I'd be here with you getting ready to talk some waiver wire pickups.
I'm gonna go through each game this week and tell you who I think you should and shouldn't pick up, depending on what league you're in and depending on the difficulty of your league mates.
So let's get right in the things.
Well, the very first game, the week Thursday night, Packers bears.
This was a crappy game, and to be honest, I don't think there's anyone in here worth washed Rasta ring.
Maybe Taylor. Gabriel.
Maybe, but I don't think she'd risk is shown enough to be able to produce two good bride receivers.
He didn't really do much Nani, honestly, nothing.
So I expect him to have a little bit bigger of a roll coming up, But I think it's gonna be, you know, David Montgomery.
I definitely think he's a guy you'll want to throw in your lineup next week without a doubt and Week three.
Without a doubt, I'd give him at least four weeks before you wantto kind of monitor him or consider on considering on benching him.
All right, so we'll get to our next game we got.
I am a Lions fans to my ESPN set up.
So we got the lines at the Cardinals.
Best game of the week.
A tie, Am I right? That's brutal.
This was I mean, if I was a different fan, if I wasn't alliance fan, it would really, really hurt.
But, I mean, I'm expecting it as alliance man, you know? So it's just it hurts, but I'm used to it.
So lines, Cardinals and ah, smaller league.
Or if you're actually, yes, you're a smaller league and you know, everyone's got stud tight ends.
Haakenson was left off because people were afraid.
Draft a rookie tight, and I don't expect him to be in a lot of waiver wires.
But, man, if he is, he looked amazing.
Stanford through to him, I think 456 receptions hunt 31 yards.
What he had incredible was a touchdown, honestly, the best performance for a rookie tight end in their debut in NFL history and the A top 12 performance as a rookie tight end in NFL history.
So doesn't matter what weaker one game he was.
That game last week was top 12 in NFL history, so I definitely think the sky's the limit.
TJ Hawkinson, Cardinals He didn't really show me much.
I mean, if Larry Fitzgerald still somehow your waiver wire because I really thought he was old and useless.
But I doubt he's available.
Who went on to the next game? The Steelers at the Patriots, Sunday Night Football.
This was kind of a blowout.
Tom Brady just sliced through this defense and he looked amazing.
And it was without Antonio Brown.
Just the craziest thing.
I definitely think a guy you're gonna want to keep an eye on if an injury happens, is Phillip Dorsett.
I wouldn't necessarily go out and grab him right now because they Tony Braun's about to come back and there's just not enough target share.
I don't think, but although he had four catches, 95 yards, two touchdowns, I don't think it was enough.
Another person I would monitor would be Rex Burkhead.
It eight carries 44 yards.
So if Sony Michelle's knee starts acting up again, he could be in an excellent handcuff Titans at the Browns.
I loved seeing the Browns get their ass is kicked.
It was awesome, but I didn't really.
I couldn't find anyone who would be valuable way forward pick up on this team on either team.
Brown showed flashes of talent, but I just don't think that team it's overall talented enough to produce a stud wide receiver, even a wide receiver number two.
I think maybe he could get there along down this season.
But as of now, no, you be someone would want.
Like maybe Starr, though, keep an eye on for upcoming games.
Up next, we have the Ravens against the Dolphins.
This is a good one.
I really like this game because Hollywood Brown four receptions, 147 yards, two touchdowns.
He looked absolutely phenomenal, but he was only on the field for 12 snaps, which is pretty concerned, considering on 1/4 of the place he made his bread and butter off.
You know, if he if you take away 10 snaps, you just say Take away 10 snaps, then he's only left with two snaps, which is nothing.
So, believe it or not, he's a guy who I wouldn't pick up.
As of now, I don't I don't think so.
I mean, he showed flashes, but it was against the Dolphins defense, and I don't think he's gonna be able to streak down the field wide open and have Lamar Jackson threw a perfect touch.
Passes to him all day long.
So another guy who Yeah, I would keep your eye on.
You know, he's he could be very valuable, but still, this was the Dolphins defense.
They weren't anything special.
I'm gonna need to see marquees Brown prove himself first against an actual solid defense.
And I want to see John Harbaugh give him the reps and the volume that he needs to be productive.
Next up, we have the Fatties against the Vikings.
This was brutal.
If you had Matt Brian as a kicker, which I did in a couple weeks, you were happy going into this game thinking a dome.
Matt Bryant. He's back.
Oh, but it was bad.
He posted a goose egg So guys who I would pick up in this game would honestly be nobody.
It it was just the stars shine.
Falcons and Vikings are two teams with a lot of star power.
Julio Jones, Dalvin, cook DeLand digs Calvin Ridley.
All those guys were heavily involved.
Besides Digs Book.
You know he had that Maggie kind of hamstring injury that I'm sure smoking down.
We have the bills against the Jets.
This is a pretty good game as the Bills came back from down 16 3 Joshua and let him back to win, 17 16.
So I think he's a guy who you would want to pick up.
123 yards, one touchdown.
Him and Josh out looked in peak form.
Their chemistry was amazing.
It looked like a flak.
