And welcome into the broadcast.
He's coming to you live right here on SportsCastr.
We got some MBA action for you.
We got some NHL action for you.
It's the Golden State Warriors taken on the Houston Rockets and in about half an hour time, the Detroit Red Wings taken on the New York Rangers.
I I got you covered all night here on SportsCastr for both of these intriguing matchups.
First we start in the n B A with Rockets Warriors.
It's James Harden leading the way for Houston, of course, now teamed up with Russell Westbrook, who he played with in O. K. C.
Meanwhile, for the Warriors, they're a bit shaken up, to say the least.
They got a lot of injuries, and I mean a lot.
So the starting lineup not what you're used to seeing.
It's a beautiful night in Houston, Texas, from the Toyota Center in Houston.
The Warriors against the Rockets, it's Ah, 6:45 p.m.
Thank you, Avery, for joining the broadcast.
Welcome in hope you're having a great Wednesday night.
I got some MBA and NHL coverage for you tonight.
Let's get to the starting lineups for the Warriors, They got Kai Bowman, Jordan Pool, Glenn Robinson, Eric Pascoe and Willie Cauley. Stein.
I warned you a minute ago.
It's not the lineup for the Warriors that you're used to hearing or seeing.
And now on the other side for the Houston Rockets.
They gotta Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Daniel.
Tucker and Clint Capela on a problem? Every No problem.
I don't mind that all that.
You couldn't join my stream yesterday.
Don't worry one bit.
All right, so we're just about ready to tip this one off from Houston Warriors taken on the Rockets The Warriors, who are off to a rough start on the year because of ah, of basically an injury to every one of their best players.
All right, Houston wins the tip.
James Harden, Clint Capela.
Now it's over to P.
Tucker to the paint goes hard in his shot is no good.
The rebound tipped up, but that's off the Roman out and it's rebounded by the warriors.
Here come Golden State.
Oh, those are wretched numbers.
Those numbers are not the easiest.
Tareen, This is a three point attempt.
So draining the three point or there.
I can't read the numbers that well for the Warriors.
Get that to you in a minute.
Oh, it was Chi Bowman with the three pointer.
So three to nothing the Warriors lead here is Bowman.
Passes it out, Say Westbrook.
Now driving in the shots in and out.
And it's rebounded by the Rockets.
Here is James Harden pick set by Clint Capela.
Nice passed by Hardin, and Clint Capela slams it down for the first points of the game for the Houston Rockets.
Warriors lead it.
Welcome, Austin to the broadcast.
I appreciate you comin in here on SportsCastr.
I got MBA and NHL free Tonight.
We start in the n B A with Warriors Rockets.
That shot is good from the corner, and it's five to Warriors in the lead.
Here's Russell Westbrook to the pain.
He goes now back out to the far corner, driving back in left handed dribble, and it's up to no good off the rim it out.
He took it himself.
In here come the Warriors the other way.
Willie Cauley Stein to the paint the layup.
No good off the glass and out Harden all the way down.
Court toe Westbrook Westbrook tryto one hand.
But that didn't work out too well out of bounds. That went.
Maybe the Rockets, perhaps a little too quick on the fast break.
Here come the Warriors.
Kali Stein passes it out.
Three point shot is made.
So the three point shot made there.
I got two issues with the Warriors.
It's not the lineup.
We're used to them saying this will be an offensive foul on Houston, You know, with all the injuries they have that I'm not familiar with.
Many of these players, and also the numbers, are really hard to read.
It was Eric Paschal with the last three pointer, though this will be passed off fake shot for three from the corner.
It's off the rim and out rebound by James Harden.
Here come the Rockets the other way.
Hardin to the paint, dishes it out over the Tucker Tucker from the corner.
It's good three point shot made by P. J. Tucker.
Golden State still in the league.
All right, Cauley Stein will pass that one off to Chris Chris back to Cali. Stein.
It's now to the corner with Glenn Robinson.
The three point shot.
The attempt there from Eric Pascoe.
Here come the Rockets, another three point attempt from Tucker, and it's good again.
Tucker is on fire.
Oh, no, there will rule it.
His foot was on the line, apparently, but 87 nonetheless, in a timeout called Well, what a start to this one, folks.
Yep, the right call. His right foot was on the line by just a little bit. 8 to 7.
The Warriors lead it time out on the floor.
I'll be back after this commercial break.
Don't go anywhere. It's Warriors.
A Wednesday here on SportsCastr.
All right, welcome back.
Welcome to the broadcast, Jimmy.
Thanks for comin in here on SportsCastr Mike D'Antoni, in his fourth season as the Rockets head coach.
He's at 53 or more wins and each of his 1st 3 seasons.
Can you keep it going this season? We'll see.
I think I think it'll be close around 53 wins for the Rockets. We'll see.
All right, here we go.
The Warriors have it up.
87 Rooming around the art.
The three point shot from the corner is good and it's 11 to 7.
The Warriors nice shot there from Eric Paschal Harden out to House and Daniel House.
It's a three point shot right back, 11 to 10. Now the score.
Here's a three point opportunity again.
The rebound, though, is taken by Golden State.
Here's Colleen knows.
Excuse me. It was Bowman.
They're gonna have to hoist it up, but the shots not often time a shot clock violation on Golden State so the Rockets will take over possession here.
Steve Kerr, meanwhile, is in 1/6 season as the Warriors had coached five straight MBA Finals appearances.
Of course, with three titles Harden dishes, this will be off of James Harden and Warriors ball.
So here come the Warriors with the ball is Glenn Robinson.
Now it's on back with Paschal Robinson.
The shot in and out.
No good rebound taken by Houston.
Nice pass over to the three point arc.
Here's Russell Westbrook, Westbrook to harden Harden back to the top of the key.
He'll shoot it from Dean.
It's no good the rebound made by the Rockets.
Now it's Russell Westbrook.
He fakes the three drives to the paint Nice past, and Clint Capela is up in Fouled on the shot, and he'll go to the line to shoot, too.
Wow! That was some good ball movement there by the Rockets.
And now Capella at the line, and his first free throw is good, and this game is all tied up.
So upcoming N B A schedule tomorrow, the Boston Celtics at the Charlotte Hornets at eight Eastern time and then the Portland Trail Blazers.
We'll travel to play the L A Clippers at 10 30 Eastern time.
This is a three point shot from Westbrook.
Another rebound by the Rockets and Clint Capela slams it home for the bucket, and it's 13 to 11.
The Houston Rockets in the league yours.
Bowman sends it out to Robinson now Kali Stein.
He'll take the shot mid range.
No good rebound taken by Houston.
Harden will reset back outside the arc.
We'll let his team set up here.
Still hasn't hardened easily goes to the paint.
The shot is up when he was fouled on the play and he'll shoot two at the line.
Could have easily had the end one there, but the shot didn't fall.
You're playing 5 59 to go in the first quarter.
The Houston Rockets up 13.
You 11. James Harden on the season.
6 points per game. That leads the MBA.
38% from the field.
And his first free throw is good.
Thanks for the whistle, Jimmy.
I appreciate that A lot.
Thank you very much.
I cover about all sports here on SportsCastr tennis, baseball, basketball, soccer.
I'm probably missing one hockey that I say that.
Tonight I'm doing both the warriors against the Rockets and Red Wings against the Rangers.
Um, Houston, by the way, on an 80 run in the last two minutes.
15 to 11 they lead it.
I am a diehard Boston sports fans.
So a majority of the games I call on here for MBA NHL are Bruins and Celtics.
But on nights like these were, neither of them are playing.
I just I decided to the nationally televised games.
Hard into the paint in the floaters up and it's good.
Houston on a big run here.
So here's Kali Stein dishes it out to the pain, and the finger was no good.
All Alec Burkes into the paint should have been a bucket, but no, though.
But the shot is blocked.
Here come the Warriors the other way.
Three pointer from the corner.
It's off the rim in, out from Eric Paschal in the rebound taken by James Harden.
Harden to the hoop.
The past of Capella and his shot is blocked and the Rockets will inbound this one with 14 seconds to go on the shot clock.
What is going on, Laura, Welcome into the broadcasts.
