Welcome to the Dodgers Nation postgame show.
My name is Doug McCain.
You can follow me at D Mac underscore late, but the Dodgers get it done on all time franchise record and winds.
They finished the regular season.
Welcome to the Dodgers Nation postgame show.
My name is though McCain is always How do you guys feel about this? Dodgersseason? On a scale of 1 to 10 how do you give this regular season? Ah, scale of 1 to 10.
I think you've got to give it a nine and 1/2 9 have only thing making it a 10 would be if they if they got home field advantage throughout the World Series.
But give yourself Dodgers Nation.
Ah, well deserved round of applause on the passion and dedication to your Dodgers all season long even rocking with us for 162 games here.
And it is time for postseason baseball, like I said in the in the title year.
And that's gonna be Thursday.
But welcome into the Dodgers Nation postgame show.
You know how we get down gonna read all your comments? All your hot Dodger takes wherever you got.
How do you feel about the postseason? Wanna break it all down? But how do we get things kicked up? You know how we do it.
Your city where you guys watch the Dodgers Nation postgame shall give your zip code area Code City so I could show you out here in the comments.
But Al Marotta Awesome.
Kevin Dotson High doing Ken 106 is a good number.
It's a great number.
Michael Belen shears and a great way to finish out the season 18 and six record in September.
They sweep the final road trip.
The Dodgers meat business Right now as we await to see who the Dodgers are gonna face in that division around, and I really, personally, I hope it's the move. Milwaukee Brewers.
I think they'll handle the Brewers twice in two years.
Who do you guys want to see the Dodgers face in that first round match up? You want to the Brewers that Nationals let me know in the comments, but we got one of my guys did it wouldn't want you to.
How about them? Dodgers from Ryan Cathy, number 106 loads.
Sawyer's Emmanuel David Don we share finished as strong as we could.
I believe we already exactly Ocean Side Dave adult in the House, and that's the great thing, the Dodgers and all time franchise record.
And that's something to celebrate.
No question about the take on that 1953 Dodger team.
And, of course, that team was absolutely sensational.
If you do the difference between wins, that team would have been on pace to win 111 games, so they still have the record for the best win percentage.
But this team, you just love the way that close things out, dealing with all the injuries, dealing the injuries with Muncie with Justin Turner with having the workshop.
Guys like Rachel want to say real quick, Rachel, you have passed your audition.
You're getting that call back.
You have punched your ticket into the Dodgers postseason roster, whether that's that opener and in the Game four, whether that's coming in and relieve, he looks like he has enough with that breaking ball with ways locating that fastball to get it done.
So give Rich Hill a lot of love.
I just love me some **** now, but go get that new **** Mount shirt over at dodgers nation dot com.
But you also threw a bullpen session after today.
But I think what you guys think you guys think it's Ah, it's it's It's a rat Now Rich Hill has punched his ticket into the Dodgers postseason.
Ross, I think there's no question about that.
You gotta love what we've seen from Rachel Rich Hill to to, um in San Diego.
Two and 1/3 2 and 2/3 innings pitch and earned run, four walks, seven strikeouts.
But in the first inning, that fastball around 88 got it up to 91 as long as you keep it at 91 he can locate it.
That breaking pitch.
Those curveballs are good enough to keep batters off balance.
I love what I saw at a ritual. That tenacity.
He's as the heart of a champion.
The heart of a line we need Rich Hill.
And how about Clayton Kershaw? What'd you guys think of Clayton Kershaw? Oh, I love that Doug Crosby sending Boki out in style, laughing right now.
Okay, Member L O L at the at the Giants, remember? They didn't trade away bomb guard.
They didn't trade away.
Will Smith, That's gonna set that franchise back.
Look, Farhaan, I'm glad I'm not the Giants right now.
I'm glad I don't have their problems.
And Bruce Bochy, if you're a Dodger fan, if you're a Giants fan, you have to time to celebrate the boat.
Key ceremony at the beginning.
And the boat? She sell the boat key ceremony at the end.
Not very much in between.
Dodgers held him too, I think.
Just two hits on the night.
What up, Joshua? Hey, Doug, we got Michelle Carter.
Bring on the debris on the Yankees or Astros.
Love this hour year, eh? I'm ready for anything. Dodgers.
Do not fear any opponent in this postseason.
Everyone say yes.
Maybe the twins.
Maybe the Yankees can do us a solid by knocking out the Houston Astros.
I say, Just bring it, baby.
We'll we'll take on Houston with this team.
Yes, Houston, They have their right to top at a lot of different categories and pretty much all the major offensive categories.
Homeruns, clutch hitting, runners in scoring position, two outs.
Walked all that great stuff, But give me this Dodger team against the Astros every day of the week.
I'm not afraid of this Houston team.
I think the daughter is the way they can hit the fastball.
The way that you got guys like John Peterson.
I think we're gonna see a jock Tober the way he goes into this postseason.
I think he's a guy that can replicate some of that success that we saw from him in 2017 and the Dodgers look, they just gotta.
That's their That's their identity.
Their identity is having success with a home run ball.
The Dodgers averaging a home run every 19.
6 at bats, fifth and extra base, hits forth and walks behind only Houston Milwaukee in Atlanta.
And they're also 23rd in the league in strikeouts and in a good way.
So they strike out the seventh least in Major League Baseball.
Houston leaves that category, but I'm ready for the Astros, just like you.
And here's something to consider to the Dodgers.
Yes, they didn't have a better inter division record with the Astros, and that was the deciding factor in the tie breaker.
Who gets that home field advantage.
But something to consider is the Dodgers.
They have the best record in baseball against teams with a 500 or better record Yankees or second Houston Astros there, all the way down at five.
So let's get hype right now.
Trust me, the Astros.
We'll cross that bridge.
It's not a guarantee that we're gonna get there, so but what I Randall, um repping from the 28542 How you doing, my man? Ryan? We're getting hot again at the right time.
18 and six record while having toe mix and match with his bullpen while having to work around injuries to Justin Turner.
Justin Turner to Max Muncy.
A great spot today.
How about Chris Taylor getting on base five times last three weeks Craze.
Taylor Batting 1 80 Here we go.
Randall Kershaw is one class act.
You look up class in the dictionary, you see a picture off Clayton Kershaw tipped his cap and thinking, Man, go high and tight on that baby.
Him some chin music not clean.
Kershaw all class.
Got a liner? Yes, Madison Bumgarner has two jacks off Clayton Kershaw And we did have some Arnold Palmer.
