here has going man as much.
I got to get your copy in, man.
So, you know, we just I do it early because of what's going on.
They actually push yesterday.
So that's why you're doing it early.
Yeah, I got class today at 1 30 God's drag man.
Hate class statement form, but, uh, yes, we're very proud.
Uh, and from there, So let's get started with us proof.
So, uh, what happened? It just happened this past week.
Must have been something last week. Yeah.
Yeah, he had What? I don't know exactly what happened, but he had a neck and a shoulder issue, and I talked about how neck and shoulder issues they're so interrelated that it is difficult to pick them apart.
And so, essentially, um, what I thought was going on is that he had, uh, so the nerves that come out of the neck and go straight to the shoulder I think that those were irritated somehow when he got a stinger, something happened.
And it was causing pain in his shoulder because he was listed on the report with next last shoulder.
Um, so it's not something that was like It sounds serious.
And obviously every injury is.
But it wasn't like debilitating was gonna, you know, cause him to be out the rest of season.
It was just probably causing, like numbness and tingling into his hand.
It was causing probably neck pain, shoulder pain.
And until you you calm that stuff down until you get the nervous system to sort of relax and let it know, like, Okay, dude, we're gonna chill for a minute.
Then those symptoms don't really go away.
And so I'm assuming that during the bye week that they were able to address those.
So he should be good to go.
So dump your own, says the expense every player play on Monday, two days ago.
It's a great sign that Dede Westbrook and C quarterback D.
Hayden are on pace to play Sunday.
So we'll see what happens.
So it's going to the next guy off. Hooper.
Uh, he's out with NCL spray.
I don't know how long it's gonna be.
The weird thing is that he went and got a second opinion, and usually what? That means they don't like the first opinion they got from their docks there.
So there's not a ton of research on it, man.
And that's the crappy part.
I don't know why that's a pretty common injury, but generally we see is if it's a great to, which is, you know, in between a grade one and 33 might need surgery, he's gonna be out at least for two weeks, you know, if not if not up to three weeks.
So those are the types of things.
That's that's sort of what you think about with Austin Hooper, because M.
C L injuries are sort of similar to, uh I mean, I won't say they're the same thing, but, for example, you know, turf toe one of the great one.
You know that it's it's gonna be, um, sort of.
You're gonna play it by ear and let the player tell you like Okay, yeah, I feel good now.
You know, maybe I'm gonna wait another week and so great one M c.
L injuries air like that.
You have to start thinking about it.
Players missing at least two or three weeks at that point.
So three weeks is a standard for a great, too.
And we're assuming it's a great too, because he had an m r I.
And he didn't like the results.
So I would prepare to be without Hooper, at least this week, potentially next week.
Worst case scenario, You get him back for the fantasy playoffs.
And what is that? Week 13 12 or 13? Uh, it's like, sure, assume it's, like, 15. 16.
Yeah, something like that.
But, I mean, I don't think that's gonna unless it's like a great three.
And the Falcons aren't telling us, um, he's gonna be out at least this week next week.
Actually, he waas is number one. Yeah.
Yeah, do you beast in that it has sub spent going to another albums.
Players developed a Freeman.
Uh, he has a foot injury, and there's been a lot of hype on Brian trying to tell, you know, Brian Hill, but I don't know what's going on with Freeman.
I know he hasn't been after duck that because he has been in his previous years.
Uh, and I know what's happening on this all due to an injury, and now it's just getting to the point where you get me out.
So the thing with Freeman is that it's funny how sometimes these these, uh, reporters who I haven't a mad respect for because they do their job really well.
There at the top of the profession, that rapid ports of shifters.
The thing about those dudes is that sometimes they have no crew with their whole lot of times have no idea what they're talking about. Medically.
Um, like I was laughing last year, Um, and some of my classmates and I were talking about it last year.
I think it was wrapping port that tweeted out something like, uh, what do you say? He said like, Oh, uh, well, obviously has a tourney. Patella.
Well, your patella is your kneecap.
Eso fue tora patella.
I'm a little concerned about the condition of your kneecap before, before you actually hurt.
So, um so the thing is, they said about Devante Freeman.