Hope you're having a wonderful Wednesday night.
I appreciate you stopping by here on SportsCastr got N B A and and HLD Redwings Rangers getting underway in a couple minutes.
I'll be commentating that game as well.
Kind of switching back between the two and this one goes off of Golden State again.
Six seconds off the clock and the Rockets will inbound from underneath.
It'll be inbounded.
The harden Harden tried to get that one too.
I believe it. Waas.
I'm not sure who it was. It might have been compelling.
Not sure, but anyway, the warriors went down.
17. 13 Austin Rivers to the hoop.
This is out the three point.
Except it's no good.
And it's tipped off of the Warriors.
It was off the fingertip there of I believe Omari Spellman.
Yeah, it was Spellman.
Uh, who's off of incomes? Damian Lee for Golden State And taking a break will be Bowman.
All right, this is out to hardened, hardened from deep.
It's in and out.
The warriors come out with the rebound.
Is this find you think doing two games at once? Yeah, I guess so.
I'm not gonna do it a lot, but yeah, these last two nights has just happened to be that way on the four.
Burkes, Lee, Spellman, Bowman and Paschal.
Yeah, I'm trying it out.
Um, yeah, I don't usually do it, but here's the three point attempt from Rivers. It's good.
You might have got fouled, too, but nothing was called 20 to 15.
Houston in the lead.
Three point field goals.
Golden State three for seven Houston, 348 A nice cut there to the hope in the lay up is in from Damian Lee, 20 to 17.
The Warriors calling back Was James Harden with it.
Steps back. Three point attempt.
The rebound taken.
And here come the Warriors the other way.
It's Paschal over two.
Berks Spellman takes the shot.
Nice job there via Mari Spellman.
It's now a one point game 20 done to 19.
All right, James Harden tryingto pass there, but not on the same page.
Here come the words the other way.
The pass up in the bucket is good and the Warriors have taken the lead.
Alec Burkes with the lay up.
And it's 21 to 20.
The Warriors in the lead time out on the floor to 41 to go in the first quarter.
And the Warriors right back in.
This one here on SportsCastr.
We got a good one from Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.
All right, let's check in on the NHL.
How shall we? This one is about to get underway between the Rangers and the Red Wings.
A little preview, this one, Anthony Month of the Red Wings has been having a nice start to a season.
Thanks for the popcorn, Laura.
I appreciate that A lot.
Thank you very much.
I'm glad you're enjoying the broadcast, So yeah, the Red Wings.
Rangers getting ready.
Tow for puck drop.
It's Wednesday night hockey in Anthony Manta.
A guy to watch for the Red Wings.
We'll see if he can make an impact tonight.
On the other side, Henrik Lundquist still playing still in goal for the Rangers.
He's an absolute legend, and Wednesday night hockey is about to get underway in a few minutes.
So both games currently while one in a commercial break, the other one? Not under way yet.
I'll be back in about a minute.
I'm just gonna get something to drink.
And I'll be back with the Warriors Rockets as they wrap up the first quarter. Don't go anywhere.
More live commentary of MBA.
An NHL action on this Wednesday night here on SportsCastr.
Coming your way right after this.
Welcome back, everybody.
So, the Warriors current starting lineup last season, the Glenn Robinson was with the distance.
I mean, Eric Paschal was still in college at Villanova.
Uh, Willie Cauley Stein was with the King's I mean, the starting lineup that none of them were with the Warriors a season ago.
A whole new look.
Warriors team Rockets, meanwhile, took the lead 22 to 21.
Here's a three point shot from Pascoe, and it's good.
So Ordos Burkes I apologize.
Alec Birks of the three points.
Oh, no, they're gonna rule it out. To my apologies.
23 22 3 point shot.
That is a three point shot. No good.
The rebound taken by Austin.
Rivers of the Rockets.
Rivers to the paint.
Dishes it out back to Austin Rivers.
He takes the shot from deep as the shot clock expires.
Any trades that Austin rivers for? Three.
The Rockets retake the lead.
Wow! Very impressive.
There from rivers, By the way, For the first time tonight, Macklemore is out there for the Rockets.
This is stolen by the Rockets.
Here they go the other way.
The past two rivers, rivers, fakes.
The shot takes the three and it's good.
Austin Rivers is on fire.
28 2 23 The Rockets up 55 Wow! Off the dribble and drains it again.
So Burkes will pass it over there.
Bowman Bowman from deep, but he nets it 28 to 26 under a minutes ago.
In quarter number one three point field goals.
Golden State are 448 Meanwhile, Houston, five for 12 years, Austin Rivers dribbling to the paint, the shots up, and he's felt you'll go to the line to shoot, too, or No, sorry, I apologize.
It wasn't a shooting fell.
All right, this is inbounded.
The shot off the glass, no good.
And the rebound taken by Golden State tried to the paint, and it's blocked by Tyson Chandler.
But a foul is called on Chandler or maybe Rivers.
One of them was called, and the Warriors have a chance to tie this game up.
Alec Burke's Excuse me.
Going to the line to shoot, too.
So the first attempt from barks is good.
28 to 27 in Berks tied up here 32.
4 seconds left in the first quarter.
No, he cannot tie the game up.
That one's in and out.
He was one for two from the line.
Here comes Russell Westbrook.
The alley oop to Tyson Chandler.
But the rebound is taken and put back up for the bucket that time by Sabas Sefolosha.
30 to 27 Rockets in the lead and the shot clock only about 1/2 2nd ahead of the game clock's of the Warriors will let this clock go down.
No, they won't this woman be a drive to the paint and the finger roll is good.
Now the Rockets will get the last shot of the first quarter.
Westbrook passes it off the shot at the buzzer.
No good that time from Thabo Sefolosha and we're through 1/4.
The Rockets up 30 to 29.
Alec barks nine points in the first quarter for Golden State.
Austin Rivers nine as well for the Rockets, 12 minutes down, 36 to go or through one in Houston.
We now head back to the NHL, where they're just about ready to get that one underway.
They're currently at a commercial, though, but when I come back, what the opening face off from Madison Square Garden as the Red Wings take on the Rangers, don't go anywhere.
More live commentary coming your way after this.
All right, It's Wednesday night hockey.
The Detroit Red Wings taking on the New York Rangers from Madison Square Garden in New York, New York Thanks so much for joining me tonight. Everyone.
We now shift our focus to the NHL.
Jimmy Howard and goal for Detroit.
His career against the Rangers, a 10 3 and three record.
Just a 1 77 goals against average 9 48 save percentage.
That's the best against a single team on the other end.
For the Rangers, it's Henrik Lundquist in his 15th NHL season.
Is 992nd career game in the regular season and playoffs.
That's the most among active goaltenders.
The Rangers now have Artemis Panera, who's on a five game point streak with two goals and four assists.
Can you carry on that Point Street tonight? Looks like a good addition for the Rangers after Penn Aaron was with the Blue Jackets last year.
All right, we're ready to get this one under way.
Hope you are, too, will be a face off at center ice to kick off Wednesday night Hockey.
The puck is dropped in the face off one by the Red Wings that's underway from Madison Square Garden.
Quist spun back off the glass.
Here is the lineups for the Red Wings. Their forwards.
Bertuzzi, Larkin, Manta, Anthony, Osu, Philippa, Earn, Per Lini, Abdulkadir Heros, Helm End in Biega and the defenseman.
Detroit Nameth, Pharaonic Chilo Ski, McKeel, Wrath Hick, It's and Bowie and that is your lineup for the Detroit Red Wings.
Now for the New York Rangers.
Their forwards include Panera, Strom and Fast on the first line.
Crider Shuttle and Bush.
Novich, Lamu Holden in Kokko.
Haley McKeague and Smith, now the defenseman for New York.
Hike, Trueba stall in Fox.
And there you have it, the lineups for both teams as we're underway from out, but it is taken away by the Rangers, and here they come, a big collision at the glass and recovering that one was hick.
It's now a battle at the boards between the likes of Philippa and Boost Novich, the Rangers still in the zone, but it's almost lost.
Not quite now, at the boards, with it for the Red Wings.
Waas, I believe Alex Vega, Philippa by the way.