Ah, Magic versus Bird.
We had Pepsi Cola.
I mean, whatever you want to call it, you had a big rivalry there, and it was nice to see that, but it was nice to see how we took care of him on that stretch there, but Ah, yeah, You gotta love to see those two.
I don't think we're gonna see it again in a giant first Dodger uniform.
But yeah, just brings you back to all those great rivalries.
John Macaron, Bjorn Borg, whatever you wanna call it.
But our boy, Clayton Kershaw finished on top.
And the only blemish on that record, of course, on that resume for Clayton Kershaw is getting that elusive World Series title.
Raising that commissioners trophy right now.
How do you guys let me know in the comments? How do you feel right now about the Dodgers winning the World Series? I think that they're riding high in the right time.
I think we're gonna break it down.
Some of the reason why I think the Dodgers have a much better chance this time around.
But how do you feel right now doing? The Dodgers are gonna win the World Series tied y for? Yes, Tied y for Yes.
No, but how do you guys feel about the Dodgers right now? Do you think that Mo mentum is on their side? You think that they're in a good place as we approach October, but hello from Palmdale.
Dodgers from Elisa Craig.
Go to the mighty daughters from Australia.
Rapid from down under Love to see that Wu from Patricia Jose Dodgers are blue blazers blazing into the postseason Go Dodgers Maria service.
And not just the wins and losses.
It was also getting hung.
Jury you, right? Ryu is back on track.
There's no question about that.
I had a couple of thoughts in the the Cy Young race and Hun Jin Ryu, but also knowing that they can get something out of Rich Hill.
Knowing that Dustin May is that dude, I'm telling you, it is going to be a red October.
Dustin media is going to be really they're gonna be yelling Mayday! The other teams has Dustin May last seven appearances, one in three with the 4 11 e. R. A.
Seven appearances out of the pen.
Um, well, that's his appearance out of Pampa.
Dustin may give his number's real quick.
He has not allowed a run since September 7.
Not allowed to run since September 7th, we are near October, posting seven straight court scoreless appearances.
Nine innings pitch with a 90.
67 whip and 13 strikeouts to just one walk.
Four straight holds for dust in May.
He's only allowed one extra base hit.
That was a double, and he's held opponents toe 167 batting average.
I feel really good about Dustin A.
And I feel really good about his costume.
Did you see him as Pennywise? Who was your favorite Dodger costume? I think the power rankings.
You've got to go.
I liked I like Talladega Nights.
I liked I really like baby shark with for you.
But you got to go with Penny.
Well, what about all the dude? What about David? Freezing company being the steroid testers with the urine sample, That must have been a little inside joke.
But who is your favorite? Let me know in the comments, of course, is tough to top Mike Burrito.
with the gun and everything.
Ah, but here we go.
Do you think Rich Hill should go to the bullpen? I think that Rich Hill is going to contribute.
And if he's in the bullpen, that's just really a formality.
At this point, I think you could see him start a game, give you 23 innings and don't think Ah, like, uh, Mr Gary, Lee said last time, did the Dodgers learn from their previous world Siris losses? Don't think the daughters are gonna have Amore innovative approach this year.
You saw evidence tonight with Clayton Kershaw getting that late inning appearance tonight.
Maybe they start bringing in stars as relievers.
I think that's all hands on deck.
I think they're gonna leave no stone unturned.
I think this Dodger team could consider doing stuff like that, but he's absolutely gonna be on this team as a pitcher.
And he's gonna contribute in some capacity.
There's no question about that, Joshua.
Yeah, I should be in the postseason roster.
We got Maura. Hi from Provo, Utah.
What up, Faith? The dogs.
We always thinking positive you've got to believe like Tommy Lasorda.
Time of sort of said, Hey, man, if you know, if you don't believe, you gotta force yourself to believe you got to keep those positive vibes up.
And I think right now we all just galvanized jelling at the right time.
This Dodger team heading into the postseason.
I'm really encouraged to see how a.
J. Pollock is going to dio.
He had that. He got hit in the knee.
I was worried about that.
You always were concerned with a J Pollock Ah guy who's dealt with a slew of different injuries in the last 4 to 5 years before that.
Pollock, I think, is a guy then a lot of Dodger fans are gonna really fall in love with. I think a J.
Pollock is a guy that a lot of Dodger fans says sit again.
But if you like Agent Paul this year, 3 56 only one who's hitting better with runners in scoring position is Matt Baby, and he's been slumping of late.
But throughout the year, 3 56 with runners in scoring position for for A J Pollock, 3 33 in late and close situations.
I like what I'm seeing out of a J. Pollock.
I think that he's gonna be more consistent.
Then what we saw.
We got Seo Puig last year.
Yasiel Puig If you look at ah, if you look at last year, he had, you know you'd be balled out against the Brewers.
But he had his issues in that postseason, but 904 freaks.
Phil Louise, Ken Dotson.
What up can been watching the A's all year? If they beat the Rays, they could surprise the Astros.
Look, the Astros are really tops in the game in so many different categories.
Strike out the least walked the most home runs they are offensive juggernaut.
Don't kid yourself, but this is the post season.
This is the post season.
We saw the 2001 Mariners go down after winning 116 games off any sport.
Major League Baseball would throw a curveball at you more than any sport, especially when it comes to the postseason.
And you love the grit off that AIDS team and they're not gonna be an easy out.
There's no question about that.
Francisco Congratulations Dodgers.
You smashed that hard, but for your boys in blue Retweet and share and get all those Dodger takes right in the comments.
Elisa, you feel good about our chances to win the World Series.
Why, From Justin, you say? Yes, Maura.
I felt bad for Muncie not getting his 100 r b.
I's was proud of Kershaw tipping his cap toe.
Bumgarner, Look, Bumgarner, you saw what Happy is a poor sport, and Kershaw is the opposite.
Kershaw is class personified.
That's why when Kershaw struggles, that's why when Kershaw has a bad outing in a postseason game were so quick to defend him because we just know how great of a person is, Kershaw is just a great He's like that guy like you want your sister to marry.
You know, I'm saying Clayton Kershaw is class personified.
He tips his cap.
And, hey, it's easier to do to you when you record that out.
Gone toe line to third.
But, yeah, a little bit.
Um, yeah, the Dodgers get it done today, of course, big win for the Dodgers on 106 in 56 they set the new franchise record new franchise record for the Dodgers.
