How is it going? My 100% alive right now I am live.
So gonna go over just overall u F c 2 44 my general thoughts and just kind of go through all the cards.
Early premiums for remarrying card coming.
Just give you not gonna do every single one of them.
But I'm just gonna give you my general overall feel about how the night went, what I thought about it and then talk about the midst of it all versus Diaz and also getting him at minus 1 40 which obviously 10 cash last night because he did beat in a d s t k o.
Um, I can't remember what round exactly it was in, but, um, Miss Little to win by a t k o or just regular ko was plus 1 70 So that was a little bit much better bet.
And that one did cash.
I was just a little bit nervous, huh? Well, those specific types of vets in UFC just cause I'm not as knowledgeable of a better in UFC and I'm not the knowledgeable better all the way around.
I just happened to know generally how new college and NFL.
I kinda have a good tap on that in general.
But even then, betting on, that's kind of a crapshoot.
But with the UFC unwrapped page, who will be coming to SportsCastr very shortly.
They had they call him the Greek Better for UFC, someone who is very knowledgeable in the UFC betting circles.
And he was really saying, You know, Ms Vidal is very good all the way up to minus 1 75 even up to minus 200 he would consider taking him.
So when I saw that it had fallen, I looked earlier the day it was minus 1 50 I was like, you know, kind of going back and forth on it.
And then when I saw it drop to minus 1 40 I thought, You know what? Hey, I had a teaser or had a parlay that, you know.
But for 10 bucks I had missed earlier in the day, I was like, You know what? I'm gonna double down, Throw it on, Miss Vidal.
I think he's gonna close it out today against Nate D s.
And then I'll tell you why, when I do, when my breakdown later because he won for the exact same reasons that I thought he would win.
For part of the reason was something some off the field, off the court stuff.
Um, And then some of just the technical, how he fights, how he compares to Nadya's it kinda played how I found it would.
That's why I'm kind of mad that I did not take the plus 1 70 Kort ko knockout.
I appreciate the following me give you a follow back.
Thank you for showing some love on the stream, but general USC to 44 the whole night.
I was kind of going back and forth.
I had a little red it live stream.
Um slash Guess because a YouTube live stream that I kind of figured out to get some of the fights on their They constantly keep getting taken down.
The more more that you try Thio like go through the streams, you know, they get like, a couple of minutes and then ill tell you a subscriber What? Not So I was able to kind of go through them.
The the main fight was I honestly the the easiest to stream in my opinion.
And that's not generally the case when you're trying to I guess you could say, technically, pirate thes fights.
But, you know, it is It is what it is.
I was able to watch the more important ones, you know, was was my main point.
But all of the cards leading up to up to this final, the primary card or the main card.
Sorry. Um, all them really exciting.
I mean, the fights were going back and forth.
People are getting the **** kicked out of them, and you get to the main fight.
And while when you have money on it, Yes, it definitely does feel good that the person you bet on just beats the **** out of the other person.
Yes, that is obviously a very good feeling.
Hey, appreciate us and see, James, if you guys like anything that I'm talking about, please follow at sea James us and he does amazing mazing content on here as well as at Corbin.
And they both do amazing work on SportsCastrs.
So if you like my voice you like I'm talking about, please hop on their streams.
Look at whatever they got going on as well.
But honestly, the whole whole entire card leading up to this fight was really exciting.
And I know someone who was there was talking about how the energy in the building was building and building towards towards the final fight.
And when it happened, kind of came and went.
And while yes, it was somewhat exciting.
But if we didn't live up to how the night was building towards, um D s and Miss Vidal fighting and it just didn't end up reaching that that climatic finished.
Oh, how the night was building.
And obviously, I think the UFC viewers all of us wanted just I guess I don't need Diaz to have fought better, but just before to have had a little bit more of a back and forth.
Bell is just He's explosive.
I had someone, uh, someone telling me that he reminds them of like like the work outward to do in the gym, Not just like, you know, he's ripped like 1 60 buddy, just power cleaning like 3 50 or £400.
Just that, like do that.
You wouldn't just expect to be yam and wait in the weight room and he just out there just with a whole rack away, just getting at it.
So that that is, man, Obviously, Diaz is, uh, amazing fighter.
He's I would say I want a glorified meat shield, but some can make that comparison and he just can take a beating and just really hang in there and just really get guys when they think they have him down or what, Ma, and he just fights his way back, fights his way back into the game and wins.
