What's popping is your boy and man, old man, old man.
Kind of sound like Ron Cleveland.
Now the Knicks were destroyed.
When I say destroyed, I really mean destroyed by the Milwaukee Bucks tonight.
It's not like we didn't expect that we expected it.
But, you know, it's like it's like when you know a family member somebody or let's just say your dog, let's not say a family member, you know your dog is on the way out, but when it really happens when it finally happens, you still like, man, it's still painful.
I mean, that's what it was like tonight.
We knew what was gonna happen.
We knew what was going down.
Still, no matter what it is a painful thing to lose.
The way that we lost tonight, Nix was smacked.
It was almost like the Milwaukee Bucks came to this game.
It was like, You know how when you're in the varsity team and your screams to J.
B team, you know, when you come in, you're kind of loosey goosey a little bit, you're gonna play hard.
You're gonna, you know, make him feel good every once in a while.
But for the most part, you know you're going to smack him.
It's kind of like that with the bucks, man.
They knew what was gonna happen.
You know that they were going to smack us.
I don't even know if they I mean that how serious They took the game.
I think it was more like a glorified scrimmage for them glorified swims that probably came in and said, Hey, we're gonna work on everything that we suck at.
We're gonna work on it tonight.
And guess what? Everything that they suck that probably work tonight.
I don't know what to tell you.
Ladies and gentlemen, I do know what to tell you.
We are at the bottom of the barrel.
We are two crabs in the bucket.
We might be lowered in the crabs in a bucket.
You know, we are the little amoebas on the bottom, off the crime in the bucket.
That's where we are right now.
We are just terrible and it's painful.
It's a painful thing to say because you want the next to be good, so bad every single one of us wants the next to be good, so bad.
But it's just not there.
It's just not happening.
So let's go ahead and talk about this with the crew that we got here.
Let's talk about it with the phone calls.
You know, I only got about an hour tonight cause I got to get on a roll.
That guy, like a two hour drive tonight.
You know, I got institute.
I gotta be at tomorrow.
So let's go ahead and get this thing rocking, man.
Snuff about Nick's.
Make sure you subscribe to the channel and you see, I got game on the chat.
We got Nate the Great in the check video chat.
You know, here in the YouTube chat, we got a lot of people here.
I see who's Mark Ground Petito Ghost finding Travis Fisher.
I'm not gonna say everybody but Jerry Figure Ariel get well.
Gary Rhodes, Jorge Rodriguez.
A lot of people here born Alan big shout outs.
Everybody's in the chat.
I can't call everybody out, but big shout out to all of you who's in the chat, man.
Thank you guys for being here. Professor.
I am drugs on Lee.
I don't know about that.
Michael Peterson H underscored James Sanchez, except that's everybody.
Thank you for being here on a night when the Knicks just got clobbered.
I don't even know what words to use.
They just got clobbered by the Milwaukee Bucks.
Although we all knew it was gonna happen.
We knew that this team was going to get smacked by the Milwaukee Bucks and smack they did, Um, very interested to hear what David Fizdale has to say about this game, you know? I mean, obviously the Knicks were outmatched.
You know, these guys have more talent on the admission.
Some of our starting five probably don't even know what to say.
I wouldn't do, ladies and gentlemen, but let's get to some of these guys in the video chat and, uh, you know, get their perspective, and then I'll get your perspective in a minute.
We're gonna break down some of the numbers behind this game if you want to.
All right, Nate.
What's up, man? Who? Yeah, well, exactly.
Well, you know, it's a bad night when the honest his brother and, um drug and bender look better than some of our starters.
Um um you know, Sam, you said that you You think we've already hit rock bottom.
I disagree, man.
I think this is rock bottom.
No, no, no, no, I didn't say I said, I don't think we've hit rock bottom yet.
I think we have hit rock bottom and I don't know is rock bottom.
I don't know how much worse you could get after this.
Well, we still gotta play the Nuggets, and it's a very, very, very good points.
That's a lot, you know.
I know, but the Nuggets look, I feel like this.
The Milwaukee Bucks and now 18 in three top of the Eastern Conference.
The Denver Nuggets is 13 and four second place in the Western Conference.
They're very good, very good.
Maybe they're not as good as the Milwaukee Bucks, but they're very good.
Then after that, we played the Indiana Pacers by more than 40 or 50 again.
I mean, shoot. I mean, I don't even know what it's about.
I don't even know if it's about losing by 40 or 50 again.
I think now it's about how long does the loser Street go right? We have seven games now.
You're now you're talking about the Nuggets.
We gotta play the Nuggets.
That's probably gonna be eight games lost straight.
Then you gotta play the Indiana Pacers.
That's nine games.
Probably lost Street.
Now the Portland Trail Blazers.
We gotta play the Portland Trail Blazers.
The Portland Trail Blazers.
They've won the last three games.
They got energy now, so then you're talking about 10 straight.
That's rock bottom.
Right, then I totally understand what you're saying.
The thing is that here's the reality.
Are the worst the N B A.
I know a lot of people with words.
Probably the worst records, and doesn't matter.
The Warriors place apartment watched some of their games.
Man, they really give it out.
On on on on all sides. I mean, they got players.
I can't even Can you talk? Can you talk closer to the mic or something? Cause you a little bit low.
You hear me? Yeah, that's better.
I mean, we're the worst team in case, um, I mean, we can't defend.
I mean, I think we have, like, 26.
I saw the stat line.
I'm during the game 26% shooting, eight assists, and, like, five or something in three pointers.
It's ridiculous, man.
I mean, we gave no effort, man, and we just laid flat, like, just flat. Embarrassing.
And I'll tell you what, man.
We're not even halfway through the season and we're already getting blown out by 40.
We're barely 1/4 of the way through the season.
We haven't really know what we have.
These 20 days were corner the way through the season 1/4 of the way.
And this is where we are.
I want to know we at rock bottom or do we still have some more to go? We're not at rock bottom, bro.
We're not at rock bottom.
And I'm not just talking about the score.
I'm talking about the chemistry.
I'm talking about rotations now.
One positive is that could email on his back, and he, at the very least, knows how to play as a consummate point guard.
Right? I'm not saying he's going to save us.
I ain't saying nothing like that.
Well, you know, I think the days of DOJ I'm over it.
Um and I mean, I don't know.
This team is there's no leadership from the front office. Down the owner.
There's the leaders on the floor.
There's no one to galvanize these guys.
These guys are playing with their heads, cut off their playing like how to play last year, man.
And it shows me guys just just playing a playmate.
They have, they don't have.
No, probably it doesn't hurt them to lose, you know? I mean, you see some guys in football, you see, it's the guys.
Even in basketball, when they lose, they're crying cause it hurts.
It hurts to lose.
Like it pains me is like they treat a team like, Yo, this is my family.
Like when you score me, it's almost like you're slapping my little brother.
When you score me, you don't know me in my home is like you just you stepped on my mom's face, you know? I mean, but these guys, to me, it's like these guys have No, there's no life to them.
You know these guys getting checks and it might be a thing of the N B A.
You know these guys, they're playing less games.
Lo management getting bigger, bigger checks with again pampered butt, the vast wall I can't it don't matter if you think you're better than us.
We're gonna go hard at you regards.
We're gonna lose or not like and these guys aren't playing for that.
And fizzle has to inspire that the front office has inspired it.
I'm not saying she become Tom Thibodeau.
Well, it's time for us all being lovey dovey with these guys.
You know, Take the **** handles off, man.
And I might tell my screaming that face, but embarrassed them.
Do something to get these guys going.
I'm not picking on Justin.
I'm just picking names.
If jurors Randall's not playing well, he's not playing defense.
Sit his butt down.
Don't matter how much you get paid if they want to fire you because you're not going with the so called program leave, it's the Knicks.
If you get five from the next, people gonna look at you like it's a good thing you really have people clamor for you and supporting you when they're criticizing you in the media.
Gary Painter, These guys.
So that's the case.
Go on your laurels.
Go out on what you believe is right.
Sit the guys who are not playing and play the other guys and those young guys.
Hey, we lose every game.
You could point the veterans into hate. This is your fault.
I'm gonna go with the young guys and show my heart Show more pats.
Intensity is this.
Guys split this.