Playing in his 5/100 career game with the Detroit Red Wings, Ciara had his 1500 game in the NHL last night against the Canadiens for the Bruins.
All right, here come the Red Wings. This one played across.
It's now behind the net.
Oh, a big hit into the boards there, and the Red Wings, still with a chance, still back.
The shot by police Eve Lundquist in the first stoppage of this game comes at 17 28 to go in the first.
Nothing, nothing. The score.
Yeah, great chance.
There was back to Bowie, and it was taken away by the New York Rangers.
A great effort by Bush, Novich and then Rick.
It's just went down with that collision at the boards.
Excuse me, Kapa ****.
Oh, by the way, has two goals on the season for the Rangers so far.
With the lone shot this game, this one played around the boards.
The Rangers, trying to get out their ends back out in your center, ice, deflected taking away by Detroit.
And here they go.
Pearly knee, though, gives it away.
The Rangers have it a little miscommunication.
There he's now with the board's.
Detroit wins it, this one forced back out.
It's now McElrath and that shot will deflect into the protective netting.
Pearly knee with a chance there for Detroit Face off, will take place in the New York zone.
Thanks so much for joining me tonight.
Jimmy Howard and his previous two starts.
Nine goals allowed.
He was pulled in one of them, the Detroit Red Wings, with three straight losses.
They have been outscored 17 to 4 in that span.
Change that around tonight on Wednesday night Hockey this one point around the boards.
Dylan Larkin sends it out.
They're here! Come the New York Rangers.
Even Aaron on Aaron will hold it up.
Down the boards, it goes and the Rangers still have it.
This one sent in.
The shot is whipped on.
It was Helm who missed the opportunity there.
What's going on? Alex, Welcome into the broadcast.
Also. Welcome, Zack.
Thanks for tuning.
And here on SportsCastr, I greatly appreciated hope you're having a wonderful Wednesday night with 15 57 ago in the first period of stoppage in play here, Mark stalled by the way.
It was a healthy scratch in the previous three games.
He is back tonight, which is good for the New York Rangers.
David Quinn, in charge of the Rangers.
And here we go, face off in the zone of Detroit Stall, playing in his 850th career NHL game.
The shot from the point.
It's a save by Jimmy Howard and he'll hold on to it.
The shot they're coming from.
Tony D'Angelo, the defenseman.
All right, face off.
One by Detroit, taken around the net.
Sent up the boards.
This buck there for the taking.
New York now have it from the back.
It's up near center ice.
This one will be sent around the boards.
Nielsen was scratched tonight for the Red Wings, so he's not playing tonight.
We'll see how big of a loss that could.
This one grabbed by one question.
He'll hold onto it face off to take place, running Richard in the shop.
So 15 24 to go in the first period face off to take place here in the Rangers own go this face off one by the Rangers, and it sent around the boards by Adam Fox.
Now the pressure being put on in the Red Wings take possession on Christmas Week.
You're live streaming the world junior championships.
Yeah, I'll definitely check that out.
Here come the Rangers.
The shot wide left of the goal off the boards.
Another shot saved.
The Rangers still have it.
This one from the blue line blocked John.
It's now around the net.
The shot right, The shots on goal in favor of the Rangers just to toe one.
So far, we're only a little over five minutes and thoughts on the Dallas Stars Winter Classic Jersey.
Yeah, I saw that.
It's very interesting.
Yeah, um I don't know.
What do you think about it, Alex? I think I think they're all right.
I mean, nothing too special about them.
But this is played on back the slap shot.
And it's a save Howard and he gloves that one up.
Jimmy Howard with the nice grab 14 06 to go in the first period.
And it was Hayek with the shot for the Rangers.
This it was a battle in front of the net. They're taking place.
The face off here will be won by Detroit.
Here they come the other way.
Spun around there by Della Rose.
Forget that the board's now pinched a long running onto this one is Del Arose.
Bertuzzi there the shot Save Lundquist.
Do I have discord? No.
What does that lead me to Alex? 13.
42 to go in the first period here on SportsCastr.
We now head back to the Rockets.
Warriors The link to your discord.
Okay, I'll check that out.
Um, I don't got my phone on me right now, but I'll get it in a 2nd 36 to 36 here between the rockets and warriors, drive to the paint.
It's blocked and goes off of Golden State.
I believe that was off of Pascal.
So Rockets ball.
So here come the rockets over seven minutes ago in the second quarter.
Here is Harden puts it up.
It's off the rim and short and the warriors take over.
And a smart foul thereby Russell Westbrook as the Warriors were going on the brake.
So Westbrook will take a little break here as he heads to the bench for Houston.
It'll be inbounded by Golden State. Two.
So all right, Golden State have it.
This will be handed off to Burkes.
The three point opportunity is good.
The three point shot is in.
And how about that? Golden State? Up by 3 39 to 36? Here is James Harden hard and thought about the three.
Now he pulls up for it.
The renowned, though taken by Houston, is put back up for the bucket by P. J.
A one point game now and a little jump up there, and it's good warriors up by three again.
I shot there, and here's Austin Rivers of the Rockets.
He'll pass it on back to James Harden, hard on with it past two Rivers, Rivers now to the corner.
Tucker drives and puts it in for the easy bucket.
It's back to a one point game about midway through the second quarter in a time out will be called by the Warriors.
So Warriors, up by one, we got a good one on N B.
A Wednesday here between the Rockets and the Warriors, a one point game with under six minutes to go in quarter number two in this one.
Now we had back to the NHL.
They're back underway from the commercial break, 13 15 left in the first period.
The Rangers have it.
That pass intercepted now sent down the boards around the goal of Jimmy Howard.
That puck goes and here the Red Wings, Bertuzzi sends it down the boards.
Now it's hustle.
It is Detroit, but they give it right over to New York.
Now, some changes being made from both teams as Detroit will take a moment with it is Dennis. Chill out, ski.
He sends this **** up and it's back in with Madison Bowie.
They're still back in.
Lundquist is there behind the net.
Sends it up the boards and pearly anyone it for Detroit.
D'Angelo sends it back, and the Red Wings try toe build out of their own ice.
But they'll ice it.
So will be a faceoff.
Back in the Rangers own.
It's the as it's nothing, nothing here on Wednesday night hockey.
It lets you capture the star.
Thanks so much for joining me tonight Here on SportsCastr.
I greatly appreciate it should be on tomorrow for Thursday Night Football this face off one by Detroit Back in deep.
The shot, the rebound.
Save Lundquist a double save there from one quiz.
Dylan Larkin still hasn't the path Ripper of a shot goes wide of the goal.
Rebound there, and the Red Wings still have it.
And Kokko of the Rangers was ableto clear that someone now, this one up Larkin with the shot fastest in front, Save one.
Qu'est again, and the Rangers come up with it.
His pass up the pass is blocked.
Now here's our Timmy ****eryn phone.
Erin sent it on back to leave, UM, switches being made from both teams quickly as play carries on.
Here's our Timmy ****eryn, who's with the Blue Jackets last season for there in sent that one up, intercepted by Detroit.
And here come Detroit years. Filppula.
The shot save one opportunity there for Darren Helm.
He had a great opportunity.
The shot wasn't a bad effort, either, but one quest made the safe for the New York Rangers.
Madison Valley will play it across back to Bowie, this one off.
The short glass tried to get into often as you.
It's now sent on back Rangers with it.
The shots on goal in favor of Detroit.
4 to 3 stalls sets it behind.
They're here come Detroit.
Spinning around was Adam Er, and he got the shot off.
It went wide of the goal well, and the Red Wings unable to keep it in front of the blue line.
They will now reset as they make some changes.
Action here from Madison Square Garden. Nothing. Nothing.
Still the score that shot lofted in by Dylan McKeel wrath.
The Rangers win it behind the goal.
This puck is sent up to center ice, and here they come Crider with the shot.
It takes a deflection into the protective to a commercial break.
8 56 to go in the first period on Wednesday night.
Honky Your score.
The Detroit Red Wings zero.
The New York Rangers zero.
So a scoreless started.
This one will see what First we'll head back to the Rockets Warriors, where the Warriors are up 46 to 42.
