What's going on today, guys? Stephen Tada here with the again.
You guys don't know who I am.
I am the host of the fantasy coaches podcast and also a member of Unwrapped Sports Network.
Ah, great family bonding we have over here at the coach's podcast and on unwrap sports.
Um, appreciate you guys listening in today.
It's an hour before kickoff.
I'm here for all your guys.
It starts and sits.
Whatever I could do to offer to help you guys out today, and I'm just gonna go over my own starting sits because so I love to do talk about fantasy football, so I'll get right into quarterbacks today.
Um, for me and my must start this week's gotta be Drew Brees.
If you have a few have, maybe him and someone else was high profile.
Start, start. Drew Brees.
Drew Brees is fantastic.
He just is going to tear up this defense in Atlanta.
Atlantic is a top three most fantasy points of quarterbacks this season so far, and they're so decimated on injuries is just so hard for them to really stop anyone.
And Yu Ri Sol Ju Breeze is back and healthy weight ready to go.
You know, he destroyed the Cardinals defense two weeks ago, and with weapons around him, the strong run game Alvin Kamara seem to be healthy now.
I expect a lot of passing today, and I kind of like a shootout kind of game.
I could see a real shoot are going home today, and Drew Brees is gonna be a big part of that.
So start a month.
If you have him for, you know, my sleeper of the day, it's got to be Ryan Tannehill.
If you guys haven't been looking at Ryan Tunnel is a valuable option fantasy.
It means not a ***y name, But this man's put up 19 fantasy points a game since he's been come to starter and the chief's defense isn't as great as a show.
You know, they have a decent past defense that kind of stops wide receivers on the outside from doing anything, but they still have a big points.
Aaron Rodgers last two weeks ago, Kurt Cousins last week.
They allow points to the quarterback position.
So if you have him and you're looking for an option, he's a great option this week I think you can put a police a solid 18 fantasy points where you have them.
That's all we were really looking for in fantasies, just fantasy points.
And even with Corey Davis out today, guys, if you have Cory Davis, he's out today.
Ryan Townhouse should be fine.
He does have a J.
Brown, the rookie, and Adam Humphries the baby to get the job done.
Jonah Smith is also going to be in there, and he should be perfectly fine.
And even with, you know, possible interceptions or something like that, you guys might be afraid of.
Was it worry? Thanks for joining.
Don't worry about it.
We sold last week when they when they versus Panthers, that even with during two picks last week, he's able to get the job done.
This offense just looked better in general.
And if you're looking for that sleeper, Ryan Tannehill is a fantastic sleeper this week.
And then for a bust.
No, I didn't talk about just how, like this Saints Alana's game's gonna be in a shoot out.
It could be really good.
It could be it could just be the Saints just running up the score board this week because Matt Ryan is my bus this week.
You know, he's called a hard to set someone like Matt Rhyme, but the fact is, the fact is that you know he's coming off injury.
The Saints defense actually is really good.
They're really good at stopping the run for the most part.
So they're going to Machiavelli to run the ball and just general on they're gonna force Matt Ryan the past and that I'm just gonna get pressured all day and I expect a pretty bad game from Matt Ryan.
You know, you know, he was kind of more about, like, throughout the week.
We don't care if he wasn't a star kind of thing, and I think he's gonna gonna just underperformance what he should I expect maybe somewhere like a 10 fantasy.
What kind of day? With a couple of picks.
Maybe he gets a late garbage time touchdown because they will probably be living this game, and town Hall is going to need help, But Matt Ryan is going to need to throw the ball at some point.
Don't be mad when he underperforms this week because he could very much under perform this week.
And then, you know, a couple more.
If yes, had Matthew stop Pretty heard the news that he's out this week.
Unfortunately, if you then you still looking for some help in the back end here now? Ryan Office.
It's actually been like a top 10 quarterback since, like week.
The re he's actually put up for a lot of fantasy points over that time frame holds defense is pretty tough.
But, you know, Ryan Fitzpatrick has that kind of, like magic ability.
Told that he could just doesn't care about that, he just gonna cost the ball up.
He's just gonna you know, he's just gonna rock it and he said something, throw it, throw it all day and then he might throw a couple pics.