How do you split? How do you split a 23 zone and drive to the basket? How does that? How does that happen to guys up top? The communication is so **** poor and the first quarter's guys just coming down and just chucking.
I'm not saying you're supposed to be the bucks. We're not.
But to lose by 47 let's tell you about it was him Gee honest, like I told you.
Gee, honest, will we play Johnson a password? Cancer.
We played away, uh, whose it was, Um, Ron Baker.
This guy Jonah's was trying to embarrass us at our home like flexing our faces stuff, and we were batting back then.
But today he was.
It looked like he was like, ****, I I came and celebrate is that is like when a soccer player goes back to his old team and scores a team you and once he just goes like that.
So the crowd like like whatever, man.
That's how embarrassing this team is at a Woody Allen movie is not here.
I feel like we stabbed the mindset where moody when he tried to get the show from Dwayne, Dwayne, Dwayne Wade's like Not now, bro.
You're Come on, get out of my face, man, that we still have that same orders that's that's trapped with us, man.
We like, Why's that? No one on the next was to play with pride like it doesn't hurt them.
I don't see no dirty blows to the lower regions.
I don't see no trips.
I don't see no Roger bells.
I don't see no hard fouls as I come on, man.
Signaling guys beat Gatlin.
So my son is not a good player, but its defeat.
Kenzo Atlanta's got Louise Larry Bird.
What the hell's wrong with this **** F in team? And although I'm buying that, the notes from the Knicks, if I'm getting tickets, they better be free tickets like I got last time.
I'm not supporting Seem financial today.
Make a change mint.
These guys getting paid to be bums.
They're paid arms each and every one of them from Frank toe.
All these guys that I know Franklin Place Boys guys tonight that they are bombs.
I don't want to hear about it.
I'm taking it back home with that poor describe.
I don't care where you're from is where you from Don't mean nothing when you're playing like trash But all these guys are trashed their brew I don't care where they come from They play with no heart They play no passion I'm staying up I'm watching these games I'm wasting my time I move It's my time my energy, my money to these guys And they put no effort on the floor.
Now I'm not watching this crap, man.
This is garbage is unacceptable, man on it was a marksman.
Whatever, but I don't see you know no one's found.
I don't see No, I didn't see nobody hurt.
I don't see those eyes are Pachulia injures out there, bro.
Those wrong child and chairs out there.
You want to You want to play so bad you go out there.
You're still playing the same eye so I don't care about Come on, man.
All the guys I saw gave effort was was Ahh, this boy Mitchell Robinson and could demand Oma tribe.
So you slap your lovely place.
He's still young, but he's shown more effort.
And half your guys out there something, guys. A veteran's man.
I got I got in this crap game.
A lot of Knicks fans feel the exact same way, and I'm looking at Mark it.
Mark loves drama.
I'm trying to tell you right now, Mark is a drama king he loved from any kind of drama.
Martin loves it.
So when somebody starts yelling the screaming, hollering markets and all of his glory, I'm looking at him on the screen, just smiling and cheesing because this drama right now, Mike loves drum.
He probably said something.
Why? Soap operas all day is something, you know, saying he just loved drama.
What's going on, man? I ain't seen you in a minute.
What's probably I've been depressed with me.
Mom, I need you wanna watch the night, But, um, I think this is a fist. No problem.
I've been defending visitor as long as possible, but I'm at a point where I don't think he knows how.
So that's a fixed.
This, um, and a lot of talk about Mills and Perry and Dolan.
But this is not a 4 17 Hey, um, do you mind telling me having lunch? I'm not saying we're judging now.
We should be a playoff team, but we shouldn't be for 17 again. Beat by.
We deserved to lose by 50 tonight.
So, um well, we were down by 47 at one point.
Yeah, and he put up no resistance.
I mean, we don't even like an NBA team at this point.
I mean, it was a stretch in the second in the third quarter, but I think we turned the ball over like, five times in a row.
I mean, the stump like tripping over our own feet.
I mean, Fizdale has managed to strip everybody on this team beside markets more not one player on this team with confidence right now.
And it is it's tough to watch, um, you should be able to have these compete, and I I think big fans weren't asking for much this year, so I think the fact that every Knick fan is straight up, I think it shows a lot.
Um, and and this is it being a right every single player? Except for Marcus Morris, he's the only one.
Every single player has come to this team from last season.
You know, from another team, every single player signing.
And, ah, free agency is playing worse than they were last season.
Island, except for Marcus Morris season of his career, right? I mean, right? He came off the best season of his career.
Julius Randle came off the best season of his career.
Elford pay in Why I eat and I don't know if you had the best season of his career, but you know, he was hurt for a good portion of the season last year, But he put up.
He's not even playing, so I mean, why wouldn't he was 14 and eight last year on a team that is better.
The Wizards were better than the Knicks last year, The Wizard last year, probably better than the next.
This year, he put a 14 and eight on that team.
It's almost like every player that comes here like they ain't hear our state.
I don't know what it is like.
We can bring in Jesus himself and we make Jesus.
I'm I don't know.
I mean, I guess it's unexplainable in vacuuming and cleaning up the house, but we don't take the trash out.
So no matter what you do, trash is still in the house, or no matter what you do is gonna stink.
So I think we need a only person I really want to keep around this period.
I do like period, but I think you're like a fool.
I mean everything.
I mean, clean out everything.
It's not really realistic condolence the owner, but, I mean, I don't know what else is not fix it.
I don't know, like hearing about my job.
Here, coming to the Knicks, man.
We build Phil Jackson has the seizure, so I mean, we keep bringing in people that supposed to be the savior.
I mean, remember when Larry Brown came in and we thought he was gonna be to say that it doesn't one thing.
The one thing that I say about Phil Jackson is with things coming out into light Now, a lot of what Phil Jackson was trying to do was right.
He might have had the wrong way of going about it, but a lot of what he was trying to do in his thought process and things were correct from when I had the right idea.
He had some right ideas here, you know, he just had his ego get in the way to, you know, I'm saying, But a lot of what I think he was trying to do was correct, man, Eh? I feel like maybe if we would have let Phil Jackson continue, things might have been different.
I don't know, Mark some man.
I just want to congratulate Carmelo Anthony for winning Western play conference in it, but of the week, you know, that was that was good to see.
Um, let me stop you right there.
Let me stop you right there.
Any crazy when the best thing about the Knicks is a player who plays for another team who hasn't played for the Knicks in two seasons, three seasons.
Whatever it is, that's the best thing about the Knicks right now is that Carmelo Anthony's back in the league and playing well, and that crazy? That's the best thing about the Knicks.
Listen, I wish we got blown up by 80 but a I'm, um listen, when you over pay with certain players, it just creates a stone floor.
I just see I just see a lot of separation on the floor with places, but in a group but each other, who will the hit three over there don't want to play with this guy and the G's up When this guy's floor, that is just let's see, man, I wish you two got caught by eight because listen, I'm just wait.
I am just feeding this.
I'm waiting to the beginning into the middle of this this week with something that happened.
That's also what was gonna happen.
Something's gonna happen.
There's no way that it can listen when Steve Will said we had sax players besides that, come in the Red Kyrie statements, he said over the summer, Yeah, that's players that want to come here.
What was your speaking up besides Kyrie? Kevin, I think that I think that maybe he was speaking of Jimmy Butler, maybe Jimmy Butler.
I'm not gonna say wanted to, but would have if the Knicks would have offered it to him.
That's what I think.
That's what I think.
I'm just saying that's what I think them when they crave this team.
Hey, I look at Is this Where was Julius Randle again? 60 million on the market.
Where was pores? Get 50.
Where was more? Is getting 16.
But it was elf a pagan Gail, I think, Julius, I think Julius Randle, where they got 60 million on the market.
It's not a bad contract broke but what he was from what he did in New Orleans.
Guys, I'm telling you right now, I really do think I'm sorry, Mark.
You're gonna disagree with me.
I think if he was on another team with another coach in a point guard, you see Julius Randle different.
I think he'd be a different player, At least on the offensive side, I think he'd be in a team that has a defense of identity, right? When you gotta play it like that when you gotta play, that doesn't play defense.
Then you got to make sure you got a defensive identity.
And, uh, I already have a structure defensively so that you can cover for that guy.
You can help that guy.
