What's going on, guys? It's me.
Live on SportsCastr Watching the first quarter of Chiefs and Chargers in Mexico City wanted to jump on and kind of do play by play with you guys.
Kind of check out how the game flow is gonna go and keep you guys live with my wrong reaction is just like right now with Rivers throwing it out to explore in the flat.
You know, taking that down to the goal line.
That's a very impressive opening drive so far for the Chargers.
Like I said in Mexico City, Philip Rivers looks very confident.
From what I've heard, it is a pre game interviews, he said.
There's been no confidence lost with how they played this year.
And you can tell.
I mean, with him, obviously is not making the most amazing.
This is is in the world.
But for him, he's a gun slingers and they keep trying, is gonna keep putting it out there and I could see it succeeding for him, eh? Colors being used quite a lot right now.
Like I said, Mexico City is the location for this game.
Ah, and I wanted to shout out everybody and unwraps sports network.
You could find us at SportsCastr dot com slash unwrapped.
You could find a US end at the end of any of our names.
Always gonna be a fun stream.
Every he's having a great time.
We all doing different kinds of sports right now.
But football in fantasy is definitely our main focus and especially with NFL with season being where it is right now, we're very excited to be doing everything on SportsCastr.
So I'm gonna keep you guys updated with this game.
So another hand off, we have to hand offs in a row on first and second down.
We're not going anywhere.
First time he, I think, gained a couple of things.
Now they just lost those yards back.
So it's gonna be 1/3 and 10 you know, it's still in the red zone and the charges don't expect them to pass here personally.
Mean for fantasy football, I do have a share or two of Hunter.
Henry and I have multiple shares of Keenan Allen.
Keenan Allen is a guy that perform like crazy.
The first couple weeks really fell off a bit.
Now he started to see a resurgence after the offensive coordinator got fired.
So here's 1/3 down play right here for Philip Rivers and the Chargers.
Right now, we're going to see what they can do.
Like I said, they are passing and doesn't have much going on.
So he hits a receiver for about a three yard gain, do the 10.
So we're gonna be sending out Bagley into now.
Come and kick a field goal.
So it's probably gonna be a 30 game after this, of course, nothing guaranteed with kickers nowadays.
Barring any weird stuff, it should be 30 it looks like a chip shop, but trying to hit Keenan Allen trying to get him involved early.
So that's really good to see and Lawrence joining my broadcast.
Thank you so much, Buddy.
Me and him have a phone call a little bit later on.
Wanted to jump on the hit the beginning part of this game because I do have quite a lot to do tonight.
So I just wanted to at least join you guys talk alive.
I really don't do this live game by our play by play stuff.
Too often I do use this more for hot takes.
But for me, I do enjoy being here with you guys, feeling that energy and we do have now a 30 game with that field goal, so we're going to a commercial break.
Like I said from Mexico City, I love the international Games and they've been doing a fantastic job with everything in London I England for their Siri's where the field's been fantastic.
The fans have been fantastic.
With Mexico City, there's been a good amount of hype.
I feel like it's been set up correctly, but when it comes to making sure the field is okay to play on and things like that last year were a big issue, there were a canceled game or two things.
A lot of players said about the field in the preparation from the NFL, it was apparent that they clearly should have put a lot more focus into the International Siri's.
If they're gonna go take the game elsewhere, make sure that you've done your due diligence.
Make sure that you are setting up your players for success and I think for the London Games, especially with the new Tottenham Stadium, they've done a fantastic job pinpointing, Ah, good venue for the future that can really take a lot of people and really keep this international game doing at a high level.
So I do like the moves that they've made in England.
Unfortunately for the Mexico City Siri's, it's been rocky.
This one looks like it's, ah, lot better.
I know Kansas City.
I was seeing some of their posts on Twitter are from the team as well as other players on the team.
It looks like they're having a really good time.
It looked like the Fields were was definitely up to par.
So that's one thing that I am impressed with, at least with this one, but yet has not been the prettiest for the Mexico City Siri's.
