Here it is about six o'clock here, six o'clock in the east as I start the stream doing some Indians, Tigers, pregame.
Um, of course I'm hence my Carlos Santana shirt and my name's di from CIA leave.
You're jumping in.
This is Indians focused stream.
Not that I would be doing much talk about the Tiger's cause.
How the Indians come in the night 87 63 Tigers are a whopping 45 104 I had a pretty crazy win against the Orioles, though, was Scott Van Pelt's bad beat of the night last night on SportsCenter.
But the main stories now you know the record of the Tigers compared to the record of the Indians.
It's about the wild card race because the Indians right now, five games out in the division and in the wild card as I have a cat jump up on the table to be perfect nails, right? We have a that handy so back to baseball.
Cap aside, in the wild coverage, Indians a game and 1/2 back of the Rays, only two and 1/2 back of the A's, though the A's that late last night lost to the Royals.
It wasn't MLB Network could stay up long enough that I was surprised Royals came through.
The 56 95 Royals are clearly still playing something.
So the main focus.
Really, though right now at least, is the Indians being a game and 1/2 back of the Rays braise are facing the Dodgers.
So tonight we have the Rays at the Dodgers at 10 10 on the A's were taken on the Royals at 10 07 So, really, after tonight's Indians game, we can all hopefully have a fund scoreboard watching experience.
I do not want to have, um, the Indians lose the Tigers and then Travis for Boardwatch.
That would be miserable because they'd be much more desperate.
And I don't feel like rooting for something that doesn't seem likely, which would be class for the Indians pretty much have to sweep the Tigers here.
They I'm gonna take care of the rest of the Yale Central opponents they have, and then they have to win the series against the Phillies and the Nationals.
I mean, barring a total collapse in the Rays and or, um, the A's.
I think the twins pretty much have the division locked up based on their schedule.
But we'll see, You know, twins take on the White Sox tonight.
I don't think they lose, but it's entirely possible.
So I'm just going to tweet this stream out really quick.
Um, if you're watching, you could tweet it out as well.
Um, just gonna share this really quick, Find one of I don't look like a total do this, so All right.
See, Stegen's All right.
So I want to get into the Indians line up here because it's kind of caught me by surprise earlier.
It, um, features some questionable players.
So I was at the game Sunday, by the way, um, and Ryan Flaherty got the start and, you know, following the team, I know who Ryan Flaherty is.
I'm not happy he's out there, but at least know who is in the stadium.
It was a little different, of course.
A lot of people in general, if you go to an Indians game, a lot of people going.
Who's that? Who's that? I'm asking some questions that might make some people freak out aside, Retweet, This treatment, not their account, really think so.
Creating shedding It's to a brilliant chance.
All right, I'm really quick.
Throw in my twitter handle here ourselves to get up to date with, um, different stuff are available, but I kind of like a simplistic sportscaster.
Stream not too much going on.
Not like a, you know, a joke about how many tickers air going out went up.
But everyone has their own style. That's fine.
I don't seem to get my lighting a bit better, but that's okay for now.
Back to the line.
So the Indians are not trotting out the strongest lineup. Of course.
Earlier today, Jason Kidd nous was announced.
He's out with a similar injury.
That Jose Ramirez has.
The fractured hamate bone kind of comes from gripping the bat.
It's an injury. That's kind of a matter of time.
It was gonna happen.
And that got me thinking, All right, You know, maybe it was the infield, the mic for even a new chain, which isn't ideal.
Um, that's not the case.
So at third base today, my freeman pretty much expected with Jose being out.
Um, I guess a little better than Ryan Flaherty.
But cheese at this point, these these guys were on the on the field.
It's it's a bit frustrating.
And the second basis Andrew the last question.
I'm not sure I'm gonna say it well, because it's with a Z.
The last squares.
I'm just called up and they go All right, Andrew, you know, perfect time for you to be entered into the pennant race.
Our wild card race, I should say, I don't agree with the decision.
I'm curious why you Chang is not getting some time.
I tried to look it out.
I'm just in general, you chang searching Twitter, of course, where I get all my Indians takes, but it's just a lot of people complaining, like, where is you chain? You know, what's the point of having him up? Um, well, let me have back to the line up to, because it's not only those two now frame your races out tonight, he said. It's because of a family matter.
