hello and welcome in M D Nation.
As always, I'm your host.
Dan made her and we're here with the waiver wire report video.
Now not to be mistaken with a full episode.
This is simply just the waiver wire segment that I am streaming live to you guys.
We'll make a special shout out to the Unwraps Force Network and the belly of Sports Network.
You can check us all out was we're coming strong on SportsCastr with all kinds of great content for you guys to be able to enjoy digest and being formed from, especially when it comes to fantasy football, especially when listening to my show the MDC fantasy football show, which you can find on any one of your favorite podcast.
APS Apple Podcast Google play Spotify stitchers, Reeker pine cast Anywhere you Go, the MD space football show is widely available to you guys and a special episode today.
Since it's Tuesday, we had some more information about certain players and injury news.
It's always good to be able to do this.
My report at night on Tuesday night before your guys waivers clear, so hopefully get the watch this before you have to make any pinnacle decisions in your lineups before you guys have to drop somebody that you don't mean the drop before you pick up somebody you shouldn't pick up.
I have a long list of names here, nobody off to excitement for you.
But some guys have considered, depending on the situation that you were in in your lineups moving forward.
We're only two games away from the fantasy football playoffs, so it's time to consolidate your rosters.
It's time to make smart decisions.
It's time to look forward to future.
And of course, some of you out there.
Your playoff start now, because you have to win this week and next week they'll have a chance to make it.
It's do or die time.
It's crunch time, and this is what we live for here at M D Nation from the NBC News football show.
So without further ado, let's go ahead and get right into this report.
First up, I have dairies.
Geiss at 47% owned on average.
That's right, as surprised.
I thought he was much higher owned on average than remember.
We take all of the average numbers from the major platforms, ESPN, CBS, Yahoo, NFL, pretty much all the main places that people play their fantasy leagues on. Seven.
When you guys check out these videos, they're mostly available to you guys and some of the league's that you're in.
They're going to beam or owned than others.
But Daria's guys have 47% just makes the cut off to be eligible for this episode and that somebody who definitely needs to be picked up.
Look, there's no reason for the Washington Redskins.
Do not see what they have in the future.
We already saw AP had nine carries to dairy guys seven this past week, and there's no reason my mind why I shouldn't flip moving forward.
I know Adrian Peterson's been very bullish on the fact that he's not worried about the rotation with Bill Callahan calling the shots rebuilding, and they need to see what they have in their young players.
They have the rookie quarterback starting for the rest of the season.
Because of that reason you have your rookie wide receiver that you know you will have moving forward.
The question will be is Darius Guy's going to be the running back of the future.
You have to find that out now, and I expected to take over sooner rather than later.
Now you might not be ready to play him just this week, but kind of like a Devon secretary situation.
I expected to take over sooner rather than later.
And while AP might be the equivalent of Frank or and not be going away any time soon, I do expect him to get less and less touches as you get closer to the end of the season, making Guys more of a valuable play heading into the playoffs stretch.
So something to kind of keep in mind there.
Next guy I want to talk to you guys about Zach Paschal.
He's only 36% owned on average throughout all the major platforms, and he is somebody who could very well be a very key, low end wide receiver.
Three for you this Thursday night.
Keep in mind The last time Zach Paschal had his big game was against the Houston Texans.
The first time around, we had 100 yards and two touchdowns.
We don't know if T y Hilton is going to be able to play in this game.
He did not practice today and, as of right now, should be considered doubtful for this week.
Being it is a short week for him to try to come back on.
So, as a result, Zach Paschal.
Once again we may be looking at the being the number one wide receiver.
And while he hasn't put up great numbers over the past few weeks, he's had tough matchups.
But he has been the number one targeted past catcher for this team.
I expect to continue against Houston, a game in which could be a sneak you shoot out on Thursday night.
So I think Zack Paschal somebody who can play in your life, especially with four teams on by in our last bye week that we have to, thankfully, have to deal with.
So Zach Paschal somebody I do think it can be picked up and played is a sneaky little flecks play and should be someone that may have some value for you moving forward as he should be the number two receiver for the Colts, even when T y Hilton comes back.
So Zach Paschal makes the list here, too.
Next, I want to talk about has some stipulations that come with him.
Darius Layton, 25% owned.
Now the thing with him is that Sterling Shepard actually came back to practice today, and it's totally Shepard plays variously.
It would become nothing more than a low and wide receiver for with a home run flyer potential tagged to him.
Yes, he had 14 targets the week before the bye, but remember, there was no evidence and no Sterling Shepard.
And while we don't expect Evan Ingram to come back this week, there is a real chance Sterling Shepherd does now.
However, if he does not, Darius Laden with his big play capability and the fact that him and Daniel Jones have had more of a report as the weeks have gone on, should make him.
Somebody has wide Receiver three type potential but is gonna be very dependent on what the status is off Stone Shepherd heading into this week but nonetheless should be someone who's on your radars as he is only 25% owned on average, making him widely available to you.
