So let's start diving into the game What I'm thinking about Thursday night football chiefs after Broncos in Denver.
So this is gonna be an interesting game due to the fact that both teams were writing completely different waves right now.
The Broncos started Owen for have won their last two games, the Chiefs of the other end of the spectrum.
They won their 1st 4 games, lost their last two really surprising for the chief's dropping two in a row.
But Pat Mahomes has looked a little hindered, nothing too crazy, still putting up a phenomenal year.
Not enough for him to seek extra medical attention.
But he's limping every once in a while.
He's getting banged up, but that's football players.
He's a big, tough guy, so he's gonna be able to take that.
He's gonna be able to fight through that and continue to put up in MPP season in C and C.
Just a few names that you have to put into your M V P race right now.
Let's talk about tonight.
The chief's minus three.
Definitely a generous line.
I would say the games at 5 20 Like I said in Denver, let's preview a little bit.
So we have no homes here.
And let me just read some of that stat line that I just said 147 for 230 over 2000 yards.
14 touchdowns, one interception.
That is extremely impressive.
Hobbled or not, I'll take that those numbers any day, any day.
He's the best quarterback in the league.
I know some people are saying to Sean Watson, are you know who is the better quarterback from that draft? Yeah, Shaun's playing fantastic.
Give him credit, of course, but he's not Pat Mahomes.
It's just a different animal.
I can see the athletic, the athleticism main being in favor of to Shawn Watson.
He may be the bigger guy that could run the ball more, really, more like him.
Newton, I guess, in a sense.
But for him, he right here, Pat Mahomes.
He can contort his arm and so many different ways and create plays out.
So it's that special ability to take a play. That's nothing.
Turn it into something.
Make a phenomenal read.
That's something that what goes in the mind of Pat Mahomes isn't the same thing.
Is every other quarterback reporter Luke What Somebody.
Thank you so much for joining my stream.
I'm gonna give you a quick follow on.
Go check out some of your screams later on.
I appreciate you proud, but like I said, I'm homes just having absolutely phenomenal season.
The chief's running back or definite.
Not something I like dabbling in when it comes to fantasy football.
Their top rusher, LaShawn McCoy, 48 carries, 258 yards, two touchdowns.
You fight there.
Williams both willing was, for that matter to you at all times running back, even Darwin Thompson getting some love in the chief's back backfield.
So for me, as a fantasy football guy, I don't like seeing that I don't feel confident in that.
But with Shawn McCoy, he's there leading rusher right now and Travis Kelsey there, leading receiver, of course, Tyree kill Mystic as many games as he did have a phenomenal game last week in regards to playing football.
Not a big Tyreek Hill person guy, but as a football guy.
You got a comment on performances, so we put a two touchdowns.
Very impressive performance made Pat Mahomes look even more dynamic.
Have that extra weapon for him, although he could make any weapon really look impressive.
But Travis Kelsey, who I think at this point we can all agree, is the best tight and the league.
Maybe one of the best times slowly, but has the best situation out of any tight Emily, and that will preclude Darren Waller.
I'm gonna talk about in a second about that contract extension and him in Oakland.
So for Travis Kelsey, though 32 receptions, almost 500 yards and a touchdown, the touchdowns haven't been there as much as I think he would like this year throughout six games, having one touchdown.
But still he is an absolute decoy.
He can spread the field.
He pushes, offers a coordinator earlier in the year, so you could tell he wasn't completely happy with his role in the offense.
But you could tell that they're starting to figure it out and continue to get him more involved, although they're coming off two losses so clearly, what they're changing isn't working all that great.
But I think against Denver right here, you can lock up a win for the chief's, although I think it may be closer than people think, due to the fact that Denker has a lot of momentum there in Denver.
But at the same time, this is the chief's coming off two losses, not just one loss like they're going to come out swinging and they're going to come out for blood.
They're gonna look to bounce back and prove that they're still a team that could compete and I'm a fan of Pat Mahomes.
If you guys can't tell.
So for For me, I would like to see him looking healthy, slinging the ball, a little place.
And then we have the other side of the ball with Denver Joe Flacco.
130 for 196 on the year.
1400 yards, six touchdowns, five interceptions, very mediocre.
I mean, the completion percentage is actually pretty good.
You could tell he's really dumping the ball a lot.