But I think he could end up getting a couple of touchdowns today and be pretty productive For the most part, Another person made me, you know, Brian Hoyer, Brian Corey starting today for dog Jacoby, percent aware of, you know, pretty average out all anything of quarterbacks saying, but you can get the job done. Nothing against us. Miami defense.
Unfortunately, you guys see the Dolphins fan.
I know, but, you know, the Dolphins defense, unfortunately, is not very good.
And they've allowed, like, 10 touchdown passes in the last, like, three weeks.
So if you're looking for an option, kind of Hell, Mary throw, throw him in there.
You know? He could get the job done.
He's gonna play it safe.
They're gonna run the ball a bit more.
He might not get big numbers, but he could put Joe Sea floor like 16 fantasy points for the week.
So you're looking for someone on the safe side, Bryant, Or it could be that guy for you.
And then, um you know, if you're looking No Drift Trickled, ref Driscoll.
He's actually the start of this week for the Lions.
He's also not a bad option either.
If you're looking for someone, I'm not saying go start him or something like that.
But if you're in a desperate separation, we're here in a deeper man leak or something like that.
He's not a bad option.
You know, one thing about him that's good is that he can run the ball and he has over his time, he was able to really run the ball and do something in that nature if you saw him last year, but we believe he was playing on since in the last year, and you know he did run the ball of times.
He did have rushing Billy to warm and the barriers.
Defense isn't as good as we all think they are.
They're a little under under a tree under over under performing this year, unfortunately, and you know he could end up having a pretty solid A as well.
So that's definitely other option to go.
If you're still looking for more quarterbacks, The battle the battle for New York, both Daniel Jones and Sandal have value to him.
If you're looking for a good start this week because they just, they both play deep, bad defenses and they could end up performing very well today.
And then just a couple of the players are kind of on the offense about like someone like Kirk Cousins and deck on the Sunday night game. Granite.
You're probably gonna start these guys just just be worry, like both these teams have kind of been, you know, sure strong run defense is or run offenses and that could be the case this week.
We try to run the ball and see they win that way because both these past defenses are actually really good.
So that could be a situation where that both these guys kind of under performed this week and not performed to the standards.
We would hope so.
And then one more kind of boss potential.
This because Jared golf guys, he's not a star double as we hoped, but against us.
Pittsburgh's defense experts defense is actually pretty strong for the most part.
And you know, I wouldn't be surprised if this turns into more of a a close scoring game and music of 17 14 kind of game.
And it's very like not a big shoot out potential with mean jerk off has been struggling all season, as you could already.
No, I mean, yes, he's had a cripple.
Great fantasy performances.
But this Steele's defense is.
Since it acquired Mission Patrick, they've actually been really good and they've stopped a lot offenses from really like taking off.
So Jared Goff could be that kind of bust potential this week for us and then we get into the running backs again Everyone loves to hear about the run of box because there's so few in this league.
And for me, my start of the week has to be David Montgomery.
If you were ever doubting his ability this week, I think there's a perfect situation this week as this.
No whole new Lions offense might be stuttered now because of Matthew Stop for being out.
You know this might purpose present an opportunity for the Bears to play storm defense and run the ball.
And Dave Montgomery's all about the running up to me if he didn't seem like Davis got released finally, and Detroit actually gives up the most fantasy points a game two running backs right now.
So if you're looking for someone right now, too, as a must start, he's gotta be my must start this week.
He's got to be in your line ups if you don't feel like if he had a diff it the GFS this week.
He's a fantastic option and you definitely get him in your starting lineup because he is truly gonna have a fantastic fantasy day and then we go to the next one here.
That's my sleeper.
I had Thai Johnson.
Um, and this actually might be more true now than ever, because Drafter director school is the starting quarterback is that they may try to run the ball a little bit more right now and try to get the run game going so that your school doesn't have to force the ball every which way, but they're probably going to end up having to do.
But I think I Johnson I met pretty solid today.
The Bears are run game.
I'm not running a run.
Defense is is not that strong.
They've allowed 100 yard rusher is multiple times over the last four weeks and a lot of rushing touchdown, basically every single game since Week three.
