See if we can rebound.
Ladies and gentlemen, let's talk the next verse.

I do want to make one announcement, though.
Tomorrow night, following the Knicks versus Pistons.
The Knicks Pistons Because they will be in Detroit.
I'll be doing a post game as usual, but there's gonna be a little something special about this post game.
When I do this post game, you're gonna have the choice to choose between two cameras.
You'll be able to listen to me or you'll be able to go behind the scenes and listen to the guys that's in the video chat because, believe it or not, they're talking in the video chat while I'm talking to you.
So you have your choice, too.
Go back and forth or do whatever it is that you want to do.
Now, if you want to do that, you're gonna have to be watching on a computer or laptop in order to do it right there from your screen.
But if you're watching on a mobile phone us, I'll put the Lincoln to chat and you'll be able to just click on the link so you could switch back and forth to whichever one that you want.
All right, so be on the lookout for that tomorrow.
That should be pretty fun.
You know, I'm saying you get a chance to check out the guys behind the scenes and and see what they're talking about in there.
But big shout out to you.
I hope you had a good couple of days.
I had a chance to rest, relax and, um, recover.
Like I said earlier from the Knicks.
Sacramento, a terrible loss.
Hopefully, we recovered.
There's been a lot of argument going on over the past couple of days on whether or not Coach Fizdale deserves to hear the fire fish chance on whether or not Coach Fizdale should be fired.
Or people should even be talking about coach Fizdale being fired.
Let me make some abundantly clear to you.
I do not want Coach Fizdale to be fired.
That's not my agenda.
My agenda is for Coach Fizdale to be better for the Knicks to be better, right? So I'm not looking to try to get Coach Fizdale fire, but I'm not going to stop criticizing.
I don't care if it's the coach or whatever player.
If I see something that I think needs improvement, that I'm going to say, I'm saying it with love.
So remember that ladies and gentlemen, I'm saying it with love.
I love the Knicks.
I love the team, a lot of players, a lot of coaches, and I want to see him do well.
I want to see him win, So I'm saying it with love.
It's not a I don't want to see coach Fizdale get fired.
I don't think he deserves to be fired right now, but there are certain things that I want to see from the teen some days, and I'm looking for basketball principles that I'm looking for you know saying and I want to see those things.
If I don't see him, then I'm going to say, How's that? You know, I think I have the right to You have the right.
So we all have the right suit, right? We paid good money.
I paid good money for this at I paid good money for this coat.
I paid good money for tickets, pay good money for the league pass.
I have the right to say if I think Coach Fizdale or anybody else in the Knicks organization isn't doing their job, have the right to say.
And I will say, I expect you to a cz.
Well, because you spend a lot of time and money investing in the New York Knicks.
So I got game on the chat gizmo in the chat.
I got gizmo on the chat.
It was up to my man gizmo, you know, me and ah.
Yet, after I say what's up to gizmo, give us a shout out to everybody else is in the chat to him to give a shout out to you guys, and then we're gonna listen to we're gonna listen to a little bit of coach Fizdale, R J.
Barrett Tides Gibson Talk about this game verse Detroit and then we'll break down some of the numbers behind the game.
All right, so, uh, let's get my man gets more over here.
Yeah, well, what's popping, brother? How you feeling? Oh, like crap, man.
Both East team might, but two teams jets in my next adjust.
Oh, my New York team's doing terrible, man, but I sent you that video on R J.
I'm happy that Yeah, man, this this kid is a work call.
Look, man is doing about what time it is, and they said it was 1 45 2 saves in the gym at nine thing nine o'clock or not, 35 however, went.
But I'm loving that man I love.
You know, I love when I see players and at least period just in the gym, working on their craft, man, as much as I'm not even a Kobe fan, But, you know, I find new Rock found respect for this guy went I forgot with the store who told this story where you used to be on the Lakers and it was like he tried to be.
It was him he was in a week is a bit.
It was the deuce.
A plane for Chicago got a motorcycle accident.
Jay wouldn't, he said.
And he said that, um I think he was travelling.
Teller is something like that.
Try to be Kobe Bryant to the to the gym.
I think he did it one day or something like that.
And then, like, he came out like 45 stumps super time.
And Kobe kind of got ****ed and came back out before him.
You know? I mean, I'm not saying are just gonna become that, but you know, when you got guys like that, you see the progress already.
Look at his three point shooting.
Look, it is This is the way it's always been good.
But, you know, remember when we were criticized from summer league or, you know, given Little told my little corners here and there, and he's probably blew all that stuff aside in terms of what we've seen so far like this guys.
And I'm not saying the dependable shooter, but he's treated better than what we expected.
You know, I just I don't like what I see from this kid, man.
Look, I've been harsh on physical, too.
I still don't think he's a writer coach.
Oh, I don't think that he should not have a job. I think it should be an assistant.
But you know, I mean, like, I just on and it's not that the winds of losses but you can see.
Like I said before, if we had a system, that we had things going for us and we're trying things and we were still, you know, losing hair.
You saw progress and people get more comfortable into Rosa Specter. More.
We got the best out of that talent or, you know, even working their weaknesses.
You know, in a progressive rate as one thing.
But, you know, fizzle.
He's like, you know, Oh, that stuff about You know, I don't rest players What you said about RG or these guys 19 you understand, is 19.
But burr like, come on, stop.
It is not about low management is about how much you're depending on a rookie to carry a team with an offense.
That's let's be honest.
It's kind of caveman like, you know, me so Yeah, it is what it is to see how the pistons rock.
Because we got new Conard.
They got under drama.
Things put up like monster numbers, right? Monster numbers model is what, like 2020 for Reba.
Is this animal mind logs? Yeah, I don't watch the games, but, I mean, they got 100.
Derrick Rose, Luc Renard marquees Morris, Langston Galloway.
So obviously they're working through Andre German.
So, yeah, this'd be this patient getting to see how it's gonna be to see the progress in Mitch, because it's exactly what it showed us defend.
Right? This is gonna be a very good test for Mitch.
I think you know what I mean.
Uh, so I know a lot of people, you know, I have seen tweets and people say, Oh, Fizdale seems the lineup again.
I expected, and I expected him to change the lineup again after it didn't work out with Bobby Portis into starting lineup.
And I'm glad I want to see Mitch face off against Andre Drummond.
This is you know, this is gonna be good for Mitch.
Todo point real quick.
Do you think that it was poor decide, then work with or was it Randall? Because, well, I don't know.
I don't I'm just saying the line up the line.
I know, and I don't know.
Listen, any lineup, I think any line up, you're gonna have to give it more than one game to see if it's gonna work.
You know what I mean? You know any any lineup? I think anyone that you insert the starting lineup for any group that you put together.
You got to give it more than one game to see if it's gonna work, especially if you haven't.
I assumed that you would have practiced with that lineup, but it's still different.
It's still different.
You got to give it a chance to give it to you.
I'll give it to you.
So I've seen I have a few games.
The games have you played so far, you know, and it sounds crazy because I still want this guy to do well.
But I think Ryan has to sit a few games because I've just seen better.
I've seen better spacing with Portis in there at times and Mitch it in the times.
You know, reporters could go hot and cold.
But until, uh, this guy's a physio, gets his head out the gun and stop trying trying to use a random as, like this point forward.
You know, I I would like to see a line of With Misha and porters.
I know Portis is is honestly, Randall's not really provided much of the defensive end.
Um, and I remember I think it was a Celtics game.
If I were call again, I might forget.
But Portishead a game we're in the first half. I think.
The Celtics game in the first half of Portis was active on the boards.
He was, you know, I mean, like, I saw a different type of Portis defensively.
You know, he's getting his get after on the boards.
You know something, don't have a great back up from court.
So let's see a line of reporters and mention it for a little bit Before you bring in.
Randall Randall has to get his head on straight Man.
Yeah, Randall Randall Randall is confused right now, I think when was confused you were talking about R. J. Barrett.
I want to get too quick.
Little interview R J Bear was It's about five minute interview R J.
Barrett talking about his, you know, talking about the game and you know the trip in Detroit.
Let's take a listen.
Barry and, um, and we'll talk about We'll talk about what he's saying.
And how you feel about this is R. J. Barrett.
Ladies and gentlemen, uh, maybe he's definitely We enjoyed it a lot.
You know, The crowd was crazy there, too.
So it was fun to watch.
How about the love you shared with? Do you know my man D.
J doing this thing? Definitely great.
To see a guy coming into New York just like me doing this thing.
It's good to see you.
I really had a team.
Even investable never had a team.
I just like It's not like players, you know, individuals.
And you guys able to just put that what happened Sunday? Review mirror.
You learn from it, Let it go. Process.
You learn from it.
You know, you can't You can't really stay hung up on that game.
Too much weight.
We have one tomorrow, so but it looks like Well, how would you describe this? season so far.
It's like Caesar from you has been amazing.
I feel so blessed every day You today in practice I was on the corners like wild like I'm really I'm really here, you know? So I've just been so blessed.
Unfortunate play every day.
So the season's been great for me.
Well, just just plan in general, you know, I'm grateful for it.
So point guard shooting.
Got anything? How about how much you try to get a period of time and how much you've grown so far with the names on your belt? It has been great.
Like I said, it just continue to learn.
I continue Thio.
So I stayed ready every game and get my office team.
It was like a fan debate about whether I should be 40 minutes and you learn that when we're on the court, Are you learning things that valuable for you to be on that play? 10 games.
So if you need to be be on the court, coach, trust me on the court at that time of the games going on all sorts of different things.
What are you doing? Slow go so hard to the basket go so hard all the time.
I really just need to get up there breathing.
Nothing much to it.
Started back to basics.
Practice in a lie every day.
So good doing more.
I've been doing anything just shooting in general.
What do you guys? What have we learned about this group through going? We're tough and really bounce back.
Really never coached challenges really way.
Go up that next game and we get it done.
So you know we're tougher.
Zoe cooks that after the Sunday game, people got to get off load management trail you stale, average 42 minutes a game, and you're a significant significant minutes.
What's your thoughts on? Load Management has something to do it.
Why could get SAT games load? Man, What? Your thoughts are just a general idea.
I mean, either he's multiple envies champion.
I mean, do whatever he wants.
But I mean, in terms that I don't really know what everybody else does.
But I know for us.
Coach said, Stop it.
I just gotta drop it, baby.
So, like I said, I feel really blessed just to be in this position.
Is there anything that you expected? Seven years? Um, you know, it was so hyped that you never really.
You never really guess what it's gonna be like until you're actually in it.
So it's succeeded by expectations, and I deceived.
Just learned growing so much already.
I can't wait to see what the rest of my career this just in terms of, like, a level of commitment that everyone has and like, the amount of hours we put in, Like, what time is it? 46 minutes.
That's not a, you know.
Just like the type of level of commitment that you have to have a game of it.
We gotta get in the way.
It really depends.
Overtime practices like C A G.
And Wayne really should have to wait a lot of shooting.
So I know you obviously want more.
