What is up? Guys back.
Like I said, I would be four talking that a clock game on for Sunday night for coats first chief.
Ah, the outlook for Monday.
And we have time.
I go over, um, w w E Helena.
So pay per view Ending? That was terrible.
So without further ado, um, talking about the chiefs and cold.
Um, so a lot of people can't cult out.
Um, everybody kind of said that everyone picked the cheese to win this game myself included.
Um, but I did say on my podcast spot a podcast on Twitter.
You'll find links to Greul podcast apple on spotify there.
But I did say I'm ice podcast that I thought it was gonna be a lot closer than people thought, right? So I thought I was gonna be close game, Um, just based off the talent level, I made a comparison that if I was your power rankings of the NFL, I would have I would have the Colts and the Lions in, like, the same tear.
And, you know, lions were pretty close to winning last week.
Two against the cheese.
Um, but so colts walked in Arrowhead on the road and surprised everybody, and they were able to get the win.
Ah, and they, they will do it for multiple reasons.
But the main thing is the defense now the game plan for them, which, Ah, good friend of mine, Tim Sinclair, point out on his podcast Circle C sports podcast is that for them to win for the way to be the way to be, Patrick Mahomes is tohave him.
Ah, stay in the pocket.
You don't want him rushing around.
You don't want him scrambling around.
So that's what the Colts did.
That's what their game plan was.
They were doing with a multitude of injuries, especially in the secondary, and they were still able to keep at room home that day.
Um, I mean, he still got out and about and scrambled around on a lot of plays civilly in the first half when they threw the touchdown throw that was on a scramble out to right side.
But, um, we did a good job of containing him.
That was the only touchdown they went up.
And in the second half, I mean, the chief's, especially Patrick Holmes, and the offense just looked like a totally, totally different team.
Um, the the other the defensive line.
Did you get a good job and secondary good job and, ah, that she should be rear that the the cold should be really proud of his defense there.
They stepped up when they needed to on the road in prime time, and there's a reason they won the game.
Now, On the flip side of that, the coach offense of line also did amazing.
Um, just perfect protection for Kobe percent throughout the game.
And Jacoby aside, thrown the interception 90 through in the first half, played a pretty clean, UH, pretty clean game, did exactly what he needed to do in order to beat his team.
Um, having t y Hilton, as we all thought, you know, definitely brought back a little bit to their offense that they were lacking last week, and it also just opened up the offense line, opened up so many holes and exposed the cheese defensive line and just show how bad their defensive line really is because they cannot stop more than Mac all day.
Marlon Mack ran over them, but I think 130 plus yards, he's good leading rusher right now in the NFL.
Now, after this game, um, so great game on the ground for the Colts percents record of throwing two plus touchdowns in each game is gone and him and catch my home.
They're actually tied.
Offer most touchdowns in NFL.
Bring out the movement, passing touchdowns.
I think Russell Wilson as the most especially round picks.
Um, which kind of leads me to a side discussion that I was having online? Um, and I was thinking about after you know, this this round of games this week, where does this leave us in an MVP Voting? Because Lamar Jackson was early favorite.
The first couple of weeks obviously has regressed.
And, like we said in the last dream, came back down on Earth.
Um, whereas Russell Wilson just seems to be getting better each week, Uh, they look, if he against the Bangles in week one.
They looked dazed, but they still have to w They looked good, and we two.
And then in week three against the Saints, he went out Bridgewater, I think wrestle sound like full total touchdowns.
Um, most quiet week was probably weak against the Cardinals, and now because, you know, he didn't have to do much just enough to win.
Even then he still had multiple touchdowns in that game.
Um, so for me, I think the voting goes.
I think I got Chris McCaffrey first.
Just because, uh, well, we're what I talked about earlier on my last dream.
Just the yards from scrimmage.
Um, you know, just yeah, the combination of the Russian yard and the passing yards.
Um, and just what he's been able to do for his team.
And there is a big reason why they have a record that they do.
And then number two very close behind is Russell Wilson, for same reasons.
He leaves that team another big reason of you know why they have the record that they do.
What? The things that he's doing, we've seen before.
You think things Chris McCaffrey doing really haven't seen said I mean, I think they said that the Darks was turned director belong Thio Chris Johnson, and then he's in company through the 1st 5 games with Jim Brown.
Like the things that he's doing right now at this moment have not been done a long time.
Russell Wilson, although playing amazing.
You know, Patrick Mahomes do this and, you know, to start the season did this and then some.
I mean, I think he had, like, a six touchdown game in, like, a week, three into the sewers or something like that.
So, you know, he's playing in the peat level that if he can sustain, you know, obviously be great.
I think he's on pace to throw no interceptions this season, which would be wild.
Then you're talking Aaron Rodgers type stats records, but so I think that's my voting right now would be the Caffrey, Wilson.
And then, um, number three really is up for grabs.
I mean, it could still be lamar Could be Mahomes.
Um, probably somebody I'm missing right now, but ah, let me know.
You guys think you know him, chirp me on Twitter at Charlie Pilcher.
I'd like to know everybody's opinion on this, but, um, that's the game.
So I sent a colt.
They went on the ground.
They want on defense.
They just played an all round, well coached game.
Um, they held candidacy 13 points.
I mean, the up step is an upset.
Um, I said earlier, my pa that maybe Patrick Mahomes has trouble playing in prime time.