Like I want to point out, though, winning percentage still belongs.
Don't want to take away from this this miraculous with this miraculous feat.
But don't forget that 1953 team.
Those were masters.
The boys of summer, as they call them Duke Snider, Roy Campanella, Pee Wee Reese, Jackie Robinson.
In the game, that team could mash, and they had 100 they would have been.
That was 154 games season, so that would have been a 111 win pace.
But still, this Dodger team.
When you look at it compared to that 2017 team, you didn't have those major lapses.
And as oil, Hersh Iser pointed out, I agree with him.
A lot of that has to do with the competition that the Dodgers had on this team.
Rookies making contributions, pictures, trying to make that postseason roster.
Everyone was bringing their A game late in the game because they know Hey, this is the Los Angeles Dodgers.
This is a team that has a great chance to win a World Series and you know, everyone on that roster wants to be a part of that.
The oral her sizer on that one.
Ah, but but today's game, if you look at it, it always really, really came.
Came early in that in that first inning, Chris Taylor punches out Max Muncy.
Five extra base hits.
11 R B I's in his last seven games, and that wrist looks like it's still affecting him, but also looks like it is starting to to get better for him.
And it looks like he started Thio.
Get more comfortable at the plate and started swing the bat like we're accustomed to seeing.
So if you look at him, A.
Pollock singled, Muncie walked, Bellenger singled, and that brought up seeds with the bases loaded where Corey Seager is a career 3 51 hitter.
Way to home runs.
32 R B I's this season, hitting 3 53 6 for 17 now seven for 18 with one No, now, Ah yeah, we want home run and 16 r B I's.
But going into that at that and then he takes that 32 pitch, gets a bases clearing double.
Any matches Rend own with the most in the NL that made it 30 Dodgers.
There could be teammates next year.
Ran down and Corey Seager and then a bases clearing double and then a two run shot from Will Smith.
Big Willie Willie style.
How do you guys feel it feel about Will Smith right now? How do you feel about Will Smith right now? Because some of the comments to make mention about Eyes Verdugo out for the playoffs date.
He's not out for the playoffs.
He's banned, ruled out for the N L.
D S, and we want him back for the NLCS.
He's gonna be a major factor to me.
Is the X factor off this Dodgers offense if he's able to return? And, like I said, he is one of the best contact rates, gets the bat on the ball.
He's gonna be a big factor, and I hope that he's not out of the playoffs unless you're breaking some news there.
But on Lee out for the N. L and L.
Um, but Penny Wise, your favorite Joshua Michelle Carter, Dave Roberts.
11 more wins great point.
11 more wins from Justin Sutter.
It's the about these 11 wins and October stay hot Dodgers from Nathan Aguilar.
Richard Carter, Dodgers said a new record being the $1953.
Rookies have made the biggest impact.
Nathan Aggie Lord, that is a great point.
That's what makes this team so special and so fun. It's not this.
It's not this best team money can buy.
We're breaking out the checkbook and you sign in big for ages.
We pass on Bryce Harper, remember? Right, And you got guys for doing looking for Diggle hit 2 96 throughout the air before he got injured.
Will Smith, who I want to talk a little bit about Will Smith, had been struggling.
But if you look at Will Smith, he's another guy.
360 3 81 this year with runners in scoring position and two outs.
So this year you're telling me we got Will Smith instead of Yasmani Grandal, who was Mr passed ball and wasn't really doing very much offensively, striking out on his knees in the NLCS and then Austin barn.
So I'm happy for Austin Barnes.
That was really nice to see him get a ah to run r B I single today.
But I think if you look, you gotta look at it.
You got to look at AD Will Smith.
Will Smith him getting hot Him starting to turn around late in this year, to me is very big.
And if you look at Will Smith, he's hitting 308 in his last seven.
So three await his last 72 home runs on this road trip for Will Smith.
And then we go to the bottom.
And then how about Rich Hill? How about Rich? Oh, yeah, Like you said, the rookies are a major factor.
I wouldn't have any other way.
And that's nothing to I think that you've got to give credit to this veteran.
Line up guys like Dave Roberts.
How about giving Dave Robertson credit? Four years as a manager, four division titles, four years as a manager, two years in the world, Siris and one NLCS, and it's probably gonna be 1/3 straight world Siris.
It'll probably will happen since the 1998 to 2001 Yankees, first time in the National League since the 19 forties.
St Louis Cardinals.
So give a lot of love to Dave Roberts.
I think that you all have to understand, too, that this is his fourth year.
This is his senior year, right? This is the year that Dave Roberts graduates and gets his his managerial degree and punches that in for a World Series title.
Don't think that he hasn't learned throughout his tenure as a Dodger manager, where, when to pull the trigger when to take guys out and, ah, different situational schematic tactics and all that great stuff.
I look for Dave Roberts.
You have a much better a much better postseason based solely on experience.
And the fact that this team has these rookies has these vets guys like Corey Seager, Cody Bellinger, Max Muncy It's not their first rodeo anymore.
And then the rookies, they're gonna come in and then they they have the tutelage of these.
But angels could help Kevin Durant. I know. Thanks.
He comes through in the right time.
Like I mentioned those numbers.
Pollock on the year 3 56 with runners in scoring position.
Ah, great at back. It's hard.
If you look at a J.
Pollock Right now.
He's a guy who is, Ah, as weak as you get closer and closer to the postseason.
He's getting to 14 in his last seven, but Post All Star since he's gone back.
Pollock, he said to 88 14 walks.
33 R B I's 13 home runs, So ever since he came back from that elbow injury, he's been really the model of consistency.
And I think he's a guy.
He's a true vet, a true vet with when he's healthy.
He was an M V P caliber player, and I think a J.
Pollock is gonna be one of the stories for this Dodger offense, along with guys like David Freeze, Justin Turner.
I think the vets have been waiting all season long.
They can take a big, deep breath, a big sigh of relief that they handle their business in the regular season.
But we know it's go time.
We know it's go time.
You know how excited you guys on a scale of 1 to 100 for the postseason to me, May.
I could barely sleep, get goose bumps just thinking about it.
There is nothing like October baseball, and we are about to be on a wild ride.
It's not gonna be perfect.
We're gonna have our ups and downs, but I think that my prediction It culminates in a Dodger World Siris.
But Kershaw showed good home training.
I'm not going to say anything until we win it from Josh Ramirez.
That's fine. That's five.
We had that approach.