Oda John Brown days.
And I think John Brown really needs a quarterback that can throw deep, has a big arm and isn't afraid to throw deep, which is Josh out.
And so I think John Brown would be a guy you'd want to snatch up right now, as he looks like Josh Allen's number one target on the Jets.
I don't see much.
It's kind of love.
Young Bell first the world.
If Jamison Crowder is on the waiver wire, I would pick him up.
He had 14 receptions, absolutely, and saying the first planet I felt history to have 14 receptions or Maur, and not record 100 yards.
So onto the next game.
Redskins against the evils.
I thought for sure this would be a blowout.
I thought Eagles were transom, but Brett's gets hang in there, hang in there.
And with an inactive Adrian Peterson, he could be a valuable waiver and pick up if he's available.
With various guys going down and having negative MRI's on, it's me.
He'll be out at least a couple weeks, giving opportunities to Adrian Peterson and Chris Thompson.
Now, if you're in a PPR format, I would take Chris Thompson more because he's, you know, obviously they're receiving back rather than old man Adrian Peters.
But AP can definitely get it done, as he showed last year, rushing for 1000 yards.
So I definitely think he still has some tread left on his tires, either.
Those guys were available, depending on league what Leaguer and PPR standard I would grab either or for PPR.
Chris Thompson standard Adrian Peterson half point, either or another player on the Redskins who I really liked was Terry McLaurin.
He looked like a stunt.
He looked great.
His routes were good case.
Keenum was targeting him.
He seemed to be kind of number one there, which is weird because he is the rookie.
So I think the sky is the limit with McLaurin.
You know, if case Keenum and scary Terry can develop some more chemistry against some kind of beat up defense's the Redskins don't playing too tough of the vision.
They have the Giants twice a year.
They're in the NFC.
I think he's got He's got some potential.
The Rams against the Panthers.
This game was interesting for Todd Gurley owners.
It seemed like Todd Gurley would have had the bulk the load, but he did.
It was a shared bathroom with not Darryl Henderson bought Malcolm Brown, and it kind of kills me because Malcolm Brown was signed to the Lions, but he was restricted free agent.
So the Rams match his offer sheet and brought him back, and they ended up letting CJ Anderson go, who became a lion who ended up getting stuff twice on third more.
So that was awesome.
But Mountain Brown showed up.
He looked great.
He had amazing carries.
He moved the pile.
He kept his legs churn and he looked like a stunt, and I really wish the lines had him.
He would definitely be a guy who I would pick up because of Todd.
Girls need blows, whatever that dude is.
And so he could be an RV one.
If he gets the float, it's definitely go grab Malcolm Brown, no matter what leaker.
And he is definitely a top over where Pick up for me on the Panther side, I don't see much.
Cam Newton showed he couldn't produce three wide receivers. Level.
Too little on Ethan one.
It was kind of like the CMC show this week, and I expect that to be most the most the season going forward.
Next up, we have the chief's against the Jaguars.
This game is a good one, full of couple waiver.
Where pickups, Let's start with the chief's.
Pat Mahomes looked great on Lee in completed eight passes when 25 or 33 3 or 2 70 yards, three touchdowns.
But Tyree kill went out in this game with a very weird shoulder injury that was could have been life threatening, but thankfully he's healthy.
Back at the chief's facility and doing all right.
But the injury is very concerning and should leave him out at least six weeks, allowing Nikhil hardened the second round dress pick the Chiefs made to really step it up.
So he is my number one waiver wire pick up this week.
I think while he's on the field, he will be one of the most productive guys, not just as a were our pickup.
What could be in the NFL? His speed is Justus good as Tyree kills.
Maybe a little bit slower, but he's just about the fastest guy in the field every time he's on the field.
I'm the, uh, Jaguar side.
Nick Foles went down.
Garter. Minshew steps up.
If your Planet Super Flex I think our women choose excellent pickup.
He was a gun slinger.
He posted 26 points.
You know, seemed to be able to get it done.
I mean, I know they did get smoked, but that was I blame the Jags defense.
They left 40 points.
The Jaguars defense.
That's not good.
It just looked ugly.
But deejay chart did look very good, too.
I think Shark and Garner Minshew could have some chemistry.
I know Chris Connelly had a good game, but he was playing his old team.
So I'm sure he had some a little inside info on what the cornerbacks like to do and what routes to run best.
Next up, we have the Colts against the Chargers.
Austin up where he showed out Band a lot of, Ah, wave.
Where? Pickups on this game.
I really don't see anyone close. Look good.
Max showed he didn't get injured.
Look, toe blow up.
Looks good, I think.
One off churches, colts moving on to the next game.
But I will say the Chargers a team that could get it done in overtime.
The net bangles at the Seahawks.
We have give at least one, maybe two everywhere.
Being John Ross.
He had seven catches, 150 yards, two touchdowns.
I mean, I know this guy only catches touchdowns.
I know Agent Green's gonna be back in about three weeks ish, but you can't just let this go on notice.
You know, he got 10 targets.
He was really the deep threat.