You think about the Connor McGregor fight with one that he had one.
He was justice beat up.
Is Connor McGregor in the face he just happened to? I don't want to call it a sheer will, but Nate Diaz is.
He's a He's a bad mofo like us.
Just just call it what it is.
He is a nasty man.
He and in a good way not trying talking any smack.
But he really is.
He's a dog, but Miss Vidal is called nuclear weapon, but that's in terms of explosion.
That's just how it felt last night.
At least it just seemed like he just put everything into every one of his a thinks.
Ah s I saw I can't spell s teeter 0280 for the thumbs up.
I appreciate it, but I literally just shot out of a frickin cannon.
And you talk about the ben aspirin.
I'm so bad with names.
Fight in same kind of thing.
Shot straight out of a cannon, all the power sharing his neat and shoved it right through Ben's head.
And obviously, I saw a tweet where Ben was talking about Oh, my God, how many times are they gonna play my video today? I mean, as many as they want.
You talked all that **** and he came out there.
Same kind of thing.
Just came out there and, like a nuclear weapon boom went off right on the side of your head and or on this whatever.
Decide your next and whatever knocked you the f out.
That's what he had done.
And he came in there and to a certain extent, kind of the same thing.
Just like a nuclear weapon blew up.
He just didn't happen to have that.
I don't want to call a life altering shot, but the kind of shot where you knock someone the hell out like that in the first couple seconds, and I'm happy to fight.
We'll have missiles last by, obviously, had a little more meat on its bones.
You know it's not the world's fastest USC knockout, but it definitely was a very interesting fight.
He is an all time baller, a UFC Hall of Fame.
Whatever award you want to give him, this man deserves the veteran award.
He not only is doing well in the UFC, his CBD and marijuana business is doing well on its own.
I'm really happy to see just in terms of all sports.
I always believe the if money is your ultimate end goal to make your brand as positives greatest possible.
Why your professional athlete and leverage your brand and other brands to create outside and revenue passive income through your brand.
So LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, um, Magic Johnson and me being a true businessman outside of the sport that he played.
And let's be honest, for whatever reason or not college, you know, upbringing.
He's kind of intense.
People wouldn't normally have a seat at the's business tables having this kind of power Um, but with them being famous through their sports through their outreach through their brand, having money are having value.
I mean, they're able to get, you know, a seat at these tables, and they have these big corporations that are willing to sponsor them, work with them that they wouldn't normally otherwise do, because you know, you're a person from Akron, Ohio, with no college degree, but you have nothing, really, to in terms of the work world offered.
But you're the best vassal player to ever happen.
Your an amazing person, amazing community outreach person.
You have done this, this and that.
And that's why LeBron James has been able to build his brand.
And then, outside of that, he's put people around him to make smart business decisions like Blaze Pizza like a lifetime deal with Nike with the I Mean in terms of a business sense, with all the stuff he's done with, HBO has financially benefited him in his family.
So nay tee as same kind of thing with his business, Connor McGregor.
Honestly, I had read an article that his his whisky business has done over a $1,000,000,000 worth of sales since since opening, and however you feel about Connor McGregor side, however you feel about things that he's done things that you know, he said.
Whatever to ever start a business that does a $1,000,000,000 worth of sales, that's something that is just incredible in that for someone who you talk about his upbringing.
He was, whatever a mechanic, and he fought his way up to the UFC with whatever formal training he has to now have a company have ownership in the company that does a $1,000,000,000 worth of sales.
That is the ultimate goal.
That is the Magic Johnson, I guess, route obviously different ways, But some still similar in the sense that you were tightened in your own right in the sport that you played, and you were able to make enough of an impact, whether it be positive or negative, you made enough of an impact.
You put yourself at the decision making table, and once you get yourself at the table, you have done amazing with your opportunity because let's be honest from being nothing to being a professional athlete than taking that becoming a mogul.
There's a lot of steps in between there, and there's a lot of ways that you could potentially drop the ball.
And there's so many people.
Let's talk about LaVar ball.
So I'm gonna try that Mimic that, try to mimic that process with his sons.
If you're if you're a real businessman and you really have your head screwed on straight, which I think in terms of business LeBron James does, I think in terms of business, Connor McGregor has at least a goal and has a has a good way of going about getting from A to B, which is profits.
