the Pittsburgh Steelers tolerated Antonio Brown for nine years, but he got paid and you know what they say.
Mo money mo problems.
The Oakland Raiders lasted just a few months, and according to their head coach, Jon Gruden, Antonio Brown is now the New England Patriots problem.
And let's face it, if any team in the NFL are going to excel with a B, it's the Patriots.
The Patriots have always had a good way of dealing with controversy because of their football first culture and shielding their players from the outside noise.
Bill Belichick will shoulder all of the controversy.
He'll deal with the media and the players will just focus on doing their jobs.
And tonight I will talk about why Antonio Brown will not be a distraction on the Patriots, regardless of the drama he may bring.
And the one of no New England Patriots are traveling to Miami to face the hapless Dolphins.
And while the fans of Miami can look forward to seeing Tom Brady, Antonio Brown, Josh Gordon, Julian Edelman and Sony Michelle, Patriot fans don't know much about the tanking Dolphins, their feeble offense and their decrepit defense.
And I hope that the Patriot fans won't be making the shift and going off to Miami to watch this game.
And they just save their money because it's a clear Isabel that the Patriots will score and they will win before the game even starts.
Anybody who thinks or has an inkling that the impossible may happen to Miami couldn't be more wrong.
And let me tell Patriot fans all they need to know about the soon to be Oh, in two Dolphins.
Dear Pats Nation was going on.

And let's talk about our New England Patriots.
Even before the Antonio Brown allegations became public Tuesday night, the only team in the NFL that could handle Antonio Brown was New England Patriots.
Brady and Belle attracted did their part.
Today, they're normal.
No answer to the media.
When they were asked about Antonio Brown, both of them just focused about how good the Miami Dolphins were.
Ah, Brady had a beautiful response to a reporter who just couldn't take a hint that Brady wasn't gonna answer any other questions.
While the media and Twitter and Facebook and Water coolest focus, people focus on Antonio Brown, the folk.
The Patriots are focused on one thing and one thing only.
And that is the Miami Dolphins.
Because outside of this new circus and outside of this Antonio Brown story, there's still a game on Sunday and the Patriots were playing in it.
Listen, the Patriots have a way of working through controversy.
Okay, So prior to Tuesday, the story that was going around was, could the Patriots be successful and controlling Antonio Brown's emotions and his attitude.
Jon Jon Gruden of the Braiders looks totally relieved.
Antonio Brown is gone.
He wished the Patriots locks that it's their problem.
He almost like a guy who broke up with his high school sweetheart on Lee so she could go and start dating the high school bully.
One thing that has been constant in New England.
One thing that Pats Nation believes it's, Ah, Bill Belichick can fix the broken Antonio Brown like they've done with so many players in the past.
Even Rob Parker, the most biggest out of control Patriots critic in the media, has called the Patriots the General Hospital of the NFL.
And it's where guys go to get fixed.
He cites guys like Randy Moss and now Antonio Brown.
And really, if you look at that, there's any team that can turn around a problem player, a problem child, whatever it may be, it's been the paper patriot since they've been under the leadership of Bill Belichick.
Now you know what? We all saw the allegations in the lawsuit against Antonio Brown, but that's not even like the worst thing Patriots player is done during his tenure with the Patriots I'II Aaron Hernandez.
Ah, but the good news about the Antonio Brown situation, it's really made.
Everybody forget about Patrick Chung, who still facing a felony charge, who? It seems like Bill balance.
I could just manage to sweep that under the rug.
The pages have done it before.
They have a list of scandals and stories and all that kind of stuff.
From Spy Gate to Deflate Gate.
The unrest in the tensions in the locker room cause the South Wicker sham.
Ah, the Aaron Hernandez situation.
When he got busted, the currently Patrick Chung member and Edelman got suspended for four games after he returned from an injury.
But the New England Patriots have always been able to get over that kind of stuff because the Patriots culture that locker room culture focuses on football and not the distraction.
