Thank you for joining in.
I do appreciate that.
I'm gonna be doing an interesting stream s o I'm gonna be talking about basically, um, a nightmare scenario for the college football playoff that could possibly happen.
Um, it's a weird scenario, but it's very possible.
It definitely is gonna need tohave if this does happen.
Um, you don't need to see what's trending to see an Auburn win over Georgia this weekend.
But I want to go basically over a scenario that would completely change of the college football playoff.
And it would probably make it so more people would push for, like, a six or 18 playoff.
Um, this will be an absolutely crazy crazy scenario, like off the charts crazy.
Anyway, I'm gonna start out with it.
It just kind of a fun stream to see what would happen if this happens.
The first thing is I'm gonna talk to you about every team was in contention.
And what would happen if the scenario has happened? So first off Clemson, clumps is the first team there.
What? Clemson is the first year on top boat.
They go in the field right now, people think that third, but in this scenario they go undefeated.
Baylor also goes in the feed, so they're on the table are 13 open Tell Champ and Clemson's of 13 SEC chip Ohio State fishes at 12 and one, but loses the Big 10 championship game.
Where is the Minnesota finishes? A 12 and one, but they are the big tension.
Um, next up, Oregon fishes as a 12 and one conference ship.
That's another thing.
Then after that, you're gonna have in the SEC in the SEC.
It's absolutely complete chaos.
So I wanted to the big time, right in the A.
C C 12 patch off and the SEC would be completely So What's gonna happen in this scenario is Auburn say they're gonna be Georgia.
This is just a scenario, obviously often beats Georgia and they run the table and went out and beat Alabama.
It's just a scenario of what it could happen.
They beat Alabama by a miracle.
Somehow they beat Georgia to on.
They finished 10 to album fishes finishes 10 and to all of you seen losses to Ellis You in Auburn, they're out.
That's the one part that's going away.
You have Georgia, who finishes as an 11 and two coffer champion.
They used to Auburn, but then they win the SEC championship game.
So that's something so they lose too often.
But then, when the S e c championship game again, this is just scenario that could happen.
I actually really, quite yet.
What could happen so they lose to Auburn.
Next up, what's gonna happen is Ellis.
You's gonna finish as a 12 and more nonconference ship.
So that again, this is just a scenario of the problem.
Fisher. She? No, but they're safe.
For example, somehow they finished 12.
That's actually a good possibility.
It could happen.
They fish 12 and one non conference champ.
So here's the information.
Once again, you have Clemson Baylor, who are undefeated.
Ohio State to is who is a 12 and one non conference champ.
Minnesota, who's a 12 to 1 conference champ.
Oregon, who's a 12 and one conference champ.
Auburn, who's attending to non com for Champ with a beat. Oregon.
They beat Alabama and they beat Georgia.
Um, next up, you have fully good at Florida to tend to mal conference champ, but they beat Auburn beat Georgia.
You have l issues 12 1 nonconference champ and Georgia.
Who's 11 2 sec chip.
So the goal of this dream is basically what you would do if you only have four spots.
There's about eight teams that have a shot at, um, three or four from the SEC, and then my two for the Big 10 one from the Pac 12 form from the big 12 and one from a season.
So around eight or nine teams, then this is just a crazy scenario.
So where I'm know, what I'm gonna do is tell you what my top forward, Because again, this is a crazy scenario. But it could happen.
It's the first thing I would do.
Is you put Clemson at number one just cause they are in the feed, their the most reliable, undefeated team of doing very good.
Their defense is incredible.
They're often seems a little bit of improving lift travel, Lawrence, but you put them out of wonder at three.
Right now, they should be at three.
But if this scenario happens, you put them in one because they're reliable.
13 oak coffin ship to sew, too.
This could be interesting.
Do you put Baylor to cause they're undefeated? I think not.
Because they barely beat many teams.
I get the other fishes.
I feel I would be very surprised.
But it could happen or you put Minnesota.
I would say Minnesota will be the second option.