I want to talk about is more of a stash play for you guys are looking like you will make the playoffs and needed tight and help.
And that would be David and Joko.
On average, he's yelling about 18% and he is somebody who should have a path to at least be productive when he comes back.
He could be back this week.
It could be weak 13.
But this is simply a guy that if you're already clinched or looking very good, like you're going to make the playoffs over the next two weeks, you can stash him if you need to tight and help, they need to be able to go somebody in the red zone more consistently.
There's no reason why David and Joker wouldn't become that guy.
And there's also no reason why the Cleveland offense shouldn't be able to take a little bit of a step up with their schedule getting easier and easier as this season weighs on.
So I do expect David A Joker to have some value for you and could be a stinky little pickup for your teams are playoff bound.
Next guy won't talk about his Raheem Mostert.
I know, I know he was disappointing.
He was very disappointed past weekend's the Arizona Cardinals, but keep in mind.
Tevin Coleman wasn't very good, either.
The running game in general did not work very well for San Francisco, and that's gonna be very few times.
That actually happens if Matt Brita cannot play this week and we don't know the status of that and make sure following along on Twitter at M.
D S F F show follows player news update notifications throughout the week, and I'll get you updated on the map reader status.
But if he cannot play, the Green Bay Packers are a team to have been gashed against the run, and you figured that would be the number one weapon the San Francisco $40 will have to use against them.
It means a lot of Tevin Coleman, a lot of Rahim moster.
They should have success against this Green Bay defense.
So where he most if there's no Matt Brita should be a Flex play for you, and I expect him to produce the way that he should have produced against the Arizona Cardinals this past week and expecting the bounce back.
But remember, it's on Lee.
If Matt breed, it does not play next game.
I want to talk about where the next player should want to talk about, I should say it's Hunter Renfroe, 14% owned on average, and they have a great matchup this week.
He's been worked into the rotation, and while he didn't have a big game last week, it showed me that even in a game against Cincinnati Bangles, where all they had to do was run and play defense to win that game, he's very much in that rotation.
He was not just a fly by, not just a guy who they went to for a few games streak.
There he is, somebody they're going to go to on a consistent basis from here on out.
Now, Hunter Renfroe on Lee has value in PPR leagues and on Lee has value as a plug and play for your bye week woes.
Possibly has a who's been playing really well as of late, and I expected to be able to continue this upcoming week, so Hunter Renfroe makes this list especially for you.
PeopIe are leagues out there and should be widely available.
I want talk about it, somebody we touched on a little bit already.
Sterling Shepherd, 40% owned, on average.
If he comes back in place.
He is somebody along the Golden Tate with no Evan Ingraham should see a healthy amount of targets thrown his way.
And while I don't think he has big upside for sure, because it doesn't have the explosive ability of Dairy Slate and he's not really a red zone threat.
But in PPR leagues, you're talking about a guy who could be looking at somewhere between 6 to 8 targets, and that should be enough to give him a serviceable floor for a team that's going to have to come back from behind in more games than not.
Certainly, Shepherd is somebody who I think could have some value for you.
Not somebody will waste a priority on not somebody who'd waste fat budget on, but somebody's got to keep an eye on if you're looking for a plug and play wide receiver or think that he might have some value for you down the road, depending on how your roster is constructed.
So Sterling Shepard somebody I have my eye on as well next, I want to talk about I feel very strongly about, and that's Alan Lazard.
I don't know if you really want to play him this week, But it's clear to everyone involved that Alan Lazard has become the number two wide receiver of the Green Bay Packers.
I expect the Packers offense to be very Dave down the stretch here.
They have a great schedule after they're done with the San Francisco 40 Niners, especially going into the playoffs.
That number two wide receiver on this team is going to have some value.
And that is Alan Lazard.
He's on Lee, 6% owned on average.
That is the best part about this whole situation.
This is somebody who's going to possibly have wide receiver four with wide receiver, three type of potential.
If he continues to get the targets that he has been getting.
Aaron Rodgers clearly trusts him, and he's definitely a guy who has big play capability because of his size and speed and can be a threat in the red zone.
I really like Alan was art a lot.
He's one of my sneaky pickups of the week, and like I said, while you may not want to play him this week against San Francisco 40 Niners, he's definitely gonna have some valuable weeks up ahead. Especially.
You're looking like you're going to be playoff bound Next time we talk about is on top of most people waiver wires list, and I waited till later on because it's Jonathan Williams at 4% owned.
Now, we don't know exactly if Jordan Wilkins is going to play or not.
It would definitely be on early, then expected return for Jordan Wilkins to come back from the ankle injury.
A couple things here that I want to talk about Number one is that even if Jordan Wilkins does return, he has proven that he's really not that good of a running back.
He has had opportunities to take advantage of in the past, has squandered them because of his sub level play.