So I'm gonna talk about this division very quickly while wrong commercial break.
The chief's right now at the top at six and four with the two no divisional record and then the Raiders at six and four as well with a two in one divisional records.
So the Chiefs have a chance to obviously take first to themselves today.
But right now the Raiders are technically time.
I obviously it's not the game's not over yet, but right now the Raiders are making a push.
That's something I'm very surprised to say.
Are the Chargers at four and six with owing to divisional Sze records? So I, to be honest, I put a little bit of money down on the Chargers tonight, just a straight up.
When I didn't even take the plus minus, I just took it straight up with the money lines.
So I am excited about that.
I'm finally getting into gambling.
Ah, little bit now.
Of course, it's legal.
We have our gambling department go check out at Betz, unwrapped for our network.
You go find us on there doing cool gambling and betting advice, and we're just getting started just a couple weeks in.
But for me personally, it's just my first week, really dabbling.
I'm not the one that runs that page, but I I went positive six.
In my first week of especially sports betting, I was having a tough beginning of the week.
I hit two parlays on the last day to pretty much break me even six bucks.
Consider that my coffee for the day, so I'm happy that you know it's that extra leg in the game.
You're excited. It's fun.
But yeah, it was really quickly.
Like I said +64644 and six for the Chargers things we're obviously gonna change for the Chargers and the cheese in this division, with them both playing the Broncos at three and seven so that, unfortunately for them, they do not have a chance to win this division.
No chance to win a wild card.
It is a rather competitive division, obviously, Right now it's at the same level as the NFC East, but you probably have a better cause.
There's a three team race, but I'm definitely excited to see how this game plays out.
Pat Mahomes, who's been injured for a decent amount of this year.
I mean, a few weeks and he's back now looks very healthy, so that's very good to see ya.
And I'm very confident that he's gonna be able to tear up this defense who has underwhelmed this year.
I mean, they played good enough, but they were really, really hitting strides last year and I expected them to take it to the next level this year and they didn't so but we got just to start off with a run for them on first down, gets him up three yards.
It's just it's great to watch international football.
You see all these fans here.
It's such a melting pot of people there that are enjoying football, possibly for, you know, the first time, you know, live.
It's definitely very cool.
Turning up a little bit more commentary behind me.
So got Pat Mahomes here, hit out of the shotgun.
You know, he's most likely here gonna look for when it was rather speedy receivers or, um, there we go.
So, yeah, I was going for Tyree.
Kill hits the ground.
Not a very good pass from the homes.
That's a rarity, but it's third down now.
Third and seven for the Chiefs will see what they're gonna be able to do here.
The Chargers defense get a little pressure on that last one.
So that's good to see that something they've been lacking this year.
But Andy Reid shown a picture of him right now on the sideline.
He's definitely Ah, very good play caller.
Do you like what he's able to do, especially in the run game? So see what he does with his running back cooler this game.
There's definitely a committee there, so it's definitely a little confusing.
But let's see what they do.
I'm predicting past.
I mean, third and seven.
At this point, it's not like you're gonna if anything catching with a drop.
I don't see that really happening.
So Pat Mahomes drops back.
They do have pressure on him again, but he completes it to seven walking, so that's definitely real good.
Pass on across route.
So Sammy Watkins takes it for the first down.
Definitely good to see.
Move that move the chains for Sami walkers.
As he says, Yeah, on across route, they hits him about five yards down the field.
He takes it for an extra five after that.
And the thing about my homes is he's able to really contort his body and make these passes in such an unorthodox way.
So he's thrown with feet pretty much planted side by side, throwing sideways.
We still got a flag on the play is all the place L first town is against the she's against the Chargers, so see what they do now.
I'm gonna go with run here.
I mean, they went past past.
You never know what this Pat Mahomes led offense, but with Andy Reid, I know he likes to kind of shake it up.
So let's see what they do here on predicting run.
But they are running out of the shotgun right now, so anything, and being something like a draw misdirection something along those lines.