You know, I'm saying, and you can allow that guy to do the other things that they do Well, I'm saying that's why that's the reason why you got to have I don't care if you're supposedly tanking or whatever.
That's the reason why you gotta have a system and know what you want to do so that when you sign players, you're not just signing off a talent you're signing, knowing that you can put this player in with this group of guys and it's gonna work because they can cover for each other's weaknesses.
That's what being on a team is that all about.
Every single player in the N B.
A has weaknesses, right? So you can argue about one player's weakness is being worse than another.
Every single player has weaknesses, so when you put together a team, you put together a team so that you have players that can cover for each other's weaknesses, you know, saying and they can complement each other.
You're saying you don't just go grasp at talent I understand.
You know, last year they were, like, one of talent acquisition Mobile, Just grasping at talent, right? I get it.
But you still gotta have an idea of what you want to do and where you want to go.
You gotta have a blueprint.
So when you're grasping at that talent, you're trying to put pieces together.
I don't know that they had a blueprint or happy blue point.
And so they just grasping a town, putting putting players together.
Experience Talk about a okay.
They pluck these dudes off with Shelley.
I think that was going to work.
One of these gods a complimentary to to mix with young second beer place.
Look, it's not what first quarter alone, bro.
Don't try to challenge the arms like he was going like like he was going to do something and from debt, the energy just went out the building for the next.
Just watch the first few minutes of that first corner.
Just just watch it.
The energy just any genes went away.
Honestly, I'm gonna tell you the truth.
I might say the truth, Mark.
With the Knicks facing the bucks, it was like a boxer standing against Mike, standing in front of Mike Tyson in the front of the ring, watching it in the military ring, watching Mike Tyson stare you down because once that happened, you go back in the day.
Once that happened, those boxes stared.
Mike Tyson's down and Mike Tyson just gave me that look.
It was scared, and the fight was over.
The next walked into the building when they walked into warmups.
They knew they knew there was no this took the energy out of the Knicks.
The Bucks started all five.
They didn't come.
They knew what the deal.
Waas and they came scared to play.
And you listen, You know what I goes to when you are young players and that's you don't have that get to lose confidence.
The young kids is not going to follow.
This is gonna do what they do when you play basketball.
I advise you to have that one click.
I just want to be honest tonight, man.
If you look on that court, yeah, the whole bunch of nobody, but they follow him.
I have a Pacific player on the floor.
What young play There's a whole lot of young playback on that box team when you pay.
A Johannes is young.
That's why I think the Knicks put Randall in promotion.
The worst position you could put a player like that because number one, he was never one or two or three guy for him to come in this city act what he was the number one auction.
That's what a front office had spilled Because I watch Jonah's and goes, Gene plays was just rational because they embody the guy's attitude.
I agree with you.
I mean, you got a guy like, Yeah, I agree.
The only thing the only place I will disagree with you is you have to take a chance.
Scared money, don't make money right? At some point, you got to take a chance.
You got to try to take a calculated chance, especially in the situation that the Knicks win.
And I think that's what they try to do with Julius Randle, right? Hoping because this is what would happen.
Let's just say, for example, Julius Randle went to another team and he had a career.
Another career year.
He was averaging 25 10 rebounds and whatever, right? For whatever reason, you know, we're just speaking hypothetically here as Knicks fans, you know, we would look back and say, Dang, how come we didn't try to sign Julius Randle? But what I'm saying, what I'm saying is, yeah, the Knicks took a chance the same way they did with Tim Hardaway Jr.
It took a chance on a guy to try to see if maybe he was at the point of his career.
But listen, they took a chance to see if maybe he was at the point of his career, where he was going to go to another level.
When you take a chance to see they're gonna win or it's not gonna win, right, it's gonna is going to be successful or he's gonna fail.
But you've got to take a chance at some point, especially when you're the situation.
The Knicks win, right? What they try to do is make sure it wasn't too long of a contract.
I've been gossiping and you assume you know what I'm feeling.
That's the sum of 15 right when that when that date him, I feel like one of these young players don't get traded, but that it might.
I think I feel something because as I'm watching these six games now, I just look at the body like, which is third place when certain place on the floor template for how hard some place work or how, when players are missing a defensive.
The defense of class who was yelling at each other was telling Who would be there that in that financial questions? Yeah, this is nothing.
When I watch basketball, I'm a person.
I don't care about the point she put up.
I rather a person is the same theory that Gregg Popovich told, Don't you? They're not guarding average 20 points.
He did it twice in a script.
You know what, Doug? No.
I need to add 2010 but you have to be impactful.
Radio corrupt money pours Whatever.
What impact level that it has on the floor.
It is Gerald's Elche, not they're nowhere to be found.
It's just like a empty 20 points.
You see other players on upper teens that just that's a diver. Booker.
When he had 25 points, I should.
But he was empty.
Yes, you it elevated, showing a level and pat now.
But with him, he's also behold about.
But we'll see. We'll see.
Everything has to come floor so cool, right? It's a big circle because the reason why Devin Booker is 25 points haven't impact is because they are winning right.
Last year they weren't winning.
So then 25 points supposedly didn't have an impact.
You know, I'm saying so.
I mean, you got you're really gonna look at it.
You really gotta look at it.
On the whole, we gotta look at it on the whole man, because this team is terrible and it's not just one player that makes him terrible.
Then if you're washing the walls, I should I want people do their homework, go back and watch Rangel and tell me both of those 20.
The average last year was any impact, and he was playing with a way better team than us.
Your show be games, but he had good games in New Orleans, and he was, and he was playing minutes when every day was gonna show me.
But you know what's funny? Don't Mark.
You know what's funny, and I'm not gonna dig back because it's too many videos.
But I can get hold. Hold.
Listen, I can guarantee you, though, and earlier streams.
Oh, you said the opposite about random.
You talked about his defense.
No, no, no, Don't stop.
Don't even say, Nun, You talked about his defense.
That is not a good defender.
But you also talked about you.
Also talked about how he's a bully in the paint.
How he's good at pushing the ball up the floor and playing downhill.
You talked a lot of good stuff about him.
A lot of good stuff about him.
For what you've seen in New Orleans you talked about.
Yeah, I seen him do this.
I've seen him do that.
I watched him take.
I think he does have a chance to be an All Star if this team is good.
No, listen, listen, you said you did say you don't think he's the number one player.
You said you don't think it's the number one player, but the number one player doesn't have to be an All Star.
But you said he could possibly be an All Star.
You said a lot of positive stuff coming from.
Listen, coming from New Orleans, you said a lot of positive stuff about him coming from New Orleans.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Don't even do it.
Don't even do it.
You said a lot of positive stuff about him coming from New Orleans.
Now you're saying to go back and look at those tapes and that he he was never this.
He was never that he was never that you did say that he wasn't a number one player.
I agree with you.
You said he wasn't another number one player.
You did right, and you talked about his defense.
But you said a lot of positive stuff about him.
It's a matter of fact.
You even positive about the roster? You felt good.
You didn't say that there was going to make the playoffs.
None of us said that they were gonna make the playoffs.
None of us did what some people did.
Some people did.
Most of us said that they could win about Dodie 32 35 games.
That's what most people were right.
But I just find it funny when I see people do an entire 360 from things that they said earlier.
Obviously, if the team's not playing well, you're going to say that and Anna.
But when you come back and you say, well, at one point, you say, yeah, you know, the roster could work.
And now all of a sudden you're saying this, you know, they did this. They did that.
I mean, you had me.
You are you when you have the same opinion as the front office and now you want to change because I'm gonna tell you the truth, right? I when I seen the guys that they signed All right, I said, Well, you know what? I understand why that signed Bobby Portis because he could help spread the floor for Julius Randle.
I understood it, right? And when people were talking about the four different powerful, but so whatever.
I understood why those four, why there were four different power forwards because they played a different type of role, right? You know, in a lot of people, you know, still, I'm looking in the chat.
A lot of people still in the check, you know, talk about what a signed five power forwards.
Well, those guys play different roles, so I'm not gonna lie.
I understood it, and I understood why my thought process all along was, Do we have a point guard that can help put things together? But I understood Bobby Portis because he could spread the floor is not just additional.
Just power forward is gonna pound it under the basket.