So that's that's not the Indians faults on his fault, but that is Jake Powers, is the D.
So right now, an hour in two minutes away from the start of the game.
The lineup is Francisco Indoor Oscar Marcano, Carlos Santana.
Positive 1st 4 Then you have Jake Powers, Greg Allen, Mike Freeman, Roberto prayers and then someone whoever is going to be going who the last was, um, with Adam Plutko in the Mount? Another If he if the option there.
So really after the 1st 4 you're starting to coming.
Powers. Rookie Alan Young Freeman.
Been around awhile.
Prez Solid had a huge home run on Sunday when I was there.
Indians last game, which was a win.
Thank God saved the season, Um, and then rookie.
It's, of course, a season where we're dealing with injuries to, uh, clue her craft goes, was an injury, but illness. He's back now.
But, um, kit nous nakedness that Ramirez being out of the main ones.
Pitching injuries, the bullpens been struggling.
I mean, Brad, hand is missing time.
It's just not it's just not good.
Um, and I hope that the the lineup tonight, you know it won't be a total disaster with Freeman of last place out there, but I mean a Franklin Door and Santana week aren't completely carrying it, then.
I don't expect much help from the bottom of the line.
And it's frustrating because, as I said, their game and 1/2 behind the raise and the Rays have to against the Dodgers, So even more so than that, let me happen.
The Rays schedule really quick.
The Rays do not have an easy path.
They have two against the Dodgers on the road.
Then they have four at home.
First Boston, which is basically a Boston home. Siri's.
Then they have to at home once again against the Yankees, another Yankees home.
Siri's essentially so they have.
I mean, the Red Sox are out of the playoff race, but there's still a good team, so you have them.
Their next was that eight games against good teams and then with three in Toronto.
So those air easy.
But the Rays, even going for and four, is kind of a lot to ask for them.
So the Indians, I have three against the Tigers.
They need to win that, especially considering they got swept by the Rays at the start of the month, so that would be helpful.
Even taking one game of those makes it 1/2 game different.
The A's right now.
I mean, if they lose to the Royals, then it is a jumping up towards that first spot, too.
But I mean, Indians got three against the Tigers, three against the Phillies at home, three in Chicago against the White Sox and then three at Washington, which will be a tough series.
But, I mean, come on.
This lineup is not your postseason push pennant race line up.
Nothing I could do to change it was a peak with the candidates, sir.
Um, think I could do to change it.
I kind of you sports like that where it's okay.
I have no control.
So I don't wanna get too mad.
There's the cat.
Get it? All right.
Cat's name is laying, By the way, I think she's been very lonely all day, so she likes to jump up and be on camera, which it's fine sometimes.
But don't you go in a chair.
All right. Anyway, back to baseball.
I don't get too angry, Obama, but it's it's kind of frustrating when you, you know, you give money to watch the team.
Whether that be paying for cable just for sports or going to the game.
I know I got I've been to two games this year, Um, two tickets each game, and I mean several $100.
So and they kind of limp towards the finish line.
Everyone's trying hard.
I don't doubt that.
I don't think that's even in question, but come on as we're close to the playoffs, are expected to be a division winner this year.
Play like it or act like it managed.
Like it, um, training rays.
Being out is not the fault of anyone.
That's just stuff comes up.
Looking at some Twitter stuff for the quick, brilliant life happens.
Hopefully, that's the only other move from the lineup.
That's why I keep checking.
Um, it's less than an hour out from game time.
I tweeted Where is you? Um, from a believe one ball account, which I around which I can share once again here.
It's my Indians website through fansite it this time of year, you know the rosters expanded.
You can call up help and going.
I mean, Freeman's done well, but questionable at best.
That's the sky, but if it works.
If the line upstate and I put up 10 runs, even against the Tigers, you have a lot of people going.
This is why you never doubt Terry Francona trust in Tito.
I like Terry Francona.
I mean, how could I not? He's brought the Indians back to relevance, kind of in the playoffs.
Nearly won the World Series, but he's not perfect by any means.
And so somebody's line of decisions like he's putting too much trust and guys that don't necessarily warrant or deserve that trust off course.
I could be proven wrong.
And Mike Freeman Andrew.
The last quest they could hit Grand Slams tonight.
