with confidence in this matchup.
They're going to have to score.
He's going to have to be a part of it.
You always always good for a Jet Streets.
They're gonna get involved in different ways.
He has a high floor, and he always has a response to find digs ability to have a big play go for 100 yards, go for a touchdown.
That's what he presents.
So, yeah, go ahead, fire him up, play him.
He's definitely the way you want to go now.
Calvin Cooke practice and limited capacity yesterday.
We'll wait to see what the proper support is today, but that's a great sign He played on Monday. Got hurt.
They said it was the reactivation of a shoulder injury that he had before the bye week against Denver.
Finding all whatever.
What I care about is the fact that after playing on Monday and not being able to finish that game, he came out and actually practiced Wednesday.
I didn't expect him to practice at all in any capacity.
So the fact that he was able to come out and practice on a limited capacity on Wednesday makes me feel like he is definitely telling the truth when he says he's going to play this Sunday.
Expect album Cook to be out there.
They're in the middle of playoff race, but it's more than that.
People will say, like all within a little playoff race, but Alexander Madison's good back up.
Maybe you want to save him, or maybe you wanna play both of them.
It's more than that.
Dalvin cook something that proved Dalvin.
Cook has to prove that he can get through an entire season without missing a game because we've seen it through our first couple years. His career.
He's missed most of his career so far in the NFL due to injury.
He's had a chip on his shoulder all season long to prove that he can stay on the field.
Number one thing on his priority to do list.
So, yes, they have some important matters coming up.
Yes, it has partly to do with the fact that they were in a tight playoff race but has more to do with Dalvin.
Cook as an individual has more to do with him, proving that he can play a full 16 game season.
That's what to me, this is more about than anything else.
Which is why I don't think they're going to split.
Alexander Madison and Dalma Cook.
I think, unless Donna Cook is to get re injured, which is a possibility.
But unless he has to get re injured, this will be Dalam cooks backfield.
That will be who they lean on.
They will still use him as the workhorse unless they blow the trade out in the fourth quarter.
Cooks going to be high and R B one don't overthink it for some of you out there who may be and believe it or not, I've got some questions.
Oh, should I play him? Is gonna get re injury or they're just going to split Alexander, Man, I've got some questions, and it also goes for the people who have Alexander Madison but don't have down the cook.
Anyone who's telling you that you can play Alexander Madison as a flex play this week don't don't play him as a flex play.
I don't understand these people because they're like, Oh, well, you know, because they they list all the reasons, right? Cookie reinjured.
They might split the trial takes from the workload off of, um, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Alexander Madison is not Calvin Cooke.
He's a cable back up.
He's shown promise.
As a young as young guy in that offense, he shows that he fits that offense.
He shows that he can be productive.
He is not Dharma Cook. He's not a superstar.
He does not have that elite level type of talent, period, period.
So if you have Alexander Madison, you don't have a god**** cooking.
Well, hey, maybe I could play with the Flex play.
You wanna talk we talk about pretty much his entire show going into the playoffs.
How you don't want to take too many chances.
That would be one of the biggest chances of all because you're talking about a guy who could very well wind up with 6 to 8 touches total by the end of the game.
Depend on how it goes.
Has the biggest chance of all.
Do not play him in your flex period.
If Dalvin Cook is active, do yourself a favor, all right, now that I got that off my chest.
He is a streaming quarterback For me.
This week is somebody who complain.
I'm pulling up now as we speak, and right now I have Kirk Cousins as the ah number where you're number four quarterback on the weak Look, The Detroit Lions have been pathetic and secondary.
He has been able to put up points.
He has played very, very well, and this has all been without Adam dealing over the past month, and he's still been able to be fantasy relevant.
He's had a floor.
He's gone for 250 plus yards and a couple touchdowns almost every single week.
Even without feeling, I said I'd be able to get Kyle Rudolph involved.
He gets the running backs involved.
And because it is the divisional game, I do think this game will be within two scores for the majority of it.
As long as that is the case, he'll still have to throw the football.
So as long as that's the case, so the domino effect goes there.
Long as that's the case, Kirk Cousins will be in a position to get you at least 200 yards, two touchdowns being position, get you 18 plus points.
Fantasy wise, He's definitely streaming quarterback for me, and I actually have him Number four on the weak, to be clear.
