going on Bills, fans.
Welcome back to the stream.
Thank you for joining me today.
Hopefully, you guys watch the game hopeful you were as entertained as I was because it was a great game.
Uh, pretty much all around.
I could not really complain too much.
I was happy from the start.
Happy in the middle.
Happy at the end, Obviously.
Ah, Bills take down the Denver Broncos.
So I kind of looked like a little bit of, ah, blowout game.
Um, it was a close game. Kind of old.
Throughout the halftime at halftime, it was six to nothing.
Um, so a lot of field goals getting exchange there, the bills finally on the end zone two times.
Ah, third quarter and fourth quarter.
So it was good to see a good game.
Um, kind of all around.
We saw good game on offense from everybody.
Josh had a productive game.
Not outstanding game, but he did face one of the best defense is in the league.
Least top five defense in the past defense.
So he played it. Smart game.
He did have one interception.
Kind of like a miscommunication sort of thing.
It didn't look like it was just, Ah, horrible thrown ball.
It looked like John Brown was supposed to kind of go up a little bit more.
And maybe Josh overthrew him just a bit.
But it's okay, Josh one, I believe.
54 or five games without an interception.
So I mean, he's gonna have them every once in a while.
Every quarterback does.
Josh is to learn, and he's still growing.
Um, so he had a good game, Josh.
Finish would finish 15 for 25 only miss 10 passes.
A few of those were bad drops.
We saw a few drops from Cole Beasley.
Um ah, few from Singletary as well, But ah, so he only missed 10 10 passes.
He had 185 yards.
The two touchdowns wanted John Brown Wonder Cole Beasley.
And like I said, the one interception.
So all I know you can't be upset with the way that Josh played.
Uh, the second half of the year.
The second strap, uh, stretch.
So far, he has played pretty darn.
Um, he has won games.
He has not really thrown interceptions.
He's not turned the ball over.
He looks like he's in control of that offense, and he's really kind of you can see that he's learning to read the defense.
You can see that he is kind of becoming more mature as a starting quarterback, and we knew that it was bound to happen.
We knew that it was going to come, but I just didn't know when they're how long it would take.
But here we are.
Year two, almost done for Josh.
Oh, he's looking very good for the future.
And, ah, Bills fan should be very excited with the way that Josh Allen is playing through these past few games.
And all in all, I mean, the offense played well altogether.
I mean, the run game.
I would say the wrong game probably won this game for them.
Yes, Josh through to enter through the two touchdowns, but the Bills that 244 combined rushing yards.
Singletary one over 100.
He had 21 carries for 106 yards.
So great game from him.
Or he is now number three in the all time rushing list, so he had 15 carries for 65 yards.
Josh had nine Terry's from 56 yards.
Robert Foster had the one carried for 22 yards.
So 244 care our 244 yards overall running is awesome.
Ah, you love to see that from from the Bills because they're kind of finding their identity as a team, a zone offense, which they were really lacking to start the year.
That first stretch where they were kind of losing games were saying I was saying to I was not a fan of Brian table at all.
I was saying, What is this? Spence? He doesn't know how to split, split up the game plan, whether it be your past first team or run first scene.
But we saw that a lot today where they run first team.
It was a lot of first and run second down, run third down past that first down than having a lot, um, which I'm not a huge fan of, but obviously, if it's working, keep going for it way.
We obviously need need those first downs.
That, like that, wins your football against what it seemed like a lot of times it was the same play run over and over on first down, and smart teams will catch on that.
Um, obviously, the Broncos have a very good defense.
I was worried that Josh was kind of getting get flustered back there and not know howto handle that defense, but he did a good job reading it.
It could be that, possibly because Brian David, office coordinator, is now sitting up in the booth.
And I think that's huge because throughout this whole year has been down on the field.
He has kind of iffy.
And now these past two games, uh, this Denver game in the Miami game last week, he's been up in the booth, and it kind of gives him a whole aerial view.
It gives him a whole chance to break down the defense and kind of see it from a bird's eye view, which is very important.
And it gives them a chance to radio to Josh while Josh is in the huddle while Josh is lined up under understand er they will come talk to him the whole time.
You can tell him what he sees.
Josh can kind of rig what he sees and learned from that.
And that's huge.
Um, I think that's kind of where we saw Josh really develop a whole lot more through this game just from Brian Table.