That's Tad's Gibson times gets that could play that role.
Julius Randle was the type of guy that could pound it down underneath, right? You want to get a running in transition, moving the ball in transition and not moving the ball in transition, running downhill.
But we're hoping that he's gonna be a better beast on the rebounds.
We all said that he can, that he needed to work on his defense and make sure his defense of right and I guarantee you go back and look at videos.
Mad people was like a Julius Randle to get his defense together.
He'd have a chance to be in Austin now.
Mark, I didn't say that.
You said that he was going to be an All Star.
You didn't say he was going to be.
But you did say that you think he could have a chance if things went right if things went right.
And these are words that you said that things went right that he could have a chance.
I have a whole video.
Were Tony Chrome Gamow saying that they believe he could take it to the next level? There's a whole video you can go check that.
And I'm not about Spotlight and U Gamma or Tony.
You know, I'm not spotlight on you.
I'm just saying people believed that it could happen.
People believed in his roster.
Now I see all these people coming out and saying What? The roster was terrible and arrives to construction Mr Roster Construction that honestly, I think the main thing missing from the roster construction two things is a leading point guard that could really be a leader and a coach that can put everything together.
That's what I think is missing, you're saying.
But there's so many people, so many people that talked about how these powerful including myself, and I still believe that these powerful would have put together right, could fit together.
Bobby Portis again spreads the floor.
Mitchell Robinson doesn't.
He runs to the rim you put Mitchell Robinson and Bobby Portis on the floor at the same time.
What they do complements each other.
He's a defender down, though.
He could defend and limits it minutes.
You can also spread the floor a little bit by shooting mid range Julius Randle.
He's a beast down low if you get him in the right position.
If he's not running into triple teams, those two guys could be Those two guys could complement each other.
Bobby Portis in minutes.
Bobby Portis and Randall can compliments to be able to spread the floor.
It's not shooting like that, although last season he was shooting not 39% from the three point line, 2 39% for the three point line.
All of a sudden, this year he's not.
Marcus Morris can go from this from the three to the fore.
He obviously could spread the floor is shooting 51% from the three point line, right? So the idea.
This is my opinions.
But the ideas behind it made sense to me, and it made sense to a lot of other people.
Now that is gonna bad.
People don't want to own up six.
I'm own up the mind.
I thought it made sense.
I don't think that the roster is so ill constructed like people say, I don't I think you have people that can do some things, But you gotta put him in the right positions and you gotta use them correctly.
I don't think this, and I don't think it's a coincidence that every single player coming off last season, except for Marcus Morris, is having a worse season, this seat this year.
I don't think that's a coincidence.
I think there's a real reasons behind that.
The real reasons behind it.
Me Julius Randle's average of 17 points a game, I 45% shooting last season you have is 2122 points a game on over 50% shooting.
He shot the best he ever shot from the three point line.
Last year, Bobby Portis.
He shot 39% from the three point line.
Last year he averaged 14 points, eight rebounds and I know different teams is gonna have a different construction and all that kind of stuff.
But he's playing significantly worse this season than he did last year.
Significantly worse, you know.
How is it Bobby Portis this season? 8.
9 points per game, 40% Okay, Still shooting 38.
But how is it that all these players took a step back? Why is it what is the what is the common denominator? All these players taking a step back? Then it's Smith Jr is taking a serious step back.
Wayne Ellington, coming off the best season of his career, the best season of his career, taking a serious step back.
Now, I'm not gonna front.
I'm not offended the way Wayne Ellington please.
All right, I had a different idea coming into the season.
Now I look at him nothing like, get this guy off the court.
But how is it that he had that he can have one of the best season seasons of his career on a team that was better than the Knicks? And then he comes to the Knicks, a team that is worse than the team he came from, and up until this point is having one of the worst seasons of his career.
How does that work? Why does that work that way? Somebody explain it to me.
Explain that to me, please.
I really want to know.
I'm not saying that the players don't take any responsibility, but anybody? Anybody who wants to absolve coaching.
Come on, man, that's crazy.
Last year, Wayne Ellington played 24.
5 minutes per game.
3 points per game.
He shot 40% from the field.
He shot 37% from three.
That was Wayne Ellington last year.
This season with Nick's, his average of 14.
5 minutes per game.
You shouldn't 32.
1% from the field, 30.
Why is that? Why is that? And let's look at this from Wayne Ellington.
This is the worst year of his career.
Shooting the three.
Ladies and gentlemen, tell me why that is.
Somebody please explain it to me.
Last season he was 37% right.
When he played in Miami, he shot 39%.
He shot 37% 39% 38%.
And when he was in Brooklyn, he shot 35 36%.
And with the Lakers, he shot 37% with Dallas he shot 42.4%.
We're clearly shy, 37%.
With Memphis, he shot 42%.
This is going all the way back.
He's every shop before This season is 32.4%.
That was with Minnesota.
So why is he shooting the worst this season? And I'm not defending Wing Ellington.
I just had the stats up, so I'm looking at it.
Why? Why? There is a reading.
I mean, come on, every single player, that the next sign is playing worse.
Then they did in previous years.
Gibson is a little bit different, right? Last season ties, Gibson was averaging 24 minutes a game.
This year's averages 16.
3 minutes per game.
All right, ties gives it is about on par 51.
6% from the field this year.
Uh, 25% from three Lash a shot 32.4%.
But you know that's not what he does.
Okay, Taj Gibson is about on par, given the minutes that he please.
Oh, let me get you a phone call, man.
You know, im Consul as a call your allowing Dr Brennan's.
Maybe you can explain it to me, my man.
Explain it to me.
Why is it Why is it that we have so many players that we signed playing worse this season? That then they did in the previous season and sees his previous to that? Because you look at it and that is the question.
It's point guard play, Uh, specifically, we don't have.
We don't have a dominant scoring point guard.
That guy was supposed to be done.
I mean, when you were in Miami, Pilot Johnson.
Those two guys are better than every guard we have on better in every point guard we have on the seat.
You don't want him.
I mean, Dennis Virginia's regrets.
So we don't have anybody drawing any offense away Knowing gets open.
Same thing with Bobby Portis.
He played with Bradley.
Lester, you've got a guard, Bradley Beal kill you, and that gives you open shots.
So, of course, the three point and same thing with Randall.
He had, ah, a mom that the two guard down there, I'm holiday holiday.
He's an All Star last year who had to guard him, and that leaves open shots and don't have anybody who who you're confident is gonna give you 10 15 points tonight.
Who could stroke in open three.
I mean, Frank, Frank, great defensively, but we've lost a lot of game.
We want the least two game because Frank got an open shot with the last five minutes.
No, I mean, we don't have an offense.
Anybody in that? I mean R J. He's a rookie.
We can't We can't lay this on you, Rookie.
We can't expect him to go in and and be the best offensive wing man on the people.
I mean, we don't have any offense wing, so every team loads up.
Like when? Wait.
And we think it's in the game.
They put their best defender on him because nobody else away.
No, it couldn't stop getting clean shots like you would if you had.
Dennis Jr was going out and giving a 15 points a game.
I mean, the I mean, you can think on. Yeah.
Does he make a lot about night when you've got one point guard to call up Kadeem Allen you? Oh, yeah, he played.
He played well for last year.
You don't play that man.
So three minutes left in the third quarter, you had our Jae in there run into points, had three year running.
Whatever he was doing tonight, I don't know what happened to him. They killed his confidence.
But you had to be male and under.
But, you know, he's a quality backup point guard.
Why isn't he in there when better are floundering? Why, right? Why didn't he get into the third quarter Solid point guard for your you there? Did I lose you? I lose.
Think I lost him to get to another phone call before I get to the phone calls.
Everyone will give me a super chat.
Ghost Rider thinking for the super chat.
He said, Knicks are under the crabs in a bucket.
I agree with you.
We are under the desk.
Krill in 876 Thinking for the Super check.
You said couldn't even get Tobias Harris. And he's from here.
I mean, I don't know if the Knicks wanted to buy his hair set a ah max contract, but I get what you're saying.
I get what you're saying Mighty Nick said.
Even Tim Hardaway Jr is playing better.
You know, I'm gonna go check.
Tim Hardaway Jr Haven't really looked at the stats, but I'm gonna go check out the stats and see exactly what Tim Hardaway Jr is doing this season.