You know, it always seems like no matter what the controversy is, no matter what's the dark cloud hanging over their head, the Patriots always seem to walk away from it.
Fine, at least on the field.
There might be some stuff internally they might be getting, you know, blown up in the media, but on the field.
When it comes to playing football, they always get over it. They always walk away.
They always concentrate on what they need to do, because in the Patriots culture, in the Patriots way, whatever you wanna call the ballot check way, you could call it everything off the field is just noise, and that's all it is.
And it's clear that the leaders of the Patriots the top brass Tom Brady, Bill Belichick.
They made it clear to the team when they sat up there on the podium and answered no questions when they stood on the podium and focused on nothing but the Dolphins and all of their, you know, all Pro bound players that they claim they have.
They told the rest of players in that locker room.
Don't worry about Antonio Brown.
You need to focus on Miami and nothing more.
And that's why the Patriots are able to work through these type of issues so easily.
What's gonna happen is we all know what's gonna happen.
We saw with the flake it, we saw it with Spy Gate.
We saw it with every kind of gate.
Bill Belichick will shoulder all of the Antonio Brown angry any of the fallout.
He'll deal with the media.
Okay, He's not gonna be letting the media go crazy in the Patriotslocker.
I'm talking about this story.
He's gonna make sure that this whole allegation the whole signing isn't the focal point of the Patriotsseason.
But most important thing is Bill Baljic won't let his team care about it.
He's gonna make sure that the players and the coaches are being prepared for the game.
He's going to make sure that everybody in that locker room knows what they're doing.
Come Sunday, it's no different in the started deflate gate balance checks.
Student from the room told him not to worry, told the focus on preparing for the Super Bowl.
I'll deal with it.
So the assistant coaches know Josh with Daniel's floors. Patricia.
They went in the game plan.
The players prepared and Bill Belichick worried and dealt with air pressure and footballs.
But I'm sure with this whole situation the messages of staying focused on Miami I will focus on everything else.
The one guy who knows a thing or two about playing with the Patriots in Super Bowl M v P D on Branch and he believes that the New England Patriots are going to rise above this, he said. Quote.
It starts with your leader on the team coach ballot check Out of all the years he's been coaching and been a part of numerous different organizations, Trust me, this ain't the first time he's something like this is came up with some of the players.
He will do what's best for the organization that we all know.
None of this stuff is good, but at the same time, first and foremost, one thing this team doesn't condone is anything of that nature.
I don't know what's true and what's false.
The team is gonna let everything play out.
They're gonna do their investigation and they're going to do what's best for the team. First.
He said that the Patriots team just needs to stay focused and do their jobs without being distracted by the noise.
He continued quote, If you don't have anything to do with it, you just stay far away from it.
He also said the team officials are used to dealing with things like this.
Unfortunately, these things come up through the course of the season, but to get handled and everything gets sorted out.
So Dion Branch really went out there and gave the other Patriots players in the dress to My guess is he's not one of the other players anymore, but he gave the patron's address room some really good advice.
If you have nothing to do with the situation, which nobody in that Walker room besides Antonio Brown does, you stay far away from it.
How many times on other teams do we see players giving input where it's none of their business when they shouldn't be speaking publicly? A prime examples.
Baker Mayfield discussing one of his teammates holding out The veterans weren't happy with Baker.
I could only imagine the Patriots captains and what they would do and what they would say if there was a guy, especially a second year player going out and make in comments about Antonio Brown.
The only thing that the players in the Patriotslocker room should worry about or care about at all is football, because that's their job and their job is to go out and win on Sunday.
That doesn't mean that there's not gonna be any internal conversations with ballot track of the coaches.
It just means that nothing is gonna be public if guys aren't happy with what's going on.
If guys don't like what they're seeing with Antonio Brown, if they don't like the media attention, Bill Belichick will listen and discuss it with them.