Just so everyone's aware when you go there when you go the website www dot mdf show dot com and check out the rankings.
I'm actually you'll see.
I'm lower on quarterbacks in general this week, just from scoring standpoint, a little bit lower Lamar lower on Patrick Holmes and lower on a lot more on a lot of other guys s.
So there's not a big week.
I think, for quarterbacks in general, with the way the projections have come out just a little F Y I sighed tidbit There.
All right, the next time you want to talk about here New Orleans Saints, San Francisco 40 Niners This is gonna be a great matchup to watch as faras non fantasy purposes.
But four fantasy purposes.
What do you have on your plate here? Let's start off with the San Francisco 40 Niners.
Matt Brita is expected to be back this week.
That's number one.
So what does that mean for the running back situation? Because we all of a sudden we saw the last people.
We thought Tevin Coleman was starting running back, even though he hadn't had much success as of late and yet turn around where he moster came in and was the workhorse.
Had 20 touches over 100 yards. Had a touchdown.
Tim Coleman was an afterthought.
Tevin Coleman barely played in the second half period, was barely on the field.
So what is that going to mean for us moving forward? Where we look at this, I think Well, first of all, it is the ST Stephen's.
It's already horrible matchup for running backs as it is, so you can't play Tevin Coleman.
That's That's number one.
You can't play Brahim Moster because Matt Breed is back.
Now here's what I'll say.
As Faras rotation goes, when Tim and Calment and Matt Brita have been healthy, that is the way Kyle Shanahan goes, that is, that is the way he goes.
He's gonna go with Kevin Coleman is gonna go a map.
He doesn't get as cute.
He doesn't rotate as many guys when he has both of them.
I do think it's going to be Matt Brean.
Tevin Coleman, not map creates Evan Kohlmann with with, You know, 1/3 going Rahim Moster or Raheem Mostert overtaking Kevin Coleman on the depth chart.
That's not what we saw.
That's not going to be the case, so don't don't get too far, have yourselves.
Far as that goes, I would not.
Would not play a San Francisco for a running back in this match.
Up with the way they have played as of late.
Wouldn't do it, so leave them on your bench.
Emmanuel Sanders is a wide receiver.
I do believe a lot of his black of production over the past few weeks has been more to do with him trying to stay healthy, and it has been with anything else.
But this foyer offense in general hasn't really been sink over the past month.
They've been win because their defense have been able to do just enough, and they've got to play the Arizona Cardinals a couple of times.
So Jimmy Garoppolo can just do whatever he wants because everyone can do whatever they want.
We just all Jared Goff go for 400 yards on them, too, after the abysmal season they've been having.
So you had to kind of throw away those Arizona Cardinal games and look at the other ones that Howard tougher matchups ever more closely competitive games throughout.
Look the ball from Regions, for instance.
And the Depot Sam, You got a touchdown but had two catches.
Daniel Emmanuel Sanders had the target's redesigned the production.
It's been a while since he's had to production, so he's more of a low and wide receiver three to me because he still has to be in the wire Super three category because he is the number one wide receiver on that team and we don't know of Martian.
Lattimore is going to play this week or not, we still haven't gotten that practice report out.
We'll probably know that more closer to Friday, but it's always gonna be number one receiver on that team.
In a game in which the Niners may have to score points, he still has to be considered a wide receiver three, just due to the volume that he should be expected. The have.
Well, I don't feel good about it.
I don't feel great about his potential.
I don't think he's a wide receiver.
Three with wide receiver to potential.
This week stays defense.
Been playing very well. It's late.
So what I'm basically saying is that if you have a better option tomato standard, you have a better match up.
He's not a must play for me at all.
The only must play on the San Francisco 40 Niners this week is George Kettle.
That's it and is not agree.
Mats reform. But it's George Kendall.
You want the top two tight ends in the league right now, You play him, that's it.
That's the only must play from fantasy perspective on the same side. The ball.
It's your normal suspects, Michael Thomas, Alva Camara and being that this game is in New Orleans.
You can You can play Ju Breeze if you have to.
But again, this is another situation because Drew Brees hasn't been that great as of late.
He's on automatic.
He's not a guy that you have to play.
So he falls into the streaming category for me this week as well.
And in fact, I would have him a somebody you should bench all together because I have him ranked 26 on the weak.