Who knows what happens? I doubt that will happen.
But the main thing tonight is just that the Indians, with the lineups frustrating.
The picture's not our best, but the Tigers are horrible and all we need is just a way.
It's kind of like the Browns last time for Cleveland fans.
It's, you know, it's a very ugly game, boring the watch at times, but so when they win, that's all that matters.
All the Cats is a win.
Hopefully, the Dodgers pull through.
Don't peek at their I mean, record wise.
They're fighting for the best record in baseball.
But in the National League, well, let's see, they are four games ahead of the brave.
So, yeah, they're still playing for home field advantage throughout on trying to also hold off the Astros and Yankees, who are both 98 53.
So the doctor still have plenty to play for.
I am at home against the Rays, so if the Indians congest win, there's a very good chance that they could be 1/2 game out of a playoff spot with a lineup that is just probably not a playoff lineup.
But if they get in, they get into a one game playoff against Tampa or Oakland.
We put Clemenza on the mound.
You got Beaver ready to go in the bullpen.
Sick. Everyone ready to go raise the razor.
Venable can game likely? Um, anything that happened, you could win to nothing.
You could have Roberto Perez.
He don't solo home run.
There be only one of the game.
You just have to get into the playoffs.
The next round against the Yankees or Astros would be difficult.
It's my cat is not rubbing your head on the screen, so we'll get her a fun little spray.
I think she likes the water bottle, but that's not the point of it anyway.
Getting distracted by the cat It's way at the stream if you're on sportscaster.
If you have pets, you got to go in a room where they can't get in.
But then they start flowing at the door, barking or me going whatever you know, daughter catch.
Maybe they do both, but yeah, you got you gotta lock about.
But then you can't hang out with your pet, and that's little fun of having a pet.
So that's the crossroads I'm in.
Um, other pregame news.
Besides that, I just want to jump on Quick.
Haven't done a stream in a bit.
I'm not gonna stream the actual game.
Might do a postgame, depending on how it goes.
I'm sure he can make any bells Twitter with a quick Indians.
Be right enough mlb dot com Less last main thing was free meal Reyes being a late scratch from the game, doing a personal manner.
The bottom five lineup was the main thing and really I might even jump on into a stream of the Rays game because and what kind of a raise A CZ duels dream? Because that's the main thing Indians fans will be worrying about because the Indians right now are 15 and one against the Tigers this year, 15 and one if they lose now to the Tigers, who once again are 45 104 You know giving to 100 losses is devastating.
The Tiger is already at 104 That's unbelievable.
They're at 104 The Orioles air wanna won? The two teams had a face off last night.
Um, tires took it.
It was a bad beat because there's two total runs in the eighth, and then I just completely blew up.
Um, home runs, doubles, you name it.
Walk, I believe a walk off grand slam.
Actually, it was the difference.
They can't jump into me again.
You have to stream without the Cabinet room, too.
But probably ah, that's the main thing, because the Indians should not lose.
Of course, I say that a lot like they should sweep.
They should take two of three from the Rays, and we all know how that goes, but I can't see them losing to the Tigers.
I'll go on record saying I can't see them losing and they will not lose to the Tiger.
Let's say that Sobel, they will not least the tiger.
I'll say 6 to 1 conservative guests.
Um, I have no belief in the Tigers.
They're trying to lose.
The players aren't.
The organization is.
And they're a team where kind of called this, You know, earlier in the month last month, once the September rosters expanded.
Teams like that are the ones who are gonna really focus on their younger players.
And they should.
That's the point of the roster expansion, which is changing next year, but for now, so 40 40 players.
So we'll take it if they want to do that and lose.
Um, so really excited for this game.
I have plenty more time to stream and the watch.
The Indians now have a job transition on a very busy one, so we're focused on some creative stuff.
Very excited about that.
Excited the watch Indians over the next two weeks, hoping they do not collapse.
I need a wild card game.
I love the wild card game out at the one in 2013 they lost.
I still say it's a lot of Indians game I've ever been to.
I was not at Game seven of the World Series, but this wild card game was all Indians fans.
I know there's a little different in the World Series, so very excited.
Need a win date away, so I will end on that note.
Be back you there later or tomorrow to talk about the fallout from the Indians game and where they stand in the standings.
