I just wanted to hang out.

I just want to discuss baseball with you, and that's pretty much it.
Um we don't got that big of a stream today.
We're just hanging out enjoying on Thursday, so I hope everyone's having a great day.
Let's just get to today's episode, as you see in the title right here.
I've discussed this in the past of rent in my hometown.
Stand on Yankee used to seize the operations today.
This kind of sucks.
Not kind of like this is a pretty crappy feeling.
Um, we knew it was coming once the MLB shut down.
Um, a minor league team from each organization.
And in this case, it happens to be my hometown Staten Island team, which is affiliate of the New York but wasn't affiliate of the New York Yankees.
Now, not speaking, this sucks.
I mean, it's a team that I grew up with.
Um, I grew up going to games.
I worked there in summer of 19.
Um, big fan for years, man.
I met some of the players.
I Alright, it was just a flat out fun time whenever I pulled up to a game.
I'm really, really disappointed that it's gonna end this way.
Ah, and the The team is filing a lawsuit against the New York Yankees.
Um, because back in 4000 or 99 1 of those years, the Yankees and the Mets, they made an agreement the city, in order to build a stadium for each of their minor league teams, come into the city.
So when the Yankees put a team on Staten Island when the Mets to put the Cyclones in Brooklyn, they agreed to pretty much just keep an affiliate in, either.
In those parks forever.
And the Yankees What's going on? Luca just joined.
Hope you're doing good.
And I also, if you guys got questions, please plug them in the chat. I'll gladly answer them.
So I thought was mentioning.
There is the agreement with the city and with both teams. So you have.
The Yankees had to agree to keep a team here, and they promised to keep a team here for as long as they could.
And then the Mets also did the same thing.
The Mets lived up to their end.
They kept the Cyclones in Brooklyn, but the Yankees didn't live up to it.
I mean, they had to get rid of a team, so they took away the team here, which pretty much violated the rules and bar in terms that they made to keep the team here.
Um, it sucks to see man it really it's not the best.
As I said, it's a pretty bad feeling.
But the Yankees pretty much violated the rules, and they, uh, just took him away and they stand on Yankees gonna follow lawsuit.
You just have to cease operations here.
I'll pull up the full statement released by the team.
Right now, I honestly don't know what they're going to do with the Standard and Pulaski players.
That is a great question, actually, because as a great statement, as as as I'd rather say, uh, I don't know.
I mean, I really would hate to see them go without jobs, but I I did read that the MLB is working to make like, a wood bat league.
Um, I'm guessing for college players and hopefully some of these players to play in.
They released the list of teams.
It was Trenton, West Virginia State College to West Virginia State College, where New York 10 league opponents with the Yankees against the Yankees and then you have training was a former Yankee double A affiliate.
Um, and honestly is not the best to see this team leaving.
And I feel really bad for the players and for them.
I used to work there, but because my summer job and the summer was over, But I feel bad because I became close with some of the employees there over the years, and I don't want to see them go without a job.
I mean, that would really hurt.
Hurt me to see people who helped me gain a job there and brought me, like, tons of awesome experiences at the park.
I mean, for example, they had the All Star Game there, 2019.
I have talked to some of the employees they allowed some of me and my friends.
We went on the field.
We caught some baseballs in the home run derby.
It was a ton of phone.
I mean, the home run derby got cut short because of rain, but it was honestly a ton of fun.
I mean, I've had tons of great experiences there.
I've got, I've won.
I want a contest where I got a free box, brought all my buddies.
I mean, it was fun I mean, it wasn't like the most competitive games, and they were you.
Sometimes you really didn't know too many of these guys.
But you got to know him as the season went on.
Like opening that your Sometimes you don't know who these dudes are.
Then you look at him and watch him play like, three or four games, and you become accustomed to watching them play.
And you know who they are.
I mean, it's honestly very sad.
I'm gonna read the full statement from the Yankees.
I actually have an article about this one only exports.
Uh, but which I forgot to mention this stream presented by only or sports on their sportscast.
There, I write for their I edit.
Make sure you check out the site.
If you heard that in the background, please don't mind that my dog is probably doing something stupid, but I'm gonna read the statement from the Staten Island Yankees tear, which is the standard Yankees air ceasing operations and filed a lawsuit seeking legal remedies.
The New York Yankees on announced excuse me on November 7 2020 to stand on Yankees no longer part of the New York Yankees mine early.
Yes, Luca just put the link in the chat for you guys watching.
Make sure you go give that a read.
Um, thank you for that, Luka.
So getting back to the statement that says sounding is no longer part of the new Yankees minor league affiliation structure.
Even through even though the Yankees had made repeated assurances, we would always be a minor league partner.
Although we have not heard this from the Yankees directly, it would appear from their press release that they would like to go from the like us to go from the past arrangement in which the state and Yankees were an affiliated mine early team of the New York Yankees, where we facilitated player their development exposure, among other benefits, to the New York Yankees, 21 in which we play on affiliated baseball with no relationship to the Yankees whatsoever, this will force that island to feel a subpar team with players have no connection to the Yankees farm system.
Additionally, this provided additional expenses, including payroll for players, coaches and staff.
Unfortunately, additional expense and loss of connection to the Yankees in our shared city makes it impossible for San Yankees to pursue this business model.
The best thing we could do for the community is to step aside and let others try to say baseball sat down.
We have invested considerable resources into the development of the North Shore and hope to remain piece of that renewal.
We have not offered support to create a sustainable business entity.
Accordingly, with great regret, we must seize operations.
Earlier today, we filed a lawsuit against near the Yankees and Major League Baseball to hold these entities accountable for fake promises.
Ah, portion of any settlement or jury verdict will go to the stand on Yankee Foundation will be distributed to local stand on charities like to Stephen Siller Tunnel.
So Tower Foundation, the Pearson centered Care Services, all outstanding ticket purchase will be fully refunded to the fans of Community of Staten Island.
We offer our sincere thanks for supporting our team and all of its employees over the years.
Man, I heard to read dude, especially that last sentence I mean again.
I mean, this ownership group wasn't really the best owners, but they were great people.
I mean, they didn't really do the best work they could have done.
I mean, the stadium fell into disrepair quite a bit, but that's not their fault, really.
I mean, when no one shows up because your sandwich, the stadium sandwich in between, you guys don't know.
New York City government tried building a massive Ferris wheel, the biggest in the world, right out right in left field of the stadium, and the project failed miserably.
They cleared all this area, which was used for parking space, and made it into a Ferris wheel area, and it miserably miserably failed.
Then, on the first base side, you had a big shopping mall like outdoor outlet thing.
It opened, like three years after it was supposed to, and it was a disaster.
I mean, you take away the resource is people need in order to go to game, which is a parking area and a parking spot to park their car and to walk over to the game, not to park in the middle of the projects in the area.
I mean, it's honestly said that people stopped going to the Games because of these reasons.
I mean, there is no way to get there.
I mean, taking the train at late at night by yourself really isn't the most safe thing.
I've done it. It's not the safest idea.
I mean, and honestly, it hurts to see.
I mean, man, the city helped ruin this.
The city help this team pretty much go downwards.
It's all it is, mostly in part of New York City, for putting these two massive projects right around and not offering the compensation to the team in order to run more efficient in order to bring more promotional thanks to the stadium like cooler promotions to attract fans.
But that's not what happened.
That is not what happened, and it it's honestly very sad to see you.
I mean, I grew up going on games that upset. I'm 15.
I've been going to game since I was out to one or maybe 1.
5. I have no idea.
I'm going to get a song as I could remember.
And I've had a lot of great memories.
Oh, my summer there, and it really hurts to see that that exact franchise owned by that same group is gone.
I mean, you'll never see you never see them again and you're most likely going to see ah, whole new ownership group with a whole new bunch of people come in and making possibly in Atlantic Lee team.
I mean, we don't know.
I mean, it'd be nice to get some sort of baseball back, but it's gonna be like, washed up professional players.
I mean, it's better than nothing.
It excuse me for a second Chick fil a milkshake, but it would suck to see man.
It really would to see that stadium sitting flat out empty.
And it's funny how a week about a week ago, I said, actually, more than a week, I'd say almost to the city.
New York City pledged five million bucks to redo the whole thing.
Redo the seating, put artificial turf, reconfigure the field so you could play like rugby and soccer there.
I mean, yeah, I'd like to see something there, but it was a baseball stadium.
I mean, I'm not a big soccer fan.
I want to go watch a soccer game.