Doesn't have Ah very deep threat there on that team besides Emmanuel Sanders.
But it just doesn't seem like Flacco likes taking those chances as much as you would hope.
But I think it's because of worries at in his career now, so you're gonna get that six interception, six touchdown, five persons, very average.
And just like Brock Osweiler, who was a member of the Broncos, shot up to him for retiring.
I think he was like a completely even record like 48 touchdowns, 41 interceptions, 40 plus 1,000,000 dollar earning.
So Brock Osweiler retiring before 30 ex Denver Bronco, and she annoyed x Houston Texan, ex Miami Dolphin ex Cleveland Brown for a second.
A little little weird ride for Brock Osweiler.
But shadow to him.
We got Phillip Lindsay who? I'm a big fan of you guys all know that I'm a big felt Landsea Truther.
He was a guy that exploded last year, made a Pro Bowl.
Give him credit.
84 carries, 397 yards and four times shouts.
And, of course, being able to be used in the passing game.
It's a valuable weapon for them to have undrafted.
Went to Colorado.
Made a problem in there on the Broncos.
So I love to see that Courtland son.
Well, I unfairly hated arm, I think, throughout the beginning of his career, due to the fact that he's had very poor quarterback play.
But he's got 30 receptions, 477 yards and three touch up, so I'll take that.
That's pretty in line with what Kelsey's doing, but with more touchdowns.
Obviously tight end compared to receiver, but they're both the number one weapons right now.
Emmanuel Sanders, too, of course, always banged up a little bit but recovered extremely well from the securities and dream like you're surprisingly Well, I did not expect that at all, but that's all I got for you guys today for the game.
I'm gonna go Chiefs 24 Broncos 14 and we're gonna move on to Darrin Waller's extension.
I'm a big fan of this guy.
I really love what he's about recovering addict.
So I'd love to hear those kind of stories and me myself being a recovered addict, always roof for those guys.
And I know what a great comeback story is and what a second chance could be into you if you take it seriously, you know, me included.
So I'm definitely applauding from afar down. Waller.
I love your game.
I love your story and continue doing what you're doing.
Breakout guy hasn't scored this year.
Um, you know the Raiders? He's the number one receiver, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find him too much in the end zone.
But with with him so far so far, 37 catches, 359 yards.
And that's from the time in position where you didn't expect that Derek are, of course, looking for that guy, that he could build that connection with that sound of the brown doing what he did.
Tyrone Williams dealing with injuries that he is.
You're gonna have to look for a guy like Darren Waller, who is sure hands and is explosive matchup problem.
It's a fantastic piece for the Raiders and for John Room, and this is an exact kind of guy that he's looking for.
If you don't someone else.
I gotta go sign up for a very long time.
But, yeah, with Darren Waller, one of those fantasy football guys that you were able to get rather really late in the draft or off free agency, Same thing with like will, obviously, who unfortunately, is out now with the Kiwis.
So there's an update on him.
He's gonna be out for the whole year.
We'll see him next year.
I saw him tweeting and things like that, obviously, 2020 and he's gonna be back, but very similar last year, where he got injured came back this year, how to break out here, the even traded Nick Burnett to give him that full time role.
So it's just a force.
And to see that for him, of course, for the sea ox for fantasy football.
A lot of people that scored on these guys late human Mark Andrews and guys like that.
Those are the tight end winners of the year.
I would say no joking with injury.
Loser Hooper, of course, later on in the draft.
Definitely a wetter in the common guys, and it is where you have to draft him.
It's tough because you expect top end performances.
And with Kendall, with the exception of his performance, a week or two ago was kind of just playing mediocre.
And Earth's pretty mediocre.
You're the type of position locking in when you can.
You know it's an abomination of a position, especially professor, but also locking in when you can.
For the Raiders here, I'm liking this move.
Definitely a fan.
And for of course, the NFL season right now is a lot going on the trade.
That line coming up and team is really trying to bulk up for their playoff runs and a guy like Jalen Ramsey, who has been faking an injury and doing all the PR stuff that he asked you very similar to Anthony Davis in the N b A when he had that finger injury when he was trying to leave there and go to L.
So it's the leverage play.
All of a sudden, he gets to L. A.
His back injury disappears on Wednesday.
He's practicing fully, some with Jalen Ramsey.
It's funny what a new place to do for you.
A new bit of new scenery, some new people in your corner.