But, like I always tell Dodger fans, Dodgers are a team, a 300 win percentage in the World Series.
You get to know the Dodgers is toe unconditionally.
I love the Dodgers.
They lost to the Yankees five consecutive times before getting it done in 1955.
You just got to ride with the boys in blue until you're six feet deep.
That's how I look at it, and I'm never gonna shy away from the boys in blue.
But as far as this team goes, it's just it's a different team.
Look, last year I won't even really break that down as much because last year we were flat out outmatched.
We could not hit runners in scoring position batted just over 200.
When our EVP candidate is hitting 43 like 043 You're not gonna win big.
But if you look at the offense.
2017 Dodgers They had 221 home runs finished with 730 RV eyes.
437 slugging percentage and his 7 71 P.
270 279 home runs of 27 home runs.
850 R B I's 875 runs and a 4 73 slugging percentage and an 8 10 p.
S o the offense under Robert Vance.
Coy AC And this approach at the play, I think, is really going to be all the difference in the world because look, the Dodgers hitting.
What do you guys think? The biggest factor and in the Dodgers winning in the postseason? Me personally, I think they have the requisite pitching.
To get it done to me is whether they can swing the bat with these elite clubs, especially in the American League.
The Dodgers air now Etienne, 13 80 in 13 when they outhit the opponent there, 90 and 35 when they hit a home run, and they also had their 18th shut out of the season.
They've scored the most runs allowed, the least amount of runs in the National League, and everything points to the Dodgers having a deep run.
Will Smith is awesome.
Will Smith is the fresh prince of L.
Ryan says, UH, ESPN just realized the final bracket NL wildcard Brewers, Nationals cards, Braves in the NLDS, TBD Dodgers.
So, hey, we know we're getting of the Braves.
We know we're either getting the Brewers or the Nationals.
And to me, I think Who would you guys rather face? Let me know in the comments right here.
Who would you guys rather rather face? Brewers or Ryder die from Schmo Elm Street? Let's hope the Astros get knocked out of the playoffs now, as farm was good.
Y'all, John Isles, on a scale of 1 to 100.
I'm going with 88.
I see what you did right there and I love it.
Randall. 109 innings of nervous breakdowns.
Take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath.
I feel like the Dodgers should offer, like mass yoga classes or something on away games or something, because it is going to be nerve ranking nerve wrecking.
Ah, and it'll be nervous time.
Hey, that is what you signed up for.
I mean, what for entertainment can put you through the ups and downs of Dodger baseball, but say goodbye to your fingernails now because they're gonna be gone.
No question about that brew crew for sure.
Eyes, Bobby Dodgersthird Best team if they are in the American League.
Look, hey, I just gave you that step.
The Dodgersbest record in baseball against teams with a 500 or better record Astros fifth Yankeessecond.
Also, Dodgers could benefit from a from, ah, designated hitter, too, so I wouldn't think that I know what you're saying.
There is a bold statement, and your only evidence is, of course, the Dodgers dropping that Siri's to the to the Yankees back in early August, when they when the Yankees took two out of three from the Dodgers at the Chavez Ravine.
But I think when healthy with the way reuse pitching and that and with the way that ah, look and I think that you could throw the Dodgers against the Yankees, Dodgers would have.
Paxton's having a little injury.
It's not her Manz out, I think that, Ah, I think the daughters.
I just have this feeling that the Dodgers against Verlander and Cole are gonna go deep.
That's why I'm believing in a jock Tober 33 home runs against the Astros in 2017.
I feel that could be the same way.
But give ah dust in May 2363 gets the win.
Three innings pitched, four strikeouts, one hit, two walks, 49 pitches, zero earned runs and then will Smith to for three to Ah, home run.
Three R B I's Seeger.
One for three. Austin Barnes.
One for one pretty much.
Seems like everyone pitch.
If you guys look at this box score today, I'm pretty sure you're gonna find your name because the Taj hers really gave everyone some run as they get closer into the postseason.
Only six pitches.
How did you guys feel about his appearance today? I think Joe Kelly, if you look at it only six pitches on that little comebacker, he still had he sought his legs to him was still agile, was not grimacing at all.
I think that the velocity could go kick it up a couple more miles per hour.
But I felt good about Joe Kelly being in there.
I felt good about Julio.
Ori is being in there and Ah, here we go.
But, yeah, Rich Hill.
And then not the only thing is not what the only about Rachel wasn't the most efficient star for Ritual wasn't the most efficient start for **** Mallon.
Ah, he had two men on Let two men on in the first inning.
She'll ended up three innings pitched, 49 pitch total, 49 pitches total, 34 strikes.
So 34 strikes for Rich Hill to walks.
Four K's on Lee.
One hit for Rich Hill.
But if you look in that 11 pitch at bat against Du Bon, Nice curveball to get him there and that is the key.
Curveball is the key for him.
And ah, if you look at two of the Bumgarner versus Kershaw, that was That was a cool moment.
I kind of wish he had struck him out there.
But he gets him out and then by the bottom of the six, the Dodge that faced the minimum after the first inning.
So they were cruising along.
It was out of mismatched game, the greatest team in the National League verse.
One of the worst teams they finished 77 85.
I think they might want to rethink that decision.
Did not trade Madison, Bumgarner and Will Smith, but ritual three squirrels, sittings I struck out for his knee.
Clearly is still Henry in that big Bracy has on its clearly still hindering him.
But even though he's far from 100% held is all relative this time of year.
No one is completely healthy.
You're gonna have to play through pain.
You're gonna have to play through adversity.
Six pitches, strikes through strikes, breaking balls did.
And I said his body did not look like it didn't look like he was, was.
He was limited by his body by that soreness.
And then ah, and then yet, and that's ah ah! And then you had ah, here back to comment by the way, we got moves Brewers, brewers brought.
So yeah, let's talk about the Brewers.
So the Milwaukee Brewers you gotta know about them is the Brewers.
They catch fire this time.
Every year they caught Member.
When the Dodgers beat the Brewers in Game two last year, they had won 12 straight, so they had won 12 straight games and the last two years with the Brewers last two years in 271 games from March through August.
There, Run Differential is minus 17 in September and the regular season games in October.
They lead all of Major League Baseball at plus 12 in 49 games, and the Brewers T A T M E R A.
Is +271 in that span.
So the thing about the Brewers, they bring it this type B.
I think everyone wants to just naturally, Seo.