Being able to help him a lot more from being up in the booth and having that birds.
Have you given him the reeds that he needs? Seen what the safety's doing.
See when what the defensive line is doing, if they're gonna send pressure or not and just did a good job.
I mean, we saw we.
We've seen this guy threw his whole career that he can escape pressure at any time.
Doesn't matter who's coming at him.
Whether it's von Miller was going out of a few times today, Josh can escape from practically anybody.
The Broncos only had one sack, so that is awesome to see.
Uh, Hector, thank you very much for the 100 tickets on the whistle.
I very much appreciated my friend.
Hopefully you are a Bills fan.
Um, but if not, maybe I just converted you Bill saying, but thank you again.
But the Broncos let one sack today, so that looks awesome from Bill's offensive line.
They've been playing fairly well so far.
I mean, they opened up a lot of holes for the offense today for the run game, at least.
Like I said, Singletary broke 100 yards.
He was over 100 yards at 106.
So no rushing touchdowns, which we usually like to see, but nothing.
No rushing touchdowns today, but big game from Cole Beasley.
Beasley had 76 yards, six catches and the touchdown.
So for the first time we see him leading the team in receiving, which is awesome to see that we're kind of splitting it up a little more.
It hurts I I know John Brown no longer has the streak of at least 50 yards receiving.
He is at 39 for two catches today, so definitely cool to see Ah, he was one of two players in the league have at least 50 yards receiving in every game so far, no longer but still a productive game.
I mean, he had the touchdown and thank the Lord Josh Ellen complete the long ball 34 yards to John Brown, Indians own corner of the end zone touchdown and we've been waiting to see that because Josh has looked very bad in the long balls.
And everybody knows I love Josh Ellen more than anybody, and I will fleck to this guy until I die.
But he cannot have hit the broadside of a barn if it was 70 yards downfield on.
So it was definitely honestly to see that he hit that, especially since it's for a touchdown.
Josh might be coming around a little more.
It was over Chris Harrisons.
Well, Chris Harris Jr was covering John Brown pretty much the whole game.
He was shadowing him, so it was good to see that Josh kind of took a shot there over one of the top quarterbacks in the league.
Hey, wasn't too scared to do that.
And I think that that might be part of what? The talk that trauma German head with him, saying, I want you to go out there and play more fuel list.
That does not mean play reckless.
That means place for us.
That means go back to what you were doing.
Go back to being the strong kind of swaggy quarterback that you are.
Make those big plays make those highlight plays just don't jump over linebackers like we've seen him.
D'oh! Um, but I think it's it's it's good to see that Josh is finally coming along.
He had a few very nice passes today where you kind of threaded the needle on, just barely got it in there.
But we see this from Josh really being so athletic, and whether he is the most accurate quarterback or not, he's going to make place for you.
And as long as he's under center, I have faith that this team has a chance.
Um, no matter how much this team has been lacking this year in offense, um, Alan obviously gives them the best chance to win.
So having him out there, I know that whether we're gonna go for four deep and have just try to make a big play downfield and it's third down, either he's gonna hit the guy or he's gonna run to himself, and he's gonna get that first down we saw in today.
He made an outstanding play.
One of the best place I've seen Josh Allen make, um, it was third down, kind of back in their own.
I think they're on their own 15 somewhere around there.
Josh kind of drops back, moves over to his left.
The right end comes in from Denver.
Kind of put some pressure on him.
He makes him miss.
Von Miller came in on the other end.
Josh makes him miss, makes another defender mess and he runs for 15 yards.
So this guy is got the big armies get. You can run.
He's a big body that can take a few.
It's hopefully not too many.
I hope that he kind of, ah, Theeighty plays it safe.
We saw him take a nasty hit this year and had that concussion.
But I am fairly confident with the way that Josh has been playing these past few games.
I'm ecstatic to see how he's going to grow.
They do a short week this week.
We're playing Thanksgiving and ah, Paradise.
See that you're in the stream.
So, Perry, your Cowboys are going down on Thursday.
They just had a heart breaker to the Patriots, which I was pulling for the Cowboys, obviously, but I think the Bills could do it.
Josh Ellen's gonna be psyched.
It's gonna be a fun game.
No matter what, but, uh, we got a lot to look forward to with this team.
This defense looked outstanding today.