Okay, so they're dropping back to pass.
Okay, so, yeah, going for walk ins again? Definitely risky.
Pass almost got intercepted there.
You could tell that they saw it was coming crazy.
So yeah, Pat Mahomes was saying 8000 passing yards and 60 touchdowns in 25 games span.
That is absolutely absurd.
Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, and Pat Mahomes is the only three quarterbacks to do so.
He's just absolutely absurd.
Pat Mahomes doing things that a lot of quarterbacks have never done before.
He's so young still, so he rolls out to the right.
What a beautiful rollout.
There is a flag down, but they did have a completed pass here for a first down, so we're going to see what the flag is.
But for now, they got.
My home is very active.
He looks light on his feet.
Okay, so 10 yard penalty on the offense.
We're gonna move that back on.
Then right here.
I'm going to see them.
Probably hitting them with the run to try.
And its Damian Williams.
I'm not a fan of Damian Williams.
I haven't been since the beginning.
That's a guy that has never overwhelmed for me.
Just a subpar running back, in my opinion.
Not enough to be a belt, however.
Well, sorry, McCoy.
There we go. We're gonna bring him in. And he read.
The weird part was he was a healthy scratch last week, which definitely rubbed a lot of reporters the wrong way, and we weren't sure what to make of.
It was a last minute healthy scratch.
There's almost load management, in a sense, like the quiet Leonard plan.
Holmes goes deep.
Okay, So almost had Tyree kill overthrown by about five yards, but he's cranking back there through about 50 yards, trying to hit Hill on a straight streak.
I think he's gonna have to this point, try and probably hit that again.
They're showing the homes in pregame right now throwing it 70 yards, 70 ****ing yard.
Babba Holmes is on riel.
Padma Homes really is just a talent that people can't shut up about, including myself, cause the things is able to do at such a young age, it's, I feel like we've never seen it before.
It's effortless, seamless, warm.
So we got a time out by Los Angeles here about seven minutes left to go 3 to 0/3 and very long for Pat Mahomes and the Chief's here.
So, I mean, they're gonna most likely have to do a pretty big chunk play here.
I would be surprised to see something like a halfback screen.
Anything creative to try and get yards back here in the least, you know, make it a little easier for their puncher.
We're definitely a really good game so far from the Chargers defense.
I mean, obviously, Pat Mahomes getting it done, But now this is the 2nd 3rd down that they've forced.
They're definitely making them work for it on this drive and where the Chargers D.
It's definitely something that's been a little bit of a concern, so I was really excited to see how they can hold up against Pat Mahomes.
And if Pat Mahomes look fully healthy, which it looks like he's moving around very well, he's performing a high level.
He's working out of the shock on here, so let's see what they do.
All right, moving around the pocket goes back.
Looking for yelled or the backup tight end.
It was just about at the first down marker, but missed him.
So that's gonna be 1/4 and long and tiring.
Kill seems to be limping off the field, So that's something that's most definitely concerning for Chiefs fans.
For anybody that has been fantasy football, it looks like he's limping with a non contact injury holding the back of his leg.
So definitely not a great sign for Terry Kill or the Chief's.
But they're gonna be punting off now to the Chargers, and we're gonna see what the Chargers canoeing building off a good first drive for them.
Where they were able to get away with the field goal and should have probably been more was definitely a long drive, and they definitely get a very Chargers balance on this one.
It bounces around the 25 or 30 bounces all the way back to the 40.
So the charges were gonna grab this ride around the 40 with Momenta moving forward in Mexico City.
So definitely a really fun game to be watching and commenting on so far.
And I'm watching this Baker Mayfield commercial and I can't get over.
Everybody's saying how much prep he did into these commercials this off season and the lack of tape that he watched on actual NFL teams.
He's definitely played better the last couple weeks, but the season that he had in the amount of commercials that he was in, the correlation has to be there.
I mean, I it's gotta be, but he's a funny dude.
That is, when it So you had progressive.