He has a foot sprain that's really more of the toe.
What does that even mean? Nobody really knows.
Essentially, Just sounds like the dude's got turf toe.
So they said that the maximum is gonna be two weeks, so you actually, if it's a great one turf toe injury.
You might actually get him in week two.
Now, if you run into the issue that ran into with Diamante Freeman Whether or not being as forthcoming as they could be, then that's when you start running into Okay, This is a great to This is gonna be at least four weeks.
Let's back it up, back it up.
But at this point, considering the point where the Falcons are in the season there two and seven, even though they just came off that massive winner gets the Saints, they're not going anywhere.
They're not making the playoffs.
You would assume that if it were that, if that were the case, he probably would just put the dude on I.
Our bottom line is I plan to be without Devante Freeman this week, but he does have a chance to come back a week 12.
Yeah, That's what I was gonna go.
****ysis we're going to in the next player had rolling.
Next step heard I think it was a game time decision or at the last minute decision to mention another mistake and, um, actually really impressive.
Yeah, it's so weird that way.
We talked about that last week.
Um, but Manti staffer, what's going on with him? It's weird, man, like thing about Matthew Stafford is that you didn't really hear that he was her, right? I mean, there were no reports that he was her.
There was nothing.
Yeah, and so all of a sudden, they're like, Oh, yeah, he's not a play.
Um, I think what was going on with Stafford is that his injury from last year popped up.
So what Stafford had last year? What I think he had is he had some sort of, like, minor fracture there called p**** fractures.
It wasn't big enough for them to want to go in and do surgery.
It wasn't big enough for them to do anything big for it, but he just sort of played through the pain, and then they let it heal in the off season.
Well, appreciate that tip there, Jimmy Martin.
Uh, so I think what happened? Is it za reactivation of that injury? Sometimes what happens is when you have like this, they're called instability issues.
Like basically, that bone is in stable.
Your muscles and your brain don't really know how to react.
So they just spasm and they tighten up and they and they just really super f and painful.
And so that's probably what was going on on with Stafford.
Um, so that's beat Bill Bell.
Check and say, Oh, we don't know.
It's Wheat Week Stay today that truly is like a week to week issue.
So if he feels good, you know this weekend practices, you can expect him to play.
Um, but if he wakes up today or tomorrow and spasms came back or they got worse or whatever the case may be, then you're not going to see him.
So this is really a a week to week injury here that you're dealing with the Stafford.
I'm not like this.
It's not. It's not ideal.
Those were surprised that he was benched Us.
Who? The next guy? Very much time to Kobe Brissett.
We talked about last week.
We were expecting in the play all the signs supporting him to play and wasn't gonna be inter inter anything, apparently, but apparently it Waas.
And I don't know if this was, you know, last minute precaution just to make sure that.
I mean, he could have played, but he wanted Ben to just to protect him because, you know, I mean, right now they were number one of the A f C Eat Early exit south Rather, and they don't want her order. Beth.
That's because they wanted a He's doing really good, and I don't know that's Kate the case, but what do you got? So, yeah, the percent thing was weird.
That came out Saturday morning, and they said, Hey, that's not gonna play.
Um, and so what? That my immediate thought waas everything that you just said.
Um, everything you just said about, you know, the colts are When they were in league for the division, they were sort of coasting Is the Miami Dolphins? You know what? We've hired The destroyer can handle this, right? Well, no, we couldn't.
S o they lost to the Dolphins.
I think that this really was a case of How do you feel this morning, Kobe? Um, it's all right.
I mean, I could probably play if I needed to, and they said, Ah, you know what? We're Whatever the record is, it's the dolphins.
Don't worry about it.
I'm sure, uh, Sawyer Sawyer will destroy as as where the destroyer does against the Dolphins.
And then they were sadly mistaken.
And they lost that game.
I think that's what was going on.
So all of that to say, I think that percent will be back this week, and I don't expect him to be limited in any capacity at this point.
That m c l spring sort of what we were talking about with with Hooper the great ones in the great two's the great ones.
Um, the great ones are usually not that detrimental.
I just got a comet here too.