I don't doubt you, though.
I don't doubt you.
And, um, Herbert Barahona.
You said that Steve Mills record as a Nick, huh? 1 64 in 337 1 64 337 That Steve Mills record as a Nick.
Well, you know, for the time that he's been here, he hasn't been good at all.
The Knicks haven't been good at all.
I don't know, man.
Paula, you're on live with nothing but necks was popping.
Yo, my man, you there.
Looks like I'm losing people.
Let me check one more time, Caller, You're alive.
But Nick's What's popping? Yeah, we're getting was good for me.
Was good. Man was gonna was pretty.
Maybe you could tell me May Why is it that so many? Why is it that so many of our players that we signed a doing worse this season and in previous seasons.
Like I said before we spoke in the summertime, you were called out right when we spoke about you, actually, about R.
Barrett and everything about our J. Baron in Toronto.
And you spoke about Dennis Smith Jr.
And I told you, Have Dennison Junior's Francisco Point.
All right, Remember I told you.
Remember that, right? Remember, remember Russian to you guys last week? You guys actually played us last week. If you recall.
Right, we did play each other and I saw your team.
The problem of the New York Knicks is this.
The New York Knicks has.
They have a lot of pieces.
They have a lot of players, but they don't have chemistry.
They have. They don't know who the point guard is.
They have Alonso here.
They have dentists. Miss Julia.
They have Frank Nakia.
They got nearly a girl who's the designated point guard who they're gonna run for the whole entire season.
You see us, we have We have two guys to designated guys.
We know who our top guy is.
Who's Kyle Lowry? And then we know our second guy for advanced fleet calories.
injured Ran Sweet knows that yelled. This is my role.
This is what I got to do.
We're not looking for no other third string die or four string guy.
New York Knicks also have too many players.
They got guys like, um, I see in which his name Reggie Bullock on that team.
They have Bobby Portis on that team that l for Peyton on that team.
I saw Taj Gibson on that team.
I saw Lon what you might call Julius Randle on that team.
They got too many guys on there.
They don't know the role.
They don't know what they're supposed to be doing on the court.
They don't have the chemistry.
So basically, they're easy to be exploited.
That's why their last right now in the N B A, he said.
I'm saying in the Eastern Conference, the problem with the Knicks is this.
They have the wrong guy coaching the team.
I don't know what you guys have Mark Jackson out there.
Mark Jackson was instrumental.
Everybody know that.
Toronto He was instrumental in the six sects in the success of the Golden State Warriors, so basically he'd be the right guy to teach you guys how to play defense on how to play two way basketball. You said.
I'm saying he'd be great for the point guard and you would be great for the players on the team because he does have success in the NBA.
The biggest issue with the next.
Like I said before the chemistry, they need to figure out who's who, what role, who plays what rules, some of what? The Raptor.
Everybody knows the rules.
That's basically what they gotta do.
I mean, you're right, you're right.
I mean, you're right with a lot of stuff.
I think that Knicks fans we understand this, you know? I mean, um, and it's up to Fizdale.
Thio make it happen, and he's not doing that right now.
You know what I'm saying? Thank you for the call, my man.
To get to another phone call, call your love another. But Nick's was popping.
How you doing, man? Everything's good.
How you feeling? The press.
Um, think on the tank and move.
Um, obviously, um, looking so far, we're not playing the way we're supposed to be every time I try on TV, I would lose, And, um I don't know, man.
Still a kid the right time, Uh, taking mood.
Hopefully the basketball God give us, um, lottery pick. Hopefully the first.
And, uh, we need a fire.
Everyone will get rid of all the head coaches.
Are, um, general manager, Best cooperation and try to start clean, have a clean slate.
Um, very disquieting scene that we haven't thought we were gonna have ah, better season bounce back since we had the worst record. But obvious.
We have only thing we're gonna get against more than 17 wins.
Only thing we were gonna get 17 wins, we're gonna be even less.
But, um, I just want to know your, um, overall perspective.
What do you think? Like you think there's still hope or now may I don't think there's any hope.
I don't think there's any hope.
I think at this point after tonight's loss, uh, the Knicks are going to be Listen, therefore, and 17 right? We're looking at the possibility and probably going to be for 20.
You're not coming back from that.
I mean, you can point to Fizdale components of the Miami heat a few years ago.
All he wants whenever it was the Knicks are coming back from that, at least see that Miami Heat team.
Here's what it is.
It kind of ****es me off the fact that he pointed to that Miami team and said, You know, they did it, you know, above about because the reason why they could do it because they have a culture there, no matter if they're a good team or bad scene, they already have a culture and police saying a culture of hard work.
Ah, culture of hustle, a culture of defense, right? And that's how they go out and win games.
They have something that they can rely on and buy into right, something that when you go there as a player and they sit down and give you a handbook and they say, Here you go, This is This is what we're about.
And if you if you do not epitomize this, if you do not buy into this, I didn't want to say buy into it.
If you don't represent this, we don't want you here.
This is what we do, right? So when you have a culture, you can do things like that, right? When you have some standards, you can do things like that.
When you know how you wanna play, you can do things like that because then everybody fits into their roles and you can and you and you can do.
You can have that type of success.
It's not happening with this team.
This season is done.
So let me ask you a question.
Real quick questions.
So if you're in, um, going right now, what would you do? Ah, you know, I don't know.
I don't know where.
Like, I guess, if you want this team to try to do something, make some moves by the trade, that line, You know, you could You are Steve Mills, Scott Perry, and try to bring somebody in.
Behold, you bring it in in the middle of the season as a general manager, that's really going to be successful.
You know what I would do if I was Steve Mills? If I was James Dolan, I'd say Okay, you know what? I'm giving you guys at the end of the season to get to show me something.
Don't make any moves at the trade deadline.
Don't do anything.
Or if you do anything at the trade deadline, it better be.
It better not be anything that impacts us going past 2020 going past the summer of 2019.
So if you trade somebody whose contract expires in 2019 you better bring back a player who's player expired, whose contract expires in the summer of 2019.
Right? That's what I would mean.
I would give him their, um, but well, so take all the blame, obviously, and it's cancer.
Ah, defending him, he said.
He's a great, you know, owner.
And I feel like he's been doing a hell of a good job, very merciful.
And he's given a lot of opportunity, but enough.
Um, like I said, um, hopefully but a crazy god.
We get that first a lot of pain with the point guard, get the mellow or get cool, Anthony.
Hopefully the metal ball cause then that point our position is horrendous. Terrible.
I've been given I'm gonna look at so appreciate it, my man.
Appreciate it, my man. Your key rock.
Any love The contents.
Appreciate you, man.
Thank you for calling in, but get back to what I was saying, what I would do.
I was James Dolan.
I'd give Scott parents Steve Mills to the end of season coach Fizdale to the end of the season.
Seriously, And I say, Listen, you guys got to the end of the season.
I ain't saying anything.
I'm just gonna sit back and watch you do what you do.
The only thing I'm telling you is do not make any moves, Any moves that hamstring us past the treat that hamstring us past this summer.
Because if I'm gonna let you guys go and bring in another GM, I want them to have I don't want them to have anything else that's go that goes past this summer and I want to give them to someone to make moves.
I'm saying so that I think that's what I would do, you know, saying I think that's what I would do.
He's got to do this.
I don't know. Something has to be done.
Only problem is, then you know you go back to the hole the whole thing off.
Not having a state not having stable management.
Oh, in all of that, you know me.
At some point you've got to develop some stability and obviously firing Coach Fizdale, Scott Perry, Steve Mills.
You're not developing any stability, but if they're not doing the job, they're not doing the job.
So it's It's tough, man.
Is tough, is really tough.
I want to take a listen.
I got a little maybe a minute interview with Steve Mills.
I want to hear with Steve Mills has to say, I'm sorry, not Steve Mills.
David Fizdale What David Fizdale has to say about tonight's gate and him being disappointed in the lack off confidence the team had coming into this game.
And, uh, let's get to it.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is holds David Fizdale tenacity defensively with words you want to use for bar Mrs Lack of tenacity, intensity, focus, competitiveness.
Like I said, I don't feel like we came into this game believing that we can win this game, and that's what was the most disappointing.