Eric Paschal, by the way, with 11 points on the night, four for nine from the field and a drive to the Ram a minute ago by Eric Paschal who slammed it home for the dunk for 33 to go in the first half.
Eric Paschal with 79 points in his 1st 3 career starts.
That's the second most in the n B A in the past 30 years.
How about that stat for you? Here's James Harden through the legs.
Step back from three.
He drains it Big three there for the Rockets.
They make it a one point game.
Golden State's still in the lead.
James Harden with nine points on the night that was his 1st 3 pointer on five attempts.
Tonight seems like he's taken a lot more than that.
This is a three point the rims, a rebound taken by Russell Westbrook.
It's in and out.
Rebound taken by Golden State.
Here is Oh, a nice pass there by Jordan pool.
But it goes out of play just a little bit too much on that pass, and the Rockets will take over possession here, down by one, so it's inbounded to James Harden.
He is guarded here by Kai Bowman on the floor for the Rockets, Tucker Westbrook, Hardin Capella and House on the four for Golden State.
Robinson, Kali Stein, lead Bowman and Paschal.
Hardin's still has it.
And he drinks it and the Rockets take a two point lead, 48 to 46.
James Harden with two consecutive three pointers, and you might be finding his game here late in the first half.
Goldman's double teamed.
You'll pass it out.
Drive to the paint the past Kali Stein dishes it out.
The three pointer.
It's no good, but the rebound taken by Golden State to the hoop.
No good rebound by Clint Capela.
He sends this one up to Westbrook Westbrook with the Euro step and sends that one off the glass and in 50 to 46.
Houston James Harden now with 14 points, five for 12 on field goals.
This shot up by Lee.
He's fouled and he'll take two shots.
So Damian Lee, with E attempt there, he'll take two shots.
The time out called We got a good one here on N B A Wednesday between the Rockets and the Warriors, 50 to 44.
Houston leads it.
James Harden looking good these last couple of minutes as we head back to the Red Wings and Rangers in Wednesday night Hockey there under eight minutes to go in the first period. Still nothing, nothing.
The Red Wings have it around the boards and goes This one sent in front, working with a shot see by Lundquist.
The rebound taken by the Rangers.
No. One in the area for Detroit.
The Rangers on the brake.
Kokko will play it shots on goal, even at 55 The shot here from Manta, his stick when flying behind the goal.
It went as he released that shot.
But the Rangers take over.
This will be sent in.
It's getting a little crazy here.
Here come the Red Wings.
Dylan Larkin leaves an off working any.
Oh, it's over the goal.
How's that not go in.
It looks like Clark, and it's scored, but not the case.
Wanna chance there for the Detroit Red Wings? But it's still nothing.
Nothing. The Puck Stone play.
This is playback, walking with the shot Steve Lundquist, and that's deflected.
No, I think he gloved it up.
Maybe a deflection I couldn't really tell.
With 6 33 to go.
Be a face off in the Rangers own.
Walk in a big threat for the Red Wings here with a chance for, um on the Nacio as well.
You also looking pretty good for Detroit.
Yeah, a nice safe.
But Jimmy Howard, on the other end to the Rangers, had a chance with the shot from Paul Boots Novich each team with three scoring chances in this one, an offside is called on New York.
So both goalies coming up big so far, we'll see who's the first to score.
Could be a very important goal.
Jimmy Howard in his career at Madison Square Garden.
He has a 43 in two record face off at the red 0.
1 by Detroit Sent off the boards.
Now racing onto this one for Detroit is Justin Advocator Lundquist with four career shot shut outs versus Detroit.
By the way, here are the Rangers, but McCaig is offsides.
Some of their offsides call with exactly six minutes on the clock here left in the first period.
The backup goalie for the New York Rangers is Alexander Georg If, But as long as Lundquist is healthy and on this team, I don't think you're give is going to get much playing time if any.
The Rangers, with 30 goals against at home this season that is tied for the third most in the NHL, allowed many goals at home so far.
What this one trickles in on goal to rebound there off of Howard boots.
Excuse me in boots.
Novich sends it.
The shot from the left side near the blue line has saved the Rangers.
Send it in front.
No one could get on the end of it.
Now it's behind the goal.
The shot save Howard.
Jimmy Howard makes another save.
It's now back out.
Rangers still have it.
7 to 6 in favor of New York is taken over by Anthony.
Asked you and then to see you.
So far, I will say for Detroit.
This one sent around to Dylan Larkin.
Larkin sent it all the way down.
And this is gonna be icing.
So I sing Is the call for 57 to go in the first period? Thanks so much everyone for joining me tonight on the broadcast and greatly appreciated.
Hey, any old he is the all right at the old check, by the way, is the 2019 and 20 hockey fights.
A cool, fun fact there.
What? Free right? So a face off will eventually take place.
But first off, both teams will quickly head to their bench.
Not sure exactly why.
All right, well, that's on this to commercial break place cop before 57 ago.
Nothing, nothing. The score.
That was kind of awkward, but anyway, we head back to the Rockets.
Warriors Rockets up by 4209 left in the second quarter.
Here is James Harden.
Harden steps back for three and he trains it.
James Harding with the three point shot and drains it 55 to 48.
Houston in the lead.
And my, oh my! Is James Harden looking good this quarter? He wanted the foul called as well.
Tightly guarding him was Glenn Robinson.
But if you're Robinson, you can't do much more.
I mean, that's just a nun.
Believable shot from Harden.
James Harden scored the last 13 points for Houston, by the way, it wasn't and one for Hardened, by the way.
Sorry, I didn't realize that at first the free throw that was no good.
So can't convert the four point play opportunity, but the Rockets, up by seven James Harden went 19.
6 for 13 on field goals.
Rockets haven't This is past drive to the paint.
The shot off the rim in Out here come the Rockets the other way.
Russell Westbrook with a burst of speed.
He's fouled, passing it off to Daniel House.
It's on the floor and the Rockets will inbound.
Unless they're in the bonus, we'll see.
Okay, they are in the bonus, So Westbrook will take two shots here for Houston.
Westbrook with six points, three for nine from the field, four rebounds, two assists.
The 1st 1 is off the rim and out.
Let's see if he can go one for two sports.
They'll a substitution being made for.
The Warriors didn't quite catch who it was. Who came in.
Here is the second attempt in less.
Brit goes over to there and it's still a seven point lead rebound taken by the Warriors.
And here they come the other way.
Okay, this is the largest lead by either team Robinson and the shot from Damian Lee. No good.
It was almost saved there by Golden State, but not quite here.
Houston Come James Harden and Aaron past there.
It's deflected off of the fingertips of Alec Berks, and Houston will keep possession here just six seconds into the shot clock.
1 11 to go in the half.
Tucker with nine points, eight rebounds Tonight is invalid.
Clint Capela hands and right back off to harden.
Hard. Not to Westbrook.
Westbrook from three. It's good.
Westbrook drains the three, and the Rockets have gone up by 10 points, 58 to 40.
Houston on a 16 to 2 run in the last three and 1/2 minutes.
But that's a bucket right there from the Warriors.
Nice job on the play by a Morey Spellman, But here come the Rockets on the fast break but rejected.
There was Clint Capela.
Here come the Warriors and to end stuff here, the layup.
No good rolls off the rim and the rebounds.
Daniel House House too hard and hard and will now slow things down a little bit in what spent an up and down last minute or so.
He'll take a three, and it's good.
James Harden trains the 3 61 to 50 the Rockets in the lead hard and just like that.
He's four for eight from three.
He's really coming alive in the second quarter.
Wow, 13 seconds to go in the half.
Driving to the paint is the Warriors, and that finger roll is in its 61 to 52.
Warriors won't now get back on defense Rockets with a chance for the last shot of the quarter.
Hardin, though, has other plans.
The left handed layup is good, 63 to 52 3 seconds left in the half, almost stolen by heart.
And now the half court shot off the top of the back board.
And that will do it for the first half.
What a first half.
Itwas the scored the Golden State Warriors 50 to the Houston Rockets 63 James Hardin turned it on their 24 points, eight for 15 from the field.
He really waas looking like something specialists, especially in that second quarter, and that's a big part for why the Rockets are up at the half and I'll be back for the second half.