Cold Slice had reported that percent wanted to plan Reich sat him instead.
That sort of goes along those lines.
Yeah, that we were just talking about, Which makes sense.
All right, cool.
That's the answer to everything. Yeah.
So, going to the next guy.
I want talk about T. Y Johnson.
The carry on Johnson and I are There was a lot of people where there was, you know, uh, I guess.
Well, I guess this who's gonna take the lead role? I mean, they got a couple backs other than their depth charts, but t worry Johnson, he's out with a concussion.
Uh, what do you think about this? Ok, Soon's an impact player.
Um, so he just wasn't getting anywhere.
He didn't have any of the efficiency that you wanted him to have.
Um, he's so he was ruled out of this game, obviously.
And but I don't really think you missed out on much against the Bears.
That front, that front line of the Bears is pretty intimidating.
I mean, I don't really think expected, like average Ty Johnson to be able to do anything against them anyway, as there as a running back and and he shouldn't be back.
I don't want sensation.
Um, I don't think that Ty Johnson will be back by Sunday.
I haven't looked at his and full disclosure.
I have not looked at his concussion history.
I don't know how many he has or how many he's had in his career, but if this is his first or his second, then he even then he likely won't be back on Sunday.
But as the as the freakin lines running back there.
Ah, they're back.
Field continues to dwindle.
You really have to start considering, like the volume starting to slowly trickle down into, like, one or two dudes.
Right? So now you're thinking McKissick Charlie? Yeah, PPR lease.
So you're thinking PPR leagues McKissick Simply because of the volume and because the lines were probably not gonna they're not.
They're probably not gonna be ahead at any point against the Cowboys this week.
And that sets up very well if you're desperate, you know, on by weeks and stuff like that for for JD McKissick.
Dude, I'm stewed.
You know what? Time out.
I'm so sorry about that loss last week.
That was brutal.
And you know what? I had Dak Prescott in the league.
I was I was so salty.
Dude, I scored 162.
9 points in this league, and the dude had Derrick, Henry, Patrick Mahomes and Jarvis Slander and his team scored 169 on that last drive.
I was just I was hoping for a Dak Prescott running in touchdown so I could win that last second.
And he didn't do it.
He didn't do it.
It was Oh, dude, we've had this conversation.
Yeah, and decide on the last two.
Jason Garrett, man, I'm telling you, Jason Garrett.
Yeah, it's just it's really exposing for me because I wouldn't I would The friend Garrett, whose turn extent.
But this was unsuitable gel and the last thing I'll say to you is that that last play when the ball got batted down.
Dude who, like Zeke, is a fantastic player.
But they ran around with Zeke out of the backfield.
That little post route, they hadn't done it all game.
What do you do and running a post post right with Zeke when Gallup and Amara Cooper eating that entire game and you're gonna run a post route with Zeke out of the backfield as, like a last second play? Yeah, even a man.
I'm not even a Cowboys fan, and it, like, drives me insane when they do stuff like that.
Last season it was against the Texans in overtime, where they decided to instead of going on fourth and one, they decide to prick in, uh, turn it over to the Texans and they supported the driver wanted.
This is decisions like that and coaching decision like that.
That's what killed us has been killing us. Yep.
Going up, going up rails there.
I'm pretty sure we talk about that later.
Today was stationed.
Going into the next guy Wolf Bowler.
He is returning to the prior to the practice field.
Uh, what house? So Fuller had hamstring injury.
And as I've said over and over again, hamstring injuries are 123 weeks.
And I think that, you know, the fact that he's had a history of these, I'm a little cautious to use him.
So, like, for example, in D.
F s, I probably won't use him in cash games.
He's got a super high ceiling, but like any point, his hamstring could could just, um, strain again.
And that's he's just shown a history of that.
So, you know, if you're desperate, you could probably use well, Fuller this week.
And from a health perspective, he's he's like he's got a little bit of a chance to get hurt again.
But I think the impact that he brings to the field is actually a lot more beneficial to the Texans.
As a real football team he can take, I mean Kenny Stills could, too.
But the fact if, like, if you can have three wide receiver set with Hopkins, Stills and Fuller and they're taking the top off the defense running, crossing routes, crossing patterns, you know, short, you know, go routes.