I mean, say my Burrows team, like he's in a championship game or something, I'd show up.
I mean, I don't know the first thing about soccer, but see, I always represent my hometown and someone's yelling at me.
I think I'd always represent my hometown, no matter what sport it is.
Um, even if I'm really not too in today, I want to show up to as many soccer games as I would baseball.
I want to show up to that.
Sorry, I might have not seen this a few seconds ago.
I am proud that I saw standing on 3 to 4 times place Cyclones in Brooklyn.
Wish I saw the stand on Yankees at their stadium, but the game got rained out.
Well, I saw the Yankee.
I've talked to Alex.
Actually, we went to the We were at the same game at the same time in the beginning of August.
It was a game the Yankees lost because I remember I said, I got yelled at by that King Henry guy.
He's probably my biggest rival, by the way on, and that you would probably wanted to fight me, and you said Alex said he got yelled at by the same guy at the same game. I remember.
I feel like I remember this as well.
I remember there was a groupie.
Yankee fans, I got a career.
You It probably was you, Alex.
And a few other people sitting and e remember the guy yelling at you got and what might have been you guys? I'm not sure, but I remember the Yankees lost that game.
Cyclones fans, if there's anything here which I highly doubt you are not the best people on the planet.
Um uh, even when you guys came to the island, man, y'all, uh, try harassing me all that fun stuff.
Try toe bullying me for rooting my team, But I don't care at this point, I mean, but all I'd like to do is I'd like to thank that Brooklyn organization as well.
I'd like to thank them for Sorry if you hear that in the background.
I asked people to be quiet, but they're not being quiet.
I mean, they're just yelling in the background.
Ah, I don't think it's the nicest thing to do when someone's trying to stream.
But getting back to what I was saying again, in fact, what I was saying here, I'd like to thank Never did I think I'd say this, but I'd like Thio Thank the Brooklyn Cyclones for their contribution to the rivalry between the Yankees and the Cyclones.
Um, I hate the Cyclones.
I hate them with every bone in my body, but because they're they're Brooklyn.
I mean, they're the rivals there.
A Mets affiliate.
I don't like them, and but I don't like their fan base either.
Their fan base is quite rude.
The few times I've been there, the few times they've came here rude people, I mean again, four or five does not to find all of them.
But, man, like I'd like to thank you for making that reverie as fun as it was.
I believe this might have been before I was born.
Yeah, before I was 1 2003.
I think it was massive, massive, massive brawl between the Yankees Cyclones.
My dad and my almost sit in the front row.
That game my uncle was there as well.
They were throwing fish.
They were throwing hand. They were throwing everything.
But there was like a bloody bloodbath.
Thank you for following me.
Go. Rams will follow you back.
Ah, little later.
But they were throwing hands.
Was like a bloody bloody fistfight match going on in the yankeesbullpen.
It was Apparently it was nuts and the cops that the com break it up during the rest.
I mean, it was nuts.
I mean, that was probably the defining moment of that robbery, in my opinion and the thing that hurts me the most.
Here is the last time I left the name of the sound extenders.
Richmond County Bank Ballpark.
The last time I left that stadium, the Yankees were winning the whole game to the Cyclones.
Final game of the year.
Winter go, I'm pretty sure was a winner.
Go home for the game.
If they won, they'd be eliminated that well.
They would be eliminated from competing for the playoffs, but they wanted they would stick around another day and they lost.
They lost to the cyclone.
They choked the lead.
The Yankees were up, I believe.
53 They choked in the ninth.
They went down in order in the ninth, bottom of the ninth.
And I remember I left that stadium.
I felt don't know how I should say this, but I felt very sad.
Seeing that unfold and seeing the Brooklyn fans around me go nuts.
And I was also quite angry as well.
And I I honestly hate that the last time I left a Staten Island Yankee game, I was angry as hell.
I mean, I was mad, and because I I I was a pretty the vote supporter of that team, dude.
I mean, I rooted for them through the thick and thin, and it honestly sucked.
It was probably the worst.
All right, on my head out. Talk to you later.
She'll be good. Luca, Thanks for hopping on.
Sorry, this might start this game and a little sad here, but it's Ah, this is a sad moment here.
I'm just trying to reflect on my experiences with this team.
Um and I'm just trying to explain to the few viewers on here that minor league baseball is an important thing to the cultural development of society here.
I'm mean, you can't just take the one thing I like to say here is Rob Manfred.
We were on previous four line videos.
I've gone on full rants on Rob Manfred.
And the one thing I'd like to say here is take it.
You say you want to grow the game of baseball, okay? You won't want to grow the game.
All right, let me Let me just get a sip of this real quick.
You want to grow the game of baseball, my guy, And then you go out and you cut minor league teams because you want to save money because you are cheap and you cut out these teams.
Yet you say I want to grow the game of baseball.
Well, no one's gonna goto overpriced.
I don't know what the team that sucks.
I don't know. Maybe the Marlins.
Who's gonna goto like Miami Merlin's games for, like, 100 bucks when the team is terrible and said you could put a minor league team, keep the minor league teams in Florida and in other states where people can affordably go to games for, like, 15 bucks to ticket and have a nice night with their families have I mean promotional stuff Fun giveaways like was the Yankees sent on Yankees while ago? Like eight years ago, I think it was.
They had The dude from Game of Thrones is the author of the book showed up to the game record crowd.
I mean, people show up to these things and it was fun.
I mean, both teams were like Game of Thrones inspired jerseys.
The M O B doesn't do that fun stuff.
The MLB doesn't do game of Thrones inspired jerseys.
They don't to fun celebrity appearances.
They don't do all that fun stuff.
Um, was it sounded supposed, if any.
You guys watch the office, they were supposed to have office characters office.
The actors from the office show up.
That never happened because of the cove it.
But what I'm trying to say here is you say you want to grow the game, Mr Man.
Fred, But you're taking away the things that people would actually go to.
People would show up to a minor league baseball game, for example.
Uh, who's the Emily from the office who were supposed to shuts down Yankees? If people who don't like baseball too much would show up and be like, Oh, ****, Look there, Stanley, let me meet the guy.
Let me take a picture.
They would show up to the baseball game, and maybe they develop an interest in baseball while they are there for a promotion.
While they are there to meet a certain public figure or a certain celebrity.
You see what I'm trying to get out here? I mean, I don't know if you understand what I'm trying to say, but what I'm trying to say is You can't take away minor league baseball well and say you want to grow the game of baseball.
I mean, taking away things from communities makes everything worse.
That gets people med and then they won't wanna wash baseball anymore because the team in their area is gone.
I mean, I don't think I'm gonna go to any minor league games for quite a bit now.
I mean, maybe I'll go to Somerset.
It's only a half hour from my house.
Maybe I'll show up quite a few of those games.
I mean, it's double A in my area.
I mean, it's not my community team, and my community team has gone.
I mean, I can assure you I will not be a Brooklyn side Collins bandwagon.
But cyclones are close to me.
They represent my city. I don't care.
They're not my team.
You want to grow the game of baseball, keep the teams, they'll get you money, Mr Man.
Fred, they'll get the major league baseball and the minor league baseball money.
But now let's just take everything away.
I mean, what is the what is the logic behind that dude, That's what That's what I flied out.
Don't understand here.
I mean, you're gonna go out and say that, but gonna go say I want to grow the game.
But it doesn't happen.
It doesn't happen.
I mean, I'm just disappointed that this is what it's come down to, uh, that they're just going to take away my team, like the way they did.
Um, the Yankees went out and they did that quite rude.
Not going a lot.
But when you find out that your organization has been cut over a social media post, that's quite disturbing and rude.
If you ask me, I mean, at least like notify the team personnel or the owner or something, man.
I mean, how are you gonna do that to people? How are you going to do that? To peep how to in the loyal employees of teams? How are you going to do that? I mean, it hurts to see the way, especially my team went down and we're not getting it.
No affiliate of another team here.
I mean, yeah, you might see, like all the teams that got cut by their professional, like, you see the running Gates, Hudson Valley, former rival of Staten Island Yankees.
They got cut by the Tampa Bay Rays.
And here come the New York Yankees, swoop right in and pick them up.
And that's your now single A affiliate.
What was wrong with here that you had to go to a and even worse facility that's smaller and more run down again? They have solid fan base, but they it's a smaller and war rundown stadium.
I mean, Stan, I'll does at least at Modern Park that has room to improve and that has room to grow and has room to be renovated.