Obviously, Brendan Allen is not an elite quarterback, and we know that.
But held Brandon Allen do on Lee 82 yards.
He had the one interception Tru Davies void, making his case for a Pro Bowl, Um, shut down the run game a little bit, too.
Lindsay was the leading rusher for 57 yards.
The guy didn't look great.
Obviously, he's had he had a good year. Last year.
Royce Freeman was their second Russia for 20 yards, so all in all, they had 85 yards rushing.
So I was very happy with the way this defense played today.
This defense has had their great games, like today, Um, and then they've had their games.
Were there letting up 30 points or whatever, But I mean, you're gonna have those games.
You're not gonna have a team that's dominating the whole year.
You're the room, then Patriots whatever.
But the bills have a lot to look forward to.
Um, somewhat of a tougher schedule to finish out the year, but we're sitting at eight and three.
We most likely just need two wins and we're in the playoffs.
And that's what I've been saying me to the playoffs.
Let me see what they can dio.
They need that playoff experience anyway.
Josh Allen with I think he would really thrive from getting in the playoffs and getting that experience.
So get this defense in there, see what they can do against the top offense.
Um, I mean, they shut down a lot of teams this year.
Um, obviously, New England is not quite on elite offense.
They're not a great offense this year, but they held them.
They hope they've held teams all year.
The leading receiver for the Denver Broncos today was Courtland Salton.
Obviously, he's been one of their best wide receivers this year.
He had 27 yards and only one catch tray.
Devious White shut him down completely, just like he does for every gallon.
Covers is here. He shut down, code out Beckham.
He's shut down Courtland starting again this week, and the leading receiver on their team was Cortland sudden, but the most receptions was 33 receptions by no offense for 14 yards, so that defense Thank you.
Um, You guys, you guys been awesome this year, so I'm really interested to see how they play against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday.
I always have the number one offense in the NFL.
They only scored nine points against the Patriots today, But obviously that Patriots defense is something else s o.
Like I said, it should be a very interesting game.
Hopefully, they don't totally ruin my thanksgiving because I like Thanksgiving, and I like to eat the food, so I hope I don't I'm not crying over there with the bills.
Horrible loss, but, um I mean, we look at what? What kind of happened in the NFL today? We're in a great position for a playoff spot.
Um, I mean, huge loss today by the Oakland Raiders.
They got blown out, but it by the New York Jets, 34 to 3.
So Rangers dropped to six and five.
Right now, the Bills are still sitting in that playoff spot.
They got a two game lead in the playoff spot there, sitting in the five seed right behind them, Pittsburgh Steelers at six and five, who, by the way, we play in a few weeks.
So that is a very important game.
Um, but you got the Steelers.
You got the Raiders at seven.
You got the colds at eight.
Um, you got Tennessee at nine.
Who you don't want to totally sleep on because those four teens are all six and five.
So, yes, they're two games behind the Bills, but they're still in the race.
There's there's still four teams that could easily make a push for that playoff spot, but the Bills just gotta play their game.
Like I said, they have a tougher schedule coming up here.
Uh, obviously Thursday, they play Dallas.
So they have a short week here.
But ah, going to Dallas on Thursday.
Then they come home next Sunday or not next Sunday, two Sundays against Baltimore Ravens.
And this Ravens team kind of looks scary.
I'm a little nervous for this game, but it's it could be different.
I mean, any given Sunday, You never know in the NFL.
Um, after the Ravens, we go to the Steelers, so that's a huge game.
Um, obviously need to win that game.
I think it's very capable to win that game.
Their defense is good, but so is the Broncos defense.
It's kind of the same thing like today.
Ah, good defense.
I mean, obviously, Steelers offense is probably a little bit better.
Her Sorry, yes, Steelers often is a little bit better than Denver Broncos, but Steelers defense is still good.
Josh has to play.
Smart game defense has shut down.
Mason Rudolph shouldn't be too hard.
Um, Week 16 Patriots in New England.
We know how that goes.
It's always tough to win in New England, but it's possible.
I mean, if that Sze going to be a very important game.
But if that's a season saving game, you never know.
The Bills became within a touchdown of beating the Patriots last time they faced him, so that could be uninterested game.
And then we finish out the year at home against the Jets.
That could be a playoff clinching game, Um, and the atmosphere at New Airfield to be absolutely