I felt like going every other gang.
We felt like we could come out and compete and beat anybody.
But tonight way didn't come out with the idea that would convene this tape you played.
Some other top teams recently talked about playing him well.
Is there any reason why you see that? Not believe I don't I don't know why, but it was definitely their way.
Didn't come out with the right mindset.
For whatever reason, whatever my motivational talk was didn't take hold, I guess, you know, But we'll bounce back.
We'll get into the film.
Will only will watch it, and we'll get ready for another very good basketball time.
Yeah, he's definitely right there.
The Knicks did not come into this game with any kind of confidence that they could win and you defeated right there.
That's that's what I was saying.
What I was explaining to Mark.
When boxes used to step into the ring with Mike Tyson, they were afraid the minute they step into the ring, the minute they had to stare down across the ring, it was scared, and they lost the match right there.
That's the way that the Knicks came into this game.
They lost the match, probably before warmups, probably before warmups.
I don't know, man, I don't know what to tell you, but this is This is bad.
And this is one of the I don't know if I want to say it's the worst, but it might be the worst that I've seen the Knicks in years, man.
Knees rough to deal with as a a coming in you, bro.
Looks like he's getting scolded by his mom or something.
So maybe I'm not coming, So I say I was there.
You ready, man? As it was going on, man.
You getting scolded by your parents or what? Oh, I'll tell you what those said.
You know what made my night tonight? What made the night? I want to go see Queen and Slim.
And let me tell you, that was an amazing Okay, do me a favor.
Make sure you look into the camera speaking to the cameraman because, like you looking away, I want to see.
Yeah, I went So I want to go watch Queensland.
So that was an amazing moves.
Okay, I plan on seeing that too.
I plan on seeing that too.
So you gotta like it's Ah, it's Ah, I'm not gonna really tell you much but it's a really good movie.
Okay, Good. Nice.
That's so so you didn't have to see the slaughterhouses.
No, I mean, I was looking for when I was at the movies.
I was looking at scored.
I'm just like I'm I can't do it.
I'm trying to enjoy the movie.
I can't do it. That's what you do.
I mean, that was smart.
I mean, since you're talking about I don't know what to say.
Something like what? It was a 40 points.
I believe way were down by 47 points at one point.
I mean, uh, some of this I said that last night.
I'm so tired, but I'm I'm just so there's no just our kid.
I can't get over this dude, man, this is this doing to just unbelievable.
Like he finally played Zo.
I mean, okay, like it is weird.
Like what he does to award.
Like like you said the other night, you would let yesterday the way he rewards player.
The weight, the picks, players to play when is just it's so baffling that I don't get it, you know, it took I mean, this is the same dude, since the same dude.
First day of the first game of the year starts no point guards when you have three point.
Because I could play.
I knew we was gonna lose a game when he did that.
When you start our lives over Tripp, who didn't bear eBay, he didn't even play preseason.
And you started.
I mean, it's just those type of things.
Tim is just so confusing me with this guy.
This guy doesn't play so, like, 18,000 games. Street.
Now you plays a I mean well, let me let me ask you.
Let me ask you like the caller this axe Me.
You're James Dolan.
What is your next steps right now? What do you do? You know, Come here, James Dolan to stay out of it.
But how can you stay out of it? You can't stay out of it.
If you're the owner and this is happening, you've got to do something.
Well, here's something you don't want. Only one.
The owner is the only one that could discipline Steve Mills.
Nobody else came.
Well, I don't know what to do.
I was thinking about it today, though, right? So this one thinking about.
And this is what's gonna happen.
I I feel like this is gonna have because I've been reading the articles about myself.
You, Jerry, what's gonna happen? I want people to understand Steve Mills is not going.
No, People got to get that plane.
What's gonna happen with the mother was always having those details.
Is that you're gonna take him to a different? You gonna move into a different part? Okay, so all rights, it's about what would you do if you had changed, old man? What are you doing about that farm? James Dowland? I'm moving, Steven, that I'm being realistic of whom changed all of this.
I am moving in, um, Steve Miller store, different apartment.
Maybe you could go back to the business side, which he used to do.
I am hiring you saw.
Decide Nigeria's president.
Given whatever you want, I want people to know if Phil Jackson got $60 million you're gonna be looking around that.
So are you beside you, Jerry.
I want people to know that giving Miss I j 65 or whatever it is make sure, Scott, Period, I like stop Harry as the general manager and fired David Fizdale.
Uh, the end of the year, Steve.
I mean, David Fizzy does not know how to run Exynos.
He's not that kind of coach.
Um, what I would do, I would most likely try as far as the head coach, I would kind of put for David Blatt.
But I've been hearing things.
I mean, I've been talking to 80 86.
Everything's about They were black.
What? I wouldn't work out, but I would hire them black, and then I would make I will personally make Tom Thibodeau the highest paid assistant coach in the MBA and making my assistant coach so that he could teach defense, even though.
Okay, so I want one thing.
One place where I disagree with you with.
If you're gonna hire a new head coats, you don't hire the assistant coach for them.
You let them hire their own staff.
Okay, You can You can.
You got you can't.
You may make some suggestions and say, Hey, you know, we wouldn't mind, You know, What do you think about this guy? That guy.
But you gotta let the coaches hire their own staff because out of the assistant coaches, the assistant coaches have to speak the language of that head coach.
Assistant coaches have to.
They don't want their gotta teach division, right? The assistant coaches do a lot of the teaching.
They have to teach the vision at a head coach.
They gotta teach it to the players.
So if I'm a head coach, I want people that I know are going to speak my vision.
You know, I'm saying so you gotta hit the head, Combs.
Bring on the assistance.
I don't think I don't think the jury is coming to the Knicks.
You mean, not that he couldn't He He could probably do a good job.
He's the best general manager in the N B. A.
I don't think he's coming to the nex.
I heard that, you know, gentle is wanted for a long time and he had a chance.
He had the chance One time he had the chance to get him and he didn't want to give up a draft pick to get him.
I think it was a first round draft.
You know, I want a round draft pick to get him, but he had the chance.
You didn't want to give up a first round draft pick.
E I can't blame you for that.
Yeah, I guess you can't argue too much, but I don't know, man.
You know something I think would just all frustrated at the fact that this team wasn't supposed to be this and I You know what? I want to go back to Sun. You said earlier.
I call obviously wholehearted to say that the next time you lose murder, I wasn't mad because I was like, Wow, there's gonna hatch.
Money was averaging 2029 in the West.
I was just I was imagining what he was gonna do in the East.
Yeah, not world ahead of any out of road.
I mean, look as far as power forwards and East, who you have real competition is Johannes and Blake Griffin.
That's it. And now ****y P.
Jules, when I had a really clear shot to be our all star this year, he did.
And people that are gonna told the money don't don't deny him that.
We all thought he had to stop being all started here and then, you know what I remember saying on the chat? There's two things I was not worried about Next coming instances, I wasn't worried about rebounding like you got all these big guys.
We should be literally top five and rebound should have mentioned it.
We should have been top five everybody.
I wasn't even worried about us ever losing a rebounding battle, any given game.
I was not worried about that, and I was not worried about us putting the ball when I should have worried about which I did worry about what, Me, you and Kim.
00 I always go back to a meeting on, Kimmel said.
Around this time, like a year or two ago that we needed a system.
That's what I should be worried about.
What that we because we have the guys to put the ball to do.
I don't care what nobody says.
We have the guy that put the ball through.
We just needed the system to make the shots easy.
Like seven is so sad that we barely have breakaway don'ts.
We really have alley.
Oops, we barely have fast break points that so you besides of a bad E.
I told your son that doesn't have a system.
It doesn't run. That doesn't play defense.
And we have to struggle so hard to get easy baskets or to do easy things we should be.
We're pick and roll players and we don't run the pick and roll.
That is insane to me.
We have pick and roll players that don't run the picket rope.
The oh, I don't know if Guillermo said it when we face the Celtics, Why didn't we played a pickle roll against in this camp? You know, I don't know.
I mean said so many times How many times with David Fido when we had and his kids of tea, We're killing this on the bigger world with cancer, and then we face in his capture and we don't explode him.
Yes, that's a bad team.
That's a that is a terrible teeth.
That's bad coaching as bad coach back coach, if you know if you know there's a strategy.