So if you're looking for a running back this week, you know you're in a desperate situation.
Ty Johnson could get the job done.
You know, I think he will get a you know he might not get 100 yards in this king, but I could see like a good 50 yards and a touchdown, which isn't, you know, isn't the most best thing you could do.
But for a running back and his callable is, it's not that bad So if you're looking for that running back, he could be that guy for you.
Thanks for joining and then go to my boss this week.
I hate to do it because he's such a high profile All Pro, but Deanna Johnson is the guiding my bus.
63 guys coming off injury.
You mean they say he's healthy and everything, But you know, how much are they really gonna play him, Right, All coming off this injury, it seem to be pretty serious that he had to be out for a couple weeks.
They did trade for Kenyon Drake.
Why trade for Kenyan drink if you're not gonna play Kenyon Drake, he does have abilities.
One that something that maybe David Jonathan doesn't have in his own.
And it's gonna be a split backfield, I think, this week, and unfortunately, they play the second best team against running backs in fantasy.
And that's the Temple Bay Buccaneers, who they don't allow a lot of fantasy points.
They don't allow a lot of rushing touchdowns, and the way the Bucks are in defense, they're gonna be able to stop any running back who may be involved in the passing game because they don't have a lot of running backs.
Actually catch the ball in the backfield.
And this might be more of a wide receiver kind of game.
We're both quarterbacks, and the wider she was really go off where? Unfortunately, running backs don't do as much this week.
So you know, just the worry of that.
Because, you know, you probably gonna start David Johnson because you're gonna have to start David Johnson.
But it just it just a little scared that he may not be performing as what we would like, really.
And then, you know, a couple more running backs who, you know, I'm kind of like high on now.
And I think you know Damian Williams Now that the Storm McCoy's out this week, guys, I think he could put up have some really great value.
Patrick make all the Pat Mahomes is back now so that my open of the run game no, Damon Williams is good in the past two.
And honestly, Darryl Williams might be a great auction this week.
Guys, if you're in a pickle and your deep man league and you need it running back this week, he could be a really, you know, he's performed when she gets to go in the field.
So he could be really good this week.
Octavius Marriott like, kind of as a sleeper because, you know, they talked about going to squeeze more of a split carry backfield.
And remember the days when both Mark Ingram and album Camaro well on the field together and they both wore fantasy relevant.
They could be moving back to that situation.
So that gives Murray more of that opportunity to actually get the ball score touchdowns and, you know, have that opportunity to him.
So I do like him this week as well.
Um, couple others I'm not actually a high on off switch that side of the ball now.
A couple others I'm not really that high on this week is unfortunately gonna be tough. Girly.
The Pittsburgh's defense is actually pretty stout for the most part, and they don't allow a lot.
And even though it's all girly so often by another week, health to his body.
Um, hey, thanks for the whistles.
I think he might just, you know, under form this week.
Unfortunately, and you know Darryl Henderson is getting carries now that Malcolm Brown's out and that could be a really bad day for them.
So, you know, be cautious with Todd Gurley gonna start him because he's a girly.
But people cautious one person who might be able to actually sit for once is the Vontae Friedman.
If you haven't even of the backup option, maybe a sleeper person this week.
I talked about the treatment because, no, the Saints have allowed only, like, 30 average of 34 rushing yards again over the last four weeks.
And they're gonna be behind in this game.
And we're gonna force the offense approachable more often than not so Freeman could end up having a really poor game once again.
And then a couple others.
Maybe I could find you're thinking about some cream hunt.
Give him another.
We could see what the offense does.
And maybe if you're invested situation, maybe.
Okay, go for it.
But in reality, like cream, Hunt might get on the field for like, a total of, like, seven snaps.
The 10 snaps, maybe, and that's not gonna perform a lot.
Buffalo's defense is strong, and they're gonna be stuff in a line, so don't go out there and start create something.
He's gonna be amazing off.
Remember, this man has employees, football, and, oh, God had in all of what's almost like 15 games since pulling back the last season.
So expect that to not really be that great of a first game for him.
We love to see what he does to see her fantasy reality has moving forward.
But this might not be the game.