But first we'll head back to the Red Wings Rangers.
What do we got going on there scoreless.
Last time I checked.
Let's see if we're in for a surprise over at Madison Square Garden.
Well, nope, Still nothing.
Nothing to when it's left in the first period.
Stall has it for the Rangers, now sent across past the blue line.
It goes now behind center ice Rangers.
Still with possession, it's back with Hayek.
This past ahead will be led on Go.
Red Wings take over from behind their own net.
Here is Roenick.
Marking plays it off the boards, and here he goes down the right wing the past, a little out of the reach there of Anthony Manta and the Rangers.
Haven't Artemi Panarin drops enough to Strom takes a bouncing on goal.
Jimmy Howard making sure that post was covered in here Come Detroit.
One minute left in the first period.
Here's Manta Manta back to Lark in the shot, and it's by the glove of Henrik Lundquist, and he'll now cover it up and play a stopped with 45.
8 seconds to go in the period.
For the so still, nothing, nothing here is we approach the first intermission between the Red Wings and Rangers Thanks so much for joining me tonight.
Here on SportsCastr Now the face off one by New York I went back in gold off of Henrik Lundquist, now sent off the boards around center ice.
And it's with Kokko.
But he loses possession this off the boards, the Rangers leading shots on goal of in the seven, but and was offsides.
It will be a face off at the red dot Christopher and in an offside position, 31.
1 seconds left in the period.
You are shoot Peter.
All right, it will be others and Sana say you in the face off.
Up against Trueba.
The face off one by the Rangers This buck up against the boards.
And what do we got here? Players stopped.
That was interesting.
Philippa hit the deck.
Not sure exactly where the puck was, What play was stopped.
Nonetheless, we'll have another face off.
Let's see on the replay here is a really awkward situation.
Yeah, Philip was just awkwardly pushed into the boards and was basically laying on the puck.
All right, Big hit.
They're now getting aggressive.
The wraparound shot.
Just Why the net? Great chance there.
This shot from Adam Earn.
And with under 10 seconds to go in the period, is there.
One last chance will be sent all the way down, and it will be no icing sent around the boards.
And that will do it for period number 1 20 minutes down.
It's the Detroit Red Wings zero, the New York Rangers zero after one.
No goals scored yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if that changed in period number two.
So, yeah, Kappa Kokko is settling into the NHL.
And, uh, Rangers and Red Wings, two teams who are rebuilding.
But you know that that makes for an interesting matchup, for sure, and we've got a competitive first period period.
Number two coming up.
It's Wednesday night.
Hockey. Detroit Nothing.
NEW YORK Nothing after one second period will be coming up in about 15 minutes.
But first, let's head back to the MBA.
It's 66 to 58 the Raptors leading the King's at the half.
It's the half half time between the Rockets Warriors, so we're going to caught up around the National Basketball Association.
The Timberwolves taken on the Grizzlies, Karl Anthony towns looking good.
How about John Moran he's now in the league.
Remember, he's doing pretty good at the Grizzlies this game, taking place in Memphis, and it's 44 to 31 the Grizzlies in the lead with 9 34 to go in the second.
And, uh, excuse me.
Wiggins has 10 points.
And, of course, the Bucks at Clippers was coming up that 10 Eastern time. The honest answer.
The Campo will be showcased in that one, too, averaging 27.
7 points per game.
14 rebounds as well.
That's a little update around the league in the n B A.
So both games are at a break.
The Warriors Rockets at halftime.
The Rangers Red Wings at the first intermission, so I'll be back with more.
I'm just gonna take a quick break, but don't go anywhere.
More live commentary coming your way after this are Welcome back.
Everybody, uh, currently at the first intermission between the Golden State Warriors, the Detroit Red Wings and Ah, New York Rangers.
I have fallen mixed up for a second.
The Warriors and Rockets are at halftime, so we're currently in a break in both games.
Thanks so much for tuning in everybody.
And here's some stats for you.
Between the Red Wings Rangers, the shots in favor of the Rangers.
11 the seven, but still nothing on the scoreboard from both sides.
But couple Kokko did have a nice first period, I thought for the New York Rangers hustling back to make plays on the defensive side of things, and you know, he was really well positioned all period long, doing what he needed to do out there, intercepting some passes as well.
He's definitely a young star in the making for the Rangers, both of these teams in a rebuilding process, but they get some talented young players.
They really d'oh! And it's really something to keep an eye on in the upcoming years here.
So, yeah, Capo Kokko with a nice huh? For first period, he was, uh, he played six minutes 26 seconds in that first period, by the way and that.
That's a lot of ice time for one period.
Bertuzzi, Larkin and Manta of Detroit just had two shots.
That's the top line of the Red Wings.
So for the most part, the Red Wings, uh, were shut down by the Rangers in that first period.
We'll see If that changes in the second, it remains to be seen.
But Jimmy Howard made some nice safe.
So did Henrik Lundquist.
That's why the score is nothing. Nothing.
Of course, we all know how good he is on the Red Wings.
He had a pretty nice first period, but for the most part, shut down the Red Wings.
It's not like they didn't have any shots.
They had chances, but their top line in particular didn't have many chances.
The Red Wings did hit the post in the middle of the first period, but we'll see what the second period brings between these two sides around the league.
The ST Louis Blues also taking on the edge.
Minton Oilers over an Edmondson, and the Oilers scored early on just two minutes 46 seconds in.
And they're up one to nothing over the defending Stanley Cup champions, ST Louis Blues one to nothing 14 44 to go in the first period.
In that one, the Blue's 10 3 and three.
The Oilers tend for into two really good teams taking on each other there, so I'll keep you updated on that one.
That's the only other NHL game going on tonight, so I'll keep you updated over there.
So make sure you stay tuned here on SportsCastr will have second period action between the Red Wings and Rangers.
Come and soon between these two rebuilding teams and the Warriors and Rockets should be getting the second half underway soon as well.
And I will check in on that right now.
All right, there at a commercial break.
Hope I think the second half will start after this commercial break. We'll see.
I'll be back in a moment. Don't go anywhere.
It's the N B a n a shell right here on SportsCastr Two great games taking place.
All right, welcome back.
Start of the third quarter here and at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas 63 to 52.
The Rockets in the lead.
Thanks so much for joining me tonight.
Here on SportsCastr Hope you are enjoying the broadcast will be having a wonderful Wednesday night and we get ready to start the second half of this game between the Warriors and Rockets who met in the Western Conference final.
Very different looking worrier seemed, though, you know, a little bit different for the Rockets do now with Russell Westbrook on the team this year as well.
But how about James Harden? I mean, at the end of that first half, he was dropping dimes from everywhere on the court.
I mean, when he's on his game, he's pretty much unstoppable.
He had 24 points, 20 in the second quarter, eight for 15 from the field for freak from deep.
I mean, how about that? So here we go.
The third quarter underway from Houston.
The Rockets Up by 11 the Warriors will inbound to start off this half.
It's N ba Wednesday and Wednesday night.
Hockey here on SportsCastr.
It's the other Warriors start this first this second half. That's a good start.
Jump shot made 63 to 54.
That's an alley and took a paella.
But it's out of the reach out of bounds.
It goes Golden State ball change.
All right, this one out to Eric Paschal.
Now it is Kai Bowman dishes it out, the three point shot no good, and the Rockets take care of business on the glass.
James Harden to Russell Westbrook.
Westbrook back to hardened, hardened from deep.
It's no good, Haskell corrals the rebound.
Now it's off to pulled and that shot's no good.
And coming away with that one is Daniel House.
Here come Houston.
Jordan pulled by the way.
Three points, one freight from the field.
Having a rough night so far.
J. Tucker. Puts it up, and it's good.
Houston in the lead.
So here come the Warriors.
The other way with it is Willie Cauley. Stein.
All right now a foul called.
So taking two shots at the line.
I will be, I believe.
Kali Stein, Jordan, Pool One for five from three.
Just three points on the night.
Now free throws to be taken.
The 1st 1 is good.
And but the 2nd 1 was good.
It was, um, Eric Paschal with the free throw.
Sorry, I was distracted.
I had to do something quickly.