We want to go for the Brewers because they don't have Sures err in Strasbourg and Corbin, who pitches well against the Dodgers.
They also have a really solid lineup offensively that can get hits and they can score runs on the Dodgers.
Well, look, this brewer team is very, very hot.
The Brewers are they look, And if you look at the Brewers, they have a 274 E R. A. In September.
That's best in major league baseball after going opposing Force six e r in the 1st 3100 and 35 games.
So I think we gotta be careful for what we wish for with these brewers.
And, um, but what you guys think What you guys that you're afraid of? The Brewers.
You guys afraid the Nationals The thing about the Nationals, too.
Though the Nationals, they started 19 and 31 this year they've gone 69 38 from May 24th on.
So they have really closed the season strong.
And there, if you look at him too, I really think this is gonna be O max yours.
Er, he made just one start from July to mid August.
So it's not a complete Max Sures Err and I think that it's gonna be It's gonna be a tough task.
I don't think they'll sweep any of the teams.
I think that one of the teams might get a game in there, but he really how many shut outs the Dodgers finished with Michael.
They finished with 18.
Randall, When is the NLDS roster's coming out That's a great question.
Not sure when they're gonna come out, usually leading up to a couple of days something, um, kind of all depends.
Maybe, but we'll find out more in American League playoffs is gonna be like a war.
That's a great point. That's a great point, Martin.
The thing, too, is the daughters can benefit, too, if they can handle their business.
If they could handle their business and the NL playoffs, they can benefit from that gauntlet.
That is the that is the A L playoffs.
You got teams like the Twins.
The Twins found a way toe out Homer, the Bronx Bombers today and for this season.
Then you have the Astros.
Then you have the A's who are flirting with 100 wins, too.
So there's a Gaul it over there.
Meanwhile, on this side, the Dodgers look.
The Brewers without Christian yell ich they've gone.
They posted a phenomenal record without him.
But look, you need You need all your bullets when it comes to the postseason, without without having Christian Yelich, that's gonna hurt them big time.
Also, their their their wool pen.
Josh it we can get to hater.
We prove it at this year.
Bellenger when he got when he homered off him, I'm not free of the Milwaukee Brewers are gonna have that revenge factor on their side.
And then, of course, the Atlanta Braves.
So the thing you need to know about the Atlanta Braves, Rana ****ey Jr.
He did not have a chance of getting that 40 40 because that hip injury also also Freeman.
Freddie Freeman is dealing with an elbow injury.
He's got like three of 34 since going out with that injury, so he's there are B I man, he's the guy, really makes him go on offense.
Do you really put all your chips on a rookie like Soroka? I'm just saying, I think that the Dodgers could really coast and you keep those arms fresh and you keep all that gas in the tank.
The God that they have to do is look, if you have to want teams, you have to beat the Astros Yankees and then once And if they beat that, they've got to face the Twins, the A's or to beat them.
So I think that it could be Very, very.
Ah ah Beneficial for the Dodgers to take advantage of that.
Oh, by the way, how do you guys feel about this Cy Young? I had one thing I want to point out about this.
I'm afraid of no NL team from Chris Jeremy.
Both wild card teams have great pitching.
Dangerous, but I think the Dodgers could overcome on and beat by a picture be a pitching war. Great.
Great Ray Point.
The Dodgers they're pitching has carried on for the majority of this season.
And, you know, with with, uh you know, the one thing that concerns me is Walker Bueller messing with his mechanics so late into the game here.
Do you guys see that? You did.
You guys see that? I like that, Ryan Ric Flair said, You gotta be the man you gotta be.
He said, you got to be the man You got to be the man you gotta beat the man Don't matter who you who you play guys. Exactly.
Ric Flair, give me a Ric Flair.
There are Broad and Kay not 100% either.
That's another thing to like I said, health is all relative this time of year, and no one's gonna be completely 100% healthy.
But I think that is where this Dodger death is the biggest factor.
The Dodgers are gonna have guys like Key Gay and Chris Taylor.
They're gonna mix and match with guys like David Freeze and Mad Baby.
Well, Gavin, look.
So Randall Ethridge says, really, you should should be the Cy Young Award winner.
One thing I want to say about that.
And yes, if you look at the advanced peripherals, if you look at it, yes.
Did Jacob the ground? If you look at his war 7.
9 war, if you look at reuse a 5.
But one thing is, if the narrative is so, if you look at across the board, review 14 and five with a one a two for 14 and five wins the e.
But if you look at re you and the Graham if the narrative with with why he should have won the Cy Young is he had that clunker in August.
Yes, he had four straight bad starts in August, where he goes one for three with a 74 e R a.
But guess what? Check out.
So, so rry you in August went one for 374 80 are a 21 and 2/3 innings pitched.
20 strikeouts, five walks.
Um, and he had a one.
Whip gave up five home runs allowed.
18 earned runs, right? But if the narrative is that, well, guess what.
Jacob to Graham in April.
Here's Jacob the Graham in April, he went one for three with a 63 are a 20 innings pitched, 21 hits, 14 earned runs, 33 strikeouts to nine walks, which is impressive.
Five home runs in a 15 whips.
So if that narrative is that, I think that hey, you got to say, Hey, man, are you gonna go with the guy on the 106 win team with the best pitching staff in baseball? I think you really should consider awarding a team that cross.
The board has had the best pitching staff in baseball versus a Mets team.
There's another team that stupidly did not sell at the deadline.
They end up 85 76.
So I'm in 85 70 16.
So to me, I think that I think that it was very humbling for 400 re you to say that the e r A title is enough. Ram.
He's fine with that, but I really want to see the Dodgers get that Cy Young five Cy Youngs in the last decade.
Can you name them? It'll take you a while. No, it won't.
Four by Kershaw one by Zack Greinke.
But if you also look at it, David says, well, you should be one your opinion on who's making the final roster? Um, I think that really, uh, really, If you look at the final final roster, I think that considering that Justin turn appears, he's gonna be fine.
And it Max Muncy appears that he's gonna be fine.
I think that final roster you look at to me pictures I'm going with.
So the Dodgers, they've only had they done 12 pitchers six out of the seven Siri's under Dave Roberts.
So six out of seven series with Dave Roberts they've done 12 pictures.
Once they did 11 pitchers.
That was against the Cubs that Siri's and that was when Cory Singer had that elbow injury and he wasn't in that series.
So that was a lot of that and also some of the matchups there.
But if you look at it to me, I'm going.