Whether it's you know, he's smashing Windows and doing it as he goes along.
That's his decision.
But if his end goal is to make a $1,000,000,000 corporation or a $1,000,000,000 company, that is what he has done.
And so your hat's off to him.
Obviously, he's the ring is all **** where he went about it, but he got the job done.
That's something that I would love to say that I will be able to do at some point.
But chances are I'm probably going to be able to, and same thing with Nadya's he was able to create and you know, sponsored that marijuana and the C V D and all that great stuff, which I'm very passionate about in terms of players when they're done playing, helping them recover from combat, sport injuries, mostly being head and joint type stuff.
So I love that he least provides a platform for people to get educated on that type of stuff, because I'm not here and saying everyone who's played football, whatever should do that.
But if you are having ailments, I think there is some stuff there that would allow you to help you feel how you want to feel and kind of get back to where you want to go back to physically.
Um, the point being Nadya's doing great job outside of the rink, part of the reason why I had taken miss of it all.
And this is just has nothing to do with the X's and O's of Fighting has nothing to do with Miss it all being explosive.
And Nate is probably just from an outside standpoint, not being able to contain him.
I just generally feel like Okay, once they're starting to go to this mogul phase, you know Connor McGregor, first hubby would be, I guess, an outside example.
I don't know if I'm right.
This is just my personal belief.
But once they start, you know, having those outside of sport thoughts and aspirations, you kind of lose a little bit of what gave you the edge in your actual sport.
And I think the less with LeBron James, the more of the fighters.
But you think also to about, um, Rhonda Rousey as well as soon as Ron around you just started, you know, getting the outside stuff, you know, started getting the attention also to becomes a target on your back.
Same thing with Connor McGregor and that target on your back.
Or that what might say complacency.
Because you have the outside stuff your focus on I at least believe it.
Tom takes a little bit away from your edge.
And when you're fighting and basically fighting, I've never been in the UFC fight.
I have been and, you know, just being a dumb idiot with my friends high fight.
But I don't least imagine that when you're going through those types of you know you're at your fighting UFC to 44.
You're going in there at least in the moment trying to kill the other person because you're trying to win a big purse worth of money.
We're talking all that **** in the pre fight interviews, and stuff like that is really important that you go out there and you give a good showing.
And I would just imagine that you are mentally trying to be okay.
I'm going to F and killed this person.
I'm going to try to maim and hurt this person because you know T k o.
But like I said, I'm just hypothesizing when you are focusing on those outside stuff.
I imagine it just takes a little bit of that killer edge away.
Because when you are not focusing on a singular goal and trying to ram your fist through that singular goal, it definitely just take your edge away fromthe.
One thing you're focusing on, just think about any time in life.
You're focusing on one thing.
You're probably we're a lot better than how you are now with trying to focus on that one thing, and I have some life stuff going on.
Maybe your cousin, uncle, brother, whatever It's sick.
You have to take care of them. Whatever.
It definitely doesn't take away your edge from the main thing that you're trying to do.
So trying to start a whisky business trying to promote your CBD platform, trying to get your acting career off the ground.
I am the mania. I appreciate it. Anytime.
I feel like you were trying to do that.
A definite takes with small bit of your killer edge, your killer instinct.
And that's another reason why I wanted Miss Little at minus 1 40 I'm kicking myself.
I didn't take him at the plus 1 70 or plus 1 75 t k.
Oh, because realistically, he's going to beat in a d s.
He's gonna beat him that way.
Who's gonna knock him the f l? I did not see someone walking out of that rink, Uh, on a conscious both out, A doctor stopping it without the, um without the rink referee stopping the stopping the fight.
That's how I ultimately thought either way it was gonna end and the minus 1 42 plus 1 70 You're talking a significant amount of money being multiplied and I really just kind of kicked myself that I didn't take that.
But that's what betting is.
You always kick yourself at the end for not taking the right or the better choice, but taking a choice that win you.
I honestly should not take that for granted.
I should not take that, um, lightly.
You know, a win is a win.
You know, my bookie meet my bookie.
Showing me is not me owning my bookie so that ultimately in the end of the day is the more important thing.
And that is, you know, paid for if I had actually have washed this, like, you know, So I appreciate you guys hopping in this dream.
This was an amazing amazing card all the way through the UFC 2 45 in Vegas.