Anyway, 65 to 56.
A foul called on Golden State on the four.
Houston will inbound it three.
And the Rockets just quickly inbounding off a free throw.
That shows you the inexperience of this warriors team.
This one out to the corner.
The shot from How's that? It's good.
He drains it from the corner.
The Rockets in the lead.
Three point field goals.
Meanwhile, Houston 11 for 23.
Now a travelling violation will be called on Kai Bowman.
Rockets inbound. Quickly.
Russell Westbrook drives to the hoop.
The shots up and he's fouled.
It'll take two shots.
No so Westbrook foul going up there.
He'll take two shots at the line.
The first shot is good.
The Rockets up by 13 now.
Daniel House, by the way, in his career, played for three m b A G League teams.
He's now up with the Rockets, getting some playing time and not bad, making a three point or a minute ago.
The second free throws no good from Westbrook, so the score stays 69 to 56.
Here come the Warriors behind the back.
Picked off by James Harden.
Nice pass over the House.
House goes up for the dunk.
But the Rockets on the rebound.
Horton from the corner. Neat rings.
The three pointer and it's 72 to 56.
The Rockets in the lead? Well, how about that? House went up for a monstrous dunk.
He was clearly fouled while nothing was called, but it actually benefited for the Rockets.
I'll know how on earth it wasn't called, but James Harden hit the three, so it didn't matter in the end, as a time out called by Steve Kerr and the Warriors going back to the Red Wings and Rangers.
They're still at the intermission, so I'll step aside for a moment and be back with more live commentary of the National Hockey League and National Basketball Association after this, right here on SportsCastr.
Don't go anywhere.
It's Wednesday night action here on SportsCastr.
All right, it's Wednesday night hockey between the Detroit Red Wings and the New York Rangers.
Thanks so much for joining me tonight.
We're just about ready to get the second period underway.
How about going back in the day? The Russian five for the Red Wings.
Boy, were they a talented team.
They were a goal scoring machine back then.
The Detroit Red Wings.
You're back, Avery.
Thanks for stopping back here on sports caster.
I appreciate it.
We're about ready to get the second period underway between the Red Wings and Rangers.
Nothing heading into period number two.
That's pretty cool.
They're having a show about the Russian five on nbcsn after the game.
All right, so the face off is won by the Red Wings and the second period is underway from Madison Square Garden MSG.
Nothing, nothing. The score.
Who will the first school come from This one? Play down the boards and it will go down for an icing.
A face off down the other end.
Three early stage of the second period.
Thanks so much for joining me tonight Here on SportsCastr here.
New York, New York What a city it is the historic Madison Square Garden, home of the New York Knicks.
New York Liberty in the WN Ba and the New York Rangers is going to be a penalty right off the face off.
And how about that? This penalty is going to be on, I believe. Yeah.
Jacob Trouba with the penalty.
So Trueba goes to the box right off the face off.
Yeah, he just came in, slashed Bertuzzi and interference is called just 19 seconds of the end to the period, and the Detroit Red Wings go on a two minute power play.
Can they take advantage? The draw, one by the Red Wings for two Z behind the goal, passes it out.
Now, on a cross off the boards, Bertuzzi tries to get to it.
It sent down by the Rangers.
It's what she retrieved by Tchaikovsky.
So on the power play this season, the Red Wings, 13.
2% That's for tied for 25th penalty killed the Rangers, though just 79.6%.
That's 22nd in the league, the New York Rangers with 12.
5 penalty minutes a game this season.
That's the second most in the league, and there's the first penalty committed by them tonight.
This one sent all the way down the boards.
Look around this one behind the goal and leave it on for his teammate.
And bringing it up for Detroit is Dennis. Chill out ski.
Now it's over to Ernie handed across to Roenick here.
Ernie sends it on back the past, Larkin backed Ernie.
It the shot It's off the boards.
The rebound taken by often.
Issue now another shot in on gold.
Save one quiz and he goes down to the ice.
Taken down by Ernie.
They're a little Ah, a little after the whistle.
There it was a nice save by Lundquist in front of the goal.
That could be a tough one.
But he was there with the glove and Ernie just plow them over.
Not intentionally, it seemed like, but right here.
Yeah, the Red Wings building chances on this power play.
They only got 35 more seconds.
Can they get a goal out of it? Well, that won't help their case sent all the way down by the Rangers and fix some more time off the power play.
Jimmy Howard will let it on.
Go bring it up for the Red Wings.
Is Philip Harow.
Nick Anthony CEO drops it off.
Here comes Detroit, sent around the boards.
It's back to Ernie.
Taken away by New York, there will be a penalty coming up on the Red Wings.
It's a delayed penalty.
Call the power play up for Detroit, and that will be a power play for New York the next time Detroit touch of the puck.
They can still create a chance here and now this will finally be touched by a red wing in a row.
Nick and Detroit will now have to play down a man.
The Rangers go into the power play, and it is a penalty on Roenick.
He was grabbing the stick of, Ah, just for fast.
So to the box goes Adam Ernie holding call.
The Rangers did a nice job killing off the penalty.
Now can they take advantage of a power play of their own? The face off one by Detroit, this one sent all the way down the boards back to Lundquist.
The penalty killed the season for Detroit, 68.6%.
That's dead last in the league.
The power play for the Rangers, 17.8%.
That is 18th in the league.
Detroit With 16 power play goals allowed this season.
That's tied for the most.
So if you get the theme that Detroit aren't good on the penalty kill, can the Rangers take advantage? Have behind the goal? It's now out the shot.
No, no, Hold up now.
The shot ricocheted.
It's up into the protective netting and play is halted.
So be a face off in the Detroit zone.
We are 38 seconds into the power play.
Face off taking place.
Larkin wins it for Detroit.
That's a big face off when it sent off the boards all the way down back toe.
Henrik Lundquist Lundquist will let it on.
Go for defenseman Adam Fox.
Bring it up himself past their own blue line.
Now it's our Timmy Panera and he loses it.
Red Wings take over and it's back out with Justin Abdulkadir taken by N but the Rangers corner him and take it away.
46 seconds to go on the power play for New York, this one rolled around its back.
Buying Rangers take over.
Excuse me, renderings, Takeovers.
What I meant to say all the way down to Lundquist.
He'll let it go, but the Rangers just not able to create any chances whatsoever on this power play.
It's now sent over with Jacob Trouba.
The shot from Trueba and it is wide with the chance again for the New York Rangers was the vantage of many scars.
The Rangers are on the board.
How about that? As the time on the power play was ticking down, the Rangers score the first goal of the game, and that could be a big one as Madison Square Garden is rocking and that penalty costly with the goal for the New York Rangers.
It's Tony D'Angelo, the defenseman, and I was saying how the ranch Rangers weren't creating much, many chances at all on the power play.
Well, they get one there and it's into the back of the net.
It was a nice pass across from Lemieux, and D'Angelo had the wide open that toe put it into, and the Rangers are up one to nothing on the Red Wings.
You? Well, how about that? New York on the power play? Tony D'Angelo, with his fifth goal of the season, and finally, a team is on the board.
The sent down for an icing.
A face off will take place all the way back in the Detroit Red Wings.
Own Tony D'Angelo in the last two seasons will, in 2018 1961 games and four goals this season.
You already has five goals already.
Oh wow, D'Angelo already and improve season, and he's just played what, 1/6 of what he did last year.
He's a defenseman to very impressive from Tony D'Angelo, and he's put the Rangers up one nothing.
Here's another chance.
That's a big block there.
The assist on the gold by Lamu in brooch Novich.
Now the Rangers will joementum the shot rebound, save Lundquist.
The shot from outside by Jacob Trouba.
Now Bertuzzi of Detroit able to yank it on free.
Now it's played in by Biega.
Qu'est almost got himself it himself into some trouble.
It will be clear it out.
Now it's at the boards, the puck in between the skates and finally cleared out the shots on Golden Period.
Two apiece for both teams and delayed penalty coming up.
This one's gonna be on or no offsides delayed.
Outside's I Excuse me, I apologize.
Going back to the goal for the Rangers on the power play on the P P.
It was a great great pass.