Kershaw, Walker, Bealer 100 Were You can see my ADA, Adam Kel, Eric a 1000.
Julio Urias, of course.
Joe Kelly, of course.
Pay. Joe buys off course.
Kenley Jansen, I guess.
No Kenley Jansen, Of course.
I like him as a mature arm.
Of course, he was injured last year.
Did not play in the postseason, but ah, then Rich Hill, Tony Johnson and Dustin May.
I'm leaving guys like Ferguson.
Guys like Floro, they're off the playoff roster.
I think you've got to go with that heat.
You got to go with your guys who have the elite stuff and goose and may have that.
Rich Hill has the maturity and experience.
Ross. Dribbling to me is steady.
He's got that breaking ball.
That curveball for strikes.
We've seen an improvement with Kenley Jansen.
We've seen on improvement with Kenley Jansen.
If you look at Kenley no home runs in the month of September.
Kenley Jansen a three a 318 e R a 11 and 1/3 innings pitched in September.
But if you look at it, his advanced ****ytics on that cutter, he's getting almost 1/2 inch Maur on that cutter.
So it's starting to cut, and I just want to see how he pitches with that postseason.
Adrenaline is something that could make 90 year old women lift up 18 wheel Mack trucks. Wilson.
I mean, adrenaline is something you can't really explain.
And I think that when Kenley Jansen gets that adrenaline, get those ticks up on the velocity.
And, more importantly, he can start commanding it.
Yesterday, he had great command, and when he's hitting his spots, that's the thing.
It's it's more of him hitting his spots, then hitting 94 to me with Kenley Jansen because you know, with the with his approach to the plate with his leg that's coming at you.
Looks more like 95 even when it's 91.
So I think Kenley Jansen, I think he's in a good spot.
It was Rocky there, but I think we got him just about as good as we could considering.
In September, opponents are getting 1 71 He's given up no home runs, 12 strikeouts.
You compare that to Kenley Jansen August Can Lee Jansen's August years talking a five year already five opponents are hitting 2 82 11 strikeouts, the one World one walk.
But he gave up three home runs, three home runs and he blew three.
Safe so two of five and saves nine innings pitched.
So if you look at it too, I think, uh, and Kenley Jansen, if you look at only one blown save in the month of September, we know what happened in that when we know the one against the Rays.
So I think that I I still feel like I still feel like Kelly.
Just like I said, He's got to earn each and every outing.
If he goes in any bombs early on, it's a wrap.
You pull the plug on Kenley Jansen.
See you next time.
Have a good one.
But I think that I think that hey, there he is above average stuff for a closer.
No question about it.
And he deserves on opportunity to get clutch anon opportunity to see how he fares and the postseason maybe catches fire.
Look, people forget this Joe Kelly leading into the postseason.
Last year he had a area above eight leading and from on August and September on, he catches fired.
That's what happens.
Two relievers relievers.
They catch fire.
They start to feel it.
They click into place.
And I think that Ah, with with Kenley Jansen.
So Kenley And then you got Adam Cleric to me.
The looky Not that, Louis.
But, you know, I'm talking about a lefty.
Lefty guy can come in and look, he has the stuff to prove it.
I mean, Adam Kel, Eric, If the guy that you know the odd man out of court Adam Claire, by the way, Ah! 169 l ran September and the thing about Adam Cole.
Eric gave up a home run and then in August for Adam Kel.
Eric Adam Cleric zero e r. A.
Gave up six hits, no home runs, opponents hitting 2 56 in the third inning.
So Adam Cleric, he's in the mix.
No question about it as a looky and then Ken's up, My ADA.
So cancel my ADA to me.
He's a different guy out of the pen because of the because the way he he controls his fastball.
If he has first pitch strikes and it sets up that slider sets of that change up, he's a guy could be a real weapon in the postseason.
Kenley Ah, cancel my eight up as we get closer.
Ah, you see the 345 e r.
Ray in September 15 and 2/3 innings pitched gave up three home runs.
Opponents are hitting 1 64 against him, so the average is low against him.
But he has to limit those home runs like a couple of other guys on our pitching staff.
And then, of course, the above you guys haven't you guys agree with me on anyone any of, ah, any of my pictures? By the way, Flora doesn't need to be in the postseason roster.
I'm in agreement with you, and that has a nothing, too.
If you look at this team, if you want to feel good about this team as we head to the postseason, just do some comparisons with look at the pictures.
I'm talking about about Dustin May Dawson.
May you never know.
Bumgarner was 20 when he got his taste of the postseason.
You never ready for October baseball? You gotta throw guys in there and just some guys were built for it. Some aren't.
I think Dustin Maker is, I think, like the real FRG.
Say, once he got hit by that ball in Arizona and he got clanked off the head, he was a human side border wanted come out there.
He has been a different picture.
Maybe that cleared his conscience.
I don't know, but I think that if you look in those pictures, I'm talking about the Julio aureus of the world who pitched last year, of course, but I think it's a different Julio this year.
But you talk about a rich hill in the bullpen, a Tony godson, a dust in May and last year's last year's postseason roster.
I mean, you're throwing out guys like Scott Alexander.
Guys like Ryan Madson.
Guys like Alex would guys like Dylan Floro, those are stopgap guys, those aren't guys you're gonna find on world Siris clubs.
I know the numbers were nice for Ryan Mats and before he fell apart.
But, hey, the ****ytics aren't always what they're cracked up to be.
Look, if you looked at it, the Dodgersbullpen before ah you know game in Game two with in Game two of the 2017 world Siris, the Dodgersbullpen hadn't allowed a run and 20 consecutive innings.
That was a postseason record.
So sometimes you gotta throw the ****ytics out of the window, and you just gotta You gotta trust the guys who have the best stuff.
It's hard to hit faster pitches.
It's harder to get hits off pitches with more movement and Tony Gone.
Flynn Splitter, Dawson, Maze sinker, sinking fastball.
I mean, these guys have world class stuff, and I'm telling you, you're going to see in the postseason.
As far as the position players, I think you're talking.
Will Smith, Of course, we kind of talked a little bit about Will Smith, Rose Omar and Cody Bellinger.
Cory Singer, of course.
Paul, Jack Pierce and Chris Taylor, Key K Max Muncy, Justin Turner, Gavin looks and Matt Baby.
Edwin Rios had a nice ah closed out here, but I think bad, baby.
If you look at me struggled of late, Matt Baby is really going through it as ah really is the one of the guys who hasn't found it.