I don't love the matchup.
I don't love what they've been doing with him.
As of late, they've been making him play as if he has zero Armas if he is done, and maybe he is.
But he's only been attempting five yard passes the only time it goes down the field when he was a 50 50 ball to Michael Thomas and the San Francisco 40 Our defense is good enough to take away your number one option, or at least limit them.
We saw Michael Thomas be limited last week against Atlanta.
What do you think the foreigners defense could do now? I'm not saying the bench, Michael Thomas, but what I am saying is that if Drew Brees doesn't have easy access to his number one target wide receiver, his reduction hurts.
So it's gonna depend on what options you have available to you, but I have a lot string quarterbacks ahead of Drew Brees is weak.
Michael Thomas, Alva Kumar. You play them.
I don't love that either.
I don't Jared Cook is somebody who definitely scares me this week.
Look, you're talking about a guy who has come on strong as of late, but you're going up against them just before it.
Even which has been stout against tight ends.
I have him ranked 25th and PPR leagues right now for the week.
He's not the most play to me.
He's not a streaming guy to me, and that's pretty much what he's been all season long anyway.
Two players. Saints Michael Thomas, Amukamara.
You're playing nobody else.
Miami Dolphins and New York Jets for a crappy game.
There's a lot we have to kind of like break down here for a fancy perspective because you have a situation where Ryan Fitzpatrick is dream worthy for a lot of people.
Parker is a must play high end wide receiver, too.
Must play higher where you've loved the matchup you love. Just volume.
Volume has been there, right? Why if in fact, you know there's one thing he's going to d'oh and that's going to throw 50 50 balls down the field.
Devante Parker and he's a threat to him in the red zone.
And Parker hasn't making plays left and right all season long, high and wide receiver, too.
You know you're not gonna play a running back.
The other question is going to be.
Do you play my kasicky? He was all my weaver.
I report he is one of my streaming tight End of the week.
Look, the targets you're looking for.
Two things I talked about doesn't recapture.
I talked about in the waiver wire report.
You're looking for two things at the tight end position.
We're looking for guys. The stream.
Do you have the capability to score? And do you have the target share to go along with it? Mike, a sicky as of late has answered yes to both of those things he has now.
The jets have been great against the tight end.
But Jamal Adams is not expected to play this week, which is a huge reason as to why they've been so good against a tight.
And so all of a sudden, what would have been a really hard match up just got a hell of a lot easier and being that they don't really, truly have a second wide receiver know they have a running back, that they dump the ball off to Myka Sicky is kind of that second option.
So he is somebody who I am willing to stream.
He's definitely somebody who I'm willing to take a shot on.
And GFS leaks if you're looking for tournament plays this week, because maybe you're maybe you're out of the playoffs and you're looking for little tidbits on that.
He would definitely one of my guys, so you can get it for cheap.
And the target share is going to be there.
And even though it's not gonna be on paper, the matchups going to be there as well, so I like it like he's still a boomer bus.
He's still a guy who's very, very likely to go two for 20 so don't get me twisted and saying that you have to play my kasicky or everybody, but he should be one of the top screaming guys that you're looking at now.
As far as a Zafar certifying I was yet a stars Ryan Fitzpatrick as a streaming option here.
This is where it gets a little bit tricky because to me, first of all, unless you're in 14 16 team leagues, I don't think Ryan Fitzpatrick is somebody that you should be looking at the streaming.
There should be other options that are more trustworthy on a week to week basis that have finished more inside the Q B one territory.
If you're If you're a leader, doesn't count turnovers, then by all means fire Mum because you know he's gonna throw the ball down the field.
This is a pretty good match up.
This is a game in which we could actually see points scored in the high twenties on both sides of the ball.
Okay, I could see the streaming appeal in that situation, but you, if you do have turnovers, count against you.
That's the problem.
Not only could you turn around and just have a abysmal rifle match game, where he throws four picks and only goes for 200 yards.
So you have to deal with that fact.
We're looking in that kind of territory.
You're just you're not.
You're looking at guys that are going to be very hitter, missus, far as that goes, and I'm looking right now and I have Ryan Fitzpatrick, number 21 on the weak, so I would stay away.
We get to the playoffs.
You don't want to play guys that you know are lesser talents.