And Seattle doesn't really have all that bad defense, so he would definitely be a guy who I would want to pick up but not start.
I'll just leave them on your bunch.
Let him prove himself one more week.
Make sure you know he is that guy that Andy Dalton likes on opposite side the Seahawks.
They look pretty good in the run game.
Chris Carson looked amazing.
That was awesome for me, and I think the only way we're pick up you could make on the Seahawks would be de que Metcalfe if he's still out there.
I know a lot of people got scared when he had that little injury scare right before season.
He had his knee cleaned out or whatever, but he started Week one, play great, had, uh, four catches for I want to see, like 89 yards.
You look very well, and I think he would be a guy that could definitely step it up.
Considering a Tyler, Lockett only had two targets.
I know one of them was a 44 year touchdown bomb that say value Tyler Lockett truthers, but I think it's gonna be the D came at CAF show for the majority of these games going down the line, Wilson talked him up in training camp, and he definitely showed that they had some chemistry on tow.
The Giants against the Cowboys This game.
Waas Pretty cool.
Watch If you were accomplished, fan.
You finally got to see the Cowboys front and excellent offense with talent.
He looked amazing calling place.
He looks like a high school head coach, calling all sorts of different guys in motion, different trickery.
He looked great.
So I think anyone on this Cowboys offense is pretty valuable If it's gallop out there, if it's cop, I wouldn't be surprised either, or could do something this season, huh? I think that Prescott and Gallop showed that they had a connection gallops gonna be that number two guy who's gonna face the weaker link on defense.
So if Amar is getting double teamed that having trouble Gallop will definitely be there with seven catches, 158 yards.
He's on your waiver wire pick, waiver wire.
Moving onto the box in the 40 Niners, this game was brutal.
If you had any Buccaneer on your team, this sock for you.
Howard on multiple teams, and he just crapped the bed fought nonetheless.
I think there isn't too much too much weight of our pickups you want to make.
Maybe Ronald Jones, but I wouldn't count on it. They just didn't.
Their offense didn't look enough to produce a stud.
Running back 13 carries on 75 yards was pretty good.
But, you know, the offense looked terrible.
Thank you, Coach, for joining in.
Uh, give him a quick shout out there.
Moving on to our final Monday night games.
Texans, Saints, we have.
This was a great game, man.
This was probably the best game off the weak and a game in which he was real back and forth.
We thought, The Texans We're gonna win.
We thought, The Saints we're gonna win.
And then the taxes came striking down.
Shawn Watson looked amazing.
Took him two passes to score a touchdown with 40 seconds left, But unfortunately, he left your breeze too much time.
I think a guy you want to keep an eye on her go pick up would be county stills with that wide receiver course so depleted and always injured if Will Fuller goes down, still showed he could be that deep threat.
I know Fuller did look really good, had really great catch over the top with Fender, but he's very injury prone.
So I definitely think he could make for a valuable waver, our pickup or something.
Someone who you would want to keep your eye on the Saints.
On the other hand, not so much.
They kind of had.
It was the Kamara Thomas Drew Carey show.
Michael Thomas, 10 catches your usual PPR stud.
Alvin Kamara made all sorts of defenders missed.
Looked great, was just a touchdown, shied away from having an excellent game.
Drew Brees was a stud.
I don't think there's anyone there worth, UH, brass ring on your team.
Moving forward to the final Monday Night football game.
The Broncos at the Raiders.
This was a good game.
If you're in Josh, a Cubs fan, he looked like a start.
That is a David Montgomery's dream.
Two touchdowns, I will say, noting on David Bancomer, the the Bears play the Broncos next week, so if Matt Nagy can do anything, he would want to take note from Jon Gruden and how to run a rookie running back against the Broncos.
So fire up you, Montgomery shares.
If you have been next week, throw man, don't even think about it.
Some way for our pickups off of this team.
I don't see much.
If Emmanuel Sanders didn't really do much, it was kind of the day Shawn Hamilton show.
I would say Sure, Hamilton, but day Sean wasn't really a factor.
He dropped the touchdown pass, which really hurt him.
He, uh, he just didn't look good.
You didn't get targets.
Emmanuel Sanders ended up getting a touchdown.
He looked amazing.
Courtland Sutton looked great.
I don't think there's too much to it.
It was a split backfield between the Lindsay and Royce Freeman.
I think that's gonna be how goes for the Broncos the rest of the season? That's all I got.
Four waiver wire pickups do a quick recap.
He's your number one D. J.
Another great guy, Malcolm Brown.
Love him marquees Hollywood Brown.
I know a lot of people are eye on them.
I know are from everyone's gonna go crazy on him.
But I wouldn't waste away for our pick up on him this week.
There's two money valuable guys with a garden Minshew.
If you're in a Super flex, especially, he could be something starting for it. Mark.
I just think there's two too many more valuable guys than I'm dropped Hollywood Brown.
But thanks for joining me guys and fantasy matchups.
Next week, I'll be back with some sit him stardom.
Some fan mail, fan mail mailbag questions.
Later on this week, I'll post a tweet on what? I'm going to go live Thanks, guys, and have it all some day.