Stuff like that that I think that's really gonna It's really gonna help the Texans, and they need it because their defense is absolutely depleted and they need to be able to put points on the board of the need to.
Yeah, well, forward but having some decent games of this season, you know, scoring, actually, being the top receiver one week.
This is crazy, But going to the next guy, we've got Emmanuel Sanders.
So I don't know what happened to this.
I actually did not surprisingly, I did not watch a game.
Dude, I know such a good game.
I heard I saw the score and it was already over 10 my God.
But but, uh, apparently Emmanuel Sanders, he had a damage.
Rib cartilage in our damage.
Rib cartilage in los, uh, I don't know much. Appreciate.
You probably know what was going on.
So the thing about these ribs injuries is so Kyle Shanahan said that Emmanuel Sanders is week to week, and that's sort of true.
The fact that he has a rib cartilage damage doesn't really tell us a lot, because what we need to worry about is what his reports, our, um, in terms of his pain, because so with with ribs, you really have a hard time.
So every time that you breathe in your ribs expand and every time you relax, think they relaxed, too.
And so the thing is that they're constantly moving, and so that makes it very difficult for them to hell.
And essentially, when you when you don't have any any rib damage like any of the structural damage like Sanders has, you can technically come back the next week if you're pain allows you to.
But the thing is, these air super, super, super painful injuries, and it's difficult to even breathe sometimes.
So imagine trying to breathe when you just ran a route, you know, against an NFL quarterback and catch your breath.
So I'm just going to read you.
There isn't there isn't a ton of research on these, either, because they're not as common.
I'll just read you the results of this of this report that I have pulled up here.
Two cases of rib control, which is just the cartilage injuries, were diagnosed by C.
T intrude with rest and protective splitting.
So basically, just resting, uh, they return to play was 2 to 4 weeks.
NFL combine Surveyed results show that NFL team physicians see Amina four cost of cartilage injuries per five year period or approximately one case pre here.
So they're not common.
And what they solved with these two cases is that when there was actual damage, it cost him the two players between two and four weeks.
So even though that's not top level evidence, we don't it's not a giant sample.
We can't really go off a bit.
Truly, we have two cases before showing that you know it took it, took them between two and four weeks to come back.
So I wouldn't be surprised if Sanders missus this week and next week, But I think next week is more realistic for him to come back.
And so, from a fantasy football perspective, I wouldn't use Sanders.
I wouldn't start him because what you can actually do is if and I wouldn't even expect him to start this week.
But if he does, he's gonna probably be more of a decoy.
He's gonna be probably be more of, ah, run a go route, run a post route.
Just try to, you know, do something to distract the defense here.
There, because I I honestly don't expect him to be able to do much.
If he takes a hit, he could very easily.
It could very easily put him out.
Um, so that's that's the deal on man you, Sanders? Yeah.
I'm not too keen on starting.
Any sensors go wide receiver.
I'm more interested in the run game in the burning necks.
But one thing that kind of surprises me.
I've always seen many will say this is a younger guy and I didn't realize almost years years.
Oh, yeah, It's ancient.
Yeah. Dude is absolutely ancient.
Um, I was compared him with the Thomas was seen hundreds of young.
How old is demerits held? The most honest Google heiress you're is Thomas, 31 years old, actually the same age.
Oh, that's crazy.
Okay, that's weird, because I've never seen her.
Whenever I remember when it was Myriads Thomas and another guy and then Sanders came on I That's how I remember it was Get back on track balloons And next time, Matt.
Frieda Okay, Much works in the service disco run game.
Uh, but this is kind of scary for me, considering I'm it a big map reader Owner uh, he's getting a second opinion on his ankle injury.
Ondas reports that he's been a miss some time with spring with a sprained ankle.
Uh, what's what's what's going on with this? Is there anything to worry about when you get back in the next two weeks or, dude, Matt breeders like I don't he's He's like a robot because every week he has an injury in every week he comes back from it.
Um, I wrote about him.
I wrote about him last week or two weeks ago, whatever it was, and I was like, It's not very often that I'm super confident in like what I'm saying because of the information given by the team.