Bye on the play by Lamu, Brendan Lamu over to Tommy Do Angelo and the Angelo had the whole wide open net, so put the Rangers on top.
This one sent around the boards and icings called Thanks so much Everyone who joined the broadcast tonight on SportsCastr.
I hope you're enjoying because I sure am, You know, not any These two games don't involve any of my favorite teams.
I'm a diehard Boston swore scrim, but no Boston sports team is playing tonight.
So I decided to just do these two games.
The two nationally televised games on this Wednesday night.
Now, if a soft will take place right for the you Are you all right? In the face off it will be Philip China ll with Philippa 10 goals from defenseman the season.
By the way, for the Rangers, that's tied for the fourth most in the NHL.
Their defen***** can score.
Don't underestimate them in that category.
14 minutes to go in the for second period.
The Rangers up one to nothing.
This will be sent on a cross.
He has faced the shot.
He scores the Rangers double their lead.
The gold from Chris Kreider.
It's too nothing.
New York Crider from the right side.
Perfect placement by Jimmy Howard on the near side and it's two to nothing.
The New York Rangers Wow How about that? Crider had space a nice find as well by Butch Novich.
And Crider took that one with Escape and then sent that one in the back of the net.
Top right corner.
Cool as you like it in the Rangers suddenly coming alive here in period Number two.
Ah, quick release.
Jimmy Howard had no chance at it.
And it's a great great shot from Chris Kreider.
No doubt about it, too. Nothing.
New York How will the Rangers travel the Red Wings? Excuse me. Respond.
After that, two goals allowed one on the power play, one on even strength.
This one sent down the ice.
Lundquist is there will hesitate.
Send it the other way.
A wrap around one.
Quist was prepared.
The assist on the gold by Butch Novich and DeAngelo Sub, which Novich now has two assists.
D'Angelo and assistant.
The backhand shot goes wide.
What a chance There! The backhand shot attempted by, I believe Helm.
Here's a chance here for the Ranger.
The shot saved by Howard in on goal there for New York was Adam Fox.
He was all alone.
What an opportunity! You're strong.
The shot wide right of the goal off the boards that goes and up against the Red Wings.
One quiz comes out of that extra skater for the Rangers here on the delayed penalty, You're strong.
And now the Red Wings touched the puck and a commercial break.
But after the break, the Rangers will be on yet another power play up to two.
Nothing to goals early on in this second period.
It's also getting quite aggressive out there, some big hits up against the boards.
As we now head back to the Rockets and Warriors, where the Rockets are taking off 87 to 69.
They lead it with 4 50 to go in quarter number three.
Here's James Hardin from deep.
It's off the rim.
No good warriors take over here.
They go on the fast, break the shot, and one.
How about that from Chi Bowman, and he can have a chance to make it a three point play.
Oh, not a lot of effort back there by the Rockets.
Macklemore, the only one back for Houston, and Kai Bowman, who has eight points on the night.
Three first six from the field, two for two from three.
We'll take the free throw and it's no good.
In and out, 87 71. The score.
The Rockets in the lead for 35 to go in the third quarter.
James Harden with it.
And that's off of Golden State Rockets balls.
So a little bit I get about Chi Bo and he is a rookie.
He was born and have luck.
He's just 22 years old.
He went to Boston College, which is the reason I can root for him.
All A CC player.
Yeah, he was a, uh, star player for Boston College.
I am from the Boston area.
Diehard Boston sports fan.
I felt a little bit of Boston College.
That three pointer from the corner, and it's good.
So draining it from deep is Alec Berks and maybe the Warriors not done yet.
13 point Game 87 to 64.
The Rockets lead it over Golden State.
We now head back to Red Wings Rangers.
They're just back from the TV Time out.
The Rangers, on yet another power play up to nothing on Wednesday night hockey with 12 30 to go in the second period tonight, the Rangers one for one with on the power play with two shots.
This is a reverse blocked, the rebound.
He's got to get up quickly.
The Rangers still have it.
Who that shot sent in New York still has it swung out in front.
The shots save Howard, and he'll hold onto it chance after chance there for the Rangers.
It's eventually gloved up, and it will be a face off with 1 17 ago on the power play.
A lot of intricate passing from the Rangers, but not too much.
They got quite a few shots off there.
A good look in front of goal for Chris Kreider, who's already on the score sheet for the Rangers.
It's just all right.
Let's face off one by the Red Wings.
They immediately send it all the way down to Henrik Lundquist.
One qu'est CE will leave it back for Jacob Trouba.
Trueba, with a nice spin around move, will now pass it on back and all the way back on this one for New York is Tony D'Angelo, who has a goal for himself tonight.
He said he's all the way in on goal.
The last touch their from D'Angelo was a little bit too far in front of him, and now 42 seconds to go in the power play.
I hope you're enjoying the broadcast.
Everyone who joined the broadcast might I greatly appreciate it If you enjoy, make sure the let friends family no and have them check out the stream.
I'm on about every day I try.
It's hard with school and all the shoddy stars goal the Rangers and with the goal for New York, it's Ryan Stroman.
It's three. Nothing.
New York, now two for two on the power play and the Red Wings continue their struggles on the penalty kill, and it's strong with the gold arrangers taken off it in the first half of the second period, The Rangers won the power play Nice movement, the shot in on goal redirected by Strom, and that's what put them on the board for their third goal.
The shot originally was from defenseman Adam Fox, redirected by Strom into the net.
It went in its three Nothing.
You can see the reaction from Abdel Kader, who was in the box for the Red Wings.
Ah, frustrating start to this period for Detroit.
They got a lot of work to do.
Now, down by three, this one is blasted around the boards.
Now the Rangers haven't the assist on the gold by Fox and Pin Aaron three.
Now a battle behind the goal.
Who's gonna win it? The Red Wings eventually get it.
Play off the boards, and here come Detroit goal the past.
A great pass from Anthony's CEO over to Philippa and Flip Bulla scores in the Red Wings.
That made this a Frito one game.
How about that from Phil Bella? Wow.
An odd play, really, Out of nowhere, A chance for the Red Wings.
And they make the Red Wings.
The Rangers pay for it.
It turned into a two on El and I'm the CEO and Fallujah in on goal against Lundquist, and it was a nice awareness spot.
Answer the CEO to know that flip a lot was making that run on the right side, and it's now 321 three, soft one by the Rangers.
That's a big goal for the Red Wings against them.
Back in the game.
Maybe given them some confidence here.
What? And that silenced MSG as well.
Now the shot from Abdulkadir saved Fed on two Bertuzzi, but it is blocked.
The Rangers haven't the Detroit goal.
Assisted by Antenna CEO and Manta.
This one goes all the way back to Jimmy Howard.
He gloves it up.
So with 9 23 to go in the second period, what a game.
No goals in the first, already.
Four in the second.
It is 31 New York from Madison Square Garden.
All right, looks like we're not going to commercial break, for whatever reason, all right? That was strange.
It was supposed to be a commercial break.
I think the shot is wide, man, tha Lois's Ah, 150th career NHL point right there.
How about that? Now the wraparound save Howard.
Now jump back out to center.
The Rangers have it.
Nice pass over the shots.
Save Howard, who? He went slam into the boards, Whoever that was on New York.
He's back up now.
The cross ive Howard.
The puck did come out, but the whistle was blown before that.
And with 8 41 to go in the second periods, the Detroit Red Wings won the New York Rangers three.
So the game has really opened up here in period number two.
As we go back to the Warriors Rockets, where they are also at a commercial break, some is gonna get a drink of water.
I'll be right back with more live commentary of NHL in MBA action on this Wednesday night.
Don't go anywhere more coming your way right after this.
Welcome back to N Bahir on SportsCastr the Rockets leading the Warriors 98 to 83 here in quarter number three.
Thanks so much for joining me tonight on the broadcast.
I greatly appreciate it.
Hope you're enjoying the broadcast in the fourth quarter of the way.
The point since the first quarter.
It's been all Houston, Um, this is out with, uh I believe that was Sefolosha.
Now the Westbrook Westbrook still hasn't jumped back.
It's in and out.
No good warriors come out with the rebound.
Rip Warriors dynasty up.
I know the Golden State State scoring leaders.