When you have a stadium has bleachers down like generic metal bleachers down the right and left field lines.
I mean, what is that? I mean, you have a fully functional stadium that looks just like a MLB park, but smaller, as they used to call it, the Staten Island version of Yankee Stadium.
How that How are you going to do that? How you gonna move from a nice ball park? That was going to be renovated for you, and then you go somewhere totally different.
That is more run down.
That is more small.
And that doesn't have, in my opinion, the adequate facilities for ball players off the New York Yankees.
I mean, Yankees most prestigious organization in sports.
In my opinion, you're not going to just do that, dude.
All right, we got some moving on from that topic.
I mean, all I just want to do here.
I just want to thank the Santoni's organization for all they've done for my community, For if there's any other people from the island on here for us and for pretty much anyone, I mean, yeah, I'll show it out 20 something about 21 years.
20 years, played 20 full seasons.
But y'all showed up.
I mean, you pull put on you put it together for this borough.
You try your best borough when people wouldn't come out to games anymore because the city killed them.
With that, as I mentioned the Ferris wheel project and all the construction people stop showing up to games.
It sucked empty crowds compared to what once was a full pack stadium when it opened in 2001 for many years to come.
It was just a quiet, nice ballpark averaging like 1000 people a game out of 7.
You just had some people show up.
I showed up to most of the games.
It was said to see no one there, but moving on from that topic, Let me just get a drink of this milkshake real quick. Chik fil a milkshake.
Oh, paid by the way, Mad Good.
Might have one of my friends joined up in a few minutes.
I have to ask him, actually.
I'm just I'm asking one of my friends about something, but, um alright, hold up.
Oh, sorry about there's one second, guys.
All right, so one of my friends, maybe joining a little while, I'm not sure, But as a four line tradition, I forgot to do this.
We used to do the fit of the day.
I'm wearing my 2000 great brim right here, 2000 world serious.
I'm wearing I'm rocking with the backwards fit today and I just got the generic Nike Hoody and my gold chain.
I'm really not trying toe pull out in full Yankee year.
At the moment, it's the off season.
I'm just chilling.
You're seeing my normal.
Actually, Yankees attire is pretty much my normal clothes during baseball season.
You're just seeing normal.
I mean, the generic generic CJ over here.
Um, but anyway, we got some free agency stuff.
Um, as I've said, the Yankees are continuing to lose.
Well, actually, let me rephrase that they lost the most money in the MLB over the off season.
That's not good.
That is not good due to this reason.
Well, actually, every team lost money besides the Mets because Steve Cohen comes in, buys the team, all right? Yeah, good for them.
They could spend as much money as they want.
Do is a billionaire, but the thing with the Yankees lost a ton of money.
I mean, they lost the most in baseball, and free agency is right here.
And apparently with Giancarlo Stanton coming up, Joe Carter.
Excuse me, Let me rephrase that again.
Giancarlo Stanton has probably the highest, the second highest contract on the team, and Brian Cashman took on that whole salary back in 2018.
I thought it was stupid at the time.
You could call me.
Yeah, but I thought that standing trade was done at the time because of that.
Because of that massive contract that we got stuck with now because Cashman went and traded for him.
I'm ****ed off that we're stuck with that contract for a guy who can't stay healthy if he's healthy, he's actually a good player, but he can't stay healthy.
That's the issue here.
That's what I'm trying to say.
But also with that, Apparently, the Yankees don't want to pay a five year contract for D.
LeMay you yet D. J wants to stay in the Bronx.
First off, that is dumb.
Don't you pay whatever you want for this guy? Uh huh.
This guy bald out last season and the season before that.
You signed in for two years, all right? I mean, bit of a low risk, but that was ah, high, high, high reward.
And he deserves to get paid by the New York Yankees.
I don't care if you start a go fund me.
I will literally pay my whole life savings, which I don't know how much it is.
Probably like two bucks, because I'm c j but that whole life savings and I donate it to get d j.
Let me get you back on the Yankees.
I mean, I don't care.
I mean, people say, Oh, you gotta buy a rings.
Well, is D J LeMay you led the league batting title champion in the A L How are you not gonna bring this guy back and risk him going to Queens and playing for the Mets and watching this all blow up in your face when the Mets are a better team than the Yankees without LeMay you? That's what I like to say about this.
And I actually wrote a piece on this before.
It gets no sort of this military grow cook.
I want a piece on this before about how the Yankees should maybe consider trading away Luke voice.
I think they should, considering Let me tell you why I think the issue here with the Yankees is all right.
They don't have that much money.
I'm gonna say that they don't have that much money.
Well, actually, they have a lot of money because they're the Yankees.
But they lost money and there was no way to gain it back.
Well, actually, hold on.
Let me rephrase that again.
They didn't gain any money, which is not good.
That's pretty much what I'm trying to say.
And they lost some as well.
That is not all right.
We've got another person joined up.
How are you doing? I hope you're having a great day.
Also, if you're on here, ask a question of some sort relating to the Yankees or baseball in general.
I will gladly answer it for you.
I'm just talking baseball.
We're talking about the, uh We'll make you what the Yankees should do in free agency.
Well, if you need.
So I wrote a piece as a getting back to what I'm saying.
I wrote a piece yes, today about how the Yankees should consider trading Boy Luke voice They should, Because let me tell you why.
Because if you say, for example, you trade him to the Cleveland Indians.
So the Yankees are in need of a defensive shortstop and the Indians are in need of a first baseman due to Carlos.
Not they declined.
Carlos Santana's option option.
If you could probably see where I'm going with this, you could include Luke Voice as a part of a Francisco Lynn door trade due to the fact that the Indians need a first baseman and the Yankees need a good defensive shortstop.
Move Glaber Torres to second base and you put Lynn door at short.
LeMay who at first you don't want Linder period? No, I want Lynn Door.
I mean, I don't see.
I mean, he's probably the best one of the best defensive shortstop in the game.
The Yankees need defense, and he's also a solid bat as well.
Now I want Lynn Doorman, the Yankees.
If they say we have fans in the stands next year and we can extend him overrated, I'd say a small bit operated.
I mean, he's not, like, super highly overrated.
I mean, I'd say he's a little overrated.
That's just my opinion.
But I think he's one of the best shortstop in the game.
One of the better defense of short stops in the game for that, for that opinion.
But the Yankees, if they can afford it, should go after him And also another thing with the Yankees here as well They were.
Well, people were saying it was true, but it actually isn't.
It's just a rumor that seems to be heating up.
The Yankees are going after Corey Clubber picture.
I would take that.
I mean, say like, it's a one year, 12 million, 10 million.
Something around that price.
I would go, I would consider.
If I was Brian Cashman.
I would actually go for that.
And let me tell you why.
Because the Yankees are in dire need of another starting pitcher.
So to start the season, Louise several.
You know, Tommy, John, he's gonna be on the isle.
We're not gonna be seeing him for quite a bit.
But you have a rotation of, um let me think.
Another thing you can bring back to knock as well.
So you're gonna pay this man to 200 million for a 4.
4? All right, here we go.
All the crazy stats again.
I want to, like, let me try Toe. Thank you.
He's a great hitter.
I mean, he's a solid hitter, but the Yankees What? The Yankees need is defense at in the infield.
If you see what I'm trying to say here, we need to get a good defensive shortstop, Linda.
Or is that but also before before we go on just 1 18 career WRC plus All right.
But what? I'm trying to watch this point I'm gonna bring up here.
The Yankees should also, if they trade away, Luke, void to wherever the Yank has.
You can't say you keep void and you sign a shortstop.
You can't put void at D.
Because if you put standing in the outfield, he's probably gonna, like break his leg or something causes Giancarlo Stanton.
The guy can't stay healthy for his life.
If you put Fraser and left and you put Giancarlo, you can't not put Giancarlo a d h.
I mean, he's a good bat, But you also can't put look for you at D H as well.
I mean, that's gonna be an issue.
You can't just have the same to do.
Just you can't have them switching every time at every game at th That's not how it works.
Both of those bats deserved to be in line ups, but the Yankees need defense, defense, defense and part of that defensive changes moving laboratories over the second base, where he's more comfortable.
What you can do is you consign the fan favorite, the former Yankee D D Gregorius.
That's what you can do.
And that's what I would like to see.
I would love to person.
I would personally would love to see that I would personally love to see g d come back.
But we need We need defense and that infield.
Dude, you can't just roll with laboratories at shortstop and then we'll put LeMay you second if you resign them, which thank you, should avoid first or shell a third, all right? I mean, that's a decent office.