But I was pretty confident that Matt Breda wasn't gonna suit up a couple of school and then the dude goes and practices and then suits up and he's just like he's literally one of the toughest dudes in the NFL that placed her everything.
But obviously he reaggravated this ankle injury, and that's probably because he did come back too soon.
So a lot of times, if I predict or say that a player may or may not come back, Ah, lot of that is independent of will they perform slash will they re injure it like they can come back? Definitely.
And they can prove me wrong and play in the game.
But, like, will they actually stay healthy, play through it instead of having that Sort of sure, it's a short term versus along thinking short term.
But long term, you know what I mean for players.
Sometimes they just get back on the field.
So Matt breeder hurt his ankle and from what I saw initially, it was definitely look like a high ankle mechanism.
So essentially it was his high ankle sprain that you hear about all the time and you can have cases where it's it's not necessarily grated where it's a great one or it's somewhere between zero and a great one, and that's probably what happened with Brita.
But he came back and re injured it.
So now it's not so much that he's causing any damage or more damage.
It's just painful.
And so if he if he tweaked it and he caused more pain and he basically sent more information to the brain saying Hey, dude, you need to shut this down Maybe if it swelled up a little bit, then that's what he's gonna It's He's gonna be a week to week deal, so you know I wouldn't plan.
They will now already, uh, not ruled out yet.
OK, I say this with caution because it's a matter doesn't say I say this with caution because it's Matt Brita.
I would plan to be without him this week.
Um and even if he does play, I don't I don't expect him to be productive.
I mean, you can on Lee.
You can only do so much.
I even Matt Brita can't play through this ankle after he hears that for a second time.
You know what I mean? I'd planned for this to be at least a two week thing where they let it heal because the Niners go on buying week 12 and it would just make sense if he didn't play this week and then got got the bye week is well, the rest.
So you think Kevin Coleman will definitely be a perfect options? Well, I mean, you should be starting already, regardless.
But Tevin Coleman Yeah, I think Tend bar go back.
Thio goes there.
So the thing is, is that Tevin Coleman is a good option, But week to week, he's sees just volatile because you never know what Shanahan's gonna do with those running backs.
And so most start, for example, when burritos out Irwin, uh, Coleman was out.
Most played a lot of snaps, and, you know, they like to split those carries.
And so I don't think that Coleman will ever hit like a ceiling because a lot of those a lot of the production Coleman has is like the touchdowns.
And obviously you can't discredit those.
But if you take away the touchdowns, which are super random stat, there's there aren't a lot of good ways to predict touchdowns.
Then you know he's been pretty average.
If you take the such as a way of this, If the Niners are in a close game like the word on Thursday, then his production is gonna be super limited.
Sometimes those touchdowns really elevate a player's performances, and I think people will see the box score.
They'll just look at the old fancy points.
27 planets points While he had, like four touchdowns in one week, you know, if you take away this touchdowns he had what, like 11 carries for 30 yards or something, so I would tread lightly with with running back by committee backfield in San Francisco.
Okay, No, it's, uh, it's a logical going to the next step.
Cisco players George Kettle, uh, in time decisions, looking like Woods is injury.
Dude, it's like a hodgepodge of everything he's got and a knee going on.
He's got an ankle going on.
Before all this happened, he had a growing injury.
I think that eventually he's just getting worn down and worn down a worn down.
It would make sense of.
Kettle doesn't play again this week because again they get that bye week and they let him rest up for the home stretch.
Um, I don't even know who the Niners play.
Who do they play? The 40 Niners? Yeah, Who do they play? They play the Cardinals.
I mean they can beat the Cardinals without Kittle.
Um, I don't I don't I don't imagine that kid comes back this week.
If he does, I mean, he's probably ready to go, but he's he's just been I mean, he's incredible, obviously.
But it's one of those thing.
And the Cardinals air like a smash matchup for tight ends.
Well, I just I don't see him playing this week.
I just see them giving him another week abreast through the bye week.
I let him come back like I said for the home stretch.
Okay, so I'm going to the last player is tighter. Walk it.
Uh, he was hospitalized with severe injuries in the lower leg.