You put that out of state.
Minnesota is, um, probably who you put at two.
Just cause they're 12 long conference champ who has a good resume.
Would they be Penn State, who they beat in? Let's say I will.
They lost was caused than be Ohio State.
I'll probably get give them that next part up over a team with Georgia over team like L.
A supermassive other conference champ, Georgia has but again, that bad record in the bad loss.
So, at three Armenia to Minnesota, Minnesota could in this scenario will be the two spot.
They could still be the one spot.
Believe or not, they could if they were on the table and Georgia beat cell issue, they probably the lunch spot.
It's crazy to say so.
You've got to talk to Clemson at one in Minnesota to, uh, this is where it starts to get really crazy.
Um, so now you have left.
Oregon was trouble on the conference champ Ohio State, whose 11 1 are 12 1 nonconference champ.
You have Baylor, who's undefeated.
Andi have a bunch of SEC teams still waiting like Operate and Georgia.
So you put Georgia ahead of all.
Here's where it gets really weird years with the tribal starts to get really were in the SEC.
If this scenario happened, Ellis used 12 1 right? They have the best resume, but they lost to Georgia.
However, they beat Auburn, who would have beat in Georgia, but Auburn lost of Florida.
Who else you beat? So as you can see, it's kind of confusing.
Eso third spot would be a very hard spot to decide.
There's little be very hard, especially considering it's hard to decide.
Do you put these conference champions and who aren't great, but they got a lucky would or you put the the good teams in who lost somehow, but they're still write better start three spot.
I personally, this will be hard pride cause a lot of outrage, but I would put Ellis you actually, as the three spots still, even if they lose to Georgia in this scenario, because Georgia has a bad loss and a loss.
The Auburn who Ellis you beat.
So you put them at the first spot.
That would be crazy.
I think they've been better resume than Ohio State's or the non conference champions.
Um, I think there's the best.
That's one thing.
And then compare them.
The Georgia, Even if they lose the Georgia, they still have one less loss, and they have one more win, and it's they have better ones, so I will put them at three, even if their nonconference SEC chick nonconference or non on SEC champion at 12 and one that part crazy.
So here's the four spot.
This is where you could potentially see people crying, Um, a lot of outrage coming in.
Maybe people wanting an 18 playoff even more.
This is where it could happen at the Forced what your options are.
A 12 in Oregon conference champ and undefeated bailing, but who hasn't played anybody Great.
Besides Oklahoma and those ones, they do have been all very close.
Like West Virginia, who's bad, they barely beat Texas Tech is bad. They barely beat.
They struggled in the first half against Oklahoma State.
Baby, I was stuck and keep going on it on baby t See that? Can't you need overtime? And they're probably have a close game against Oklahoma.
If they wouldn't, that's for sure.
So you could put people might be thinking, Do you put Baylor 13? No, in that playoff spot that will be interesting thing again.
Or against 12 and one.
They don't have the best resume, though, obviously, even though their conference champ compared to somebody like Ohio State.
But they are in conference champ, which are in this scenario, Ohio State wouldn't have.
UM, you have Auburn who beat Oregon, but they have one more loss.
They do a better ones, though, Um, and then he could potentially put Florida because they beat Auburn, who in this scenario beat Alabama and Georgia.
And like a city also of Georgia who tend to sew this place just becomes very confusing, especially because that Georgia Auburn situation do you put the team that has the tiebreaker, or do you put the team who's the conference champion? That will be interesting to see Um, anyway, at the four spot, I think first what you'll need to do in the scenario is eliminate or again from the conversation, even though our coffers champ, they're not the best conference champion mated.
In my opinion, they had some close games like Washington State, not the best games.
In my opinion, they could be doing a little bit better and they haven't lived flavors.
The first team I would eliminate if you have this nightmare scenario, would be Oregon, so they're not in.
I think Oregon's gonna make the playoffs this year.
I just changed my prediction.
Have working making the playoffs.
But in this scenario be almost impossible.