As we get closer, he's won.
He's hitting 1 82 Matt Bass hitting 1 82 in his last 30 games, one for his last 12 hitting 91.
So but I still think you go with Mad Baby and give you some position of versatility.
Can give you a good major league consistent at bat hard contact.
And, like I said, when the light switch turns back on for him, runners in scoring position leads the team at 3 85 talk a little bit about, ah, about Cody Bellinger.
So is there anyone watching this? That does not think.
Oh, by the way, what? I'm Charles Hammell haven't given you a shout out today.
Che Carpio? No, Really.
Come on, Ryan, do gotta give those awards the winning teams except Trout.
He's this Jen's Babe Ruth.
Great point Ryan.
I think that you only consider how great the team is the wins and losses when it's closed when you're as great as Mike Trout and you don't have what he and his track record what he's done.
Oh, passing numbers through the roof.
I mean, he's like, You're right.
He is this generation's Babe Ruth, and he's gonna be one of the greatest players to ever do it.
Unfortunately, he's going to be doing October on the couch like you and I unless you're gonna be going to the games with which I hope, ah, lot of you are.
But, ah, is there anyone here that doesn't think that Cody Bellinger should be M v p? Like there's no one? Um Ah.
Is anyone who doesn't think that if you look at it, I think that Ah, I think that Cody Bellinger he's got in the bag.
I think Cody Bellinger has got in the bag.
No one has missed Joe Davis point this out today.
No one has missed the last three games of the season and won M v.
So you look at him 47 home runs, third most in franchise history, bit behind who's gonna get it first, Shawn Green and Adrian Beltre? One, I guess, at middle school.
Me, the middle school.
Doug is happy a little bit I used to love Shawn Green.
He was my dude back in the day, and Adrian Beltre was my man, too.
Why did we let him get away? But ah, I think that Cody Bellinger One thing that you got to say about Cody Bellinger is this whole narrative that yes, he really is hitting over to 60 after the break.
But go, Cody from Martin.
Playoffs are here.
Support everyone who makes the roster.
It's go time Belly should win.
M v p from more O'Brien Charles Hammell It seemed like so many had great years. Exactly.
We had me look John Peterson job.
Peterson hit 36 home runs, a career high for this team.
John Peterson, Corey Seager who like we sound the Blue Heaven podcast, is to me gonna win the ah, the Comeback player of the year.
So I definitely see that.
And then also think about Cody Bellinger, If you let's look at this season. Cody Bellinger.
If you look at him, he finishes the year hitting 305 47 home runs.
B I's 15 stolen bases, right? If we told you before the first game of the year, you were getting that kind of productivity and 8.
9 war leading major league baseball.
You would have said you would have screamed out loud and jump for joy because that's the Cody Bellenger that we knew we could see at some point.
I don't think any of us expected him to win an M V p in year three.
Yes, he won Rookie of the Air after hitting 39 home runs his first year but 25 home runs last year.
And if you look at the comparisons last year, Cody Bellinger, he had to 60 uh, 8 14 P s 25 home runs this year.
P s way over 1000 and 47 home runs.
And then also, the key stats mean when it comes to Cody Bellinger is that strikeout to walk ratio.
The strikeouts Toe walks.
2018 for Cody Bellenger.
Ah, 151 strikeouts.
That is improvement.
That's marked improvement that's played discipline and then he's taking his walks Randall Ethridge Bell, Trego, Cody.
****. Almost a nine war season.
That's Mike Trout level from Jose Rato. Five.
Hey, you look at those numbers and it's tough to see there should.
Really we shouldn't be throwing Cody Bellenger bad buys because he's a guy who hasn't had his signature postseason.
He went, Ah, yeah, against the against the Astros, he has the Astros.
He went four for 28 hit 1 43 last year against the Red Sox. He hit 48.
So Cody Bellinger is a guy that needs to come in and have the and carry this Dodger team in the postseason and really be a major part off.
Why this team ultimately ends that drought at 31 years, but Billy Cody Bellenger kind of want to get a little update on him as we head closer to it.
Last 30 games, Cody be hitting to 79 slugging 5 35 passing 92 then he's has 15 r B I's 12 walks, 14 strikeouts, five belly bombs.
Last seven for Cody Bellenger.
You're talking 3 33 for Cody.
Be six of his last eight.
Well, today Ah, you gotta hit so seven of his last 19.
So seven of his last 19 2 home runs.
Five R B I's and three strikeouts.
Oh, Cody Bellinger.
He's where we deem man.
Look, everyone's hitting.
3 33 and their last seven.
Rose, Omar, Max Muncy.
Two of six since he went out with that injury.
That's a big, big thing, but the Dodgers is here 35 12 in five and Siri's.
So you just gotta love what you saw with the Dodgers, and that's the thing about this team is to me it's the offense.
First in home runs.
Run it, Um oh, yeah, Oh, yeah, And the thing is, when the home runs, it's about, look when they don't when you hit a home run the postseason, you have a 44 44% chance of winning.
When he hit multiple home runs, you have an 80% chance of winning, so you hit two home runs.
There's a good shot.
You can get it done.
The Dodgers this year.
278 home runs for your boys and blow heating to 57 on the year.
So fifth and extra base hits and one home run every 19.
And is the team, too.
If you look, too, they do great against high velocity pitches.
You're going to see that against the Brewers.
With guys like Geo Gonzalez.
With guys like Josh Hater, you're going to see that against the the Max Scherzer's Strasbourg.
The Corbett's, the world guys, they're gonna Ah, Olly appears even.
They don't throw gas.
You're gonna be facing elite pitching in the post season.
But here we go back to you guys.
All right, we got go.
Dodgers from Ruth.
Now we've been it amazing from Bob.
We got Danny Nice Jed Jerko for Comeback Player of the year for next season, saying, I like that an early comeback player of the year we got Randall Bell injures defense will be the deciding factor for M V P.
Yet you look as defensive run saves about 24 defensive run saves.
That is one of the reasons how he ac***ulates that war.
The guy can look one of my favorite of you.
If you remember to remember, you were talking time Post is a great place for the diving catch against the Brewers.
Remember when he threw threw him out at home to extend the game in against Boston and Game three.
Yes, we lost that Siri's.
But he is a guy that could have an impact on both sides of the field, offensively and defensively.
Martin, I think we should have Kurt kids in out there for inspiration.
Hey, you know, he weds.
You coached the Diamondbacks for a while.