Are you happy? I feel like I already answered, you know, like, uh, I'm really happy with what? I've been playing my production.
And I'm really thankful Coach, coaching staff and the whole organization for believing in me I really good with right now.
But go is always a proof and listen, I love you.
Gotta love every single thing that this guy says, man.
He, you know? Yeah.
I don't know if he's got ah ah, a publicity coach or something like that, but he knows exactly what to say and how to say it.
Um, like you were talking about Gamow, the work ethic, him being in the gym, all that kind of stuff.
Um, you know, Listen, I love you know, he says he's always saying how much he feels blessed to be in the n b a.
Always saying it.
And I find that to be so impressive, you know, that he's just he just, you know, he knows that.
No, this is an opportunity that most people in the world do not get and he feels blessed to just be here.
Um, but he's not worried about the 39 minutes and 9 38 39 minutes a night.
Um, you know, I am, I am.
You know, I'm a little bit, you know, I worry a little bit because obviously I don't want him to break down to break down, you know, Are, you know, just break down and I don't know just mean injury wise.
Just, you know, get to the point where you know, it's just too much on him because of the travel.
You know, it's just a different, you know, the level of media coverage that travel, you know.
He's only played 30 games in college now he's gonna play 82 games this season.
I know people point to some of the older players in the league way back in the day.
The child speed.
Well, Damon started Meyer, you know, you know, start a Meyer come out and said something about He played 40 minutes a night when he was a rookie, but the game was also plays different then, right? You know, back then the game was played at a much slower pace, you know? So, yes, you know, you might have played 40 minutes, but you might have spent more time standing around on the floor while Patrick Ewing had the ball in the post.
You know what I'm saying? The game was played a lot different than the pace of the game is much different today than it was then.
You know, I mean, but he's not worried about it.
so if he's not worried about it should we were worried about it.
My was acting funny, so just come back to me.
Come back to me.
Okay? I guess I'm gonna come back to get him on the comeback again.
When I'm going to do is what? Go ahead.
We'll listen to coach Fizdale.
Then after we listen to coach Fishtail, we'll go ahead and start breaking down the game by the numbers.
All right, so this is Coach Fizdale talking about tomorrow's night game in Detroit.
And Detroit is very injured, by the way.
Very, very injured, by the way.
So let me tell you this if well, we'll talk about that later.
Detroit is very injured when I know this is very little.
But like I said, they're being very cautious with they're gonna re assess him after the trip is over.
Hopefully, our base is really suffered.
Obviously having that second ball and get this organized position, it's gonna have to hold down our past, but definitely be nice to get back.
Stop Talkinto yesterday.
A possible on this trip on his body.
I don't think we'll be ready to be grown in there like that.
Put him in a message.
What you saw last guy, you said no doubt is he's getting a whole lot put on.
And that definitely, but his approach Great fun to hear he watched the film.
It's a simple things, you know, talk about things way.
So he's going to get there.
I really believe this practice today.
Great attitude, our work, Little real attention to detail has taken a lot of ownership.
You know what happened? It was our first stinker.
Understand? I'm gonna I'm gonna go back.
Thio, go back to drum.
You know, see, How will that be? Said against? Sometimes one always had a flexibility.
Thio change things up if I have a feeling.
Based on, like this way based on match up.
Yeah, I think it's just, uh, a little tight.
Maybe they're just want to make up Too bad, you know, putting too much on it.
But he's been in here putting in the time to clean it up.
I think it's just fine side is coming along three balls coming along with the shortage.
Of course, that's why he is so important because he's another ball handler forces trying to initiate offense down on.
So it's all hands on deck.
And I was just a coach's decision for the Sun work markets more before that could get him rhythm, and it really did get him going.
But saying time ties is right there, ready to go.
You know, I definitely see him playing on this general sense.
You think it's all based on the guy and his body and his health situation and AIDS.
I think a lot of stuff goes into young kids.
You know, he needs all the reps he could get.
Way had some good minutes in that game, regardless of what school was.
That group did a good job continuing to play hard, and then you ended up cutting it.
Finally, the 14 before I finally started to pull dies out of there.
No, there's no need to throw a whole game away.
Just because you're getting whacked on still get better minutes.
You have a way with confidence just to keep them going the right way.
You don't you just saw that, you know, correcting mistakes. That's correct.
And, you know, when you got a group of character, I think you always got a chance to get it together way especially.
You can see, by the way, the way that they always take ownership of France.
It's just a matter of time before they could do each other's company.
Oh, in terms of guys that has a help you no guards off the big guys, these shots, you know, right now, he hasn't been getting a lot.
Yeah, some regard general sense combination that's been the biggest.
That's literally been the biggest.
It's just bigger now who plays gether? What combinations go well together, You know, while you're in the heat of the battle, trying to win games on that has definitely been one of the toughest challenges.
But we expect that to be one of many vices way we know that trying to figure this out, we'll take a minute, but we're learning something every day.
Every game about this group of all plays well together.
What pieces fit well together, and hopefully, once we establish that guy's really get to a booth.
A lot of guys, no case, you you're absolutely Yeah, we're very transparent with jobs like to communicate over, communicate to them.
You know what's going on.
You know, they're all on board.
They understand what what I'm trying to accomplish with what I'm trying to get done figuring this thing out.
Like I said, it's a credit to them as a team now.
I certainly hope everybody's on board, just as Fizdale says now.
We heard the same thing last season, right? We heard last season that everybody was on board with everything that was happening, and he keeps communication allies open.
I sincerely hope that it's true.
There is something in there that I want to talk about that he mentioned.
He talked about Pace, and I think right now, you know, he talked about pace and that's not playing with a lot of pace, you know, you know, with, you know, without having D S J.
Overpaying whoever he was talking about there in the game.
And right now we are 26th in the league and pace.
I think it's like 99.
Now, you know, whatever that that figure rays to determine pace.
Okay, so we are 26th in the league in pace obviously one of the slowest teams in the league as far as how we play basketball, and I think this seriously impacts Julius Randle is why, if you go back and you watch Julius Randle when he played in New Orleans.
And, of course, Julius Randle had a career year when he was in New Orleans, one of the things they were successful in doing is getting Randall the ball when he was on the move.
I've talked about this several times now throughout different streams, getting Randall the ball when he's on the move instead of fighting him in the post when he has to hold the ball for 567 seconds and then make a decision.
Get him the ball where he doesn't have to think he can catch it, take 12 dribbles and get to the cup.
That was a he also cut off the ball.
Excuse me, He also cut off the ball.
He's a pretty decent baseline runner, is Randall right? So if we could find a way to get him running the baseline and somebody finding him along the baseline, obviously he's a dog in transition.
We've seen it here with the Knicks when the Knicks have had transition opportunities.
Randall's a beast in transition.
Pelicans ran that would find Randall in transition.
This is the key to me, in my opinion, fighting Randall on the move.
Obviously, there's going to be times when you get him the ball in the post.
We break down in half court set.
You get him the ball in the post, right? But if you have times throughout the game where you're getting Randall the ball on the move, even in the half court set coming off of a screen cutting backdoor, whatever it is, he doesn't have to take too many dribbles to the basket.
He doesn't have to think too much about who to pass the ball to or where the double team is coming.
Finding him on the move.
We gotta figure out a way to run a transition.
I'm gonna talk about that.
When I go down the keys of the game.
We gotta figure out a way to get out in transition so we can pick up the pace of the game and we can find players in rhythm on the move to the basket.
And I just Randall because playing at this slow pace, in my opinion, is taking us out of rhythm because it's not like we're playing in the halfcourt.
We're moving the ball with good velocity.
And you know what? Finding people wouldn't shoot this pocket with rhythm.
It's not like that.
You know, the the offense is very jumbled that times, you know, handoffs aren't always clean.
I mean, they are a lot of times they're not always clean.
We don't cut, slash or set screens with any kind of conviction or pass the ball with any kind of conviction.
These are some of the issues that I have with Fizdale, right? And the reason in the reasons why I continue to get on him, because I think it's, I think it's him.
He needs to enforce those principles, but and I GREss at this moment, I digress.
But I think that's what we need to do to help Randall Ah, take away some of that confusion is take away some of that responsibility, not have him thinking so much out there on the floor, you know? I mean ah, and one of the ways that we can do that.
I know we don't have a point guard right now.
That is a master or very good at pushing the pace, you know, helping us to play faster.
But we gotta find a way to do it.
We gotta find a way to do until these guys come back.
Because it doesn't look like we're gonna have Dennis Smith Jr on this trip.
Maybe l for Peyton.
So we gotta find a way to get up the floor and get things moving speed up the game a little bit force, you know, speed.
And I'm not just talking about taking more shots.
I'm talking about trying to get the ball it up the floor in early offense, you know, getting quicker shots in rhythm, those type of things.
I got Nate Vivid gim always back in the chat.
Am I come to you real quick? I'm coming to you and Viv real quick, and then I'm going to get around to breaking down the game by the numbers.
All right? The Nate coming to you, brothers.
What was that? What? You may pretty good, man.
So So here's the deal.
When you talk about pace, I look at it is we don't have the point guard for that pace right now.
I mean, as good as Frank is on defense and as good as he is, you know, kind of being poisoned the offense.
He's not a push type of guard, you know, there's a lot of times will walk it up, and and then we'll get into the half court and you know, it's deceased in West the whole time, though.
I mean, the honest truth is we don't have the point guard to push the pace that you're talking about, but I totally agree.
I mean, for a young team, we need to be running more.
I think a lot of people have said that about the Knicks as young as the core they have that you'd be running more, you know, get getting out and going and we're not.
We're setting up in half court, and here's the problem with Fizdale is that he doesn't encourage back doors.
He hasn't courage cuts.
He doesn't encourage screens of any kind.
It's just it's just going back and back, side to side on the on the basket and there's no movement, you know, it's just basically get the ball and make a move.
And and whatever happens, happens is you see, I think it's all the ways.
I think there's other ways that you can push the ball.
It doesn't have to be. It's a matter of fact.
Regardless of who your point guard is, It doesn't really have to be that the point guard is dribbling the ball up the floor, pushing the pace as much better is done much better.
When you get the ball and you look to pass the ball up the floor, get ahead as quick and as soon as possible way get early, all she wants to train your but you want to train your point guards to push.
I mean, if you want to.
If you want to get a faster pace, you gotta say, Hey, whoever gets the rebound, you know, if you're comfortable dribbling up a court buying, I don't want Randall going coast to coast because he gets the ball picked out every time, Right? Well, see it are there where I disagree with you, and this is just me and other people will have a different point of view on how they like to push the ball right.
But I like to push the ball in a different manner, right? I like my point guards to push that ball up the sideline by passing it up right.
You get the rebound.
You know the big man gets the rebound.
He gets it to the point guard.
The point guard might have to take one or two dribbles, but he's looking to get the ball up that sideline right, and you can get the ball up that sideline quick enough.
You may have been open three, or you may have an open lane.
T the basket, then the point guard.
Once he passes the ball up the sideline, she cuts real hard to the basket here.