Next time I'm gonna eliminate, I'm gonna eliminate another conference champ.
It's gonna be Baylor.
I think failure at this scenario.
13 there's gonna be a lot of things to go their way to get the playoffs because they've had so many close ones.
They need to really dominate Oklahoma bait.
Time against the playoff.
Like Minnesota even came out of nowhere.
They have good wins, so I can back it up.
And if they went out, the prime play Ohio State, that's a good one.
But something like Baylor doesn't have that.
They're not a great conference compared to the Big 10.
So we'll be hard, so I would actually take a 13 Baylor.
I would not put them into the top four spots.
I know it's crazy to say, but they haven't been playing in their ones.
That might cause outrage, but that's my what happened.
So now it's down toe.
Auburn, Georgia it's and who's done offering Georgia, Ohio State and yeah, Auburn, Georgia, Ohio State.
Now it's down to sew and floor.
You could already for two.
Um, so first discussion becomes in the SEC teams.
Which one of them do you take out first? They all have one against each other.
Florida has a win over Auburn.
Auburn has a win over Georgia.
Georgia is one of our Florida end of the conference champion.
So who do you take out? First ballot scenario.
The first team I would take gal concern Lee off tiebreakers with each other would be Florida.
The reason I say Florida's because they're all new good ones against Ohio State, even though they lost Ellis, You and Georgia, which are both great teams there.
I mean, sorry, not Ohio about it.
Instead of Ohio standing offer now ****yse of that.
But they're only good ones against Auburn at home.
Which was kind of a good close one, actually.
S o I would take, I would probably take them out.
Evil like beat Auburn.
Auburn is a much better resume and often beat Georgia.
Who? Florida lost you, Obviously again, that's it. You're just waiting.
And this is just a nightmare scenario that could happen.
I'm definitely probably not, but the nightmare scenario.
So you eliminate for from conversation.
Now you have two SEC teams, Georgia and, um, you have Auburn and in the of Ohio State, still in the conversation, so comes down to Georgia offered Esso.
Even though conference champion is important, you do have to look at the fact that tiebreaker wins.
Who's been better overall? Who's the better schedule? But a resume? So you would look at that and I think that George lost at home was just tough.
Auburn's only two losses, if they run the table, would be at Florida and they would be at L S u.
They played Ellis you very good.
They played forward pretty well.
I think they would definitely have a type.
They would definitely be more concerned than Georgia one.
Even if Georgia plays an extra game, I think there'll be more considered Justcause.
George's best ones would be, um, you have Florida who are meant to lose two.
But Florida, really, you have no dame on.
And then you have Ellis you.
Where's Auburn? If this happens, would've beaten Oregon.
They wouldn't be in Alabama.
They would have been in Georgia.
That's the team with other team I'm talking about on.
That's a good resume.
That's good resume.
Um, so I would take Auburn.
Um, I would take Auburn's that Georgia, even if George is offered champion.
Plus, Auburn's losses do look better.
They do ago up there.
Obviously, South Carolina at home is not a good loss, so you'll limit Georgian even though they're the SEC champion.
That's crazy to say you would eliminate 11 and to Georgia in this situation from the talk, so offer it's offered vs Ohio State foot four spot.
This would be absolutely crazy, often vs Ohio State.
To think Auburn still has a chance, is crazy, but it could happen.
Um, so it's on vs Ohio State.
Now we have to look at both resumes, obviously, Auburn be Oregon.
They be, um, album, and they beat Georgia.
Say this happens.
Um, this will be very interesting to see how they value Ohio State resume cause Ohio State beat Cincinnati, who probably will be the American Laugh like a champ at that time.
And they'll probably the top 15.
They probably Wisconsin, who probably saying, Minute, I'm So I said, Minnesota will probably lose to Wisconsin.
I'm in an accident, this scenario.
So saying Wisconsin beats Minnesota.
They don't make the playoffs because Minnesota beats Island or they don't make the champion to be and just misses beats Iowa, but they're still attend to Team on Was constant, probably top 15.