That's a very good offensive.
Um, but defensively, that's not the best.
I mean, gee or shell gold.
Well, should have been Gold Glove, one great third ba*****t.
If they get lend door for sure, no doubt the they'll get Lindo for sure.
No doubt they're getting trade tours.
Oh, I don't know.
I'm kind of thorn on that as well.
I mean, I really don't want to give up on Glaber yet.
I mean, he's entering.
****, he's entering his third full seat.
If you hear noise in the back, people just can't be quiet.
I'm I apologize, but e I just lost my train of thought.
Oh, trading laboratories.
I don't think I I don't think the Yankees should do it.
I mean, I want to give up on a guy who has a lot of potential just yet.
I mean, I would like to see how it plays out in 2021.
I mean, he didn't have the best 2020 was out with injury.
That your dog? Yes, that is my dog.
And then my sister makes noise.
If you guys actually hear that in the back, let me know if we do.
I mean, this might kind of picks up a lot of things, So I apologize for the noise.
You probably hear squeaking toy in the back as well.
But with Torrez here, I don't think we should trade him.
That sounded wrong.
Hey, man, you were in the comments section today with that, um but but my sister is talking aloud.
That's what I meant to say when I'm trying to do I'm trying to record a stream.
But anyway, getting back to the point here about Glaber tours I don't think the Yankees should give up my one on them just yet.
Um still has a lot of potential still young, uh, infielder.
I mean, I prefer to put him at second, where he's more comfortable instead of shortstop.
But that's just my personal opinion.
And that's what I think the Yankees should do.
If you ship out someone at the moment to improve defense in the infield, I think it should be avoided because you can't rotate DHS.
We're standing and void.
I mean those air to very, very, very good bats, and you cannot have just one of them in the lineup if you see where I'm trying to get out here.
But anyway, moving on, I mentioned Corey Kluber.
Actually, I mentioned Corey Kluber before, and then I went way off topic with this Luke void thing.
By the way, I don't have an agenda on me right now.
I'm just going up top of my head.
I forgot to make an agenda.
I just wanted to have a nice baseball chat.
I really make the agendas for the for the rial episodes.
This is just a nice little discussion chat, and my computer just almost fell on the floor.
This is a nice discussion chat on a nice Thursday night.
But what I want to say here is the Yankees, I think they should get Corey.
Including at the price is right.
I mentioned this a few minutes.
So where does D J LeMay Hugo? If you move tourists the second? Yeah, for he would go to first base.
J is a great infielder.
No matter where you put on him.
He's a Gold Glove winner on He's a great bat.
You cannot just not have that bad in the lineup.
I mean, he's played first in the past month.
Voyage was out injury or they didn't want to start Mike Ford or Mike Ford wasn't in the league yet who was still in the minors.
But we're at the alternate site, all that fun stuff, but I think that they should move them.
If the Yankees get Lin door and should be our Shell author and lend or short, I like that do well because they played in Cleveland together and They're close friends.
They've played around with each other when they That sounded kind of wrong, if you ask me.
But you see them like fooling around and like when they play each other during war opposition fooling around together.
And when they're on the base parent to see him talking, having fun, they seem like great friends.
I mean, they came up through the organization together.
They faced us in the playoffs in 2017 as well.
I also again, if you hear squeaking toys in the background, don't mind that.
And someone's texted me.
Uh, if you hear squeaky toys in the back, don't mind that my dogs playing around.
But as I was saying, that would be a very, very, very stacked infield offensively and defensively, Alright? And someone's yelling in the back as well.
Um, I'm adjustment for that's clear.
Sorry about that.
All right, if we get it, you have a dog.
This is that makes it alright.
Sorry, but I'm just trying to, like, make people aware that this is just not the most ideal situation, but it is what it is.
A and so what? I'm trying to get get out here again is Career was interrupted, was in a one side of the infield.
You have Tora no, excuse me, Lindores short and or shell out there, I think that would be a very, very, very good defensive side of the infield.
I mean, you move towards the second.
Torres is a lot better at second, and he is at short.
I mean, you compare his defense and 20.
I mean, his defense really isn't that good, but he's better at second.
He looks more comfortable at second.
I'd prefer him there than at shortstop.
People say he's a shortstop of the future.
He's the next Derek Jeter.
Well, defensively, I don't see.
I don't think he is the next Derek's user looking at his defense.
I mean, yeah, he has a great bad.
He just needs to make sure it's more consistent.
I mean, he wasn't too good this year, and then you can also put Mayhew if you re sign him.
At first, we came back to what I'm saying about Corey Kluber here.
The Yankees rotation.
If, say, you resigned Tanaka, which I could see happening, you would you would have a rotation to start the year of Cole.
Because remember, Severina was on the isle.
You'd have Coal Tanaka, Herman Garcia and Montgomerie.
I'm pretty sure let me try And my Yeah, because Paxson Paxton all what's going on? Nick Paxton Want to be there anymore? I mean, the Yankees should not bring James back. James Paxton.
Way too inconsistent, Dude.
Way too inconsistent.
I don't rock with James Paxton.
Inconsistent, I think. Corey Kluber.
You could add some veteran leadership to that rotation mentor.
The young guys like Montgomery Clark's meat.
David Garcia be more of a mentor, and I mean he was.
I'm not sure if you want to Cy Young, but he was pretty **** close to winning the Cy Young at one point.
Um, I would like to see him in the Yankee rotation.
I mean, he showed flashes of potential with Texas again.
He is getting older.
I mean, he is kind of injury prone.
He was injured last season, but I would do like again like a not I wanted over pay.
I would not over pay one bit for this dude.
It's not like when he was with Cleveland and he was like, Oh, my God, Corey Clubber when he was a Trevor Bauer when they were both younger.
No, that's not what it is with clubber.
I wanted over pay.
I would bring him in, though I would.
Or at least consider bringing him in.
Um, obviously, we all want Trevor Bauer.
That's not gonna happen.
I mean, it's either Bauer, Orla, Mayhew I'd prefer Oh, my God.
More noise in the back.
Sorry about that.
I'd prefer we'll make you if you had to sign either.
Let me about where I prefer to me.
You, um I gotta adds a Gold Glove winner.
Two infield in lemak you as well and also a very, very talented back.
I mean, you have the prospects If you say you need to sign trouble, Bauer, I'll say you don't start everybody.
That's what I meant to say.
You would still have a decent rotation if you when you have several Reno come back if he's on his game.
If you let Garcia develop more, if you have a doing like Corey Kluber coming veteran leadership, Um, that's how I would like to see Go.
Obviously you'd have the studying Garrick hold.
Maybe Masahiro Tanaka pens.
And also Domingo. Herman.
I like to talk on him coming back from the suspension.
He's a great picture.
People seem to forget that in 2019 he was He was pretty **** good.
Let me pull up his stats real quick from 2019.
Ah, but he's He's still pretty good.
Let me let me find Domingo.
Vermont's That's hang tight.
My Internet's pretty **** slow today.
So let me I have a stats loading up right here.
Here we are. All right. So 2019.
All right? He had a 403 right? I mean, that was kind of inflated.
Like, near the end.
He was a little rough, but, I mean, in 18 and four record, that's not bad.
27 games, uh, 143 in each pitch, 2125 hits, 64 earned runs, 30 homers given up.
39 walks, 153 strikeouts.
I mean, that's not bad, if you ask me, uh, had a good win went toe lost ratio if you guys remember he shut down the Dodgers that day in L.
Like that big Sunday game against the Dodgers.
Nika requested the co host.
Oops. I did not see that.
And here is Alright. Next.
Coming on right now.
I did not. I did not see that. I apologize.
We'll discuss more on Hey, what's going on there? Going on? Should I get my hope? Hold on.
My I thought my headphones.
They're plugged in, but they're not. Hold up.
All right, there. Good. Sorry about that.
My headphones or not plugged in.
What's going on? How you doing today? What's what's up? Should I get the signature hoodie on or if you want? Yeah.
Which one? It was a whole one.
I'm thinking about switching it up, though, right? I'm going with the white hoodie today.
E don't trust myself with white hoodie.
Neither do I, Honestly, but here I am.
My other one has, like, stains of all sorts on the sleeves. Whatever.
I don't look too.
E I was discussing at the at the second the Yankees rotation.
I know that's a pretty big topic.
What do you think the Yankees should dio? You know, I caught a bit of ah, what you said about ****stan, and, uh, I'm gonna have toe slightly.