He's got one on there, too, So, yeah, for the charges right now, definitely a really fun game to watch.
One thing I'm gonna be keeping an eye on right now is the use of Melvin Gordon.
I want to see how they're going to continue to get him involved, I think.
With Melvin Gordon in Austin, a heckler.
The main thing I've realized is that has a lot to do with game script.
So if they're winning, you know they're gonna try and pound it out a little bit more.
And that doesn't mean they're gonna abandon Austin Ekland anyway, because he really does fight for yardage.
He really does hold on that ball pretty well, so it's not like they abandoned him later.
But they must definitely do look for a more traditional run game with Melvin Gordon once they are leading and for them.
They've lost a lot of close games this year and the Chargers have, AH, good team.
But like I said, the defense has done enough.
Some games would definitely hurting them in others.
And the offense seems to be making the worst mistake at the right time.
So I think for for them it's getting that lead, being able to run out that clock and getting Pat Mahomes off the field as much as possible.
That's gonna be a key to this game because Pat Mahomes is gonna find a way to carve up the defense in some way.
He's gonna find a way to continue to drive this.
You know this, the ball forward for them if he has the chance to.
But if he's off the field and you're able to really grind this out with screens and runs and really get Keenan Allen going with the possession kind of game, I really like to see them having a lot of time of possession in this game.
That's gonna be the only way that I think they could win because the offenses can probably stack up.
It's just and it's just the fact that the chief's defense is most definitely be, I think a lot worse than the Chargers.
I think the Chiefs have shown that they are very weak at times.
They can hold it down at times but can get burned.
So I think Philip Rivers is a prime candidate.
Thio burn that secondary.
Hence why I put them on a parlay today with the Trailblazers, I believe at seven plus seven and 1/2.
So I'm thinking that even if they lose, they're gonna make you close with the Rockets today.
So there's my parlay of the day.
I actually had a couple of good ones on Sunday yesterday, so working off that momento I'm trying to do with Philip Rivers is doing right now.
So they got the ball now first down, see what they do.
The Chargers here.
I love what they do now.
Okay, there we go. Melvin, Gordon.
Just like I said, There's them tryingto really gain control of this game, and that's an eight yard run right there.
It shows that they could be effective.
Their offensive line gets that momentum looks toe.
Continue to drive the chief's backwards.
That's how you're gonna open up that play action for Philip Rivers is perfect.
So they're handing off again again, afore.
That's a first down.
That's like I'm saying Philip Rivers now is gonna definitely try and use this play action.
Definitely try and spread the field out, and I would love to see him continue to use Keenan Allen in the vertical game.
Hunter Henry has been a really good piece for them this year, too, but they continue to run under center and Philip Rivers here.
We're gonna see if they go run for 1/3 time in a row.
Now on first down at the 48.
So we got a sweep to the outside.
Oh, we got blockers, airhead and Melvin Gordon's gonna take that all the way about to the 27.
So, Melvin Gordon, they're showing exactly what I was talking about on this commercial break getting him going once they have the lead trying to really get these hard yardage plays and really get this clock running.
So they tossing the ball the outside the run of the blockers with phenomenal job getting out there, eh? Color makes a great block.
And Melvin Gordon has an easy 15 20 yard gain there.
We're gonna see now what they're gonna be able to do.
I'm assuming they're gonna be passing the ball and after four straight runs to mix it up a little bit.
So we'll see what Philip Rivers could do here He is changing the play up at the line, See if maybe he uses play action and they just go toss to the other side.
He really likes what he sees with this D line and being able to cover up there, and they're able to grab two yards with Austin, eh, Killer? So continuing toe really turn this game out.
Really talk, you know, make the clock run.
So Austin Heckler here who is having a fantastic season.
Had to fill in for Melvin Gordon's ignorant ass when he decided to sit out for no reason.
Literally no reason.
Now, Philip Rivers, I'm just assuming he's gonna pass here and we're at the 25 2nd down.
They sent someone in motion, and there he goes, drops back to pass, and he just checks down to Austin Ecker.
