What's up, Nubes? I am Joe knew Bo.
And today we're gonna be talking about the Ravens going to face the Rams in L.
A on Monday Night football.
Of course, I'm gonna be bringing up the injury reports here.
I'm also going to be talking about just some, uh, some game plans that I've seen from Rams fans, which I do find pretty funny and interesting.
And, you know, I'll be happy to hear some of your guys takes on that.
It's Ah, it's definitely interesting because everybody seems to have the answer on how to stop Lamar Jackson and this Ravens offense, and that is, until you actually have to face them.
It's completely different.
Um, you know, so we'll get into that.
But for now, let's talk about these injury reports and for some reason, I just can't really find like a good injury report.
I used to be able to, but now it's like no matter which page I go to, they all suck.
I don't know what it is.
It doesn't list, you know, and I don't think that they are, um, they don't have the I did see something about Michael Pierce being listed as doubtful. So I don't know.
I don't have the participation status, man.
That's what sucks.
But anyway, so let me read what they got going on here.
And it looks like that they didn't even practice on Friday.
So they're really You didn't practice on Friday.
And you think you're gonna be ready to face the Ravens? I'm not I don't know.
I don't like that idea.
But anyway, so basically, it looks like Brandon cooks is gonna be making his return.
I guess he did have a concussion not too long ago.
And a lot of people thought he wouldn't miss a lot more time, but it looks like he will be making his return.
So, um, as well as I guess Josh Reynolds mites not be playing because he was a limited participant and, ah, he also did not participate on Thursday, so he might not be playing.
Johnny Hekker is well, he didn't participate on Thursday, but, um, you know, he probably would have practiced if they had practiced on Friday, which they didn't.
This is this is a weird injury report, Guys. Sorry about that.
Ah, and it looks like Malcolm Brown, their their backup running back is not going to be playing because I guess he's about to become a dad.
And, ah, there's two injuries to track here.
I'm reading this straight off the website.
There's right tackle Rob Havenstein, who looks like he's not gonna be playing, and they're gonna be playing offensive tackle Bobby Evans instead.
And according to this website, he did a pretty good job against Khalil Mack.
So, you know, I guess they'll be fine there.
And it looks like defensive back Darius Williams will also be.
He's dealing with a little bit of an injury as well.
Uh, but aside from that, the Rams air pretty much healthy, you know? So that's good to see the they're gonna need Ah, really all their horses as much horses as they got.
So Ravens, um, so for Friday's practice and again, I don't see any of the participation status is Unfortunately, only Michael Pierce was listed as doubtful.
So to me, that means he's not gonna play, which is unfortunate.
He is a big part of that defensive line for our team.
But, um, you know, we had D'Amato Peco step in, and he did a really good job as well as Justin Ellis.
It seems like they've been kind of rotating coming in and rotating.
And they did a pretty good job last time against the Texans.
So, you know, I'm gonna I'm gonna assume that they're gonna be doing the same thing this week on Monday.
And you know, I'm not too concerned about it, to be honest with you.
So So Brandon Carr did participate fully.
Sorry, guys, you can probably hear a truck outside.
It's just I mean, I live in the ghetto like I always say Anyway, So Jimmy Smith also participated fully on Friday.
Ronnie Stanley was limited on Friday.
That's not good news.
Hopefully, he's fine.
And hopefully he plays Earl Thomas, full participant on Friday.
Marshal Yanda's Well, um, and then the only three that did not participate in practice was Michael Pierce, Mark Ingram and brand new Williams.
However, Mark Ingram and Brandon Williams.
They're not injury related, so I'm assuming they're gonna be playing.
And then Chris Moore was limited in practice is well so I mean, that's all I could find.
Guys, unfortunately, I don't have game status is for you.
because none of the websites that I go to show that.
So that sucks, but yes.
So it looks like we're pretty much gonna be healthy.
Aside from maybe Michael Pierce, he's not going to be playing most likely and maybe Chris Moore.
But Chris Moore hasn't really done anything for us this season.
Let's be honest, so I'm not too concerned about it.
Um, thank you for the tips or tip.
I don't know. Thank you, Diesel. Appreciate that.
Okay, so Ah, my nose. I just woke up.
I have, like, these allergies, dude. Sorry.
Anyway, so let's talk about some of the game plans that Rams fans have to stop this Lamar Jackson offense and, ah, how they're going to contain them.
So I was watching Sonny's.
He had, like, a little stream with a Rams fan.
He does This thing called behind enemy lines shattered to Sonny from S E. G sports.
Make sure you guys check that out and subscribe to his channel.
He was doing this stream with a Rams fan.
Who? It was actually pretty.
He was fairly knowledgeable about the Ravens.
He said that he does follow the Ravens.
He watches our games because he's a big fan of Lamar Jackson.
But his plan to stop this Ravens offense is to completely forget about the wide receivers.
You put Jalen Ramsey in the box to spy Lamar Jackson the whole game.