All of a sudden, you feel better.
You got your pep in your step again.
So with Jalen Ramsey, he's back with his prep in its step back with that motivation, back with that grind back with that eye, the Tartar, you could tell it.
He's pumped again.
I'm excited to have him here in Los Angeles, of course, with us being based out of here.
It's exciting times.
I'm a Cowboys fan person, but I always have to support the Rams.
I love seeing them succeed.
I love seeing L.
A happy with the Dodgers, completely disappointing us every single year.
We need some cool stuff going down it.
With the Rams losing last year's world championship and with the Dodgers losing, too, it's no time for now for the Rams to find ways to bring home those championships and years to come.
I don't know if the doctors are gonna keep making in the playoffs every single year and losing, but for the Rams, that's very promising.
But for the 40 Niners in that division, they're looking fantastic, absolutely fantastic and shadow to finish line, sports my guys over there.
They said they're going to expose Kyle Allen this week.
He's there on his first pick of the year.
He's gonna fumble a couple times.
The 40 Niners are going to be in his grill.
We're gonna knock him all over the place.
They're gonna treat him like a ragdoll.
They're gonna train like a hole in rent day.
It's gonna be absolutely embarrassing, and they're gonna put it down their throats.
So for the 40 Niners expect a big winning there to expose Kyle Allen.
But let's get back to the Ramsey.
Here They unloaded Marcus Peters to Baltimore.
So let's talk about that move really quick.
And I got a lot of picks moving around the Jaguars getting a lot of picks for the future course.
The Rams just don't pick in the first round.
They don't do that.
They trade for Branden cooks.
They trade for these guys, so they go out, spend these first round picks on guys that can help them right now.
That's what Shaun Bay and the front office of Los Angeles Rams were doing, and you can see that that's their game plan.
But for Jalen Ramsey, you give up two first rounders.
Another another pick on top of that, 100% worth it.
And for Marcus Peters, You get him off, get that contract up.
He's a playmaker.
He's definitely inciting when he isn't getting burned like completely like it's rather great or absolutely terrible.
So for him, he's always a threat when he's on it and when he's playing.
You know, Amanda Man, press coverage.
You love his make up speed and you love that.
But there's times that he just gets so bird and he can't be a number 1/4.
You've seen that you saw when you leave, went down.
Marcus Peterson not in the mood order.
He is a top and number two, and I think in Baltimore, when they have so many more weapons there and such a strong safety core Of course, they're defending back with Earl Thomas and Jefferson.
You know, you can feel more confident that Marcus Peters can play more, blow up the line press coverage and really go toe to toe with some of these receivers because you know he's gonna get more help on the deep end.
When in reality, he had it with the Rams, but not perfectly.
He didn't have the same safety quarter.
Eric Weddle was on the Ravens before coming out of the Rams.
Just another year older.
You know he still got it, but not their job.
Johnson, Of course, he's dealing with those injuries.
There's a lot going on with this second.
There is a lot going on with the Rams, and we go off.
And, of course, McVeigh.
He's an offensive guru.
But what's going on right now? Girlies injures.
There's a lot of question marks for the Los Angeles Rams, but to put yourself in contention for a championship, you need to go out and get a playmaker like this.
You need to create an identity.
If your defense is gonna carry you there, so be it.
The rest of these crazies on the defensive line rate linebacking corps.
You got Ramsey here.
Now you have a lot of guys that are gonna fill these seats, sell jerseys and make exciting place for you and potentially can take you deep into the playoffs.
Can disrupt any explosive offense.
You've got a team like the chief's coming to town.
Someone like that.
You know that you can match up with their guys.
You know that you can create a game plan where you could take risks and really try and defeat some of these better offenses.
And I really think that they're gonna be able to do that.
So that's what I have for you guys today.
It's the Ramsey.
I don't know how that was such a perfect marketing slogan right there. Ramsey.
There's 1000 teachers going around, and I'll probably get one, too.
Screw it. I think it's sick.
So Jalen Ramsey, coming in, shout out to my girl for getting me this really cool quarterback over here a little Heisman feel.
I guess you can say that all types of stuff coming this the new office.
So shout out to the new desk.
You know, getting that cool shaped down a little gamer desk and a chair here, of course, Gonna have our whole backdrop coming up a little Los Angeles shout out to the greatest city in the world.