You don't want to play guys solely based on their match up, because that's then all of a sudden you lose and you want to kick yourself even more.
Not just for losing, but for playing somebody that you knew isn't actually good in the first place.
That's kind of where Ryan Fitzpatrick falls.
For me, you're 14 16 team leaves.
You've been streaming quarterbacks all season long.
You're in the playoffs.
You could probably do worse.
Ryan Fitzpatrick, as far as an upside potential goes because he does have the upside here in this match up with the way he's been playing as of late.
But there's other options.
There's other options I would go with.
For instance, I would go with Kyle Allen over Ryan Fitzpatrick this week.
I would go with Tom Brady over Ryan Fitzpatrick this week I would go with.
I would even contemplate Eli Manning over Ryan Fitzpatrick this week against the Philadelphia Eagles with all the weapons back for the Giants.
Eso like there's other options out there.
I don't feel good about any of those, which is why I'm not pooh poohing the idea. I'm not.
I'm just saying if you want to go that route, you're an idiot.
I'm saying you can do it.
You could do worse because they're all right in the same territory.
But those are other options that I think are one better players to better situations and that you could just trust more going into your matchups.
But the complicated one on the other side, the ball with the Jets, you're kind of talking about the same thing with same Sam.
Darling, The ****ysis I just gave him Ryan Fitzpatrick also implies the same Darling you saw it last week in Cincinnati should have been a plus matchup fell flat on his face the first time they played the Miami Dolphins are.
A lot of people want the stream.
He fell flat on his face, so it doesn't always matter.
They have a plus matchup.
We've seen him time and time again, just fall short.
Now we've seen him also put up four touchdowns in these plus matchups and be a streaming quarterback.
But he kind of falls in that same category.
Like I said, is the potential there because of the matchup? Yes, absolutely it is.
But he's not that good of a talent.
And are you really going to be able to forgive yourself if you lose because you played Sam Donald a quarterback? When there's other options out there that you can go to that are much better? That's a question for you to have to be able to answer.
Belle did not practice today.
He's sick. He will be fine on Sunday.
J was a Crowder still the wide receiver that I would go to.
I know Robbie Anderson Last two weeks has been the more productive wide receiver, but Jamison Crowder has still out target him in that.
In that stretch, he has still had his role during that entire process.
I expect James the crowd to get back on track, especially for PPR.
League. Stainer leagues.
Even he's still more of a lower and wide receiver.
Three. But he is a wire, a solid wide receiver.
When you're talking about PPR leaks because the volume still has been there.
And yes, he's been a little bit of a cold spell the past two weeks.
But bleeding up into that, he was one of the hottest wide receivers.
He still has his role.
He still has Adam Gates.
He's still playing us to Miami Dolphins.
I would fire up Jamison Crowder.
I'm still gonna stay away from Robbie Anderson.
I know he's been a little too game.
Your two games is not enough for me to be like a fireman.
My play, my first round of the playoffs.
No way I'm staying away from Robbie Anderson there, too.
Next thing that we want to talk about is the Indianapolis Colts and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
So right away here, I got two things for you.
Play Jack Doyle, especially of your d f s torment leagues.
There's nobody left.
I know everybody wants to say L, too have a base.
Defense has actually been playing well of the past two weeks.
We saw Atlanta's defense play to wait well for two weeks in a row, Can came back down the earth.
I expect the same thing for Tampa Bay here.
There's no chest in Roger's.
There's no T y Hilton.
We know that for sure.
We don't know about Marlon Mack yet.
Marlon Mack actually turned to practise yesterday.
We'll have to wait and see what he's able to do throughout the week now.
Usually, when a guy comes back and practices on Wednesday, I'm willing to lock that in is they're going to play on Sunday, but because he's dealing with a broken hands, a little bit of a different injury.
So we're really going to have to see what he's able to do going into Friday and what they're comfortable with.
But there is a real possibility, and Marlon Mack is back this week.
If he is back this week, I think you have to play him at least as a flex plan.
I know it's not a great matchup.
I know he's been out for a few weeks, but because it's a broken hand, you're not talking about a soft tissue injury.
So you're not worried about his effective than this being able to be explosive and running the football.
And Tampa Bay has shown some cracks as of late in that rush defense, and the Colts have to get back to bring the football because they don't have to me guys to throw the ball to.
So I expect Marlon Mack.