Is she right? This is what I trained, trained my guards.
They pass it up.
They cut real hard to the basket, right? And then they lay around one second, one second after they cut to the basket, they flare out to the corner right, because now you have a big man who got the guy who got the rebound is trailing the plate.
And if there's nothing there, if you can't get that point guard, cut to the basket uh, and the person you pass the ball up to doesn't have a shot.
Now that big man that tried to play can either come down, can come down to either get the ball swung to them, so they consume it to the other side of the floor, right? Or they can go set a screen for the person with the ball so they could make a play, you know, But this ways that you can get that ball up the floor without having to be somebody.
I do agree with you on that aspect.
I do think there's different ways now.
I want my one thing I'll say and then you go on to the next person is with Randall.
I feel like they're trying to utilize Randall like they utilize KP, and the reality is KP with 71 could pretty much shoot over anybody, and they're looking at Randall of that same kind of thing.
But the thing is, Randall's not 71 He's a shorter guy and the thing is that he's only going to do damage in the paint by bully ball or he's gonna already is gonna be crafty and trying to get to the rim.
That's why I tell you, he's gotta get a jump shot.
He's gotta learn howto get us consistent membranes jump shot.
You know, it can't just be bullied by home there.
Yeah, it happens that he turns over the ball all the time.
Yeah, I agree with you.
He definitely has not hit his jump of this season at all. This.
What's going on, man? Real quick.
And then I would start to get t these breakdowns, and then I'm gonna come back.
Look, uh, we're one of the worst teams in pace.
Um, the only way you increase your paces if you have more possessions, right? And the only way you're gonna have more possessions or it's two ways, right? You either.
Ah, you defend really well.
Rebounding ad, you know, just being very Quicken, you know, decisive what you're when you have the ball on offense.
And the problem is, obviously, if you're if you're letting the other team score will, which we kind of have been doing less couple names, you know, we're always gonna be gumming up half court and her set it up slow.
And right now, our real problem is that when we set up our offense right, first up, we don't have.
Right now, There obviously is no guard.
And even though I think it full health, we don't have a guard that's gonna consistently, you know, attack the paint with any sort of consistency and actually be a true threat.
We just do not have that player a point guard now.
Argento could do it, but he's not again.
It's not, You know, we can only expect so much out of him.
So you know, without that, you don't have somebody that's, you know, going to get those easy buckets like that.
So that's probably that's one of the main reasons where paces down other problems that whenever we start when we get the ball, it's almost like our first instinct is, you know, Morris, uh, quarters of Randall.
They get the ball.
They're basically trying to, you know, So I saw and immediately going to the post, and when they start posting up, then you know your possessions get a lot longer and you no longer than this star, you know, the more misses you met, which which in the case, you know, your paces have sent me down and you know, clearly, clearly it's a problem.
So in order to solve it, I mean, I guess if I'm Fizdale, you just You just got to tell you put guards.
Where was bringing up the ball? They gotta make sure that bring it up really fast.
They basically if they're gonna pass it, pass it with some sort of meeting where it's like art.
You know, if you're gonna passes the top of the three point line, something has to happen.
You know, some sort of actions must happen.
And everything must be in, You know, it must be quick, and it must be, Ah, it must have a purpose to it.
And right now, there is absolutely no purpose toe passes we're making.
You know, the movements were were making as well.
You could have, like, 300 something passes and gay, but they're going side to side.
It means absolutely nothing means nothing means nothing, right? You know, like I was saying today, I think there's ways that you can do it, but, you know, you got you got to use the team.
You don't have one guy that could push it.
You got to use the team even getting the ball out of bounds.
You can get the ball out of balance fast, get the ball in and try to get it up that sideline.
Not by dribbling but bypassing.
You know, Um, it is ways.
There's ways to use a team aspect to push it.
You know, if you don't have a guard that's good at pushing the ball and pushing the pace in that manner, that I'm that habit right now.
Is that like our our bigs air Just going at the post.
And you know, every time you go in the post, you're basically setting up an inefficient shot because they're not passing it out.
And if they do pass it out, it's too late.
So that you're no one's in the right, you know, Motion. No.
One on the right set.
Part of it also is the clumsiness.
The roster is not helping you, that that's an indictment on the front office, whether we like it or not, that's that's what diamonds on, you know, having guys, if you're gonna put Frank and you're gonna have Mitch on the floor together, I don't know how you run, pick and rolls because, you know, whoever is defending the pick and roll, they don't have to.
Really? You don't do anything right And you got a lot of space because they're obviously none of those two or three point threats.
Julius Randle's another three point threat.
I mean, Arjun buried is sometimes a three point threat.
Look at how much space these defenders have that they're not even taken.
You know, our our guys, seriously, on the offense of end from from distance crams the paint.
So without a doubt, man, No, I Yeah, I feel you that there is a lot of clumsiness on the roster and Fizdale has to figure out how he's gonna work it out, you know? And he's clearly having trouble right now.
Figure out how he's gonna work out that roster him in the coaching staff.
Um, hey, let me get to Ah, let me get to knows somebody's number breakdown site.
And then I'm gonna get back to the video chat and I'll take a couple of phone calls.

All right, if you on your mobile phone, you'll have to access the link, and I'll make sure you have that link.
All right, So, ladies and gentlemen, let me get to this breakdown of the game.
All right? So let's begin with the projected starters for tomorrow night, but both teams are below 500.
The Knicks are one in six.
You know that the Knicks are one in six.
I don't think I have to remind you that the Knicks have won six.
The Detroit Pistons of three and five, right? Looking at the Knicks.
Frank Neil Akina.
That's our starting point guard.
Tomorrow R J Bears.
I started shooting guard Marcus Morris.
Is that small forward Julius Randle? Is that power forward Mitchell Robinson.
He's at center looking at the injury report.
Dennis Smith Jr is still out with a death in the family, and you know Listen, we need Dan.
It's made Junior to take his time.
I don't care how long it takes for him to come back.
Deal with, deal with your family.
First, you'll say Grief is a um It could be a funny thing, I'm saying so.
His family comes first.
It's mental and emotional.
Health comes first, So take your time.
Dennis Smith Jr.
Elford paying, You know, Hopefully he can get back soon, but he will not be playing tomorrow night in Detroit.
Reggie Bullock obviously won't be playing tomorrow night in Detroit for the Detroit Pistons.
The projected starters, uh, at point guard is Bruce Brown.
Shooting guard is Luke Kennard.
Small forward is Tony Snell at power.
Fall forward is Markeith Morris that you got.
The Twins are going to be matching off against each other.
We'll see them play defense on each other from time to time, right? And then Andre Drummond at center.
And, yes, Andre Drummond is having a beast of a year so far this season.
We're gonna look at some of those stats a little bit later on, but Andre Drummond's having a beast of a season so far.
We're gonna have to deal with this guy.
The edge of the report for the Detroit Pistons.
Derrick Rose has got a hamstring.
Reggie Jackson's got a back issue.
Blake Griffin's been out since the beginning of the season.
He hasn't hamstring me whatever he has.
10. Fraser is out with a shoulder.
I said, These are these projected starters.
Each team, Ladies and gentlemen, tomorrow night, the game begins at seven.
At Little Caesars Arena.
Listen, little Caesars Arena.
I never thought that I hear a little caesars of me and I don't know, Maybe it was that last year.
I didn't pay attention, but it just sounds funny.
Little Caesars Arena, this sad little Caesars the other night, too.
And the piece, it was better than I mean, I always always knew, you know, the hot and ready pizzas.
Well, for some reason, this pizza was better than usual.
Maybe it's because I was hungry.
I just drove four hours, came home and there was ah ah, Halloween.
A late Halloween party at my house with my daughter and her friends.
So maybe that's why the pieces just tasted a little bit better, but the game would be tomorrow night.
Seven PM at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.
Ladies and gentlemen.
All right, let's take a look at the team comparison.
A couple of stats.
The Knicks The average of 99.
6 points per game, giving up 108.
7 points per game.
6% from the field, 34.
The average 47 rebounds a game, 19.
1 assists per game and 16.
Begin that turnover.
Numbers coming down, ladies and gentlemen is coming down.
I'm glad I'm happy about that, Trust me.
And numbers coming down.
The Knicks defense of rating is one.
9 is good for 21st in the league.
I don't know if I want to say good for 21st in the league.
It's 21st in the league.
They're all offensive rating is 99.
6, 28th in the league.
Remember, they have one of the slowest pace is in the league, 26th in the league in pace are the Knicks, right? Yeah.
Ralph, you say, you know, lie when you're mad.
Hungry? Almost anything would be good to eat.
Yeah, no doubt when you're hungry.
Stuff tastes good.
It tastes real good when you're hungry.
Of the Pistons, the Pistons score 107.
1 points per game are they? Gave up 112.
4 points per game.
A suit, 46% from the field, 38.
So you gotta watch it.
We can't let him get loose from the three point line.
Listen, the Sacramento Kings came into the game shooting about 28% from three.
We let him get loose.
It was one point, whatever, 50%.
I think they ended up at 38% for the game, but we let him get loose.
We got to defend the paint and we gotta defend the three point line.
And it's not always an easy task, but you gotta do it.
The Pistons average 42.
4 rebounds per game, even though Andre Drummond is killing the glass right now, he's he's average and I think 19.
7 rebounds by himself.
So he's the main guy.
We're gonna talk about that when we look at the keys to the game.
The Pistons average 22.
5 assists per game of 17.
5 turnovers per game, so they will turn the ball over.
And we're gonna talk about that as well, because we need to capitalize on those turnovers.
We've got to capitalize on those turnovers and score because it will be available for us.
Ladies and gentlemen, it'll be available for us.
Trust me, we're gonna go get the keys.
The Detroit Pistons defensive aliens went 10.9.
That's good for 25th in the league.
The offensive rating is one of 5.
9 at 16th in the league.
Still, they play a one of the slower pace is in the lead as well.
Still, play a woman. Slower pace is in the league.
Let's take out the second look.
We look at the team comparison.
Let's look at the key matchup for the night.
There's not a lot of listen.
The Pistons have a lot of people out there, grows out.
Reggie Jackson help Blake Griffin out.
But the key matchup that I'm paying attention to, it's our grades.
Roman and Mitchell Robinson.
Mr Robertson is starting.
As you know already.
Mitchell Robertson is starting faces, putting it back in to start online.
I mean, he's gotta deal with Andre drumming.
Look at Andre Drummond's numbers.
Ladies and Gentlemen is averaging 21.
3 points per game, 19.
4 rebounds per game, 2.
5 blocks per game and 2.
6 assists per game.
She was 56% from the field.
He doesn't attempt three point shot, so he's 0% from three.
That's one thing that that could be, but Mitchell Robinson, who's got a guard Andre drumming right? That could be a plus in the minus right because you know Nate need Mitchell.
Robinson doesn't have to worry about ah, defending him on the perimeter, but he's gotta worry about banging with him down low.