Disagree, because, I mean, we saw what he could do When he's when he's on and he's right, he can.
He's got the wipe out slider cutter thing.
A lot of people on Twitter would call it a slaughter.
That curveball could be absolutely nasty if he's hitting it right in these fastball in the upper nineties.
And what more can you want from a picture? It's just a matter of is right.
And does he have that stuff? Obviously, the velocity was a big issue last year with, I think that I had to do with the injury to his like forearm, the muscle.
I'm a recovering from the back injury, the back surgery.
Maybe there was, You know, something wrong with a muscle there.
If he's if he's back and he's throwing at, you know 96 97 again, I'd absolutely give him another shot.
I mean, it just depends.
I mean, like given like in 2012 2019, he was a little inconsistent.
I mean, but it depends, like if he's showing flesh is like the playoffs.
He looked very good in some of the playoff games, a game against the Astros elimination game game.
I believe that was Game five of the NLCS.
Their whole outlook.
It looks pretty good that game, but it's Isaac just joined what's going on? But the problem is with ****stan.
I mean, I feel like he is a little inconsistent.
And if you could bring in a guy like Clubber, as I mentioned again, veteran leadership, uh, he's proved himself pretty.
He's proved himself in the past.
What do you think about that? At the same time, though, you don't you don't know what you're getting in closer as well, because you're coming off a season, which I believe he got two outs and that was done for.
The rest of bad are major.
What was it was a thorn something or something like that.
Let me let me search it up.
That's what I was just about all the I just I was just mentioning her mom's stats.
I think they should give him a shot as well this year. Absolutely.
I mean, he's he's proved himself in the past.
Corey Kluber is 000 with a 00 year right in 2020 played one game.
Let me look at the stats.
Um, he was two thirds of an inning.
Let me let me see if there's anything up here.
Well, we did win the Cy Young, Alright? I mentioned that before 2020 14 2015.
Well, let me search the injury.
Current Clipper injured.
All right? Yeah, I'm seeing a bunch of shoulder shoulder problems.
Yes, he was shut down with a shoulder injury and then it just escalated right shoulder tear.
I mean, it would be I honestly think that could be a little risky bringing a guy in like that, but I don't know.
It kinda honestly just depends on what the situation is.
Um, if the Yankees don't bring back James Paxton, if James Paxton goes somewhere else, But I do think they should get veteran leadership, whether it's in Tanaka, Paxton or clubber to mentor dudes like Submarino, Herman.
Um, Garcia Schmidt, all those All those guys, I don't know if they necessarily need mentoring.
I mean, obviously Cole's gonna be there he's been e mean.
Montgomery's Montgomery's been pitching a while to I mean, yeah, he's been around for years, and Herman obviously just came up a couple of years ago, but he's pitched a lot.
Yeah, he pitched all season 2019.
Whether it was out of the pen or, you know, in the rotation, he's pitched a good bit.
Yeah, he even he even came up when, um, you know, Sonny Gray was demoted to the bullpen.
Oh, I remember that man and sunny girl in the bullpen.
Oh, that was the one of the worst trades ever.
I mean, Sonny Gray has a lot of potential, but he can.
It really was not that bad of a Well, what's trade? He talked about the Oakland trade.
The problem to the Yankees in the trade that sent into Cincinnati? No, the truth.
Well, I mean, the tree that brought him here, we seemed it was good at the time, but it backfired.
Really Wasn't a bad trade because he didn't really, you know, do what he was supposed to dio.
But what? What what of those prospects? Have you heard none of them? Really? I mean, Dustin Fowler after that injury wasn't the same.
I think the other dude, the other big one was Jorge Matteo.
I don't even think he's made it into their Triple A.
Yeah, I haven't heard of.
I haven't heard that dude his name in quite a while.
But I personally do you think I mean no.
I mean that trade wasn't that bad, as you said, but he looked solid in 2017.
He wasn't too bad.
Um, the playoffs against the Astros.
He was not bad then as well.
But that 2018 season was a complete disaster on Can we, like, enact a rule among major league baseball that if you smile after you get shelled like E, I like that rule.
I like that because I remember that game where Sonny Gray against the Orioles left the mound smiling.
I remember it very well.
I was just like a It was like a Thursday afternoon or something stupid.
And this dude to getting absolutely rocked is getting booed and the smiling I'm like, get the hell out of here, bro.
I mean, you're trying to ****ing Oh, don't even just I threw my Chapman T shirt in the street.
I was like, Screw this.
I'm gonna let cars run over.
Now, this is no longer my guy.
I'll actually in his career three blown playoff games, All with the same look on a space after it just he just looks Hey, hey.
Just looks more happy.
Uh, each time, like every time he like the first time he was like and the last time he had, like, a full grin on his face.
I'm like, All right, well, at least he e o no.
A t least you got something out of it.
I'm like, may I'm like, Yeah, I'm like all the Yankee fans.
I mean, at least you got some joy and happiness out of losing.
Just like I swear, if I was our judge and, like, I'm getting screwed out of pretty much to world Siri's by this one. Dude.
Then maybe, you know, I'm just jogging in from right field and absolutely kicking the **** out of the booth.
Well, I mean, **** it, I roll this trap, Monroe.
I mean, the dude has so much potential, but he's just I mean, never makes it easy.
I mean, whenever he's playing, he doesn't make it like, I mean, what was that? Well, I'm trying to think here, like of one of the There was a bunch of times this season when he came back where he comes in, he does not make it easy.
I mean, he takes some like, and he gets two outs quick, and then he, like, walks two batters.
And then there's a runner in scoring position and it's a two run game.
And the home run, uh, wins it home run.
Me and my dad say this all the time.
It's like it's almost hard for Chapman out of, you know, in Britain to pitch when there aren't people on base.
I mean, especially out of Veto and Chapman.
Um, do they can not pitch with the bases empty so straight they can't.
I mean, you bring a guy in the middle of the inning like Britain, Chapman or off Ottavino, They can't do it.
I guess we saw that one game when against the Blue Jays were Ottavino comes in there's like 10 runs in an inning.
That was a point in the season that I team has lost 10 in a row.
My mic disconnected for a minute. Oh, good. All good.
Um, that was a point in the season.
Like this team has lost 10 in a row.
Like it's not worth the frustrating to be sitting down and watching it at this point.
Yeah, I agree. That was me as well.
But then here I here's my clown ass the next game.
Oh, well, here you are.
Losing like, 7 to 6 or something stupid.
I mean, I watched I don't think I missed the game last year.
I think I watched every game.
I purposely missed games E publications.
I'm pretty sure I've watched.
Um, I least a part of every game.
Like like Justin Inning.
Just like a few outs.
I make sure at least watch like apart because I was at my friend's house.
I'm flipping through channels on this TV because he left and I'm changing the channel.
I'm watching the Yankees for like, 30 seconds.
He comes back and I changed.
Well, that counts is part of a game.
It was one of those games against the Braves.
Like that doubleheader where we, like, got absolutely blown out.
Both of the Well, actually, we didn't really get blown out.
Was just Chad Green Blow Blue's second game.
That wasn't fun.
The break was that The one that, like a ****, you hit that absolute shot toe lead the game off.
Yeah, that was the first game of the day.
Yeah, I remember that one.
I remember sitting there like bro Cole, come on.
Why are you so bad right now? I remember that.
I was like, Oh, ****, I'm like, this dude just had a **** miss sort of left field.
And that pretty much set the tone for the rest of that.
That was probably Cold War starts Yankee, and then right after that, I'm pretty sure it was one that made the switch to Higashio ca.
And he looked totally different.
He looked like a whole different picture and going into the playoffs as well.
But, I mean, I always think about the Gary Sanchez.
Uh, you know, it was just about to bring that into, uh, into discussion.
You know, I don't know if you know, like what it is because I know you're a jet fan, but like him and Evan Ingram are just like, totally, totally the same person I know. 11.
I everything was my fantasy tight end.
He's absolutely terrible.
They neither neither of them can catch the ball.
And I have a love hate relationship with both, you know, going into every season I'm like, Yeah, Gary Sanchez.
This is the year that he takes the big stride.
I hope to God Coal comes out and is absolutely the best pitcher in baseball with Sanchez catching him.
Because if those two can build up confidence, I think Gary will build up confidence at the plate.
You know, he'll start hitting bombs again, and, you know, for being honest, we look at the trend of numbers.
The even years have not been so kind to carry. Sanchez.