I do think he's going to play this week.
As of right now, we'll know more for sure.
Make sure follow me on Twitter at M.
D S F F show for those player news update notifications when they come across.
But I do think he's going to wind up playing.
I do think I'm gonna have to utilize him.
I do think he's at the very least of flex plate, if not a low an RV to because he will have the potential to score this week.
You fire up Zach Pascual.
I think Zack Paschal's a a high floor, high end wide receiver three this week with the potential to be the Y receiver, too.
He's hard to trust because he's not actually that good of a player, but in this match against Tampa Bay Buccaneers, because the volume has to go somewhere and he is going to be that number one guy is in a situation.
I think you can fire him up.
The same thing goes for Jack Doyle.
Camby is awful against tight end.
He's going to be the second most targeted pass catcher on this team, period.
And this is a game which they may have to score points, especially Tampa Bay is able to do what they do on offense.
So I do like this a lot for Jack Doyle, too.
And I like them both.
A lot for D of s tournament plays.
If you're looking to go that route, all of Danbury side the ball, I think it's pretty clear cut.
I've been before.
It blows preferences.
I've been saying all season long.
I am not a believer in the Colts defense.
The way everyone else seems debate when they play against good offenses all of a sudden, this stout defense that everybody wants to make him out to be withers away.
Look it up any time they actually played a good offense there.
They have been able to do whatever they want to do against the Colts.
Now they play mediocre offenses. McLean.
Yes, they've been able to dominate.
And that's why statistically, the cold Stevens has been pretty good in almost every category.
But when they actually play against good offenses, they do not.
I expect Tampa Bay do what they do best.
Jamie's Winston firing up is a Q B one. Mike Evans.
Obviously, you're playing them in your lineups.
Question comes to running back situation.
I'm not going to play running back in my redraft leads this week because you can't trust it.
Ron, Ron Bruce Arians came out and said, Ronald Jones is going to be the start of this week.
But what happens if he misses another blown assignment or whatever Erroneous reason? You want to go ahead and bench him out of the game now? I do believe, though Roger is going to have a good game, they dio.
I really think he is.
Weather through the passing game of Russia came whatever we've seen this time and time again, where all of a sudden is one running back has a huge week following.
The other running back has that week, and I'm looking at this as a Bruce Arians trying to light a fire under Ronald Jones's asked.
And as a result, I do believe that Rhonda was going to have a very good game this week and be heavily involved in the game plan, which is the number one thing we're talking about here.
If that's gonna be the case, I like Ronald Jones for D A vest.
That's why I was, um, you cannot trust him in your playoff matchups for redraft leagues, but in D. F s.
Yeah, I'm willing to take that shot on him.
Absolutely next game and lasting we're gonna talk about before.
The mailbag segment in this episode is the Denver Broncos and the Houston Texans.
Corland Sutton Farm up.
Why, receiver to all the way doesn't matter who the quarterback is.
He is a budding star in the NFL.
He can score a touchdown.
He could go for 100 yards and he doesn't need that many opportunities to do it.
And it's a great matchup here against using Jackson's firing up is on high and wide receiver, too.
I'm also fine with Phillip Lindsay as a Flex.
Play hasn't been really efficient as of late.
Hasn't really had those big runs that we saw last season.
But because Royce Freeman has taken such a back seat to him over the past few weeks and has become felt Lindsay's backfield, I do like him a lot in this game.
I don't believe in the Houston Rush defense, especially when teams actually commit to the run for 4/4 which we know the Denver Broncos will do.
Withdrew locker at quarterback.
I do think, Phillip, Lindsay, You can fire him up as a flex play this week.
We don't know of no offense gonna play.
We're still waiting for that practice report to come out.
He did get banged up in last week's matchup, and as of right now, we would lean towards him not being able to go on Houston, Tex.
Inside the ball, it kind of speaks for itself.
It's not the greatest match up in the world, but you're playing a song. Lawson.
You play DeAndre Hopkins.
What do you do outside of that? That's really the question, not playing well.
Fuller in this match up. I'm not.
You only want to play well.
Fuller in plus matchups.
It's on Lee time that he has that boomer bus potential that you're really looking for.
That you can actually trust, because too many times and they play against actual competent defense is he just kind of disappears a little bit.