Don't really know if we can make that label yet, but, uh, he has lost a couple a few primetime games now in his 1st 2 seasons.
Doesn't really put up bad stats.
He's not like a bad prime time player like, say, Andy Dalton, but he seems toe cheese seem to lose in prime time with him.
But, um, looking ahead to tomorrow's game Ah, chief First Cheese Brown's verse 40 Niners.
I'm actually really looking forward to this game.
Um, it's like I said earlier.
It is the men Zeman demand man, game of the week Jim G Verse Baker, Mayfield four star Jimmy And that's solid Rock Arch in that he has crimson chin.
Um, this could be interesting game.
I really These are two teams that I really have not made a solid gauge on on on how good they are or how bad they are.
They've both done a lot of things.
Well, the Browns have those two couple weeks where they just, you know, they did things bad, but then they last week they were really strong.
Um, I think last weekend's Ravens is like the peak full potential of that team.
Um, I kind of like, will be expected going into the season with the town that they acquired.
That's where we kind of expected to be now, after watching the Ravens two weeks in a row.
Now, granted, they're against both both games against division opponents.
It seems that maybe what the Browns did was more so the Ravens just not being as good as we thought they were.
They struggled to beat the Steelers today, who really are not a good team dealing with a lot of injuries, but definitely in the quarterback position.
Jean Connor still yet to come to light.
But either way, my point is, maybe they just beat up on a bad team that we thought was good because the Ravens, you know, through the 1st 2 weeks plates and good teams.
But I know I test tells me that the Browns really did just play really well last night last week and they did exactly what they need to do tomorrow for them to win this game and really what they need to do all season long and they need Thio use.
Make chub in a capacity like down Cook.
Make him their work Horse.
Get that run game going.
Don't call any stupid as halfback draw plays on fourth and nine for the kitchens or Baker.
Whoever called that play just let him run.
I mean, even games where it looks like he's doing well.
Like against, um uh, the Rams.
The game that they lost, they stopped going to the run like they just insist on passing.
I remember there was a play.
They got to the red zone and 04 tries to get a touchdown and, you know, minding your five yards out from the goal line.
Every single play that they drove that they drew up right there on the goal line was a throw, and they missed all of them.
Um, now they have great receivers, obviously that you want them to use and they will use.
But you, as last week showed it opens it up for those receivers like Jarvis Landry when Nick Chubb is rolling and go in and getting three touchdowns again.
No, it doesn't get three touchdowns game all the time.
I mean, he shouldn't least be getting I would say upwards of 20 to 25 carries.
Game probably more than that.
Now, you could really ride him, you know, like a workhorse.
I, Christian Cathy like that would cook.
Like I said, leave young Bell, Um, now for the 40 Niners and just to finish up on Cleveland.
So the offense, they know what they need to do, and I think they're figure that out last week.
You're gonna stick with it, and I think it will work.
Um, and the defense of the defense, the defense is, you know, about average not not great.
Not bad, but a good, solid defense.
And they'll continue to be that, um and yeah, Miles Garrett is there and you know that Continue.
Live off that for the 40 Niners and why they're so hard to gauge because they also work a lot to run game.
And when Jimmy G.
Has been called upon to throw, he's really then 50 50.
On that, um, remember against the game of the Steelers their last game for the bye week, he threw a considerable amount of picks, yet he still led them down and down the field for the game winning drive game winning touchdown drive.
Um, so they're very hard to gauge.
Ah, Timon Coleman is still questionable for tomorrow.
It's not confirmed where these inner out.
They're optimistic that you play.
Obviously, that helps them because Kyle Shannon has really good at utilizing his running backs.
And Rahim Moser and Matt Breda have definitely cared Alo since Tevin Coleman has been gone.
And if he comes back, you have all three of them.
That does amazing things for your offense.
Um, I'd like to see George Kid will get more involved.
He's kind of been like a safety valve.
Uh, so far this year, and I'd like to see somebody like Pettus or marquees Goodwin, you know, uh, have a big game. I like.
I like when the foreigners get the receivers going and the run, Django, I always know they're gonna get the run game going.
It's when they get the receivers going that they're also at their best.
The Browns and foreigners are really two similar teams.
Um, now you get to the defense.
The foreigners defense has played really, really well.
I remember Richard Sherman was calling out people on Twitter about you know, his coverage.
Um, and you know, people saying he's not top 10 anymore because he hasn't, you know, had this matter picture and blah, blah, blah.
But either way, my point is, he They've done really well this season that just not letting people score, um, and causing a lot of turnovers.
Um, And I think I think that they're gonna have a harder this gonna be the hardest challenge in terms of all that this week against the Browns.
Um, cause I mean, if you look at the teams they face that they face some pretty bad.
He's definitely the hardest challenge.
We've had the best offense they face, so I expect them to not look as good.
But I still think they have them in the Browns.
Defense is like, basically on the same level.
Um, like, these two teams are really, really similar in a lot of aspects.
More than people realize.
I'm glad to get a 40 Niners game in prime time.
We don't get those a lot anymore.
And my prediction was that the 40 niners are gonna win, um, things being close game, I think they're gonna squeak it out.
I wouldn't be surprised if I was wrong.
Um, like I said it's gonna be a really close game and ah, that's it for NFL A week five.
I mean, I'll be back tomorrow night, probably with the reaction to the Monday night game.
Um, maybe I'll do Ah.
W w e tight podcast.