And I don't think he suddenly turned a corner.
This is a guy who's been pretty much on their roster bubble all year long, and I don't think a suddenly after the performance that Jonathan Williams just had against a tough divisional opponent in the Jacksonville Jaguars, that he would take away and become the lead back.
It will be Jonathan Williams as the lead rusher, and I think this team would work better if they just stuck to two running backs, so we'll see what happens here.
But Jordan Wilkins did practice on a limited capacity today.
Just to make sure you guys are aware of that fact, however, moving forward, I do things gonna be Jonathan Williams.
And remember, Jonah Williams might have some rest of season value, quite possibly because we don't know when Marlon Mack is going to return from his fractured hand.
It may not be until the playoffs, if the culture lucky enough to make it that far, so Jonathan Worms could have value from here on out.
Quite frankly, now, if George Wilkins does play, you still have to be worried, given Frank Riggs background, that he may go to a full on running back by committee.
It would not be a structure that could be the case, which makes it a little bit worried about Jonathan wounds, which is why he's not my number one pick up of the week.
But logic should show that it should be Jonathan Williams and George Wilkins simply just backing him up in that role rather than playing.
But keep your eyes on that as we move through the weak, but he is somebody who should definitely be picked up and looked at as a key waiver wire grab.
Next I want to talk about was Ryan Griffin on Lee? 3% owned.
I talked about this in the podcast that came out earlier today in the Week 11 recap of the Sunday Night Football, Monday Night football games and the waiver wire report.
Make sure you check out that podcast and the one from yesterday when I recap all of the game Sunday afternoon, if you have not already.
But what I talked about in that one is I cannot believe Ryan Griffin is only 3% owned.
This is a guy who's had a safe floor every single week that Chris Herndon was not playing.
He's been solid five catches.
50 yards has pretty much been his floor almost every single week.
It's mind boggling to me, given the tight end situation that he's not more owned.
And, yes, he just had the big week this week.
No, I don't expect him to have Ah 100 yard touchdown games consistently, but this is somebody who's definitely utilized consistently has that floor for you and given the tight end situation is somebody who should definitely be picked up and owned and hell of a lot more than 3% of leaks.
Ryan Griffin should be one of the top pickups this week, especially for leagues that need tight end play.
Russell Gauge, 3% owned as well, and this is somebody who has a nice little schedule coming up.
Look, Russell games played against Tampa Bay Buccaneers this upcoming week.
I expect him to have a decent game now.
Yes, Ah, lot of the Target's share is going to go to Calvin Ridley and Julio Jones.
Without a doubt, Russell Gauge is going to have a low floor in case something happens like you did last week, where they just get all of the work.
But remember, even in that scenario, where Julio Jones and Calvin really were heavily targeted, Russell Gates should have had a touchdown and it was called back to the penalty.
This is a guy who's gonna be workin.
He's still going to be the third pass catcher on a past heavy offense, moving forward.
That does have good matchups to sink your teeth into.
So I do like Russell Gauge here as a homerun flyer and somebody in a bye week.
This week, you can take a chance on and hope to look for a little bit of pop.
That's something I would look at really closely with Russell Gauge, and he's widely available to you guys.
Now the last guy I want to talk about is my number one guy of the week.
He looked pretty good to me in that game last week.
There's no reason my mind that they should be going back to Tide Johnson.
He just simply has shown that when given the opportunity in that role, that he does not have it.
He's not somebody they can lean on to be their main rusher to give themselves a semblance of a running game.
But Bo Scarbrough comes off off the practice squad this past week, had a great game against a pretty good run defense in the Dallas Cowboys, and he has good ability.
Now, look, this is not a guy who has great vision, but when the hole is clear cut, he has the physicality and the talent to hit it into an extra gear and we'll give him opportunities to make big place, and he's also a better goal line back than anything else.
The Detroit Lions have anywhere on the roster, so I really do expect both scar ball with another good match up here against the Washington Redskins.
He is one good game away from solidifying himself as the starting running back for the Detroit Lions.
I fully expect that that happened here.
That's why he's my number one pick up of the week.
He's somebody who I think does have touchdown capability, and Jeff Driscoll has been able to keep this offense going over the past two weeks.
So going up against the Washington Redskins, I actually like him a lot this week.
I think he's a safe play in your flex and somebody who could have seasonlong value from here on out.
He is somebody who use a priority on.
He is somebody who could use the remainder of your fat budget on, quite frankly, at this point as we head in the week 12 because you don't know what's gonna be available Week 13 it could very well be nothing of note.
So you used your fat budget while you have it.
If you have anything left.
Go out and get this guy because you could be a key plug for your lineups this week, especially given some injuries that we've had, especially given the bye weeks coming up.
But by last by we could we have this week.
So that's gonna wrap it up for the waiver wire report video today.
I hope you guys all enjoyed it.