And Andre Drummond, every once in a while will pull a mid range shot.
Okay, and look at the size difference.
Andre Drummond 6 10 200 basically £280.
Mitchell Robinson, seven foot, £240 right, Andre Drummond is strong.
Mitchell Robinson's gonna have to utilize his strength to defend Andre Drop.
I'm sorry, his length.
Mitchell Robinson's gonna have to utilize his length to defend Andre drumming and try not to get into foul trouble.
Listen, Andrzej Drum is gonna try to bang him around.
Banging, banging, banging right.
Mitchell Robinson's gonna have to.
You'll keep his hands high.
You might take a couple of hits to the body, and it's not gonna listen.
It's gonna hurt a little bit.
I've been hit there before by somebody big and strong.
And don't let those hands come down when you get hit and it's a natural thing.
If you get hit in the body, your arms are up.
You get hit in the body's natural.
For your arms to come down because you've been hitting the body brings him down.
He's gonna have to fight that.
It's gonna have to try to use his length against Andrei's Roman Mitchell Robinson.
He's coming into the game averaging 10.
2 points per game, 6.
5 assists per game, right, 71.
4% from the field.
He doesn't shoot threes.
So 0% from three.
All right, listen.
80% of Mitchell Robinson's shots come right there at the basket.
A matter of fact, 80% of his shots come with end the restricted area, All right, which means he's either the lobster, the basket.
Always getting rebounds for put backs.
Mitchell Robinson has attempted three three jump shots this season.
And now look, he's got hurt fingers right now.
So he's definitely not attempting those jump shots.
Okay, Mitchell, Robin's got a task, but this But we always talk about a team defense.
The team is gonna need to help Mitchell Robinson.
They're gonna have to help Mitchell Robinson.
It can't just be Mitchell Robinson by himself trying to defend Andre Drummond.
If you need a double team base, come up with a strategy to double back on Audrey German, get the ball out of his hands.
We need what we're gonna get to the keys to the game, but we're gonna have to help me to Robinson.
Where? Andre Drama.
So he doesn't get fouled out.
And then when guys like Bobby Portis coming a game, you're gonna have to do your job on Andre Drummond.
If you're in that same time, I would like to see phase use Taj Gibson to play defense on Andre.
Drumming used ta JJ.
He's played against them before.
He can help, right? This is the perfect time.
He, Taj Gibson has not been playing.
Hasn't been getting playing time.
This is the perfect time to plan, I guess.
All right, take a look at the keys to the game.
A couple of keys to the game.
These are my keys to the game number one.
Ladies and gentlemen, we gotta play with some desperation, fire and desire.
We came out against the Sacramento Kings and laid an egg.
We came out early.
I think we took a five point lead.
After that, we just laid an egg for up big portion of the game.
We had no type of fire, no type of desire, no type of desperation.
We should feel desperate right now.
And yes, I'm clapping my hands and slapping my knees as I'm talking cause I'm emotional about it.
We should feel desperate right now, right? We are one in six.
We could be We could have a much better record than one in six.
And they're awesome things that go inside each loss, right? There are some things that happened that led us to lose in every game that we've lost, even though we had no leads in just about every game that we've played, We've had a lead and leads in the fourth quarter anyway.
Whatever it is, we've got to come out and play with the fire and desire some desperation of conviction.
When we're running offense, when we're playing on defense, we need more conviction.
I'm gonna find a way to get to the basket.
I don't know how we're gonna do it, but we gotta find a way to get to the basket.
The Pistons give up 52.
5 points in the paint per game.
Let me say that again.
5 points per game in the paint.
That's what the Pistons give up.
That's 27th in the league, 27th in the league.
All right, we gotta find a way to get to the basket.
Get in the paint.
We don't have a guard that could penetrate right now.
Frank Nella Keane is not gonna penetrate is that's not what he does.
I'm even done flying about it.
Frightening teen is my guide Oh, but I'm done saying all we need, frankly, getting the paint we need for him to get the pain.
He doesn't get the paint, all right, so we got to find other ways to get in there.
How do we do it? Well, one is by utilizing the post up, obviously, but we get some guys cutting off the ball, said some screens off the ball, so we get inside the paint.
We've been relying so much on mid range shots and we're not hitting them.
We got to get in the paint and the Pistons are vulnerable.
Like I said, the Pistons give up 52.
5 points in the paint per game, 27th in the league.
Next, we gotta force turnovers.
The Knicks average 18 points off turnovers per game, 18 80 points off turnovers per game.
That's 14th in the league.
And guess what? The Pistons give up 20.
6 points off turnovers per game.
That's 25th in the league, so the opportunity is there for us to capitalize our turnovers.
Pistons turn over the ball, 17.5.
They average 17.
5 turnovers per game.
They turned the ball over.
We need to score.
We gotta score in transition.
That moves right into my next key to the game.
The Pacers are vulnerable.
They allow teams to score off of turnovers again.
That Pistons give up 20.
6 points per game off turnovers, 25th in the league.
The Knicks average 18 points per game off turnovers.
That's 14th in the league.
We gotta force turnovers and score off those turnovers.
We gotta score transition.
So obviously, if we're forcing turnovers and we want it, we're forcing.
Will get a chance to score in transition, but we can score in transition.
It doesn't always have to be a turnover.
Wicked score in transition.
Even if they score, face score, We get the ball out and go right.
Stop walking the ball out under the net.
Don't wait for the ball.
They hit the floor.
Grab the ball out than that.
Take two steps and let's get moving up the floor.
But we gotta pick up this pace somehow.
Some way and I know you know, we're gonna say we don't have the point guard is going to get us up the floor and pick up the pace and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
I get all of that, understand all of that.
But there's ways that we could do it within the team concept.
That's what we have to do.
Let's get the ball out, puts it to the guard guard, pushed the ball up the sideline and then find people trailing the play coming towards the basket.
Right. So there's two ways we can get.
Turnovers, run in transition.
We can get the ball out.
Quick going, transition.
We grab the rebound, Let's get up the floor.
We gotta try to school into as they should pick up the pace.
We got a gang rebound.
Ladies and gentlemen, look, the last game.
We we came into the Sacramento Kings game one of the top teams in the league, and rebounded.
I think we were after 49 reading balance per game.
We left out of that game averaging 47 rebounds per game Well, because you really grabbed 39 rebounds, 39 rebounds when you're a team that doesn't shoot well, like the Knicks.
We shoot under 42% from the field.
You've got to rebound the ball.
And when you're playing a team, that doesn't shoot well, now the Sacramento Kings.
They shot well, this out 48% from the field, right? But if you're playing a team that doesn't shoot well or a team just is not shooting well, then it is imperative that you're grabbing defense of rebounds.
It's imperative, or you're gonna go.
You're gonna allow that seem to shoot 50% from the field.
I'll get a bunch of secretaries shots, so we really do need a gang rebel.
We can't rely on one person to rebound the Detroit Pistons.
I mean, Andre Drummond.
It's averaging 19.
4 rebounds per game, folks 19.4.
It's a lot of rebounds for one man, but still, the Pistons only average 42 rebounds a game.
So if we gang rebound, you know from face there I might even send two people to box out Andre Drummond because our grades Roman basically is averaging 20 rebounds again.
The rest of the team is only grabbing 22 more rebounds, So there's not like they're really rebounding the basketball and a lot of your main players air out.
Blake Griffin isn't there.
He hasn't been there all season, but he's not there.
And I'm not saying they don't have guys that could be behind the bowl.
But the rest of the team is only averaging 22 rebounds a game, so we might be able to take two guys to try to box out Andre Drummond.
And maybe you might think that's high school.
Fine, cool, thinking it can work right, because Mitch is not going to box out on Mitch.
Doesn't Mitch barely boxes out anyway? He really does rely on his height and his length to rebound the basketball.
So we've got to find someone that's gonna box Andre drumming out, try to limit those rebounds and then send everybody else gang rebounding for the ball.
All right, gang rebound.
We got a gang rebound.
We got a battle with Drummond.
We gotta help Mitchell there.
Ladies and gentlemen, let's make our free throws.
We've got to make our free throws, man shooting 60 whatever percent from the free throw line.
And his came back to burn us in multiple games so far this season.
We've got to make our free throws and we get to the line.
Make the free throws are J.
He's only shooting What, 44 42? 43 44% from the line? You know, saying that.
I believe that in the future he's going to make him.
But besides, r J better other guys and missing him, too.
Other guys are missing until we need everybody riding rebounds.
Ladies and gentlemen, we got I'm sorry.
Making free throws.
You get to the line, make free throws.
Trust me, it helps make those sweet those ladies and gentlemen.
All right, So these are the keys to the game.
I've even past reading, reading real quick one more time.
Play with desperation, Fire and desire.
Find a way to get to the basket.
Pisces are vulnerable.
4 points per game under in the paint force turnovers to score that also vulnerable there.
All right, score in transition.
We got to get out of transition to score the basketball in transition.
We gotta help Mitch on these on the boards.
we gotta help him with drone.
We got a gang rebound if we got a double box about double box mounted, let's make free throws. Days and gentlemen.
Big shout out to everybody that seeing the chat.
I appreciate you guys for joining me tonight.
You don't say no Knicks basketball, no football.
I mean, my giants got I don't even want to talk about it.
Only one talking about the best thing about the Giants game last night was that r J.
Barrett was there.
That's the best thing about the game.
Now is the best thing about the game, you know? Listen, I thought we had a chance.
I was okay, were there.
But, you know, you know, Danny Dimes man with those turnovers.
Anyway, I don't want to talk about the Giants right now is gonna make me frustrated.
You make me frustrated.
So I want to get back to talking about the knicks.
Subscribe to the channel.
Ladies and gentlemen, make sure you prescribed right now.
It doesn't take that long.
You're on your mobile device or you got to do is come out of the live chat, subscribing and come right back into the live check, you know? So subscribe to the channel, make sure you bring that notification belt.
So you'd be notified whenever I go live, drop a video, posted my community *** or whatever it is.
And if you're a SportsCastr, follow me there as well.
All right, share this out.
Shared on instagram, Facebook, Twitter, all that good stuff.
I'm gonna get back to the video chat, but first, I'm going to take a phone call.
All right? So I could get some of you guys find out.
I'm gonna I want to hear from you, caller.
Nothing but next.
What's popping, bro? Can you turn that down in the back, please? Was good.
How you feeling? No, I'm feeling great.
I'm feeling great.
Are you Feel I'm good, man. I feel good.
So what have you got to do? How we're gonna beat the pistons. May.
This is the pistons are very, very injured right now, right? Very, very injured.
Ah, you know, there grows is out.
Blake Griffin is out.
Reggie Jackson is out.
Um, Tim Fraser is out.
If we lose to these guys, what's that mean? Maybe it doesn't mean anything.
Maybe it means was still, you know, still on a learning curve.
But what are we going to do? How we're gonna beat him and talk to me? I think I think it's the biggest.
Blessing is breaking out where Blake is the ****s kill phone.
I think I think our main goal is like you said earlier.