And then one more actually found that actually, a pretty good sleeper this week is actually Gus Edwards.
Uh, you know, if he's the if you guys don't know him, he is the Ravens back up, running back ever since Andy this week and more than likely gonna be up.
Cincinnati's starting their rookie quarterback this week for the first time.
This could be more a blowout game for Baltimore.
And instead of, you know, letting love Mahler, Jackson and Mark Ingram rushed their legs.
Gus Edwards and Gus Edwards could get the job done.
He couldn't have in like 40 yards in a fourth quarter.
Cashed out for us this week.
So just just if you're looking for a guy.
I mean, I probably saw him over cream hunt.
If you have him, uh, cream hot, Maybe starting I would start him over them.
So that just another option to give you guys this week.
So the running back position is definitely fun to do, Unfortunately, which wish it was a better situation that more running backs were involved.
But it's hard with all these committees nowadays to really judge on what's gonna happen.
All those fantasy running back.
So But we're gonna go right over to the wide receivers, and my wide receiver must started this week is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers bar receivers.
I mean, the Cardinals give up a lot in the passing game.
Even with Patrick Peterson back, there is still one of the worst against the past, and I expect them to really just roll the ball. I get it.
I think this is gonna be a shoot out potential tool.
And you know, like Evans and Chris God, when they're just gonna be the recipients of this and James Wins is gonna want 1/3 of all.
They don't have a strong running back.
Yes, Ronald Jones's It's nice sleeper this week, but again, they don't like, have a good running game.
Still, no matter what this whole week is doing, Hey, thanks for joining.
And hey, thanks for joining.
So you have to really be worried that that the run games are gonna really do that much.
So, you know, put in these running these wide receivers is gonna be fantastic for us.
Comes on come today in the next hour, next half hour, actually getting closer and closer.
And then my sleeper this week is gonna be James and crawler.
Uh, he's got a healthy amount of targets.
He averaged six targets, six receptions a game, which is really good if you're in a PPR leagues and the Giants give up the third most fantasy points of wide receivers this year.
So if you're looking for someone to like, you know, get you over the edge is we can inflect spot gyms and crowd is a great option.
I'm starting him everywhere I can.
He's I think he has that connection with Sam Donald and then Adam Gates offense.
The slot player is always one of the better ones, so if you're looking for that option, he's a great option to go with and then going in my boss this week.
It's gotta be Odell Beckham.
Unfortunately, I love Odell. Beckham is the player.
He's talented, but I called it earlier this year.
This Browns offense isn't ready yet.
They don't know what they're doing right now.
This Freddie Kitchens offense is just very poorly, Rand.
And he goes up against one of the best corners in the league right now.
And even with them trying to forcing the ball is not gonna work out.
They're gonna be behind in games.
I'm gonna have to move it around.
Baker's not gonna just do it all day.
He's like, All right, well, I'm not not working.
Let's start someone else because oh does gonna be so under coverage.
I mean, if you have him, you're probably going to start him.
Believe me, I get it.
But if there's an opportunity where you can put someone else in, like honestly, I'm not gonna lie to you guys.
I would start James and crowded over Odell this week because he has the easier match up.
He's been more consistent as a as a wide receiver and fantasy.
Granted, his talent isn't on Odell level whatsoever.
But it's not always about talent.
When it comes to fantasy, it's about production.
It's about opportunity and matchups, and I just don't think O'Dell's how's the same of those three like James crowded us.
So, you know, just be worry if you're gonna find on s****om.
And Plus, the Bills have a lot of 100 our procedure yet this season.
So that could be an issue for you guys moving forward.
So just just be wary of that.
So and then just a couple other some, you know, just by looking at, you know, my rankings for this week.
So someone I really like is Emmanuel Sanders.
The Seahawks have a lot of the 100 yard receiver each week so far this season, so I think he could be the benefit of, especially without George Kettle in this week.
Christian Kirk is a nicely for this week because he goes, they go up against that buck's defense, so that could be someone you're looking at now is a great option for you this week.
We talked about how the Colts the offense could do very well against this Dolphins defense.
You guys didn't see who joined me.
I'm a dolphin friend.