So pretty much the same thing they've been doing, really relying on the running backs here, gaining, too.
So it's gonna be about 1/3 and five or six.
That's exciting spot for Rivers here to look for Keenan Allen or Hunter Henry, like I've been saying 35 creeping up towards the red zone, definitely a prime time to use your really big targets that cause a lot of match of issues.
So that's what I would be looking to see here.
Mike Williams is, well, really big bodies.
I wouldn't be surprised to see him possibly get a touch, too, but this is right when they start to abandon, um, the smaller shift, your game with secular and Gordon and some of these other speed or speedsters on this team.
So let's see what they do.
Rivers goes with a screen here that's dropped.
Okay, so it's dropped.
Okay, so now it's fourth down charges going out for another field goal.
We'll see what they could do here.
Definitely should have been caught.
You need to make that play as a professional.
Yeah, you had a defender in your face, but if you're going for a screen there, he hits him in the chest.
You need to make that play is a professional football player.
So right here we got gradually going about here for a field goal he made.
The 1st 1 was a chip shot.
We'll see if he's gonna make this one as well to extend their lead to six total points here in the first quarter.
Um, see what they could do.
I've been impressed with that.
He's been able to do this season.
Let's see what he's got.
All right, it's snap.
Snap looks good and it's missed.
It's miss, but there's a flag, so we have a miskick.
Definitely didn't look too far.
It looks like he's trying to line up again.
We'll see what this flag is Definitely a missed opportunity for the Chargers here.
If it's not against the Chiefs.
Definitely needs to be making that for a professional kicker.
Panero got all these guys missing, making missing cakes.
It's just It's so hard to find reliable kicker nowadays.
You know, it's no longer Adam military's world.
All these guys that have been in the league for so long, it's so hard to find a reliable kicker here, waiting to hear what this flag is, huh? Qualities for the silence is waiting to kind of see what this is.
I think every coach and player is standing here, confuse us.
Anybody celebrating its and nobody's really Oh, oh, okay.
So I mean, it's still a miss kick This play.
This penalty was after the play, so it's a mis kick.
A missed opportunity for the Chargers and Rivers definitely put him in a good enough position there.
That run game was what carried them and definitely can't be missing opportunities like that.
Unfortunately, so, yeah, we're gonna be hitting a commercial break here in Mexico City.
All right, definitely.
So again, Different kind of scream for me today.
I usually don't go live with the games.
I'm really excited to. It's fun.
I usually do my hot takes and things like that on here, but just a shot on our people at SportsCastr dot com slash unwrapped by me.

And I want to thank you guys for being so interactive.
Always being such a pleasure to talk sports with.
And what's up, cat lady? 55.
I'm gonna give you a follow right now and check out your stuff later.
Thank you so much again, as I'm shouting out how great everybody is here on SportsCastr.
I get someone else joining the stream. That's new.
So thank you so much for your support and for giving me a shot.
I'm gonna give you one later, Tuas.
Well, again, such so much fun doing this here.
So we're gonna go back to the game in a second.
And for right now, the Chiefs, the key is obviously getting this run game going.
Pat Mahomes can get it going. Always.
He's able to make yards himself, but if one of these running backs is enabled to start finding some holes, it's gonna be tough from the homes, too.
Do it all game by himself.
You're gonna have to see one of the Williams you know, Damien or Darryl.
You have to see my McCoy.
Maybe even pulling it out with Darwin, Toms and anybody here that can really make it happen for them on the ground.
Even getting creative.
Andy Reid is known for, you know, sending his receivers on jet sweeps and release trying to get anybody involved in the run game.
So we'll see what Andy Reid is able to do here.
But the game is coming back and the Chiefs to have the ball after a missed field goal, which is just awful.
That's so let's see what we got.
So first play for the Chiefs.
It's a play action.
Okay, so my Cole Harmon, one of the speedsters on that team, they sent him in motion, bubbling around, said Hike play action to be running back as he continued to move to the other side of the field, trying to hit him out of the flat.