We got to go to the basket.
Gotta go to the basket hard.
I think they were smart if you weren't there.
Running tomorrow is the tailor made career game.
Get to the basket.
Get those foul shots.
He's the only one hit in the matter season clip.
J Attacking the basket.
I I honestly I don't think Miss can handle uh, Andre Drummond.
I think he's gonna get spelled out real quick, country.
Our best option, you know, through Randall Item and just try to keep him out of the paint.
At least Randall keeps putting a body on him all night.
Don't have ah, you know, if he keeps playing with Mitch, the fish is gonna have three fouls before five minutes of the game.
I mean, we'll be honest with you.
Honestly, I'm not sure I don't I do not think that, um I do not think that Julius Randle his Randall and handled I don't think Julie's Randall can can can handle Andre jumping down there.
No, I'm just starting to think of our options.
I mean, our Keith Morris Lesser of the Morris Brothers.
So he's there starting for I think our only hope is to try to get Randall out of the game for good, hell the rest of the team and try to stop that three point shot.
I think I think we need to use Taj Gibson to help out on Randall.
I think we need to use Todd's getting help.
Help out on Randall.
Um, I mean, not to help out on Andre Drummond as much as much as possible as much as we came.
You know, saying Able man, I appreciate the call.
I know we got a lot of people he's trying to call in saying I appreciate it.
All right, thank you very much.
A guy's in the chat. Do me a favor.
Tell Isaiah to come out and come back again.
All right? call the young lover, Not the but Nick's.
What's popping? Going? I'm good.
How you feeling, man? In peace to you, man? Among is Robert.
Talk in a little while.
Appreciate you, Robert.
One of our biggest problems when you need it is 1001 of my problems Is that this easy to God.
If we don't, we don't move and we don't move the ball.
And we was a movie and move the ball.
And we've been We like the only thing that places like this they come, they come on record a need.
They spread out to the corner, The one that And then I'm gonna get the best out of all places.
You need to put them in any right in and in the right spot.
But I wanna be more success.
We're not in the right spot.
We not go. But our players are not walking.
Okay, that we're not getting the best out of all places.
Okay, So tell me, do Min River tell me.
Tell me one of those white spots May.
What do you think those white spots are for certain players? Okay, like me? If I had Kevin Doc, I'll play Kevin not like in a pose.
We get rain shop, you said You start off with mid range shots and working late.
That complete point line would be better off.
Um, Julian Randol can understand.
Folks could actually, he's best affected by you.
You played out of position.
That's why it's not going very well.
And another thing is, do you plan to have somebody had another star player when he had me even something successful.
You start playing to keep the sign a week, just like walking.
You don't have that issue.
You don't have a softly anybody can.
They can't really terrible three points from this team, so we can't play in the three point at the three point line.
So the players that can shoot three points that they start in and work your way out will be more effective.
Be not gone in three point shot.
That's what that's what we would be killed then 4/4 tail.
They want a thing.
He said to catch up and we start our patients off that Kennedy came and keep it all the way through to the better prepared.
You are very keen to.
Okay, so So do you think right now, David Fizdale has really cut down the line up.
I mean, I think last game he used, obviously it was a blowout.
So he used, you know, 10 11 players.
But against Boston, when there was a tight game, he used eight players.
Do you think it's gonna help the team if the game is remains close, which it should, Right.
The game remains close and the Knicks either have a lead or just in a close game.
Do you agree with him cutting the line up? Short toe help toe help that help the defense and help, you know, some, some kind of You know what he will do? You guys think that well, not a victim killing us is that he don't have, Like, they need I let being the adoption place.
Uh, any that, um, eggs.
Just just say it.
Just say we know you talk about Gigi play and suddenly it was our best three point shooter in person.
You know him? You love him.
I'm really probably ain't doing well in practice.
That has weapons visible light shone, but we need we need to get him on the court.
He attacked a basket and and he and he shot 50% 3 point line and some of these, okay? Is that it? Just it just after you got it.
You got to be that good of a shooter.
So we need him on the floor.
We need you gotta happen.
And then you gotta have some bookie that game.
Still basketball? Not there's that lively basketball.
The game's changed.
Moving rolling screens over.
That way, we need to get It's a model that in our gate.
Okay, you get the best out of these, will you? All right, man.
Hey, I appreciate the call, man.
Real good, Real good.
And put their man real good.
Input. I appreciate you.
But I made a teachable face.
Yes, there is a gentleman.
Fizdale has his work cut out for him.
And, uh, you know, I think that, you know, this is I hate to say that is ah, desperation game.
Seven games into the season. But it is.
The last game was a desperation game.
I felt as well no saint.
But this is really a desperation game.
We've got to get this way and I hate the way things are set up for this game, I really do.
Ladies and gentlemen, I hate the way it's set up for the game, right? The Knicks of one in six, the Pistons of three and five.
The Pistons got all these players hurt.
It kind of transfers a little bit of it, even transfers a little bit more pressure on the Knicks toe win, because now they've got all these guys hurt.
And the The thing is, with Nick's, nothing is guaranteed.
There are no guaranteed wins with the Knicks, no guaranteed win.
So I don't like it.
I don't like it that they have All these guys hurt because, you know, it really does change the expectations of the game.
And I just can't imagine the windfall if the Knicks lose with the Pistons having all these guys out, you know, saying, um, yeah, that could be Yeah, I don't know.
Nate will come to you for a minute, and I want to get your take on this.
Um, the Knicks lose.
With the Pistons having so many players out, so many key players out, what's the windfall from now on? I'm not so I'm not talking about people being fired.
Just just talk about the family actions.
I mean, how bad will it be? If that happens, we need the next.
This is one of those.
This is one of those games where if the Knicks don't come out and show heart like they did against or like, they didn't do against the King's, uh, there's gonna be some massive changes either to the lineup or there's gonna be some trade chatter.
I think that was already nobody starlets.
That's already starting.
The closer we get to December 15th more trade chatter is gonna pick up.
Yeah, it's gonna It's gonna pick up more.
Um, you know, the thing is that when a team comes out flat, everybody wants to bank blamed the players.
But sometimes I I believe the coach because the coach has gotta be the one to get him going, you know, especially with the young team.
You know, these guys, they're just young bucks, man.
I mean, they they just they just smelling the league right now.
They haven't even really dive into it fully.
And who's Dale has been been told by us to be the player evaluator.
The player, developer.
All this yachting out of stuff.
He's gonna be a leader, man.
Forget the player development.
He's got to be more of the leader on this team.
And we got to see the leadership.
We've got to see the accountability, and I just I still don't see it, man.
I still don't see that's a very home commissioner.
I think I think the player development, you know, the leadership is part of the player development.
You know what I'm saying? You can I say my bad? May I say you can't keep coming in and out, man? Say either gonna be in a Let me get Let me get to this guy with the man bun for a second.
Rocking the man bun.
Listen, let me tell you.
Like the mama used to tell you when you was 5678 years old, right? They say you don't live in a barn.
You say you can't just keep you can't just keep running in and out.
Either be in it, you know, deal with what you know of your mom's and screaming, actually screaming all you whatever you know, you get your hair done.
Get that done and then come into the chat because I'm not gonna keep letting you winning out.
You feel me? You're nobody disrespected my man, but we're going.
We're going to get that off the wait.
What? What? What is it? Is the whole the whole, the whole Oh, and you know, I don't I'm not trying to first and shout out to all the 14 1400 people that's here, man, it's a Tuesday night.
No next game got 1400 people here.
But I said, I'm just going to say this to you.
I need to keep your face in the screen.
I must say this to you.
No disrespect, but your cheeks is too chubby.
Tow. Have a man bun.
No disrespect, but it seeks to tell me to have a man bun pro.
Furthermore, the ladies love me.
I don't I don't know.
Ladies have big ladies love the big cheeks and the man buns.
And 2019 you with Simeon time Cindy and cheeks Too chubby for a man bomb.
Brody to Chuck before.
Listen, don't be mad at bringing the man buns back, okay? You know I can't bring it about his mate.
I don't know if you're the right person to bring the man but back, but talk to the D A.
But talk to me about this extreme Nick Nick's and Pistons game man.
What we owe you get this week and listen, I don't want you to regard to take a whole bunch of junk about, you know, griping and complaining.
Let's just talk strategy.
That's all we want to talk strategy standards, he said.
I'll be honest with you.
I'd wild and started by reporters over Mitchell Roberts.
I like the fact that, you know, I think, what the best thing we can do one should do.
Start bumping Porter so bad, at least with Bobby Portis, he can bring up the perimeter.
So under German is away from the paint.
So weaken teen rebound.
I think that would be a smart strategy to do.
And that scene I do, and I do like the Bay of Thomas Gibson get under.
You can get under German and get under his leg limited because I think we get we can eliminate German.
I think we have a chance to win the game.
Okay, a lot of these guys out.
And like I said, if you saw Bobby, let Bobby bring all the German out to the perimeter.
And then you put cards in there to get him under his legs and let him work.
And, you know, you don't have to act.
Start do anything about this.
Oh, you got it all figured out.
Do the telethons is stop on the Asia and best you can't stop under the gun.
And then, you know we have Mitchell enough for defensive purposes.
We start body, get him up, get more from a permanent team going down.
I'm not worried about the team rebound because, you know, with R J.
Marcus Knox Randall, we should be fine with that.
That should be fired with the team.
Rebounded? Um, yeah, I think that's to be the best value.
Your man bun must be tight because you came up with a good strategy.
So it must be squeezing your brain together.
Somebody No, I think, baby, Bring it back.
David Fizdale already said he was going to start Mitchell Robinson, But I do like that.
That strategy of you know, make a show that Bobby Portis is out there some with Andre jumping on the floor, at least on the With Nick's on offense, it can hopefully pull Andre Drummond away from the basket so other guys can rebound.
Right? Um, yeah, I like that strategy that I think that's a pretty good strategy.
And I think we'll see David Fizdale do that some now.
What might happen is if Bobby Portis comes into the game, you know, they may switch up and take Andre Drummond.
Now, I don't know. We'll see.
But that's a good strategy.
I definitely like that big shot out to my man. Mighty Nix.
Ah, for the super chats.
He hit me with two super Chester first when he said, Next family, What's popping? My favorite show was on yet we own a popular Marty.
And then he said, I only hope it's him.
I don't know, man.
You know, I'm still holding out hope.
Trust me. I'm still holding out hope for this squad.
All right, I'll Viv, I'm coming to you, man.
Um, look, we can't, you know, just cause towards lose Detroit didn't have three of their main guys.
Well, not through the wringer.
They'll say Very important pieces in.
You know, Blake D.
Rose and Reggie Jackson doesn't mean, you know, they have a lot of talent still on their team.
And it's not a team that we should, you know, undermine any sort of way because their signature Lee undermanned.
I mean, that team, they have a lot of grit, and they have a lot of Yeah, they're very, very talented team.
Um, under Groman, obviously, is having a ridiculous season.
Um, you know Bruce Brown? He's he's actually had a decent stretch.