Still, maybe almost top 10.
So they're consistent.
That's a good one.
Penn State's a good ones.
They're probably still be the top 10 at that point.
They'll probably the top of dealing it.
Um, um, and the loose in Minnesota Sense.
Say it's in a close game to the roost minutes.
So that's our all new loss against Auburn, who lost the Florida lost a Florida.
It was still kind of close most of the game, but there are also four and then it was at Florida, too, and then watched close.
Given L S U minder is reminder is Ellis, who is in the playoffs? That's a reminder.
See, look at resumes.
Both are pretty good.
They both would have called quality ones.
Auburn. Slightly better the winds.
They do have Eric it, but Ohio State Prize Couple more.
Um, then you look at the better teams overall.
Who who I think would be better go against Clemson? Better, Obviously, there'd be, as they will be the number one seed in this situation.
Um, you look at the Ohio State defense.
Obviously, they, they both have good defense.
Is offering is one of the teams in the SEC that's not falling behind.
I'm in the defense category, like even though Alabama Ellis you have those great offense is obviously their defense is air starting. Get weaker.
Auburn's really not falling behind on, but Ohio State still is a lot better with Chase Young Jeffrey, who did that? Great defense.
Um so their defense is definitely better.
I think their offense is better.
I think just the fields is better.
Maura's phone. It might not be that reliable.
The committee might take that to effect on.
And then they look at, obviously who would be the better game offer.
Clemson are Clemson, Ohio State.
They might look at Ohio State.
Is the A team that can challenge clumps and more.
So I will lean with the Ohio State 12 and one Ohio State team went undefeated.
Regular season versus a tenant too often. Team.
So, yes, there is a possibility automated silk in the playoffs that this happens.
But I would take Ohio State at a situation.
So about all that chaos of all that chaos in this scenario, my wants my number one seed are my one seat is Clem said my number two seed is Minnesota.
My number three seed would be L S U and the number four seed with the Ohio State.
So, two teams from the Big 10 making it, um, that would be interesting to see you again.
That's a nightmare scenario.
Most people at that point would probably wanted 18 playoff years of how crazy it would be.
But just like if that scenario happens, that'll be probably my top four.
And then you have Minnesota against, um, you're Minnesota against Ellis, You that'll be interesting.
Gonna have Clemson against Ohio State in Minnesota against Ellis.
I believe Clemson gets to pick their close to Georgia or the closest, so they would probably play Ohio State, the Peach Bowl and Ellis.
You will go to the Fiesta Bowl of Play Minnesota.
And again, if that happens, I'll be absolutely crazy, that scenario again, if you're just running in.
I just had a crazy scenario that it's very, very unlikely to happen, but it could.
Um, yeah, that would be a crazy scenario that I definitely like to see happen.
If it did, it would probably, um, it would be interesting to see what the committee does if they would side with something like I had, where they would go of Crawford's champs.
More again, I caught a devalued conference champs and this one I mainly had really this village.
It Tad, who I thought were the best teams on that still had a shot.
Uhm, where's I didn't really think conference champs if they were not the best ones mattered, So I didn't put Ward in it as a conference ship.
I didn't put Baylor and as a conference champ, if they do be a coffer chip.
I didn't put Georgia.
If their coffin ships, that's three conference champs.
If this crazy nightmare scenario scenario happens that I won't put in the only conference champs I would have would be clumps in Minnesota.
Welcome, Samuel again.
And for just running into product, totally confused by this thing.
You might want to go back and watch the video, because what? I'm talking to you.
I must sound crazy to you if you're just joining in.
But again, if this possible nightmare scenario happens, I think it would be one Clemson to Minnesota.
Ellis you with four Ohio State again if you're just waiting and you gotta watch from the star of the video to see what happens.
But this would be a crazy scenario.
It would probably push for an 18 playoff because the Army would have her hands full.
It'll be interesting anyway, as it for now, Guys, thank you for joining, and I do appreciate it