And when you're going to play offs, you don't want to have a guy who has such a bottom of a floor that he does, especially in this kind of a match up.
So I'm not gonna fire up. Will Fuller.
Denver's defense has been pretty stout against the run, so I'm not gonna fire up Carlos Hyde, and you cannot trust the involvement of Duke Johnson Weekly basis.
Yes, he was involved last week.
Yes, he had a very good week. But we've seen this before.
It come back and he's not involved in all the following week.
And it doesn't necessarily have to do with whether Carlos Hyde has a good game or not either.
So because of the lack of consistency there, you can't fire up to Johnson, either.
I'm fired plots and firing of Hopkins and for an offense that does put up points and has that capability.
There's nobody else I'm going to trust in this matchup for my playoff matchups.
Unfortunately, so that caps off our preview for this episode.
We will be back tomorrow.
As of right now, we will be back tomorrow, maybe a little bit earlier with the Week 14 preview stream of the late afternoon Sunday Games of Sunday night and the Monday night game.
And, of course, with the mailbag statement that will all be in tomorrow's episode.
So we will preview the rest of those then.
Now what we have is the mailbag segment.
So remember, if you're watching this on SportsCastr, you have a fancy football question.
Go ahead, drop it in the chat.
I will get some pre selected questions here that have been brought to me from people that listen an MD nation or watching Andy Nation.
They went to me on Twitter at M.
They went to me on Facebook at M D F F show.
They went to me on the website www dot mdf show dot com and e mailed me directly through there.
These are the questions I go to get them pre selected from.
But if you're in the chat right now and you're watching this live, you can go ahead and drop your question, and I will get to it as we go through these questions here.
So let's start off with our 1st 1 up day that I pulled from Facebook. Henry.
He asked me, Marvin Jones or Robbie Anderson this week.
I kind of answer that question in this in this episode, in a way already.
Definitely. Marvin Jones.
Like I said, David Blatt looks for him in the red zone.
He was still able to score.
He's still the second targeted guy.
This is still a plus matchup for him.
And two games is not enough for me to suddenly trust Robbie Anderson.
Even against the Miami Dolphins, he still has to loaf of floor.
Marvin Jones has actually been pretty consistent over the past month or so.
I'm going to go hands down Henry for that one.
Next up, we got Seth from Twitter.
He asked me, Ryan Tannehill over Matt Ryan this week.
That's the way he phrased it.
Uh, in short, knew? No, not all.
Look, you have Atlanta.
You have a good match up.
Julio Jones is going to be back.
Hooper's going to be back. He's going to have all of his weapons.
And his offensive line actually might be a little bit healthier this week as well.
We're still waiting to see what happens there.
Yeah, I am definitely firing up Matt Ryan.
He has been a Q B one for most of the season because of volume, but in this situation, with with the guys that he has coming back against the Carolina Panthers in a plus match up, there's no way in the world I'm going to play.
Ryan Tannehill, who's not even half the quarterback Matt Ryan is when specially has all those weapons this week.
So definitely, definitely definitely play Matt Ryan over Ryan Tannehill this week.
Do not over think it.
Seth robber From the email, he asked me D J chart or Calvin Ridley This week, I get why this is somewhat of a question.
Deejay chart didn't have a great week last week, and Calvin Ridley's had a really good tear, but kind of what I said.
What? Matt Ryan, all the weapons are back.
Hooper's back Julio Jones gonna be back.
That's just going to take away volume from Calvin Ridley.
Remember, Russell Gauge is still going to be involved to some degree here.
So what we have in this situation is D Day chart has been a number two wide receiver, and he had been a number two wide receiver talk on team A wide receiver to fancy football purposes with Gardner mentioned most of the year.
I know they're going against the Chargers.
I know it's a little bit of a tougher matchup in this one, but I think you have to go with D J chart in this matchup.
He's the one who's really gotten you there.
He has a secured volume role for this team and therefore somebody you definitely have to play.
He has a touchdown, potentially has a big play potential because everything you're really looking for in this matchup to me, his hands down, you play deejay chart over Calvin Ridley this week.
That does it for the priests.
Like the questions.
I'm not seeing any questions here on this chat for SportsCastrs.
So what we're gonna do is go ahead, close down this episode, we will be back tomorrow with the rest of the preview, the late afternoon games, the Sunday night, the money night game.