I mean, I feel like the even years haven't been good to the Yankees.
I mean, in the even years, we're losing the L.
And then the odd years we're losing the oil. Yes, E.
Maybe this year we're losing the world.
Yeah, well, at least I I'm going to be nice.
That with the world, Siri, it depends how we lose.
Because if we lose another playoff, Siri's with, you know, like late game home run antics from some bullpen reliever like No, that's it.
I'm jumping off the G W b.
Oh, yeah. Same here. I mean, Chapman, two years in a row.
I mean, come on, dude.
I mean, imagine Chapman three years in a row, bro.
I wouldn't even be able to, um, and Matt, like, manage my thoughts if Chapman just screws it up three years in a row with a game winning home run, I mean, I will never forget the feeling that went through my body when, uh, I'll to hit the home run to send us home in that LCs.
I'll never forget that.
You know, I had I had the feeling, that feeling, that you're talking about it just like pure despair.
I wasn't even fazed at first.
Anyway, I wasn't even fazed by the Brasov home.
Yeah, neither was I.
You know, it I was like, I was just like, this dude's hitting a home run.
We're going home like we're done.
I felt it as well.
I mean, I kinda I I didn't.
When he hit that, I mean, I felt I felt a little like a little something.
And then at the end of the like, I knew it was like, You see, Castillo comes on for the ninth.
I knew it was done on I ****ing a lot.
And I was like, You know what? I screwed this team, dude.
I mean, we lost again.
But the next day, here's my clown ass going out with a god**** Yankee hat on to the store, like, Oh, all right, Well, the Yankees just lost you say, let me go put on my Yankees hat to celebrate the occasion like it's like the most CJ thing ever.
Right? There it was.
It was heart, like God, you just knew it.
And I remember Jeff path and just tweeting.
And I remember tweeting two words back at him.
Shut up, Jeff E.
Don't blame me for that, but it honestly Yeah, two of a one.
It just hurt even more because it was the walk off.
Like it just ended it right there.
There was no shot to even attempt to come back.
And I remember I just felt I was just like my soul.
Just like **** in my soul just left my system and I was like, Well, that's it.
That's the game.
Oh, well, yeah, Time to go car.
I sat there speechless.
I shut off my TV and I just sat there, just like staring at my ceiling.
For 10 minutes. I was by myself, too.
I was there by myself.
My my dad was at work.
My mom was sleeping and my my sister doesn't watch baseball.
I was just sitting there like there's this is really how it ended.
Like I was just like this is and the woman the raise.
I mean, knowing the Astros were probably cheating.
It's one of the team, but you see it with the Rays.
After all the beef in the season, not one hurt.
That one was just, like, luckiest freaking team in baseball. Dude.
Oh, no question.
I mean, it's kind of hard to deny that fact.
I mean, people are like, Oh, I mean, the rays air. Very good.
Yeah, they have a solid form system.
I'll give him that.
But what? Imagine Trade Blake Snell.
Now, though they are, they are a well run organization.
The problem? The problem is the on field product should not be as good as it.
It's e mean, it's a Manuel ****ing Marco who swings a wet pool noodle at the plate hitting 300.
Like how e think you had deal was, um I mean, you just bring your Rose Arena, like, who is this guy? Yeah, you just bring out Randy.
I mean, that's funny.
It's funny, because when my Diamond Dynasty team I ever Rosa ran on the bench, I actually bought him because I was doing the rays collection.
He was 69 overall bronze.
And then one day, I was just scrolling through my team.
I was like, Oh, he's an 85 overall diamond now.
All right? Oh, well, because there was a right.
I mean, he got arrested.
That's really not our problem.
Yeah. Those charges were dropped, by the way.
Yeah, actually, funny, too, because I was playing a buddy.
That will be the show.
They're playing them.
And Diamond Dynasty Anna.
I brought a Rose arena on as a pinch hitter, and he goes, buddy, This isn't the postseason e mean, honestly with the rosary.
No, Like I could see him end up getting suspended, but we don't know E mean, I honestly, daddy will, cause I feel I feel like the MLB loves I mean, this has nothing to do with those arena.
But I feel like the MLB loves the Rays for some reason.
Well, I mean, yeah, it really has nothing to do with the whole situation.
Oh, yeah, I know, I know.
But I also feel like they don't like the raises.
Well, because I feel like Tampa's a small market and you have, like, a big market like New York and Los Angeles.
I mean, Los Angeles made it three a little past four years.
I mean, big market teams equals big success for the M.
O. B, I suppose.
But I mean, yeah, I mean, I think I think the MLB actually does not like the Rays as they draw 12 fans to each game again.
And everyone watching this if you I've brought the Stoke up quite a few times.
You guys wanna go social distance in a nice area, go to Tropic kind of field or campus's a nice area.
Oh, well, it's really not the nicest air, especially Baltimore.
But if you knew that like a space toe, not be around people and to enjoy the nice art of baseball had to tropic kind of field or had to Baltimore, I mean, neither.
Neither are really the best area, if you ask me, but it is what it is.
I wanna who the hell goes to raise games, either Yankee fans, exactly.
Either Yankees or Red Sox fans like pull up and invade that stadium effort.
There's originally more Yankee fans and race fans always e because everybody that you know grew up in New York, retires and moves to Florida.
I mean, my parents are considering moving the South Carolina Florida, and I'm like, Oh, well, I mean, I ain't going to Florida.
I ain't living in Florida.
New York is the wave.
I love New York.
I know you're you're in New Jersey, but just the area Jersey pizza Better, though.
Oh, that's calf.
I mean, like, I'll be I That's where I really go on vacation.
New Jersey Their pizza is terrible.
L b I get the **** outta here.
come up to New York, come up to North Jersey.
Fair enough. Fair enough.
I mean, like, I never really tried Jersey piece of outside of L B I. Pizza.
That'll be I was more like Philly people because it's like another.
I mean, you got all the flyers and the Phillies fans out there like I get, like, murdered foreign devil shirt over there.
I mean, you don't even need to come to north Jersey.
You can come toe like south Jersey like point blood.
Oh, like, walk the boardwalk, get pizza their money like I mean, cause, like my especially around where my house is the best pizza places on the island that Well, actually, there's a bunch of good ones, but my favorite one, like, you know, L and B in Brooklyn.
I don't have never been to Brooklyn s o.
I make like this Sicilian pizza, but like to have, like, a special recipe, and it looks like just like barely any cheese on it or something.
It's like madman good.
You just search it up.
You'll probably know what I'm talking about, but it is very, very very good.
And there's this place for a powerhouse.
Makes it even like it tastes even better.
Oh, man, I wouldn't from there all the time.
I mean, the absolute best pizza ever, no questions asked.
Right, What you say, Baseball cap.
Yeah, but Yankee Stadium pizza Have I ever had? You know, I don't think so.
It's Papa John's pizza Stadium pizzas.
The Madison Square Garden is good feet, so it's tastes like dominoes.
Kinda dominos, dominos Good.
I mean, I've had it a few times.
I had it in South Cal.
I was I was actually home alot.
Actually, I was not really my home, but my parents went out to dinner like when I was in South Carolina on vacation, and I was just hanging out the hotel like the the room my sister ordered Domino's for the first time.
Oh, man, good man.
I watched the Yankees like kick the crap out of, ah, Red Sox while enjoying a nice Domino's pizza.
So that was quite a day.
Yeah, I had Domino's once, and it was pretty bad.
It's good, but it makes my stomach hurt and mad like o d.
Like I I cannot eat Ah, lot of dominoes.
That's just bad for my health.
That is just flat out disgusting for my health.
I mean, I had I had I ordered chick fil a today.
Check for his mega about the milkshakes.
Oh, man, I wish e wish go to Chick fil A more often.
There's one close to my house.
The problem is, if you want to go to Chick fil A, you best get there when they first opened because there's gonna be a line wrapped around the building twice.
Yeah, there's this one.
I mean, the one by my house is in the mall, the only one on the islands in the mall.
So they deliver.
Actually, my mom gets like some free delivery.
Things is they're gonna rewards program.
It's a big chick.
Fil a van just shows up to my house and pulls up my food.
I'm like, Oh, I mean, that's pretty **** good if you ask me.
I mean, I'm like, Oh, but I'm going to McDonald's tomorrow.
I'm getting I'm trying to make rib sandwich.
I thought you said you're gonna do that yesterday.
Yeah, but I said my dad brought home white castle.
I'm like, 00 yeah.
I forgot to tell you that story.