But the fans and the media don't need to know what those conversations look like, what they sound like, who's having them, what the captain's air saying, It doesn't matter.
It's none of our damn business.
Everybody in that locker room is obviously taking the wait and see approach.
You know, I posted in my community section on YouTube yesterday or two days ago that I was taking a wait and see approach.
I wanna wait for facts and I want to wait for the truth.
I don't want a victim shame.
But I also don't want to say that Brown is guilty if he's not, and I guess that kind of shows sort of the focus of the Patriots have right now.
The subject is all around me like it's all around them.
But I want to focus on the field in the game and that's what they want to do.
If Brown is guilty, I want him gone, but we can't make assumptions of guilt until we know we.
But we also can't victim shame until we know.
And I like the Patriots approach focus on football.
The Patriots play the Miami Dolphins on Sunday afternoon, and if you are managing the football team, this is taking the perfect approach, and nobody and nobody manages a crisis or situation better than Bill Belichick.
The one and only England Patriots are traveling to Miami in here is everything that you need to know about them about the Dolphins.
Like I said, they're facing Miami week, too.
Normally, when the Patriots are headed off tonight to Miami, it's a nail biter because for some reason, any time there in the city of Miami, when they're in that stadium, you could expect fireworks.
But I wouldn't be expecting anything unusual this year And yesterday's stream I said, It's gonna be the easiest win off the Patriotsseason.
But you know, I stream for about the Patriots, and I need to talk about it.
The media writes about the patrons.
I need to write about it and look, I read an article by Patriots.
Why're called six things Fan Xin over the Dolphins. I was inspired.
If you want actually read the article, a simple Google search will get you there.
But I'll kind of break down.
I didn't actually, I didn't even really read the article.
I just kind of read the headlines, and I just kind of us.
Dolphins coaches familiar with Patriots and I talked about this kind of at length yesterday, right in total, therefore former Patriot coaches that are now in Miami.
So I think you know, we can start safely calling Miami the Miami Patriots, right? A.
Some fans may remember last year we got a little bit of an embarrassment when we traveled to Detroit and faced Matt Patricia for the first time, Um, or even just the blowout in Tennessee when we took on Mike Vrabel, obviously a former player of the Patriots.
But I wouldn't expect Flores and his crew have the same results.
You know, Rabel walked into a very, very good situation in Tennessee map.
Patricia had some talent toe work with the new how to match up with the Patriots.
Brian Flores inherited a Dumpster fire, and I know I'm sounding like a broken record here because I've been talking about this all week, but Florida's doesn't have the talent to execute a game plan to beat the Patriots.
It doesn't matter what he knows about the Patriots.
It doesn't matter what he does.
It doesn't matter what he tells us seem to do. Unfortunate.
Miami Dolphins don't stand a hope in hell of beating the Patriots.
There's just too many issues the Patriots offenses to versatile.
If he stops the past, they'll run the ball down your throat.
You stopped the run.
He'll torture in the air.
You can't contain both, and it doesn't matter how familiar.
No shame Flores is with the Patriots.
It ain't gonna happen now.
The second headline is sort of the Big One Patriots struggle in Miami, but it won't come to affect this season.
Okay, Dolphins fans right now are holding on to hope that the past woes that have haunted the Patriots in my Ambien in Miami will happen again.
They're hoping for another Miami miracle.
They're hoping for something to happen.
They're hoping that Gronkowski comes out of retirement for one game just so he can play safety.
I'm sorry to say that nothing is gonna happen besides the patrons going in winning.
OK, the Patriots are entering Week two with the one of the best teams, if not the best team they've ever had.
And, frankly, the Miami Dolphin drenching week, too, as a joke.
Now, look, that doesn't mean that the New England Patriots a team will go in and underestimate the Dolphins.
They're still gonna play hard and play smart, and the Dolphins might do that as well.
They'll play hard and play smart, but it won't make a difference in the game.