And he was able to make one guy miss for a total of about two or three yards.
So not the most effective play, but getting yards how they can.
Like I said, he's known for sending his guys on motion and a lot of misdirection and confusion for the defense.
So that's exactly this.
All right, there.
And right now, Pat Mahomes steps back in the shotgun, I will see what he's able to do.
Handing the ball off.
It's just getting absolutely gobbled up. Right now.
This running game cannot get going against the Chargers.
So it's a loss of about one or two.
Whatever yards that they just got with Nicole Hardman looks like they just lost that right back with Iran on second down.
Now we got 1/3 down and we'll see what my homes is really able to do.
I'm assuming they're gonna be passing here as they continue to lose confidence in their running game.
So let's see what they could do here on 1/3 and seven Pama homes out of the shotgun.
It does have a running back next to him there, but we got four wide receivers set.
So we're gonna see what he is thinking right here.
I'm assuming would be something along the lines of a slander across route.
Mahomes might have to make it happen with legs right here, and he does.
So he goes and scrambles for all the way up to about the 43.
So game in that first down and more homes is so deadly, you always have to account for his legs and what he's able to do, even post injury.
You see what he's able to do here.
He's got pressure from the back.
He goes to the outside out, runs that d n and goes all the way to pass the 40 up to about the 42 43 yard light summer homes.
They're making it happen with his legs.
We got an injury on the field, so we're gonna have some stoppage here as I continue to comment on how this game is starting to go so far.
So Pama Homes and this run game, as I continue to allude to, cannot get it going beyond Pat Mahomes.
He now makes it happen running the ball.
He's the only one that's been able to really make anything happen so far, and we really haven't seen Tari Kill or Kelsey or any of these big names doing much quite yet. McCoy.
Any of these guys? Ah, but you got this commercial.
It's that so most in commercial with devotes a Freeman and I feel like it's sold at this point and developed.
A Freeman is so ineffective now that you would think they'd probably come up with a better courtyard by Marriott slash and if hell commercial.
By this point, I mean, it's definitely been on for more than calendar year.
And it's his point.
The Falcons after their terrible start, and Freeman being injured for a lot of the last calendar year and being inefficient when coming back, they probably would have redone that commercial.
So there's my commentary play by play on this commercial break so far.
We got a thing for five minutes left in the first quarter as I continue to go play by play with you guys and I want to again appreciate R send my appreciation to you guys for being so supportive and listening to me and watching this game with me.
I usually like to get my hot takes in my reactions.
That might be back later on tonight.
We'll see how I'm feeling, um, but definitely working towards changing up how I go about SportsCastr and doing different things for you guys seeing what hits what doesn't And I just want to hear your guys his feedback.
So definitely make comments.
Ask me things I'd love for you guys to jump in and watch some of these games with me that might, you know, incentivize me toe do this round a little bit more.
But I do enjoy doing the heartaches and, ah, lot of commentary that I do personally.
Kind of just one on one.
That really like doing that on here.
I don't know why I keep saying audible Canada, either For my location.
It's been like that for a bit.
I've reached out to SportsCastr.
I don't know if it's just me with my something on my computer, but whatever, dude, Ottawa gang, You know, like, I gotta write my unofficial city that I've kind of didn't really have a choice, but it kind of just got wrapped up with, So, you know, I'll always have a special place in my heart for Ottawa.
You know, next time I go there, I'll feel a little bit more at home than I would have before.
So, you know, shock the SportsCastr for giving me an ally alliance with City of Ottawa.
Yeah, All right.
So yeah, we never got an injury on the play here.
We got Pat Mahomes now on the shotgun out of the 42.
Just like I said, doing a pretty good job with this drive, and they're trying to get the wrong game going.
McCoy getting about two.
So I mean really nothing.
They're doing a fantastic job, this D line plugging up all the holes.
Pat Mahomes really made that run happen after the play broke down and Tyree kill walking off the field, walking back to the locker room.
So, yeah, that injury.