I guess I'll do that now.
So over the summer, I can barely hear you.
Do you sure have fun.
Don't **** again.
Oh, is my mike Hold on.
Let me just my Mike.
Maybe the volume of my mike is a little Oh, no, Say it. All right.
Actually, you could do any better now.
Right? All right.
And my mic volume was kind of low.
Yeah, it's like it was normal.
And then it just kind of died.
Um, anyway, so over the summer, my buddy Shawn's birthday, we went to like a shooting range and then batting cage way we went out Thio.
We went out for food after his dad's like Where you want to go and I don't know.
And then we're just driving.
He's like, you know what I haven't had in a while? He was like, I was like, What? He goes white Catholic eso It was his dad, his dad's girlfriend, him and may obviously, And he's like, let's order a crave case.
I was like, What the hell is that, man? Good.
I was like, what the **** is that? So we get the thing and we got milkshakes to thickest milkshakes.
Like the led lights, By the way, Thank you.
E change the color for a few minutes.
I saw that, um I don't I don't rock with red.
Alright. Every gossip about it.
I came back to the White Castle story.
So we get to crave case and milkshakes, thickest milkshakes I've ever had in my life.
Like you would need a drill to, like, get through it.
Your what the hell.
So and then his dad puts the crave case, like in the box in the back, Because I'm Italian.
See me moving my hands everywhere? Um, yeah, that puts it in the back because I'm sitting there space between us.
And then he's sitting on, like, the side of the other side of the car.
Put it in between us.
So this way we he could just reach back, pull up into, like, the parking lot.
Just start like there was 30 30 of those little hamburgers in the freaking thing.
You never know pain until you start downing white cast.
I would eat all four.
I would eat all 30.
I'm telling you, you couldn't.
I mean, I had I had on Li like I only had four of them.
My dad went home, ate I split on my sister and I had the fries.
The scary thing about White Castle is you eat one eat to eat 3 ft, 4 ft five and you still don't feel anything you like.
And then you get to six and you and you're like, OK, starting to feel some seven.
I could probably do a little more.
89 10 you're like, huh? I mean, you're not wrong, but not Taco Bell, bro.
I don't rock with a kobo.
I love talking about audio.
If I'm going Mexican, I'm going chipotle.
I'm going Mexican.
I'm going to Jose Teausant someplace in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
That's the **** that's like right by me.
I don't know what that is.
Best Mexican restaurant on planet Earth.
That place is so good.
It's just like undescribed.
Why? How good it is.
But what I mean, Okay.
I forgot that I made a list of all the fast food places I went to.
I'm gonna read this to you guys right now.
These are all places I've ate fast food from through my life.
I'm not even fat either.
That's the funny thing.
I just get a lot of fast food.
So we got my favorite, which is Wendy's.
Then I got McDonald's, Chick fil A Burger King Domino's pen to express Papa's Checkers, White Castle, Bo Jangles, Taco Bell, Zaxby's and KFC.
And if you want to include Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks and Nathan's to that list, you can.
You've never been to Burger King? No, I've been a Burger King. I said it.
You did? Yeah, I think it did.
I don't know about that one.
Burger King is like my second favorite.
Okay, but hold on, hold on.
How many people are in that Hockey league? What? Hockey league? Oh, it's only four.
That makes a lot of sense.
We were doing a draft for entertainment purposes like we're doing it.
Only the best players and my team is absolutely loaded.
But Jacob and Victor has, like the best defense ever.
And then Jacob has, like Jacob, drafted left for a year.
And like the end like this, like that I'd say like 11th round for some reason.
Oh, yeah, I just saw that.
My team is pretty good, but Victor's team is also loaded because he has good defense.
Yeah, but Connor McDavid's ankle Hubert.
Wow, that is pretty loaded.
My team I drafted my team is dry.
Seidel, Matthews Kucherov cane, Rantanen Hall.
That's my That's my top forwards.
Row braided point in bars.
L fell all the way down.
I just had to pick one of those guys up.
Such good players.
I picked up both of them actually go Horvitz, though Oh, he's underrated.
I think I drafted in one of my last picks.
No, I drifted Malcolm to my last pick, actually.
Someone's Malcolm e didn't even see it anymore.
Going on there is, he felt, like, all the way down.
And I'm like, Why the hell is Malcolm still here? In the last pic, we were trying to troll each others who were messing around Victor drafted.
I remember Jacob earlier said he was like, I'm gonna I'm considering drafting Adam Fox and then you have Victor goes and drafts Adam folks.
Then Jacob got mad because He's like, Oh, he's a Ranger play and the Rangers suck, dude.
But White Castle is solid food, in my opinion, Yeah, if you like spending a half hour on the ball, I mean Taco Bell, too.
No, but I've ever had Pappas chicken sandwich.
Who has not? What do you think is better, Popeyes or Chick fil A? Ooh, that's a tough question.
I'm still tourney.
I don't know if you get the less tomato on it.
I'm going, uh, Popeye's because, like, I feel like the lesson tomato kind of ruin it.
I mean, I'm more about like like I just like a mayonnaise guy, like on a my sister Mom said, I'm like, It's not bad.
But then, like the Popeye's chicken Oh, my God, it's and sing, dude. Males.
What the hell was I just heard my voice like man loud there.
But the, um, the fries from Popeye's or not it you that is blasphemous.
I mean, that is blasphemy.
Okay, Stephen a.
I like the check flight fries because I was in the mall.
I was in the mall Food court one of my friends.
I'm like, Alright, let me get the chick fully fries in the Popeye sandwich and see how the and, uh and the chick foolish was I don't know. I don't know.
I got a taco Bell like the Mountain dew from Taco Bell.
I'm like, All right, well, let me have all three of these things and see how it works.
And it actually works Pretty.
It didn't work too good for my stomach, but it tasted very good.
I must I must say, it was quite a, um Why You got a bad stomach? Yeah, I start like I eat like I mean, I eat like a tank sometimes.
I didn't eat a single thing today until two o'clock I had, You know, those, uh, actually, I still have the rapper.
I had one of these things.
The Belvita e can't do them anymore.
E I used to go toe.
I used to go to him every time I wanted to snack or something.
I can't do it anymore.
They totally out.
I know I should know I had more than no yesterday.
I had Italian bread and yogurt for lunch now and then.
I had, like, two of these things.
I bought them off Target the peppermint chocolate things.
And I had my chick fil a dinner.
I just dropped the milkshake on the floor.
Good thing it was empty.
E need a vacuum.
My floor. Oh, my God.
This dirtiest How? It's good to ****ing re****.
I'm not going to say that.
How you good, e? No, There's only seven people on here.
You're fine, bro, but oh, man, I am.
I gotta I think I might have some more four line stuff coming tomorrow.
I might e don't know.
My my birthday's in 10 days.
Well, actually, uh, 10, actually.
I met for my birthday over here.
Oh, by the by the way, the reverse retro shouldn't say this, but the reverse retros come back out tomorrow.
Whatever you guys don't do, don't buy devils.
One saving for me.
I need one for my birthday, so I'm going to Oh, I just dropped my phone by to buy one of those.
You drop a lot of things.
I dio I I dropped a Sharpie marker on the floor before, as well I was trying to draw on.
I dropped it on the floor.
But, you know, I want to see what your desk who looks like you deaf, your desk.
Death. Looks like I should show.
I'll send you a picture of it in a little while.
Just like I'm just judging by everything back there.
Like it, death looks like I'm I turned it into an art project.
When I got bored of virtual school in March, I took a I took a Sharpie and I drew as many things as I can on it.
Why? Because I was bored during school.
I'm like, You know what? My desk is kind of boring compared to the rest of my room with me.
And and then I got the PC coming in for Christmas, maybe going right on the desk.
So maybe then Well, actually, maybe the next time you see me, I'll have a nice streaming service on my stream.
So you guys could see nice graphics and all this fun stuff instead of just a to a split screen.
But you guys might be able to see all this cool stuff when I got streaming service.
I don't know too much about streaming services, but they didn't.
Max said he was trying to buy one or something.
Max says he wants to buy a lot of things, E said.
He said he bought Yankee tickets for 23 bucks today.
I don't know how the hell that's possible. Seeking.
See Geeks clutch.
I gotta Jets ticket one day for $2.
How how close to kickoff was it? Uh, seven hours? Makes sense.
It was a pre season game, too.
Which one it was like three years ago Was Jets Titans Crappy game, You could say, because I was that the Jets Giants preseason game a couple years ago.