Hey, be nice to see him.
They really pulled out all the stops with co fax throwing out first pitches, Vin Scully and company Fernando Valenzuela being involved.
I think the Dodgers, that is one of the reason why we love the Dodgers is because of their rich history and their tradition.
So I think that you're getting him involved.
It couldn't hurt.
Could not hurt who mentioned in the comments last week.
They have David, Who do you guys think? Here's here's Here's one for you guys.
I want all you guys throw me on this one.
Who do you think will be the Dodgers post season M V P.
Postseason EVP? Who's gonna be that player there's gonna carry this team that's gonna get it done for this team.
Give me who he's gonna pitch the best.
Who things gonna hit the best, I think I think it's gonna be Walker Bueller, I think Walker Bueller for the pitching side.
And then I think offensively, I think a J.
Pollock is going to come up big for this Dodger team.
I like him in the postseason.
Pollock is gonna be there.
I think he's gonna be a big part of this Dodger team, I think.
Corey Seager Force Think Corey Seager's a guy at Verdugo.
Yeah, Samuel And for Duo comes back Muncie from Martin.
I think Max Muncy could be a guy.
Look, I think one of the great things about Max Muncy this year is he's shown us in that positional versatility that allow him thio toe to change things up.
But, um, last year started 10 of the Dodgers 16 postseason games.
But and how about for pitching? You think World Series winner winners have M v P candidates? That's true.
That's that's always sure.
Last year we saw we saw firsthand Mookie Betts, we saw al to ve We saw that it was a great point.
P y que es you There's a reason why the with exception of Mike Trout.
I hate to say it to be that guy, but with the exception of Mike Trout, usually seeing guys in the post season last year yell it, and I think that's that's a great point.
The daughters have a lot of guys that are in it for postseason awards and that use your bodes well for teams having great players.
But time and Lasorda wanna read this one.
Well, got Michelle Cedar or freeze.
Freeze is Mr October.
Hey, freeze! October's gets a little chilly, and then Mr Freeze brings it.
He's the ice man.
He's got ice in his veins.
And you know that I'm David Freeze.
There's really only two guys that hit last year against the Red Sox.
It was David Freeze, who was by far the dodgersbest hitter, and Justin Turner Kershaw die like this.
Martin, if this is the case, I would love to be wrong.
If Kershaw do to come up and Clayton Kershaw, you know his World Series e r. A.
I mean his postseason El Rey over 49 and 10 if he has his postseason to me.
Look, David Price struggled all throughout his postseason career before getting it done last year.
At some point, you got to believe that he has that signature start and that he rides off in the sunset, still will play a comb or years.
But if he caps his career up with world Siris, where he's pitching grave, then you start to include Clayton Kershaw with the Randy Johnson's with the Sandy Koufax is with the all time great hurlers that this game has ever seen us.
Oh yeah, gets more yet? Oh, yeah, Ben Crane.
Tommy Lasorda once said, You will win 54 games.
You will lose 54 games.
It's what you do with the other 54 that counts.
We only managed to go 52 2 in those games.
That's the quote of the of the postgame show.
We only meditate our bad, Tommy.
I'm sorry, Tommy.
We dropped those two.
They were trying to go 54.
No, that's a great point.
You make right there.
Ah, p y que es astros are the first team in MLB history to have the most case.
And Lee's case, like I was getting, gave you some of those Astros numbers.
We can dig into the Astros, but you're probably gonna wanna look away.
You're probably gonna want to look away when you're talking about the Houston Astros, because some of their numbers are very frightening.
Very Thanatos like numbers.
If you look at many mean Greinke, Colin Verlander, they've been outstanding.
They've been outstanding.
Greinke has proven to be a nice pickup for them.
No question about that.
He's got a career 33 are a A 1 25 year A plus.
Ah, he's posted a +30 to El Ray with the with the Astros.
And if you look to Verlander and Cole, 35% strike percentage ever say 39.
8 strike percentage for Gerrit Cole.
And then therefore starter is Wade Miley, who's got a 1 19 El Rey plus.
So the thing about that seem, they're, um, they're team W R C plus is 1 25 That's just a point off the 27 Yankees, and the best mark of any squad has put up since the 2017 Astros add one uh 2017 Astros at 1 21 1st and batting average, second in home runs, first and slogan percentage tied for first and walk rate, first in strikeout rate.
Fast to say they have the lowest in that figure and in 75 games and only in the thing to both Astros on Lee, 75 games out of Carlos Correa, with both Jose Altuve and George Springer also dealing with injuries.
So that's the thing.
And they've had 40.
They've come back.
If you look at 40 home runs in 163 ps plus eight point to be well, I mean, this is not gonna be easy. Task.
One of things we do have going for us is the fact that we are they they have to run through that gallon of the A l.
And then also we got to go against your up.
But, um, they're starting staff to 61 in 21 with the best home winning percentage.
So and then also not to mention what really hurts that your Don Alvarez a 1 81 PS plus in just 83 games, but a we do not fear this Rose.
We over 27 team.
Hey, check this out here.
Here's somebody tell you I think the Dodger's taught the bottom.
We're a better team in 2017 and we lost that Astros team this year.
Maybe top the bomb.
They're better than us, but we find a way to get it done.
We learn from our previous world Siris heartbreaks and look a right now the one word answer to the Dodgers win the World Series in 2019.
Give you a one word answer right now.
Yes or no? I'm going a big Y e s, I think 18 and six mark in September, a sweeping of their last road trip.
A franchise record 106 wins.
I think the dogs have done everything with the exception of getting home field advantage throughout the postseason to put themselves in a position to end the drought.
G Hadji, Mama, you making me freak out.
I told you, Look away once I told you these Astros numbers, so I apologize for that.
But, hey, we have to know where we're going.
It's it's important to respect our competition and understand the juggernaut that is the Astros.
And we, of course, we're not gonna take them lightly, But it's gonna take a special effort for the daughters to beat that Stroh's team.
And the important thing is, we all believe it.
Yes, Jose Rod? Yes, Louise.
Granddaughter. Yes, Randall.
Um, but you have guys.
Great show. Thank you very much. Absolutely.
As for Michelle Carter played the Yankees in the world.
That's what I hope.
I hope that we play the World Series against the New York Yankees.
Think baseball needs it? I think the City of Los Angeles needs a catharsis.
An angry World Series win against the Bronx Bombers, and ah, but that is going to do are headed to the one hour mark.