He was okay, though.
And, uh, Pete Carroll is very optimistic that he will recover just fine.
So what's What's up with this? This is kind of scary for me.
The locket owner. Yeah.
Um, what's going on? There's a Bruges in its It sounds like he avoided worst case scenario.
So worst case scenario is, um So what happens? You get a high impact, right? Boom, a dues helmet or shoulder pad or something.
Doug directly into Tyler Lockets leg.
And when that happens, you get a ton of swelling and blood rush to the area.
And what happened with Tyler Lockett and you see ah, these injuries, sometimes with people who get in car accidents to it's called compartment syndrome.
All of that blood and and fluid that's their naturally like.
That's what's supposed to happen when you get hurt.
It gets locked in to that area, and it gets locked into those tissues.
It gets locked into the muscle, and essentially what it does is it increases that blood pressure in that areas to a to a point where, um, no, no more oxygen can get in because as your muscles eat that oxygen, if that makes sense as they use that oxygen, the carbon dioxide is not going away because the blood pressure so high and it's just trapped in that area.
And so eventually you get, um, that you get to the point where you have no oxygen in that area and your muscle cells can actually start to die.
That's why it's such like, ah, scary situation.
So when you have those muscles that die, you have this big long process called Rob My Mile Isis, where your muscles.
Cells actually physically deteriorate, deteriorate and go into your bloodstream.
It goes to your kidneys, your kidneys start to shut down, and then you can see why.
This is, like a super serious situation.
So it seems like he was able to They were able to monitor him overnight.
He didn't have any type of, um, he didn't have any surgery, which the surgery would have put him out the rest of the season. Definitively.
So, um, fortunately, your he's not dealing with that.
But the thing that I'm still sort of scratching my head about is that he actually stayed two nights.
Um, I don't really know why they would keep him two nights if they weren't pretty concerned that there was still going to be some.
Sort of like a scheming is what it's called where the tissues die.
Um, but I mean, I guess 48 hours would would still make some sense.
But I think that seeing seeing Tyler Lockett after the buy to me based on tissue healing times and everything that he sort of went through, I think that would be sort of stretch Use just even regular me bruises can cause dudes toe miss up to three games.
We saw it with Damian Williams earlier this season.
I wouldn't expect, you know, conservatively.
I wouldn't plan to have Tyler Lockett until, like, a week 14 because well, yeah.
I mean, that would make sense, because we're in week 11.
They don't They don't play this week.
And then the week 12 by I mean, I would even say like Week 13 is cutting it pretty closely.
So 13 or 14 is what I'm thinking for luck, it.
And in his absence, you could see a Josh Gordon resurgence.
Potentially, you could.
I mean, just that receive any means, But I think there is a lot of our g d k Mecca.
HEPA has already been in the system for a while.
Yeah, I think the only fair for him to take over what what its role is and what isn't go from there.
But that's ah, uh, report for all these players.
We're going to our I should you have this.
Listen, I have to tell you, you want to do one but the top five poor players, uh, going into this next week, I could pick a few.
Why don't you go, you go first.
Give all five of yours first.
All right? It's fine.
So I'm gonna go.
What? You said just just a second ago, you came back half broad histories was like we just discussed.
I'm gonna go with Jacoby Brissett, cause, uh, given what we already found out that you know, these invention just for precaution, you know? And it was just often so they put in their back up.
But, I mean, now that they lost the game and they're gonna play the Jaguars division, division, game and game so they're gonna have him in and that tag works.
Defense's not the best kind of wondering it being being Jack giving my second favorite team.
But I saved a little person's still go for this week, and he should be playing, you know, surprises.
Yeah, definitely gonna go with J D.
Because it would be said before when it comes to PR leagues.
The volume for this funny vaccine to be tremendous.
Um, just you know what a reception? Because, you know, like we said that the right back positions that little down, um, my next guy is going to be.
You do that? That but the next guy is going to be Tevin Coleman.
I'm gonna go ahead and, uh, say are gonna start having Holden, at least.
But I should also tell you guys still looking to him as well.