I know, but you know, he has a great office.
You need to do something great this week.
Larry Fitzgerald has been kind of disappointment in the last couple of the last month or so now, and he could be a very valuable option this week.
Someone like aging Brown.
Now that Cory Davis is out has real potential to actually do very well this week.
So he could be very, oh, very productive and then very sleepy.
Ah, Giants wide receiver with, uh, Evan Ingram and drawing Shepherd out once again, slogan actually comes a very valuable option and fantasy.
No, uh, Jones, like somebody threw Stones on multiple touchdowns this season, and he's kind of like the deep man right now.
So on the Pittsburgh camp expert, but the Jets can be beat deep, so that could be very, very fun option for you guys this week.
So just just look out for that.
He could be someone you might want to start for sure I like his potential will do really well and then we go to the other side of the ball.
People might not be as high arm, just like Odo.
Um, is Kenny Gala day now? Um, and Marvin Jones.
I think their values would just definitely drop a little bit.
I don't know if Marvin Jones is as start herbal now as we would like him to be.
Kenny, Gala day is definitely start herbal now.
Hey, thanks for the, uh, one finger.
And I don't think he is Option.
Is that great? Now, with Driscoll's quarterback, so kinda gala gala day might be okay, So but, uh, I don't think Marvin Jones as ah likable now is that flex option And Danny Amendola.
Uh, his kind of value doesn't really change because he could be a valuable person in the slot role.
So just keep that in mind that for this week and a couple others juju Smith your store, you know, he was a game time decision.
He's playing, so he's definitely a little banged up.
Still, the Rams secondaries is a fantastic now, without jailed Samuel sending there so he may be underperforming.
Not do that Well this week, unfortunately, and he hasn't very, you know, he didn't have a connection with that.
Fortunately, with Mason Rudolph, so he could be someone who might want to stay away from this week as well.
And then, you know, I mean, if you have Jarvis Landry, I still don't like him either this week.
He's got a great matchup, either.
And then Metcalf, you know, he's kind of this is that rising star over the last couple weeks now, and he's big game last week.
I don't think he has a big game this week.
It seems like Josh, Josh Gordon is gonna be playing in this game, so I don't want to see before you. We go nuts.
If you're desperate, I guess.
But I'm not too thrilled starting him this week, unfortunately, because I don't know what this offense will be like with Josh forward on the field now.
So and those are while wide receivers, a lot of fun, a lot of wide receivers and then we go on my part of the one of the heart of positions, a really predict in this world, and it's gotta be the tight end position and I'm sure you guys are either.
If you have the top fight, a tight ends in the league, you must be doing pretty well for the most part, If you don't, you're scrambling around.
Well, *** and I have multiple leagues where I have great tight ends and really one that I'm like struggling to find every week.
But I find them and for me this week, my sleeper, because this, if you have it, must start its top eight.
I always say that my podcast, We start the top a tight ends, and after that it's all sleepers and bust, really.
And for my sleeper this week, it's gotta be Maxwell Williams.
Guys and us might not help Maximum Williams is, and I'll give you a quick background.
He was on the Ravens a while ago.
He was a second round pick.
Didn't really pan out there, Unfortunately, and anyone over to the Cardinals, he's kind of like the one A and tight ends there now.
And the one thing you gotta know about who divers in this week, the Cardinals is the box, and the Buccaneers have given up a top 10 performance to the tight end position every single week this year.
If you guys don't know the name Jacob Hollister, he might have been a B waiver pick up this week If you go back and listen to one of my episodes.
I talked about him so much is like, Listen, Jacob Haas.
There's no one to be amazing about, but he's getting the production as tight and slaw, and they're gonna leave the tight end position open on Sunday.
Well, he went for, like 40 yards, 50 yards and three touchdowns and had a top 10 performance.
So same thing goes with Maxwell Williams.
He's got Charles play that you guys might know.
Charlie's place somewhat of a tight and option back in the day.
And Charles Clay is just not.
He's not getting production. The targets.
The snap count over Maxwell Williams, even though he's the bigger name you would say in this in between the two of them that are wise and Mexico Williams could have that kind of Jacob Hollister day this week that we saw last week.