Was it the one where the Giants for the home team? No.
Okay, because I went to the one in 2019 like the first time the Jets were the new uniforms.
That was the one I was out and the Jets lost.
That was a fun game.
I mean, And then I went.
I miss Jets games.
I'm supposed to go to quite a few.
I'm probably gonna get a season ticket in a few years, I hope because Trevor Lawrence is gonna be cool toe watch.
But like, I know there's memes about it, but, like, what? If you'll actually do drafts there? Fuller for a silver all.
Why would we do that? Knowing the checks, they probably could.
They're not gonna do it.
They're just There's just no way.
I mean, I don't want them toe and I don't think anyone wants them to.
Don't even think Sarah Fuller is NFL eligible.
Why wouldn't you be? Let's see.
Oh, maybe she is.
Let's say she played college football.
Uh, o e I think she played soccer and she got cold up for football.
Maybe, uh, that might have been what? It was. The thing.
Wait, Why is it Why is it that when I search up Sarah folder and then g r to type in graduate? The first thing that comes up this Grammy Oh, Grammys air route are Grammys.
Air Grammy Awards are the most rig thing ever, by the way, like so many good artists got cheated.
But again, it's me talking.
I'm really not the most credible guy on the planet.
But Yeah, I went on the whole, like, 30 minute discussion before about how ****ed I am at their stand on Yankees.
They're gone and ah ah, Very sad.
Um, speech was quite interesting that you it waas um, going back to the reverse retros thing.
I know, I know you didn't want to pay for it, but you wanted it.
So speaking of things, that nobody wants to pay for it but wants badly.
Um, remember, before I texted in the group chat in all caps.
I want cold for so bad, but I don't want to pay for it.
Oh, I'm considering buying a new expert.
I mean, mad in this fun as is.
And I was This kid wipes the floor with me every time I play because I sucked.
I was playing like, uh, before the business meeting the other day.
You like, I totally forgot about the business meeting.
And like, halfway through my game, I was like, Oh, ****, I have to go to the meeting.
I was winning 20 on the seven against my friend and draft champions, and I had to go to the meeting.
I was like, I totally ****ing forgot.
I had a meeting today.
You were beating somebody.
Imagine. No way.
Yeah, all the time.
I smoked Isaac about, like, 35 points.
Well, I wanna play Isaac so bad.
Just because I smoked you so bad you would annihilate that kid.
He hurries up offense every time and so fun.
I hate people that do that.
I do it sometimes.
I do not French with food.
You do it sometimes you don't do it.
Every ****ing play.
I don't do that every play.
But as I was saying, because my birthday's in 10 days and I'm getting apparently a massive present from family tomorrow, I don't know what it is. Small.
I mean, it might Yes.
Tomorrow they're coming in the mail because I got a FedEx notification.
There's a package coming from me tomorrow.
I don't know what it is.
Who knows? Maybe it might be some more hats.
I don't know. I hope it's something good.
It probably will be something good, right? Yeah, definitely.
Your parents deaf hyped it up like I was.
Some massive president could be like ****ing beanbag chairs.
No, it's not coming from my parents just coming from my my aunt and uncle in Wisconsin and then my parents I don't know that.
I think, Oh, they're buying me a PC from a Christmas.
I asked my dad for, like, a bunch of jerseys and stuff because I'm a I'm a jersey collect there now.
So I got a for anybody that's curious what he's talking about in terms of me annihilating him in mad.
And I don't know if you can see that, but the score says 63 to 17.
Looks like a normal jet score.
That looks like a very normal jet score to me.
And then we played.
I believe either the next day or later that night, and I smacked, I got absolutely destroyed, bro.
Who? Yeah, I got I got Cold War.
My friend convinced me to do it all.
You bought it? Yeah.
Hey, There you go. There you go.
I'll never get back.
, 70 bucks. Yikes.
That za Quite a ton, dude.
Yeah, You know, it hurts, e I feel you, bro.
He's like, What are you gonna do with that? $70 later in life.
What am I gonna do with that? $70 later in life? I don't know.
It was like I don't know, man.
But I for sure, like the happen to my bank account rather than not.
What am I gonna do with that? 180 books that I spent on a reverse retro tomorrow? Oh, man, I'm gonna wear that jersey.
Everywhere I go, I'm going to enjoy nuts.
I looked up way.
Hold on, hold on. Hold on up.
I have a very good thing to say here.
Um, I posted on the four line about the stent on Yankees article and 393 people saw the Post, so that means, I hope, like at least 100 of them read the article.
I don't know. I don't know.
I don't know if I could check the stats on that, but 394 Nice.
I don't know if I could check the stats on that, though.
I don't know how to do that.
Yeah, I don't either.
I don't ask people about that stupid.
Uh, Archie Bradley didn't get tenured.
Neither did Cory Kane.
He just got traded to the Dodgers. What? Oh, I saw that before.
Vote error, bro.
Pinstripe Avenue is crazy.
This dude says I don't want d.
J to get a five year deal.
I mean, apparently neither do the Yankees E pinstripe having these crazy e don't necessarily know if I want him on a one year deal.
I don't want a deejay on the one year deal. I want t j on.
Like I meant I meant a five year deal.
I want to I prefer, like, three or four.
So then he's not so crazy for 10 no.
Hold up. Oh, what we are Bob.
As as my friend Mark is called Rob, Rob Manfred is looking into putting adverti*****ts on M O B uniforms.
Man, Fred is not only inquired about pricing but also putting ads on shirt sleeves and sides of batting helmets.
What's wrong with that? I don't like that, bro.
This is a you're about to ruin.
I mean, you already ruined the Yankees jersey with that god**** Nike thing on it.
Now you're about to put like I actually don't think it looks so bad.
It's I prefer the plane, but then you're gonna have the I actually have a jersey with the Nike thing on it, but let me do this.
Just be festive.
Ah, Yankees pennant.
Very nice, but I'm all you see, My, uh yeah, this is a pennant from the last season.
A Yankee sitting right behind me right there.
You know what that is? Where is it going? This is that Michael Jordan? No, it is ****ey Rivers.
Oh, no, I'm talking about that.
Uh, find that Michael Jordan.
Oh, yeah, I know.
I saw Michael Jordan.
****ey Rivers goat, that is make the goat.
And then, like my best friend, he just shows up at my house one day, and it's normal.
That's when he wants to hang up.
He just showed up, and he's, like, here.
We're doing show until today.
All right, so this is a This is for the eight people viewing this.
I want you to check this thing out.
I can't open the ball Cube.
I feel like if I open the cube, you guys, you get a better look at it, but this is probably almost prized Yankee possession here.
Actually, I opened it.
Here we go here.
All right, I open the cube.
If you see this right here, I doubt you can read it.
This is a Whitey Ford autographed baseball.
This is like a dime piece.
Hold on to see if I could throw, throw, throw bp with it.
Whitey Ford, Boom.
I mean, I'm touching it right here, but this is talk about a awesome piece of memorabilia.
I mean, Whitey Ford, dude.
Wow, that's awesome.
And then I got another piece I'd like to show you guys I got my room is filled with Yankee member, really, actually.
But throw batting practice with that ball you want.
That's no, that's there's no way I'm doing that.
Um, trying to the ball cube is probably the most confusing thing ever, and I am a high school student, but all right.
Okay, I got it back in.
All right, Fair enough. Let me go.
Put this back on my desk on.
Let me show you guys.
This So we got this.
This is a Derek Jeter plaque.
Actually, it's up there.
E, wait, Something good, All right.
I just heard myself from the background.
I have Derek Jeter stuff all over my room here, but this is a picture of different Peter.
His career accomplishments and like some goal good thing right here and in all the world, seriously is he's one.
It's pretty cool piece, if you ask me.
And I got this one right here behind it.
This one we got, we got Derek Jeter.
Hall of Fame plaque.
This is some good stuff, thanks to my grandma for ordering that cool stuff and then for Jets fans if you want this, I got a levy on Bell Post there, still wrapped from the store.
It's not like I need it anyway on that, using a fire, we got a Staten Island Yankees game used.
That player gave it to me.
Part of my coolest piece of baseball related is that your heavy it'll locate it is it's pretty big, too.
I mean, it's e I guess I could use it, cause I mean, I'm 6 ft tall, so I guess I could use it.
The we don't know.
I don't know, but sir, I have to dip.
I have homework to do that I didn't even look at yet.
So that will wrap up the four line live discussion on Thursday, December 3rd.