Uh, especially he's gonna have more minutes now with, uh, with both Reggie and D rose out.
Um, and he actually was not that bad, and he could cause some problems.
You know, Luke, in our country, the three snow can shoot the three little bit links, and Galloway's been shooting the three in them.
He's probably one of the, you know, he's the Knicks success story, and, you know, look at his look at his career.
Um, so, yeah, and they're very well coached team with the court, Casey.
So it's not someone that we should take lately by any sort of Let your imagination.
Now what if I guess the real strategy is basically trying to correct what we what we've been doing wrong? So I really simple principles? Yeah. Defend the three.
Uh, don't foul a lot.
Don't turn the ball over a lot.
Move the ball, Move.
Move yourself and move the ball.
And, you know, don't.
And just basically, if you follow those 445 you know, friend, hit your free throws.
If you follow those four by principles, at least you'll make the game very competitive and it will be close.
And then it's really a question of, you know, one or two possessions that changed the game.
But those were really like the 45 principles that I would try to, you know, by by and reinforce.
If I'm if I'm the coaching staff because that's that's where that's the only way you'll have a chance, you know? Gets Detroit.
Do you see ties? Gibson Plane? I don't I think this has a location in mind.
I think it's I think there he's gonna trust the mission body.
Unless Unless Mitch gets into really quick Val trouble as in like he you know, if or Mitch and Bobby Portis getting the foul trouble, then you'll probably see talks in there.
But, you know, if that doesn't happen, I don't think he'll play.
I think you'll see, though. Play.
Obviously, no one's gonna get some minutes.
No, but I do not see it.
I don't see Taj playing.
Um, unless someone gets hurt, it's always in trouble.
Okay, I want to take a second and this and listening to listen to Taj Gibson real quick.
You know, the kind of interviewed after Nick's practice? Um, I think that it would be smart to use.
Listen, Andre German is a beast down there.
Obviously, I think it might be smart to use Taj Gibson tomorrow, even if it's just limited minutes.
Doesn't have to be, you know, a 1,000,000 minutes.
But you know, he has experience playing against Andre drumming.
You know, he's a guy that and fundamentally box out, rebound the basketball, do little stop of things, maybe help alleviate some pressure from Mitchell Robinson.
You know, I don't know.
Let's take a listen in to Gibson.
Ladies and gentlemen, something like Sunday.
You guys ever hear people you know I'm just gonna say, Can you kind of just flush it? Or does it stick with well, being professional? You gotta let us stick with you for a minute.
But you gotta flush it as a team on stand that it's a little season.
You can't run a game like that.
Just gotta correct it before you have any negative energy.
Can't get practice today.
Guys got better.
Just focus on the next ready and waiting way 20 for me waiting.
Whatever Coach needs to do.
And I'm always ready.
Whatever happens gonna happen.
But this kind of things happens in MBA.
But I'm always gonna practice hard.
Always going t do but coast, you need a hand not ready.
What? It's always stuff because you can't really run through the office while you were running through it earlier preseason, even in practice.
But these things happen throughout the season.
This happened ready way.
Got a lot of guys willing to step up Their positions are going for a large at the point.
It's been tough for him from standpoint, being a rookie, but I think he's been stepping up for the challenge and it takes the whole group, that kind of band together.
I know nothing's going to be easy the whole year, but he's her boss.
Kind of happened, So you have to be ready.
Coach talked about especially challenging.
Just being physical, just trying to be ready.
Just use my files watching the game without minutes like it's going to be aggressive.
This help my team way I can.
I feel like I said earlier, we had a great practice trying to kick in and going out and trying to get guys back healthy.
But coaching Yuzu writing on road way thing about the n B A.
You never really? No, no.
Every team is different.
Every team, sometimes some nights you're gonna have to guard here and put some shots up somebody.
She may not even get a shot.
That's how to India.
First things first is first word going to see its professional professional basketball player? Got to be ready for whatever trash your team needs to do and just be ready.
And I think he's been on the job was coming in early, staying late and we've been put a lot of pressure on them from the standpoint of even know he's a rookie but way believe you got high hopes and we're gonna keep pushing.
That's my guy went to a lot of ups and downs by the battles with them, super excited.
I just hope that he just comes back with honesty and got it.
I hope you just maintains the body and hope they can keep it up.
I don't really want to see him missing the game because I know what kind of play and what kind of person is he is.
He's capable, doing a lot of positive things and being picture sense.
I mean so early.
But one and six what you've seen from the group so far.
Most teams there's a couple ways gotta finish games.
We've been in every every game, minus two men and a hunter last uh, half the last quarter of the game.
Just gotta learn the X people everyone execute on and do it with his wife doing and bright things were happening.
That's what happens when you got a new group and trying to figure out howto solidify winds and get over the hump and things like that when fans kind of this kind of detail away from team, you understand losses may happen, but group has stayed.
Stay together, stay, stay humble, understand task at hand and understand it's still early way.
We can correct our mistakes, but way have to correct mistakes right away.
Kind of rookie George is Argentina.
I can't tell you guys the best that locker room stuff, But, uh, one of the many things is coming in early, making sure the basket what they have to get.
We don't try. We try to stay away from doughnuts.
Now, get the old NBA was doughnuts.
But now we got the sugar.
Low fat Lord big things like that.
So we got this change them daily basis.
But he's been a great rookie sometimes.
But wait, some days we get ready the popcorn, this car.
But you know, just happy to go through the ups and downs of being a rookie.
And I think all right, ladies and gentlemen, as ties Gibson, always professional.
You know, Mae, and look Taj Gibson.
If you continue to do and keep this attitude, he'll be the next Vince Carter.
Vince Carter is probably going to retire this season he'll be the next Vince Carter.
You mean around forever.
And ever and ever.
I'd like the see Taj Gibson get some playing time this game because I think you know this Would you know, this is a game four times, Gibson to get some playing time, you know, saying, ah, against a guy like Andre Drummond, we're gonna Those many bodies at him is we can't I think, you know, to try to try to negate some of that rebounding.
So I'd like to see tides.
Gibson, you know, get a little bit of burns shot out to Joshua au Cran That shot up the similar chat.
Don't stress out your the kids give the kid some time.
Rome wasn't built in a day.
A lot of good young players on this team.
I agree with you.
I feel you. I hear you.
Rome wasn't built in a day, but when they were building it, they were using a strategy to build it.
So I'll just leave it right there, you know, saying I'll leave it right there.
Let's see, who was we got? I ain't letting this guy back in because I keep telling him don't come out, you know, saying, ah, Guillermo.
Way we see Taj Gibson at all.
Ah, maybe again.
This is this Is Fizdale his lineup, sir? Just like you know, this is not a cursory isn't his ass.
And I mean, it's just, like is just whatever.
So I mean, is up to his.
Played a lineup that gets the best that can exploit the Pistons.
Weakness is the most right that have you.
So I think someone said they have, Ah, really slow place.
Obviously, they're going to pay.
Obviously going through, um, drumming and, um and And Rose Rose is not really shooting that well from three shooting, like 25% percent, 56 sense of filial shooting till he's driving to the basket.
So exploit that that their main shooter is gonna be Luke Kennard, right? So Right, I'm He's shooting out of his mind right now.
Um, and Andre German.
So it means a lot of double teams.
Ah, and a lot of trying to draw fouls on Luke Kennard and drove 1000.
Andre Drummond take their best plays out the game.
I'm not necessarily sure you know what's the name is is is no for that.
In this game, Taj Gibson just depends on if he's healthy or not.
But again, Fizzle needs to have a lineup where Guy's exploiting the other team's weaknesses.
You know? I mean, it shouldn't be, you know, our If, look, we need scoring at some point, you know, off the bench.
Tricia be in no doubt about it, you know? I mean, stop trying to force feed a granddaughter, come in the game because he has a big contract.
Get out of politics and get the winds because of the end of day.
We've seen it before where coaches that play politics instead of wind and they play by the guy lines.
And next, you know, they're out there looking at like, Well, I played the part.
So to me, Taj Gibson plane.
I mean, if he's not healthy room plays a stupid But no, it is.
What is an Obbo say? Sim, um, you got a lot of smart people in your ah, um, chat in terms of it.
We used to watch, and there's like, dude, um, comments and one of your previous video, and he was point out, um, certain lineups, not that line is so uncertain schemes we could run they could take from college.
And you point out one really good one from on the Shaka Smart VCU.
Ah, it is essentially is a boy.
It's a you called up.
I won't say it's a ball dominant system, but it's one way.
Obviously, the PG is, um, Mia Poesia.
Thomas is, um is that one of the PG sing of the ball? There's so many, there's so much movement and there's so many cuts.
I mean, there's so there's so much picking between a lot of, uh, the backcourt and guys in the, ah, at least another play from the Sorry, a lot of guys in the front court and, uh, another guy from the backcourt.
And when you watch the place, I'll post it on the chat.
You know, it's something that's really simple that we should we could be running all that's not all the time to be running.
I don't We run the past reversal for Ellington and and dots when he's in, but this this next team should not be without spacing.
You know, I mean, like people want to say We don't have the shooters, But I mean, once you create this space, you got young guys, you got guys like knots, dots and who could hit those shots? You got to get those shots and R.
J's even in some of those shots, too.
There's no excuse as to why this team should not begin any ah Drew presentation.
I don't I don't want to see us trying toe force feed and back up against guys like drunk Andre Drummond playing right into his hands, you know? I mean, I don't want to see guys backing away from Luc Renard when he has four fouls like we did against Kyrie and not go after.
You know that that fifth foul, you know, it just doesn't make sense on a Taj Gibson Think he plays, he plays.
But this line, it should be about exploring their weaknesses and tryingto, you know, get them in tow into this advantage. Positions.
Yeah, this is that.
All right, all right.
And some of their weaknesses, you know, times Gibson may or may not play.
I think you can help out, but you know some of their weaknesses as I mentioned earlier, you really have to do with the Knicks being able to score in transition, being able to score, being able to turn them over, you know? And that's something that the Knicks really need, I think, to focus on in this game.
All right? So real quick, man.
I'm gonna go over once again and we're gonna take a look at Ah, you know, you know, just some stats behind the game.
For those who were just joining me and new to the channel before I even go over this, just do me a favor.
Subscribe to the channel, hit those like buttons.
Ladies and gentlemen, we've got 1500 people in here.
Let's get 1500 likes.
You hit that like button, like a subscribe right now, ladies and gentlemen.
All right, let's take a look at the projected starters and some other stats behind the game tomorrow night.
The Knicks played tomorrow night in Detroit at the Little Caesars Arena.
Like I said earlier, it's just a funny That's just a funny sounding name to me.
The little Caesars Arena.
Maybe it sounds good to use kind of funny sounding name to me, but it's all good.
Much love to Little Caesars Evita in Detroit, Michigan.
So the Knicks probably there now getting ready for tomorrow's game, probably resting the game will be, Ah, local TV is on MSG.
Local radio, ESPN New York 98.