But as a bonus, I will also say re Moser because even though that it was, Kevin Coleman moves out and Moser came up and we saw him do really well.
I think you much the same day you might, but I'm gonna go ahead and say these two players are both looking because there's boat. There's good in both.
And that's just that's Sam's Discover name is really scared of my So that's that's what I got.
Okay, so I do have a couple here on few.
So the first I don't want to talk about and this one is I mean, sort of obvious.
I don't have to tell you to start Julian Edelman, but you know, this week they go up against um oh, gosh, was it? They go up against Philadelphia who obviously they've been better against the past, but just they've been all all around, just not good against past.
And considering that he's like, they're only receiving option other than most new.
You know, I think that him, him and Seenu could both have, You know, in PPR League, especially, they could go off for just whatever, like 11 catches 150 yards or something ridiculous, simply because it's really all they have.
Like I said, the run game just isn't there.
And, uh, even when they do, you know, run the ball.
It's like two or three yards with what's his name? Sony.
Michelle has been a pretty big disappointment, I would say So that's the 1st 1st guys Julian Edelman there and even, you know, sort of one a one a or one B.
I might even consider, uh, most new. Like I said.
So then the next guy that I want to talk about who for some reason has been super under looked is D. J. Moore.
Deejay more is in a situation where he has somehow quietly, I think it's like three or four games at this point has had 100 yards receiving, and I think that goes to that.
Shows the fact, like the touchdowns.
We're talking about seven Coleman.
I don't think he scored a ton of touchdowns and so people don't really notice it.
But he's had a lot like three or four games with 100 yards receiving.
So that's Ah, I think that somebody that you need to keep your eye on this week, the next dude that I'll say here is I know this is gonna be a super deep leagues.
If Kittle doesn't play, though, you have to look at Ross.
Dwell E is his name because Ross Dwell e caught like he had, like seven targets against the Seahawks when Kittles out.
And the Cardinals, who the Ford Niners play this week, are just God awful, just terrible against tight ends.
And so you know, if they're looking to pass the ball and they're looking to pass the ball to the tight end, that's who you're gonna have available downfield.
He's my last one that can really, truly talk to or speak about here with, like, true information.
So Melvin Gordon, it's coming off a game where you know he's starting to sort of look like himself again.
The offensive line is doing fine, and you have to look at the chief's defense who just gave up 188 yards to Derrick Henry.
Um, that's ridiculous.
The chief's against the past have gotten better compared to where they are last year.
But they are literally, like number 31 or 32 in Russian.
Givi away s Oh, they're going to give up yards, you're gonna give up touchdowns.
And it kills me to say this because I'm playing against Melvin Gordon this week in my high stakes leak.
So that's not fun.
Those were the days I had in mind this week.
But I'm going to her last segment here.
We usually try to cost for us.
Don't usually talk about contractor for controversial time.
You know, we try to find topics where you could argue both ways. Right? Right, Right.
Uh, so this one's considering the news that just came out with interest in a day or two, Not even two days.
Colin Kaepernick is actually getting a private workout for NFL teams.
Actually, uh, NFL league office, free shop, thio them and work on Atlanta this Saturday, so we'll see what happens one day.
I wanna know Europeans on this.
I think there's a lot of controversy draft and considering that he was the one who started the Neil bearing on the anthem, and that really made a lot of people mad I will make.
I was kind of mad concerning that.
My dad served and I served, and it's just that's that's something you do.
Then again, it is someone's right.
So it's It's a slippery slope, but that doesn't necessarily translate into his performance in it.
I will say that is a performance is kind of average and one season season, which led him to school, then win it.
But that was it.
That's all I remember past, Uh, there are some teams that probably use him that I think that you would do.
Okay, Um and you know, I'm not against the idea of him returning that it was just, you know, whether teams wanted him or not.
And I think a lot of teams were turned away from him because of this controversial nous and his opinions and his political views on us, please brutality and whatnot.
And they didn't want to bring that teams the fans, Um and I think this all away just kind of like stay away from him.
But now I think we're looking half that.
And Eastern Thio go ahead and look at some teams that play.
Um, that's what my thoughts are. I don't really care.
Um, I think it's just gonna be average again.