We can all see that the Dolphins are in full blow, rebuilt, full blow, rebuilt.
It's obvious to everyone there tanking.
They want a high pick and they're tanking.
Even the Dolphins players are trying to get out of Miami.
They're embarrassed to play for the Dolphins, they're telling their agents, Get me off this team.
The New England Patriots could walk into Miami, have their worst game of the season, and they'll still walk away with a double digit wins.
When it comes to this game, history will mean nothing.
I don't care about the day, you know the game day temperature could be 100 and 50 degrees.
Tom Brady, will you? No sweat the ball down the field because that stadium is not gonna be voted for the Patriot this year.
If the Patriots just are not losing this game now, who are we gonna see this weekend? Ryan Fitzpatrick or Josh Rosen? Truthful path.
And you know what I think about this much.
We already know that Ryan Fitzpatrick is going to start on Sunday.
He should start on Sunday.
He's better than the two we all remember when Fitzpatrick led the Buffalo Bills to that upset win in 2011.
He also played on a better bill's team in this 2019 Dolphins.
Josh Rosen, who's slated to be the future of the Miami Dolphins Unfortunately, at least in my eyes, is slated to be a future draft bust.
This poor kid's been consistently set up for failure since the start.
You got set up in Arizona? No, he's been set up for failure in Miami.
It's gonna be them down mentally.
You know the best quarterbacks in the world that Tom Brady's, the Peyton Manning's, the Drew Brees of Roth's burgers, even the Patrick Mahomes.
They're mentally tough.
By the time that Dolphins are ready to take that next step.
He'll be so broken he'll be a shell of himself.
So we're just going to expect a steady diet of the fits magic experience while he runs for his life because he has an absolute off awful, awful offensive line.
And he's going up against the Patriots, who have a top five defense in the NFL.
On top of that, Fitzpatrick has nobody to throw the ball to the Dolphins.
Receivers are so weak in the Patriotssecondary is too deep into strong.
Fitzpatrick's gonna is gonna be nothing.
Now do we have to worry about the Patriots back for the Dolphins backfields? Because the main Kenyon Drake? And I'm sure it does this to you, too, but it kind of sensitive shivers down my spine.
Okay, I still have nightmares over that Miami miracle.
Last week, though, the Baltimore Ravens held him to 12 rushing yards.
Now he does have the potential to do more.
He's better than a 12 yard running back, but luckily for us, the pages of one of the best front sevens in the entire NFL and Sunday is just gonna be another miserable day for Kenyon Drake.
He's not gonna be able to run the ball, and it's not that he's a bad running back.
It's at his offensive line, is absolutely atrocious.
Any hole that the line tries to open will be immediately shut.
Good luck if you want to take it to the edges, because gonna be met by the Neuer Hightower Just waiting.
If he does find a hole up the middle, German Bentley or Jamie Collins is gonna be there.
He can't win, anyway, that he goes just like the hapless receiving unit by the Patriots.
There's no Danny Amendola this season.
There's no Kenny Stills.
There's nobody to throw the ball to, which helps the tank job that the Dolphins are trying to pull off.
But if the Dolphins think that they're gonna head into this game with Albert Wilson, Preston Williams and Davante Parky, parky Parker and make the Patriots squirm.
I just feel story for you.
Which one of these guys you tell me which one of these guys matches up well, with stuff on Gilmore, who's gonna be Jason McCord here, Jonathan Jones, or who's going to get past our safeties on the deep ball? The answer's simple.
None of them is depleted.
Receiving corps doesn't match up at all against the Patriots elite Secondary.
Offensively, the Miami Dolphins have no offense, none, but even worse than her offenses.
The Dolphins defense may be the worst of all time on one side of the ball on offense.
On the Patriots, you have the goat, the greatest of all time, Tom Brady, the greatest ever step onto a football field.
And on the other side of the ball on the Dolphin side, you have the wo ked, the worst of all time.