It looks like it's a little more serious than we all hope for it.
So I'd be looking for the Holy Hardman and these guys in this game to step up Robinson Sammy Walk ins.
Who's playing this week? We'll see who's gonna become that reliable target for Pat Mahomes.
But, like I said, if the running game doesn't get going, who knows how much you can shoulder and he is intercepted? He caused to go deep.
What a play looked like.
He was about a hit.
His receiver about 30 40 yards down.
I love these group touchdowns right here.
Look at my Christmas decorations to Merry Christmas.
Shot onto my girlfriend is such a phenomenal interior designer.
Yeah, It's not too early to play Christmas music.
It's not too early to decorate.
We don't give a ****.
We're jolly people.
I'm just showing you a little of that game action there.
And yet Merry Christmas, everybody.
Let's get a little appreciation for my girlfriend being so god**** cute.
Definitely a great play.
Their great interception.
Okay, Jenkins there at that interception.
So we're gonna see now what the charges are able to do after this interception.
Taking the ball back over, I I obviously on the last one.
They missed that field goal, losing that opportunity.
And what's going on? Crowd pleaser.
Joining my stream.
Thank you so much for being here, man.
I really appreciate it.
So we got a screenplay.
Like I said, they're off the complete contrary of the chiefs today completely leaning on this run games exact what I predicted, Really tryingto get creative with using Austin a killer and Melvin Gordon with their respective games, and they're both getting used in similar ways.
It's very cool to see how they continue to get creative with these two running backs and lean on them.
Although I would like to see Keenan Allen and Hunter Henry getting more involved for personal fantasy football reasons and because I want to see them get going, it makes that offense more two dimensional.
So we'll see what River is able to do right here on second down in three.
I would assume he's probably handing the ball off here.
There we go, opening up the play action for him and they do get him for a sack.
Takes him all the way back to the 25.
Makes that 1/3 and long.
Not what the Chargers were hoping to do there with the play action.
They were hoping with all this run now in all the screenplays that they were gonna drop back.
But it was only a four man rush, so they just did a really good job.
That D line they're getting to Philip Rivers really disrupting, and it's Ah, Mike Penhall.
They're so definitely a really good play by him, disrupting what would have been an attempt to go, you know, probably deep.
You saw Philip Rivers link, you're cranking back there out of play action, so trying to get the vertical game going for them, which is the opposite of what the Chiefs were trying to do.
So see what they're about to do here.
On third down, a little bit long, they set up another screen, another screen to boarded like I'm gonna keep trying on this.
It's literally exact what I continue to say.
Melvin Gordon gets up, actually grabs his knee a little bit, does not look good for Chargers fans and wants to get subbed out.
He's walking off the field so it doesn't look too serious.
I mean, he's on the ground.
He's not wincing in pain, but definitely just pointed the sideline trying to get a substitution in for him after a hard 5 11 12 yards for this first down.
So they're gonna go with the Austin eh? Killer game, which is fine, you know, change of pace.
We keep saying, Go back and forth and we'll see what they're able to do.
There's always some fighting for those tough yards.
I love how he runs, you know, really low to the ground.
Doesn't look that big, but runs a little bigger than he is.
And that's a tough four yards.
You know he got hit in about what yard after the line of scrimmage and continues to move his feet for another three.
You know, that's a tough for Ah, lot of running backs are really good.
Only when they get to be outside, when they have to speed like Austin Heckler does.
But he really can grind it out throughout the tackles.
And that's something I wasn't ah, 100% sold on going into this year.
Not that we really had a chance to really even see it, because Melvin Gordon was so involved last year and a heckler was involved in a more creative capacity.
So we didn't get the chance to see him as more of a feature back.
And with Melvin Gordon sitting out for no reason this year, you got to see how Austin, eh, color really can run.
And he proved a lot of people, including myself, a little wrong that, you know he can be a three down back so he can fight between the tackles like he's not just Darren Sproles.
He's not just, ah, little better of a runner than to re Cohen, but in a similar mold.