So if you're in a desperate situation, you're looking for a tight end.
You maybe look in front of advantage, maybe a big boom bust.
I think he's that one of the biggest boom bust guys right now.
Even though he's statistics say that, you know, he should have a great game.
But again, you know you can't always trust.
That's most of time.
But in this situation, it's been productive and consistent all season.
That the tight end, who versus the bucks is gonna be talkin performance? So maximum.
Maxwell Williams is my tight and sleep off the week.
I'm starting him in a couple of places I had to because my timing's on by or I don't have a good tight end.
I like taking opportunities and risk with these tight end position because they could just do nothing anyway.
So and then for my bust, unfortunately, gotta be Grubby job.
Uh, I can't speak today.
Uh, Jason Witten just would have been doing pretty predictable over the last couple weeks now.
And you know, Minnesota hasn't really allowed a group a really strong, tight end to do good this year.
And I'm not suggesting once a stronghold in, but they haven't allowed besides one tight in this year to really do anything against them.
And that was there, the role Waller so he could end up having really poor day.
Unfortunately, I don't like his reduction that much.
I think that's gonna be more one getting kind of heavy like I talked about earlier.
And then, you know, I called a couple more sleepers.
Uh, Myka Seki, Miami guy uh, you know the Cops'll plow up like the the fifth most points of Titans this year.
My kasicky is getting into his groove.
Finally, that's kind of getting production and, you know, with the receivers being covered and Preston Williams now out for the year just because a real chance to step up and he needs to if you want to be part of this team's future, so he's a great option.
Jonah Smith of Kansas City is definitely another great option.
If the Pittsburgh Steelers defense give up something in Skin's too tight, usually against her in a position to Jay Hawkins is a nice option this week as well.
Eric Ebron is definitely a fantastic option against Miami.
Miami gets a lot to the wide receiver running that wide receivers, but the tight ends this year.
He's definitely another great option.
And then just looking to see if there's anyone Well, hello, Josh out. Josh Hill.
Josh Hill, the tight end for the scenes, could have some production against Atlanta's defense that could be something there that you might wantto monitor.
He could end up having a pre season game, Uh, and then that's that's mostly sleepers.
I could think of it off the top of my head and then just some bust.
I have, like, one more bus. They really give you guys.
And that's Chris Herndon.
Ah, you guys are thinking, Oh, Chris heard its active and starts a God a plane.
He's just got that production to him.
Well, yeah, he does have a production to him, but you have to know that, you know, the Giant actually give up the least amount of points, the tight end position since the beginning of the season.
I think Jason went might be the one of second exception to this rule because Jason wasn't always destroys the Giants, but I don't think they're gonna have that same production this week.
Karen's coming off it both injury, you know, he could just hurt us.
Have me after two snaps, you don't know.
So it's the better.
Be cautious with him this weekend.
Don't just throw him out there, I think.
Give him another week.
Make sure he gets in on the field for the whole game.
So he's another option this week that you're looking for the tight end.
He's definitely the way to go, unfortunately so.
But, you know, those are my starting sits for the weeks, guys, I appreciate you guys tuning in for it.
I do appreciate it because I do just love talking about fantasy football and just a passion of mine.
So, like, just talk about give my opinion and things.
I've researched everything like that.
If you guys don't know what I do here on Sundays, I'm usually here every morning or tried to be.
Did you start sits like I'm doing now and then usually, after the one game you do a fantasy recaps from when I watched what I saw in red so far and just kind of give you guys a quick, quick reaction of what one blocking showed.
And then also, I try to do that after four o'clock games, too, and give you that.
It's quick reaction as well.
So, you know, I appreciate you listening today again.
My name is Steven Tato.
I am the host of the Fantasy Coaches podcast and a member of On Ropes with Network uh, definitely Give us a follow over at the Web site at w w dot the fantasy coaches dot com I appreciate it now.
We do a lot of fun.
Things were just trying to help everyone be really good a fantasy and when their championship.
So thank you guys are tuning in today.
I appreciate it and, you know, have a great purple Sunday and we'll have a great Sunday if you don't want football.
But, no, I just have a great day, guys.