Lamar Jackson in the Baltimore Ravens had their way with the Dolphins.
They were able to put up 59 points for 643 yards of offense.
The saddest part of it is that game might not be rock bottom for the Miami Dolphins.
The Patriots looked like a machine against the Steelers.
And as sick as those Baltimore numbers were, the Patriots had the possibility to put up even better numbers on Sunday.
If you're a Dolphins fan, just hearing these names should have you quivering.
It should be striking fear.
Who on the Dolphins is going to stop? Tom Brady, Sony Michelle James White, Rex Burkhead, Antonio Brown, Julien Adelman, Josh Gordon.
How Who's going to stop Philip Door Set? Pats Nation? This game was in the bag.
This game was won before the schedule was even released.
Football is a vicious sport.
As a former offensive lineman, I can tell you that getting hit in helmet to helmet contact hurts.
I still remember taking a hit from behind during a punt.
And, man, it rang my bell.
I had a headache for like three weeks after that and thinking back to it, I probably had a concussion, but that wasn't a big deal back in the early two thousands.
And if I close my eyes, I can still feel the impact of that hit.
And that was my junior year.
That's why when I heard Rob Gronkowski saying that he had the neighborhood of 20 concussions during his football career, which probably weren't all accumulated in the NFL.
But I'm actually happy that he's decided to call it a career.
You know, weather football in the NFL don't want to admit it, see if he is a real thing and it has affected football players greatly.
I think about the painter situation.
I think about Aaron Hernandez, do you think about a situation where his brain was basically suffocating itself? It doesn't excuse what he did, but it puts things into a lot of a lot of perspective because guys, I'm Justus guilty as everybody else.
Trying to predict when Gronk is gonna come out of retirement, you know, helped lead the Patriots to their second straight Super Bowl championship in ring number seven.
But at which point has an athlete put their body through enough that they can stop risking their health for our entertainment? And look, I also get that the majority of sports fans don't care, and nobody has sympathy for a million dollar athlete.
I get that we all have to get up every day, drag ourselves to work.
You know, we know we're not gonna learn anything close to what Gronk earned during his career.
But we also can't get upset that we weren't gifted enough to get selected to play in the NFL, the N B a, the MLB or even the NC double A.
You know, my football career was a lineman never stood a chance.
I wasn't big enough.
I wasn't strong enough.
I wasn't fast enough.
I developed me and back problems way too early into my development.
And now I'm just a normal guy making a normal wage at a somewhat normal job.
But I also know that even though I could never touch Rob Gronkowski money, I'm gonna live my life pretty much pain free and my odds.
CTR ifwe far less than Rob Gronkowski is because even though I played football, I never saw this speed in the NFL.
There's a reason that we refer to football players today as the modern day Gladiators.
It's also why I grow more and more frustrated right here, people upset by some of the players, safety rules that the NFL is putting in place.
You know, the trend we're seeing now is that players are retiring at Young Ages and I think that this probably could continue.
Over the last few years, Thegame has lost three spectacular 10 3 spectacular talents and they really shouldn't have Andrew Luck, Rob Gronkowski and Calvin Johnson.
They all left a lot of money sitting on the table so they could secure their long term health.
And I'm gonna be honest with you.
There's not a single person out there that can convince me that they made the wrong decision.
As a fan, we have no right to question when a guy decides to call it a career, just like nobody has the right to tell me or tell us to tell you when you're gonna quit a job or change fields or, you know, whatever my worry is.
If we can't figure out a way to make the game safer, we're going to continue to lose top talent at Young Ages and guys, I don't have the answer.
We can't make the player smaller, slower and weaker.
We definitely can't make the NFL noncontact.
And that does leave me wondering.
Besides quarterbacks and kickers has the shelf life of an NFL star reduced like 10 years.
And if so, what does that mean for the game that we love with all that being said? Dear Pats Nation, Thank you so much for tuning into my little show here tonight.