You know it's not like that, you know, he is able to really grind out a defense and be used in the past game.
And that's exactly what you're looking for from a running back nowadays, you know, it's exactly you're looking for, so I'm definitely impressed.
I definitely like to see how he's going about his role this year with the team because you make the most your opportunities.
I'm sorry, Western the best.
But he wasn't, you know, too sad about him sitting out for no reason.
He got a chance to show what they can.
D'oh! And now it's pretty much a running back by committee there, when in reality, going into the year was definitely gonna be Velvet Gordon with a heckler and Justin Jackson as two complimentary guys that we can figure out how to use them both.
But it'll be more of a 50 25 25 split, and now it's more of just a 50 50.
I mean, Justin Jackson's been dealing with injuries, and I wouldn't really be putting him in too much anyways with how the two of them have been playing with Melvin Gordon coming back.
You went most of the year without moment, Borden So you want to use him in whatever capacity you have.
A running back with fresh legs is really hard to come by.
You know, running backs have a pretty short lifespan.
So to have a guy sat out pretty much just took the L for himself.
You're gonna have him come back with fresh legs yet.
Not with the same kind of football shape around off the back.
It took him a couple weeks to get back but fresh legs for the playoffs, if you make it, or at least to make that playoff run like, I'll take that any day.
But you know, him being out definitely did hurt that team chemistry.
This is a team that was really, really good last year and seems to have taken a bit of a step back this year.
But firing their offensive coordinator Like I said, having Melvin Gordon back finding ways to get this team involved, finding ways to get wins, you know, right now that's what they need.
This is a divisional game right now against the chief, So this a must win for them.
We got rivers right now, the pistol see what they're able to do they were running out of about an I formation.
For most of this game so far, he was Keenan Allen.
There we go, so that's exact what I'm talking about.
They hit him for about a five yard gain and he went and made 25 30 yards after that.
That's exactly what I'm talking about, getting your big name targets, the guys that are able to create plays on their own, getting them involved, at least getting the ball in their hands, that's what He only threw it three yards past the line of scrimmage around that he caught around the 47 took it all the way into the other side of the field and really puts them into field goal range of this point.
I'm not gonna say guaranteed field goal range after the Chargers did shake it, feel go so far, but definitely a big play, and that starts with just getting the ball into your playmakers hands.
We gotta motion now as we hand the ball off to Melvin Gordon.
We're gonna continue to try and churn out these yard is although this one is plugged out by achieves defensive lineman for only a gain of one, maybe even less on what's up.
Thank you so much for joining my stream.

I'm so yeah, I'm still sticking with you guys here.
I'm still going as long as I can, Trying to give you guys some play by play because I'm having fun watching this game with you guys.
We are Rivers in the shotgun at about 2 30 See what he could do about the 25 but in the shock and you're standing at the 30 and he gets stripped from behind fumble into a chief's player's hands.
That's gonna be chief's ball.
They get a lot of pressure from him there with that defensive line, and that is very exciting for Chiefs fans.
After a tough play of Pat Mahomes throwing an interception, the defense gets it back Frank Clark.
Definitely a great play by Ham.
Great acquisition by them, Definitely exactly what the Chiefs needed.
Their huge play by that defensive line.
And that's exactly what you need.
If you're Kansas City, you really need to put pressure on Philip Rivers.
Plug up some of these holes because they've been running at Will and Philip Rivers.
The game script is perfect for him to use the play action there and continue with that screen game that we're just entering the red zone and right there Frank Clark comes and strips the ball out from behind.
That's a fantastic play by the Chiefs defender Anthony Sigi, us and one of my basketball directors joining my stream.
What Somebody go check out his stuff for basketball streams? I'm gonna be doing some basketball streams too soon.
I'm really focusing on our NFL program that we originally set up with SportsCastr in.

I'm proud to say that the field is least playable this year.
Last year it was something I ranted about for a while.
I don't know how the NFL can let that happen.
At least they'd done their due diligence this year.