But I'm gonna also say this and you know, I caught flak all the time or, you know, things I would say about in his cancer, right, But the Celtics are a better defensive team.
And just because you run screen of all against An S cantor doesn't mean that you're automatically going to be successful because hey, is an S cantor.
You know, I'm saying it doesn't mean that they do a much better job playing help defense.
They do a much better job having each other's back.
They'd do a much better job fighting over screens and see what the next.
One of the reasons why he was so terrible is because it wasn't the guy while he would.
He would go up to help somebody else out while his guy was rolling the backside defenders was supposed to help out to make sure that his role man, the roll man, didn't get the ball telling as Cantor recovers, right? I'm not saying that cancer was a great defender.
I'm just saying we didn't have that.
That Nick's way didn't have that team defense to help him out, either.
The Celtics, they have it.
So just because you say Well, we said a man and pick and roll because we had in this can't throw out there doesn't mean it was gonna be successful, you know, it doesn't.
It doesn't mean it was gonna be successful.
Big shots of mighty Knicks.
He said, fire whoever hired Fizdale over coach.
But, well, you know, coach, but may not have wanted to come to the Knicks.
Hey, some guy say, Want to go see him? Just one more thing.
Good, good, good.
So you know what's crazy? I was listening to that.
Um I know you know.
What's his name? Jonathan Macarena.
He doesn't the podcast.
Yeah, he said something so interesting since I've really thought about this and then it I will give the Knicks this right.
When it comes to a head coaching, they actually are very good at picking coaches.
Because if you think about it, right, the Knicks, Who did the Knicks originally want? It's the Steve Kerr.
You didn't happen to have a big question The next wanted Boudin next one of Buddha host.
And I didn't I didn't work.
I mean, I can't blame him because he picked you honest over the next.
I can't blame him.
And we ended up with David fiddle.
So the mix I'll give this next winning when they want a first option coach.
They know if they pick good coaches.
Yeah, when it comes to weigh the good of the Plan B, but also, I mean, you know, Steve Kerr Kit came in and, you know, with the roster that we had, that could have been just as bad.
I mean, you look at the roster they have now.
He's not make doing any miracles out there.
Of course, they have a terrible roster, you know, But he's not doing any miracles.
You can't Well, I don't have a super team, has a really good team.
So I mean, I'm not saying and maybe he would have been able to work this roster coach.
But Steve Kerr, maybe they would have been able to make this roster work together a little bit better, who knows? But I don't know him there.
I don't know, But, uh, it's bad, man.
The Knicks tonight got down by as many as 47 points, ladies and gentlemen, 47 points.
They got smacked by the Milwaukee Bucks, and I don't even know if you want to look at the numbers behind everything that happened tonight because it was a mean it was it was, You know, it was crazy.
I barely even paid attention to the game.
To tell you the truth, you know, I kind of just like going about did other things.
It was just terrible.
Terrible to watch anyway, the next ladies and gentlemen, they got down about 47 points.
8% from the field, 25.
7% from the free throw line.
There were 22 of 33.
They have 41 rebound, only 41 rebounds, teenagers, seven blocks.

That 13 turnovers.
The Buckshot 50 50 55.
8% from the field, 45.
5% from the free throw line.
I'm telling you, if you go back and you look at my pregame I was scared of the box.
I had a feeling that this could happen.
Looking at the box score tonight, the Knicks Kevin knocks.
He played 23 minutes.
He only had five points, three rebounds.
Julius Randle played 25 minutes.
He had 19 points.
The only shot 41.
7% from the field.
Uh, I only had five rebounds.
He also had three turnovers.
Todd's Gibson played 20 minutes.
He had seven points, nine rebounds.
Barrett played 19 minutes. He had two points, one assist.
Dennis Smith Jr played 25 minutes.

Alonso chair played 11 minutes.
He had 10 points.
Iggy You played 18 minutes.
He had six points and three rebounds.
Kadeem Allen played 15 minutes at nine points and two assists.
Now let's look at the beating that Milwaukee put on us.
He played 17 minutes. He actually started.
He actually started. He hadn't.
You know, this is I think it's first game starting since he's been back.
He had 16 points.
Attention from the field.
Seven rebounds, three assists be honest, isn't a couple.
He had 29 points, only played 21 minutes 29 points in 21 minutes before Team from the field, three for 4.
3 point line came into the game shooting 28%.
Shot 75% tonight.
15 rebounds, three assists.
Robin Lopez played 22 minutes.
He had four points, three rebounds.
Westley Mantes had six points, one rebound.
He had six points, seven rebounds of four assists.
Even sends, though he had 11 points, two rebounds.
Elia Soba had 3.
He had 14 points, four assists.
These Air Wilson had 19 points.
Falco over played 20 minutes.
He has six points.
Their entire roster got a chance to play and the entire roster scored.
Dragan Bender had three points.
The NASA's and sent the couple had 10 points.
We rebounds Yannis, his little brother, the entire roster, Lea and played well.
I don't know. Ladies and gentlemen.
Not sure where we go from here.
Two questions, man.
Have we reached rock bottom? And what do you do if your coach, David Fizdale.
That's what I mean.
I'm sorry If you are the big man's.
If the big man, the big man James Dolan, I'm gonna find itself, then I'm getting out of here.
Ladies, gentlemen, I got a two hour trip.
I've got to get on the road.
All right, Nate.
And we come to you real quick.
I'm gonna ask you three questions.
I want to answer these three questions.
Have we hit Rock Bottom? What do you do if you're James Darwin? And what's our chances? I think our next game is against the Nuggets.
What's our chances against the Nuggets? Go for it. Okay.
We have hit rock bottom.
Um, if I'm Dolan, I give Fizdale and Perry, um, the end of the season to get.
And the only way the only way I keep Fizdale for next year's if we make the playoffs, which that ain't gonna happen, you would have to change it around that much in order to get us in the playoffs ready to get this job.
And then after that I would I would look, I would get Tom Thibodeau on the phone and see what his interest would be with a mix.
And also to I keep an eye on Frank Vogel with the Lakers because everybody knows that J kids on the staff and I think they want a kid to be the head coach.
Um, so Vogel might be a guy that might be dead man walking.
So even if as good as the Lakers is so I would definitely keep an eye on him because I would love to have Frank Vogel if the Lakers were for some reason to let him go and make J Kidd the head coach and then as faras Denver.
Hell, no. We have no chance.
You heard you heard it here first.
You heard it there first.
Mark, I'm coming to you. May.
How many you? Three questions for you, my man.
Three questions make.
We're gonna make him quit cause I got to get on the road.
One had the Knicks hit rock bottom two.
What do you do if you're James Dolan and three, What's gonna happen first? Did nuggets listen there? I'm just answer 13 Just know that an atomic bombs Oh, I'm gonna be here to glorify role.
I'm just waiting.
How many bombs? Like? It's hard.
His heart when? His heart.
Okay, so So what are you doing? If you're James, don't put yourself in James.
What are you doing, man? I'm a business man.
I'm a business watching James Dowland.
He was lied to in the beginning, the beginning of the sea Because two to you gentlemen and then president lie to him lighting so with him.
Now, I think he's upset.
But you don't like what he said.
And plus the garden you don't like when people get up and leave in the garden.
You don't like that? You don't like that? Listen, that woman with a jury, I don't I don't think a jury's come in because he's doing that for the Raptors.
The pain? I don't think open it.
The only light we adjourn don't like mature about that.
I don't think majorities coming away.
I think Toronto is gonna give him 20 mil period.
It's just waste, you know, make sure Raptor given his mind.
But I just feel like atomic bomb is gonna happen in so many ways.
Just just preparing ourselves.
This was serious.
I mean, come on.
You're just on cheese and last E.
You coming on? Oh, yeah. I'm coming.
Huh? I'm coming, huh? Does the past house is going to rear its head? As usual Was history always repeats it, and it sure does.
But, you know, good night's him, You know? I'm Yeah.
All right, man. I'll be.
Ah, probably tomorrow night.
I'll be doing a little pregame game preview with something like that.
So I catch you tomorrow night.
Let me see what we got.
A G three questions, Three questions.
I'm sure you heard it.