Uh, the next season record is one in six.
The Pistons of three and five looking at the next artist tomorrow.
Frankly, Lucchino will start at point guard R. J.
Bear that shooting guard Marcus Morris, that small forward Julius Randle at power forward, and Mitchell Robertson that center injuries the Knicks.
Dennis Smith Jr is out with, You know, you know the story.
Has a death in the family.
Still bothered by the right hamstring.
Hopefully, he'll be back soon, and Reggie Bullock is, you know, out with the neck.
Obviously had a definite family as well.
Um, hopefully Elfrid Payton comes back on this trip.
I don't think Dennis Smith Jr is Hopefully we get over paying back on this trip for the Detroit Pistons.
They've got a lot of injuries as well.
Injuries to starters.
Starting point guard is Bruce Brown, who's been playing well.
Shoot the basketball.
You got Tony Snell, Market Morris, a tough customer like Marcus Morris and then Andre Drummond, who's playing out of his mind so far this season.
And we'll take a look at some of the stats behind Andre Drummond's Ah season so far for the Detroit Pistons.
Der Grose is out with a hamstring.
Also having a very good season, though I think they're gross is averaging over the 1st 45 games of the season, or however many games he's played.
He's averaging like 20.
8 points a game in 65 or six assists per game.
So Dad grows kind of having a resurgence this season.
Now, how long will it last? Right now, Blake Griffin is out.
Reggie Jackson's been out the last couple of games.
How long will it last? I don't know, but he's averaging 20 points and six rebounds per game.
Like Gamow said, he's shooting about 56% from the field, maybe like 28% 25 to 28% from three.
Still not a three point shooter, but remember, dead closes.
Mid range was money his mid Rangers.
He was knocking that down.
Of course you can get to the Cup.
I'm glad that he's having a resurging type of a season, You know what I mean? And maybe this in Detroit is kind of close to Chicago.
You know, Maybe that's the ticket for you notice.
After leaving New York, we strayed from Chicago to New York.
He went back to that Midwest area.
I think that's like an hour from Chicago or something.
Detroit's not that far.
He's not leaving within that two hour radius.
He wants to be close to home, all right, But anyway, Dad grows is not playing tomorrow against the New York Knicks.
Let's take a look at the team comparison points per game.
The next average 99.6 points per game.
They give up, they give up 108.
7 points per game.
They shoot it at 41.
6% from the field.
Somehow, somewhere we've got to try to find.
We've gotta improve that, ladies and gentlemen, and it has to improve.
If we wanna win ball games, you're not gonna win shooting 41% from the field.
I don't care who you are.
You're not gonna win games that way.
The next? Shooting at 34.
1% from three, they grabbed 47 rebounds per game.
One of the best offensive rebounding teams in the league, they averaged 19.
16 assists per game is 16.
9 turnovers that turnover numbers coming down? Let's see if we can continue to take care of the basketball, not turn the ball over the Knicks defense of ratings.
9 as 21st in the league? The offensive rating's 99.
6? That's 28th in the league.
The Detroit Pistons are.
They shoot the ball that.
I mean, they score 107.
1 points per game.
They give up 112.
4 points per game.
They shoot it at 46.
7 46.7% from the field.
They grabbed 42.
4 rebounds a game.
Andre Drummond grabs about 20 of those rebounds, so the rest of the team is grabbing like 22 you know there's something that we can work with it.
We can find a way to neutralize Andre Drummond just a little bit and then gang rebound to help out Mitchell, Robertson, Bobby Portis and maybe even ties.
Gibson, if you please.
The Pistons average 22.
5 assists per game to 17.
Remember that turnover number? Because that's something that we could take advantage of. Gamow.
I was just talking about attacking their weaknesses.
Well, that turnover numbers one of their weaknesses.
But more just to be eternal was you understand why in a minute their defensive rating is 1 10.
9 That's 25th in the league.
The offensive rating is one of 5.
9 at 16th in the league.
Both teams play at a slow pace.
The Knicks are like 26th and pace.
I think the Pistons air 21st 2 22nd and patiently you get the key matchup.
Andres Roman or Mitchell Robinson versus Andre.
Age Roman is going to be a definite challenge for Mitch.
Big challenge for Mitch Adre drumming.
You see the crazy numbers.
He's 6 10 £279 He's averaging 21.
3 points per game, 19.
4 rebounds for game 2.
He shoots it at 56% from the field.
Most of his shots come within that paint area.
He will shoot a mid range every now and again.
I need doesn't shoot threes at all, Mr Robinson.
He's seven foot, £240 also center.
2 points per game, 6.
3 rebounds per game, 2.
5 assists per game.
Passing is not his forte, all right, Mr Robertson suits 71.
4% from the field.
He does not shoot threes.
As a matter of fact, 80% of Mitchell Robinson shots come within that restricted area.
So far this season, Mitchell Robertson has shot three jump shots.
He made one of them's one for 3 30% outside that paint.
With the key here that Fizdale wants to use Mitchell Robinson's length on Andre Drummond, at least defending him.
He wants to use Mitchell Robinson's length.
How is that going to work on the other side of the ball? you know? You know how it's gonna work, Mitchell Robinson, You know, on officer side of ball, you know you're not gonna.
Mitchell Robertson is not gonna pull Andre Drummond outside of the paint because Mitchell Robinson's stays in that dunkers area.
That's what they call it.
He stays in that dunkers area.
So Andre Drummond is going to be under the basket on the defensive side of the floor.
And this is where Isaiah was talking about bringing in Bobby Portis to help spread the floor to help pull Andre Drummond out the paint.
So he's not able to rebound.
And maybe we can bring in some offensive rebounds again.
We're bad shooting team.
We need as many offensive rebounds as possible, ladies and gentlemen.
All right, we got a rebound.
The machine like Andre Drummond under the glass.
You gotta find a way to get him out of there.
Right? So having Bobby Portis in the game at times matched up against Andre Drummond is away to help get him out that paint.
When Mitchell Robertson is in the game defending our Dre drumming we made me we may need to send two guys to box Andre drumming out.
So Mitchell Robinson has a task and is gonna have to use his length against Andre Drummond.
He's gonna He's gonna have to box out somebody.
Mr. Robinson usually doesn't box out.
You know, he uses his length in his athleticism to grab rebounds.
He may need to box out a little bit.
Maybe the box out a little bit next.
His teammates gonna have to help him.
Busy. I was gonna have to help him a little bit as well.
All right, tell me.
Fizdale on the court just talking about strategy wise Keys to the game to check out a couple of keys to the game number one.
The Knicks have to play with desperation, fire and desire.
They did not do that against Sacramento.
They came out fast, right? That came out a little bit fast.
They went up seven to something like that.
Then he lost all of them.
Zire seemed like they've got a rekindled that fire.
They've got to bring it back, play with some desperation of fires and desire can fix it on the offensive thing.
That's what I want.
I want that conviction on the offensive side of the floor.
We gotta find a way to get to the basket.
You want to know why not just because it's a good strategy in any basketball game or particularly against the Pistons, Because the Pistons give up 52.
5 points in the paint every game, every single game.
Well, that's what their averages.
They gave up 52.
5 points per game in the paint as 27th in the league.
But we gotta find a way to get to the basket.
We need some guards that could penetrate to the basket.
You know, we need our bigs that can post up, post up and score right.
But we don't want to just hold the ball in the post for 56789 10 seconds.
We gotta find some guys, slash into the basket, cutting to the basket, get some backdoor cuts right so we can get some easy looks at the basket.
They'll give it to us.
They are vulnerable there.
Even though Andre Drummond averages 2.
5 blocks per game, they are vulnerable in that area.
It gave up points in the paint, so let's take him next.
The Knicks have to force turnovers and score.
This is another area where Detroit is vulnerable, right? The Knicks average 18 points per game off turnovers, 18 points per game off turnovers.
And guess what? The Pistons give up 20.
6 points per game off turnovers and the average 17.
5 turnovers per gain.
So they're going to turn the ball over, and then they're not going to stop you from scoring at the other end.
So we've got to take advantage of it.
And guess what? The Knicks average eight steals per game.
I think it's like 12 in the league.
We gotta take advantage of it because we're gonna have the ability to get steals.
We're gonna have the ability to create turnovers and score off of those turnovers because the Pistons are vulnerable in that area again, It just joining me.
The Pistons give up 20.
6 points for gain off turnovers, 25th in the league.
The Knicks average eight steals per game.
The Knicks average 18 points per game off turnovers from those steals.
We should be able to capitalize on that against the Pistons scenario where we gotta capitalize and if we're capitalizing off turnovers.
That means we should be scoring in transition.
So we really got to try to score in transition.
We gotta move the ball.
We got to get that pace moving.
If that pace going, the Knicks are 26th in the league.
In pace means they play slow.
They're not getting the ball up.
They're not getting the ball out.
We may not have a point guard that can just straight up push the pace, but we can get the ball out the basket if they score pushes up the sideline by passing the ball.
Excuse me, we could pass the ball up the sideline, get it up the sideline.
Let's find Trail is trailing the play.
Same thing with rebound is rebound the ball, Get into the guard, push it up the sideline trailers, run the plate.
It's finding Keller's cutting to the basket.
In fact, that's the way that I like to use Julius Randle.
So we got to try to find a way to score in transition.
You gotta get out, go 26 in the league in peace.
What a youngest team in the league, I believe, if not the youngest, one of the youngest teams in the league.
We shouldn't be playing at such a slow pace.
We got a gang rebound.
We gotta help Mitchell Robertson in the crew rebound with Andre Joma.
We cannot have him dominate the glass.
He probably will, but we gotta find a way to fight it, figure it out.
We got a gang rebound.
We gotta put two guys.
Andre Drummond put two guys on him.
Like I said, he averages 20 rebounds per game.
The rest of the team averages 22 right? So there's something there.
We can maybe double box out Andre drumming and have other people hitting the boards.
The board's guards got to come back to rebound.
All of our guards, Frank, come back a rebound.
R J does a great job rebounding.
We need markets more, is grabbing more rebounds.
Kevin Knox, with you in the game, you gotta help gang rebound.
Tria help Gang rebel Wayne Ellington helped gain rebound.
We need everybody in there helping the rebound against the Kanes.
The Knicks had 39 rebounds.
Coming into that game, we averaged 49 rebounds a game.
We will, one of the top teams in the league in rebounding overall and especially all offensive rebounding against the Kings.
We got 30 and I rebound.
So you see what happened? Got a rebound, the basketball.
And then, ladies and gentlemen, let's make our free throws.
Gotta make our free throws.
We gotta make the feet.
Those folks, you know, if we continue to miss Fritos, we've lost some games because we didn't make our free throws that make our free throws closed these games out.
Win these games, you make our feet.
Those ladies and gentlemen, some of these gays could be very different.
Could have been very different.
Those are the keys to the game again.
Play with desperation, fire desire.
Find a way to get to the basket.
Forced turnovers, a score, score in transition.