Burke says 24 Paschal 17 for Houston.
Hardin has 33 Westbrook 16 Tucker 13 Rivers 12 but your heart and leading the way for Houston.
This lay up is no good, but House committed the foul there.
Bowman the one going down and he'll take two shots for Golden State.
Yeah, I I don't I don't wish for any players to get injured, obviously.
But I'm glad that the dynasty is done for the Warriors.
Just like a lot of people.
Be glad once the Patriots dynasty is done, I'm sure two years ago is Durant, Curry Thompson, Draymond Green, The random center.
And now they're Team has trashed by now.
Yeah, algo en be a Friday, Friday at 7 p.m.
The Cleveland Cavaliers taking on the Washington Wizards.
I'm trying to hype up that game, even though it's kind of garbage.
This is a three point attempt from Tucker.
The rebound taken by Golden State.
Why is that a Friday game? I know, I know.
Same as Why's the Red Wings Rangers a weapons? The night hockey game tonight? They usually have, like, a really good rivalry game on their butt.
Um, they should have put the Canadians Bruins tonight on Wednesday night hockey.
But, hey, that was a good game last night.
In the end, we were kind of robbed.
I'm not making excuses, but let's be honest.
That was way too close to tell a few was offsides or not? Charlie Coyle on that goal.
I'm Ari Spellman at the line.
He misses the first free throw.
Yeah, two original sixteen's, though. I know.
Yeah, it's It's it's space. It's a rivalry.
Um, but not to not to teams that are very good.
Let me look at the standings in the late Show.
Yeah, the Rangers are dead last in the metropolitan, and the Red Wings are last in the Atlantic.
Yeah, 4 11 and one of the Red Wings, 56 and one of the Rangers.
All right, 90 86.
And we got a kickball here, so the shot clock will be reset of 14 seconds.
There's guys out there for the warriors who have never heard of.
It's crazy with all their injuries.
Chi Bowman. Alec Burkes.
I know. Willie Cauley.
Ah, I know Kai Bowman.
Actually from Boston College.
James Harden, 33 points.
10 for 20 from the field, Four rebounds, seven assists.
He's back out there for Houston.
The Warriors also got Jacob Evans, Damian Lee, Eric Paschal, Jordan Pool Glenn Robinson.
Allen's My Lodge.
Yeah, yeah. Jordan Pool.
Yeah, Russell Westbrook.
Meanwhile, for Houston, 18 points, seven rebounds, five assists.
The Warriors haven't 186 the Rockets and lead the three point attempt.
The rebound taken down by Daniel House Yearshouse from DP drains the 303 to 86.
The Rockets up by 17.
Yeah, on three point field goals.
Golden State's nine for 24.
Meanwhile, 16 for 35.
Nothing's called the shot clock running down.
Golden State Getting desperate.
Drive to the paint. No good.
Come Houston the other way.
James Harden with it now to the hoop piece.
But will they say this is on the four.
We'll have to wait and see one of my screaming tomorrow night Celtics game.
Uh, maybe either Celtics or Thursday Night Football.
Um, I'm thinking Thursday Night Football.
I'm kind of in the mood to do football again.
Um, I don't know.
I might just Celtics Daniel House. 11 points.
But coming back to Charlotte? Yep, but I'll definitely do a Celtic Spurs on Saturday.
I'll be doing that comes Saturday.
But, um, tomorrow, Friday night, I don't know if I'm gonna stream anything.
I might get the end of the Bruins game, but I'm commentating my high school's football game for the local TV channels, so I don't know I might get home for the last couple of minutes.
In the third period, we'll see.
All right, drive to the pain.
Fake out shot from the corner.
No good rebound taken by Clint Capela, one of 5 86 Here comes James Harden.
Spin around AL you, and it slammed down by Capella the Rockets up by 21 time out, called by Steve Kerr with 905 to go in the game while the Rockets looking good tonight, especially James Harden.
He's doing whatever he wants out there.
Yep, they're exactly right.
Since the Pats have the by this upcoming week, I will be able to do the MLS Cup final.
Yep, that's exactly what I'll be doing on Sunday.
Definitely, I'm looking forward to that.
You know, I I I would rather it be Atlanta vs Elly of Sea.
But those were definitely the two best teams in the regular season, while New York City was better than Atlanta.
But still, uh, I wanted that, but oh well, it will still be a good one between Seattle and Toronto.
It'll be an awesome crowd in attendance.
New York Rangers Up 321 With over three minutes left in the second period, they now had to a commercial break.
So both games at a time out.
I will be right back in a minute, so don't go anywhere.
Stay right where you are, Maur.
Commentary Coming your way after this quick break.
Welcome back, everybody.
How about James Harden tonight? 35 points.
10 for 26 for 13 from behind the arc, nine for 10 from the line, four rebounds, eight assists.
You have another phenomenal night under nine minutes to go in this one.
The Rockets come up with the steal.
Here they go the other way.
Capella fakes it. The shot.
So a missed opportunity there.
The warriors come down with the rebound reminder.
The Milwaukee Bucks taken on the L.
That's coming up next after this one on this MBA Wednesday and this three pointer is no good.
The Rockets come out with the rebound.
Here is Russell Westbrook.
Westbrook out to James Harden.
Harden from deep.
Tried the three point shot.
They're not quite here come the Warriors.
Driving with it was Eric Pascoe, and he was fouled on his way up.
And he'll take two shots.
Is from the line.
So, yeah, as you were mentioning earlier.
Avery Tomorrow's N B.
A schedule on the Boston Celtics at the Charlotte Hornets at eight Eastern time than the Portland Timbers at the L.
A Clippers at 10 30 Eastern time.
So a 10 to go in the fourth quarter.
107 86 Houston and lead a time out called by the Rockets in this n b A match up as the Rockets are getting closer and closer.
So picking up a win tonight on their home for all right, we head back to Rangers Red Wings.
What do we got here? It was 31 Rangers last time I checked.
Adam Fox's parents, Tammy and Bruce, are in attendance for this one.
Adam Fox with one assists, two shots, 13 minutes of ice time tonight, still 3 to 1.
Rangers won 24 to go in the second period, so we approach the end of period number two here.
But the Red Wings, perhaps maybe can close in on that New York leak to be sent on back pick and send it back The shot.
It was wide left of the goal.
Now it's all the way back with Joe Hick.
It's the past sent in just wide from Anthony Rossi.
Now Ernie with it behind the gold shots on Golden Period.
By the way, 13 to 13.
The shot save Lundquist.
The rebound for the taking.
It's at the boards, this one sent down, caught in the air.
The Red Wings still have it 25 seconds left in the second period.
The Red Wings in the mist of some changes, and it will now be offsides on Detroit.
It was, Anthony asked.
You, who was in offside position there will face off at the red dot.
What a chance, though, for the Red Wings hick.
It's with the shot, and it was redirected by man tha a little bit high off the boards Friday, Aiken Stream myself broadcasting my school's team.
I don't know if I could do that.
Um, I would, but like, Oh, no, I have It would be weird cause I'm broadcasting for the local TV channel, and, um, it's like I have a headset in the microphone and I have nowhere to put my, uh, my phone or anything.
I don't even know if they'd let me do that, but, yeah, very.
Yeah, I would do it.
That would be cool but wouldn't really work out.
So that will do it.
For the second period, the Rangers young defense been shining.
Also, Connor McDavid's strikes again for the Oilers out eggman tin as they're taken on the ST Louis Blues.
And yes, so we're through two periods and it's 321 The Rangers lead it Rangers, scoring three consecutive goals before the Rangers got on the board as well.
All right, that will do it for my broadcast.
Everyone, thanks so much for tuning in Wednesday night.
Hockey and envy.
Wednesday here on SportsCastr.
I'll be signing off.
I got to get ready to go to bed.
Um, I do have school tomorrow, but thanks so much.
Everyone who stopped by on the broadcast.
I appreciate it.
Oh, the Houston Rockets up one of 7 86 as their game is about midway through the fourth quarter.
Rockets going to get the win.
And through two periods, the Rangers lead the Red Wings.
321 That would do it.
Everyone's thanks so much for tuning and have a great rest your night.