But I ask it again, Have we hit rock bottom? What are you doing? If you're James Dolan Nuggets, what happens with the nuggets? Um, I think we've hit rock bottom, making it worth this.
I mean, that's my guess.
Is it You start seeing some dysfunction like home, because, I mean, even though we've been bad, there hasn't really been in the I mean beside the press conference, if you want to call at this function.
But that hasn't really been any like, um, nothing off the court.
That has been bad.
That's the only thing that could make this worse.
There's something off the court happens, but I'm talking about on the court.
I don't see how this gets first.
I mean, I guess maybe somebody getting injured like RG and something to make it worse.
But if I if I were just talking about performance on the court, I'm so this is pretty bad.
Okay, So how do you do if your if your danged old man what you doing from James Dowland? Uh, I'm James Holden.
Males got to go.
Um, I actually left is finished the season.
I don't see the the benefit of firing him in season.
Unless you're gonna **** us, we're gonna hire a new coach as well.
Um, so I'm at this point of 4 17 Um, I've been just about finished the season.
Now, um, I could trade that line.
All these vets are on the table, including Julius Randle.
I'm see what you who are willing to give up.
Um, I think Everington Morris orders.
I think they all have to go.
Um, I didn't mean need as many draft picks is possible.
And then I mean, just play the young guard the biggie play.
Um, I want to see Peter's from the D League. That window.
Let him come up and get some run.
Um, I mean, what do we have to lose? What's the point of playing of vets if you're gonna be the worst thing? And and then and then what about, um, the nuggets real quick? What's happening with the Nuggets? Um, we'll come up with some fake intensity.
So in fact, car, um, they were, like, the first quarter or two, and then we end up looking like 15 to 20.
All right. Yeah.
GMO last one man coming to you saying three questions.
I am saying three questions may.
Then I'm out of here.
First of foremost, we're getting destroyed by the nuggets.
I I feel what I was trying to say, but now we're getting Smith act by the Nuggets.
Maybe we don't have No one says you might might play 1/4 as good and we were gonna get destroyed.
Any other questions you asked? Ah, what would I do about James Dolan was the other question.
What do you do it with James Dolan? And have we hit rock bottom um have you hit rock bottom? No, because I think I still got to see our Gene Randall throw hands.
So once that happens that we're gonna see, then that's gonna be true Rock bottom.
But if I was doing, um, I think there's a lot of discord between the GM and the coach and Mills.
And when I got to get rid of Mills, I gotta allow a team to properly run the G m s to be a proper hierarchy.
I can't have them as my know the little finger.
You know, I could have him if he's gonna be a guy's gonna help me snitch on guys and give information.
But he has a powerless role, but the guy has power, you know, he signed Tim Hardaway Jr is a terrible contract.
You know, you should not be allowed any more executive positions.
I don't care how many times he's I was down in front of, you know, maybe helps, you know, junior wife or whatever, you know.
And it held you down with secrets.
That stuff that's the Goldman run.
You run your place I want is a proper authorization.
Um, I would say You know, I don't know about the whole Messiah Jerry and that stuff, man.
But his ass ago, Because the offensive that the offensive sets is stagnant the terrible from the scene.
Um, you mess with development of a few young players.
This team is nowhere near as bad as last year in terms of on paper, and yet they're playing way worse.
And guys from last year and we had, you know, tanking last year.
So I would definitely look into replacing fizz.
Oh, about so scrutinized Perryman because you know all this, You know? I mean, I've heard things about Perry.
Um, and I've turned on very in terms of powerful bomb.
Don't wanna fight unnecessarily so yet, but Perry has to do I would give the power to Perry, and Perry has to bring in the particles have to vet these guys.
You know, I'm going to use use n ba resource is to vet the candidates, you know? I mean, you mean they say you when you're sick, you go to a doctor, then you get a second opinion.
Third opinion, youse guys in the n b a building me a cachet and say, Look, I know I screwed up as an owner, you know, But I'm looking to get help.
Um, I mean, obviously, do some private, but get these guys to vet your candidates and ask him.
Hey, what does this guy do? Well, you know, is the awful guy, is he, uh Is he work well with? Does he just want stars? We'll work well, developing players that these guys out forget it is a big name.
You know, it was a shock of smart.
You know what I think is that Texas right now, you know, take a chance.
But make sure you probably vet these guys because, look, you need somebody's gonna help develop these guys and build a proper system, proper culture.
So when you bring in the question, both free agents like juice Randall, they know where they're sitting or they gotta leave, or they got to be our is not gonna be comfortable for them.
I mean, Jews, we're in right now.
I just picking on him soon.
But you know, a guy just Randall itjust.
He's playing like he doesn't really give two ****s.
Even more explained.
He doesn't give a **** because it was gonna be out.
But you gotta clear out somebody's cat.
These these guys we gotta get, you know, Morris trading for, as, you know, whatever draft picks Allentown thinking to get much.
But, you know, I want to look to move guys like Brando.
Hey, we got a properly rebuild.
We got a bill listing the right way, but with the right structure, the right, Ah, culture, right, mindset.
And that has then that's gonna permeate from me all the way down to the players and take examples.
Take examples from the Miami Heat. Those guys don't have.
Those guys are always playing hard.
They they have a regiment, they have things down pack.
So when guys come in, they know where they fit in.
So what I do Those things I would do if I was doing it only has to look like I can't meddle in.
But I gotta hire the best possible guys to do the best basket.
Best basketball job for this team.
Well, what was that you said about Fizdale? His wife, though I say anything about visit went.
No, I said, I said Dolan, I said that Steve Mills, that Steve Mills.
You know, I can't hire a guy just because he might be, you know, helping me cheat on my wife.
Or, you know, maybe, you know, hiding the gun for me.
I'm just only joking around, but I just I don't have a good relationship, but that shouldn't be a relationship.
But, you know, you guys could party off the scene, you know, do you little whatever.
Whatever, you know, get them.
You know, whatever you chicks, whatever you do, whatever.
But, you know, that shouldn't be a guy I'm doing business with.
That's why I could be a Boon, ****.
But I am breaking business money and doing I feel you, man.
Well, I'm gonna get out ahead.
Mags, I got to get on the road.
You'll be safe, man.
Please me Say I appreciate you, man.
I'm get up outta here.
I'm gonna take one last phone call.
Did amount call y'all? I would enter, But next, What's popping? What's up? Harry does going on.
What was that? Would you my man? You there? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm here.
Um, just a quick thought.
I really started by your question.
I really thought about a question about having a possible replacement for the president.
That cooperation for the next.
I would think about the ba*****t.
I just wanna know.
What do you think about divination? Even a Smith, even if he's a die hard fan.
Those whose at the ball? Um, he's very close with the players.
When it comes the hand being the media get all those, you know, infiltrating all the information and everything.
I really, really think divination will be a good candidate for e mails.
Credit that cold, mean replacement.
I got I got to disagree with you.
I don't think Stephen A.
Smith would do a good job.
I think he's too emotional.
I think he's Hey, I don't know.
Maybe a prank moment.
I'm a diehard next man.
In college, all my buddies making fun of me for being next man.
I've been in next sense.
Yeah, they met at the heart.
You got the passion. He got the emotion.
Thanks for real.
I was really listening to you Talking took a shower and the name Stephen a Smith pop into my head.
I don't know First of all, James Dolan a higher Stephen A Smith with the way he smashes the Knicks in the media is no way that James going higher. Stephen A.
That more Max Kellerman air.
God, Stephen, go look at some of his Go look at some of Stephen A Smith's videos.
Hey, man, I got a rock, all right? Because I got to get on the role, But I appreciate the call.
Aren't limber. I'm a piece.
There is no way, no way, no way at all that James Dolan would consider hiring Stephen A. Smith.
I'm telling you that right now there is no way Stephen A.
Smith kills the Knicks in the media.
He kills the Knicks.
Hey, no way, James.
Only that high, Stephen A. Smith.
I don't think Stephen A.
We do a good job anyway, I'm not at all.
I don't know, man.
Anyway, I'm out of here.
Ladies and gentlemen, I catch you guys probably tomorrow night.
I don't gain preview nuggets and all that good stuff.
I'm about to get on a roll.
Thank you guys, for joining me tonight.
And I mean, the game is over, man.
So you can rest easy now.