Help, Mr Robinson Rebound and battle where Andre Drummond did make our feet.
Those laser general. That's my keys to the game.
Hopefully, we'll see him coming to fruition.
All right, look, it's late.
I got about eight minutes left, and I'm getting about here, folks.
All right, so if you want to call, you might want to call right now.
All right, get your calls.
In 516452246 Zombie rolling out of here soon enough.
All right, I'm gonna come back to the check and, uh, wait.
Got Oh, they're years.
I'm a kind of popular entertainment because, you know, obviously, you know, he's just getting his stuff fired up some kind of poppy. And it's a man.
I want to find out what you think. Poppy.
What's going on, man? Can you hear me? Oh, what's going on, man? You're a little bit, You know, you may need to put some headphones or something, man, because it's a little bit talk for me to hear you.
You know, it's a lotta It's kind of fuzzy is kind of fuzzy there.
All right, Uh, so I'm gonna come around everybody.
I want to get your predictions of the game tomorrow.
All right, Get your predictions, and then we'll get a part of Hedvig.
I'm gonna come to you first, man.
What's your prediction on the game tomorrow? Um so what? I'm gonna predict, uh, last year, I didn't really give them good predictions last year.
So listen, I'm going to say I'll say they'll win and the they'll win by three.
Okay, I'll take it.
Take a production.
Last year, the law, they put a loss.
I wanna be nice, is all right.
I didn't know this year.
All right, I'm taking it.
You predict a win by three? I'm taking it, man.
I want any kind of wind possible.
I don't care if it's ugly.
I don't care what it is.
I just want to win.
You say I just wanna win.
I Nate, I had a And, you know, Nate, before you.
So I'm hoping you're not a little bit partial to Detroit, cause I know you're lions fan.
So you got some connection to the city, you know, saying I don't know how you become a lions fan, but you must have some connection to the city, so I'm actually gonna be in Detroit next weekend.
Are you from Detroit? No, no, no.
First I'm visiting.
Okay. Super excited.
How did you become a very sci fi? Oh, all right.
Makes it Okay, guys.
Well, who got winning the game? The Knicks are gonna win.
It's gonna be ugly.
All the way to the end, and I think we're gonna win on a game winning basket.
I think one of one of our guys is gonna step up.
Hopefully, it's R J.
I think I think we'll win the game and we're gonna leash our secret weapon on Drummond.
And it's gonna be Marcus Morris.
I think he's gonna really frustrate Drummond and get into the foul trouble or just make his life a living hell the whole game.
Um, I think he needs to be on Drummond if Mitch gets in foul trouble, which you probably will.
So, um, I just think Morris kinda reminds me of a Beverly type.
You know, he's gonna get under your skin.
He's gonna frustrate you Was a big guy.
He's not a season of slouch, and I think he could body up with him.
I think he could that make it difficult for him or or frustrate him, you know? And, um, that's I think we're gonna win. Okay.
All right. Ah ah.
Gamow Coming to you, man.
What's your prediction for? Ah, tomorrow's game, Um actually think we're gonna win, because when I look at the matchup, I mean it may.
I is is ah from it.
And we know we don't really have an offense that we don't like.
We don't operate truly throughout front court, right? I mean, most of all, offenses probably is not.
This is just points, but most of it's probably initiated by our backcourt, right? I mean, Argies, our best player, Frank is gonna be the facilitator.
Would not on Bonzi blasted glassy um, juice.
Randall, I think you know the piranha.
I just don't see him having a major impact on the game.
Um, so I mean, we have the pieces, we have the horses.
Traer is gonna you know, that's a guy who can take a Derrick Rose, I think, really not easily, but fairly effectively.
So I think it's gonna be I mean, I think it would be closed again if we play it to where we play against the weaknesses.
Because we don't allow guys like Luke Kennard to kills on the perimeter in terms of shooting, you know? I mean, I think the thing is that this is a game that we could win, don't play the same intensity played against it against the nets, you know, playing the same intensity played against we played against, um, the Bulls who had shooting otherwise do even though it didn't have Andre Drummond.
Um, you know, you gotta improve them, period and permitted defense against Gala cornered and double team drama.
Not the just take him out the game.
Try to take him out the game because he's not going to space out.
You know he's going to do so it should.
I'm not saying is easy, but it should be a winner.
Very winnable game, um, officials not doing stupid lineup moves and not playing certain plays here and there and, you know, doing normal physical type of self.
So okay, I love that love is not answering trail by the way with Oh, yeah, trees are great.
And then I was like, Why did you play? Well, sometimes that's what it feels like.
The type of dude, I don't know.
You guys know in New York when we used to give guys like gills on the back of the neck, like you just want to, like, do that too, like you don't want to hit him business, like, kind of just want to, like smack him on the back of his baldy is like, What do you think? A man like what? I was wrong to psyche.
But, you know, and we'll see if you played, I think he's gonna play tree here, you know, saying I think he's gonna play treats.
You say that now and then he'll have some stupid excuse about, you know, hopefully does.
Isaiah, I'm coming to you.
May, um I want you prediction, man.
What happens? Do we win tomorrow? We lose tomorrow.
The man bun says makes win by four.
Okay, so we lose.
You cutting that man by know of right? Yeah.
Oh, I don't know about that.
The ladies love me.
I don't know about that one, but I well said my wonder to save his nose.
Got real quick, man.
R J r J can be the only nicked the cut.
We need players to move when he plays the cut.
Um, this is a game that's truly set up for so he needs to play zone. Needs to play.
We're not gonna win it.
So doesn't play.
I really feel like this.
The gate built result is not that many perimeter defenders on the Pistons right now.
And like you said this a allowed 52 points in the paint rings.
This is the game of playing 25 minutes.
Let him unleash him.
Let him do was staying.
And I really need So the play.
I really do believe that any more than I already cut.
All right, Poppy.
And it's a me hoping I could hear you a little bit more clear.
I'll give me a prediction, man.
Yeah, I've got Ah, there you go.
We were gonna win.
Um, we're gonna spank.
Although I think we're gonna win by, like, eight or 10.
Honestly, I know we have a bad game, but please be sure out of finding other games.
And I know a lot of people is always talking about Fizdale and how he's been cold Genesis.
He's got a tough job, man.
He's got a lot of rotational players that he has to deal with a lot of Bye.
The team is pretty deep.
You kind of think about it.
You know, Master, this is just a game that Julius Randle could break out a little bit I blame for Is there the only reason why is because he's starting? Morris Morris will be coming off the bench, scoring 18 20 points off the bench and have Knox cause Knox has been playing good.
And it'll be better flow in the offense, you know.
And then having Randall to be able to move around cause with Morris is in, the Postman can shoot.
He doesn't feel comfortable shooting for something for a reason. Now for three.
So it's kind of like our team is built like our offense is defense.
That's all it is. You gotta start, Frank.
You know what I know? Knock sometimes doesn't play the best defense.
And then Randall admit and then off the bench is all about defense.
This team has gotta play the That's what gonna be our identity because we don't have a superstar articles over and points and we have enough good role players that we shot.
We could shut him down.
Ankle body, like most of the games that we've been close, is because good defense when I'm hanging defense, you know, win it.
Good. All right.
Um, I was gonna say something else.
You man, there it comes on some effort to you know, like efforts.
A big thing, eh? A lot of our players, like, at least Frank.
You know, it's not like I'm a big frank fan, but it's just, like, at least he gives me every time he's on the car.
One of the things I love the body, even though physical was framed him again, it was that in his face, he could see every possession was important.
And they gotta play every procession, procession, procession, and it's just like a little they don't know what they're doing right now.
You know, and I I blame the line, you know? Okay.
You know, Morris is that good of a veteran.
To come off the bench is still give you 18.
All right? Hey, man, listen, I appreciate you finding you finally got in.
You know, you finally got in.
Good. So hopefully you come back some more.
I was going through safari and stuff. Yeah.
Survivor has a little trouble with it.
All right, man appreciates you initiates and Nick, I'm coming to you, Nick, when it gets you, um, Wayne's man, I know it's kind of late.
I'm about to sign off, but always the mark.
Um, tomorrow I think Detroit will probably would just be the country.
And it's only because I've been paying attention.
Um, the Detroit, the trade.
They don't play good defense, of course, but at the same time, like there's a lot of effort because Ling kicks, he just brings, um, I don't feel like we found all friends here until we find the offense.
And see the thing is, when we defend well, we gotta turn those those rules in plays defensive plays into the orphans, and the only person has been able to capitalize on that is help.
Unfortunately, most frank break plans.
You know, like we just need Frank, at least leave the brake and won't be effective, you know? Yeah, let me ask you if the Knicks lose to a very injured Pistons, was the outright gonna be like from Nick's face? The next man's will say fire is now, um, unfortunately, because we're still establish now team, You know, we still need to keep those they'll past three years because there's been no nick coach that went past two years as it so.
Who's not want to come to a job that you know, that every coach would have passed well past six coaches have been fired less than two years.
You got to be sure some type of the security.
And, you know, you can't just let the guy this hired I fired, high, got fired.
I will be being examined.
Yeah, I hate I hate, um, which can Julius Randle finally break out? So this isn't getting Jewish, right? Look a week out because under German is not a good defensive player.
He's playing better, but he's not too good defensively.
So you think a row how to capitalize on Blake Griffin's are? Oh, Morrison, probably yards.
So these Randall, I mean, Markeith Morse would probably be guarding Julius Randle.
Keith is not a good defensive.
Well, yeah, s So you guys actually would like to see? Just like, puppy said, um, Kevin knocks start and Marcus Morris just leave the bench.
But, you know, yeah.
Treated, which I think will happen.
I don't think I don't think, uh, we're going to get much of nights, Right? Right.
You know? Sorry.
Bite the head off that.
I got a little early for work.
You know, I got some things I gotta do.
Tomorrow's I appreciate you being on.

We're gonna talk the postgame Hope there will be talking about the knicks win.
Whatever I think is gonna happen tomorrow.
I almost feel like Nick a little bit because I feel like the Knicks in such confusion right now with what they're doing, it doesn't really matter who they play, what the competition is.
I feel like there's just so confused right now.
I think I feel like they might lose, not because they're not more talented than this team.
But just because they're I think they're everyone.
So many people are confused about what they should and should not be doing on the court right now.
Ah, that's what I think.
I think Julius Randle's confused.
Um, well, I guess you'll these Randall's to May 1.
You know, You got guys in and out the lineup and that's okay.
I just don't I just don't think these guys exactly know what they're doing yet, and hopefully they're gonna get it.
Obviously, I want the next to win, and I will welcome be wrong tomorrow.
But I do kind of feel like the Pisces might get it.
You say that It just feels like one of those games to me where, you know the Knicks are supposed to get it because there's so many players out.
But the other team No.
One that they had, you know, the Pistons knowing that they have so many players out.
Those guys feel like this is, you know, I got to step up and they just lost to the Wizards last night, right? This same group, so, you know, they're looking to come back and win, but anyway, ladies and gentlemen, I'm out of here.