So this is his plan.
And and I'm just like if you do that, you're gonna leave Hollywood wide open, he's gonna burn you for at least three touchdowns.
Dude, because we've seen If you don't put attention on Hollywood Brown, he's gonna burn you over the top.
He's going to get some big yardage.
He's going to get some big gains.
So that's I don't think that's a good plan.
Also for the offense, for his his side, he says.
Then they have to, Ah, just trick.
Or they have to run some plays on Marcus Peters.
Do the double move and you know Marcus Peters will bite and then he'll get burnt.
However, I think they're used to the Rams markets Peters, who would get burned because he didn't have safety help over the top.
The difference is we have an Earl Thomas back there, and if you want to try doing some double moves against Marcus Peters, it might not work because you're you're gonna have Earl Thomas patrolling the backfield back there.
And also Chuck Clark has actually been very good for us, for the for your information.
For those Rams fans that don't know.
I know they see that Tony Jefferson is out and they're like, Oh, they're down there starting strong safety.
But Chuck Clark has stepped in and has actually been better.
In my opinion, I know it's it's fairly controversial.
A lot of people don't like Tony Jefferson, but a lot of people do like Tony Jefferson.
I am one of the people that do like Tony Jefferson, but I have to admit that the strong safety position that since Chuck Clark has been there, it's been so much better.
It's just the performance has been so much better.
The the coverage has been 10 times better.
Tackling has been great, and it's not to say that it's not to knock on Tony Jefferson because I do like Tony Jefferson as a player and a dude.
But show Clark has been so much better, man and that's just being honest.
Um, it's a shame, but it is what it is.
So yeah, I I don't believe you can just totally burn Marcus Peters as their plan is on double moves because you have two capable safeties backing up Marcus Peters back there.
So, yeah, try again.
And plus, you still have Marlon Humphrey on the other side.
You still have Jimmy Smith.
So this this is an easy man.
This is not an easy secondary to deal with.
I know you have Brandon cooks coming back.
You have Robert Woods who's supposed to play? I think he's dealing with some kind of family issue.
I'm not entirely sure if he's gonna play, but he might.
Cooper Cup is well, of course so.
But this secondary, The way they've been playing, I think we should be able to deal with their receivers.
And, ah, everybody has been talking about the big the big issue.
The big thing that everybody's afraid of is Aaron Donald.
Okay, so Aaron Donald can and potentially will be a problem, right? Because the interior of our the interior of our offensive line is definitely our weakest spot on the offensive line, right with Bradley, Bozeman and Mascara.
Although Massacre has actually played very well this season.
You know, you haven't really? You haven't seen any place that make you say, Oh, my God.
Squirrel, What are you doing? He's been great.
He hasn't had any mistakes.
As for Bozeman, though, there has been times that he's kind of got knocked on his ass on more more times than you'd like to see.
That's for sure.
So, but all But although he has been playing a lot better as of late, So and then, of course, you have Marshal Yanda, who is one of the best guards in the league.
Um, but if they're smart, which I'm sure they are, they're not gonna be lining up Aaron Donald against Janda.
You're gonna be putting him against Bozeman, who? Which is a much more favorable matchup for the Rams there, So he could definitely be a problem.
But I think we should be able to chip him, or we should be able to throw Patrick Ricard in there, who is a £300 fullback who also plays defensive tackle.
For those of you that don't know which I'm sure most of you do.
So we should We have ways to kind of help out Bozeman or Skaara or whoever they decide to line up Aaron Donald against and I know it's not.
Oh, thank you for the tip.
I appreciate that.
See, gal, um, we have the horses in the barn.
Is that the correct term? I don't think so.
We have, I don't know Any way we have the horses in the stable.
Maybe that might be the term anyway.
I think we have the players necessary to help with Aaron Donald, even though he can be an issue.
And I'm not going to say I'm not sitting here and just saying, Oh, disregard and Donald, like if you guys play Madden Oh, you have to choose disregard and Donald's commit to slowing him down or neutralize Aaron.
We have to commit to neutralizing Aaron. Donald.
We have to find a way to just stop him, because if not, he could be a game record.
He could totally wreck Lamar.
He could ah, stop Mark Ingram or Gus Edwards.
Air Justice Hill.
He could wrecker running game.
And that's exactly what we love to do.
And I know they do have the fifth best defense rushing defense in the league.
But we remember what happened when we faced against the Texans.
The Texans had the third best rushing defense in the league, and then they dropped down the 13th.
After facing us, we average 200 yards on the ground per game.
So that's all I'm saying.
So that's that's kind of my, uh you know, my reactions to that.
So I just I thought it was interesting what Rams fans air trying to think up there, trying to cook up on how to stop this offense.
Um, I just don't think it's gonna be enough.
I do expect their defence to do a pretty good job of stopping us.
However, I don't think their offense is gonna be able to score enough points to put Oppa's many as we do.
So that's just my predictions, guys.