I don't think it's gonna do much.
Especially serving two has been out for a little bit.
I mean, that's that's totally fair.
All those points brought up.
So obviously thank you and your dad for your service, By the way, Happy Veterans Day.
That was just this week.
So it's it's difficult to, like tease this situation apart simply because, um, they're just a lot of layers to it.
So, like the first layer is like you said, the fact that he took a knee the second layer is what was his previous performance.
The third layer is, um, what? What will his performance look like now and then The fourth layer is.
Do NFL teams what our NFL teams doing so like if we peel back the first layer here? So his actual previous performance, his performance is better than a lot of starting quarterbacks in the NFL right now, So I would argue that well, in the stats will show, too, Like over the over the years that Kaepernick spin out.
He was better than Eli Manning.
He's better than Blake Bortles.
He was better statistically than, um, roughed up ahead.
I had these in my head, and then I lost him.
He was better than a lot of starters that were that started instead of him.
Exactly better than Mitch. Too risky.
Um, so like in terms of like statistics, people are like he wasn't even really good.
Well, he was actually slightly above average, so that would be my argument there is that he was slightly above average.
And considering that he played right on the cusp, like the times that he played was right on the cusp of the NFL was about to blow up with, you know, with the Mark Jackson's with the dish on Watson's.
Even Carson Wentz, the mobile quarterback.
Um, now that you're seeing all these, all these plates, even Daniel Jones, who's like not very good but you know, is electrifying because of his legs.
He was he was that type of player, so his game would have aged so well coming like into this era of the NFL so that's disappointing to see that he hasn't played The political stuff is you call it political stuff, but really, it's It's not political in nature directly, obviously, indirectly.
It is the conversation that he had with I think it was.
I don't know if it was a Marine veteran.
I think it's just like an Army that he had this conversation with him, he said.
Would this be disrespectful because initially he said he was gonna sit and the Army veteran said, No.
You know, it's actually more respectful if you take a knee.
And so that was the direction that he went with that it wasn't so much that he's saying with the knee, Hey, look at me, look what I'm doing.
I'm taking a knee and people will say like, Oh, well, he has a ton of privilege and he has a stage What? He's never had to struggle.
He was adopted by a family that was rich and that's sort of the point that he's trying to make is that he is fortunate and has this privilege in the stage to be to put his views out there.
So that's why he is using that stage now.
Obviously, if people feel offended or feel that it's disrespectful to the flag, I would say, Well, there are also people out buying beer and nachos at the concession stand in the middle of the national anthem, not paid attention.
So things that you know what I mean.
Like it just those two things don't add up to.
And then last thing is where I think you and I probably agree the most is like he's 32 years old.
He hasn't been in the league since.
What is it, 2013 or something? Um, he's really become more of like a cultural symbol.
A supposed to like an athlete, which is fine.
I mean, the dude's making money, whatever.
But I'm like I said, I generally and like not I'm generally a phantom Colin Kaepernick, for the most part.
But, like like you said, it's like, how long can you lay off of the professional ranks and then come back and be productive and produce for a team as as like, a top half of the league quarterback? You know what I mean? It's just not I don't think I don't see it happening.
If there are play.
If there's a type of player in, like a profile of a player who could in this day's NFL, then it's definitely Kaepernick.
But I just don't see it happening at this point.
I think I've just been too long.
Yeah, I mean, I don't know.
I think he fearsome teams that will.
Definitely there couldn't use him.
And I think people Okay, effort, not street people.
I don't think Brian. He writes long gone.
What? Yeah, I'm putting all my political differences aside.
Just kind of focusing on them as a player.
Yeah, I used maybe slightly above average, but I guess I just seen his average.
I don't know which is fair.
I mean, that's hair.
It's a fair, like something like view tohave on him.
He was never, like, super fantastic.
All right, man, this is it.
This is the end of the show.
Um, thank you for doing this early in the morning.
It's I'm pretty sure it was not on the wake up this early.
Oh, no, man, you're good.
I usually get up.
Usually get up this time anyway, So it's not a big deal, okay? Yeah.
Um, but station for, um, things at 5 45 or something with Steven Tato.
